DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! I have been waiting nearly a month for my couch to be delivered and have been rescheduled nearly 5 times on this company‘s behalf, and I have still yet to receive my couch. I bought this couch from this location before I moved 2 hours south. The sales representative Carole and the management team promised me that this couch will still be delivered despite moving to a different region soon after purchasing. Well, they have lied and set up for the couch to be delivered from the Memphis (out of state???) warehouse, which does NOT deliver to my location. Customer service is unfortunately worthless Except for only one representative named Ferbert, that was smart enough to think about changing the warehouse from Memphis to Atlanta, which is closer to where I live. Unfortunately I only got 2 OUT OF THE 7 pieces of my couch a week and a half later. I’m still fighting to get the rest of my couch and customer service and it’s management has kept pushing it off and telling me to wait another three days and then another three days and then another three days for an update on when the rest of my couch will be in stock- one representative even told me it may be A YEAR. These unhelpful representatives are: Christian, France, May, and the supervisor Angelica. Please save yourself the headache and stress and buy from a different company! I really wish someone had told me this beforehand.

I don't understand why Ashley's doesn't know their inventory. How can they not know if something will be able to be delivered until the day before and then all of a sudden cancel it. I will never shop at Ashley's again.

SCAMMERS AND Fraudulent sales on Mattresses. Please be aware and warned. Their guarantees are absolutely FAKE. Not in writing too because we bought a mattress from here that went sinking the 1st day we tried it after following every instruction on it carefully allowing it to fully expand for 48 hours. Then I went to the store and showed them the pictures with proof of how this mattress they sent from warehouse was not in par with the standard of what they displayed in the store. And the store manager made false claims that I could have a 1 time reselection( BEWARE this is totally LIES) , and their customer service representative called me and said “we don’t do any replacements, any returns or trials. WORST PLACE TO BUY MATTRESS. Will NOT RECOMMEND to anyone. Don’t lose your money with this ASHLEY crappy service stores. They take your money and business and don’t care about anything else. I’m going to write formal complaint, reach out to BBB and the court!

George our sales consultant was extremely helpful. I liked that he didn’t hound us, he gave us the time we needed to walk around to see the inventory, but was readily available when we had questions. I was pleasantly surprised with their inventory. I hadn’t visited Ashley before, but will definitely go again next time we’re in the market for new furniture.

Im trying to call about a product I looked at last week. I want to know if its still available but the call system does not work. None of the numbers im calling for the store connect to any ringing phone. It continues to leave me in silence just to tell me to call the number back of I need any further assistance. Im not getting any assistance. Ive called a half dozen times. You should look into the glitch of the automated call system or find out why no one at your store is answering any calls across a 3 hour time window. Even the corporate 866# is doing the same exact thing. If we cant talk to someone, I wont be buying anything.

EXTREMELY happy with my mattress buying experience at Ashley Furniture! We were immediately greeted by Rachel Chung upon entering the store and told her we were shopping for a mattress. She took us back to them and her knowledge of every single mattress was incredible! She answered all of our questions and got us into the mattress of our dreams. I can not recommend her enough times. She was so pleasant and sweet. Ashley Furniture needs to know how great she is and what an asset she is to the company! We will be buying living room furniture in the near future and will look for Rachel when it's time.

Patrick went out of his way to be helpful! My headboard was delivered today and I love it. Nightstands come next week.

Went into Ashley to replace a living room set - absolutely outstanding service and ended up also getting new dining room chairs. Our sales person Kristine was knowledgeable and helpful. She let me walk around by myself until I had questions. I don’t like to have high pressure sales and she was just great. I will update my review when furniture arrives!

