I was assisted by Jack who was a new employee although you would not have known that by the knowledge he had! I left very happy with my purchase! Go check them out!
Visited the Ashley location in Canton. Was greeted right when I came into the door. Nice and polite staff. Jennifer Remillard was the employee that helped us and she was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. She helped us make a correct choice on our living room furniture set based on our needs. Very appreciative and thankful for her help. Prices was also competitive. Highly recommend if you’re in the market for new furniture.
I went to the Canton store today and had a fantastic experience. Terrell was incredible. Very helpful, knew his products and was very willing to look in the system to show me other options In the color I was looking for that were not on the floor. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The prices were great and there was a special for free delivery if I bought today. They are also able to deliver in a week, where other stores were telling me the end of December or January. Thanks Terrell!

Buyers beware! My husband had major back surgery. My husband needed a recliner that he could get out of. So I purchased a Lyft recliner. I was told by the sales guy that it would fit a 6 foot man and then it fully reclined. He also told me the color I would be receiving. When the chair arrived, unfortunately my Husband had a week postop surgery appointment. I was not able to be there to receive the chair so my mother came over who did not know what the chair was going to look like and except the delivery. When we got home I noticed that the material of the chair was incorrect. The chair was for a child size person, and it did not fully Recline. I immediately went to the store and was told by the man that runs the financing that it could be returned and all I needed to do was send in photos. Now I’m being told that I cannot return it. I must exchange it at this point I don’t need it.. This will be the last time Ashley’s furniture will ever get a dime of my money and I’ve spent about 10 grand in their store. All the store does give you the runaround and lie to you. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I ordered a sectional and waited more than 3 weeks for it to be delivered. I got the confirmation emails, text the days before and a phone call the day of saying it would be delivered in 15 minutes. I stayed home from work and gave away my furniture. After I called them after an hour had passes checking on the delivery to find out the product was on back order. Now they are saying they don't know when I will get my order. I have also been told multiple lies about my sectional being in stock and delivery dates. Manager say it will be here August 14 but speaking with another employee they tell me all the dates are tentative.

I do not recommend the Canton location or this company. I need Ashley furniture to act with integrity and have been waiting to hear from them. I've had ongoing issues with a particular order now since July 18th and have spoken to 4 different people since then bc of my own persistence and it's been ridiculously frustrating. I have half a bed they initally left in my kid's room on July 5th and need to rectify the issue. The store manager didn't return my initial call and all my calls since this began now ring through to somewhere other than the store. Please contact me if you can help and I'll provide my case #
Went to Ashley's and we were immediately greeted by a friendly staff. They were attentive but not pushy. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable about their products and answered all of our questions. The purchase was easy and loaded into our vehicle relatively quickly. I would definitely shop with Ashley again!

BAIT AND SWITCH! Two months ago I ordered a $3500 furniture set with what I was told was a 5-year protection plan and have now uncovered that TERRELL never added the protection plan-- as we specifically discussed, I specifically told him to do, and he told me was done! I called the manager ANTOINE who said that I was SOL, they are unable to help me. Cheap furniture, poor quality, terrible service, NO HELP FROM MANAGEMENT. These people are bold-faced liars!

Terrible service. Just came in with a list of items this evening that I was interested in and ready to purchase after seeing, as well as a list of items I wanted to look at to narrow down my choices. There was one salesman at the door that approached me right when I walked in and I let him know I wanted to look at the Skempton Dining set and Derekson TV stand, and to look at several couch and loveseat pairs. He walked to the back for awhile, then never approached me again, instead he went to talk to the two people behind the desk at the front (that never acknowledged me) and watched videos of people getting arrested on his phone (the audio was loud enough to hear as I walked around). Came in ready to buy today, and instead was ignored while I walked around for half an hour. If this is the expected customer experience at Ashley, I'm willing to pay a little more elsewhere to actually be treated like my business is desired.

I walked in with the intentions of purchasing a new sofa and possibly a dresser. We barely stepped inside the door when a man walked up and said he was our concierge. I don't need a concierge. I want to browse, talk to my spouse in private, make my decisions, then have someone help complete the purchase. This may not be the case for everyone, but I'm sure there are thousands of introverts like me.

