The store had a wide selection of furniture. Also was able to get it within a week and a half. These days other stores were telling us 5 to 6 months out. Meredith was not only very professional and knowledgeable, she was friendly and pleasant.

This is a review of my Reidshire Right-arm Facing Corner Chaise ProtectAll Protection Plan purchased on 10 June 2019 from Ashley Furniture and the issues following the purchase. When visiting the Ashley store and meeting with the salesperson, it was a great experience. The store was laid out nice and the store staff were very nice. On 24 June 2019 my couch was delivered and my experience was not so pleasant. Our couch was delivered and setup nicely. I then discovered that the delivery folks threw debris from the couch shipping material into the sewer drain in front of our home. Then we learned that the delivery folks stole multiple credit cards from my wife’s purse which was sitting in the living room on another couch. Multiple purchase attempts and a success were attempted on the multiple credit cards. Immediately, a police report was filed. I contacted the local store for delivery driver information, per request of police, and went there in person. In the end, the only update I got from the police report was that the delivery person(s) was let go. Ashley never checked on us or called to apologize. The couch we purchased felt like a lemon. The armless loveseat section of the couch sounded like a bunch of tight squeaky springs. A request was submitted and a technician came out and after verifying, it was swapped out. A zipper from a cushion on the right-arm sofa was never able to zip properly. Since the cushion is attached to the couch, they sent a technician to take the entire right arm sofa cover off and replace it. And staples coming loose continue to cause sagging cushions. And all of the cushions, to include the chaise, constantly slide out of place. Then Covid hit. After waiting for a safe opportunity to have repair folks come out again, we filed a claim with the ProtectAll Protection Plan. This plan seemed so perfect and appeared to fix so many things with our lemon couch. A board was sticking out of the back of the right-arm sofa and seams were separating from the chaise. I took many pictures and filed a claim online. Per the pamphlet, a person from ProtectAll would call me within 48 hours of claim receipt. Claim was submitted on 15 June 2021 and the response was two weeks later on 30 June 2021 stating that the claim was denied for the seams. I responded back 2.5 hours after receipt of the email asking if the other portion of the claim was going to be addressed. As of 16 July 2021 (one month after submitting a claim), I remain disappointed with the lack of answers. My experience from the date of purchase, and the protection plan Ashley Furniture offers, I offer my horrible experience. Please take this into account before you make a purchase from Ashley Furniture because after you exit the doors, you are a forgotten customer.

Ordered a bench from Ashley store online, bench arrived without the screws to assemble it, called customer service and now have to wait ANOTHER two weeks for them to even process sending the hardware. They can’t ship sooner even though it’s their fault. I would have never order this bench knowing it was going to be over a month before I could even use it!

Quick to take your money, but very poor at Delivering their product. My original delivery date has been extended out twice and they still aren't sure it will be delivered on the most recent extension date.

worst customer service when it comes to delivering furniture. after waiting 3 months to receive my furniture, now it's been one week of getting the run around for them to deliver the hardware to set up the bed.
