I brought my grandma in for bedroom furniture and all associates were so attentive and courteous. We found what we wanted within an hour and were closing the transaction! Thanks for such a great experience.

I had a pretty good experience today. My salesman was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and made the process of buying a new living room set, rug, and coffee table very easy and enjoyable. HOWEVER, my only complaint was that I was informed that I purchased the 5 year extended warranty totaling over $700 after I had already paid. There was never any discussion about the warranty prior to that, nor was I asked if I wanted it. This upset my husband and we had it removed, not necessarily because we didn’t want it, but because it was done in secret. It would have been much better received had we been ASKED if we wanted the extended warranty as opposed to it being added in without our knowledge. It just kind of put a damper on what would have been an exceptional experience.

I wish I could give zero stars ! The sales reps do not know when the warehouse is open for furniture pickup. Needless to say I made a blank trip from Douglasville, ga to east point, ga only to find that I could not pick the furniture up. Even the automated “ AI “ agent sent me a confirmation text & email with the pickup date & time , yet the warehouse was closed. I had plans to leave the next morning to take the furniture to my daughter’s new home for thanksgiving… needless to say I had to leave without the furniture! There is no way to actually speak to someone at an Ashley location because the phone just rings. Even the customer service agent at the 1-800 number was unable to transfer me to a local store. My only option was to travel 45 minutes in traffic back to store. Once I finally got a valid date to pick up the furniture the workers at the warehouse were very unprofessional, slow, and unorganized! Multiple workers walked passed me without a word as I stood at the loading bay. Finally a gentleman from another department asked if I had been helped and called one of the men that had walked right by me to pull my order. The entire process was a nightmare!!! I cancelled my order and will gladly take my hard earned dollars to another company.

Great service at the Douglasville store and the delivery crew was great. Customer service in the call center needs improvement: I ordered a rug at the same time of purchase it was delayed delivery have called customer service to cxl the order,then I get the delivery a week later now I am still waiting for them to pick it up to send back.

Ordered furniture and was told it would be 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. We were then sent an email saying our furniture was officially ordered and it would be 10 to 14 business days that someone would call for delivery. At day 12 we were told we wouldn't get our furniture for another 3 weeks, after the 1st of the year. When I asked what was to protect us from having our order pushed back even further without Ashley being accountable they said nothing. We purchased with cash, not financed so they basically have all our money and cant tell me when for sure I will get my furniture. I will not order from here again, I should've got the couch from Rooms to Go cause they have guaranteed delivery dates.

Our sales guy Tony was great he was well knowledgeable about the bed we were trying to get and took his time with us we really enjoyed shopping with him. Now we can’t wait to sleep on our new mattress.

Excellent service from the Store Manger, Patrick at Ashley Furniture in Douglasville, GA and the delivery team! I bought a sofa sleeper and chair from Ashley Furniture, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience! The store manager, Patrick, was my sales person, and he provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was super attentive, answered all my questions, and made sure everything went smoothly. The delivery service was just as impressive. I received both text and email confirmations for the delivery date that Patrick had provided, along with a time window of 12:45–3:45. On the morning of delivery, I got a text letting me know the truck had started its route and confirming my delivery time. Terrance, the driver, called when he was about 20 minutes away, and they arrived promptly at 12:30. The team was friendly and set everything up quickly, professionally, and with great care. Everyone involved did an outstanding job, and the furniture looks absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend, the Store Manager, Patrick at Ashley Furniture in Douglasville, GA.

Everything was delivered as promised. They were polite and very efficient. I am pleased with the ottoman, sofa and chaise that I purchased. And Que at the store in Douglasville was friendly and polite. He had to order the living room set I wanted because they didn't have it in their store. And as I'd said everything was delivered in two weeks from the date that I purchased it. And the young lady at the warehouse that I spoke with several times was also very polite in addressing my concerns about the texts only showing one piece instead of two pieces of furniture. Yes, I would purchase merchandise from the Douglasville store again.