As me and my brother walked in two unnamed guys started questioning us about our age. I am 18. One guy was white with brown or orange hair and the other guy was black. The white guy procceded to ask me and my brother if we just skipped school and other questions. When they began to talk to us they didn’t even give us there names. They were very unprofessional.

Ordered two recliners on April 9 they promised delivery on April 25 and they said well it’s not in stock so we’re gonna move it up and move it back to May 9. they never sent email or anything to inform me. We waited all day long for them to come out. just brought my wife home from major surgery in Northside Hospital. I want her to sit in a nice chair and now she has nothing. I’ll never go back to Ashley furniture again they’re worthless.

What a wonderful experience! Bought 6 dining room chairs. Everyone was great, especially Carly. 2 chairs had an installation problem and once again Carly to the rescue who said bring them in and Lindsey would take care of us. Lindsey, who works in the Warehouse easily put together the 2 chairs without making us feel dumb 😂 Way to go Lindsey! I didn't think Customer Service existed much anymore, but the employees of Ashley Furniture Outlet in Canton, GA were exceptional. The team of Carly and Lindsey made our day. Thank you!
Terrell Brown was unbelievably compassionate and knowledgeable in helping us with our needs. My better half is having knee replacement and we needed a specific type of recliner. He found it for us and completely made sure it fit our needs. We will return!
We came in to pick up some furniture to help accommodate guests who were staying with us for several weeks. Desirae helped us find a set (on sale!) that we could take home same day :) The warehouse team went above and beyond to help us get loaded up. Now our guests are comfy in our new TV room.

So we found the couch set we wanted, were told the couches were on their way on the 27th. Couldn’t track them, insta chat said they were officially on the truck and we were getting them that day and to not worry. The window of time was between 12:15 and 4:15. 4:20 rolls around and I had asked my husband if he heard anything. Nothing. They told us somehow our entire order had been cancelled. Squeezed us in for the 29th, making us rearrange our schedule. They promised us compensation, and then we were told no compensation. They can’t even own up to their mistakes!!!! Definitely NOT going through them for my bed set, the rest of my living room furniture, nothing. Y’all could have had THOUSANDS from us and you just lost our business! Don’t order from this company!!

Horrible experience at the Ashley Outlet in Canton, GA. We ordered over 3k worth of furniture and eventually had to cancel our order 3 weeks later because of incompetent people that could never give me a straight story. When we ordered everything in the store, we were NEVER told that some items could be on backorder. I received a call from someone in India telling me that most of my items were on backorder and would not arrive on my scheduled date. I then called the store in Canton and was told that only a couple of items were on backorder and most WOULD be delivered. My deliver date changed over and over again. The last straw was when I recieved a text that wanted me to confirm my delivery on 3/30, so I confirmed it. I then received an email a couple of hours later telling me that my items would not be delivered until May 2nd!!! I ended up canceling the order, and ordered everything from Wayfair. FYI, I suggest checking out Wayfair before going to Ashley. You will find better stuff and the delivery date won't change 5 times!! This has been one of the worst customer service experiences of my life, and I will never step foot in another Ashley store.
Had a rough start to the day but it turned out perfectly. Car wont start and while waiting, browsed the Ashley Furniture Outlet. Was looking for a recliner for my mom. She just had hip surgery and spent the past 2 months in a rehab. She is 93. When the salesman (Sal) in the store heard us, he called us to the back of the store and showed us the perfect recliner! Its a powerlift chair!! It was then reduced even more by the manager (Lindsey). I cannot express how grateful I am for these two people! If you get a chance, take a minute and check this place out! Thank you Sal & Lindsey

