Very professional experience with Stephany Nichole. Fantastic sales person with such knowledge and experience.
When I first walked in the door I was greeted by Devin Davis. He was very friendly and professional throughout the entire proceedings. During our exchange he did a great job finding answers to questions when he himself was not 100% sure. I appreciate his commitment to always getting the right answers the first time. After I had decided on a couch and a mattress, he walked me though a few purchasing options to help me find the one that best suited my situation. He then helped get the delivery set up and followed through answering any questions or concerns I had. As for the delivery itself - it was spot on! The morning of, I received 2 emails stating the truck was enroute. They also had a 'tracking button' I could use for up to the minute updates on their anticipated arrival. The young men that delivered the couch and the mattress were very clean, helpful, quick and courteous. I must say the whole experience had not a single glitch! Well done Devin and my delivery team!
