I came into Ashley Furniture to purchase a comfy chair and mattress. Demar Reid assisted me and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in making my decision for a mattress. Chose to pick up dresser myself at the warehouse off camp creek Pkwy. Personnel at front desk was rude. Personnel putting furniture on my truck was evasive showing me the item completely still in box. Inspection of item at home closer and it is damaged in 3 different places. I will never purchase from them again.

Do not buy from Ashley furniture store, they do not accept returns. I recently purchased a $3000 sectional, they sent me four pieces in boxes and one piece with being unboxed. They delivered my furniture and did not set it up just left it in the middle of my floor. I was not home at time of delivery. They sent me a floor model and has all types of stains on it. They keep saying they can do nothing about it. This is terrible customer service when I am paying that much on piece of furniture. Now I am left with a piece of my sectional I cannot use and paid for. I will be taking legal matters!

Hubby and I came to buy a new bed and had the best service. We weren't bombarded the moment we got there which was great. We walked towards the beds and then Que walked by and asked if we had any questions or concerns about the beds. He wasn't pushy but gave us knowledge about each bed and type so we could decide what worked best for us. He then told us to try them all out and come find him if we wanted to know more. I appreciated the privacy of being able to talk to my husband and allowing us to make the decision without influence. We came back the next day and ordered our king size bed with Que because of his service and we found a bed we loved. Definitely going back next time we need more home furnishings.

I would not suggest shopping at Ashley if you want any type of competent furniture delivery experience. The salesman we dealt with was fantastic. That’s the end of anything that resembles a decent experience. We were told the furniture would be delivered on 6/20. On 6/15 we were told one portion of a sectional would be missing and that one missing piece would be delivered ASAP (no date given) . On 6/18 another phone call informed us that now we also would be missing a portion of our bedroom order and that NONE of the sectional would be delivered because, ironically, they do not deliver sectionals in sections. The missing pieces are supposedly being delivered to the warehouse on the same day that our furniture is scheduled to be delivered. Instead of even offering to reschedule a complete delivery for the next day or the day following, I was told there will be (at least) 2 deliveries an unknown time apart. They said they were “unable to give an estimated delivery for the missing pieces” but it is likely to be after July 2nd. 1 out of 10 (1 instead of 0 for the sales guy- otherwise it’s a total 0). Definitely would not recommend. Certainly will not do again.

The Worst service I ever experienced in my life is with this store. Poor customer service and general service from managers to the sales representatives. First, after paying for my couch they kept changing delivery dates for more than 7 times and that messed up all my plans for thanksgiving. When it was finally delivered, they delivered the wrong one(2 opposite sides not the way we saw it displayed in their store) and almost try to put the blame on us that that was what I ordered if not that I had my proof. Secondly, up till date I paid for extra throw pillows which up till now have not received it , am talking of order placed and paid for since November , 2023. Manger says it not part of the order , I should him receipt where it shows I paid for it (extra throw pillows) and also sale rep that attended to me confirmed that because it was in the receipt. I have been there to take my throw pillows for months and they kept turning me down and they never make a refund of that extra payment. Bunch of criminals. This store is not the store we use to know, because I was about to make my order at a better furniture store before my uncle convinced me that we should try Ashley. Ashley unfortunately defrauded me

*2nd edit* I’ve had my daughters bedroom suit for 6 months. It’s beautiful and she loves it. I never did receive the bed slats, so my husband had to make some. * I have not received the bedroom suit yet, it will be delivered next week, but the experience that we had at the store was great. The salesman that we worked with, Que, was very helpful and quick with the details of the sales and prices of items. It wasn’t a “high pressure” experience, like you often feel in furniture stores. He just patiently went through the store with us, helped us select the right options for our needs, and stored everything in the system for when we were ready to come back and “pull the trigger.” A week later, we returned and Que remembered us and the items we chose. We then confirmed our choices and the check-out process was so quick and easy and painless… none of this last minute fee fee fee or add-on purchases that you encounter at other big name (RTG) Looking forward to the delivery process and the smile on my teenagers face when the furniture comes in. I will try and update this review post- delivery 👍🏼 **EDIT** delivery was scheduled for tomorrow. I had been told just before we left the store that I would get a phone call or text message a day or two before to let me know a window of time for delivery. Well, I NEVER got any such call or text. So, I called the store just before it closed and and was informed that my delivery had been moved more than a week out- an additional 9 days was added to the delivery date because one of the dressers wasn’t at the warehouse. No one called to let me know a thing, so the inconvenience of me having taken off a day of work for no reason, as well as having completely cleared my teenage daughters room of ALL furniture believing she would have a whole new bedroom set the next day, but now she will have an empty room (no bed, nothing at all) for another 9 days (and another day of missed work for me,) is aggravating to say the least- especially with ZERO notice. So… I’ll update again in 9 days about the delivery.

What I'm not happy with is the fact your company has decided to deliver my furniture @7pm. This last purchase will certainly be my last. I ordered a bed early December to be delivered on the 22nd. On the day of delivery the delivery team showed up to my house with nothing for me. I was then called and told part of my bed was on back order and I would need to reschedule. Ok fine, I rescheduled and then still received emails saying there was an issue. Finally received on 27th and found out one of the pieces was wrong therefore leaving me with an incomplete bed for another 2 weeks. I was told my delivery fee would be refunded - that never happened and the experience was all in all awful. All I got was sorries and excuses. I won’t buy another piece of furniture from this place ever again.

Shopping in this store is a nightmare. We bought a bedroom set more than a month ago because it was on sale and they oversold the product and now the answer they give us is that we have to buy a different one. They don't give an answer and are shameless selling what they don't have. We will never buy again from this store that sells what they don't have. Be very careful, they do not comply with delivery times but they do charge without giving the products they offer. They sell promotions that they don't have...
Upset! I bought a dining room set, $3500+, on 11/12 to be delivered 11/21 (before Thanksgiving) and the set still hasn’t been delivered. The delivery men showed up with some items (table missing) and salesman told me to decline delivery and entire set would be delivered next day. His manager was working to make it happen. Well, today, 11/25, I still don’t have it and NO ONE has called to tell me anything.

UPDATED: delivery for this couch has been a nightmare. Would give 0 stars if I could. On our intial delivery date we only got half the couch, the delivery crew were the ones who told us it was on back order. Then we call Ashley multiple times (after they keep telling us they will call us back, never did) to figure out where the other half of our couch is. Finally they figure it out and it won’t be delivered for another two weeks. Then they call us on a Saturday morning to confirm delivery or they have to push back delivery date (they didn’t do this the first time they delivered) and we call back but all their service centers are closed. We leave voicemails and have been trying to get some help with online chat people, and we haven’t gotten anywhere. Now we’re being told delivery will be pushed back again. Haven’t heard a word from Ashley or the people who actually sold us the couch. Will definitely go to rooms to go next time

I can not say enough how much I hate Ashley homestore. They have done nothing but lie time and time again about the furniture I purchased getting constantly back ordered on delivery. Tina lied to our faces about everything we ordered not being on a back order and being in the warehouse. Just got my 4th reschedule today. Used car salesmen have a better reputation than the idiots selling at this store. Also LaQuitta Brown is the rudest person I have ever interacted with in customer service. On 10/4/23 I went into the store to pick up my clearance items and when she greeted me I didn’t say anything as I was heading to the front desk and wasn’t needing anyone for a new sale. Because of this she called me a b***h and also refused to ring up the clearance items when the floor manager asked her to. Still waiting to hear the results from the formal complaint I put in with corporate from this ridiculous interaction and her excessively childish behavior. Stay away from this complete mess of a company!

The day I went for the purchase Q seemed very professional and helpful because I was spending money. When I had a problem with my delivery and setup, he didn't want to have anything to do with it. They finally refunded the money for the item but kept the delivery and set up fee. Their reason is because I purchased over $12000 worth of items the delivery fee and the set up fee aren't refundable. If you go to Ashley Funiture in Douglasville just pray you don't have no issues because they will be of no help .

Zero, not 1.Wow, I should have read the reviews posted on-line regarding Ashley Furniture before I purchased. Shame on me.I have purchased rooms of furniture from Ashley Furniture before and have had good experiences. Not like my on-going dilemma now. I ordered in-store a complete living room set: 2-large sofas and a recliner all with electric recline and head tilt functions, and a couple end tables and coffee table. I ordered these several months ago anticipating my daughter and her family moving out (they were building a home). No problem with scheduling the delivery.Unfortunately, they delivered the furniture "drop-off" instead of the "no hassle" delivery and installation like I paid for. The furniture was literally dropped off on my driveway even though I told them I could move either the truck or car to ease their delivery into the living room. I showed the delivery personnel my receipt and they stated that their work order was for "drop off" only.As I tried and tried and tried to get someone from my local Ashley Furniture store on the telephone, I saw that the delivery guys were packing up their truck and getting to leave. I ran out to the truck and asked why they were leaving when they both saw the receipt line item were I had paid for the "no hassle" delivery and they simply stated that they were heading to their next delivery. WOW! Great customer service!Well, I still had not talked to a "live breathing body" from Ashley Furniture. When I finally talked to a person from the warehouse, she said they'd look into it. I asked that they call me back with a resolution.I then FINALLY got hold of the store. I asked for the manager but he was nowhere to be found. I talked to the office manager, explaining the situation they were in (not me). She too said she'd look into it. I again asked to be called after a resolution was reached.Both of the two above calls were made around 12:30PM-1PM early this afternoon.I again called both the store and warehouse at around 3PM this afternoon after NOT having heard anything from anybody. I reminded them both that the expensive sofas were still outdoors on my driveway, and that the weather forecast was for rain. Neither seemed to overly concerned about the damage or loss they would take should both sofas be rained on (about $5500).And here I am at 4PM still not hearing anything from anybody at Ashley Furniture. I did manage to place a store-bought tarp over the sofas but if any water wicks up into the sofas they'll be taking the entire order back.
All associates were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were extremely helpful and not pushy.