The tempurpedic twin adjustable bed with cooling and warming capabilities that included a Bluetooth sound bar was awesome, but we couldn't pull the trigger yet. Purchased two queens beds and a nightstand and paid for the $99 delivery. I was not offered set up of the beds on the initial delivery and the drivers simply put everything in the garage. After assembling the first bed myself. I went to assemble the second bed and the foot board was not the correct size. After contacting Ashley customer service multiple times I was able to get a new delivery date for the replacement footboard. Once again the delivery came today and they were given the incorrect footboard. At this point I am not sure how Ashley furniture is able to run their business as they can’t seem to figure out how to deliver the correct foot board for a queen bed. It is also very difficult to actually talk with a person that is able to help with issues. Almost all representatives that I spoke with were only able to read off of their screen and were not willing to help given the situation at hand. I can only be certain of one thing, I will never be shopping at Ashley again. Living Spaces will be receiving all of my business going forward. I would highly recommend going with Living Spaces over Ashley Furniture.

Went in to buy a picture which they only had one. They would not sell the display. Said it was company policy. Said they could ship it to me but I can get that same picture on the Internet for a lesser price. I understand not selling the furniture but pictures??? If you are going to display it, keep some inventory! I will never shop Ashley again.

We could not be more pleased with our experience at Ashley furniture outlet. Billy, our sales associate, was knowledgable and friendly. He quickly assessed our needs and led us to precisely what we were looking for. We loved the collection he showed us but were stuck on choosing color and deciding on the dresser vs chest. Billy was not at all pushy, in fact he made us feel very comfortable as we opted to go home with measurements and review our choice further. Upon returning to the store a week later, Billy was off but his manager helped to quickly set up the purchase and delivery. She too was fabulous, as was our delivery team (from communications prior, day of and during set up!). Thank you Ashley, we love this new bedroom set!

Such shame. Heard many good things and ordered a table set almost a month ago, while our visit in store, was given a delivery date, twice, received confirmation texts, then no one shows up. Called them back on both occasions, all they (corporate and the store) can do is say sorry and say that it's on back order while trying to give another delivery date they can't fulfill. Lost 2 days of work, and sold my other table set the day before the original set date. Absolutely horrible communication and waste of time.
We went there looking for a reasonably priced couch and Sal was so helpful and personable that we purchased a whole living room set for less than I thought. This place is terrific!

Great experience in the store! Carly was amazing with helping me and my boyfriend get a sofa. The only downside of all of this was our original pick delivery date was the 1st of December then it changes the day before to the 6th then it changed to the 9th and we got a call the day before and then now the date is changed to December 20th so lots of issues with the shipping and we don’t have living furniture and we. Have been moved in for a month now so a little irritated with that. Overall In store it was a great experience and amazing customer service from Carly!

Went in to shop for a sofa sleeper for a spare room. Ashley (Red) greeted us as soon as we walked in and asked about our needs. She gave us some sales papers and let us shop around. I bought 2 sofas over a month ago. The purchase was easy and quick. When they were delivered I discovered on one of the recliners the left side would not recline and the right side would not go down. I called the same day they were delivered the problem. The requested someone to come look at it so had to wait about 2 weeks for someone to come. They came to look at it and ordered parts to come to my house. I received them and called to set up an appointment to have it fixed. I am going to have to wait almost 3 more weeks to have it fixed. A brand new sofa recliner that can not be used right. Very disappointing and not a good image for Ashley Furniture. Word of mouth goes a long way. Also, my name is Joseph not Timothy, somehow my son's name it attached to this.