Do NOT buy from Ashley Furniture. This has been the worst furniture-buying experience I’ve ever had. I purchased a couch in mid-December. It is now mid-February… and I still do not have a couch. Here’s what happened: I originally ordered online and was given a delivery date. I took off work to be home for it. The day before delivery, I had my old couches removed from my living room. Then delivery day came — and no one showed up. When I called, I was told the couch was actually on backorder and the date would be pushed back. That second delivery date came… and again, no couch. So I canceled the order and went into the store thinking that buying in person would be better. I was wrong. Tash helped us choose a couch and gave me a new delivery date. I specifically asked if it was in stock and NOT on backorder. I was told yes. Delivery was scheduled for February 18. Today is February 16. They just called to tell me it’s on backorder and now won’t be delivered until March 1. So it doesn’t matter if you order online or in-store — the communication is terrible and the information you’re given cannot be trusted. And to make things worse, you can’t even call the store directly. The number routes you to a general customer service line where it’s nearly impossible to get clear answers. This has been months of inconvenience, misinformation, and wasted time. Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere else.

It was an amazing experience provided by Jay. He didn’t push to make the sale but let us take the time to discuss what we wanted and included our 14 year old in on the choices.

Meredith, my sales person, was an integral part of my choice to purchase from Ashley. She was knowledgeable, understood exactly what I wanted and only led me to those items which fit my criteria. In fact, although I visited another Ashley store on her day off, I held off purchasing until I could purchase from her. I’m looking forward to having my new living room furniture delivered.

We came into the Cumming store on 1/1/26 just to browse & I what a big beautiful store! We purchased a couch, recliner & oversized chair w/ottoman which was paid with cc & was on my acct the next day. We were told it would be delivered on 1/30/26 but due to weather (snow/ice) that was coming in we had to reschedule. The earliest was 2/11/26. I called the #that I was given for delivery to see if it could be sooner & was told that the furniture was not available until later Feb…ugh!! After many attempts to talk to someone on 2/2/26, my Husband & I drove back to this store (45 minutes to get there) to speak to a manager. We spoke to Patrick King who was very professional & started checking into our order. He said he would stay on top of this because apparently we weren’t the first ones to come in with a problem that day?? On 2/4/26 we received a call from the claims department & was told they are working on this. I cannot believe this is happening! The weird thing about this, we had some friends come into the store as we were checking out & found out they bought the same couch which was delivered on 1/20/26! I just don’t get it!😡 Ashley, I hope ya’ll will come through on this & try to keep us as customers because I don’t know if I will ever shop again with your store! Jan So, I wanted to say after several calls & callbacks from them they finally refunded my money back to my cc. Thanks You!

Ashley Furniture has let us down after 20 years of loyal shopping. Our recent experience was a nightmare: our living room set order was canceled, and when we returned for a duplicate, a piece was missing. We ended up paying the same price for less furniture. Their customer service has been frustrating and unhelpful in resolving the issue.

No one ever approached me to ask if I needed help. Mist sales people were on phone or sitting at a desk looking busy. I almost left, but I walked up to the main reception desk and my sales lading was standing there. I think she may have just come to work but I ask her if she could help me and she did a very good job !!! She engaged on a personal level as well as a business level. I did buy a couch. The worst business transaction I’ve ever had hands-down. Purchased furniture from this location and later canceled the order and waited over a month for a simple refund and only got apologies. It has been almost 2 months and still have not received my money back for my simple cancellation of a furniture order unbelievable

This is the worst store ever. Tyler, Andrew and George made buying a bed ,and then having the CORRECT bed delivered, the worst possible experience me and my husband have ever experienced. No one contacts you back or answers the phone. The manager will tell you, I will email you in 1 hour and then a week will go by and we can’t get a hold of anyone. We even had to take off work and drive 2 hours to the store JUST SO WE COULD TALK TO THE MANAGER AS HE REFUSED TO CALL OR EMAIL US BACK. Even after weeks of calling and emailing the manager and assistant manager we still don’t have a working or put together bed or bed frame. We just have broken bits and pieces that no one can tell us what the heck to do next. We cannot get anyone to call or email back and it’s been 9 days. The customer service at this specific store is the absolute worst and a living nightmare and I use to work for the government so that should tell you how awful this store is. Never ever ever in a million years ever shop here.