1 Star (would give 0 if possible) Extremely disappointed with Ashley Furniture. We purchased furniture on 10/5 with a promised delivery date of 10/10. We were told we’d get a confirmation call two days before and a text with a 3-hour delivery window the day of... neither ever happened. On 10/10, we called customer care and was told the order would arrive by end of day. Hours passed... nothing. We called the store and spoke with the manager, who assured us everything was fine and delivery was still on track. Hours past, a few more calls to customer care but again, nothing. Later that evening, customer care suddenly claimed our order was on “credit hold,” even though we paid in full and funds had already cleared our bank. No one could explain why... We were told a manager would call us back within 24 hours and another rep within 72 business hours. Neither ever called... The store manager eventually reached out two days later (after we called multiple times), said he’d fixed the issue, and confirmed a 10/17 delivery date. Then, out of nowhere, we got a confirmation text for 10/15 instead, with a broken link and no number to contact. When called, customer care again offered no real help and told us rescheduling could take another 24 hours, so we had to rearrange our schedules just to accept the wrong delivery date. This entire process has been a nightmare...faulty communication, false promises, and no accountability. For the amount of money spent, the experience has been unacceptable. Do not buy from Ashley Furniture. Save yourself the stress, the confusion, and the endless phone calls. -1000/10, sincerely one extremely disappointed customer. 10/17/25-Update We received a text stating that our order would be delivered between 11:30 AM and 2:30 PM. On the day of delivery, we were notified that the driver had arrived, but no one showed up at our home. After waiting a few minutes and not seeing anyone, we walked up the street and noticed a delivery truck. We approached the driver and asked if he had a delivery from Ashley. He confirmed that he did. We described the sectional, and he said yes, he had that item. We explained that he was at the wrong address, but he told us, “This is the address we were sent to.” We asked if he could drive down to the correct address, and he agreed. However, he also said, “If you all hadn’t walked up here, we would’ve taken the furniture back to the warehouse.” This was frustrating, especially since we were home during the entire scheduled delivery window, and the driver never came to the correct address before deciding to leave.

Patrick and Kyle is great to work with. Friendly and pleasant personality. Each time we in the store we always come out with an order. Thus Douglasville location is great.

I was delivered damaged furniture. Called the store and filed a claim within the 3 days of delivery, and the store manager told me he couldn’t assist, and to call corporate. I asked for a pickup for refund, they told me I would receive a call in regards to it, and they sent me parts. After a week of having the furniture, they sent a tech to my house. Still didn’t have all the parts needed. So now we will have to wait again. The quality of Ashley furniture is crap, and region to get a refund is impossible. I offered to pay a restocking fee, and they still won’t take it. Do not shop at this store, or any in general. They are the absolute worst, rip people off and refuse to refund.

Ashley is the worst! Nobody communicates with one another and guess what I still don’t have my furniture… don’t waste your money and customer service is poor…. I wish I had bought furniture somewhere else

This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. We placed an order on April 18, 2025, which included a washable rug (Item R406652) and a chair. While the chair was delivered, the rug never arrived...and to this day, we’re still waiting. Despite multiple calls and in-person visits to the store, including follow ups with sales associate Sharon Lydick, no one has taken responsibility for resolving this issue. Every time we ask, we’re told the rug will arrive “Tuesday,” but that “Tuesday” never comes. It’s been months. When we disputed the charge through our bank, Ashley’s only response was that the chair had been delivered ...completely ignoring the missing rug. As a result, our case was closed unfairly. This is not just poor service it feels like outright theft and fraud. We no longer want the item. We are demanding a full refund. If this is not resolved immediately, we will be filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Protection Bureau. Order #: 390376160 Missing Item: Washable Rug (Item R406652) Salesperson: Sharon Lydick

Edit***** sent an email right after this response from Ashley. We also called customer service twice and we were told a manager or supervisor would call us within the hour. The second time we were told they would call us back immediately. NO ONE CALLED US BACK! We called earlier in the day to hopefully get this resolved or go pick it up ourselves from the warehouse. But no luck with anyone contacting us directly. Our sales person was great. They did a price match on our mattress/ bed set. We were supposed to have the bed delivered July 1st, then they moved it to July 4th when they came to deliver it was the wrong mattress. We expected it to be delivered today with no issue but now they are telling us the soonest available July 10th. We are also waiting on sheets and pillows to be delivered from fedex but we have not received a tracking number. Ashley seems to be notorious for delivery issues- but I was trying to have this delivered and set up so it would be stress free I was hoping to have a good experience. Moving to a new home 7months pregnant & in pain with no bed that should have been delivered at the beginning of the week is stressful. I had to beg and plead with customer service to get a supervisor who could get in touch directly with the warehouse. (& I’m still waiting for a call back.) The delivery driver was so nice. BUT he told us he pointed out to his manager that the mattress was incorrect before they left the warehouse & they told them to try and deliver it anyway. Please consider when you order from Ashley to double check your delivery or send it back before accepting it because quality control from the warehouse is not great.

