Wonderful selection of furniture to choose from and reasonable prices!

Started off as a good experience, but went downhill quickly when the bedroom set, which was on backorder, kept getting rescheduled and not delivered. They split the order and rescheduled the nightstands 3 times. I confirmed the date/time of delivery and waited at home each time during their "4 hour delivery window." No one showed or called. So I called the driver (on the email I received), who said he didn't have it on his truck. I then contacted their Customer Service via chat. She said furniture was still on backorder and knew nothing more. I asked them to have the Store Manager contact me, and s/he never did. I understand when items are backordered, but after 12 weeks and multiple confirmations to deliver... I just don't understand how you schedule furniture delivery without actually having said furniture on the truck to deliver. This is compounded with no follow-up by a human to explain what happened and how they're going to make it right. I only get more automated emails and texts about another "ghost" delivery. Very frustrating.

We got here to get some furniture for our new house and absolutely loved it. Met George, treated us kindly and helped with making choice, and educated on the furniture rather than just sell us the most expensive things. Costumer service is absolutely Must visit if you are looking for furniture. Thanks for the service George!

I went to Ashley Furniture as I really like what they have to offer as it seems like good quality furniture. Meredith was extremely helpful and pleasant. She spent a lot of time with me showing me all the different options I wanted including bedroom furniture, great room furniture, mattresses and patio furniture. I am very pleased with the whole process and I even got 72 months interest free. I highly recommend the Cumming location and you may want to ask for Meredith as she was very professional and helpful.

Absolutely regretful, I will never shop again. They give false deadlines to get orders and then deny it.

I bought a house full of furniture. After being told it would be delivered on a certain date some has been delayed 3 times. They delivered half my bed and when I ask if I could just return that piece since the other half was back ordered I was told no. I bought the Reguard protection and was told if I had any problems they would help me. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get reguard to come out. When I called my local store I was told that was a separate company, they didn’t have anything to do with it and they have not only been rude but very unhelpful. I am so disappointed in my experience with them.

Terrible service from store. They just pass it to corporate which is an operator from another country. Broken English and won’t listen to what the problem is. Avoid this place!

We needed new sofas for our living room that would be dog and child friendly. Ashley had a great selection and our salesperson was great at helping us find what we needed in our budget. It was a very simple, laid back shopping experience, even with our crazy kids in tow. Highly recommend Ashley furniture for quality, price and ease of purchase.

Average service. Average prices. Feels like a used car selling experience. Wasn’t anything to write home in excitement about. Item went on sale before it was delivered, I called the store to adjust the price and it was like pulling teeth. Some things that should be a positive experience just go south quickly when you have managers who really just don’t care about customer service and simply just think about their title, it’s never good for a business. If you don’t like your job, move on, be adult enough to own it.

all furniture came damaged , multiple times , took 3 months and 8 deliveries to have my bed complete

Worst company I have ever done business with. Furniture arruved from China damaged and it took them over 2 months to send someone out to fix it. Customer service is in a foreign country as well. Local people acted like they didnt care. I will never shop there again.

I taught customer service for about 10 years and Gorge is one of the best! He listens to us, he's a people reader, meaning he listens, watched and then went forward. Wasn't pushy cause he read us. If he would have been pushing we would have walked out. Cause we had other places. I can't compliment Gorge enough. And the Manager is one of the best. Those two made me missed my days of working. And we had our other furniture living room, for over 20 years and it still was nice. Got to say we really love our new furniture. I have had the worst experience with this store. The delivery team damaged my house. The mattress they gave me was defective and I couldn't get a refund. My only option was to exchange the mattress or buy a more expensive one. I ended up going with a more expensive mattress and they ended up overcharging me for it. It took awhile to get a refund from that. I have yet had anyone reach out to me about my home damage. I went ahead and paid someone to fix the home damage and keep getting the run around on getting reimbursed for the home damage. Also i was insured that I would get a new delivery team for the new mattress given the last team damaged my house and they sent out one of the same guys and it was still a subcontracted delivery team. I advise not to buy from this store! They do not care about the service they provide to their customers. The delivery team crushed my plants outside, slid the furniture through my house instead of carrying it, blamed a stain that was on the furniture on their skin coming off on the furniture (had to prove to them that it wasn't their skin by trying to clean it myself while they were there, and they refused to take the stained dresser back with them), placed their wet water bottles on my new furniture. Overall extremely dissatisfied with Ashley Furniture!