Great Prices - Friendly, knowledge staff. I shopped several stores for a mattresses and found the best value here. "Bargain" store in Acworth was hundreds higher.
Buyer beware!!! We just received replacement #3 for our table set we just paid $700 for. Chairs came fine, bench was fine, table has been damaged every.single.time. Customer service was horrible. The escalation lady we dealt with was awful, getting loud and ugly. Now we are stuck with a damaged table and they want us to carry it to donate it and show them the donation receipt before they refund the order. They will send FedEx, which took 2 weeks the first time before they picked it up. Meanwhile, we are stuck with a beat up table and short $700.
Came in to replace an online order that was canceled without telling me - this doesn’t reflect on the store but the rest of this review does. When I came in the manager helped me pick out replacement furniture. A kitchen table set with chairs and a bench, plus a dresser and nightstands. She had to leave and told the sales manager to have my order delivered via threshold, which means that their distribution center delivers the items to me directly. She also told him to offer me a discount using promo codes. While the sales manager tried to placing my order he had tech issues. A lot of them. System freezing, crashing, logging him out, overriding price matching, delivery calendar blocking off, etc. It took 2 hours in the store for my order to get placed. When he finally printed the invoice my email address and billing address was incorrect. He assured me it would get fixed first thing in the morning… as I leave the store I see on the receipt that he didn’t give me the promised discount. He left a note with a big bold red marker for the manager to look over my order and make corrections and left it on the desk after they closed. The next day I called in the afternoon and confirmed that it had not been updated. Got that fixed and was told the nightstands would arrive the following Wednesday. Great. Surprise! That Friday the dresser was delivered and it was broken. I called and spoke with the sales manager again but when I told him the situation he began speaking to the new team member in training telling her what to do. Not “I’m sorry that happened, here’s what we’ll do to fix it.” Terrible customer service. A week later and I still don’t know what’s supposed to happen with my return, when the replacement will arrive, nothing. I call and speak to the sales manager again. He promises me that their warehouse manager will call the next day with an update on the return and additional items. I told him I don’t expect her to call. He disagrees. Next day, she doesn’t call. I call back. Turns out the warehouse is only willing to make one trip to my home, so nothing was scheduled to ship because they’re still waiting on one piece to arrive in their warehouse. Like they’re holding my furniture that I paid for weeks ago hostage. Every promise was broken. Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. Basically, unless you’re walking out of the store with your furniture in your hands, good luck! No tracking info provided. They piecemeal every item out to a different team member. Anyone you call passes the buck to someone else who doesn’t follow through or call you back when they say they will. I honestly can’t believe this is how a “professional furniture distributor” operates in 2023. Just order from Wayfair. It will arrive in 2 days.

My husband and I visited the Canton, GA store looking for a specific sofa that was being sold off. Unfortunately, you all did not have it in stock, but Fatima was very helpful in our search for this elusive sofa. She found the sofa at the Kennesaw store. Long story short, we have our sofa. Fatima and JaKayla were friendly and went out of their way to help us.

We ordered a Credenza/Shelf from this store, paid upfront and for delivery/set up. The guys who showed up weren't with the company, and were third party. They were sent with damaged items (scratches on the top/back/sides, and shelves that have been rubbed raw on one side) and they were missing the door knobs screws. we paid for the item to be built, the guys even set the feet backwards. We tried to refuse the damaged items, but they said since they already built it, they didn't have any way to return it and we had to call customer service. So we started a ticket with the customer service for repair and replacements. They quoted us a month wait for a technician to "evaluate the damages". We called the day before to confirm, and they said that they didn't have any tickets for this technician visit. We spoke to three different people before they "found" the ticket we had created and confirmed the Technician visit. The Technician never showed up, so I called customer service. They told me there was no technician scheduled, and that they had "just ordered new door knobs 12 hours ago." I DID NOT NEED THIS, I wanted a replacement! These damages are BEYOND REPAIR. They would not give me a date that the technician would come back and out I would "have to wait until the replacement parts got here for us to schedule a technician".

Bought a sofa, entertainment system, 2 book shelves & a coffee table EVERY SINGLE item was broken or damaged in some form or way. Would never recommend buying fro Ashley again… it’s be almost 2 months and still waiting on a replacement piece for the entertainment system and they don’t seem to care. Apparently I have to do all the leg work to get things made right. A simple “I’m sorry” seems like a passive way to deal with the situation. After I get the situation resolved I will never be shopping with Ashley ever again… this has been the worse experience I have encountered dealing with furniture. How simple is it to send replacement pieces in a timely manner? Like almost 2 months of worrying about an issue that shouldn’t exist.

Our $5000 mattress we bought from Ashley's, had lumps in it only after a year, we called and they brought people out then the techs lied saying we didn't have the warranty due to no tags, my partner and I flipped the bed and found what they failed to look for. They were only here for five minutes and did nothing. We called to see what could be done and that was no use and running us around saying we have no case.