My girlfriend and I are first time home buyers and decided to look at Ashley furniture for our first sofa. When we walked in we had no idea what we were doing. Until, George introduced himself, gave us some advice, and let us shop around independently. After a few check ins and many many questions George was kind enough to give us his extension to let us think it over and reach out with any questions. Today we decided to buy our sofa feeling confident we were getting the best deal for our money. George made our experience as first time home buyers helpful, entertaining, and informative. 11/19 UPDATE: THIRD TIME THEY DELIVERED A QUEEN HEADBOARD INSTEAD OF A FULL SIZE. AVOID THIS COMPANY Worst shopping experience I have ever had. George H. completely messed my order up. I called to make corrections and they just tried to deliver the mattress and box springs that I cancelled instead of the headboard that they tried to deliver last week in the wrong size. I have full size footboard and side boards and am still waiting for the full size headboard that should have been delivered last week when I declined the queen sized headboard that DOESN'T FIT THE BED. Better Business Bureau report is now being filed. Horrible experience.

Terrible furniture Store and Company. The stress that I’ve been through With this company from day one when I entered their store was awful. My Advice, shop around there are more respectable furniture stores out there other than Ashley that would treat their customers with way more respect.

Do not order from Ashley. We ordered a bed two months ago that was supposed to be delivered in two weeks. It has now been months with continued delays and no answers. I was told a manager would call revive but I have heard nothing. I highly recommend buying elsewhere. *Update: I was emailed by Ashley after this review. There was no number to call back and when I replied to the email it said “delivery of message has failed due to mailbox being full”. Absolutely do not recommend ordering from this company.

Tonight my wife and I were looking to replace our night stands. Our salesperson, Rachel and her manager, Andrew helped us out. She greeted us as soon as we came in and was incredibly helpful. We ended up finding the exact ones we wanted and she made the process quick and easy. She and Andrew also provided insights on the new warranties available since our last purchase. We will definitely be back again to work with this outstanding team.

We picked out outdoor furniture- loved it and had a good delivery- THEN it all went down hill. I strongly advise you NOT to pay for the extended insurance or warranty on your furniture. Please just know that you will come out better keeping the money it costs and putting it towards any repairs you have to have on your own. Our dog had a urine accident that effected middle and end cushion on outdoor sofa (Beachcroft). For starters filing a claim in like getting shifted to 3 different people that you also can barely understand and then it took a month to get a technician out because they only come to our area but once a month. We had to take off work to be there during 8-5. The technician was nice but it still didn't remove the stain after I checked it the next day. I reported it and finally after 5 phone calls, multiple places, it ended up that Ashley told me that the STAIN is covered but not the ODOR! WHAT???? That is like having an insurance policy on a car and having the bumper repaired but not being able to repair anything behind the bumper that was cause by the bumper being damaged!?? Makes ZERO sense. Especially since the core needs replacing inside the cushion itself. So, we could have it replaced ourselves with the money that we spend initially on the useless warranty! While the furniture is nice, the extended warranty is useless.

George was exceptional! We met with George approximately a month ago and addressed what we wanted and we return for the Labor Day sales specials and he remembered us like we were family. His professionalism is beyond exceptional and his kindness goes far and beyond .

My husband, baby, and I stopped in Thursday evening 8/28. We were immediately greeted by David (manager) who was awesome. He really helped us and explained to us the different options. We ended up deciding today to get something online somewhere else, but I still wanted to leave this review because his kindness really made us want to buy from Ashely. We normally are put off by sales reps, but he was the best! Thanks David for supporting us while we were hunting for a couch. We really wish what we wanted was Ashley so we could have gotten it from you!

Great selection as always but the best part was Tash, our sales person, who was excellent at her approach to help us find the right furniture for our needs. Her professional skills and customer service were top notch. I would say the Ashley store needs to hold on to that gem!!

Tash and Tyler were very helpful and not pushy at all. Tash was knowledgeable about mattresses and walked us through as many as we wanted.

