When asked about a military discount, he helped us the best he could even though they didn’t technically offer one. Putting it nicely: Service after the sale just plain sucks. 7.5 months after purchase loveseat breaks. 5 scheduled technicians, 2 of which were no shows, 1 wrong parts, 1 not enough parts later and 2 different appointment techs tell me my couch is damaged also at the 11.5 month mark of my warranty. The couch is eventually going to break too! Both said damage had to of been done the day of or before delivery. After weeks and numerous ‘running it up the chain’ phone calls later, I am told I would have to deal with a 3rd party warranty group b/c it’s past my initial year coverage. Finally got them to deliver me a new love seat but the photo shows the original next to the replacement and they are different tones of a color. Now I am stuck with a non matching set, even though I paid for a matching set. No one wants to do the right thing anymore. All about the money. I’m done with Ashely!
Ask for Odi!! My daughter and I stopped into Ashley to look for dining room table and bedroom suits. Odi greeted us at the door and was excellent throughout the whole process! She was never pushy, provided us with options and details, and always allowed for private conversation. But what I want to brag most about is the care she provided afterwards. We returned a couple of times and she remembered us. She followed up with a personal text and made sure we were taken care of with the delivery and set up. When I asked a question after the purchase, she would always respond and never acted like I was imposing just because the sale was complete. Take the time to stop by and talk to Odi- I promise she will take care of you (best experience I have ever had buying furniture!)

Went by store today and was greeted by Cassandra as I walked in. I advised her what I had found online that I wanted to see in person. She took me straight to the furniture I was looking for and within 20 minutes I was back out the door with my furniture ordered.
I would like to take the time to give Ashley a Very Big Thank You for all of her help and patience. My son and I were in the store July 27th. I knew exactly what I wanted however, I was experiencing such a problem with finding it. We had travelled as far as Birmingham looking for furniture, to no avail. Ashley, was friendly, patient, kind, and knew the products. It felt like family. Ashley made the experience so easy and enjoyable. I phoned her a few times after my purchase regarding the delivery date, and she was just as pleasant on her off day as she was during her work day. It is so very hard to receive good service, it’s as if it is a thing of the past. HOWEVER…Ashley went beyond that, and it is for this very reason that I will shop at Ashley Furniture in Columbus for my future purchases. I must also give Kudos to the young men that delivered our furniture this morning. They were so professional, courteous, and quick. Thank You for such an enjoyable experience.

So long short story, I️ made a purchase and the salesman told me that it would be delivered but they won’t put it together which is fine. Come to find out they won’t deliver my order after stating that they would. I️ spoke with Matthew the Assistant Manager and he still won’t honor what the associate has promised! I️ DO NOT recommend this store! I️ also added a receipt that said “DROPSHIP” which means that they’ll deliver. They were very rude and could not help me in any way

I wasn’t paid to write this, nor was I encouraged. Simply put Odreana (Sales Associate) was absolutely the best!!! 10 stars if I could. She answered every question and helped me match furniture for the man cave and living room. I am design challenged but she didn’t mind going above and beyond her duty to assist me in finding pieces that would compliment my space and helping me to avoid unnecessary furniture I wouldn’t need it would clutter the space. She deserves this review.

We ordered a dining room table with chairs. We wanted exactly how the display looked, 2 grey chairs, 2 black chairs. When we received the table and chairs, they gave us 4 grey chairs. We got the table we wanted but are pretty disappointed we didn’t get the chairs we wanted.
I visited Ashley's Furniture here in Columbus, GA. I met Salesman James B. He practically helped me to furnish my house, well he did pick out and furnished my home. I can''t say enough about James. Ashley Furniture should be glad to have him. He really keeps you coming back. A really nice guy. Ask for James. He really is a blessing.
They did not order the couch we wanted but we cannot wait for another. We picked out a powered couch but manual was sent.

This store in Columbus Georgia is one of the worst stores I have ever been in. The last three purchases that I have made have all been bad. They just delivered another recliner that is terrible. We called with in the three day return policy. But now they want to get the warranty company involved that will add another month or so before anything gets worked out

$199.00 to deliver a mattress is stupid. We used could pick up what we could at the warehouse and now we can’t. We like Ashley but don’t like the new way they do this. We will think about another store next time that will let us pick up our light stuff. Within 50 miles of the store should be FREE!!

I have always loved Ashley Furniture, and have furnished most of my home with Ashley’s furniture. I recently purchased a new couch and my sales rep was Franko. He greeted us as soon as we entered and spent a lot of time helping me choose the best sectional for my home. I was unsure of what side to put the chaise, and he took the time to map out dimensions of my living room with me and the best configuration with plenty of patience. I valued not only his dedication and expertise to making sure I had the best purchase experience, but also the great information he provided, which helped me choose the best sectional that would fit all of my wants and needs. He also took time talking with my son, while giving me the space to walk independently through the store to look at other options with no pressure (which I personally was happy about, as I’m not a fan of high pressure sales people), although we also looked at several options together. I highly recommend working with Franko. He truly made this experience at Ashley Furniture exceptional! Thank you Franko!

I am very disappointed in the service received. I didn't receive all of my items even though it showed the items were in route. I was put off another week and still didn't have all the items. Beware, because you can't contact the store after purchase. I do not recommend. Do business with those who appreciate you as an asset to their company.

My husband and I went to Ashley furniture looking for a sectional and we were greeted by Franchesco. He was extremely kind and patient with us as we looked at different sectionals. In no way did we feel rushed by him. If anything, we felt as if we were just talking to a friend the entire time. He answered all our questions and really wanted us to find something that we loved, in our own time. We eventually veered off to look at dinning tables which he helped us rearranged different color chairs to see which one we liked better and sat with us to see how it would feel if we were sitting with friends. Ordered recliner and sectional was given delivery date. They only delivered recliner. Called about sectional they couldn’t give any date. Ordered in July suppose to be delivered august 19th was not. They said earliest October. I finally canceled because I needed a sectional. Called about $399.99 delivery fee to be reduced they said no. After arguing many times they offered $100 refund. $299.99 for recliner delivery when it was there fault I had to cancel is wrong. Terrible customer service!

If you are ever in the Columbus, GA Ashley store, ask for Odreana, she’s the best! I found the furniture prices at Ashley to be much more affordable than other furniture stores in that area.

I purchase Furniture from Ashley 4/29/23 total $3600.00. They sold me a Guardian Protection Plan that I didn"t want. I called to cancel it and no one will cancel the plan or refund me. Guardian keep telling me that Its not in there system. Ashley keep telling me to contact Guardian to cancel. I will never buy from this company again because the protection plan is trash. I use them before and they keep your money and doesn't fix anything. I have asked for the home office from both of these companies,but n either one of them has an home office to contact straight bs!

Very disappointed with my store brand mattress. After only 5 weeks of sleeping on it, I noticed that there was already a dip, near the upper area of the mattress. When I went back to let them know, I was told that it was due to me not having purchased the boxspring for it or it could possibly be a defect. Really? These people are frauds when it comes to honoring their warranty. They will make you jump through all kinds of hoops just to prove to them that their mattress that you, the customer, who has to lay on every night is uncomfortable and is not of quality, but most importantly is defected. If you are not willing to pay $3,500 and up, on just a mattres alone, do not purchase with any expectation of comfort.