We had a very good experience all around. We dealt with many different people while purchasing our furniture. Christy was our saleswoman and she was very kind and personable. Mike helped her out since she was new and he was very good with people and an overall pleasant person. While working on the credit side of it we dealt with Lindsey and another young lady, and they made us feel like we made the right choice with where we went very friendlyand had some great conversation. Then when we were loading some of our products we met Xavier and he was and very kind man. The overall experience from beginning to end was pleasant and they have some great people working there. Highly recommend if you need furniture stop by this location.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. It isn’t the actual store but the delivery and customer service team. I ordered a new living room set. It was delivered 3/30/23. To a home I was remodeling. The delivery drivers told me the couch was missing parts but assured me they would report it and the items would be sent to me. While delivering my furniture I had other employees in the home doing the remodel who ended up missing a drill. Luckily it was found in possession of one of the delivery guys. Fast forward to 4/2/23. I report there is an issue with the couch and the space between cushions. It was like one side was not connected. Ashley sent a technician out to tell me the couch was a safety hazard to my kids and that no one should be on the couch. This happened 4/7/23. The replacement couch was promised 4/20/23. On 4/19/23 I was contacted and told the new couch also has an issue and can’t be delivered. At this point I’m over it. I’ve had a couch in my house that no one can sit on for almost a month. I want my money back BUT because my initial contact was outside of the 72 hour window they are refusing. I have been on the phone for 4 days attempting to speak with a supervisor in the “escalation department” and still haven’t spoke to ANYONE! Stay away!! Stay far far away!! Per the response from the owner the situation was remedied. I had to contact the BBB in order to get the corporate office to finally issue a refund. I have received it and promptly went to Woodstock furniture outlet and picked out new furniture.
Please do not buy anything at the store. They will lie to you and tell you anything to get the furniture out the door. They told me delivery would be $59 but charged me $99. They told me they would take my old bed apart but the delivery service said the store lied to me. They said they would take away my old mattress but the delivery guys said they could not take it away. With all of that we ordered an electric base that makes bed go up and down and the base was defective. The base legs would not screw in and base was lopsided and would not go up and down. They left me a defective bed we could not sleep in and said I had to call customer service. I called the store i bought the bed in Canton and the sales person Chance or Chase and manager Fatima told me I had to call customer service and take a picture with serial number to schedule a new base. I spoke to customer service they said it would be 48 hours before somebody would contact me. For two days we slept on the floor with the mattress. Finally we received a text saying they would deliver the new base. But they said they could not pick up defective base. This situation has been very frustrating and no one will take responsibility to help me. Do not buy from Canton store. Chance/Chase and manager Fatima will lie to your face just to move furniture out the door. I am placing this review on every review board I can find to warn hard paying customers about the horrible people working at Ashley Furniture in Canton Ga.
The staff were friendly and decent product on hand to look at but really disappointed with the product that's as delivered. Out of the 3 living room pieces , 2 were fairly damaged. The kitchen table was also damaged. Now have to wait a week for a tech to come "look" at the items

Do not buy from here. Couch and ottoman showed up destroyed. Don't tell you about all sales being final on pillows until you return them, and the manager on duty has a terrible attitude. Customer service is non existant. Spend a little extra and go to Woodstock Furniture Outlet
Interesting store. Odd location. Offerings are better than the main stay at ATL metro stores. Staff has good product knowledge, are willing to assist and know a great deal about inventory. Impressive.

Awful customer service! I went into the store mid November to look at their sectionals and didn't make a decision until later that day. I called their Canton location just to wait on hold for nearly an hour to be hung up on. I called right back and was left on hold, so I drove to the store (while on hold) to walk into about 2-3 people that worked at the store just hanging around. I ended up purchasing a sectional. A few days later when it was delivered I noticed there was damage on the sofa so I called and was given a case #. I was told I would receive an email 7-10 business days later. Here it is a month later and no email/no phone call. I called the store and the CSR asked for me to send an email so I sent a picture (and no response). A few days later I make a 3rd phone call. The lady on the phone gave me December 31st as the 1st available time that somebody could come out which would've been fine however she couldn't give me a time slot so I get to wait around my house for 12 hours on New Years Eve in hopes they actually came out. I had to tell her multiple times that I needed her very next day available. She continued to tell me I already confirmed that day.