Awesome experience. Walked in, told the sales lady what I wanted, she pulled it up on a tablet and within 15 minutes I had it purchased than a better price I would have paid online. Store is also very clean and relaxed, actually enjoyed going there which is opposite of most furniture stores.

Delivery did not happen as scheduled because items on a truck were blocking my item. Rescheduled for next day. Spoke to two different people who said it would be here today, called again, and third person said it wouldn't be. Why can't people just be honest? It was scheduled for another week out yet it took 3 people to finally tell me that. I've bought nearly $20,000 of furniture from Ashley and this will be my last purchase. Just wanted matching dresser or I wouldn't have gone here in the first place. Oh yeah, and this is after trying to order it online twice and it getting cancelled both times. Ended up having to drive over an hour to the store to place the order.

Possibly one of the worst experiences. I ordered a recliner for my daughter who just had spinal fusion. It was to be delivered on the 2nd and didn’t show and after countless hours on the phone and a trip back to the store it was scheduled to be delivered the 5th. We got home from the hospital on the 5th and yet again no recliner and no call to let us know they cancelled our delivery again. My husband and I spent about 4 hours on the phone yesterday trying to reach someone that had answers and nothing. Finally we went to a different store and found something. The Cumming GA location has horrible customer service and will not answer a phone or an email. The manager Andrew doesn’t have a clue what he is doing. It would be wise of Ashley corporate to shut this location down or fire the entire staff including the sales woman Tash (where the problem started).

Will never purchase furniture again from Ashley’s, it’s been a nightmare dealing with this overpriced sectional that has broken 4 times in 3 years. The warranty process was even more of a nightmare as the furniture person comes out and looks then orders parts, then comes back to rebuild it… then it breaks again. So here I am with a junk couch… and when they do fix it it’s over a month to get it done. Totally ridiculous! UPDATE: Ashley’s responses to this review was to contact them at said email address, I did the next day… been a month and still NO response! Well there it is folks, don’t waste your money on garbage from them, I will NEVER spend a dime there again, guess this expensive recliner sectional is going to the trash and I’ll have to buy a new couch elsewhere.

I have mobility issues and walk with a cane. As soon as I came in, they offered me a wheelchair so I could get around easier. My salesman, Rubin, was very helpful, and informative, and he even pushed me in the chair.

George is a great sales representative, very attentive and understood our needs. We feel we got a great deal and our needs met for furnishing our sitting/entertainment area. Thanks George!

Ashley was the worst shopping experience I have ever had. They got all my Monday last Tuesday. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD VE DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING Wednesday. I was told if any issues they would call. The work at the h e desk didn't process my 3 rd payment properly. I called my sales person on Monday. CIERRA, IS EVERYTHING SET FOR M Y DELIVERY? SHE NEVER GOT BACK TO ME NOR DID SHE EVEN CHECK. We purchased $10,000 worth of furniture, the agreement with Ashley was they would deliver our purchase and remove the old mattresses and recliner. After the contract was signed Ashley then refused take the recliner, only the mattresses. So we cancelled the order. We were very unhappy with them not honoring what they told us, apparently they only cared about making the sale. Doesn't speak well for Ashley. We will buy our furniture elsewhere.

Excellent service by sales associate. However their phone system needs a lot of help. Tried calling main store number in cumming for 1-1/2 hours He no answer. Finally sales associate saw my number and called me. Waiting for delivery now. Fingers crossed.

Chairs arrived in good condition and on time. Absolutely love these chairs and they are perfect for my home decor.

Had an issue with a couch that needed to be returned from the Cumming Ga store. With the help of Kristen Hoy, advisor it was resolved and I was able to pick something else out along with extras for my home. She was wonderful and so helpful. Leila Kaissieh, sales leader was able to complete the order exchange to finalize everything in a timely manner.

