Meradith was amazing. From the moment we walked in the door she was happily assisting us with our furniture endeavors.

Carol was awesome! We needed a few pieces of furniture to complete our new house and she was very helpful!

We've ordered from Ashley twice. Once last November for our dining room table, and the other time being more recent for our new couch. The quality of the furniture is great, but both times have been a PAIN trying to get the correct piece(s) of furniture delivered. We've had missing pieces and damaged items. When we've had to send items back or wait for the second half of the delivery, there has been terrible communication between the store, the warehouse, and us. I recommend making sure you know what is going on with your delivery and get it in writing before dropping a lot of money on their furniture.

Not great on selection and the sales people are on commission, kind of like a car dealer.

I had a terrific experience with salesman Rubin. Be sure to ask for him!!!

George greeted us as we walked in, but let us browse as we pleased and was ready to help when we were ready to talk. He made the transaction easy as possible! Thank you!

I would not recommend their outdoor furniture at least. Their customer service is fine, and their indoor furniture is fine. But their outdoor furniture is honestly junk. If you buy any of their outdoor furniture, be prepared to purchase outdoor covers and keep it covered year round. If you do not, you will see the furniture begin fading, splitting, and breaking within 1 year. Especially near the legs where there could be just slight contact with water (even just rain). Again, the folks there are nice, but I wouldn’t spend thousands on outdoor furniture again from Ashley stores.

George was not pushy, he allowed us time to look around, he was knowledgeable about the products & his humor made our experience enjoyable, all the while kept in mind what we were looking for.

Ashlyn at Ashley Furniture has restored my faith in customer service. After purchasing a sofa that did not work out I filed a case to return it. When Ashlyn called to discuss I told her to close it because I knew I was stuck with it. I expected a response of "ok" and the call to be done. Instead she asked why I felt that way. After then explaining the situation to her she went above and beyond to help me resolve this. This store is customer focused while so many today are company focused. Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

Rubin was amazing and phenomenal but it's people like Ashlyn with her unfriendly attitude, slick mouth and nonchalant attitude that could careless if you take your business to another furniture store. This review should be strictly about his outstanding service but because his good service is connected to her disservice she has to be mentioned! Go back and read some of their other one star reviews and you'll see her name in those ones also!!! My thing is, if they made an error in the store and I said I didn't want an email then why would that be a problem? Who wouldn't want proof for the delivery person just in case there's another mixup? What was one sheet of paper really going to hurt? If I want a receipt, I want a receipt! PERIOD!!!! Ashlyn should have just smiled, handed over the printed receipt and kept her remarks to herself!!!!

We had great help from Francisco, helping my brother get the couch he really loved that was out of stock. We also just came back after I fell in love with a chaise lounge and Vicki was so wonderful getting us checked out quickly without any problems or attempt to upsell me on anything. :)

I want to give a huge shout out to Ashley furniture, they came in a clutch for the remodeling I did to my home. We took a gander with Rooms to go, but unfortunately their store was overpriced for the quality that they were offering. I was recommended to Ashley furniture by a colleague of mine and man I'm glad I took a shot at it. Everything they were offering was affordable and wasn't steep in price and the quality of the furniture was wonderful. I'm glad I'm able to use this brand-new sofa for the living room. Will definitely shop again here for more future furniture's.

Very disappointed in the customer service from employees. We came in to buy a dresser for my child’s bedroom. We were told during the purchase that it would be delivered later that week. On the delivery date given, nothing came and no one contacted us. We called the store to inquire on our item at which time we were gaslighted and told that we were never given a delivery date. We were talked down to and told it was us who misunderstood as the customer service rep “Ashley” was very short and rude on the phone. Only after speaking to a manager did we fine out that it would in fact be several weeks for us to receive the dresser unless we wanted to pay another $40 in addition to what we paid to get the dresser from a local location sooner (this option was never even offered during the initial purchase). The first time I purchased sofas from this same location we had several problems with the delivery where the company was moving the date out without speaking to us. Seeing that a similar issue has come up again where they can not deliver on dates they promised buyer be ware.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Ashley Home Store I had a highly disappointing experience with Ashley Home Store. I ordered a specific item and was shocked to receive something entirely different. It's disheartening to see that this store doesn't deliver what customers order.What's even more concerning is that they seem to substitute higher-priced items with lower-cost alternatives, all while customers believe they're getting what they paid for. This is a clear lack of transparency and trustworthiness.My interactions with their customer service department were equally unsatisfactory. My concerns were dismissed, and I felt a complete lack of respect for my grievances.Given this experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Ashley Home Store to anyone. A company's reputation is built on customer satisfaction and integrity, and sadly, Ashley Home Store falls short on both fronts.Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your furniture needs.

