My experience at Ashley Outlet in Carrollton was seamless. I was immediately greeted by Luis and he led me on a tour of all the storage beds available. At one point during the tour he introduced us to Denise, an interior designer. She was able to match a recliner with the room. Service was fast and they were able to answer all my questionsand concerns. I would highly recommend this store.

I didn’t want to write this review but if anyone buys from here and wants a refund—just know you won’t get the full amount back. I had purchased a dresser from here and got it delivered after a month of inquire. We needed this dresser asap. When the dresser did come—the delivery driver damaged the dresser and burned it with a lighter. It was a whole 2-3 weeks of back and forth on getting a refund on the dresser. I had ended up getting a whole other dresser from somewhere else. I didn’t get the delivery fee back on my dresser because I returned it and didn’t let them make it right. Which in my defense, they told me it would take even longer to get the dresser I originally asked for because it wasn’t available. Even though the whole delivery was the issue. They delivered a damaged product, damaged it even more, told me they’d give me a discount that wasn’t even more than 100$ off. It was a disaster even getting the dresser because the delivery drivers kept going in and out of my house for one item. I do not recommend coming here if you want to be told no refund on the worst delivery service. Pictures for proof. Also, they take forever even coming to get the dresser back for a refund. It still at my house as I type this ready for them to pick it up. They will make you wait forever but will be disappointed in you if you’re not on their timeline. I keep getting calls from them and every time I call back they say, “I’ll have a manager reach back out to you.” Like what? You called me first.

Nathan has been very helpful and knowledgeable about all the furniture here. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us what they had. The process has been easy. EDIT: now that we received our furniture 4 weeks later I feel like we need to update this review as the first review was pushed on us as soon as we had said yes to the purchase before we could even sign anything at the finance desk. We also had purchased a table set and rug that were on display and was told they would get wrapped up and took off the sales floor that day and would be ready for us to pick up. We had 7 days to pick it up. So when we make it over to the finance part they had a very hard time figuring out how to add the table set and rug,took a while for that to get worked out. We live about 30mins away and had told them we would be back in 3 days to pick it up. We ended up making it back the next day. I texted Nathan that we were on our way. He called and said that they never took our tables and rug off the sales floor and we would be responsible for moving the furniture to get to our rug and moving the tables because the furniture moving people weren’t there and the sales people don’t do that. We said that was ridiculous. It should have been taken off the sales floor the second we signed the papers. Anyways we get there, they have our stuff by the front door. The rug is folded up not rolled up like rugs are. Not a word was spoken to us when we arrived except for come sign these papers because they were upset we made a big deal about us having to move their furniture to get to our stuff. They were noticeably pissed with us. They aren’t allowed to help load anything either so be aware of that if you aren’t able to do that yourself. We were also told delivery fee was $199. We were not advised of any other options. But when I looked online I seen where we could have had free delivery if we were ok with putting it inside ourself. Which we would have been. I feel like as soon as the papers were signed Nathan could care less. He pretty much disappeared the whole time they had the problem trying to add the table set and rug. I had to reach out to him a week later to see if we had a delivery update. If I would I have ordered online delivery would have been 2 weeks. He called back told me a date of when the delivery people would receive our stuff. The delivery people called on that date and they said they didn’t have our stuff and would call me back in 10 more days. Which they did and we finally got our stuff. I most likely would never use Ashley Furniture again.

Great staff and decent prices and I was aware of the non waivable deliver fee, but the fact you still have to wait 4-6 weeks for delivery because your furniture comes from the main warehouse in Prattville, AL is insane to me. Just know that nothing is in stock and you will have to wait, so plan accordingly.