Buyers beware. Ashley Furniture policies does not allow returns on any of the mattresses they sale. We recently purchased a mattress that we tried in the store and liked. When ours got delivered. We unpacked it and slept on it one night. It was horrible and felt nothing like the one we tried in the store. We called and ask to return it or exchange after only having it one day and we were told they don't allow returns because it's "like buying pillows or sheets" it is now un sanitary since we attempted to sleep on it one night. We are now in the 72 hour " appeal" process. I went to visit the store and spoke with the manager on duty. After discussing the problem and her acknowledgment that the appeal is in process. The manager in the store advised me that she gives her personal furniture away all the time. As if I should consider keeping a $1,300.00 mattress and maybe just give it away if I don't like it. Wow!

As I walked into Ashley's I was greeted by an associate and was told that if I had any questions or needed help just let them know. I knew what I wanted, once I found it, I was pleased with the price. I had shopped around for the sectional at 3 different places and everyone wanted $1000- 2000 more for the exact one.

On today I visited this horrible place. The female employees working there were so rude and disrespectful. We were purchasing an accessory and while we were waiting two of them started discussing food and one said to the other don’t be a Karen and she responded well can I be Felicia. I assume they felt it okay to behave so unprofessional because we were female African Americans. News flash…. at work I am a professional first and I do hope management there stresses to them that they should be too. I personally will never return but I will be sure to share my experience as much as possible.

Came to Ashley Furniture after leaving Rooms To Go. Jason greeted us at the door we told him we wanted to browse first. He left us alone and let us shop. When we had questions, Jason was right there with answers. Unlike Rooms To Go, we weren't followed around like they are afraid we were going to steal something. If we had been treated like we were at Rooms To Go, I would have walked out without buying a thing. Instead we were allowed to shop like grown ups and we purchased a new livingroom set. I gave only 4 stars because of the ridiculous price of delivery. You would think when you spend that much money in THEIR store, since they don't keep the furniture in stock so you can't pick it up same day, the delivery would be free or less than $75.00. But nope $250.00 delivery fee and not next day. For the outrageous delivery fee I won't be back to Ashley Furniture for the rest of the furniture I need.

Que greeted me and allowed me to shop. When I was ready to purchase, he was extremely helpful, even helping to connect to another store to finish my total purchase.
First time experience at this location and we had a great time. B. Miller was fantastic in taking his time to give us all the details of each product, worked us through the process of selecting what we needed, and wasn't 'pushy' on add-ons (but still let us know, suggested, explained why would be good, etc). Finally, he and his manager seemed to genuinely have our interests at heart in maximizing our buck and bundling what we could so everyone could win. We will be back to shop with him!

First purchase went well, expensive delivery would be my only complaint. Second purchase there was alot of delivery issues trying to work around my work schedule (8am-4pm). The customer support through the automated delivery notifications are not willing to help. You have to call the store directly as they play middleman for deliveries. The store and I agreed on a date and time for the delivery (4pm). The delivery company changed my delivery time and ask me to be available between 8am and 12pm the day before delivery. One odd thing, on the second purchase Ashley furniture wanted me to verify my identity asking me to hand over my driver license before continuing with purchase. I ultimantly canceled my order because of issues mentioned above. At the price of delivery I expect better service and communication.
Our experience today was amazing. The salesman "Q" really understood our needs for style and affordable bedroom set. He went above and beyond our expectations. He is a very positive and energetic young man.

False delivery information. They’ll tell you that you’ll get your furniture delivered a curtain day and get the confirmation from two separate people just to get your furniture two weeks later.

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM HERE!! THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Especially after you are out of their one year warranty. After they delivered our love seat, we saw the back of the couch was coming apart, and the staples were showing. They came and fixed that, but now, over a year later, in the same spot, it's coming apart again. They have given me the run around and aren't willing to help. Even though this is a defect of their furniture. Oh, we also bought the 5 year protection plan, they will not fix your furniture either unless you "accidentally" rip your furniture or have a stain you can't get out. Staples are not covered, buttons or seam rips are NOT COVERED!! So, save your money their too. I will never buy from this company again.

The gentlemen setting the furniture up were super nice, helpful and respectful. There was a nick in the headboard which one of the guys pointed out and took picture of for their record. However, I was told I was going to get a call in regards to the nick for possible replacement and have yet to get one... it has only been a day.. I'll be calling them Monday to see what can be done. Otherwise beautiful set!

I was disappointed with my experience. I purchased bedroom and living room furniture. The delivery dates were going to be longer than I wanted on my original selections so I had to chose alternatives. They were coming in at different times, so there were going to be two deliveries. The living room furniture was going to be later than I wanted, but I made the purchase anyway. I then got a call pushing the delivery out further. I got a second call saying that it would be pushed out at least another 10 days. I was not willing to wait that long. I called the store and spoke with a manager who said that she would work with the sales person that I had originally worked with to see if they could find a comparable set that could be delivered in the same time frame. I asked for it to be done that same day. She said that she would and that she would call me back. By the end of my work day I had not received a call so I went to the store and got a refund. In the midst of all of this going on the bedroom set was delivered. The knobs to the dresser were not present and I was told that they would be ordered and would not be in for 10 days. I called and spoke with another manager and he said that there was nothing that he could do to get them sooner. I asked him if I could take the ones off of the floor model. He said that I could not, and that he would check on another option and call me back. He never did. I am assuming that he wanted the set on the floor to be aesthetically pleasing, but felt that it was alright not to be that way in my home. Overall I am pleased with the quality of the furniture at Ashley, but they have work to do to make the process more seamless. I purchased several rooms of furniture from another location approximately one month prior to all of this and also had an issue with delivery. Everything was delivered quickly, but the dining room table was missing a piece, and one of the dining room chairs was not level. I almost had to go through the ordeal of sending it back and having it re-delivered. Luckily the delivery driver supervisor (who does not even work for Ashley) was able to come out the following day and take care of the issues. We spent a substantial amount of money with this company, but just to avoid any further headaches, I do not know that I would order from them again.

I am very disappointed in my experience with this store. I placed an order for a bedroom set, mattress, box spring, sofa, loveseat, and two oversized chairs. From the beginning the selections got slimmer and slimmer because I wanted to have them delivered before Christmas. It turned out that only the bedroom furniture would be able to be delivered then. Fine. I was told that the other pieces would be delivered on December 27, 2022. Not ideal, but I agreed to it. I then got a call that some of the pieces would be delayed and it would not be delivered until 01/10/23. I'm irritated at this point because it's getting further from when I wanted it. I then get ANOTHER call saying that it would be 01/20/23. At that point I decided to cancel the order and get a refund. I spoke with a manager who said that she would speak with my salesperson who was there at the time of our conversation to see if they could find something comparable that would be in sooner and do an exchange. I explicitly asked for a call back that same day so I would know which avenue I would explore. I had not received a call by the end of my work day so I went and got a refund.The bedroom set was delivered today and the knobs to the dresser are not there! How does brand new furniture not have all of the pieces with it? The drivers had called the warehouse to explain the situation, so they called me. They said that the best that they can do is order the knobs, which will take 7-10 days. They gave me the phone number of another manager at the store. I spoke with him and got the same story that they would have to be ordered. Since the set that I ordered is on the sales floor I asked if I could have the knobs off of that set. He said that that is not something that he can do. Why not?! Oh let me guess. You don't want the set to look unpresentable in the store, but it's alright to look that way in my home with guest coming for the holidays.I made another large purchase of several rooms of furniture at another Ashley at a different location. Same issue. A piece of the dining room table was missing because someone at the warehouse apparently didn't pack all of the pieces. One of the chairs was also unlevel. Luckily the delivery driver supervisor was able to come and fix the issues the next day. My husband and I went to several different furniture stores and could have gone anywhere else, but chose Ashley. This was a lesson learned since we had issues with both of the orders and they couldn't get it right. We spent a substantial amount of money and expected better.

Don’t waste your time!!! Usually I read reviews first but unfortunately this time I didn’t. Rooms to go has been our go to but my husband wanted to try Ashley. Ok so we did, we went to purchase a 2000 bed 1 day before delivery we received a call which said they didn’t have the bed in the warehouse and they didn’t know when they would be restocked so basically just wait around. We went to store to get a refund the manger was very nice and understanding. The lady at the front desk was very sarcastic. Unfortunately we was not able to get our money back for the bed protection cover so DO NOT DO NOT TAKE THE BED PROTECTION COVER OUT THE STORE. Anyway someone is messing up bad and giving this company a bad name. So back to rooms to go!!!!