Used to be my best furniture store. Bought whole set of recliner couch from here. I know after pandemic furniture are rocket sky prices and delivery issues. I received my couch couple of weeks late but that's OK. When they delivery first time, didn't lock couches properly with each other and there was some damaged too. So they send technician to fix that problem. After couple of weeks, as technician came did nothing move couches here and there and said fixed. After a week my parents(both are in 60's) try to get up from couch and whole one piece of couch fell on them and same thing happens with me very next day. So i told them take back your couch and refund me. "By their new policy starts from August no refund are accept". so they give me after a month appointment to again fix the couch but we don't need technician and we argue and told to get new couch to replace damaged one. They agreed. This time its was worst, new couch came was uneven and big gape between two couches. I called them again to take their couch and give refund, same story starts again will send technician(they have only three technician in whole Georgia) after a month. Please if you buy something form here check 10 times before technician leave from your house because they don't know how to take care of customer.

I had a misunderstanding with my mattress purchase and I was pretty irate. I can honestly say I was being a brat but Kyle handled this matter with ease and understanding. He got it straightened out. Because I’ve been a longtime Ashley Furniture customer, I will continue to make my purchases here at the Cummings location even though I am closer to the Alpharetta location. As soon as I have more room for furniture, I’ll be back. Thanks Kyle.

Great place to buy new furniture

I came into buy a new Mattress for my Master Bedroom and I meet Chris Patton when I arrived. He was so helpful in making my decision for the perfect one. I will only be buying furniture from Chris in the furniture.

We came in looking for a new mattress and had no clue where to start—My sales rep Chris Patton was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and kind! I couldn’t recommend him enough. Thank you Chris for helping us get the best nights of sleep we’ve ever had!

Don't do it! Ordered furniture almost two months ago, it was delayed from the original delivery time for an aditional two weeks. Today, almost two months later the furniture was delivered and the bed came with the wrong hardware and slats. Now we will have to wait additional time for slats to come in. We have been sleeping on the floor for two months now. Also, good luck with trying to get in touch with someone!

Beware they are RACIST. I walked in and had to use the restroom and left my Hispanic wife to look around and they followed her around everywhere while I waited on an employee standing in the stall on his phone. My wife was so uncomfortable she left the store to wait on me I came across the employees watching her from the window until I confronted them. This was on 9/8/23 between 5 and 5:15. My wife was wearing a blue shirt and she has brown skin.

Horrible delivery..I paid $130 for shipping. Shipping never came on time. I was given a window but driver never showed up. After 2 hours of the window got a call that driver met an accident and that delivery is next day.

I would never buy from this store again. We went from happy customers leaving the store to dealing with an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Don’t bother raising any issues to the store manager Ashlyn, she couldn’t care less. We loved working with Kyle at first and had planned to come back for more furniture in a few months, but we will never come back. We received half of the wrong couch upon delivery which we were told it was ordered incorrectly in store. Our delivery workers were also so high that the smell lingered in our house for hours and they built my furniture incorrectly to the point it was falling apart when we tried to move it. I attached a photo of how they left my house the first time, couch pieces everywhere, my entertainment center thrown together that nearly collapsed trying to shift it towards the wall, and trash left for me to remove. They didn’t even put the top piece on my center that connects the pillars together. We had to schedule Ashley Furniture to come out 5 times for various pieces missing, delayed deliveries, unprepared and unprofessional technicians. Ashlyn at one point said, “I can do an even exchange for the piece because if I order another door for you there is a 50/50 chance that they will deliver the wrong piece.” How can there be that large of a potential discrepancy with furniture being ordered? She was the one who ordered the wrong piece! On top of all of that, I asked several times about when the payments would start and was told over and over it would be 30 days from final delivery which was not true. It is from the first, which makes more sense. We would have been fine to pay, but they wouldn’t tell us when the payment was and we kept asking for the account number to set up automatic payment and they said the statement would be mailed. It was mailed but not until AFTER the first payment. I called Ashley Furniture for the account number twice and they said to call Synchrony and Synchrony said to call Ashley. So my credit took a hit for missing the first payment because of misinformation and lack of any care to bother helping. I work in customer service and sales myself and I have never been so disappointed and angry with a group of people. They bragged about Ashlyn being the youngest store manager in Ashley Furniture history when we first purchased our furniture. I can say her lack of customer services skills definitely show that. Do yourself a favor and do not bother with this store.

We stopped in at Ashley because we really like the stores look - clean, fresh, styled, and plenty of options. We worked with Chris, checked out two other stores with the same products, but returned to Ashley to purchase. It just felt like the best option, even though the price was not the lowest. Something to be said for honest, competent sales staff and management.

Ethan really take all his time to help us out and make sure we find everything we need. He is super nice and we’ll go beyond extra mile just to help us out. Theres a lil bit of hiccup, but we will definitely come back.

What would we do if we did not meet Francisco Anzola over Labor Day weekend? We would be forever lost when it comes to furniture purchasing. Francisco is witty, charming, educated, and a top of the line furniture wizard. His customer service is by far the best I’ve experienced in the past 10 years of purchasing furniture. He knew every answer to every question we had as well as took time to educate us on things to look for when buying a mattress. I would rate this review 10 stars if I could. I love all the pieces he helped my husband and I pick out for our new cozy home in the city. I am definitely referring Francisco to all my friends and family to purchase furniture from moving forward