We went to buy a new couch for the family about a week ago. We were immediately greeted by Odi. She had a friendly smile and asked what we were looking for. We described the type of couch we were looking for. She was not pushy she let us explore the whole store but stayed with us to provide information about couches we showed interest in. It was very beautiful how she did it, I never felt overwhelmed by a sales person hovering but the moment I had a question there she was. Once we found a couch we like she gave us a great deal and made the buying process very quick. About a week later she te Ted to check in and see how everything was and to make sure we had heard from the delivery people. Cassandra Pitts sold a bed to me without letting me know that a vital piece needed to be bought to support the bed. I honestly think she did that on purpose because I didn’t want to buy the bed that was 4k. So it gets delivered, and we can’t sleep on it because it needs a slat. I don’t know much about anything because this is my first time buying a bed with a frame etc. I called Ashley for help and the phone keeps hanging up from the important person that was supposed to be able to help me. Finally reach someone and they say I need a box spring. I knew that’s not what was needed. Now the bed is high up the ceiling and I still can’t sleep on it for fear I’m gonna fall. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY.. they are overpriced and it’s only about the sale. It’s not about the customer at all.

My husband and I walked in looking for a new sofa set. This is our second time purchasing a couch set. We wanted a change in colors for our home and Ashley furniture store never disappoints. Craig was really approachable and friendly from the start. He was great with explaining all the different possibilities when it came to the different sets. He was very patient giving us space to browse and talk about our options as well. When we chose the sofa set we wanted, he mentioned it also came with an ottoman which was not shown on the floor. I am glad he made sure to inform us because it made our purchase much more worth it!

MONROE was absolutely fantastic at assisting us with finding those pieces of furniture and ensuring that we got the best price possible. First time buying furniture, customer service was great and staff very friendly! Franchesco Franco was the sales man and he was great as well! The reason I am leaving 2 stars is because they snuck in a 180 dollar 5 year protection plan on the couch! Got home and looked at the receipt and went back the next day to see if it could be taken off and I could get a refund and they explained that the price of the couch would go up without the protection plan. Just wish that was stated upfront before I paid , getting married in 6 months and that money could have been used elsewhere.

On 13 September 2022, I went to Ashley Furniture Store, Columbus Ga. The sales Representative Tiffany Enfinger was so wonderful taking time to make sure my Sister was selecting the right chair, I notice First her compassionate spirit, she had a smile of letting my sister know she was not in a hurry. So I decided to walk around while they looked around as well. Leave it to me I found something I’ve been looking for. I passed several other representatives I could have asked them for help. I decided to go to Tiffany because she was so helpful with my Sister, I knew she would do the same for me. I Purchased my item as well as my Sister. It was a good experience to come to this store and Tiffany (because of the late hour) never acted like she was rushing us. I will be back soon to purchase something else. Saturday we visited Ashley in Columbus and we're greeted immediately by Hunter Peterson. We explained we were just browsing. He was so nice and answered our million questions. We got the info we needed and left the store. We left to visit other furniture stores. We encountered rude salesmen, pushy salesmen and the plain out could care less salesmen. Fast forward 4 hours later, we returned to Ashley. We asked for Hunter specifically. He helped us order everything we wanted and got us all set up for delivery. He made the process easy. Due to the kindness and infectious smile he offered us, we came back and ordered from him. He has our business for life now. People don't realize you only get one time to make a first impression. So let me tell you about my experience today with Mr. King … Matthew. He was such a delight to work with! I came in looking around, he gave me my space (perk #1), he is very helpful when I was ready(perk #2) and very patient as I went back and forth on what my final decision was going to be (perk #3). He even made such that what I was purchasing would work with my adjustable base that I currently have. That is truly a lifesaver because you would hate to get the bed and it doesn’t have enough clearance. Well all this is to say thank you again Matthew for assisting me with my needs today. Oh by the way, he wished me a HAPPY BIRTHDAY! So this means he pay attention to detail. I know I will be back, no doubt!

My husband and I were in desperate need of a new electric powered recliner since his old recliner had quit! My husband would be having hip replacement surgery in a few weeks so time was very short. I told her my situation and since my husband was unable to come with me, I told her what he wanted and what he did not. Hello! We purchased a living room set months ago. When it was delivered, they backed into our gate, completely ruining it! Sure, things happen. Just fix it! It’s been several months and nobody has made any huge effort to come fix this situation. Someone finally dropped off parts of a new gate last week. I have two young boys and a dog. I can’t keep rigging my broken gate up any longer. This is a bit ridiculous and I’m to the point of anger now. This needs to be resolved THIS WEEK WITHOUT FAIL! I cannot express how disappointing this experience has been. I was trying to resolve this without being public, but clearly I’m not getting the attention this issue needs without being social on media about it!

When it comes to negative reviews everyone is always up to post those instantly but good reviews never get mentioned. About 13 years ago I had the worst experience ever with Ashley furniture (in Maryland) and I vowed not to ever spend another penny in them. Horrible experience from sales to after delivery. I had told my wife NEVER AGAIN, would I step into another Ashley and yesterday I did . Not sure truthfully how I manage to step foot in but I did. Tiffanie as soon as we walked in was very polite and professional. She wasnt pushy nor demanding. Her great customer service skills allowed me to break my inner barriers and give Ashley another chance. Her attention to details and great listening skills gave her the opportunity to pull the sale. What I loved about Tiffanie was her sincerity and professionalism. I hope this review reaches higher headquarters and they truly acknowledge her work ethics. She was very knowledgeable and patient with me and gave me her card before I left. Well, my husband and I finally made it back yesterday and luckily she was there. She remembered me and greeted us with a big smile. She walked us around, even remembered the bedroom/living room set we talked about before. Let's just say my husband and I were very pleased with the great customer service and care she gave the both of us. She made the purchasing experience easy and a successful one. Buyers Beware!!! I purchased a bedroom set with Guardian Protection Insurance in 2016 from this location. I filed a claim in December of 2021 due to the wood snapping into on the frame of the bed. Initially, Guardian denied my claim because I didn't use the word "incident" instead of "accident" when I gave a statement to the claims representative. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and immediately received a phone call from a manager at Guardian informing me my claim had been updated and approved and I had 90 days to select a new bed. I visited this store on 1-8-22 and selected the new and was told it would 16 weeks for the bed to arrive. On 3-22-22, I received a phone call and text from Guardian stating my authorization to purchase a new bed would expire on 3-28-22. I contacted them because I selected the bed in January. Needless to say, the bed was not ordered in January. A salesman contacted me to apologize and asked which bed did I select and that it would take 2 to 4 months to receive. I told him this is unacceptable and requested a refund. He said that was out of his wheelhouse and he would escalate the situation to his corporate office. Today is April 5th and I have not received a phone, email nor text from anyone at this store. Poor customer service. Avoid this place; not unless you like to be inconvenienced and treated poorly.
My wife and I bought what we thought was a very nice leather sectional in 2020 from here. The electric recliner in the same part of the sectional has now broken 3 times in the year and a half that we have had it. We are not rough with our furniture at all. The first two times the sofa was under the "manufacturer warranty" and so they fixed it with an entirely brand new part both times. It is now broken for the 3rd time and since we have had the couch for over a year now it is not covered and we would have to pay $99 just for someone to come out to determine if it's part of the recliner warranty. The part itself is not even a year old since they replaced it. This has been a huge inconvenience each time it happens. Not to mention we bought a table with chairs and a bench from Ashley back in November. We have yet to receive our last 2 chairs and bench. It's a good thing we had some extra chairs lying around because we would not be able to eat at the table with our children otherwise. Due to all of these issues I would NOT recommend Ashley to anyone who asks me. I do not appreciate being sold a lemon of a sofa and being a loyal customer to only have to wait several months for my furniture and be made to pay $99 for someone just to evaluate that the exact same part that has broken 2 times previously is broken for a third time. Please go somewhere else with your business.
The 2 gentleman who delivered the cabinet were extremely courteous. The only thing that was disappointed was the length of time from order to the home. My entire home is filled with Ashley Furniture but was disappointed about the time it took to get it from stock. To top it off we were charged and paying for the product before receiving. There must be something illegal about that.