Initially, I saw some vases online advertised by Ashley furniture. I could’ve purchased them online, but I felt like I needed to see them in person. Upon entering Ashley furniture in Cummings, Georgia, I was greeted by a gentleman Francisco A. I showed him a picture of the vases and he took me directly to view them. Right away, I decided to purchase them and Francisco asked if I was in need of any furniture, I explained that I already had furniture, but I wanted to accessorize my basement. Francisco and I conversed over color schemes and shapes and sizes. He told me where to find different accessories and gave me space to freely look around. I was pleased that I actually saw quite a few things that caught my eye, and I went back to him, pointed out everything I was interested in. I was quite pleased with Ashley furniture’s show room . I purchased two vases, faux books, marble decorative cases , a painting , faux mink throw , and marble sculptures. I definitely recommend Ashley furniture for reasonable priced accessories. Francisco was very hospitable, friendly, knowledgeable and gave me his advice which was very helpful and though I wasn’t in the market for furniture he wasn’t pushy. If I need other things I would definitely go back.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a furniture store. After ordering directly from the Cumming store location and confirming my information multiple times, I found out that they had listed my delivery address and delivery date incorrectly. After calling and changing these to the correct information I was assured everything was taken care of. On the day of the delivery, I take off work and wait 5 hours just to have to call them and ask where my delivery is. I am informed that the delivery was still scheduled for the wrong address (a place I haven’t lived in 10+ years). After speaking to a supervisor I am told that there is nothing they can do and I have to cancel my order and order everything again. Then, over the course of 4 days I had to call and speak to various Ashley associates who proceed to tell me multiple different things about what is going on with my order. No one seemed to know what they were talking about and no one wanted to take accountability and try to make up for their mistake. I was forced to cancel my order and will never go back to an Ashley Store again!

Sales team is not well trained with ordering, during my recent had to wait 15 mins to complete an order.

Francisco went above and beyond helping my mom find just what she was looking for. Super friendly answering all questions.

Sales did welll. Options were nice. Sold items we wanted. Problem was failed and false delivery times. No follow up. No check in. Requested a discount on 3 week delays and NO response from Ashley. Delivery of 1 item was good. Delivery of the 3 week delayed item (just a coffee table) was scheduled for a window and kept getting pushed from 2pm till 7pm . Had to cancel a customer business meeting losing revenue just to wait on this . Needs some help with the customer care.

Bought over 5000$ worth of furniture a kitchen table 4 bar stools a bed frame and box spring a tv entertainment center two end tables and a coffee table and a pull out couch sectional. Everything was going good on the delivery then the bridge on the entertainment center the employee building it dropped it and damaged it then the guy said the coffee tables are nowhere to be found hill have to check with the warehouse then the worst of it my pull out bed sectional half of it is light grey the other half is dark blue. So he calls me into the room before there done says the bridge was damaged it’s already been noted to be replaced then that the coffee tables when Ashley’s assured everything was accounted for to be delivered that same day is saying it’s on back order then the guy says that he’s got the right other half of the sectional in his truck but it’s behind other deliveries and they can’t get to but would return in a few hours after another delivery in the area but that he’s contacted his boss about the situation and it’s been handled cleared and noted. He said Ashley’s will contact you in an hour to ask about the delivery never heard from them and the delivery guy never returned fast forward a day then two days never received a call an email a text nothing after contacting Ashley’s several times about the situation getting transferred to several different contacts always getting the run around that someone will contact you shortly in an hour the next day etc nothing until the 72 hours for returned items was up even though there site says 30 days for non damaged items we continue to stay in contact that it needs to know be escalated to corporate we’ve had to take pictures of the couches the number correlated to each piece to send in. This doesn’t make sense on how a business is basically allowed to scam people so often with the same type of stuff everywhere you look you see people with the same or similar situation either the company is doing things shady or they need to investigate there delivery and warehouse people this should not be allowed.

My husband and I had been to several furniture stores and walked into Ashley after a long day of being haggled by sales people. We weren’t in the mood for another encounter and just wanted to look. That’s when we met George. He let us look! He checked in with us, but in a casual, not aggressive manner. And he actually knew the product and listened to our needs. And he was funny! We were so much more relaxed. This is the only time in decades I actually enjoy the experience of buying furniture! Ashley is lucky to have such an employee. Five big stars!