Do not buy the protection plan. The company will deny every claim. This furniture only lasts about 1year. Buyer beware. My bed is stilling on the floor and is about 2 years old and Ashley was supposed to order a side rail and I never got it. I got tried of calling about it. They will stress how good the protection plan is and its straight trash like the furniture.

My mom, my sister, and I came to this store yesterday looking to buy a couch. First, when we first entered the store no one greeted us they all looked at us crazy. As we were browsing the store no one came to help us or talk to us or anything for like 30 minutes. Once I found a couch that I liked which was at the back of the store by the restrooms a new sales associate approached us she was a caucasian woman and was very nice and sweet to us and helped me make this purchase!…. Now as my sister and mother browsed the store I was still sitting on the couch that I purchased (no payment plan) because it’s sooooo comfortable another sales associate walks up and was being very rude to me about sitting on the couch. Don’t know her name but she’s African American with a BBL and long blonde weave (can’t miss her) she had a customer with her that was interested in the couch also (he was a black male with two kids) the sales associate said “she’s just chilling here is she your wife” in a trying to be funny way and he says “no” and I say “no I’m purchasing this couch just sitting here getting the feel of it” and then she says again “she just was chilling there” like it’s a furniture store am I not suppose to sit down and get a feel of the furniture but I buy? I was very rude and unpleasant the way she came at me. When she saw me walking around the store for 40 minutes with my mom and sister never was I seen with that man which whom I don’t know. She could’ve gotten a sale with me but no thank God. Please have a conversation with her about her customer service skills and how to speak to people on the job. Thanks.

I was willing to wait for my furniture because I understand supply chain issues, but after 3 delivery attempts for just one dresser (of an entire bedroom set order), I couldn't take anymore broken furniture. Yes, the piece was broken each time it was delivered... So I cancelled the order - this was in APRIL. I've gone to the store, made calls, and finally went to Twitter - where there are tons of complaints on this place. The support via Twitter finally got things moving on a refund but i've been waiting 30 days for that. The staff onsite was great while I was spending money but when I came back to cancel/get a refund, the service wasn't up to par. A shame because I did love the quality of many of their pieces. I would never shop here again. Update: 12/15/22 - still no refund Update: After reaching out to the CEO, I got my refund immediately.
We purchased a lot of furniture for our home from here but don’t think I will purchase again from them. We received an ottoman that is clearly defective. Called and was told they would send a tech out. It took multiple weeks for the tech to come out. He walked in our door and said is that the ottoman, in which I stated yes. He said he put in for a replacement and left. That was the extent of the visit/conversation. Within minutes we received an email stating the warranty was denied as it does not cover customer damages ( the ottoman was received this way and we explained that multiple times) and that we needed to contact the protection plan, so we did and they said they do not cover items that were delivered damaged or within the first year as that would be covered by the 1 year warranty from the date of delivery. I called back in and spoke with a manager and he stated he would send another tech out and if that didn’t fix it he would approve the even exchange. The same tech came back out weeks later and removed the covering and simply put it back on. This did not fix the sinking in the middle. I have been calling back weekly and continue to be told the request was denied so they are opening the case back up and submit another request for an even exchange and we would receive an email with the status of this case within 3 business days. We have yet to receive an email and this has been going on since June 2022. I requested to speak to a manger and of course never one available and they will request a manager call me back. No call as of yet. We love all of the furniture we purchased and just want the defective ottoman replaced/exchanged. After spending the large amount of money we did and then receiving this type of service or lack of service I am dissatisfied and would most likely never purchase form Ashley furniture again.

This is about an online order The store has helped me out with this. When they delivered it they set the recliner up wrong. They back seat was installed wrong. My 91 year old father almost fell out of the chair. I have been trying for 2 weeks to return it. The online service is terrible. Do not order anything on line.
Our experience inside the store was exceptional!! But unfortunately the delivery is a completely different story. We had to have delivery rescheduled due to item being out of stock until the September 23rd. So it got rescheduled for 9/28. Received an email stating it could be delivered earlier so we rescheduled again for today 9/26. Our delivery window stated between 8:30am and 12:30pm. I’ve been tracking the delivery since 8:12am this morning and the tracking said ETA was 9am-10am. With 2 stops to go. The truck on the map showed right on the road I live off of but further down. So I went ahead and called my step dad over because the hubby didn’t want me home alone. Here it is 1pm and I haven’t heard from anyone. They have made 4 or 5 stops since and now they’re showing in a completely different area and town, even though my tracking still says 1 stop to go with ETA of 9:30-10:30. I don’t have all day to sit and wait on them!! If you don’t have a truck to take the item with you from the store then don’t bother. Go to Woodstock furniture outlet on Dallas Hwy in Dallas. By far the best customer service and delivery! Our sectional was delivered, put together, and trash taken off in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend Woodstock furniture over this place!!

I’ve been dealing with getting my money back and items taken off being withheld from my credit card for weeks now. They’re delivered damaged and nasty bedroom set to my house. Which I have pictures. They are suppose to pick it up. This people are dishonest and don’t know what they’re doing. Never in my 42 years on this earth I’ve ever experience this. I’m now going through two charges that was made on my credit card at this location that wasn’t made by me nor did I have the merchandise. That’s fraud and I put it in the fraud in my Ashley credit card and getting police involved. I’ve tried several times to resolve these issues and still no luck. I have returned a mattress protector weeks ago and it was suppose to be taken off my credit card but instead it wasn’t and then charged again weeks later without me making a purchase of it. Along with an extra purchase. That’s fraud. Basically I’m charge twice and don’t have ownerships. Three items on there and don’t have any of it. Nor did I make the two purchases or sign for it. Previously, No credit for the one returned. I’ve documented everything. Very unprofessional company. I’ve dealt with Ashley in another state and never experienced anything like this. This is my first time dealing with incompetent people in a business to this capacity. This is the icing on the cake I would never in my life buy from Ashley company!! Never!!!

Let me begin by saying that if there was an option to rate any lower, it would certainly be 0 stars. I'm still not sure where ro begin...maybe with the deceitful salesman (Brian M.) or the simple lack of accountability and communication between the store and it's warehouse. During the course of waiting more than two months for a $6'000 delivery that was only supposed to take 3 weeks, I received 4 (yes, F.O.U.R) incorrect deliveries of the same item. 🤦🏾♂️ The initial (late) delivery included: half of a sectional, a dining table minus all four of the chairs, 1 King Bed missing headboard and footboard, 1 Queen Bed missing rails. I essentially received half of what I paid for and it was this way for 5 weeks. You almost have to laugh to keep from crying. As I write this review...this particular Ashley store has no idea as to the status of the failed 6th attempted delivery that was scheduled for yesterday. I actually like Ashley but this location could definitely use some training. I'll never do business with them again. You've been warned ⚠️
Poor quality furniture and the sales staff are very sketchy. They sell extended protection claiming it covers everything however it actually covers NOTHING because when you try to make a claim, if there's any wear to the furniture at all, the claim gets denied. So essentially, if you use the furniture you can't make a claim on it. No one answers the phone beyond getting the sale.

After the nightmare I experienced with the Ashley’s on-line, it was a pleasure just walking into the Douglasville store and receiving excellent customer service. I highly recommend the Douglasville Home Store.
Save your time and money. This is hands-down the worst place and experience I have ever had in my life where the company. It is like they work to try your intelligence and disrespect you at every potential chance they have. I wouldn’t purchase another product from this pathetic excuse of a company if they paid me for the actual item. Completely disgusting.

My husband and I bought a king bed and mattress on 5/28/22. Our sales rep was Ashley and she was great and very helpful. We were ask if we wanted the two box springs or one. We said one box spring. Our bed was delivered on time however it did not come with a box spring. The delivery guy even said I would need a ladder to get into the bed. The bed is so high we literally can’t get into it unless we climb on the side. We have gone to the store in Douglasville 3 times now and cannot get anyone to help. We were told by the manager that indeed we were given the wrong thing. We were told that we would be contacted soon due to it being in stock and the correct item will be delivered and setup. It’s been another 2 weeks and nothing. This has been very frustrating and to make it worse my husband has had a broke shoulder during this time. Rooms To Go will be our place from now on!
I hope to update this post with a better experience when it’s all said and done. Paid (in full) for bedroom furniture last Sunday. I paid 100% of the price for 100% of the delivery 1 week later. Today comes (delivery day) driver shows up missing the headboard for the bed and 1 of 2 nightstands damaged. I contacted sales person immediately with issues as I was instructed to do when purchase was made. Response from her started with “We are going to make this right today!”, to “Waiting to hear back from warehouse will let you know soon” to “Manager and customer service has contacted Warehouse I will update you as soon as I hear back.” I was never contacted, not even with courtesy call that nothing can be resolved today. As of now the best answer I received was from the 1-800 customer care number that said I can reschedule my delivery in 24-48 hours. I can deal with unexpected problems if the communication is open and honest, but so far it feels like BS that is coming from people that don’t care about someone who’s money they’ve already received. As of now, I will not purchase Ashley Furniture products again. The ball is in your court Ashley, will you make this right?
I went to Ashley furniture In Douglasville on 1/29/2022 to purchase a living room table set. Tracey (old fake wrong body a$$) the sales rep told us that it would be one week for delivery only to find out it was on back order after it wasn't delivered with other furniture we purchased. Then on 2/21/2022 i was told 6/02/2022 which has passed. I called they told me 6/25/2022 still no furniture. They said it maybe in the warehouse. Well after reading all the reviews I see it is best to get a lawyer involved, because I get lies after lies. Never again.
The sales lady was awesome. After that the sale the service ended. I had the wrong size footboard delivered and 5 days later they offer no resolution.