Do not buy furniture from here. We bought a bed frame from here and all the screws started to come out just 9 months later. Since their delivery team put the bed together we didn’t know what screws went where so we decided to leave it and wait for them to come and fix it. Made a claim with the warranty company and they said it would be 14 days till they could come and look at it and MAYBE fix it. 12 days later our bed frame broke and is non repairable and they have not gotten back to us about what happens next. A technician is supposed to come out today to fix a bed that isn’t repairable. I’m 38 weeks pregnant and will have to sleep on a mattress on the floor with a brand new baby because of the horrible service and quality of this company. The bed we purchased was one of the most expensive beds they have and was supposed last us years. Not worth the amount of money we paid or the amount of stress on our family now. On another occasion when our mattress was being delivered, I was 18 weeks pregnant at the time and the delivery team refused to bring the mattress in my house and put it in the bedroom. So we paid for delivery and installation but they said they weren’t told to bring it in the house by their boss or the piece of paper they were holding (even though I showed them my recipe saying I paid for installation) and left it outside after I asked them to please help me at least get it up the stairs. They said it wasn’t their problem to call Ashleys. So at 18 weeks pregnant I had to carry a king size mattress up stairs into my house.
Odreana Livingston greeted my boyfriend and I right when we walked in the door and we honestly were just looking around at the kitchen tables, wanting one but didn’t intend on buying one. However, we found one that we just fell in love with and Odreana helped us to get what we wanted at a price we could afford. She was very helpful and informative and made the whole process so easy! I ordered a bed and Chest for my daughter 7 months ago and still haven’t received footboard or bed rails. When I asked if I could switch it for something else they said my wait time will start over and it will cost me 25% of the cost to return the one I have partially received. No one I spoke to communicated any sympathy. I got oh well you just have to wait vibes! Not cool at all I do not recommend.
I purchased a bedroom set from Ashley furniture January 18 2021 today is November 23 2021 and I still don’t have all my furniture my mattress is sitting on the floor and when you call customer service they always act like they don’t have a ETA on anything when you ask to speak with a manager they transfer you to a voicemail which I left a voicemail for a call back and they sent me a $100 gift card that’s nothing when your bedroom set was almost $4000 I will never in life order from them again!

My trip to Ashley Home Store was a total waste of time and gas! I found a Signature Design by Ashley Store mattress on Amazon that I wanted to purchase. I went to the Ashley website and it showed the same mattress for 1 dollar less. I thought instead of waiting the 3 days for it to be delivered from Amazon I could go pick it up at the actual store and get it that day instead of waiting, but unfortunately that's not how it works. The sales person at the store told me it would be anywhere from 4 to16 weeks for delivery! WHAT!!! Wow, that's a long time to wait for a mattress that I could get in a few days from Amazon! I don't know if the Ashley website would be a quicker delivery but I was not going to chance it! I purchased it from Amazon as I should have done from the start! Oh well, lesson learned! I won't make that mistake again! I'm sharing my experience to let other's know that as it turns out, Ashley Home Store is only a show room, it is NOT a place to walk in, pick something out and leave with it. Their shipping policy is ridiculous, 4 to16 weeks, so you sit and wait between 1 to 4 months for your purchase! UMMM, no thank-you, I think I'll pass. Even though they have beautiful furniture, my advice is to look elsewhere unless you're not in a big hurry. If you want to get what you spend your hard earned money on in a reasonable amount time, pass on Ashley Home Store and look elsewhere!

we purchased furniture on July 10th. At the time of the purchase we were quoted 6 weeks delivery(heard by multiple people in our party) around 9 weeks later, we still had not received a piece of furniture, so we started calling about the couch and texted our sales woman. she stated in July they quoted 12 week delivery time, which is not what we were quoted. she also stated now they are quoting 16 weeks so it could take 16 weeks from our purchase date or longer. Had we known at the purchase time that 6 weeks would turn into possibly longer than 16 weeks we would have never purchased. I do understand furniture is backed up however continously changing the date on us for how long it will take is unacceptable. I'm unaware of how long your company expects us to wait on the furniture before just sending it all back.
5mths wait on belongings. Delivered scratched furniture and no hardware for bed. Still have not been able to sleep in the bed. No screws. Major disappointment. Never will purchase anything from Ashley Furniture again.
Absolutely atrocious. I spend 9 grand at the store in the matter of 2 years and they can’t make exceptions to policies. Don’t call customer service because you’ll get a bunch of parrots repeating the same thing. I waited 5 months for ALL of my furniture to come in which took a total of 4 partial deliveries l. My sons full bed came in separately and when I got all the final parts put together it sat 4feet off the ground . All I requested was to exchange for a low profile foundation to help lower the height. The only answer I got was no return after 3 days. Having a 72 hour no return policy for furniture showing up over a span of 5 months is horse manure. They ask for customers to be patient but give no exceptions in return. Ashley furniture will NEVER have my business again. BEWARE

It was a really bad experience first time I did purchase from Ashley.I must say Ashley as a brand is over rated.Customer service is at its lowest level of professionalism.salesperson told me that he will call me and get the item delivered with in one week but after sale I have not received call from him.I call the customer service to cancel my order they said your complete order will be ready and deliver in two days. They did first delivery two days ago and second partial delivery today and they made my bed room look like a yard.Still bed is not installed as some parts are still not delivered.I called today again to customer service to cancel the order. When I asked for reference number she said she has submitted in the system and they will take the stuff from my home.I hv not received any message yet.@Ashley poor service .I don’t think they even deserve a single star.
Whomever is up for the next sale will be OK but don't dare have a question someone else may have to answer. they give their sales reps tablets. This means clash of clans, South Park and other various activities instead of looking you in the eye when talking to you and giving you a clear answer to a question. I know it's hard to control people who get paid by the sale, but this was next level. I mean the guy who was eventually asked to help was the most at home. I know because I spotted him from afar before they even rang him for help. With this guy my favorite part was him talking to the sales reps instead of all of us...as if we weren't physically 3 feet away from him also curious to hear the answer? Of course I'll be back. And I'll help by bending at the waist to meet their gaze over the tablets

I want to take a moment to share my experience at Ashley Furniture in Columbus, GA. My 90 year old grandfather purchased some furniture he was not satisfied with and returned to the store. My grandfather was extremely unhappy prior to walking in. The Staff greeted him with a huge smile and make him feel so welcome. We went to the counter and he expressed his concerns and told him to pick out something to exchange his furniture with. My Grandfather walked away still in a bad mood and as soon as he did, Mr. G appeared with the biggest smile and let him know he was here for him and we are going to find something. Mr. G walked him around the store, let him sit on every couch Ashley Furniture had and continued make him laugh and smile. My grandfather has difficulty walking and Mr. G would help him. He put my grandfathers needs first and made the process seem less. He spent over one hour only focused on him. Mr. G went above and beyond. He turned the whole experience around for my Grandfather. Mr. G walked us to the counter for paperwork and Alexia was so incredibly kind as well. She helped my grandfather fill out the necessary paperwork while laughing at his cheesy jokes. I have accompanied my Grandfather many times shopping but this by far was the best customer service I have ever seen. These team members at store are an asset to this company.