It was cool! I understand top down selling strategies but he showed me a quote that was $900+ than what I was expecting! The guys were cool I didn't go with the protection plan ($500😐) and I like they weren't too pushy about it. If it was cheaper I mightve considered it. Overall I was pretty happy! The man had some jokes and it was cool!

Horrible products paid 300$ for a delivery that came with zero communication and 4 hours outside of the original promise time frame. The sofa came broken and I called less tHan 24 hours after receiving it and guess what? They didn’t want to accept a return. I went to the store and finally got them to return the item and said I will get a call in 48 hours for a pick up. Welp it’s been 3 weeks no call! I continue to call customer service with zero help and I call the store that SOLD me the unit and yet they can’t help me. Once they sell you a unit they say forget about you! I have a damage unit in my home that I do not want anymore due to the horrible experience and damage item! I will just have to dispute this with my credit card company at this point!

We had a horrible experience with the delivery team that came to deliver the furniture. They were rude and nasty. The whole experience was traumatic. They damaged our wall, they dirtied the couch and pillows to the living room set they delivered . We had to finally cancel the whole order. Then they refused to take the furniture back. I will not be using Ashley anymore. I am afraid to have their delivery team in my house.

My son was with me to pick out furniture and determine the size of furniture according to my room dimensions. The salesmen worked with us and also used his tools to accommodate us. His supervisor did not limit the time with us even though we spent over two hours!! The quality of the furniture is very good!!

Be careful, they sale you used furniture at full price. I didn't notice the difference until it was too late bc I work so much. My love couch was damaged, my TV cuts off randomly, & my cushion on my big couch is worn. Lesson learned, I will shop very cautiously & else where from now on.

The salesman Ty was awesome! He went above and beyond to make sure that what I was needing was easily purchased. We needed a lift chair for my senior father who has cancer and is about to have surgery and Ty was able to help me select the proper chair and work out the payments over the phone where we didn't have to go into the store due to difficulty on our end of getting there. He was very kind and genuine and showed that he cared about his customer and that it was not just about making commission. I would definitely recommend Ty as a salesman to anyone looking for their next furniture purchase!

Very Professional customer service

We ordered our furniture and were told that it would be delivered by May 25th. On May 17th, we received a call telling us that they would be doing a partial delivery on May 21st, but the rest of our order would not be delivered until JUNE 25th. I called to ask about compensation for the inconvenience and was told they won't provide any. I'm still in the process of trying to get the matter resolved to my satisfaction, and I will NEVER buy from Ashley Furniture, again.

Shopping at Ashley was a pleasure. Our salesperson Que was outstanding! It took us quite some time to settle on what to purchase and he was patient and supportive every step of the way. The furniture will not be delivered until later this week but some key points about the construction. They make their own furniture. Cushion backs are sewed to the back, couch frame very solid and the cushion seats are truly washable. Get the 5 year protection plan. If you don't use it in 5 years you receive a credit. Imagine that !

Tina was an excellent sales associate. The issue that I am experiencing is with my furniture. The chaise lounge and the side chair sinks in. This is my second time making an appointment with the service technician. They have to come out and take all of the material off of the couch to adjust straps that is located at the bottom. This sectional is not worth the $1,900 dollars CASH that i paid. It seems that Ashley Furniture knows about the condition that these couches have. This issue should have been disclosed to customers before purchase. This is my first and last time purchasing from them. I actually want a refund . I am not a happy customer

I will never buy furniture from Ashley’s again! My experience has been nothing but terrible. The service and delivery was great but we put our bed frame together and that same night that we got it delivered I barely put weight on it and it broke without even sleeping on it and it was a manufactured piece that broke not anything we put together. We then called the customer service line and they told us they would ship 7-10 Buisness days. 7-10 days go by and we have no email or confirmation about shipping. I called again, they then say they are on back order and won’t be shipped 3-4 weeks after we placed the claim. Well here we are almost 7 weeks since we were told they would be shipped and we have nothing, having to sleep on the mattress on the floor because we can’t get our parts to fix the frame. The douglasville store told us that there was nothing they could do. No reimbursement that we just had to wait and see if they would be delivered since fed ex is the carrier. So all in all I am very very disappointed and will never spend my money at Ashley’s again