I went into the store to make a puchase, it was simple and fast because I already knew what I wanted. However the one star rating is because I was told that my order would be delivered the following Monday. Needless to say it wasn't and I however wasn't informed of that until I reached out to customer service only to be given two different dates 5-12-22 then 5-19-22), fast forward to now when that delivery date is, well was supposed to be tomorrow (5-19-22). I tried tracking my order and it wasn't found. So i again reach out to customer service only to be told that now the delivery will be 5-26-2022. If i wanted to wait a month or more for furniture, I would have gone to Rooms to Go. I can not be a repeat customer to this establishment, nor can I highly recommend it to anyone. It wouldn't be so bad, had someone called me to inform me that my delivery would be delayed. I took off work to be available, twice now. Now I have to request yet another day off with the hope that it will finally happen. If an item is on back order or out of stock, I would like to be given that information beforehand, because then I probably just would have bought something else. That's the excuse I was given today for the delays.

Update it’s now Aug. 2022 still no order or communication about it. The last month I was given was July. No update provided & I have reached out! If you will never have the item please issue a refund this is ridiculous. I have called & was told someone would contact me that never happened. Please tell your customers you don’t have a item when making a sale i was told it was in stock it’s now almost a year & still no coffee table from a set i ordered. I will NEVER shop here again i ordered a furniture set in Oct 2021 my coffee table was never delivered. I keep getting the run around then i get the date of Feb no table then March 2022 now i get a phone call that it’s not until April. This is ridiculous my living room in my house looks empty waiting on the worst customer service i was told lies to make a sale. NEVER AGAIN!!
Korey Delaine was beyond helpful. I needed 2 queen bedroom sets for my daughters and he took he time to show us everything they had to offer. He was not pushing and was happy to help even after we left to go look at another furniture store before purchasing. If you shop there, ask for Korey. You won't regret it.

The side railing that holds the drawer ,that allows it to slide in and out, broke and guess what? They said it is not covered. How could that not be covered??? It is part of the furniture, and there’s another drawer that’s about to break. I don’t understand with the quality of furniture these manufacturers are allowed to sell !!!! This is horrible, I’m retired & I should not have to buy new furniture because you’re making cheap stuff, but you charge me an arm and a leg!!!🤦🏾♀️

If I could do a 0 star I would. The sales associate ask me to do a survey and I did for a store credit of $25. Purchased 2 pillows and had to sign and initial like I was buying a house. I was on my way out the door before the survey. They brought the pillows out, we had paid and everything and they said we couldn’t take the pillows cause their not in inventory. Then the customer service lady attitude was way off. The manager was no help. Stay away from the Douglasville Store.

The sales process was great! Had an amazing salesman who went way out of his to help us out. It’s now my delivery date and I haven’t heard a word, no call, no text, no email about the delivery. I guess they’re delivering it today even though I was told I’d be contacted before hand.
Tracy at the Douglasville store is phenomenal! She assisted with helping me decide on a few upgrades in my home! Her unique style and fashion sense made it a pleasurable experience! Although there are some delays with delivery, she was completely honest and transparent with what the expectation should be and I appreciate that!! Our sale associate Darren was amazing! He bent over backwards for me and totally understood my situation. They only negative was when store manager come by and was rude! Manager did not make any eye contact with me and didn’t say a word to me (only talking to Darren in a negative way. It rubbed me they wrong way. Manager was poor w communication)

I am so unhappy. I purchased my bedroom set Labor Day weekend. It is now the first week of December and I still do not have my furniture. Waiting 3 months and they say it may arrive mid-December. If not then it will be 4 months. This is the most ridiculous thing. I spent A LOT of money for this large king bedroom set. Never again will I order from them because I will never get my order! I should be provided a discount for this nonsense.

I am beyond frustrated, there customer service is absurd. I have been trying to contact them but I was put on hold for over 40 minutes and when the lady picked up the phone she ended the call after I asked my question. I have called many other times but there wait time is extensive! YOU ALL NEED BETTER SERVICE!!! There products are not what they seem. Before I purchased my furniture it seemed very heavy duty but when I revived my items they were flimsy and not at all what they were at the store. I would not recommend buying furniture from here. 😒

I purchased a new home and excited to furnish it. I purchase few items from Ashley totalling over 5k. The staff and supervisor of the store in Douglasville were professional. But the delivery customer service was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. The WORST and for that reason. I will Not shop again at Ashley's.
After dealing with a torn (at a seam) sectional since May, 2021, I still cannot get satisfaction. I'm STILL paying the furniture off and it's already falling apart. The extended warranty I added to my initial purchase is useless. The separate company doesn't fix torn seams. That, evidently, is a "manufacturing" problem not covered under the extended 5-year warranty; despite being told it covered everything. I was told to call the store of purchase (Douglasville, GA). I'm currently on hold with Douglasville--I'm caller number 45. Surprise! Now my caller number went to 49. Really? Should I honestly think I'd get a call -back as they offer? I don't think so! This, despite being told repeatedly, while on hold, that my call is very important to them (between Ashley audio commercials). Excruciating! I have called this store countless times since May trying to get someone's attention/action. I've requested the store manager. That person doesn't ever call back. I'm frustrated not being able to speak to anyone who can DO anything, angry at getting ripped-off and lied to, and exasperated dealing with this "company". My advice: Don't buy at Ashley. There is NO customer service. Once they get your money they are GONE! Never to be heard from again. Go anywhere else.
Que was very patient through my indecisiveness and very knowledgeable of the questions I was asking. When I first walked through the doors everyone had a smile on their face and was very helpful. I can't wait to get my new furniture.

Absolutely dreadful experience. After ordering furniture we were told was in stock, three days before the delivery date we were told that it was actually on back order and would not be available for at least another three weeks. After cancelling the order we still, almost three weeks later, do not have a refund for the c. $350 we paid as a downpayment. I can’t decide if they’re just totally incompetent or deliberately hold on to refunds as long as they can to earn a little interest. Take my advice - avoid like the plague.

our living room set & our bedroom set arrived today! and it looks amazing ! the delivery men were in & out within the hour. there was no delays with delivery & we were able to track the delivery the entire time. we initially picked out our furniture last Saturday, and we we were assisted by Lillian who was absolutely amazing and so attentive until my wife and i made our final selections. we couldn’t be happier with our furniture and i was pleasantly pleased at how quickly we were able to get a delivery time slot. that was my initial worry due to previous reviews at other locations and even in this one, but there were absolutely nooooo issues! can’t wait to come back and pick out our next sets of furniture ! thank you so much!

TLDR Sure, the sales people are great - BUT here is the caveat, you had better hope there is nothing wrong with your order or with your furniture because it will never be fixed properly. You will never hear from a manager, be bumped around and never hear back from anyone, get wrong parts delived over and over again, and be on hold for hours just to get something fixed that was sent damaged. We bought and paid for IN FULL, a huge couch, end tables, and recliner in February, had it delivered in MAY after delays, realized one of our end tables was damaged in multiple ways when it was delivered, had two sets of hinges delivered that were the wrong kind, four service calls, no follow ups, and now we are waiting to hear back on a refund for a damaged piece we have paid outright for. At this point Ashley furniture is stealing from us and giving us damaged goods at full price. We are now into September and this is still not resolved. Do yourself a favor and shop local and with a company who actually has customer service, because Ashley Furniture does not have it together in the least. Photo is the last set of hinges they sent. Because apparently when I say beige they think I'm lying and just send whatever they feel like.
I have yet to receive my order. I can’t get in touch with anyone at the store. My delivery was supposed to come last week never showed, my delivery was supposed to come today never showed. Customer service has no real answers for me about my order. I’ve been hung up on by multiple customer service agents, they put me on hold then eventually hang up. I called to confirm my order with dispatch today and they said I was number 19 in line for delivery. I tracked my order online to confirm this and I was number 19. I come back hours late to check on my delivery status the delivery status is completely gone. I called dispatch she puts me on hold for an hour to never come back. I call dispatch back and she says it says this item is on back order. I ask to speak with a manager I’m put on hold for another 45 minutes to get on the phone with another representative who puts me on hold for 15 minutes before just hanging up the call and I was transferred to a customer service survey without receiving any customer service.

Highly disappointing experience! We purchased our furniture in July and still waiting for half of it to be delivered. The furniture that was delivered is defective and we can’t use it. Still waiting on a technician to come out to fix. Don’t buy anything from this place! You will probably never get it.