I hate writing long negative reviews, but I have no option in this case and as a buyer beware. We have previously purchased multiple items from Ashley totaling several thousand dollars for our home from the Alpharetta store and we had a great experience. We purchased a powered recliner on 12/10/23 from the Cumming store and it was a terrible experience. I noticed as the delivery truck was pulling out that the cover for the control buttons was broken. It's not really a big deal because it's just cosmetic and easy to fix, but unfortunately the button that extends the foot rest quit working within hours of delivery. I went to the store and spoke with people there including the manager to ask them if they could simply replace the chair. They didn't really seem to care too much and just said that their only option was to enter a ticket with "corporate". I went back a couple days later and asked to speak with the manager again because I still hadn't heard anything. He wasn't there but the people at the desk said they would have him call me. He finally did a couple days later and left me a voicemail saying that they can't do anything in the stores to help me, and that we have to wait for "corporate" to handle it. So now we have a broken brand new chair in our home that the store manager is powerless to do anything about at this point... After multiple calls to Ashley (with conflicting information saying it would be repaired or replaced) we finally got a technician to come out weeks later to replace the control panel. Guess what, the foot rest still doesn't work! I asked the tech what happens now, and he said we can try to ask to have it replaced or returned, but they will probably fight us on it and will insist that they send someone out again to repair the brand new chair. A few days later a big box shows up from Ashley that is apparently a new motor for the chair and I receive a call saying that they have scheduled a tech to come out in 3 WEEKS to attempt another repair. Finally today 1/24/25 (a month and a half from the delivery date) we finally have a working "brand new" chair. It's truly sad that we had to go through all of this because the store manager has no power to resolve a situation like this. The simple response from Ashley should have been; "We're really sorry about that. We will send someone out with a new chair and take away the broken one", but decent customer service is just not in their playbook. We won't be buying anything else from Ashley after this experience.

Ordered a couch at the beginning of December. It was supposed to be delivered today, Jan 3rd. They even called the other day to confirm and let me know the ottoman is on back order but they can still deliver the rest of the couch. Get a call this morning that it has been delayed for the 15th because another piece is on back order. Why are you calling me the day of delivery when I’ve already taken off work and expecting this? Now we have to wait another 2 weeks for this couch. We were told when ordering the couch that all pieces were in the warehouse except one. And now there’s 2 parts on back order. Are you delivering parts of my couch to other people and then leaving me to have to wait for a back order? Just seems unorganized. Very frustrated with this situation and the poor communication.

I purchased a furniture set from Ashley three weeks ago, but the experience has been terrible. They delivered some items, like chairs without a table, and promised to fix it. Delivery dates were changed without my consent, and I was repeatedly given 4-hour windows, forcing me to miss work. After waiting all day, I was told my items weren’t on the truck. Visits to the store resulted in polite apologies but no real help. They even scheduled deliveries on separate days, which I refused, yet the same issue happened again—no items on the truck. They sold products they didn’t have, refused to issue refunds for incomplete sets, and have wasted my time and money. Avoid this store!

5 stars for my sales guy 5 stars for my couch 1 star for the process of getting my couch. My sales guy was great. But everything after that was not. I was under the impression this couch was in stock, just not on the floor. I set a delivery date 2 months out. Not once did anyone tell me this couch wasn't in stock when I was expecting it. Not one single time. That day got pushed back due to the weather. Then I wasn't hearing anything from Ashley about my eta that day just to be told it's not in stock. I had talked to Ashley atleast 5 times those previous 2 weeks confirming my day and not a single soul mentioned it wasn't in stock. Was told they reached out to me. To who? When? I wouldn't be so angry if I knew this beforehand! They pushed my day out AGAIN another week when I have no furniture. Why do I have no furniture? Because I was supposed to get it on the 11th (The day I had scheduled 2 months prior when the couch was in stock) and had sold my furniture. Overall communication sucks and I should have just bought it online because I found it cheaper by a competitor. I trusted Ashley to be reliable and I will never do it again. This experience sucked.