WORST Customer Service Experience Ever!!!! Would not recommend this company to anyone. My friend bought a bed frame in full and delivered it they set it up half way and left the rest in room with type of communication as to why they left without setting the bed frame up its about to be a week and contacted corporate several times and they have not even reached out to her. The store does not help at all ! They barley wanted to give her a discount a full refund.

Had to seek help first of all..spoke to a lady at the desk and she said she was in finance but she would find me a sales person. Tina was my sales person. I found Tina to be helpful and patient. I purchased several pieces of furniture. I then found a dining set online and returned to the store to replace it with the one I bought the day Tina helped me. Again I had to hunt down a sales person. Tina was off that day..I walked up to the desk...there were 4 sales people. They were not friendly..did not speak when I approached. They just continued to speak among themselves and one was so into his phone he couldn't be cordial. I just want to say how cold the sales people are at the Douglasville store. If it were not for Tina I probably would have went somewhere else. I just feel the sales people are rude and don't care if you are there or not. They need a class on how to better like their job if they are serving the public. Very rude and cold!

I do not recommend this company nor the store I paid furniture in full they came. They dropped off the product. They put it halfway up and left the rest there on the floor. They didn’t even say they were leaving. They didn’t say there was a problem very unprofessional. When I asked for help, they still said I needed to wait 2 to 3 days for them to come out and check out the product asked for a return. They’re saying that I can’t get a return. They sent out people that didn’t know what they were doing because they stripped the screws Do not recommend at all I went up to the store in person. They’re telling me that I need to call corporate. I called corporate. They’re saying I don’t have an account that they can’t pull up my social. This place is a scam.

I purchased furniture last year with Que and had such a terrible delivery experience. It was an easy sale, I knew exactly what I wanted and paid full price. My furniture was damaged and ceiling fan broken during the delivery process. I have tried on several occasions to rectify what I thought would be an easy fix with the store directly (with the store manager as well as the salesman who pretended not to see my numerous emails) and via customer service. There still has been no resolve; however, I have been pacified with many unkept promises to make it right. I am extremely disappointed with the experience and will never shop with Ashley Furniture again.

We came into Ashley looking for a recliner for me to sleep in due to my leg problems. Tina was very helpful and suggested an adjustable bed base. This is a perfect solution for both my husband and I. She kept us within our budget with the president day sale, and was able too include a 10 year warranty plus delivery. We left the store very satisfied. Kudos to Tina and her superb customer service! Kyle Morgan was amazing customer service very nice and kind, made my wife and I feel like the only customer in the store. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for in our budget

November, 2024 I purchased an oversized chaise from Ashley furniture in Douglasville. After having it 2 days I noticed it was starting to develop a curve where I was sitting on the middle front edge of chaise. I called the store and was told they would send someone out to check out the piece. When the technician arrived the curve was noticed and I was told that it might need to be tightened and they would check the warehouse to see if there was a replacement pillow. I stated I bought a new chair and do not want a refurbished or repaired piece of furniture. I was told I needed to go in the store and talk to them. On that Sunday I went to the store and was told corporate was closed and that she would let them know that following Monday. I have yet to hear back from that young lady or corporate. If they had found a pillow what would make me think the replacement wouldn’t do the same thing. Few weeks go by and I hear nothing. Another call is made, spoke with a manger and was told computer said I refused to let them correct the situation (which was not true). So they sent someone else out. This technician turned the chaise over tightened the tension straps underneath and again said they would check warehouse for another pillow. It is now February of 2025 and I have yet to hear from Ashley furniture about this $900.00 item that now has a 4 inch dip down the middle. It’s hard to get out of the dip once you sit. If you try to sit close to the arms you end up leaning right into the dip in the center of the chaise. Two people could easily sit on this piece but the dip makes that impossible. I told them I want them to come and get it and was told Ashley has a no return policy. Even if they can’t/won’t refund my money give me a store credit so that I can get something else that is useful and makes sense of the money I paid for this piece. This was not my first piece of Ashley furniture however it will be my last. I’m highly disappointed in the lack of concern to make my purchase worthwhile. If I could give 0 stars I would. Customers beware. UPDATE: The store issued me a store credit and picked up the chaise.

