Ashley Store Columbus, GA

Big mistake buying from Ashley. Columbus Georgia. Ordered in person complete living room set. Ask for delivery after Christmas since it was due week before. They called and wanted to delivery only love seat on 21st. We again clarified not till all 3 pieces were ready. So call cam me that all 3 pieces ready. Scheduled delivery for this morning. Email invoice, text and delivery guys list showed all 3 peices on truck but the love seat not there. It is still in another state. They can not give me a expected delivery except several weeks. How can the love seat have been ready for Dec 21 delivery and we ask to wait, now it in another state but the truck invoice had it on truck. Customer service states they have text we agreed to split delivery. Ready to go to store with all text and emails. They are making excuses placing blame on customer. Not except able when we have proof. Tell me where is our loveseat really. Since it could have been delivered a week ago. Who had my love seat.

Boomer was our associate that helped us. Very satisfied customers. We got everything we wanted. He showed us awesome things that were exactly what we wanted and was able to work in our budget that we communicated and maximized our potential shopping cart with the price we wanted.

My experience from start to finish with Ashley and their sub providers (delivery People) was excellent.

Great service and I love my new couch set!

Went to get a mattress. Left feeling incredibly uncomfortable when the associate helping us continued to make inappropriate comments, even asking one of us to “drop the OnlyFans” twice, and touching said person’s shoulder on multiple occasions. Furthermore, he went so far as to lift our child up and suplex him, laughing it off as playful joking. Not once did we say he could grab our child who is under ten years of age. This is incredibly concerning, and i can’t imagine how uncomfortable future customers would be with this behavior. It is incredibly unprofessional, you can make a sale without making inappropriate comments and putting your hands on someone AND their child. We went to get a mattress, not to leave uncomfortable and harassed by some guy named Harry.

Grady was very patient and helpful with me! I was unsure what Living Room set I wanted. He made this an awesome experience for me….thanks Grady!

Ashley store is a great place to purchase furniture and decor. The furniture is made with strong quality. Our salesman was knowledgeable about their items. You pay for good quality, durable furniture. We highly recommend Ashley store.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE! I am not a person who does this ever but it’s taken 2 months to get half of the couch I ordered!! A little over a month ago I made on online order for a couch that I checked out in store and not even a day after taking the $4,000 out of my account canceled bc apparently you can deliver to a new build address. THEY HELD THE MONEY FOR TWO WEEKS! Then when I got the money I went in store to buy the couch and it was delivered today and two pieces of the sectional were a different color to which they left the right colored pieces and took the wrong ones and no one has reached out since. So I’m sitting on a piece of a couch with raw wood sides! HORRIBLE

Very impressed with the great customer service I received from Harry at the Ashley Home Store in Columbus, Ga. on Sunday 😊. He was so friendly and patient and took time to show me several different loveseats that I was interested in. I had planned on visiting a few more stores before making a decision; However, after decided that the first one he showed me fit my needs perfectly And NOT being your typical pushy salesman, I'm happy to say we closed the deal. I have future furniture plans and I expressed to Harry and his manager that I would be doing all my business with him at Ashley. Thank you again, Harry!

I absolutely love my sofa! 🤩 it was a great choice for my space. The delivery team was quick and very professional. I really appreciate the delivery tracker. It gave me an estimated time on when the delivery would arrive. My items was delivered on time as promised. My salesperson Cassandra made me feel like family. Overall it was a great experience and I’m looking forward to my next purchase.

Easiest furniture purchase ever with Grady Flowers.

