Nope, nope, nope. Don’t go here. I’ve moved around a lot in the past 10 years. I yearly update our furniture. I have always shopped at Ashley and love it for modern furniture for great price. Since moving here, I’ve received nothing but damaged furniture that has been the biggest issue with customer service to fix. Customer service also never answers the phone, seriously, never. The furniture we received was very cheaply made, which is very different from past experiences. Spend a little bit more and buy quality furniture elsewhere.

I had a very bad Experience with this store. I ordered a Dresser with Mirror(Kids) for my 5 Year old daughter's Birthday on 08/27. The delivery never happened and toady is 09/27.Funny thing is no one can tell me when will this be delivered and that is the funniest thing I heard.They charged me $746 and now no one from the store knows what to do .I will really asked everyone to check before going to the store as you will not expect any customer Support after you have paid.

Has the worst customer service ever! I got the wrong furniture delivered! When I tried calling no one will answer I was on hold for ever more than 30 min I took a picture on my phone ! When I finally got a hold of someone I was told it will take a week so I thought that was ok. Now it's been 3 weeks no resolution and when I try calling no one answers !

Ashley Furniture store has the worst customer service that is if they ever answer the phone! I order a desk online and received a filing cabinet instead. when I contacted them after several attempts because they kept saying representative will answer my call and it took them 30 min to answer. All I got was you will get your correct order in a week. well its been 3 weeks and nothing has resolved yet. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE SEE THE REVIEWS ALL AGREE THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered and paid for kitchen island table . The item Did arrive on time however the delivery people were missing the hardware. Supposedly the delivery people called and arranged for technicians to come back out with the hardware on another day assemble the table, we took off work and this was a huge inconvenience however we understood and we also called the store ( we had to call three or four different numbers to get in touch with someone who could give us some information very difficult! )the store manager assured us that it would be taken care of and it would call us back once they knew the technicians were scheduled , ( should be two days ) (We had a Labor Day party 2 days after that and the furniture was in our living room in pieces ) A total of five days past and still no contact or information . We called the store again and spoke with maneesha and she apologized and said she would schedule technicians to come out and call back. ( there was no call back and technicians never came out ) three days later on our way out of town going to the airport the delivery people said they would be in our house in 15 minutes with no prior notice. We delayed our flights , met the delivery people had them install and then I called the store and spoke with Amanda a store manager and she said she would call back and do something for us for the inconvenience. No call back, no communication . The stores only concern is with closing a deal & after the fact there is no support customer service, I would advise not shopping here!

Had a bedroom set delivered September 13, 2019. Dresser had glue and styrofoam stuck to the side. Wood panel was lifted about an inch from the panel. Missing paint. Chest also had missing paint. The delivery guys couldn’t put the bed together because they didn’t have any screws. I have been getting the run around since Saturday. I was told that someone would come out Saturday, so we sat home all day waiting for someone to come out. No one ever came. We went back to the store and was told someone was coming out today. No one is coming. The only thing coming are lies after lies!!’

Horrible customer service by management team. Called and neither manager returned my call after 4 days of waiting calling and being hung up on i finally went in. Still no real help. Didn’t even want to discuss other options. Was not willing to assist with concerns about a defected table. I even have my 5 year warranty. Just very poor customer service. They happily took my money but refused to assist when there was a concern less than 5 months later. Just Horrible. My Sales person Chris was very helpful during each of my purchases. He was not there on any of the times that i called or came in to assist me i was told it was his day off. Will not purchase anything from here again no recommendations for them.

They are thieves. I am still being billed for furniture I have never received and and a protection plan that I cancelled within the allowed time frame. The year promotional rate is now ending on my purchase and I will begin paying interest on this. I have called the store multiple times and have come in multiple times to no avail. I am listing each telephone/in person encounter I have had over the past year regarding this matter. I also attempted to contact GBS for a refund last year within the 30 day period and was told I must go in to the store, which I did. Even though, that is NOT what the sales contract states. 2018 8/12/2018- Purchase Date 8/15/2018- Spoke with store rep to cancel entire living room set. Couches came off my statement but not tables. 9/5/18- Spoke with different store rep because we were still receiving calls to have living room items delivered. Never accepted delivery. 9/7/2018- Attempted to cancel protection plan through GBS directly but was told we must go into store in order to receive a full refund. 9/8/2018- Spoke in person with store rep to cancel protection plan and again request to have the tables removed from my statement. At that time we were told all she could provide us with as proof was her business card with the statement "cancelled protection plan" and that it would take several billing cycles for the items to be credited. 2019 7/23/2019- I came in to the store and spoke with a customer service rep who advised me that the Office Manager would get back to me the following day. She made copies of all my receipts and took my number down. I was told the Office Manager would have to pull old paperwork since the order was from 2018. 8/12/2019-Called the store, at that time was told by the Office Manager to call Synchrony as the error may be on their end. I called Synchrony that same day and was told they never received any request from Ashley Furniture to credit my account. My only option would be to file a dispute. 8/12/2019- I called the store AGAIN and asked to speak to Office Manager but was told this person had left for the day. The customer service rep involved your store manager and he was going to look into this issue and would call me back. But again, I have not heard from anyone from the store. 8/13/2019- Spoke AGAIN with the Office Manager and I repeated the entire series of events. I was told again they would look into it. 8/14/2019- Spoke AGAIN with the Office Manager and was told they were waiting for a response from the finance department. 8/25/2019- Email to Office Manager for update. NO RESPONSE. 8/27/2019- Follow up email to Office Manager for update. NO RESPONSE. 9/9/2019- Final email to Office Manager that I have not received a response and will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well as disputing the charge with the credit card company. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store.

Love this place. Associates on the floor are super nice. Really attentive and they will even give you a tour of the new showroom. The Cumming store is BEAUTIFUL!

Horrible customer service. Items not being delivered correctly. missing pieces from furniture that was delivered. damage to my house walls when bringing things in. overall no one will take accountability and the managers are useless. once they get your money, you arent their problem.

Purchased several pieces of furniture including 2 reclining sofas. Sofa delivered damaged twice. Returned both times but was without a sofa for one month. New sofa reclining motor broke within a year. Warranty service to fix will take 3 months or more. Not fixed yet. Contacted Cumming store to get help. Manager was to call me back the next day...never did. Your customer service and warranty service is horrible...

Went in to shop for mattresses because we already found our frame online. The prices online and in store were pretty drastically different. Not to mention all of their matttrss selections in their "mattress showroom" were well over $1000 or more. Once the employee realized we were not going to purchase one of these mattresses, he promptly walked away from us.