I placed an order in the Kennasaw location in June with David who was very helpful…then I found out on the day I set up the delivery for 07/16 that my couch was back ordered until September…no phone call, email nothing!!! Then the other items I ordered that were supposed to delivered 07/28 again I found out the day of delivery that I was once again back ordered no call or email again….customer service & follow up are terrible

It has been more than a month that I cancel an order, and I'm still waiting to get my money back, every time I call I get the same answer, it will be processes between 7 to 10 business days, it's ridiculous, the day I came into the store, they didn't gave 7 to 10 business days to pay, now I'm at the store waiting on someone to give memy money back, but believe me, I'm never, ever buying anything in any Ashley Furniture store. Also, their customer service line is useless, I don't even know why they havd a customer service number, if ghe last thing they do is help the customer.

Idiots all over the store and apparently throughout the entire company. Screwed up our order and we had to settle for something we didn't want. Had it 12 hours and the recliner broke. Now a month later still hasn't been fixed or replaced. Still waiting on a "tech". Do not waste your time or money, this is the worst customer service I am ever ever dealt with.

I’m always skeptical about coming to these more expensive furniture places but wife and I wanted a new dinning room set and let me tell you I really feel like I got robbed. I bought a pretty expensive dinning table, very nice, made time and got the day off work to get it delivered on a Friday and after waiting all day the Delievers guy shows up at 9pm and they do the install at the house. Kids are ready for bed so after they get done at almost 11pm he has me sign a tablet I was informed that it was for the delievery. After they left the table was installed very poorly and incorrectly, it’s not even close. Two chairs are completely damaged and after reading the emailed receipt the signature was for damages to, which is why he had me sign it so fast and the left fast and acted strange. I was excited all week for nothing. Worst experience ever.
My wife and and I were looking for a bed and mattress of quality. We were greeted by DEZ as soon as we walked in. She was very easy going. No pressure applied. We had in mind what we were looking for and she was able to point us in the right direction. DEZ answered all of our questions and made the considerable recommendations. She was also able to help us save on our purchase. It was truly an awesome experience. We are very satisfied with our purchase and will be back in the near future to shop with her.
We purchased a couch love seat combo, mechanical recliner from Keyanna. When we recieved couch the delivery guys had no masks on, I was already upset becuase the love seat was on backorder and they didn't tell us until 3 days before delivery. I got them in and out pretty quick , told them to leave the rug and I would put it down. They no sooner left and we sat down and one of the recliner would not even open. Further investigation proved that the frame is bent. When placing a call to Keyanna we requested a refund, she told us unfortunately they don't refund once delivered. Now we have to wait weeks for a technician to tell us what we already know, the frame of the recliner mechanism is bent and can not be fixed to our satisfaction for a $1000 couch. Still have to call back a get my refund for the backorder loveseat, Keyanna would not give a refund on that becuase "it could be on the truck" I think that is BS. I will update the review with pictures of damage and the refund process asap. So far the only positive thing we recieved is the rug. We will keep it and get refunds so we can go to Rooms to Go. Update: We did receive our refund for the undelivered furniture, 14 days after it was requested. The repair of couch that was delivered already broken has been a debacle. After 30 days a technician showed up and stated it could be repaired, took 30 minutes to inspect and order parts , no problem. Then when the parts arrived I made appointment at the store and technician arrived 7days later, so we are at roughly 60 days from original delivery. Well this technician won’t come in the house with out us locking our cat up in a room. Told them sorry wasn’t going to happen. So here you go Ashley Furniture, you have it in writing.
They have the most helpful sells team and managers. Would recommend to anyone for the best customer service.

DO NOT SHOP HERE OR WITH ANY ASHLEY LOCATION. They have HORRIBLE customer service. WE WAITED 2 months for a tv stand and it came ON 2/13/21 BROKEN WITH HUGE DENTS. I called customer service and told me to send pictures and i did and NO ONE reached out until I had to call them 5-6 times and then I was told a technician is coming out...FOR WHAT??? No one called to tell me they scheduled a technician on a random day to inspect the furniture and now we are told it takes 6-8 weeks for returns to approve anything. ASHLEY FURNITURE HOME HAS ZERO CONSIDERATION FOR THEYRE CLIENTS TIME OR MONEY. Also here’s pictures of the damaged items and the emails I’ve been ignored for.

I couldn't make this up if I tried. First the bed I ordered was delivered to the neighbors house and left on the front porch. We were supposed to have it assembled so idk why this was okay. Then the bed was half built and the delivery guy said it had to be used. There were gauges on the head board. Then there was no hardware, no rails slats, and 2 foot boards. THEN, the delivery guy was supposed to contact Ashley Furniture to handle a new delivery. That never happened. After waiting several days for a call from them, I had to call Ashley Furniture customer service to let them know I am now out a bed and $700. There is now no way of knowing when the new bed will be delivered or if it will all be there this time. I am just so disappointed in the overall experience. I though this would be a simple and hassle free process. It has been everything but that. I will follow up once this process has concluded.
I bought a sectional online - it was delivered with the back broken on the center section. They advised someone would come out and fix. I wasn't thrilled about the idea of them taking it apart and trying to fix it in a newly refinished room of my house. They had to come out to look at it and then again to fix it. It took a month from delivery to fix it - BUT, I was pleasantly surprised at the tech's service to fix it. And, they were super nice! I will definitely be back to purchase more from Ashley!

I was not very happy being that they kept delaying my delivery and couldn't even find my order in the system. Items came and two of my chairs were messed up. I was told they would come and fix them if the are fixable, that appointment came and passed and NOONE called nor showed up. With previous delivery dates they claimed to have called me but I never got a call nor message and each time no call no show I had to call them to fins.out they have changed delivery date without notification. Numerous trips to the store and now I will have to make yet another trip to find out why no one showed up nor called to fix/replace the two chairs. They really should replace them, I bought them new so I should receive them new not get them messed up and for them to "fix" it. Also they used a 3rd party delivery and now the warehouse is telling me I picked it up myself when that did not happen. I will NEVER purchase from them again!
I had a pretty pleasant experience with Mr. Brian and Chris when I visited the store twice to purchase 2 living room sets, dining room set and a bedroom set. It didn’t exactly take forever to refund a mattress I had purchased. To have the furniture delivered on the other hand has been EXTREMELY frustrating. While purchasing the furniture, I was asked 2 separate times what day did I want the furniture delivered and I FULLY understand that COVID delays are STILL a thing however, NO ONE was upfront about the fact that I would NOT receive ANY of the furniture I purchased on the day I wanted. I called the delivery man twice, who would later tell me that my furniture would be delivered after the date I wanted but couldn’t give me an exact date. I messaged Mr. Brian two days in a row to see if he could provide me answers and that was a bust as well. I called the customer service line who then proceeded to tell me that I would continue living in a home WITHOUT any of the furniture I purchased until at the earliest, December 24th. When I purchased all of this furniture on Nov. 11th and the 14th, I should’ve been informed that it would take well over 30 days to get any of my items. As much as I was in love with the furniture I purchased, this has influenced my decision to not purchase anything in the future and to recommend that others do the same. Update: I did receive some of my furniture on Dec 19, called Dec 29 and told that I will not receive the rest of my bulk order until JAN 20. Do your best to shop around.

This has been the worst Ashley experience I’ve ever had working with this team. The first sign I was in the wrong store was the lack of greeting at the door. A salesman walked right past our family to greet a family that stated they were just browsing. We have a Ashley credit card and needed a couch. We have spent thousands of dollars over the years buying our furniture exclusively at Ashley’s and was disappointed in the lack of care or respect for us. Even still, we needed a couch so we walked around and found the couch we wanted. We flagged down a teammate who had to get someone to support us. The purchasing of the couch was filled with promises of delivery in a month but we ended up waiting six weeks with still no couch or call from Ashley to update us. The customer service line is poorly attended with a rep that lacks patience or even sympathy. We ended up going to another Ashley to purchase a couch and they made us jump through hoops to cancel the couch that was delayed another week. A half hearted apology and long wait times was all we received for this headache. There is no clear way to voice concerns privately with Ashley so perhaps a public post will push them to restructure their customer supports during this pandemic. We used to love Ashley now I’ll think twice before stepping into the store moving forward unless I don’t need the item for months or want to deal with the unhelpful customer care team. UPDATE: The charge from my first purchase still sits on my account two months later, as the store has neglected to update Synchrony with the cancellation. The customer service refuses to take ownership and instead will overtalk and underperform. I would not trust this store with your money or time.

Don’t recommend y’all coming here. My parents bought a bed set here and payed for everything, and the mirror was supposedly going to be delivered a different day because It wasn’t in stock. Well the day came when it was suppose to be delivered and we didn’t get anything so then a day after we went to ask for it, and they claimed that we never payed for it, all because of the salesperson mistake because she didn’t include the Mirror in the receipt, and They were very rude. Don’t recommend y’all coming here so y’all don’t experience the same thing that we Did.
Ms. Ashley at Ashley is amazing! It was a breath of fresh air to speak to a knowledgeable person that was interested in creating a relationship instead of getting a sale. How did I come up with that you may ask. She shared knowledge, communicated when items would or would not work for us based on what we'd shared with her. Now some managers may take issue with her NOT closing in for a sale on all points. Those are the managers and their trainees I stay away from. They will tell me anything to take my money. Please understand, buying furniture during COVID is an experience I was not looking forward to, think hungry used car salesman on steroids!! I am pleased that I recieved exceptional service here. Make no mistake, I mentioned Ashley because I interacted with her the most however everyone was on point! The person greeting, customer service, several other sales associates and who I assume was the manager. I dodged a bullet with a store close to this one. To sum it up the way my fiance did..."I didn't feel dirty leaving here..." We had such a great experience we came back twice in one day!
No one answers the phone at this location. I tried to use their chat assistant in which the salesperson told me that he did not have time to take my chat because he was serving other people.If Ashley furniture is going to be this slow on communication, then they need to hire more people in floor sales.This place sucks! You just have to do the best you can at these furniture stores. They really really suck!!!! All of them! These companies are sitting around letting these younger irresponsible adults run their companies; and at the same time they are losing money because they do not want to do their job!!!!!!!

