The salesperson was friendly
Everything seems great when you’re in the store and they’re trying to sell you something, but good luck getting a hold of anyone once you leave. We originally purchased a sofa and loveseat, but later decided to change our order to two sofas. We called multiple times, and no one answered. When we finally reached the so-called customer service center, they assured us that the order could be changed and that we’d receive a confirmation call within 48-72 hours. That call never came. We followed up, TWICE, were told that the order was successfully changed, and thought everything was settled. Well, guess what got delivered today? A sofa and loveseat. Exactly what we originally ordered—not the change we were promised. The whole process has been a frustrating mess, and the lack of communication is unacceptable. Once they have your money, customer service is nonexistent. Would not recommend if you expect any level of post-purchase support.
My boyfriend and I bought two Tempur-Pedic pillows a MONTH ago. The manager told us he would personally pick them up and have them in-store for us by March 21st. Instead, the pillows were suddenly shipped without any notice—no call, no email, no tracking number. Now, it’s almost April 1st, and we still don’t have them. Worse, no one will answer our calls. Terrible customer service. Don’t shop here.

Great showroom. I have shopped here a few times. I was greeted and helped by Emily the last couple of times. She is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the current sales and products.
This is terrible company including store . they delivered a defective sofa and not ready for replacement or Return. DONT EVER buy from any of there stores or online . This is a scam Company
This review is solely based on the sales experience and not related to delivery or the product itself. My family and I went in yesterday on a whim looking for a futon and we were kindly greeted by Emily. She let us know there were no futons to try as they were only sold online. She the showed us some sleeper sofas and informed us of the President’s Day promotion. The entire time she was never pushy and was very gracious. We felt we needed another day to consider purchasing an actual sofa instead of our intended futon and she did not make any stink about it. Sure it’s a sales persons job to convince you to buy something, one should know that entering any store. Her tactic was simply not aggressive and we appreciated that. When we returned today to purchase the intended sleeper sofa Emily was not around and instead we worked with Drew. Drew’s demeanor was incredibly soft spoken and gentle. He promptly got all documentation we asked for, clearly laid out the options, didn’t hide any pricing details and to top it off he treated our toddler very kindly. Again, it’s a sales persons job to make you feel comfortable; however, I’m sure we have all felt the irritation of someone over aggressive. I couldn’t have asked for a better “sales” experience. Hopefully the delivery and furniture meet the same standards Emily and Drew exude, but if not it is not a reflection on them. Kudos team.
They lost my new couch. Oddly enough the delivery truck showed up empty. Waited all day for a call back from mgmt. but no one cared to call so I had to go in for a refund. Bad first impression. Don’t waste customer’s time.
Bought a bed set, and it was a smooth purchase. I've always liked shopping at Ashley Furniture. Ask for Jennifer. She's so wonderful and helpful.