Once you express that u are just looking , they give u room to breath without being pushy or over bearing. Once u select what u are looking for or are not sure, the representatives especially Mr. James is very detailed oriented and very knowledgeable about helping you make the best selection.
Worst experience with this company. First of all the guy who took our original messed it up, then got fired. If you buy furniture from just prepare too wait a long time I had to wait up to 3-4 months it is insane. The first order I got was wrong, the second time a piece was broken, furniture wasn’t set up correctly. If I could give the overall experience a negative I would. I would be finding another place to buy furniture. I will never go back. Don’t spend your money here.

My husband and I went to Ashley HomeStore hoping we can find a sectional couch that we always wanted, however, we were in a very tight budget. Chris Willums, the consultant who helped us, directed us to one of their best and affordable sectional couches. Chris was so friendly and very helpful. We end up buying few more other furnitures that we need in moving. It was an awesome experienced. Update: Come to find out, Chris didnt give me the military discount for one of the orders i placed. Nor did he put the two box springs....(Required) for the two full mattresses i brought. Who does that????. And the delivery....... its not Chris's fault but i am upset and will never buy from Ashley's again. I was told the delivery time is 60 plus days from when i just called and i bought the items 1 April. Never again people. You live and you learni guess.

Marc was the best! I went in looking for a sectional. I had spent the last few days looking at reviews so I was fairly certain which one I wanted . As soon as I entered Marc greeted me and made me feel very welcomed. He asked if I was looking for anything in particular, let know where the sofas were located, and left me alone to browse. After I had time to look at all the sofas, and stayed at the one I was interested in for a bit(sitting on it, patting it, whispering to the cushions if they wanted to come home with me), Marc reappeared(perfect timing) and he checked the availability for me. At first he said delivery could be anywhere from 6-12 weeks.. which was enough to make me continue looking elsewhere( I just recently moved and my apartment still looks abandoned, sad and empty). But then he found out there was a sofa at a nearby location that I could possibly get delivered within the next week or so! SOLD! We filled out the paperwork, they added on a 25% military discount(so amazing!), and I was out the door in less than an hour. Then THREE days later the sofa was delivered by two super friendly gentleman who put it together for me in a blink of an eye. Very great experience!!

We've been happy with all 3 transactions we've made here in less than 2 years up until my 4th transaction about 2 weeks ago when the Manager refused to deliver our 5 drawer chest with the King bed we ordered the week before unless we pay an additional delivery fee. Cassandra Pitts (Columbus, Ga homestore) gave me exemplary service when I visited the show room. She did not follow me around nor did she pressure me. When I was ready to ask questions she was right there to assist me. I purchased a dining room table, six chairs, and a server. Although it took several weeks for it to be delivered to my home (because of Covid) she communicated with me along the way. I will seek her out the next time I go there with the intention of purchasing more furniture.

The store was lovely and had alot of great options definitely would have gave it a 5 star review but the sales consultant was horrible, the sales consultant Odreana definitely overstepped her boundaries and was overly aggressive on trying to sell my wife and myself a protection plan on the furniture we were about to purchase. Walking into the store we were greeted with a nice welcome by Odreana. We went looking around and having small talk. Odreana began to explain the protection plan to my wife. Which was 100% fine at that point, my wife and myself walked away to discuss which furniture we liked and whether or not we wanted the furniture protection plan, which we both decided not to get it. While my wife played with our daughter, I went over to Odreana to let her know which furniture we wanted to purchase, and that we didn’t mind the long wait for the furniture to arrive because it was exactly what we were looking for and was a great price. Odreana began to crunch the numbers on her work tablet. She told me the final number and I asked to see the breakdown, she showed me and I ask her to remove the protection plan (which no one told her to add in the first place) because we didn’t want it. She looks at me like I was making the worst decision in my life and tried to convince me to keep it. I told her no we were good without it, Odreana then goes to my wife and asked her if she wanted the protection plan. Extremely unprofessional, and I guess she thought she could put one side against the other (over a protection plan) we wife just looked at her and then look at me with a wow did she really just try to play that card. I told her once again, that we didn’t need the protection plan, I wanted to walk out and leave after that weak attempt to make a sell of a protection plan, but my wife, my daughter and myself just moved to the area and had been driving all over to find the right furniture to match my wife’s interior design idea and I was just over it. So I just ignored her unprofessional sales attempt and continue with the purchase, while she removed the Protection plan she continued to say I was making a mistake and began to tell a story of how she purchase furniture last week and accidentally burned a hole in it and wish she got that protection plan ( a bunch of BS I thought to push this protection plan), she continue to overly aggressively push the protection plan on our way to the counter to finalize the purchase with another employee sitting behind a desk. I get it, I use to work sales, you want to get the customer to get that protection plan, I understand the job but when I customer has said no multiple times, stop pushing the issue because it makes the customer uncomfortable and annoyed. As I’m finalizing payment with the other employee behind the desk, Odreana continues to talk to my wife about the protection plan. As we are about to exit the store Odreana hands me her business card and ask if I would leave a really great review of her and use her name. I told her ya I’ll leave a review and make sure I use your name.

My experience here was absolutely wonderful, I had to buy a mattress which is usually never a fun thing to do but my sales person Odreana helped make the experience wonderful and fun one. I purchased from this store in late December and was quoted a delivery date for 3-4 weeks out. I had to call back because they charged us for a bed that was out of stock, but was reassured that once it was fixed I would be receiving the bed and base on time. My mattress was delivered and now I’m currently sleeping on the floor, while now being quoted a mid February delivery for my base. I am sleeping on the floor of my bedroom when I could have gone anywhere else, or waited to purchase this bed until it was in stock. It seems like a slimy sales tactic to me, and the customer care representative could do nothing about it.
Great experience at the Columbus GA store. Treated like family the entire time we were there. We had all our questions answered and we were then left to test out what we wanted. Our sales woman, Odreana, would come back around and check on us time and again and answer any other questions we would ask. She was super knowledgeable about her products in store and even some products online. She was able to suggest items for us based on our feedback from furniture we had tried. She helped us find what we needed and was able to get us a great price. I would definitely buy from her again. Best furniture buying experience i have ever had in Columbus GA.