Paid for 2 table lamps in the store on July 21st, 2025. Told they would be on the next truck and delivered to the store within 7 to 9 days. After 2 weeks we heard nothing so called the store back and was told in fact the order was not placed. The order was placed and would be in 7 to 9 days. We never heard back so we contacted the store again and said they should be on the truck that coming Wednesday and someone would deliver them to our house that Friday. Friday came and we received a phone call to come pick up the 2 lamps. We went in the following day, Saturday, picked up the lamps and brought them home to put together. We then discovered 1 was broken. Took it right back to the store and, since we did not want to wait for who knows how long to re-order the lamp, we found a floor sample that worked. Asked for a rebate of fees, but was told that cannot be done. Got the lamp home and discovered the color of the cord was different than the other lamp. We will just leave it at that after going a month with no lamps in our den. Looks like a good selection, but in the absence of compensation do you really think we would shop there again???

When your JUST LOOKING for new furniture and you have your list of 3 furniture stores that your going to, but you happened to go the Ashely Furniture first. I walked into the Whittlesey Blvd , Columbus store and met Boomer he explained all the sales and promotions and I showed him what I was looking for, and he found me something so similar and less expensive let me just say I PURCHASED IT. Boomer you was amazing, so when ever I'm looking for my next furniture piece I will be back to see you.

My husband had this chair for four years. He called Ashley Furniture because the leather was coming off. Ashley said that is just normal wear and tear. So, I guess last night the chair decided to pray.

The whole process, from sales to delivery, was courteous and professional. The furniture is wonderful.

The product, well what I have received so far, which is about half, but have been charged for the whole thing, isn’t bad. Ashely Furniture's logistics portion of their company are horrendous. To say the least. I ordered a bed-frame, mattress and foundation only. I was told they would all be shippers together and were in stock. Then I was told when they changed the delivery date by two weeks that they were “still making” the frame. The mattress was delivered, which also said nothing about it being a mattress in a box anywhere when purchased. After that the bed-frame was delivered and the gentlemen put together very quickly (kudos to them for being awesome). With that being said, they had a correct SKU # but sent me a twin foundation. Upon calling customer service (in the Philippines who couldn’t understand my issue) I was re-directed and told to call someone stateside who told me basically “we don’t know what’s going on and have no delivery time available”. This is pretty unacceptable in my personal opinion for someone you already charged the amount of the entire purchase for. This will definitely be the last piece of furniture I purchase from the company due the the abysmal follow through and information given about a customers purchase. Do better.

This review is not about the local store or the sales person as both were outstanding. This review is however about the delivery process. We were told our new couch would be delivered on March 6, 2025 , and due to that we got rid of the old one to make room for the new one. The truck arrives and after about 10 minutes the driver informs us that the couch is not on the truck. He then called the delivery line, and we spoke with a CRS that informed us that it's the company error there was nothing that could be done to get the couch to us now any quicker than next week, as they do not have trucks on routes in this area till then. I asked as it was due to the company error that it can't be done sooner to which I was not "No". I then asked due to the inconvenience that the delivery fee be waived, to which I was told that it's non-refundable. I then suggest that the amount of the delivery fee be adjusted off the price of the couch, and I was told that there would not be a refund of any kind. The best they could do was offer a $75 in store card (cause I really want to shop there again). If you have high expectations with the sale people, then they will be met. If you have high expectations on delivery and customer service after the sale, then you are going to have to really lower the expectations to almost nothing because that is what you are going to get. This was our first time shopping at Ashley, and as of right now it will be our last. I would advise to shop anywhere else, or just take your chances that you get your stuff. FYI-I have talked with friends that have gone through the same thing dealing with Ashley delivery. Ashley do better, and remember service after the sale still matters if you want repeat customer.

Called and asked for a next-gen durapella. The lady I spoke to, Ashley (most likely not her real name) had the worst customer service. I’ve been avidly looking for this couch, asked if they had it available for order she said “I don’t know I don’t have my iPad” I asked if she can get me over to someone who does, she said no then I asked if they had they’re promotional sale, she said look online. Obviously more worried about fighting for walk in customers on the floor.

Consultant Mark Gibson was very friendly and patient with me. The experience was really refreshing to have someone be so patient and helpful. I wasn't rushed at all as I explained what I was looking for and in the end found the perfect couch set for my family.