Stopped in shopping for a sectional. No greeting at entrance, no one acknowledged we were even there. Found something we liked but wanted more details about the configurations. Asked front desk and sales person asked what I was talking about. Went to grab an example to show him and he walked off to go help other customers. Left to shop elsewhere.
I have always shopped with Ashley's furniture but this time they really disappointed me by having half of my items and the other half they stopped making it so I had to return what I had because no other stores had what you had I know it's not your guys's fault but this pandemic has messed up a lot of home furnishing options 🧐
The absolute WORST experience ever. Even the furniture outlets outshine Ashley Home Store. It's so horrible that my daughter cried and I was also in tears. I ordered furniture a month ago and was given a delivery date on Sept. 3rd. I called the day before to find out my delivery time and was told my delivery had been rescheduled because some of my items were on back order. I was not informed of this until I called myself. Ok, they rescheduled me delivery for 2 days later. This time, I received a call from the delivery person telling me that all of my items are still not in. I was understanding and appreciated the call since I did not get one at first. TODAY was the day that I was supposed to get my furniture. I was told that all of my items were loaded on the truck and ready to go. Side note: My daughter(who the bedroom furniture was for) had surgery and was looking forward to resting in her new bed. NOT!! The delivery guy came at 8am and and delivered a mattress. I asked him where was the bed and nightstand and he told me he didn't have it on his truck. He said it may be on another truck. A few hours went by, I called the store. They told me they could see where the driver took a picture of my furniture before leaving the warehouse and they would try reaching out to the driver to get me an answer. Hours passed by with no call back. I called the store again and was told the driver was not answering their calls. Here it is 10:23pm and no furniture. The most disturbing part about this is I called the corporate office twice today to try to get this resolved and was transferred back to the local store. I almost feel like Ashley Home Store is not a legit company. Trust me, I am not finished with this issue. Ashley Home Store, you have upset my household over a simple bedroom delivery that was obviously too hard for you to handle. These delivery people are not employees and that seems to be the issue. At this point I believe the delivery person ran off with my furniture or it never left the warehouse. I am beyond DISGUSTED!! No help at all from corporate. You will see this on the news and that is a promise!!! LACK OF COMMUNICATION, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL! If you are reading this, save you and your family a headache especially during these difficult times. I am going to spread the word to all of my clients looking to furnish their new home, STAY AWAY FROM ASHLEY HOME STORE!!

UPDATE Brian did deliver the product with his personal vehicle to ensure my mom got her mattress. My hat off to Brian for doing what the company should have done to ensure my mom received what was paid for and agreed upon terms. I still would not recommend any Ashley store as their corporate environment attitude resonate total lack of care for customers. --------------------------------- Original post My mother purchased a mattress in Douglasville store on August 1st 2020 to ensure she is comfortable for upcoming chemo treatments. It was supposed to be delivered on August 21st and after it failed to show up, she contacted customer service. They claimed it was to be delivered on Aug 28th. After my mom explained she was starting chemo and needed it as promised it was arranged to be delivered on Aug 23rd. After truck failed to show up on Aug 23rd she contacted customer service. Customer service confirmed it was on the truck and truck was running late. Then on same call she was told it was out of stock and would not be available till middle of September. We were able to speak with sales rep Brian on Sunday August 23 2020. He informed me that she would be getting an upgraded mattress and it would reach her prior to August 26 if he had to deliver it himself. I was told I would get a follow up call on August 24th because getting her the mattress was Brian’s and Derick the store manager top priority. After going around with customer service manager Jay for days and she fully understanding why it was important for the mattress to be delivered as promised she finally got the store manager to respond. Jay also promised to follow up never did to only blame the store and ask if we contacted the store. Problem is you cannot call the store it goes through customer service number. Derick the store manager finally gets involves August 24th after many attempts of reaching him. Derick the store manager and Brian the sales rep both swore up and down she would get her mattress prior to starting chemo even if they had to deliver the mattress personally. Derick even provided me with his personal cell phone number on August 24th. August 25th I get no follow up call as promised by Derick and when I call his cell it goes unanswered multiple times. Truck did not arrive on time and I spent long hold time with customer service to be sent to Brian and he tells me he is going to get it to me and hung up. So my mom is still waiting on a mattress and day prior to her chemo 24 days after paying for it and I can not get anyone to commit to straight answer.
Brian was awesome! Super patient with us while we chose between two couches (we loved both). The furniture was very good quality compared to some other places we had visited. Took two trips to decide but we can’t wait for our furniture to arrive!
I had to change this review for Ashley as a whole because my experience at the Newnan store was nothing less than excellent my sales rep Juan was amazing !!! The manager was on point making sure things was taken care.Thank you to the Newnan Team you change my perception of Ashley. I really do appreciate you all. Customer Service goes a long way with me.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I placed an order 2 months ago for some furniture. The day it was supposed to be delivered one of the beds was broken. They told us no worries, we'll get you a new one in a couple of days. I was ok with that because I understand things happen. Well, 2 days later, no one showed up even though I received text messages saying they were 30 mins away from my house. So I called that afternoon just to be told that the warehouse didnt have anymore of those beds and it would be August for the next arrival date. I also asked why all my furniture didnt get put together all the way and the lady told me it's because they dont put everything together until everything is delivered. My boyfriend's wallet also got stolen that day and the delivery guys were the only ones in the house. So I went to the store to make a complaint about all of this and was told it would be handled. I was I also told I would get additional help in finding another bed because it was needed and couldnt be waited for as it was for a child. They assured me they would call back with some answers and I have yet to hear from them. On top of it all, I received a bill for the full purchase amount even though I have not received all my items, nor has anyone came back to fix what they didnt finish putting together. I am BEYOND furious with this entire experience and will never shop with them again!!!!
In-store sales person was friendly and helpful. We purchased a king size bed with drawers, eliminating need for box springs. Tried several times to contact Customer Service regarding an issue but have been unable to reach anyone and have had no response to the messages I left; it's been 7 weeks. I treked back to Ashley's and voiced my issue. Not that concerned but she did schedule appointment for a Tech to come out and "fix" the problem. I hope this can be resolved satisfactorily.
It&'s a pandemic and employees either didn&'t have a mask on, it was below their noses or worn as a chin strap. Come on!! Do better! The staff had poor, unhelpful attitudes and they locked the doors at 6:34 when customers were trying to enter thinking they were open until 7pm. They clearly didn&'t want any business & the code for the item we wanted to purchase couldn&'t be found in the computer after a 10 minute wait so we left, empty handed. Pitiful!
Very, Very disappointed with everything about my experience with them. We ordered a living room suite with end table and coffee table on May 22, and was told that our sofa, loveseat, and chair would arrive on July 1st. Our coffee and end table would be delayed till July 17. July 1st rolls around and we were told the delivery would be between 10-2. After waiting on them the entire day, I called Ashley to see what happened. Was told that I should have gotten a message saying my furniture was out of stock the day of delivery?!!! I questioned why no one let me know, in advance or the day of, and they blamed it on the delivery people. Was told that the delivery dept was a separate entity, which I understand, but I asked why Ashley didn't follow up with them, and let me know. She said they don't have contact with them, and there's really no way for them to know whether or not the furniture is out of stock, nor whether or not it will be delivered...REALLY?!! I explained to her how horrible the customer service was, and she agreed. They rescheduled my delivery date for the sofa, loveseat, and chair for July 26th, So, not sure if they will make it then?!! Now that my tables are suppose to come July 17th, July 14th I received a vm that my tables would be delivered July 17th, and I will get a call the following day for the time frame. My husband receives a message from delivery on July 15th, that they were gonna reschedule bc he missed their call that he returned an 1 hr later. Called Ashley's and spoke with Charles, and he said there was nothing they could do, that was the delivery policy, and that I should get my tables July 22. I explained to him that their customer service was horrible, and their delivery policy was a joke. and that they need another delivery company that doesn't suck. And to say that I will NEVER shop with them again is an understatement. I may actually go ahead and cancel my order.

