We’ve had multiple warranty issues with Ashley Furniture, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. Despite following their process and providing documentation, we were told we must drive 2.5 hours back to the original store just to resolve a defective mattress—something that was never disclosed at purchase. We’ve also dealt with a malfunctioning adjustable bed that left my bedridden father stuck upright, with no meaningful support from staff, and a separate warranty claim denied as “wear and tear” that we did not agree with. After repeated runaround, we’ve filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Buyers should be aware of the difficulty in actually using warranties purchased through this company.

I recently visited the canton location and while I was interested in some furniture, I was not greeted once or asked if i needed any help. The whole experience felt very unwelcoming.

Trent was our salesperson and he was very helpful! Our new bed frame arrived today and we love it. The gentleman that delivered it set it up so quickly and it's perfect. I really like how Ashley sends communication every step of the way from the point of sale all the way to the tracking if the furniture delivery truck on the map. I never had a moment of concern or trying to guess when they might arrive and the entire process was very smooth. We'll definitely purchase more furniture from Ashley in the future after this experience! :)

We purchased a sectional over the 4th of July sale. Long story short, they delivered the wrong wrong. We have been back to the store 3 time for help in which they do not care in the least bit and give us a 1-800 number to call. Needless to say it is November and we still do not have the correct couch or a refund we requested. If you are looking for any customer service all, DO NOT shop at Ashely Furniture, especially the one in Canton, GA.

Got a couch here a little over a year, the springs and base are already messed up, it is only my husband and I. The couch is so uneven it’s not comfortable to sit on, for 3,000 you would think it would hold up a little better. Was told it has a lifetime warranty and cannot reach anyone to ask about it.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had was with this place. Placed an order August 2. Delivery was rescheduled by THEM 4 times. I woke up at 6:30am to wait on my delivery that was supposed to be delivered between 7 AM and 10 AM. At 9:30 AM, I received a message saying the delivery was unsuccessful. They never tried to deliver anything. When I called they said the delivery was never on the truck. I decided to cancel my entire order and get a refund August 23 I spoke with someone they said I would be refunded in 3 to 5 days August 27 comes around I call again. The refund was never processed and so they decide to process it and said it would be returned in 7 to 10 business days. Past 7 to 10 business days after I have called about eight times in total and was reassured that my refund was issued on August 27. It is now September 17 and I still do not have a refund. They keep telling me that the refund was processed and that I should have gotten it and I keep telling them even after speaking to my bank nothing has even pending to go into my account so they either issued my refund to someone else or they just don’t wanna give it to me. They said that they reached out to their financial department. I would have to wait another three days. We are almost a month in after my cancellation and I still do not have my Refund.This was my very first time using this place and I will never use them again nor will I ever recommend them to anybody. I should’ve known better after I paid for it and did not receive a receipt for two weeks because their Machine was broke. Anyways, I do not recommend this place at all if you want furniture go somewhere else.

The Canton Ashley Furniture is a disappointment. They are very attentive when you are shopping , but if you have an issue after delivery, they pretend to file a claim to rush you out of the store, with the promise of a resolution. Nothing happens, which is disappointing, since we have purchase from Ashley furniture other locations in the past and never had issues. Also, they do not make it clear that sales are final! It's in the fine print at this location.

Everything was great in store, prices, service, etc. The delivery was horrible!! They delivered the couch but the couch was missing one of the legs and they said they would go to the store and get one and be back in about an hour, however they never returned!