Ordered a sofa that was delivered as a “drop ship”. The sofa upon delivery was damaged. I was told via phone I had to either pay the restocking fee of 25% of the total cost or have someone call me within 72 hours to schedule them to come and put a patch on it for free. I did not want a patch put onto a new sofa that was damaged upon delivery. I then came into the store and spoke with the manager who was very nice and was told I’d have to pay the $120 delivery fee or pay $120 for them to come put the patch on. Either way Ashley cares only about the money and not customer service. They were going to get their “white glove” delivery fee someway somehow. This was my first and last time using Ashley’s.

Putting it nicely: Service after the sale just plain sucks. 7.5 months after purchase loveseat breaks. 5 scheduled technicians, 2 of which were no shows, 1 wrong parts, 1 not enough parts later and 2 different appointment techs tell me my couch is damaged also at the 11.5 month mark of my warranty. The couch is eventually going to break too! Both said damage had to of been done the day of or before delivery. After weeks and numerous ‘running it up the chain’ phone calls later, I am told I would have to deal with a 3rd party warranty group b/c it’s past my initial year coverage. Finally got them to deliver me a new love seat but the photo shows the original next to the replacement and they are different tones of a color. Now I am stuck with a non matching set, even though I paid for a matching set. No one wants to do the right thing anymore. All about the money. I’m done with Ashely!

Ask for Odi!! My daughter and I stopped into Ashley to look for dining room table and bedroom suits. Odi greeted us at the door and was excellent throughout the whole process! She was never pushy, provided us with options and details, and always allowed for private conversation. But what I want to brag most about is the care she provided afterwards. We returned a couple of times and she remembered us. She followed up with a personal text and made sure we were taken care of with the delivery and set up. When I asked a question after the purchase, she would always respond and never acted like I was imposing just because the sale was complete. Take the time to stop by and talk to Odi- I promise she will take care of you (best experience I have ever had buying furniture!)

I wasn’t paid to write this, nor was I encouraged. Simply put Odreana (Sales Associate) was absolutely the best!!! 10 stars if I could. She answered every question and helped me match furniture for the man cave and living room. I am design challenged but she didn’t mind going above and beyond her duty to assist me in finding pieces that would compliment my space and helping me to avoid unnecessary furniture I wouldn’t need it would clutter the space. She deserves this review.

We ordered a dining room table with chairs. We wanted exactly how the display looked, 2 grey chairs, 2 black chairs. When we received the table and chairs, they gave us 4 grey chairs. We got the table we wanted but are pretty disappointed we didn’t get the chairs we wanted.

I visited Ashley's Furniture here in Columbus, GA. I met Salesman James B. He practically helped me to furnish my house, well he did pick out and furnished my home. I can''t say enough about James. Ashley Furniture should be glad to have him. He really keeps you coming back. A really nice guy. Ask for James. He really is a blessing.

They did not order the couch we wanted but we cannot wait for another. We picked out a powered couch but manual was sent.

This store in Columbus Georgia is one of the worst stores I have ever been in. The last three purchases that I have made have all been bad. They just delivered another recliner that is terrible. We called with in the three day return policy. But now they want to get the warranty company involved that will add another month or so before anything gets worked out

$199.00 to deliver a mattress is stupid. We used could pick up what we could at the warehouse and now we can’t. We like Ashley but don’t like the new way they do this. We will think about another store next time that will let us pick up our light stuff. Within 50 miles of the store should be FREE!!

I am very disappointed in the service received. I didn't receive all of my items even though it showed the items were in route. I was put off another week and still didn't have all the items. Beware, because you can't contact the store after purchase. I do not recommend. Do business with those who appreciate you as an asset to their company.