Will never use this place again...have spent close to $10,000 with y’all in the last 1-2 years...when they tell you something will be available for pickup at there warehouse and you drive 1.5 hours to get it and it’s not there it kinda makes you mad...I understand things happen...but when it happens twice well once again I understand things happen....so I just asked for a refund on my last purchase....the lady did it over the phone and told Me to expect my refund check in 2 weeks or less...I never got one for over 2 weeks...so I went into the store since you can’t ever get anyone on the phone...the lady there tells me it wasn’t completed on there end so she tells me wait 2 more weeks....the purchase was made on May 24th....supposed to have been refunded May 27th...here we are today July 7th and still no refund check!!!!! I also left a second voice mail today...if I do not receive my refund within the next week I will be taking this to the next level...I’m sick of this
I wouldn't recommend Ashley Home Store. There unorganized, no communication among stores with main office. Horrible service on all three of my wife and I interactions. There not committed to helping you with warranty issues for items they have sold you. I waited four months for a replacement bed rail from a brand new bed that was delivered to my house broken. In less than a year our new Sealy mattress sunk in some areas. Now its three months I ve been waiting on a replacement. I ve had two failed appointments for delivery and one delivery that when they got to my home then it was realize by the two delivery men that my replacement mattress wasn't on the truck. My wife and I wouldn't buy a bottle of water from Ashley Home Furniture. Horrible company. You have been warned..
My husband and I walked into the store 10 minutes til close to ask about an online purchase we made. Nick and Brianna were extremely hospitable and patient with us. They assisted us to the best of their ability given online purchases are managed by the online store. Very pleased with the service we received & highly recommend this location!!
The absolute WORST customer service and passing the buck I ever experienced. Furniture arrived damaged and defective, the replacement pieces have been worse than the originals. The Douglasville store management is no help, blaming corporate for messing up. Corporate blames the store. Corporate blamed me for not pointing out the defects before it was setup. The delivery management is awful. I ordered furniture from the Douglasville store in February, its June and I still don't have my bedroom set. Asked if we could change to a different style, different manufacturer because of all the defects and corporate will not allow it. This company has a total lack of professionalism, courtesy and urgency. I will never shop at Ashley Furniture again and do not recommend anyone buy from them.

After furniture shopping all day I went in the Ashley as a last ditch effort not expecting to find anything. I was instantly greeted by Tracey Morris. She was not over bearing but made sure to let me know she was available to answer any questions. I immediately found what I was looking for and explained my dilemma to her. We were in the process of a last minute move and I needed furniture IMMEDIATELY. Well much to my surprise Tracey made it happen! I went in on Friday and Saturday evening before I went to bed the furniture was in my bedroom and set up! She literally made a miracle happen. Tracey went above and beyond my expectations all the while keeping a smile on my face. Ashley was never a consideration before but as long as Tracey is working there I will not buy from anywhere else! I cannot rave enough on my experience!
My husband and I have visited this store several times and each time we were not greeted at the door and had to seek out a sales person for assistance. No one asked if we needed help or if we had any questions. Customer service is a vital part of the shopping experience and I have chosen to patronize other locations that actually want my business.

I love shopping at Ashley Furniture Home Store In Douglasville. The store is amazing and they have nice pieces and price match items. There’s also a larger assortment online to choose from, and the also honor their online prices in the store. This is my third purchase in the last six months, and I’ll keep going back. My sales representative was Juanita Momon and I enjoyed working with her.

Went in looking for a bedroom set. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and they did not hound me as I shopped which I appreciated. I was checked on 3 other times and was greeted with smile in between. Although I did not find exactly what I wanted, there were a lot of really nice styles. The quality of furniture is a notch above the other furniture places in the area so expect a higher price tag. I would definitely stop by again.

I was in market to purchase furniture for 3 rooms. I was not greeted by any representatives. There were at least 8 workers on the floor. Not one person spoke or said ANYTHING. I walked the entire floor room baffled by the lack of customer service. Of course, I took my business elsewhere.

Almost a month in from purchasing a bed for my Son & as of yesterday, still no furniture.1st - I couldn&'t place the order online due to issues of not being able to apply the correct discount codes. 2nd - When I called the store & spoke to Jasmine, she stated I couldn&'t pay via telephone due to security reasons...I understood. 3rd - Called again & spoke with a Tabitha, who took down the notes of the order to give to Marquise, the Salesperson who would be assisting us when we arrived to the store. She also provided us with a delivery timeline that was conducive to our needs. 4th - I contacted my Bonus Son who lives in Atlanta to go to the store on my behalf & to take care of the ordering & payment. 5th - When he got there & called me to speak with Marquise, it was a like a Deer in Headlights. He stated he didn&'t get any information on our order & went further to say &"Tabitha is new, she doesn&'t know what to do, so I can&'t be mad at her for dropping the ball.&"6th - Furniture paid for. Got the email confirmation with incorrect information & had to call the store back to make the corrections. Was told that the delivery date would be delayed a week.7th - First Delivery the furniture was damaged with the wrong sized platform. 8th - Canceled the first order, placed a new one with additional money spent for a different bed. Another week&'s time for delivery. 9th - Second Delivery surpassed the timeframe by 2.5 hours. My Son called numerous of times since no one called him & only to be told that one of Delivery personnel broke their foot. 10th - Corporate didn&'t do a better job intervening. We called three times to no avail of receiving expedient assistance. More passing off the buck & reiteration of communication between corporate - store - warehouse - store would have to unfold for proper rectifications...we never received a call back.My Son is a grown ass Man&'s Man & can handle his own stuff. However, I bought the bed for him as a gift & with the objective that it would be delivered by the time or shortly thereafter he moved back to Atlanta. To that end, I started the process on 4/28 & still no bed. On yesterday, my Son returned to Ashley Furniture, canceled his order & got a full refund. Tracey Morris was a well round sale associate. she went above and beyond for me to get exactly what I needed. For my first time ever in Ashley furniture my experience was very rewarding . I enjoy my time there . I can wait to come back and get my daughter mattress and I will be requesting tracey again. Having called the evening before to check on the new store hours, I arrived shortly after the store opened. Although the salesperson I spoke to over the phone wasn't present. I was met by D.Jenkins. She warmly greeted me and showed me several sofa/sofa sleepers within the specific dimensions I was seeking. The end results, left with a purchased I was pleased with 30-35min later. Just waiting on the delivery....two days later. Thank you Ma'am! It was a pleasurable experience.

Tevane is the BEST! I inquired about a price match for a dresser, however I was initially informed they couldn’t price match it, so I left and was going to purchase it online elsewhere with another retailer. However, I was in the car and I received a call and it was Tevane, who double checked with her manager and made an exception. Tevane called my cell phone and told me that she was able to do it. To me this matters, because Tevane did not have to call me. This speaks volumes to her customer service, professionalism and interpersonal skills. In 2020, you do not see this type of service anymore. I will be back. I am so appreciative.

The furniture is of good quality. I needed a Queen size bed and a living room set. They said they had good deals and asked if I wanted to throw in carpet and side tables. I Agreed to getting the carpet after the manager said he would get me a great deal. Inghome and read my receipt. They charged me full price for everything was no &"deal&" carpet was $519, delivery $279.00, and then a 5 year warranty was $319.00. Ridiculous!! Needless to say I called and canceled that 7&"10 carpet and the warranty. Be careful because it&'s all just a sale, it&'s all about money to them and the profit they can make off of hardworking people.
We went in to purchase a new computer desk for our home office. The sales person was brand new, super excited to be there, and very friendly. He showed us exactly what we were looking for, low pressure and we were able to purchase a beautiful desk. The only reason we knew that he was new, is he apologized, because he wanted to double check with his manager that he was following every step correctly. This made us feel very good about the process. We mentioned to him we had another piece of furniture from Ashley that a Knob was damaged. We have been going round and round with the corporate phone line, with no luck, he immediately involved his manager Jennifer. Let me tell you Jennifer is first class, not only did she look in the back to see if they had one, she had me text her photos, and she promised to follow-up. Right away we heard from Jennifer, she has not one, but (2) knobs on the way in 7 days! We have been fighting this for months now and Jennifer gets it done right away. We have already purchased a lot of furniture from Ashley, this customer service was over the top, and we will be back for sure and telling all our friends where to go!

Overall buying was a good experience. One of our sofa cushions was delivered with a torn seam. We have yet to hear back from Ashley about this, but I have no doubt they will replace the torn cushion

We ordered 2 bedroom sets with night stands. We chose to pick up because 1 was going to a our house in Florida. The sales guy was supposed to call us when it came in. Well he never did. I called the warehouse to and the lady said it was in. Went down there and half of 1 set was in and 1 headboard of the other. So I picked up what was there. The rest came in on a Monday and I asked if I could get it on Wednesday she said yes the lady at the warehouse. Well Wednesday came went down there and none of it was in. So it came in on the past Saturday and u only have 3 days to get it so they gave it to someone else who ordered it. Well the lady didnt tell me that. So we got put on hold for 2 months. Never buy from them customer service is a 0.

