I can't speak on the quality of the couches yet since they have not arrived, but the in store experience was awesome. There was no pressure to buy and no pressure by salespeople following us around the store. We were able to look at our leisure and wander around as we wanted to. This is my second purchase from this store and I absolutely cannot wait to for our furniture to arrive! We ended up working with Kylie and she was amazing at getting our delivery set up and checkout was fast.

I purchased the Langford King Upholstered bed frame on April 4, 2022. After waiting for more than a month, I received the delivery and also opted for the assembly service. On the same day, they told me that the assembly was completed without any issues, and I trusted them, as I trusted both Ashley and their furniture. However, two years later, on December 26, 2024, I noticed that the center of the bed was severely sagging. At first, I thought the problem was with the mattress, so I tried to replace it. But when I removed the mattress, I found that the assembly was done terribly. They hadn’t attached the support plate on the floor leg side, so the wooden stick that should have supported the weight in the center was never connected. As a result, it couldn’t bear the weight and broke. It’s clear that they couldn’t have missed this during assembly, so it’s not a mistake, it was done carelessly. When I called Ashley to explain the situation, the customer service representative told me that since I didn’t purchase the warranty, they couldn’t assist me, and then blamed me for not checking the assembly carefully. They essentially shifted the blame onto me, and I was really taken aback. It’s disappointing that they handled such a serious issue, which wasn’t a minor problem, in such an irresponsible way. The frame’s central support was broken, making it unable to use the bed. I can’t believe how unpleasant this situation is after purchasing a bed frame that cost nearly $2000. When I bought it, they said all sorts of sweet things, but afterward, they do not care about you. I am deeply disappointed in Ashley.

Can’t get through their automated system to speak to a manager directly regarding my employment application. So much for trying to be proactive. Very frustrating the automated system could not understand me no matter how many times I restated or reworded what I needed. I wanted to avoid having to physically go to the store just to speak to a manager regarding my application.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE If you value your money and time, I strongly advise against doing business with Ashley Furniture. The quality of their products is comparable to IKEA—but honestly, even IKEA offers better quality. I purchased the Hennington dresser and two nightstands for $3,000, expecting the promised high-quality furniture. When the items were delivered, it was scratched, the drawers were wobbly, didn’t soft-close as advertised, and actually required slamming to close properly. I immediately filed a complaint, and Ashley Furniture agreed to exchange the items. For the second delivery, instead of the three men from the first delivery, they sent a man and a woman. The man nearly fell down my 17 steps of stairs while carrying the dresser. This is a 200lb dresser that wound have crushed this man and caused a fatality in my home. Out of concern for their safety, I had to get my father and brother to help carry both the old and new furniture. Unfortunately, the replacement set was just as aweful. The drawers don’t open all the way, the furniture is scratched, it doesn’t soft-close, and it’s still wobbly. After months of back-and-forth with their customer service, I told them I was fed up. It has been four months since my purchase, and I still can’t use my furniture. I’ve been living out of suitcases while waiting for a resolution. Their solution? They told me to keep the defective furniture and offered to refund what would be the taxes I paid ~$600. When I tried to escalate the issue and speak to the manager of this store, the manager refused to speak with me. This company has wasted my time and money. If you want quality furniture, go anywhere else—yes, even Ikea would be a better choice. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Ashley Furniture at all costs. I'd also like to add that I have NEVER written a bad review, but I am so fed up with their scams and nonsense. I don't wish this poor customer service on anyone.

Wow! Very disappointed by Ashley! Ordered a table got a severely damaged product called customer service got a replacement. The replacement was worse than the original! Then customer service wouldn’t do anything about the replacement because it wasn’t in their 30 day window! Ashley do you really think people are going to wait on the phone for over 40 mins to speak during the 2 holidays we just had that is very inconsiderate and very poor customer service. I have proof but they wont even consider it. Not my fault yall use the worst delivery service possible and they throw your stuff and damage it. I’m shocked I should have listened to the guy on the corner telling us not to shop here! You will be smart if you do not shop here either! Go somewhere else where they have better “policies!”

The salesman sold an oversize chair and lied when I asked if it could make it up a narrow stair case by saying it comes apart. Which the delivery team confirmed when they could not successfully deliver the piece to the proper room, due to the size. Never trust a sales person.....