Waited 5 months to get furniture was promised in 6 weeks. Then it came in 2 partial deliveries and they still have not delivered one of the chest of drawers I bought. They told me I needed a foundation. So I bought it but my bed has a built in foundation so I can't use the one they sold me will not return call
Do not get anything from this place if you need it delivered. They are supposed to call 24 hours ahead of time to set up the delivery confirmation after I already paid for it. Well they called more than 48 hours in advance. Some people have jobs and can't answer their phone. I called them back when I could and they postponed my delivery to another date. Let me repeat, I already paid to have my furniture delivered and took the day off of work. The customer service at the warehouse is completely incompetent. If I could give negative stars I would.
We drove an hour to check this store out. They have a very limited selection and almost nothing was discounted. We've been to outlets and this isn't an outlet. If you are looking for outlet prices, I would avoid this store. There are only a few items all the way in the back of the store which have been slightly discounted.

I bought a headboard. The store said that if it didn’t fit that we could return it. It didn’t fit AND it came damaged. The store then went back on what they told me and said it wasn’t returnable. Headquarters told me it WAS after I called in. They picked it up weeks after that. I still don’t have a refund for $550 after 2 months of trying and no headboard. Crazy!!!
Sorry but this was a bust and a waste of time. We drove 40 mins but now we know. People, do not go out of your way to come to this store. The store in Alpharetta was so nice, I had high hopes for this place but wouldn't recommend. When I think outlet I'm thinking random pieces of furniture, great prices, warehouse style environment and I better be ready to walk down aisles and really look. Here? Nope. They basically had tiny pieces of furniture (nothing felt substantial) and the styles were not appealing that I didn't bother to really look at prices. It just wasn't what I was expecting and just say this as a warning for any other bargain loving shoppers out there. My husband agreed it was a fail. However, there was an Ollie's next door (we had never been to one) and their selection and prices of books was so impressive. So, there was that positive note.
We had issues with the Dining Table, Chairs & also the 3seater sofa we bought from Ashley as it was delivered damaged. This was kinda disappointing & to get a repair technician took almost 2 months. But My 5 Stars is for the brilliant job which they did to sort all those issues. Thankyou Phil. You did a brilliant job.
Rosanne and Fateme are phenomenal and so helpful! I would recommend anyone to come to this store. It was amazing enough my husband actually sat down in one of the heating, vibrating recliners and went to sleep while I shopped!! It feels like home!
Worst customer service and quality of furniture don’t waste your time go somewhere else
I purchased a living room set in store.The sales rep was nice enough and helped compare options. There was an error and my order was processed for warehouse delivery in Atlanta rather than my home. The representative "caught" it and told me that it would be a few minutes to have it corrected. I waited 30 minutes for the delivery to be corrected to home delivery on 7/18. No big deal. I received an email stating that an earlier date was available for delivery. I selected 7/12 as the new date, arranged my schedule and labor to have it moved upstairs. The confirmation states that you will receive a call or text the day before to confirm the time, neither happened. At 1:30 I called to get a status after holding for 15 minutes I opted for a call back. I received the call back and was informed my order was delivered to the warehouse! A ticket was created to have it corrected. I was told I'd hear back from the store within 72 hours. Today I received a message that they rescheduled my delivery for 7/14. There was no discussion as to whether someone was available, etc. I called to discuss and again was placed on hold with a call back option. The order has now been rescheduled for 7/18, again and the remaining furniture 7/25. Be cautious with delivery as they don't care about your time or money wasted for their errors! Let's hope the rest of the process is much better.
Never in my life have I been stalked by a sales person. My husband, baby and I stopped in to look for a new couch and the employee asked us if we needed help, we said no. This male employee continued to follow us all around the store tailing 6 ft behind us, hiding behind things and sitting next to couches next to us. We couldn’t even talk to each other. We felt so uncomfortable that we had to leave. I get that he wants to make commission but we told him we didn’t need help and would let him know if we did need help. So bizarre
We shop at Ashley because they offer good quality furniture at a fair price, but even the best furniture can have problems from time to time, and that is where ASHLEY SHINES. Phil from the Canton store was just here, to make a minor repair, and I have never seen such thorough care from any person in my life! I have lived in 11 states and owned 13 homes. This gentleman was incredible! Thank you Ashley, for having such great customer service people!
Ordered a dresser 2 weeks ago inside the store that was at the ware house. They told us we were waiting for the mirror so the whole thing could be delivered at the same time and assembled. We took off work and planned this delivery 2 weeks ago for today and paid extra for the delivery and assembly. They confirmed 7 times over the past 5 days that we were going to be home today for them to deliver and assemble the dresser today. They called yesterday to let us know the time frame for the delivery and that the order was ready to be delivered today. We got the area ready for them as instructed and they showed up. I go down to help them bring it upstairs and they only have the mirror. They didn’t tell us that the dresser was on back order until they got here. After a few hours back and forth on the phone they said they don’t know where the dresser is and can’t give us any answers today. We planned out our entire week for today 2 weeks ago when we purchased the dresser and was promised it be delivered and assembled today. Now we are here home for no reason and I’m taking the mirror back to the store and returning it and demanding a full refund. They will say whatever they have to to get you to purchase and promise all sorts of things but are unreliable. Not to mention when i spoke with The lady at the store she was rude and acted like it wasn’t her problem. Do not recommend. I suggest going to Woodstock furniture or rooms to go where they care about your time and don’t lie to make a sale