I have never been in an Ashley store before and was quite nervous I’d be pummeled by high pressure sales people… Not at all the case here! Sharon was my sales person and was very helpful and knowledgeable, and did NOT follow me around everywhere. If she didn’t have the answer to something, her manager Duncan was right there to assist. Both were super kind and fun! I will continue to do all furniture business with Ashley!

The salesperson was very helpful in showing me what they had in stock and online what was available to order which we did. Can’t wait for our new furniture to be delivered which will be in 3 days which was a fast turnaround. Thank you

I ordered a twin over full bunk bed and a full bed with 3 mattresses. Once the furniture came the technicians said they did not have all the parts for the top bunk bed and could not put it together. My daughter’s bed was already removed and did not have anything to sleep on. I was told to call customer service which did not offer any solution. The box was opened at the warehouse and parts were removed. The technicians were attempting to put the full bed up and told me I needed a box spring which the sales rep INSISTED I didn’t need one. I told the customer service rep to cancel the entire order and the replacement part. I would not recommend the Ashley store in Douglasville and I wouldn’t recommend Ashley Furniture store. No one has reached out to address the problem or even show any concern. I will be closing my Ashley account.

Don’t bother buying anything from the store. They never deliver it. They never contact you to reschedule and they tell you constant lies when calling customer service. Then to add to that everybody pushes you off to call somebody else, but you can never actually reach a store. I’m so disgusted. I can’t get a refund. I can’t get any furniture delivered and I’m beyond angry at this moment. Avoid Ashley furniture like the plague. All they wanna do is get your money.

I purchased a bed for my granddaughter on December 19th for CHRISTMAS!!!!! Today is January 4th and I have been given nothing but the run around!!! You Initially scheduled me to get the bed on a day when their warehouse is closed!! Rescheduled me for pick up on the 3rd but only half of the bed was available??? I guess the commission wasn’t that big so there was no urgency for me to get my purchase. I was forced to select at least one star, but ou actually get ZERO STARS for lack of communication and horrible customer service! I really should’ve come in and gotten a refund, But I promise you won’t get another dime for me! Happy new year!

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SALES associate and the delivery team. The guys were outside arguing which escalated to them fighting... so embarrasing .. when we finally get the furnituymes and have been told each time that j would receive call back !!! Chose to pick up dresser myself at the warehouse off camp creek Pkwy. Personnel at front desk was rude. Personnel putting furniture on my truck was evasive showing me the item completely still in box. Inspection of item at home closer and it is damaged in 3 different places. I will never purchase from them again.

Do not buy from Ashley furniture store, they do not accept returns. I recently purchased a $3000 sectional, they sent me four pieces in boxes and one piece with being unboxed. They delivered my furniture and did not set it up just left it in the middle of my floor. I was not home at time of delivery. They sent me a floor model and has all types of stains on it. They keep saying they can do nothing about it. This is terrible customer service when I am paying that much on piece of furniture. Now I am left with a piece of my sectional I cannot use and paid for. I will be taking legal matters!

Hubby and I came to buy a new bed and had the best service. We weren't bombarded the moment we got there which was great. We walked towards the beds and then Que walked by and asked if we had any questions or concerns about the beds. He wasn't pushy but gave us knowledge about each bed and type so we could decide what worked best for us. He then told us to try them all out and come find him if we wanted to know more. I appreciated the privacy of being able to talk to my husband and allowing us to make the decision without influence. We came back the next day and ordered our king size bed with Que because of his service and we found a bed we loved. Definitely going back next time we need more home furnishings.

