The Canton Ashley Furniture is a disappointment. They are very attentive when you are shopping , but if you have an issue after delivery, they pretend to file a claim to rush you out of the store, with the promise of a resolution. Nothing happens, which is disappointing, since we have purchase from Ashley furniture other locations in the past and never had issues. Also, they do not make it clear that sales are final! It's in the fine print at this location.
Everything was great in store, prices, service, etc. The delivery was horrible!! They delivered the couch but the couch was missing one of the legs and they said they would go to the store and get one and be back in about an hour, however they never returned!
My wife and I recently moved to Canton, GA, and visited Ashley’s Furniture in hopes of furnishing our entire new home. We purchased a kitchen table, several chairs, and a bench. When the delivery team arrived, they seemed irritated that we wanted to inspect the furniture for defects. We told them we’d look over the pieces before and after assembly. During assembly, they put the table together backwards. After we pointed it out, they reassembled it correctly, but in the process dropped several pieces onto our wood floor. Once finished, they rushed us through inspection, shoving an iPad in my face for a signature and giving us barely 30 seconds to look over the items. Their tools had been placed in such a way that they covered damage — a cracked tabletop and a chair with a hole in it — which we discovered as soon as they left. I called the store immediately. The manager seemed concerned and said she’d file a claim and that someone would contact us right away, but also mentioned there would be no refunds since we had signed for the furniture. After a week of silence, we called the 800# only to learn there was no record of our claim. We had to start over, send photos, and wait for a technician to “service” our brand-new table. We were told to expect a callback in 72 hours. A week passed with no contact. Another representative promised a response within 2–3 days. Again, nothing. The table was purchased on July 26 and delivered on July 30. As of today, August 13, we have a brand-new but cracked table and a damaged chair in our kitchen — along with a lot of frustration and wasted time. The complete lack of accountability, responsibility, and customer support has convinced us we will never purchase from Ashley’s again. At this point, we don’t even want the furniture anymore due to the stress and aggravation this experience has caused. Paying for the furniture was the only part of the process that was quick and easy — go figure. We would not recommend the Canton, GA Ashley’s Furniture location to anyone, not even our worst enemies.

The salesperson was friendly
Everything seems great when you’re in the store and they’re trying to sell you something, but good luck getting a hold of anyone once you leave. We originally purchased a sofa and loveseat, but later decided to change our order to two sofas. We called multiple times, and no one answered. When we finally reached the so-called customer service center, they assured us that the order could be changed and that we’d receive a confirmation call within 48-72 hours. That call never came. We followed up, TWICE, were told that the order was successfully changed, and thought everything was settled. Well, guess what got delivered today? A sofa and loveseat. Exactly what we originally ordered—not the change we were promised. The whole process has been a frustrating mess, and the lack of communication is unacceptable. Once they have your money, customer service is nonexistent. Would not recommend if you expect any level of post-purchase support.
My boyfriend and I bought two Tempur-Pedic pillows a MONTH ago. The manager told us he would personally pick them up and have them in-store for us by March 21st. Instead, the pillows were suddenly shipped without any notice—no call, no email, no tracking number. Now, it’s almost April 1st, and we still don’t have them. Worse, no one will answer our calls. Terrible customer service. Don’t shop here.