I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with this company. First, my furniture delivery was delayed by 9 days without proper communication or updates. I had to chase them for information repeatedly, and even then, the answers were vague and unhelpful. When the furniture finally arrived, things got even worse. The delivery team placed the items on the floor and left, saying they couldn’t assemble the table because they didn’t bring the necessary hardware. This is completely unacceptable. How can you deliver furniture without making sure you have everything needed to assemble it? To make matters worse, they left my furniture unassembled for 8 days with no resolution. I was forced to wait with a pile of unassembled furniture cluttering my space, which caused me significant inconvenience. Despite multiple follow-ups, the company showed no urgency in addressing the issue or providing proper customer support. The lack of professionalism, poor management, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction are shocking. This has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this company if you value your time, money, and peace of mind

I purchased a dining buffet from Ashley Furniture that was delivered to my home. The furniture had a few nicks on it, so I contacted Ashley Furniture to report the damage. They scheduled a visit to fix the dining buffet about two weeks later. The technician arrived at my house and unfortunately, while trying to repair the piece of furniture, accidentally spray painted both the furniture and my hardwood floors. I contacted Ashley Furniture again, and they arranged for someone to come and assess the damage to my flooring two weeks later. Despite requesting a refund, I have not received any communication from Ashley Furniture in 3 1/2 weeks. I visited the store, and they informed me that upper management needs to approve the refund. It has been a month since the furniture was delivered to my house, and the refund process is still pending. If you are considering purchasing furniture from Ashley Furniture, be aware that obtaining a refund can be a challenging process. I recommend exploring other furniture stores for a smoother experience.

Great Service JR! Thank you! --- Update review ... I received my carpet ahead of schedule and was so excited. Just a buyer beware when ordering rugs from the store apparently it is a final sale and you can not return. Make sure you are aware of this, check and make sure that you like the texture of the rug. While I like the rug's color, the texture of the rug is more like Faux Fur nice to touch but scary to walk on when you are an elderly person, and do NOT walk on it with socks that don't have grippers on the bottom. I will update my review once the furniture arrives. (Buyer beware, ask about returns before you purchase. It's easy to get excited and not read the fine print!!!!)

Omg! My experience at the Ashley furniture in Buford Ga was amazing! Kyle, was the sale associate at the time, and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. She was so patient with me. I didn't even want to spend a certain amount of money, but with her patience helped me find the right mattresse for what I could afford, I could go on, and on, raving about Kylie, we need more associates like her! Wow, what a terrible experience! We have been waiting for a piece for over a month. 1st truck had the wrong item, second truck had damaged item, and third truck did have the piece at all. We will never buy from Ashley again! So disappointed. Update: I emailed the contact they provided and they responded asking what the problem is. They have no idea what’s going on. The response is empty words. Buyers beware! We spend over $6k and received terrible service. If they had a return policy we would return everything. This is our first time buying new furniture as we have been saving and using hand-me-downs for 10 years. We were so excited for this experience and it turned into a nightmare.

Stan Lee at the Mall Of Georgia Ashley is the man! We bought some really nice things for my Mom's new house. Stan listened to us and came up with ideas that would work for our spaces. He was extremely knowledgeable, not pushy at all, very genuine. We chose bed frames for our guest rooms that rivaled RH for a fraction of the cost. Couch and Mattresses so comfy!! Delivery was seamless, they confirm the days before and the morning of you receive a text with a window and how many stops before your delivery. An automated service called 20 min before the delivery and when they arrived the put all of our furniture together in their respective rooms. Thank you Stan Lee and team, you are MARVEL-OUS :-)