I would not suggest shopping at Ashley if you want any type of competent furniture delivery experience. The salesman we dealt with was fantastic. That’s the end of anything that resembles a decent experience. We were told the furniture would be delivered on 6/20. On 6/15 we were told one portion of a sectional would be missing and that one missing piece would be delivered ASAP (no date given) . On 6/18 another phone call informed us that now we also would be missing a portion of our bedroom order and that NONE of the sectional would be delivered because, ironically, they do not deliver sectionals in sections. The missing pieces are supposedly being delivered to the warehouse on the same day that our furniture is scheduled to be delivered. Instead of even offering to reschedule a complete delivery for the next day or the day following, I was told there will be (at least) 2 deliveries an unknown time apart. They said they were “unable to give an estimated delivery for the missing pieces” but it is likely to be after July 2nd. 1 out of 10 (1 instead of 0 for the sales guy- otherwise it’s a total 0). Definitely would not recommend. Certainly will not do again.

The Worst service I ever experienced in my life is with this store. Poor customer service and general service from managers to the sales representatives. First, after paying for my couch they kept changing delivery dates for more than 7 times and that messed up all my plans for thanksgiving. When it was finally delivered, they delivered the wrong one(2 opposite sides not the way we saw it displayed in their store) and almost try to put the blame on us that that was what I ordered if not that I had my proof. Secondly, up till date I paid for extra throw pillows which up till now have not received it , am talking of order placed and paid for since November , 2023. Manger says it not part of the order , I should him receipt where it shows I paid for it (extra throw pillows) and also sale rep that attended to me confirmed that because it was in the receipt. I have been there to take my throw pillows for months and they kept turning me down and they never make a refund of that extra payment. Bunch of criminals. This store is not the store we use to know, because I was about to make my order at a better furniture store before my uncle convinced me that we should try Ashley. Ashley unfortunately defrauded me

I never did receive the bed slats, so my husband had to make some. * I have not received the bedroom suit yet, it will be delivered next week, but the experience that we had at the store was great. The salesman that we worked with, Que, was very helpful and quick with the details of the sales and prices of items. It wasn’t a “high pressure” experience, like you often feel in furniture stores. He just patiently went through the store with us, helped us select the right options for our needs, and stored everything in the system for when we were ready to come back and “pull the trigger.” A week later, we returned and Que remembered us and the items we chose. We then confirmed our choices and the check-out process was so quick and easy and painless… none of this last minute fee fee fee or add-on purchases that you encounter at other big name (RTG) Looking forward to the delivery process and the smile on my teenagers face when the furniture comes in. I will try and update this review post- delivery 👍🏼 **EDIT** delivery was scheduled for tomorrow. I had been told just before we left the store that I would get a phone call or text message a day or two before to let me know a window of time for delivery. Well, I NEVER got any such call or text. So, I called the store just before it closed and and was informed that my delivery had been moved more than a week out- an additional 9 days was added to the delivery date because one of the dressers wasn’t at the warehouse. No one called to let me know a thing, so the inconvenience of me having taken off a day of work for no reason, as well as having completely cleared my teenage daughters room of ALL furniture believing she would have a whole new bedroom set the next day, but now she will have an empty room (no bed, nothing at all) for another 9 days (and another day of missed work for me,) is aggravating to say the least- especially with ZERO notice. So… I’ll update again in 9 days about the delivery.

Just bought a new couch and mattress from Ashley. Super excited for everything to be delivered. Even more happy about was the sales experience. Our sales rep Q was the best sales experience I’ve ever had. Guided my wife and I without pressuring us at all. Was great and patient with us and our 2 year old. I love what we purchased but Q made the experience 5 star.

Not happy with the services at all. My furniture was scheduled to be delivered two weeks ago. I now have a new schedule date this week. What I'm not happy with is the fact your company has decided to deliver my furniture @7pm. I want to know why would you send your deliveries to my home @7p and never asking me if the time was suitable for me. I guess it doesn't matter when the furniture has been paid in full. Basically at this point you are saying the hell with the customer they will get it when we decide to deliver it and at whatever time. Ashley you have left a bad taste in my mouth. DONE!!!!!!!

This last purchase will certainly be my last. I ordered a bed early December to be delivered on the 22nd. On the day of delivery the delivery team showed up to my house with nothing for me. I was then called and told part of my bed was on back order and I would need to reschedule. Ok fine, I rescheduled and then still received emails saying there was an issue. Finally received on 27th and found out one of the pieces was wrong therefore leaving me with an incomplete bed for another 2 weeks. I was told my delivery fee would be refunded - that never happened and the experience was all in all awful. All I got was sorries and excuses. I won’t buy another piece of furniture from this place ever again.