I needed to get a sofa, and I figured Black Friday deals were going to be my best bet. I had never been to an Ashley store before, but I saw some options on the website that I liked. The Cumming location is close to my work, so I swung by. The outside looked very nice, which put me at ease since I haven't made a purchase like this in a long time. Shortly after entering, an employee named Tash welcomed me and directed me to where I could find what I was after. She was very nice, helpful, and let me wander around without being a second shadow, which is wonderful. After I looked at a few I had had my eyes on from the website, she noticed I kept coming back to a particular sofa. She told me all about it, as well as the warranty and delivery information. Third time I’ve been back to look at a sectional. George helped us last time. Obviously he wanted the sell then, but we weren’t ready. George (aka Steve) is the bomb! He is patient and not pushy. He listens and is collaborative. He has the ability to guide you and allows you to change direction on your decisions without becoming bossy or judgmental. He is also very funny and makes you feel comfortable while shopping around and across the entire store- multiple times. Ask for George or Steve….he answers to both.

I recently purchased a bed on October 21, and it was supposed to be delivered on October 26. As of today, November 23, it still hasn’t arrived. Initially, I was told there were missing parts, but now I’ve been informed that the new delivery date is November 30. I've also encountered incorrect information regarding payment plans, and it seems like the terms change after the purchase. I decided to pay in cash, but this experience has been very frustrating.

Wonderful selection of furniture to choose from and reasonable prices!

Started off as a good experience, but went downhill quickly when the bedroom set, which was on backorder, kept getting rescheduled and not delivered. They split the order and rescheduled the nightstands 3 times. I confirmed the date/time of delivery and waited at home each time during their "4 hour delivery window." No one showed or called. So I called the driver (on the email I received), who said he didn't have it on his truck. I then contacted their Customer Service via chat. She said furniture was still on backorder and knew nothing more. I asked them to have the Store Manager contact me, and s/he never did. I understand when items are backordered, but after 12 weeks and multiple confirmations to deliver... I just don't understand how you schedule furniture delivery without actually having said furniture on the truck to deliver. This is compounded with no follow-up by a human to explain what happened and how they're going to make it right. I only get more automated emails and texts about another "ghost" delivery. Very frustrating.

We got here to get some furniture for our new house and absolutely loved it. Met George, treated us kindly and helped with making choice, and educated on the furniture rather than just sell us the most expensive things. Costumer service is absolutely Must visit if you are looking for furniture. Thanks for the service George!

I went to Ashley Furniture as I really like what they have to offer as it seems like good quality furniture. Meredith was extremely helpful and pleasant. I am very pleased with the whole process and I even got 72 months interest free. Absolutely regretful, I will never shop again. They give false deadlines to get orders and then deny it.

I bought a house full of furniture. After being told it would be delivered on a certain date some has been delayed 3 times. They delivered half my bed and when I ask if I could just return that piece since the other half was back ordered I was told no. I bought the Reguard protection and was told if I had any problems they would help me. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get reguard to come out. When I called my local store I was told that was a separate company, they didn’t have anything to do with it and they have not only been rude but very unhelpful. I am so disappointed in my experience with them.

Terrible service from store. They just pass it to corporate which is an operator from another country. Broken English and won’t listen to what the problem is. Avoid this place! Update, they came and picked up the damaged table but still have not received my refund. They said it would be 24 to 48 hours and it has been a week. This company is the worst!

We needed new sofas for our living room that would be dog and child friendly. Ashley had a great selection and our salesperson was great at helping us find what we needed in our budget. It was a very simple, laid back shopping experience, even with our crazy kids in tow. Highly recommend Ashley furniture for quality, price and ease of purchase.