My fiance and I are shopping for our home. We didn't really know what style we wanted or what we were looking for. We almost settle on a clearance bedroom set & ended up asking the store designer, Camille her opinion. She took the time to walk throughout the store with and helped us combine our styles. We purchase the Jorlaina set, which made my fiance very happy. We also bought additional accent furniture & a great tv stand and we love it! Dillon closed us out and made the process go smoothly! We will definitely be back.

Horrible and rude customer service provided by Ashlin at this store. She told me that you are refusing our product, so we have stopped delivery to you. I said that if you are going to send me a damaged coffee table, we won't accept it. This even came from the Ashley technician stating that if there are gaps between the tabletops, we should not accept it. Then she goes on telling me that that's how they are made by the manufacturer! I said, "Well, it's your name, Ashley, attached to this product, not the manufacturer." She said it was perfectly fine to her. However, I said, "Did you take a look at one of the legs of the table? It is cracked from the leg." She then said, "I didn't look at it." Well, then I said, "You just said that it was perfectly fine and that it's how they are made by the manufacturer." At the end, I said I would like to complain, and she said I would be complaining to her as her boss, Dylan, was not there. Then she said, "Now I will hang up, and you will get nothing from us." What a rude person representing Ashley. Zero stars

I just recently purchased a new sectional from this store. I interacted with several sales people and they were all great! Tash helped me and answered all of my questions and sealed the deal. She even offered to let me bring home her tape measure when I was unsure if the couch was going to fit. It was great experience overall!

My child loves this place, he calls it the couch castle. We recently visited to get my mother-in-law some furniture for her new condominium. We looked around, and we met George H,, not sure I can spell last name. George was very attentive to us, but he didn't helicopter like most sales people which drives me crazy. All we really had to do is look at him, and he was like radar on MASH, he was there. VERY INFORMATIVE AND KNEW HIS BUSINESS WELL. I would encourage anybody who does not like shopping because of sales people, to shop here and ask for George H.. You will find what you need, and he is very good asking questions to help us choose properly. Apparently we really needed help in that area. Our ideas, we're quickly turned into a realistic plan for her layout and it is challenging. After we looked around and got the information we needed from George. We reviewed everything at her condo, and loved the ideas we worked on with George. I recommend you visit and see what magic George can do for you. Great guy, thank you for your efforts and kindness George. I will see you soon. Everything is going to work perfectly after we reviewed her home, and measured what we chose for good fit. Update: After I posted online review, I immediately received call from store general manager. He resolved the issue by refunding the amount for the item I wanted to return. I would advise everyone to buy online from Ashley rather than in store due to lack of return policy. Original review: BUYERS BEWARE!!!! This store does not have return policy. Anything sold at this store is final sale. The sales person won’t tell you. I was under impression that stores would have same policy of 30 day return policy as online at ashleyfurniture.com, but on the contrary this store don’t have return policy at all. They advertise 0% financing at door but won’t advertise that all sale are final. I wanted to return a small item (end table), went to the store, they opened a case for corporate to review, then denied. Absolutely pathetic. I have another large order of bedroom set yet to be delivered. I will cancel that.

I have never been to an Ashley furniture before today. Kristine Hoy was the most excellent help and gave my fiancée and I the best service. We got the cutest dresser for our baby boys nursery. We will definitely be back & absolutely recommend this store and location!! Ask for Kristine!

My first experience with an Ashley store and it was great! Outside of dealing with financial decisions, you expect a true caring associate with ample knowledge to help you in your search. We have had an outstanding purchasing experience with Mira, a Sales Associate at the Cumming location: My husband and I have purchased many pieces of furniture from Ashley. Our recent order included a sofa sleeper. Unfortunately, the sofa sleeper was damaged during delivery -- and we did not notice the damage until the delivery drivers had left. Mira was instrumental in making sure we received a replacement for the damaged piece very quickly. She's terrific!!

They took their days hatred for the world and the people in it. I , personally would have been fired or thrown in jail, but this guy (George) actually asked them to help them in a way that,I think,he was just wanting to make their day better. Kudos,George,kudos.