We eventually veered off to look at dinning tables which he helped us rearranged different color chairs to see which one we liked better and sat with us to see how it would feel if we were sitting with friends. Ordered recliner and sectional was given delivery date. They only delivered recliner. Called about sectional they couldn’t give any date. Ordered in July suppose to be delivered august 19th was not. They said earliest October. I finally canceled because I needed a sectional. Called about $399.99 delivery fee to be reduced they said no. After arguing many times they offered $100 refund. $299.99 for recliner delivery when it was there fault I had to cancel is wrong. Terrible customer service!

I purchase Furniture from Ashley 4/29/23 total $3600.00. They sold me a Guardian Protection Plan that I didn"t want. I called to cancel it and no one will cancel the plan or refund me. Guardian keep telling me that Its not in there system. Ashley keep telling me to contact Guardian to cancel. I will never buy from this company again because the protection plan is trash. I use them before and they keep your money and doesn't fix anything. I have asked for the home office from both of these companies,but n either one of them has an home office to contact straight bs!

Very disappointed with my store brand mattress. After only 5 weeks of sleeping on it, I noticed that there was already a dip, near the upper area of the mattress. When I went back to let them know, I was told that it was due to me not having purchased the boxspring for it or it could possibly be a defect. Really? These people are frauds when it comes to honoring their warranty. They will make you jump through all kinds of hoops just to prove to them that their mattress that you, the customer, who has to lay on every night is uncomfortable and is not of quality, but most importantly is defected. If you are not willing to pay $3,500 and up, on just a mattres alone, do not purchase with any expectation of comfort.

We went to buy a new couch for the family about a week ago. We were immediately greeted by Odi. She had a friendly smile and asked what we were looking for. It was very beautiful how she did it, I never felt overwhelmed by a sales person hovering but the moment I had a question there she was. Cassandra Pitts sold a bed to me without letting me know that a vital piece needed to be bought to support the bed. I honestly think she did that on purpose because I didn’t want to buy the bed that was 4k. So it gets delivered, and we can’t sleep on it because it needs a slat. I don’t know much about anything because this is my first time buying a bed with a frame etc. I called Ashley for help and the phone keeps hanging up from the important person that was supposed to be able to help me. Finally reach someone and they say I need a box spring. I knew that’s not what was needed. Now the bed is high up the ceiling and I still can’t sleep on it for fear I’m gonna fall. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY.. they are overpriced and it’s only about the sale. It’s not about the customer at all.

MONROE was absolutely fantastic at assisting us with finding those pieces of furniture and ensuring that we got the best price possible. The reason I am leaving 2 stars is because they snuck in a 180 dollar 5 year protection plan on the couch! Got home and looked at the receipt and went back the next day to see if it could be taken off and I could get a refund and they explained that the price of the couch would go up without the protection plan. Just wish that was stated upfront before I paid , getting married in 6 months and that money could have been used elsewhere.

I've recently stopped in at Ashley's furniture and if you want a good, honest, and hard working sales associate to help you without trying to talk you into buying a bunch of extra stuff just to make some commission or someone who will listen to what you want and have them show you items without trying to sweet talk you the whole time just to get a sale then I recommend Tiffany. From the time I walked in and she greeted me until the time I left you can tell she is a genuine person. Someone who truly cares about the needs of the customer and not just about getting a sale. We just moved here a couple days ago and decided to upgrade our bedroom furniture. We decided to go to Ashley furniture store in Columbus, GA and were greeted by Miss Odi upon arrival. She introduced herself, and explained that she’s here for us and to make our furniture shopping experience easy! Simply put, she was phenomenal. She gave us some time to walk around the store and look, then she joined us as we looked at a couple options and started weighing our options. She gave us the pros and cons of our options which made deciding so much easier! She also helped us with a mattress as well. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!

Went into Ashely’s today wasn’t expecting to leave out with anything. When I say I say Tiffany Enfinger is the the best she’s great at what she do. Left out with the best massaging chair for my back for an great price.

So I decided to walk around while they looked around as well. Leave it to me I found something I’ve been looking for. I passed several other representatives I could have asked them for help.