Coming here was an an amazing experience! We walked in & were immediately greeted by Catherine! She then let us know she was available if we needed anything & let us roam around on our own with her breathing down our neck while we looked at what we needed. She checked on us occasionally to make sure we were okay. She then helped us find things that were in stock & could be delivered ASAP as opposed to waiting COVID wait times! She's been an amazing help, was very informative about the furniture and the plans they have. If you come here use the name Dez & ask for Catherine! She is top notch!
First off, I've been searching for a couch for a while now. I was referred by a friend to Ashley Homestore by a friend and I was not disappointed. I walked in and was greeted by Michael Thomas. Usually I'm skittish around people but he was kind and worked well with finding me the couch I was looking for. He was also quick to find me another couch that I could take home the following day when I became disappointed about waiting 2 weeks. The amount of patience, attention to detail, and professional displayed was admirable in itself. I wasn't just another customer. I was a person. Thank you for that. I also can't forgot Marcus Jackson who checked me out once I'd found my new couch. He too was kind and professional. I highly recommend Ashley Homestore. I had a great salesman who was both easy to talk to and not pushy. After looking around the showroom I found what I wanted in the online store. My salesman quickly put in my order. I wanted a sectional right-facing-chaise with the sofa on the left. I was presented with pictures of the pieces that I was purchasing and, what I thought was, the total price. Both the salesman and I were surprised at the final price. I thought it was just a sale because it was getting close to Christmas time. On delivery day the chaise part of my new sofa was delivered, and while an inconvenience, with not having a whole sofa, I understood why there might be a delay because of COVID. The next day I texted the number to get a status update for the rest of my purchase. After a day and a half a representative called me and advised me of two things. One, that from the look of the picture the delivery company sent there was another couch in my living room, which is my old couch. Two, that there was no other order under my name. The only thing under my name was the chaise that had been delivered. I went to the Ashely store today. The customer service representative was helpful and called the store manager to the desk. She advised the manager of my situation and she told me she was working to get my as much of a discount as possible. I told both her and the manager that I was not paying for anything else and that now I would have to wait another 2 months for the couch to be delivered. The manager walked away and a few minutes later I was called to the clearance section. The manager offered to sell me a couch in the same style as my original purchase but not a connecting chaise couch sectional. I was told there was nothing else that could be done and offered a refund. The delivery company will be at my house on Tuesday to pick up the incomplete furniture I paid for. I feel that I was shown pictures of a product and given a price for what was presented in that picture. I am not at fault for ordering the wrong items or omitting items in my order. I also feel that Ashley Furniture has done the same thing to me that the online store did to me. As of Tuesday I will have furniture missing in my living room. This has caused a great deal of frustration in my life. I will not be shopping at Ashley any longer and my next sofa purchase will not be an Ashley branded sofa. This was a disappointing situation. I has paid cash for a recliner and was told 4 to 6wks to receive, 4 months later I still had not received and was told it would not be I. For another three months. After getting the run around to get money back and also being told I would have to pay a restocking fee, I finally received my money and was not charged a restocking fee. This is why I am rating two stars and not 1. I would recommend not buying anything unless they tell you they have the product in stock, if not you run the risk of paying a restocking fee on something that was never on a shelf or was ever stocked. Kind of a SCAM if you ask me

Safe yourself the hassle and order somewhere else! we ordered a living room set in JULY. called at the end of August for an update and was told it had been "discontinued" WITHOUT TELLING US and we could wait until next year to get it or pick something else. we picked something new and were told delivery would be Sept 19th.. on the 18th we get a text with no real apology saying it wouldn't happen and no ETA on when it would. I call and they say Oct. 3rd... well its now October 10th and still no ETA or any type of update. it really feels like a scam at this point.
The store have wonderful furniture from bedrooms to living room and if it is not in the store they have a catalog you can order what you want...customer service is great too!

I ordered a living room set in July. Contacted them at the end of August for an update and was told our items were "discontinued" and we could cancel or wait until next year to get them.. we canceled and picked out something else even though we had already waited over a month. Were supposed to be delivered on Sep 19 yet we got a text on the 18th saying it wouldn't be delivered and no information on when it would be. Just called for clarification and was told it might get to the warehouse on Oct. 3 but thats not a guarantee. We will never order from Ashley again after this.
Deliver customers orders when you set up a delivery date or at least be professional enough to call them and explain what the problem is not just send a text saying Unfortunately you won’t be getting your order and don’t even have an eta on when it might arrive ..

This place has provided us with the worst experience I’ve ever had buying furniture. We bought a living room set plus a few other items in July with an estimated delivery of one month. It’s now the end of September and the best answer they can give us is “We don’t have an ETA due to everything being back ordered”. After spending $2700 and waiting over two months we can’t even get an estimated date of delivery. Do yourself a favor and prevent a headache by getting furniture somewhere else.

I ordered a couch in May was supposed to be delivered June 28th then July 22nd and finally got delivered today and it has a huge hole in it and because we were advised not to pay for the instalation fee they are now trying to charge me $60 to send a tech out! This company knowingly wrapped up and sent me a couch with a hole and are now refusing to rectify the problem at their cost!!

Service was good. Furniture not so good. The couch we bought started squeaking and creaking 2 weeks after we brought it home. Cushions are already smashed down and unsupportive. Only 2 of us, we are both thin. They get you with the fancy showroom but the furniture you receive is low quality. A decent couch should last at least 7 years, we already need a new one.
On an attempt to go look at new furniture for our home one of the sales employees “Walt like Disney” (his words not mine) followed us around the entire store the whole time we were there making my husband and I VERY uncomfortable. This caused us to leave in a hurry because we couldn’t even look around the store without him following behind us. This is not how you get sales this is how you lose them.

Dear Ashley Furniture the service I received today was terrible. I walked by Marc while he was talking to another associate, and he never stopped to ask if I needed assistance. I walked around for a while until Cassandra came all the way over from the other side of the building to assist me. She was very pleasant and very helpful. I told her I had been there for a while and no one would speak or assist us. As I was leaving I passed a man (Marc) playing a game on his iPad. I was still looking around while I was exiting, but he continued to ignore us. Two white females walked in as we were walking out. The women were greeted with a loud greeting as he jumped up to assist. I turned around and let him know he ignore me my entire visit. He began to make up several excuses, I told him all I need was a an apology because there was no reason for such terrible service. He dryly apologized with more excuses. I told him he wasn’t busy because he was playing a game while relaxing, but he was able to see them and speak. I also let him know he missed a cash sale!! I will be letting others know of my experience and warning them not to shop at your location. And if they do to see Ms Cassandra only❗️
Best Service! ix had placed 2 online orders during covid with ashleyfurniture.com. Some where along the line 1/2 orders delivered and the 1/2 items on the second order delivered via mail while the other a sofa canceled without notification. I did not know that the sofa was canceled until a few days prior to delivery where there was no call or text like the previous order had. I called 1-866# and waited on hold twice for more than an hour to unsuccessfully speak to a customer service rep. I was then told my second sofa was canceled and that someone who could approve my sofa reorder with price adjustment (priced changed) would call me within 24hrs, no call back. 4 days later I tried customer service1-866, chat,email no response. I finally contacted my local store (which was closed due to covid during my online order) explained the situation and how frustrated I was with the price change and Alexia and Mr. Grady was able to adjust my price and have my sofa scheduled for delivery! I am more than happy with the service I received today from the Columbus Store!!! Never did I think that they would go out of their way to fix something that the online department failed to do! Thanks to them I will purchase from this store and I highly recommend this location! Thanks for turning my negative online experience into a positive!!
Worst experience ever had with furniture pickup. We ordered Sofa and TV stand like a month ago, pick dates have been moved three times and we still don’t have a confirmed pick up date of our furniture. Most unprofessional part of all is that they don’t even call to let us know that pick us date has been moved. We have been calling them on pick up date to check when can we come and pick our furniture. In return we will get to know that “ ohhh pick up is moved to so so so date”. Highly unprofessional store management. I would never order anything from this store and would not recommend it to anyone either.
The most pathetic place to buy furniture. Their customer service is terrible, I have been waiting on 2 products for over a month with delivery dates that have been change 4 times. Prior to this I placed an order online with the same issues and when I tried to cancel the order I had to wait hours before someone picked up my phone. I would highly recommend not to go to this store or buy anything from their online store. Also, I’m still waiting for my products to arrive.
We ordered a couch and 2 recliners almost two months ago. We were originally told we would get our furniture in 7-10 days. After pushing our delivery date back about 6 times, we finally received our couch last Thursday. Our 2 recliners were supposed to be delivered yesterday. They showed up to drop them off, and one of them isn't even the right chair. The people ar Ashley have not been helpful or considerate of the situation at all. We were basically told there is nothing they could do when we were waiting so long for our furniture. So, here we are nearly two months later and we still don't have all of the furniture we ordered. We are now told it will be another 11 days before we can get the correct recliner.
The WORST customer service I have ever received. I ordered two beds with under storage. The under storage has been ordered three times now because it keeps coming in damaged. They don’t call to let you know that it’s damaged until the day before delivery. I’ve called the customer service line MULTIPLE times and I get hung up on every single time. One time I had someone tell me that they couldn’t help me because I have kids.. my 3 month old was in my lap making noises. He wasn’t crying, just cooing & smiling. Just a warning.. don’t buy from them.
The product that we received was defected. I emailed them and responded to their email with the proper photos and description. After 8 days of not receiving a response I called and was place on home for 28 minutes before hanging up in frustration. Not a recommended company to order through.