Francisco is a wonderful salesman, but my furniture was promised in a week and it took 3 months. Very disappointing.

My husband and I went to Ashley's to furniture our new home. When we entered the store not a soul greeted us. We walked the entire store and no one ever approached us to assist. Fransico was the only associate we made contact with once we made it back to the entrance of the store and I wish I hadn't his responses to us were quiet short and rude. The way he excused himself from us was abrupt. I thought he had been called on his radio but it didnt appear to be the case. I felt as if I had annoyed him in some way when I inquired about bedroom set on back order. It seemed that we annoyed him. I expected much more from Ashley's very disappointed in the experience we had.

We've ordered from Ashley twice. Once last November for our dining room table, and the other time being more recent for our new couch. The quality of the furniture is great, but both times have been a PAIN trying to get the correct piece(s) of furniture delivered. We've had missing pieces and damaged items. When we've had to send items back or wait for the second half of the delivery, there has been terrible communication between the store, the warehouse, and us. I recommend making sure you know what is going on with your delivery and get it in writing before dropping a lot of money on their furniture.

Not great on selection and the sales people are on commission, kind of like a car dealer.

I would not recommend their outdoor furniture at least. Their customer service is fine, and their indoor furniture is fine. But their outdoor furniture is honestly junk. If you buy any of their outdoor furniture, be prepared to purchase outdoor covers and keep it covered year round. If you do not, you will see the furniture begin fading, splitting, and breaking within 1 year. Especially near the legs where there could be just slight contact with water (even just rain). Again, the folks there are nice, but I wouldn’t spend thousands on outdoor furniture again from Ashley stores.

Ashlyn at Ashley Furniture has restored my faith in customer service. After purchasing a sofa that did not work out I filed a case to return it. When Ashlyn called to discuss I told her to close it because I knew I was stuck with it. I expected a response of "ok" and the call to be done. Instead she asked why I felt that way. After then explaining the situation to her she went above and beyond to help me resolve this. This store is customer focused while so many today are company focused. We took a gander with Rooms to go, but unfortunately their store was overpriced for the quality that they were offering. I was recommended to Ashley furniture by a colleague of mine and man I'm glad I took a shot at it. Everything they were offering was affordable and wasn't steep in price and the quality of the furniture was wonderful. I'm glad I'm able to use this brand-new sofa for the living room. Will definitely shop again here for more future furniture's.

Very disappointed in the customer service from employees. We came in to buy a dresser for my child’s bedroom. We were told during the purchase that it would be delivered later that week. On the delivery date given, nothing came and no one contacted us. We called the store to inquire on our item at which time we were gaslighted and told that we were never given a delivery date. We were talked down to and told it was us who misunderstood as the customer service rep “Ashley” was very short and rude on the phone. Only after speaking to a manager did we fine out that it would in fact be several weeks for us to receive the dresser unless we wanted to pay another $40 in addition to what we paid to get the dresser from a local location sooner (this option was never even offered during the initial purchase). The first time I purchased sofas from this same location we had several problems with the delivery where the company was moving the date out without speaking to us. Seeing that a similar issue has come up again where they can not deliver on dates they promised buyer be ware.

Bought a dining room table there 2 months ago. It was delivered with the wrong parts to assemble it. I’m still waiting on it despite numerous calls to them to fix it. Never using Ashley again!!!

Do not purchase furniture from here. The experience is absolutely awful. Ashlyn the "manager" is rude and truly does not care which she made clear on the phone. Completely unacceptable from someone in customer service. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

My wife and I have purchased, two sets of living room furniture, a dinning set, bed room set for our son, a fire place for our family room, more then 5k worth of furniture.we've since had a small situation with an unstable chair, I called to have it either looked at or replaced. No acknowledgement, no returned calls, completely ignored.The Ashley furniture store at the Mall of Georgia has been the absolute worst experience we've ever had. two... no four enthusiastic thumbs down. Only because the fingers that are more appropriate would be inappropriate in a review.

Easy experience with great customer service! We were given space to roam the store, and once we settled in on a piece we liked then a very kind associate approached us and answered our questions. We love our sectional. It’s so comfortable and delivery was super easy. We just bought another couch for another room and Rubin was so easy to work with. Another great experience!

One issue not related to the sales person, Ashley delivery fees are too high. $200 to deliver just one item? Ouch...