Average service. Average prices. Feels like a used car selling experience. Wasn’t anything to write home in excitement about. Item went on sale before it was delivered, I called the store to adjust the price and it was like pulling teeth. Some things that should be a positive experience just go south quickly when you have managers who really just don’t care about customer service and simply just think about their title, it’s never good for a business. If you don’t like your job, move on, be adult enough to own it.

I have had the worst experience with this store. The delivery team damaged my house. The mattress they gave me was defective and I couldn't get a refund. My only option was to exchange the mattress or buy a more expensive one. I ended up going with a more expensive mattress and they ended up overcharging me for it. It took awhile to get a refund from that. I have yet had anyone reach out to me about my home damage. I went ahead and paid someone to fix the home damage and keep getting the run around on getting reimbursed for the home damage. Also i was insured that I would get a new delivery team for the new mattress given the last team damaged my house and they sent out one of the same guys and it was still a subcontracted delivery team. I advise not to buy from this store! They do not care about the service they provide to their customers. The delivery team crushed my plants outside, slid the furniture through my house instead of carrying it, blamed a stain that was on the furniture on their skin coming off on the furniture (had to prove to them that it wasn't their skin by trying to clean it myself while they were there, and they refused to take the stained dresser back with them), placed their wet water bottles on my new furniture. Overall extremely dissatisfied with Ashley Furniture!

My fiance and I are shopping for our home. We didn't really know what style we wanted or what we were looking for. We almost settle on a clearance bedroom set & ended up asking the store designer, Camille her opinion. She took the time to walk throughout the store with and helped us combine our styles. We purchase the Jorlaina set, which made my fiance very happy. We also bought additional accent furniture & a great tv stand and we love it! Dillon closed us out and made the process go smoothly! We will definitely be back.

Horrible and rude customer service provided by Ashlin at this store. She told me that you are refusing our product, so we have stopped delivery to you. I said that if you are going to send me a damaged coffee table, we won't accept it. This even came from the Ashley technician stating that if there are gaps between the tabletops, we should not accept it. Then she goes on telling me that that's how they are made by the manufacturer! I said, "Well, it's your name, Ashley, attached to this product, not the manufacturer." She said it was perfectly fine to her. However, I said, "Did you take a look at one of the legs of the table? It is cracked from the leg." She then said, "I didn't look at it." Well, then I said, "You just said that it was perfectly fine and that it's how they are made by the manufacturer." At the end, I said I would like to complain, and she said I would be complaining to her as her boss, Dylan, was not there. Then she said, "Now I will hang up, and you will get nothing from us." What a rude person representing Ashley. Zero stars

My child loves this place, he calls it the couch castle. We recently visited to get my mother-in-law some furniture for her new condominium. All we really had to do is look at him, and he was like radar on MASH, he was there. VERY INFORMATIVE AND KNEW HIS BUSINESS WELL. He worked with management to adjust our delivery after an anticipated delay, right before Hurricane Helene. We went back to order an additional sectional piece, and he was just as helpful. We have had an outstanding purchasing experience with Mira, a Sales Associate at the Cumming location: My husband and I have purchased many pieces of furniture from Ashley. Our recent order included a sofa sleeper. Unfortunately, the sofa sleeper was damaged during delivery -- and we did not notice the damage until the delivery drivers had left. Mira was instrumental in making sure we received a replacement for the damaged piece very quickly. She's terrific!!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful associate by the name of George. George works at the Ashley furniture store in Cummings. Francisco is a wonderful salesman, but my furniture was promised in a week and it took 3 months. Very disappointing.

My husband and I went to Ashley's to furniture our new home. When we entered the store not a soul greeted us. We walked the entire store and no one ever approached us to assist. Fransico was the only associate we made contact with once we made it back to the entrance of the store and I wish I hadn't his responses to us were quiet short and rude. The way he excused himself from us was abrupt. I thought he had been called on his radio but it didnt appear to be the case. I felt as if I had annoyed him in some way when I inquired about bedroom set on back order. It seemed that we annoyed him. I expected much more from Ashley's very disappointed in the experience we had.