Really Really hate and disappointed at Ashley’s. When we purchased our furnitures from them we made sure to buy the protection plan and insurance. Now no one ever explained to us that if you are in the Army and the Army damages your furnitures the protection plan nor the insurance won’t cover the damages. I think this is totally BS. We spend all that money to buy expensive furnitures and trying to get our furnitures protected and insured yet we can’t use what we are paying for. It’s totally mind blowing how we got ripped off as loyal customers and that no one ever in that store mentioned to us what isn’t protected. I felt like they just wanted to take our money. It’s easy for them to sell to people and get customers money but when it comes to them taking care of there customers issues and what not it’s like we are being ignored.

In the past I have purchased from the Ashley HomeStore in Opelika, Alabama. I live in Columbus, Georgia now and although I love the store in Opelika I have limited time to shop so I went to the Columbus store when I decided to purchase a new living room suite..... It was a pleasant experience and I will definitely shop there again.
Love Ashley Furniture. Chris is always looking to make sure we have gotten a great price on all the stuff we have bought. This is our go-to for affordable good furniture.
We are military are purchased out furniture 5 years ago. We had a care plan that if it is not used in 5 years you get that money back in store credit. We have since moved and went to our local Ashley store and they refused the voucher saying we have to use it in Columbus. We specifically asked our sales person if we could use this at other locations and he lied to us. I have called 4 times over the past few weeks to find out how I can use this voucher and keep getting told they will call me back. NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK. I am disappointed because if they were honest to start with we would have not spent the extra money on the warranty($500). I still can not get an answer from anyone. Dont buy your furniture here if your military, they lie to you to get a better commission and take advantage of the fact that you will never be able to cash in your voucher if you move.

I purchased several pieces of furniture during my most recent visit to Ashley Homestore. I finialized my purchase on November 20th. Here it is five weeks later and I recently received my third notification that my sectional and ottoman still aren't in and won't be expected until January. I made a complete purchase, no leasing or installments, and if I knew it would have taken 6 weeks or more to receive my items I clearly would have taken my money elsewhere. I'm very unhappy with this process and it's truly unacceptable. You would think some type of alternative option would be offered such as choosing an item that is in stock but no you simply receive a text message basically stating how unfortunate it is that they have your money as well as their product and you just have to wait. I'm very unsatisfied and surely will not be returning to make future purchases from Ashley's. One loyal, unsatisfied, no-longer a customer.

I ordered two couches two recliners all the same color. You delivered it today. Brown couches, slate recliners! You screwed up the order, but now are telling me I have to wait until December 9 for it to be corrected. I have 3 holiday parties before then. Would you suggest I tell my guest to sit on the flipping floor? Furthermore apologizing for a screw up is not good customer service, correcting your mistake is. I paid you money, and you said it would be delivered before Thanksgiving. Now I want my friggin furniture. There is no excuse, just fix it, and hire someone that can read.
Mrs. Cassandra Pitts was the best saleswoman hands down. She is very knowledgeable and patient. She's down to earth and very personable. She is not pushy in any way, like some sales people can be. I knew what I wanted when I came in. However, I waited until Mrs. Cassandra was working before I would make my purchase and will continue to do so in the future. That is how awesome she is!
Delivery was very professional and impressive! The men had to maneuver a couch into a small bedroom and they were very thorough in that no damage happened to the walls and door - glad I had then do it. Very happy with the experience.

Was told furniture would be delivered on the 17th OCT all 3 pieces , well 3 days before deliver they called me to inform me that only one piece would be available for delivery. When I asked when the others would be ready was told the 1st week of November. Like are you serious !?!? Called talked to costumer service they basically told me there nothing they can do. That if I want my money back. I want my furniture that I payed for and was told would deliver on the 17th OCT. I do not care that you have to make the furniture etc etc you pay for a service and your expected to get that service. So buyers beware you will be told one thing but get told another. Might have to wait a month or two for your furniture and there is no way to get it sooner.
Go to this place to pick out your furniture, then go to Furniture Queen to go buy it, save yourself a lot of money. The 25% military discount is a joke, everything is marked up at least 25%. Whatever warranty they are selling you is actually from Ashey and it's free but they'll charge you for it, do your research. Ashley furniture is okay, don't expect it to last.
Great furniture and great quality. The delivery was not good but when the store manager found out everything he personally went and picked up my tables, brought them to my house and set them up. Natalie is the best sales person ever and sends me a personal thank you note every time I buy something.