I am writing to formally document my recent interaction with a customer service agent who said she was a manager. This is my experience after I purchased. She reached put to accept a payment by phone. When I was trying to explain that I read over the contract and there are some illegal clauses in Acima language. She was triggered and start speaking nasty and aggressively. During the conversation, I attempted to clarify my position and outline my plan to remit payment. However, the representative’s tone became overtly dismissive, and she exhibited a demeanor of hostility and authority that escalated the situation unnecessarily. Specifically, she stated that she possessed the power to negatively impact my credit standing, a statement I found not only discomforting but also aggressive and uncalled for. This exchange was highly distressing, particularly as I am managing additional financial concerns due to a recent accident. In light of this, I authorized a $25 payment to be applied to my account with the understanding that the remaining balance would be addressed by December 15, 2024. Despite my effort to maintain clear communication and resolve the matter amicably, the representative’s threats to jeopardize my creditworthiness created an adversarial and hostile interaction. Which I did not understand as she is simply a customer service representative, or manager. If she is a manager she lacks professional demeanor and training. I must emphasize that threats of this nature are unprofessional and appear to deviate from both ethical standards and legal principles governing creditor-debtor relations. The behavior exhibited by the representative is not only inconsistent with best practices for customer service but also raises concerns about compliance with fair debt collection laws. The invocation of credit damage as leverage in this context is not only tactless but may also contravene statutes designed to protect consumers from coercive practices. I request that this incident be reviewed thoroughly, and appropriate measures be taken to ensure that future interactions with your representatives adhere to professional standards and legal requirements. Such behavior undermines the integrity of your organization and erodes customer trust. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly. Please feel free to contact me directly if additional details or clarification are required. The sale took place in the mall of Georgia and the agent said she is a manager for acima. I have the contact information and transcripts for the call. I will be sending this to corporate and I will not stop until there is resolve. We are humans we have lives abd life life's, that give no customers service representative the audacity to think they can speak to people in whatever way they want. This is my first time moving on my own, and I wanted to get all new furniture. I’ve gone to different furniture stores, but Ashley's had the best pricing and customer service. Thank you, Gail, for making this an enjoyable experience.

Shitty customer service. Do not buy from them. We bought a whole bedroom set, minus the nightstands. The salesman INSISTED the we get the delivery plus install because it would have been harder for us to pick it up from their warehouse. The delivery/install guys did NOT put the bed together correctly, took some of the hardware with them, and insisted that the support legs were “optional”. Upon checking the instructions that come with the furniture, they are not optional and we cannot put weight on the end of our bed because of this. I immediately called the customer service team when they left, to have them come back and fix what they did. They said it could not be done. I had to submit a claim. I sent them pictures of the bed and close-ups of EVERYTHING that was missing. They told me that all I needed was another hardware set and they will send someone out to fix this. They said they would ship the hardware to the warehouse because it would be “faster”, then have a technician come out to install and fix any of the missing hardware/parts. Two and a half weeks went by, they finally called to let me know that the hardware arrived and a technician will be out the next day. He came out and said that there’s nothing he could do. They sent him with NO HARDWARE and no explanation of what’s going on. He said we actually needed new slats on top of still needing the hardware. The slats that came with the bed were missing a piece for the legs to screw into. This is now also a manufacturing issue. When I first opened this claim, the warranty team assured me all I needed was new hardware though… I sent them photos of everything. It has now been 4 weeks since I submitted the original claim. The only answer they can give me is now is that they have “put in a request for the slats”. The issue is still not fixed.

I don’t recommend Ashley’s Homestore! Get your couches from somewhere else! Worst customer service!! I purchased my couches almost 1 year ago and over time they started to peel. Which I have 1-year warranty!! I’ve been calling customer service for the past month!!!!!!! Calling like twice a week. All they say is wait for 72 hours each time I call. They never listen carefully to what I say. But they’re definitely ready to charge me with my monthly payment…

Do not buy from this store. We bought a piece of furniture and on the receipt after they verified the piece would be in stock they set a delivery date and printed it on the receipt. Then we got email, text and phone calls confirming the delivery was coming. After the second phone call on the day of delivery saying they would be at our residence in 30 minutes we called them. This is when they advised the piece was in fact not available and had to be postponed to the next week. As such of course we went looking to compare prices elsewhere. Gave them a chance to at least do the right thing and match that price. What do they say, “No” they would not match the price. We were told there automated system is what made the phone calls, texts, and emails to us. Whom did not catch that the piece was not on the truck and thus to stop the automated system from contacting us multiple times. In today’s world of technology and for a company such as this it does not make sense for them to be blaming their automated system!!! I do not recommend anyone shop there for the experience was horrible especially as this piece is a Xmas gift!!! Update: 11/21 I sent them the email they have requested and yet they still have not contacted us. Thus their issues go much deeper. Seriously give it second thoughts before shopping at this store!!!