***UPDATE, 10 more days have passed since the manager said she’d call us with a delivery date. We’ve heard nothing!** waiting weeks for a mattress that is supposedly in stock! I have never been more disappointed and upset. We purchased an expensive Tempur-pedic mattress and adjustable base. They told us a week maybe two delivery time , but not to worry it is in stock. We were lied to just so they could make the sale. I’ve been calling for 2 weeks, 1st call they said it was in the warehouse going through quality control. Next call I was told the mattress is in the warehouse but waiting on the base. Next call, the manager at the canton, GA location said she was emailing the warehouse and would call me back, never heard from her. Now I can’t get anyone on the phone, yesterday I was on hold over 3 hours and had to hang up. You can’t get a live person. I want to know where my bed is, they have our $$ we have nothing. At this point we’ll have to go into the store which is an hour away just to get an update an speak to a live person. It’s sad I really wanted this bed but for mere principal I have to cancel it.
TERRIBLE customer service. When we shopped there were no other patrons in the store and it took 5 employees to check me out. We purchased a desk and a chair to go with it. My son selected his chair which turned out to be a barstool (unbeknownst to us) - at no point were we told that this chair which was obviously being purchased for the desk, would not fit. Tried to return it today and after being on hold FOREVER and being routed to a call center, was told there was a 72 hour return policy (which no one mentioned to us) and I was basically out of luck. I am extremely disappointed. Just terrible customer service and incredible dishonesty. I 1000% do NOT recommend.

Reported the problem to Ashley on 6/9 and reminded them that we bought the 5 year warranty. We were told that we needed to video the difficulty and send it to them. I'm 62 years old and my father is 85, how are we to video what is wrong and send it to them we are not furniture techs. Whatever is wrong is on the inside. Also, we have to wait for Ashley to send an email with emailing instructions. Avoid Ashley furniture because after the sell, the customer service does not exist.