First let me say that Natalie is the best sales person you can get. Unfortunately the store just doesn&'t deliver the furniture. I purchased a sofa and end tables in June. It took a couple of months for the sofa to get here. When it did the delivery guys were in such a hurry that they messed up my newly painted walls and ruined the legs on the couch. I called Ashley and after about a month and me following up and staying on it, they sent someone to fix the wall. This man was wonderful and very sorry this happened. By now, I think I should have recieved some compensation because I have been nice and not been ugly at all. I have not had a manager call and apologize or even try to compensate me for this . Furniture is good price and great quality but for the headache, it isn&'t worth it. I still have no end tables and no idea when I can get them. Oh, I can go get them and put them together but for a single mom who isn&'t real good at this stuff with no truck. Not a good option when I have already paid them for it.
First let me say that Natalie is the best sales person you can get. Unfortunately the store just doesn't deliver the furniture. I purchased a sofa and end tables in June. It took a couple of months for the sofa to get here. When it did the delivery guys were in such a hurry that they messed up my newly painted walls and ruined the legs on the couch. I would not recommend buying any furniture from this business. It is no surprise why almost every review is negative and only 1 star. The only positive experience here was the salesperson who sold us our furniture. We bought a bedroom set in August and paid cash. It wasn&'t going to be delivered until yesterday 09/16. It was over 3 weeks but I get it and we were told that up front. We received a message and text last week that we were scheduled for delivery on 09/16 and another follow up message with the same information on Friday 09/13. We were given a time of between 4:30 and 7:30pm. We had the bedroom completely cleaned out and had sold our previous furniture. I went home at 3:30 to give myself plenty of time. 4:30 came, 5:30 came and so on until it reached just before 7:30. We called the customer service number and of course they were closed. The message said they close at 4pm and that&'s another problem in and of itself. We then called the store and spoke to a lady who works at the front counter. We advised her that we had not heard from anyone. We did advise her that we had 1 missed call during that time but when we called it back (It was from out of state) a man answered and when we told him we had a missed call he hung up on us. We gave her the number and obviously hoped it wasn&'t the driver if he left no message and then hung up in our face. She stated she would call us back shortly. She called back about 10-15 minutes later and said she spoke to the distribution center. She stated that they didn&'t have any drivers with that number and also stated that they notated they had called both numbers. I advised her that this was not true, that I had been home since 3:30 and that we had received no other phone calls and have been waiting for our furniture. She then proceeded to tell us that the trucks were full for the next couple of days so maybe it could be delivered on Thursday or Friday. I told her that was not acceptable because we were completely blown off. I asked for the Managers name and she stated John Summerford. I asked for the District Managers name and she said she had no idea who that was. I then asked to speak to whoever was in charge currently at the store and she told me there isn&'t anyone there in charge. I told her to leave Mr. Summerford a message that I would be in at 10am. This morning I received a message from the office that they would look into my delivery (I had left a message about my ordeal the night before). They then told me that they had to wait until the trucks got back and might be able to get my furniture to me by 6pm. I told them I wouldn&'t accept might and if they couldn&'t get it to me then I simply wanted a refund. They told me that the dispatcher notated that they tried both numbers and the gate number. I advised her that was simply a lie and that we never got a call. She advised me that it wouldn&'t have been a 229 number but a 334 number which conflicted with what I had already been told. Regardless, I didn&'t get a call from any of the advised prefixes. In the end, I simply decided to drive back over to Ashley and just get my money back and find furniture elsewhere. When I walked in I asked for Mr. Summerford and the salesperson got him. I introduced myself and he asked how he could assist. Keep in mind that this man already knew what was going on and had called my wife about 15 minutes earlier who told him I was on the way. I said I just need a refund. His response to losing a sale and having a customer who will never return and advise others to never shop there was simply &"ok&". No service recovery effort, no what can we do to make this right, not even an I&'m sorry but just &"ok&". He got a lady from the back and stood there while she processed the refund. This man has to be the worst Manager in history and is costing Ashley money and customers. As we stood there waiting I told him that his business had many problems and that no one ever contacted us about the delivery. His response was &"I&'m sorry, they said they did&". I told him that I had called the store the night before and was told that no one there was in charge. He simply looked at me with no reply. The lady gave me my refund receipt, I told her thank you and walked away. Again, nothing from the store manager. I can only hope that one day soon I will see the &"Closeout Sale - Going out of Business&" signs on Ashley Home Stores. I advise everyone to shop elsewhere!

I love the Columbus, Ga. location Cassandra P. is so personable she really makes you feel like family. The environment of the store is so laid back no pressure at all. They really tried to get our order delivered the same week but the truck was already full for the week. I will be back there to purchase more furniture!!!
This business had a lot to offer, but unfortunately their salesman “Walt like Disney” (his words) didn’t feel it was necessary to allow my family time to really search. He followed us throughout the entire store acting as if he was busy on his laptop. It was beyond uncomfortable when we were looking for new living room furniture and had him asking “What do you think? Are you narrowing it down?”..... we ended up leaving. I understand this is his job.... but he also needs to realize that if he wants to make a sale, he needs to give a little space. Allow the customers to walk around some before trailing behind them for 30 minutes.

Buying furniture from Ashleys has been the worst experience I've had with a company in a very long time. I will not be shopping here going forward. Customer service gets an absolute 0/0 from me. The sales associate I worked with was fine, but everyone else... not so much. Avoid the headache and go somewhere else. Just read the reviews on Trust Pilot.

Our salesperson was great and the buying/financing process was easy. Delivery time was long ! We even were missing a piece of our bed frame that took an additional week to deliver. When they arrived with the piece, the box showed visible damage that it had been opened. Upon assembling the bed we discovered we were missing support pieces ! After finally reaching costumer service after a 4 day weekend, our agent said she was trying to find the piece and would call us back. After 5 hours she called back and said she would call back AGAIN ! She never called back that day. A day later I’m still trying to contact her by leaving a voice message because yet again no answer. It’s been 2 weeks with open boxes and pieces of furniture unassembled in our bedroom thanks to Ashley Furniture!
I love Ashley Furniture this is the only place I will purchase my furniture. They have great sales people. They have great furniture and they stand behind their furniture. If I had to say anything bad about them is there delivery is a little slow. But I'll wait for them I have two sons with the truck they usually go pick it up for me. And I'll save my money. When I was in there I found some of the prettiest Furniture I've seen in a long time. I just wish my house was bigger so I could replace some of mine
Up date !!!!! I went to Ashley today 09/17/2022 looking for a new power chair for my mother. Tiffany Enfinger waited on me. My mother can not walk so see was on the car Tiffany help me find her a new chair. Tiffany was so sweet and helpful She went out of her way to help me and my mother please go see Tiffany and you need to see all the new furniture in there omg. I found a new bed and 2 chairs i want i will have to wait til i get other house but i know i will only go to ashley and visit Tiffany thank you again Tiffany for all your help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My first couch I bought from them was about 10 years ago I replaced it about 5 years ago I gave that couch to my son about last year he replaced it and he gave that couch to someone else and the couch is still an awesome couch. And I miss that couch daily and while I was in Ashley I found the prettiest living room set I've ever seen. Is too big for this house but boy if I could move it would be in that one. So I would highly recommend Ashley Furniture to anybody and everybody please go in there and take a peek
I highly recommend looking at a different furniture store. My in-laws had warned us about Ashley Furniture because their experience was less than satisfactory, but we really liked this storage bed. So we ordered it and had it delivered and upon delivery the bed was missing most all of its hardware so the delivery guys could not assemble it. This is the same issue my father in law had with Ashley Furniture. I spoke with the delivery guy and asked him if this was a common thing to happen and he said yes. I don’t understand how such a well known company delivers furniture with hardware missing. This is completely ridiculous, and when I spoke to the customer service manager I was informed they would have to reorder the hardware and it would take 7-10 business days to be delivered to us. Then on top of that if we wanted people to come out and assemble it for us it would take an additional 5-6 business days for them to come. I’m even more disappointed with the time it takes for Ashley Furniture to fix their mistake along with having paid for the delivery and assembly just to have missing hardware and for the entire bed to not be assembled.
Competent staff, clean and spacious building. However, it took too long to get our mattress order though. Even it is just the mattress in the box type, we still had to go to their warehouse to pick it up, in stead of having it shipped directly to our house. For that reason, it is a 3 star rating.
The lady who greeted me and my husband was very nice and listened to us and what we were looking for. Prices were too expensive for the quality of the material in some wooden furniture