Don't have what I was looking for.

Terrible experience. I believe the salesperson (Patricia) lied to me to make a sale. We clearly told her we did not want a bed that came with slats and what did we get a bed that came wirh slats.Three weeks to receive the bed which is crazy. The bed finally arrived and then the first delivery the technician was hesitant to set it up because of the concern that the adjustable base would break the drawers on the footboard and the slats that would be installed. We refused shipment of everything with the exception of the base and we got him to order the right things that would work with an adjustable base. Second shipment was scheduled and they brought the same exact components footboard with storage and slats again. This delivery driver said the same thing as the other that frame would not work with base. After that, we got a third driver to come out and finally got the correct everything for the adjustable base.

Very pleasant experience. Nyeasha was very helpful and considerate. I had been in previously and she took us right to the love seat I asked about. She offered to show us others at let us wonder and look on our own and where we could find her if needed. As it turned out with my friends and her help I was also able to find an upholstered rocker to go with the love seat.

I did not have my purchase delivered yet but the customer service in the sale department was great . Fatima is a really great sales person.

I needed a Dinette set ASAP. Walked in Friday morning and spoke with Stan. Showed him what i wanted and he had me wrapped up and out the door in 15 minutes. I picked it up at their facility near the airport on Saturday morning and had a dinner party on it Sunday. Ashley helped me execute the plan flawlessly. Thanks again Stan and the nice lady at the warehouse.

The salesman are very aggressive with pushing warranties in their products, they did not keep their promise for product delivery. I don’t recommend them.

Great shopping experience!

The shopping part was easy! Friendly staff and smooth transaction. Delivery was not so good. The first issue is no flexibility on time. It’s take it or leave it. The second issue was the mattress was torn. It should never have been delivered. Then trying to get a replacement was difficult even though the delivery staff documented the tear. Again no quick resolution, no quick response and no flexibility on delivery even though it was Ashley’s error. Need better delivery options and better problem resolution.

Nyesha goes above and beyond. I came here after ordering furniture from another company that wouldn’t fit into my new home. The other company was not helpful in finding something to fit, so I got a refund and came here. I shared my situation with Nyesha, and she walked around and showed me some options. I looked a little more and found something I liked. My experience with Nyesha didn’t stop there. When it came time for delivery, I was concerned about the timing and reached out to her. She made some calls and got back to me with some answers and reassurance. The next day, my items were delivered and assembled professionally and smoothly. I’d order from this store again, and I’ve already recommended it to my friends. Go see Nyesha!

Everyone was pleasant when I was at the store and I spent a lot of money. I bought an expensive bedroom set, coffee tables and two benches. After that I never heard from the salesman. My bedroom set came in a month after I purchased it that was just the bed. One of the dressers came in a month after that and they didn’t tell me that only one of them were coming. I found out when they got there. The second one came shortly after, but it didn’t have any hardware to put the legs on. I was furious. Thank God that the driver who delivered it had extra Hardware and saved the day as far as the store goes, I will never buy anything from there again

The actual selection and purchase experience was very good. But, we had the couch home less than one week when I called to see what there return/replace policy is. I explained that my 82 year old husband has had several surgeries on his hip/leg and realized after sitting on the couch that it was too firm and irritated his hip and leg. The woman I spoke to said that Ashley’s policy is no return, no replacement, no refund. But said she would send an email to someone (I did not understand who) and someone would get back to me. I haven’t heard back from anyone. We are furnishing a new home and I will not be purchasing any more furniture from Ashley’s

Would never shop there again. My table started peeling and the manager we had been conversing with (Jamie, I believe) said he would honor a return. Then, Covid happened, Jamie left and the new manager decided we wouldn’t be able to return our table, regardless of what our email and agreement said. We ended up going through the BBB to have a store credit and junked the table and chairs set. We bought something not manufactured by Ashely and have not had any problems. Zero out of 10 stars, would not recommend.