The customer service is Horrible! This store management should be ashamed. I went in to this store and was looking for a mattress, i saw on one of their adds on sale. I walked in and one of their associates noticed me and walked the other way. So i decided to look around for it myself. I tried to speak to a manger and she had such a rude attitude assisting me. I really like their furniture but I rather drive 15 miles to a different location. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Placed an order for Soletren online this morning. Has delivery scheduled for two days from now! Went into the store today to verify if it was the same one I fell in love with back in February and while there, I was approached by Jeremiah. He was quick, polite and extremely patient as we walked around the site for 30 minutes (him carrying around the throw pillows from the set I bought this morning) trying to find a recliner that would kinda match Sole. Eventually we found one and the process was painless (especially with it having the same delivery date as the online order). He made sure I understood everything, had me verify all delivery and item details before signing. The only reason we are in the market is because our 10 year old Darcy set (also from Ashley) has seen better days. Will come back to update once products are received and will notate when they were received.4/29/22 - delivery was on time (actually early) and furniture was as expected. They set up in house and removed plastic. 10/10 experience. Will always trust Ashley.
Wonderful customer service. I needed help with changing my delivery address for our couch. Everyone there was very helpful and they were able to get it changed.
What a joke of a furniture store! They don’t know how to order the correct furniture. They lie about delivery dates (4/6 weeks turns into 10 or so weeks). Then when you get the incorrect furniture, OMG, what a hassle it is to try and get them to do the right thing and pick back up their wrong stuff and give a refund!!! Jessica is a very unpleasant young lady who has absolutely no business being a manager of a furniture store. Fast food, maybe. She absolutely does not have the customers satisfaction at the top of her list. Just while you’re at work….after work, turn it off. But while you’re within those walls, treat the customer right and with respect. Never ever will be go in this business for furniture again nor will we recommend them to anyone.

I’m sad to see the negative reviews for this store. I had such a wonderful experience, from the sales floor all the way through delivery! I was immediately greeted by Sonic when I entered the store and had several other associates approach me throughout my shopping experience to ensure I was being assisted and to let me know they were there to help or answer any questions I might have. Sonic helped me purchase my new sectional and provided thorough, friendly, and hassle free customer service. Flash forward to today (less than two days after my purchase). My new sectional was just delivered. I received text and email notification last night of a specific time frame it would be delivered and even received a 7 minute notice courtesy call of their arrival. Antwan and his partner, who I regretfully forgot to get his name, delivered my sectional with smiles on their faces and the most delightful and friendly attitudes. They’re incredibly hard workers and really went above and beyond. I even loaded them up with some coffee because it was early in the day and at the rate they were hustling I thought they might need it. Haha! Delivery teams rarely get the credit they deserve for all their hard work. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Sonic, Antwan, and his delivery partner deserve all the credit; well done Ashley Team!
Disappointed that this store is advertised as an Outlet. It is brand new furniture, that has been discontinued, and at full price. I was specifically looking at outdoor furniture.
There is no customer service after making a purchase which is so disappointing. You must keep calling them as they do not follow up or update you with any changes regarding your purchase. The "customer care" number they provide does not answer and just keeps telling you that you are the number 1 caller in line.
You go there and try to buy something you like and for some reason the employees couldn't give less importance to you as a customer. I'll never visit this sorry excuse of a business.
We just received our family Christmas present. A new sectional sofa to fit all 4 kids and dogs. The delivery guys (I didn’t catch their names) were great. Couldn’t back into our driveway, was a steep hill with no maneuvering room. They had to unload in the street and push all three pieces up hill. They were super polite, worked quick and set up the new sectional sofa perfectly. Will definitely buy our next purchase from here.
The new Ashley Furniture store opened in Canton Georgia I stopped by their with my wife the last week a couple days before Christmas and had a good experience a sales lady name Fetima was awesome. I came back again because of my experience with her and bought two Purple Pillows. I dropped by again yesterday I wanted to make another purchase the sales man sitting at the service desk was very rude and dismissive he acted like I was bothering him. He talked to another sales person as if I was not standing in front of him she got up and went to help someone else. The salesman was on his cell phone he could have been doing real business but his attitude was such that it didn’t matter. He finally acknowledged me and said he would help me in a minute. I stood there in front of the desk waiting for about 8-10 minutes while he talked on his cell phone. I decided to walk around and shop since he was too busy I walked the entire store about 4 times came back he still didn’t help me. He finally talked to the saleswoman who had came back and was sitting at the service on her cellphone. She finally told me that it’s getting dark they don’t load things when it start getting dark. I wasted 45 minutes and these guys acted like I was bothering them this was 1600-1700 hours. They are a poor representation of your store and need to be retrained.