I ordered a full bedroom set and a couch all on the same day (7th of June). The couch had a later delivery date due to it being on back order, I was told this before I paid for it so that was ok. So I get my bedroom set on the 12th and the bed was damaged, not a big deal (things happen) but when the sent a replacement that too was damaged, SMH. Also the delivery guys couldn't put the mirror on my dresser because the screws were missing and as of today (July 9th) I still haven't received the screws, so the mirror is just on my bed room floor, SMH. Now on to the couch, they told me the couch was coming on 19th of June and I called to see what was going on with my mirror screws around the 17th or 18th of June and that's when I found out my couch was running late and will be at my house on the 6th (ok cool things happen) I called them on the 1st of July to change my couch order to a couch that was $1,728.00 more then the original one I ordered and was told it would be at my house on the 9th of July, so I just called to ask if my screws for the mirror would be coming with my couch today, she tells me the couch won't be delivered until the 12th of July. What's a three day difference you might ask, well when you were told one thing and made plans to have guess over, plus on top of everything else dealing with this company, then three days is a huge deal at this point. So they get one star from me, but I must say while I'm getting jerked around their customer service was really nice about it.

They let me shop by myself which is what I wanted. The price on the tables was just the table not including chairs which are priced individually. Add an add and so on and so on.

Easiest buying experience I’ve ever had.
Do not buy furniture here. The story: 7 weeks ago, I spent about an hour in the store, brought in photos of my living space, a drawing with dimensions, and a measuring tape to ensure I got the correct couch I wanted. The sales representative, while courteous, drew the diagram on their sheet correctly, but failed to write down the serial numbers for the correct configuration. The worker responsible for generating the order, inputted it incorrectly. Short of looking over their shoulders and knowing their job, I did everything I could to supervise this process. Four weeks later, they delivered the incorrect configuration. To save their delivery team labor, I agreed to keep the couch. I drove to the store and spoke with a manager, which produced the narrative above regarding how the error occurred. He agreed to give me a $100 gift card and get me rescheduled. The soonest was about 10 days later. Then, the company rescheduled on me 3 different times. On the fourth time, I was unable to get off work in time to receive delivery. I called and their delivery team explained they could hardly adjust their route. I explained all this to a worker at the store, and they told me I’d have to wait an additional several weeks to get the couch picked up and I wouldn’t get my $1000 back until the couch cleared their system - essentially holding my $1000 hostage for a couch I don’t want. Now I’m waiting an additional 8 days to get this couch picked up, and when they do, I’m back where I started with no couch and hours of wasted time with this company. Their manager, Alex, seemed quite content with this arrangement and made no effort to make things right. One of the worst consumer interactions I’ve ever had with a business—save yourself the trouble and buy from any other store.

No in terms of helping with after the purchase. no help in referring me to anyone who could move the furniture. also, after about 2 weeks, i finally got some folks to move my furniture out and i still have to wait 5 days for the new furniture. I thought they might have been more flexible about that. no idea about durability, etc.

Recently purchased the Alenya sleeper sofa and love seat. Very happy with my purchase. Only complaints are delivery time frame, it took nearly a month to get my order. Second complaint is the decor pillows seem to have no fluff to them.
I bought a sofa and recliner a couple years ago and bought the warranty plan .well in December the recliner quit working so I called the warrant company and filed a claim with guardian and it is now the end of March and I have yet to have the recliner fixed. I call and call and they call me almost every day sorry we have no routes in your area .I've called Ashley and asked for a manager to call me back and haven't received a call back either. this is not how you do business and for the amount we spent this should happen. don't think will be buying anything from Ashley anymore
If you go to Ashley Home ask for Freddie I have health problems right now and couldn't walk around, he knew what I needed and he picked out special ones for me before I got there so I wouldn't have to walk around the store, I couldn't ask for anything better, he is the best and I would shop there again, remember ask for Freddie ⚘

I bought a bedroom suite that cost slightly over $4,000 with the WARRANTY and everything. It’s only been 2 years and the frame (structure) of the bed broke from “normal wear and tear”. This poorly made, cheap material broke in that short amount of time. Called to get it fixed and they considered it normal wear and tear. It took almost a week to hear back from someone. They offered nothing except for me to pay out of pocket for a new frame. I will NEVER buy anything else from here. I have no idea how they have been in business this long. Terrible warranty, products and customer service.
Walked in and met a salesman who acted like he didn't care one way or the other if you bought anything or not. Ended up going somewhere else due to that and they didn't carry anything in stock.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! When we first moved to Columbus, Ga, we went to Ashley to furnish our new apartment. They delivered the wrong bed and it took weeks to deliver the correct one. We decided to give them a second chance (everyone makes mistakes) when we purchased our new home. We spent a great deal of money with them and they delivered the wrong color sectional. When I called my salesperson to fix this mistake, she told me the sectional in the color we ordered has been discontinued. Um...maybe tell me that BEFORE your go and deliver a different color without even notifying me! We went to the showroom that same day to pick out new couches. There was only one set that would match the rest of the furniture we purchased from them. Thankfully, we liked it so we ordered that; however, it wasn't available to ship for about one month. Apparently this company has a hard time shipping the correct items to people. We are waiting for our new couches to be delivered and if this delivery is also incorrect I think I will lose my mind. Also, part of our order was a large TV stand, which came without the pegs needed for the shelves. The delivery guys told me they would drop off the pegs next week and leave them in my mailbox. Guess what...no pegs! I called my salesperson and she said she would stay on top of it, but after calls and emails to her, I still have no response and no pegs. I called Ashley's corporate office and they are now ordering me the pegs, which will take about 2 weeks to receive. I spent too much money to be inconvenienced this way. Why do I have to make tons of calls on various days for people to just do their job?!

We went to the Columbus store and we're lied to by their either poorly trained or scheming customer service reps. We were told we had 7 days from picking it up from the distribution center before we would incur any penalties. We returned it the day after we picked it up and were stuck with a 25% restocking fee.
Cassandra helped us pick out a bedroom suite for my 17 year old, mattresses for 3 family members, and a living room set for my parents. Very helpful and so kind and patient. Definitely should use Cassandra for all your furniture needs. Great store with lots of options for furniture and accessories. Very nice staff.
NEVER again... They tried to deliver my dining room table and chairs, TWICE, missing pieces and hardware to properly assemble the table base. The call center people gave me attitude when I ASKED them to cancel my order.
I love all the furniture I've purchased from Ashley. My entire house is outfitted with Ashley. I recently purchased a rocking recliner and it's not opening properly. I notified Ashely and they immediately went into action to order another piece. Although it hasn't arrived nor the issue resolved, I'm confident that it will.
Ashleys Furniture is always a pleasant experience. The staff is attentive and friendly every time I visit. Ashley's online on the other hand not the same. Recently ordered a platform bed and mattress. Mattress was the wrong size. Cannot return because there is no way to get it back in the original packaging. And bed was delivered as photos show. Box marked "fragile" but pieces are bent and chipped thanks to improper handling. And they want more photos but the bed had been assembled and metal un-bent to be able to assemble the bed. I have purchased from Ashley's for years but this has me rethinking ordering again.