Bought a sofa from Ashley Furniture to be delivered a week later. The day of the delivery, they called to say the sofa was back ordered Tried to call the store in Buford and couldn’t get through to anyone. Had to drive to store & cancelled the order. Found a beautiful sofa, better quality, at Haverty’s Mall of Georgia on sale and they actually have the sofa in stock for delivery on 10/31. Imagine that ! I wouldn’t recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone! Haverty’s is the way to go !

I purchased an electric recliner from Ashley store in Buford. It was delivered and put together. It was so uncomfortable when I sat in it. It had no support at all for my lower back at all. I called the store and she told me that they could not do anything about it. The sales person should have told me final sale. Well he did not tell me that. I have never shopped at a store that does not guarantee their product for even the first day out. Very disappointing!!

I had previously left a review raving about the friendly staff but recently working with Ashely Furniture store has turned into a nightmare. I would advise people to shop ANYWHERE but here. I truly regret even stepping a foot in this store. I recently went to shop for a bed with my mom. It was delivered to us and we were not happy. There was a miscommunication on their end at first but we resolved it. My frustration began not being able to contact the store directly they have a 3rd party company that answers and will try to call the store but of course they do not answer. I ask the sales associate when I went up the store to sort things out and he said the store does not take calls. They also don't mention many things to you that you should be made aware of. They have horrible communication and do no take responsibility for any concerns you bring up. I received the rest of my furniture and it is horribly beat up and scratched. The sale person told me they are not responsible and I have to call the manufactured for them to fix this. Well I don't have time to go up to the store and ask for this information. I can't call because the store can't answer the phone. Who is the manufacture? How can I contact them?To make matters worse we cannot get this item refunded. More than anything I just wish we could return everything and not have to ever deal with this company again. Finally, the quality of there furniture is not good. You are better off ordering off a wayfair or amazon and for a cheaper price. They have much better quality. I will NEVER shop here again. Haverty's is right around the corner from this location and they are WAY better then Ashely's. Starting with their staff, furniture, delivery, everything! I have used them for years and never have experienced any issues. So now I continue to try and resolve an issue without absolutely no help from the people that sold us this furniture. Not to mention the reason we went to the store was to buy a bed is for my mother who had knee surgery and her furniture hasn't even come out of the wrapping. Once again one of the worst decision I have ever made. This was the nicest and briefest description I could give.

Been a customer for 14 years, even have a credit card for Ashley. We have a beautiful sofa with a chaise. 2 months ago the puppy ate a hole in the chaise cushion. I called the store. They told me a replacement is $70. I still don't have it. The store says to talk to parts department. We call parts department and they say go to the store to order it. I go to the store and the manager writes the parts email on a piece of paper, says, "we don't do that in store" and walks away. Tried to say we talked to them and they didn't care. 2 months and I still can't get a replacement cushion .

*****UPDATE***** DO NOT SHOP HERE AND SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!! We were pleased with the purchasing portion of our furniture, however, it was delivered on 9/24 and this is when the "you know what" show began! We received SOME of the items we were supposed to - other items were backordered, and after looking at the couch that was delivered and sitting on it for 5 seconds, we determined that the quality was TERRIBLE and not at all what we expected to receive (not to mention it arrived damaged). So, I went to the Mall of GA store the very next morning to discuss and try to switch out the couch for something else. This is when they informed me that since the product was delivered, all sales were final! What??!!! I informed them that the couch was damaged and more importantly, the quality was terrible, and they said that I would need to open a case with customer service to see what can be done. This has been the longest week of my life - after multiple phone calls with the automated agents, the result is they are sending the same piece of crap couch and picking up the damaged one. No care that the customer is happy with the purchase, or even received what they paid for! They informed me that I had been emailed with updates through the whole process - GREAT! The only problem with that is not one of the 14 different people I have given my CORRECT email address actually changed it. I spoke to the sales manager this morning and he is trying to help, but really can't do anything for me either. This experience has definitely turned me off of Ashley Furniture forever! Sad b/c I have several other rooms that need furniture and will NEVER give my business to Ashley again. Rooms To Go may be slightly higher priced, but the quality and customer service they offer is WELL WORTH the extra money!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY SHOPPING WITH ASHLEY!!!!! Oh....and since they wont take this horrible couch back, I will just have to eat the $1000 and donate it. Thanks for nothing Ashley Furniture!!!!!!!

It was been 14 weeks and we still don’t have our tables. Sales people should provide reliable information for customers to make informed decisions. Ashley Furniture is bombarding us with sales emails but I think those resources would be better used getting me what I paid for 4 months ago. Buyer Beware!!!

The Sales Lady Was Not Versed in Her Trade... Had to keep running to the manager to get answers to our questions. They had a sifa on the floor on "sale" but we were told we had to buy everything in the display (because they were reducing inventory)... THEN, when we showed interest in that set, the sales lady told us they didn't have the sofa in inventory, it had to be ordered - taking 3 to 4 weeks! These People ARE Clueless. We decided to purchase somewhere else!

Nyeasha was more than perfect with helping my mom and I find a new mattress. She was very personable and honest, I felt like I was truly getting the best deal I could and would highly recommend her to anyone going there to shop.

Went with my mother to purchase a couch. We looked around and picked one. Was to be delivered on July 19th. Came this morning. Couch is about 5 shades lighter than in the store. Called they said must be lighting. I don't know how lighting can make that big of a difference. Pillows we purchased with the couch and now do not match. They will NOT let her return the pillows that JUST delivered. If we purchased the SAME pillows online we could have returned. Stated cause she could see them in the store. Ok yea BUT the couch color is NOT the same. The lady said someone at the store should've told us. NO ONE told us. I would have said never mind we will get pillows somewhere cheaper. Me nor my family will NEVER EVER EVER order from Ashley again. Stupidest policy i've ever heard of.

Order made June 26 th with delivery date of July 19th. On July 18th received confirmation of delivery between 9:15-1:15. Morning of July 19th it said no delivery. Talk to delivery manager and was told items didn’t get on truck! REALLY! 3 weeks in advance and ours couldn’t get on the truck!!! This isn’t the first time either. Thought we would give a 2nd chance and they blew it. NEVER again will we buy from Ashley. Products are good but delivery and warehouse are the worst!!!

Jr was great with the purchase our living room! I believe we got the best deal!

My Ashley bedroom set has survived multiple (haphazard) moves and looks as good today as it did in 2008, so when I needed a living room set there wasn't really a question of where to go. Benjamin was super helpful and patient as I dithered over accessories to add to my purchase, as well as knowledgeable enough to direct me to a sofa with comparable butt-feel (if you will) to the one I'd settled on before coming in, which wasn't featured on the sales floor. If you're looking for furniture, they're definitely worth a visit!

*Update* I placed my orders using this same email linked to my gmail so I don’t know how they weren’t able to locate my account. Also, the owner included an email below for me to reach out. I wrote them on June 17th and have yet to hear back. As much as I want to shop with this company, I just refuse to. This place has THE MOST convoluted and not customer friendly return policy. I ordered a storage bench and upon assembly, we noticed the drill holes were not aligned correctly. We requested at return and new product because the item was defective. They told me to bring the defective item to a donation center, keep my receipt, and show them the proof in order to get a refund. That’s very inconvenient for the customer. I’m so disappointed with this place.

Ashley Furniture has lost a returning customer. Last purchase there was one problem after another. My salesperson Noir was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I purchased a nightstand and sofa. The problem started with the rude delivery men. The sofa was too big to fit in elevator of my apartment building so that made them mad which they took out on me the rest of the delivery time. One of them wouldn’t even speak to me when I asked him questions or suggested an easier way to get sofa in. The other one complained the whole time how heavy it was and didn’t even want to bring it in. The nightstand was missing a handle which I had to wait a couple weeks to get. The massager part on the back part of one side of the sofa quit working after two times. Serviceman came out to fix. Didn’t get his name but he was very nice and professional. He couldn’t fix it so ordered a part for it. Part came in two weeks later. Same serviceman came out. Still couldn’t fix because they sent the wrong part. Ordered the part again emphasizing the correct part to the parts department so hopefully they would get it right this time. That was 5 weeks ago. Part never came. I’ve spoken with customer service twice and have gone back to store to get the sofa swapped out. I purchased the warranty package. I just want to get another sofa same kind that works! Customer service and store both turned in request to someone for approval that was supposed to get back with me about swapping out. Never heard from them! I’m thinking they’re just hoping I’ll forget about it and drop it. Not going to happen. My next email is going to be to their corporate office. For what I paid for that sofa, I want one that works or my money back!! Never shopping there again!

We have spent the last 4 hours working to contact the warehouse (no answer, after ringing multiple times phone disconnects), speaking to customer service, contacting the store directly only to be told now we can not pick up furniture until tomorrow...MAYBE?? It is terrible customer service to have NO WAY to contact the distribution center. This has been a waste of 1/2 a day off for me. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS WHOLE PROCESS!!! They took our money with no problem...now no one seems to be able to tell us when or how we can get it with any degree of certainty.

The worst experience I have ever had with a furniture store. My mom ordered us a new living room set in April. We went a couple days later to order dining table chairs. They were scheduled to deliver May 3rd for BOTH & only delivered the chairs. They never called me to let me know the middle piece of the sectional was on back order and needed to deliver May 9. A couple days later, they call me again telling me they were now going to deliver May 14 because they were still not going to be receiving the middle piece till May 9. Yesterday I get a call from a Manager. I inform her of the situation and she approves my sectional to be delivered without the middle piece as a one time courtesy due to me being without furniture for over a month. She schedules the delivery for today at 12:30-3:30. I get a call this morning from dispatch saying they will not be able to deliver because the middle piece was not available and did not care that I already got the delivery scheduled through a manager for it to be delivered separate. So now, for the 4th time I will not be able to get my furniture until who knows when. I will NEVER BE BUYING FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE AGAIN NOR WILL MY FAMILY. The worst most frustrating experience EVER. And my order will be cancelled, and i'll be going elsewhere. Do not waste your time here! Rude customer service department too.

Our experience with Ashley directly was great. This review is specifically to address the warranty company that Ashley promotes and sales when you purchase a product through them (ProtectAll). I've also left a BBB review but want to leave here as its sold through Ashley. Don't do it, save your money! If I could leave a 0 star I would. They will talk around approving any claim. I sent photos for review and when they denied my claim I sent additional photos showing what they were citing didn't align with their terms and conditions (splitting of seams and my two small rips were beside the seams, not in them). They then sent an email asking me to call. During the call the representative echoed the email and when I explained how that couldn't be (seam splitting when the rip isn't on the seam), he told me they don't cover holes, just rips. I explained when something rips, there's then a hole. In this case he said a hole is missing fabric. I thought great, mine has fabric flapping, so I guess by their definition it's a rip. I shared that logic and then he moved on to tell me it was threads fraying (no threads or strings out so I disputed that), next he changed it to the upholstery fraying and it being worn. I asked where being worn was in the term since this is 5 yr coverage and some wear and tear will eventually show (we've had it 1.5 yrs so thats not the case yet). He couldn't tell me and kept going back to threads and upholstery. I gave up and will fix it myself because no matter the proof you have, they will change why they are denying it (4 was my max but I'm sure he would've kept changing it). Don't waste your money. Take your 1 year warranty from Ashley and then fix the rest with the money you save by not using this company.

I visited today and the agent that helped me at the Buford location was Chris. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the different items I was inquiring about and I felt comfortable talking with him. I didn't feel rushed and he took his time. I ended up purchasing a bed, mattress, night stand, and box spring along with assembly and delivery. I appreciated him keeping me within my budget and giving me different options. the rest of the staff seemed friendly as well. They also had other vendors in store so I got a cute water bottle, bath bomb, and organic juice. Very pleasant experience.

My experience overall was good my sales person would not call me back when I tried calling her, her voice mail was full. I wasn't able to leave a message. Edén was nice and polite but very hard to reach. Not sure if I'd won't her for my sales person next time.

I have furnished my entire home with Ashley's. my original location was buford. However, my agent left and went to Cummings. The Cummings location is great also. The people here are very helpful. THE whole entire staff is wonderful, and they make you feel like you are family. I only deal with one person she's the best. If she leaves one location, I'm going to find her no matter what. She always has the best intentions for everyone who is looking for anything in the home. She can find mostly whatever you need. I would recommend anyone to her.