Before going into the store, I called multiple locations asking if they had the couch we wanted to purchase on their floor so that we could see it in person first. No locations did but we really wanted this couch. At the time the website was running a promotion with a spinner to receive a discount. We won a 10% off. When I called, I made sure to ask that they would honor it and they said yes. We then went into the Kennesaw location to purchase the couch the gentleman we worked with was helpful, but of course stated that the 10% would not be honored with the couch we selected. I explained that we had already spoken to someone that said it would. He then spoke with his manager and they offered us the 10% if we purchased the protection plan. We did so because it was a 5-year plan. When we completed the purchase our delivery date was for December 17th, which of course felt like forever. The following weekend we moved into our new home and realized that we wanted to change the layout of the couch so that the chaise was on the other side (we didn't measure prior and that was on us). I called immediately and spoke with a Felicia. She changed the layout and informed me that there would not be a delivery date change. A couple days later she called to let me know that in fact the day would be changed and that she was so sorry. It was changed to the 24th, yes Christmas Eve. They claim that they only deliver to our area (Cartersville) twice a week Tues/Fri but that Friday of the week of the 17th wasn't available. At this point I was of course upset but being that I was a teacher on break it was fine and I would be home. Christmas eve comes and they bring us the couch.... In TWO DIFFERENT COLORS. So, Felicia changed the layout of the couch AND the color!!! We could not do anything at the point because of the holiday. Mind you we also did not UNWRAP the couch because we did not want to get charged for it, so we had only a chaise to sit on over the holiday. On December 26th my boyfriend and I went to the Kennesaw location and spoke with Fred, the manager. At first, he was not very apologetic, and we were very frustrated being that it was our first Christmas in our new home. By the end we did get some money back and he explained that we could use the mis-matched couch as it would be another wait for our correct one. So, we went home and unwrapped the couch to use for 3 more weeks. Our new date for the correct couch was now on January 14th. Now we are going on months without our couch!!! Well January 14th comes, and our time frame was from 4-7pm. By 6 pm I knew it was not coming and that's when we received a call from dispatch letting us know that the truck with our couch broke down and that to call the store to figure out your new date. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? (Mind you I am not longer on break and we had to take off from work to wait on the couch.) After multiple phone calls to the store, dispatch and the warehouse we got a new date for Friday the 17th. I BEGGED THEM to do 4-7pm so that we did not have to take a day off from work again and they claimed that it could not be a definite due to the "route". On Thursday we get our confirmation for 8-12pm OF COURSE. So, my boyfriend had to take off another day of work (second one that week). Well on Friday by 11am no one had arrived or let me know that they were in route. We called dispatch and she said that they were coming to us next. By 2pm I receive a call that the truck had mechanical issues and it's not going till 4pm!!! MORE TRUCK ISSUES??? They finally arrive around 4, which I was home from work so boyfriend would NOT have had to take another day off to wait for them to NOT SHOW UP. Overall, this was an absolute nightmare. The store, dispatch and warehouse all LACK communication and costumer service. I even reached back out to the manager on Friday to give him an update and he told the receptionist to let me know he was busy, and he couldn't talk. How do you run a business like this???? Throughout this whole ordeal no one had seemed to care that they MESSED UP. If we did not go to the store the day after Christmas, we wouldn't have even got the small amount of money we got back, which I mind you my boyfriend would have made more going to work those two days!!!!! I reached out more times than I could count to try and figure out this situation and each time I was told I would get a call back and never a solution. They just brush you off after they get your money. No wonder they say NO REFUNDS. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY. I am contacting corporate as well and we will see if they are anything like the store, warehouse and dispatch.
I've shopped with Ashley's before and always got quality products but their customer service has always been terrible and probably always will be. Every store has a different return and exchange policy which doesn't make sense because if you truly care about customer satisfaction wouldn't you all be on the same page?

I had a terrible experience and will never ever do business with this company again. I was told my delivery would arrive on Thursday between 2:30/6:30. It never came. I called the store and they had no clue what was going on . After 3 calls they finally found the driver by calling the last client and found out he so called fell in the pool. The office manager Quiana said she would call back to reschedule my deliver when she heard back from the warehouse and agreed and kept apologizing about how unprofessional it was . She called me on friday still with no date or compensation. I called friday and was placed on hold after my name and number was taken. Finally had to go up there on saturday and demand answers. Was told they would wave the delivery but still no idea the date what a joke. I got my refund and went straight to rooms to go with where I had a great experience
Our furniture was delivered Thursday 19 Dec, with no hardware. The delivery people told us they would have to return the next day because they didn't have the "hardware" to put it together. Friday came and no return... we called multiple times with no real answers. We finally got a call yesterday (23 Dec) stating we would get a "service call" today (24 Dec) between 10am-2pm and of course no call. The whole purpose of us getting the table during the holidays was to our first Christmas in our new home at a table so I'll give you one star for that. The other goes to Mrs Lisa House for always providing great customer service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO STANDARDS. I purchased a table from this store and didn't receive it for 2 months. They failed 5 times to inform me that my scheduled window for delivery was cancelled. The only way I knew was by calling and asking where they were. No one would help me every time I called, and most were quite rude. And when I would ask why no one had reached out each time it was canceled, I was informed it was someone else's job or there was a miscommunication. I find it hard to believe that, that excuse applies to the situation 5 times in a row. Even having the table now there are still imperfections but, I just kept them as I didn't want to wait 2 more months. Will never purchase furniture from here again.
The quality of the furniture is good. BUT, the stain of the leather is not. It didn't last 3 years. The extended warranty they sold me was supposed to cover EVERYTHING. The warranty company said the stain was a manufacturer defect and is not covered. My advice: Don't buy here.

they don't care about nothing but the sell. waited a couple of weeks to have my furniture delivered. told them we are busy to please call when they are on the way. didn't call until they got to the house. earlier then expected. ( would be a good thing had someone been there) they would only wait 20 min. showed up 3 mins past the time they said they could wait. never passed them in neighborhood.( longer then 3 min drive). called dispatch they said they couldn't get in touch with driver. For 5 hours!!!. just told us we would have to reschedule the delivery. ( another few week wait). we told them we were going to cancel and no said sorry or let me see what I can do or anything. just said ok. whatever happened to taking care of the customer? furniture is thousands of dollars. shouldnt I get some kind of respect for spending that kind of money at your business?
I bought a loveseat here at this store. I financed through apparently a company that makes you less than human. A) they will not honor lower price in 30 days price guarantee. B) all cancellations or adjustments apparently no one in the store can do except one person. C) sales guy said he would call me back nope. I called back spoke to someone else and said they would get to bottom of the problem I was having offered gift card etc..... nope. The item was scheduled to be delivered November 21 with2 confirmation texts. Mean while I sold my other couch on letgo. Guess what no call no show on love seat. So I called them they didn't seem to care standard operating procedure I suppose to them. So apparently I am to be delivered on the 31 of November with no notice of the new arrangement. I had to call to find out what was going on. I sill have to pay no delivery delivery. I guess thanks giving will be confined to the dining table or on the floor. Thank you so much Ashley for treating me like a second class citizen.

We ordered a bed, dresser, and 2 nightstands from this store on November 3rd. They were delivered 9 days after that with no handles for the dresser and with bed rails that were not compatible with the headboard. We called immediately and they sent out a repairman 8 days later, who we were assured would have all of the parts to fix our bed. He arrived with a toolbox and was unable to do anything. We called again and were told that they would send us the parts to fix it ourselves in 2-3 weeks. We have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for 2.5 weeks now and will have to continue until we have the parts to fix the bed rails. The customer services representatives were not helpful and the whole process has been drawn out much longer than necessary. I would not recommend this company for home furnishings.

My first experience was amazing, without a doubt please go see Tevane she is the absolute best there is.She really made not only me but my daughter feel like we were all family. I went in on Saturday and returned again on Sunday to make all my purchases at once. Thank you Tevane for making me feel comfortable and made sure that it was something I actually wanted. I enjoyed everything about my experience. Tevane is nothing but pure joy to be around I highly recommend you go and visit!
I parked in the parking lot of this location with intentions of going in to look at furniture. I finished a phone conversation in the parking lot but left my lights on while the key was in the ignition. I needed a jump. I walked in and was greeted by two, I assume, salespeople. I described my problem and they told me to ask at the customer service desk. I asked at the customer service desk and all three ladies told me to ask three other gentlemen who were close to the desk. I asked those gentlemen. All looked at each other. The one who responded just said “no”. I truly hope the people I spoke with never get stranded and if they do that they are able to find a human who is more empathetic than they were. Now, I’m sitting in their parking lot and ordering my furniture off Amazon.

My husband and I ordered a bed set for my youngest. Delivery was set for a week from ordering. They show up with everything but the bed foundation. Delivery guy told me would be delivered Sunday. I get a call Sunday from an employee of some sort who told me delivery would be Tuesday. She would call me Monday with time frame. I had to call Monday to speak with someone only to be told nothing had been scheduled. I waited on hold for 15 minutes to speak to a manager and the call disconnected. Did anyone call me back? No I had to call back and hold for another five minutes only to be told they would call me after speaking to warehouse for a delivery day. I explained that the woman on Sunday told me it would be Tuesday. She basically called me a liar and said she didn't know who would have called and told me that. I have screenshots of the incoming call. Long story short- spend your money elsewhere. They don't care when they mess up or apologize. All they did was blame the company who delivered and they're no longer using them.
There are some very nice pieces of furniture. Some furniture seems cheap but has high price tag. The reason for 2 stars is for the saleswoman who followed me around. Really high pressure and uncomfortable.

Sofa and love seat 2500 dollars. Part missing said will deliver few days. Call store week later forgot to order part. We were told it would be 3 weeks to get. This part could have been fedex but know we have to wait to use the sofa. Call manager at Kennesaw ga put on hold over 15 minute manager at Kennesaw needs to be replaced. Customer service after put on hold 15 minutes wait said you cannot speak to manager. Don't buy from Ashley furniture.

We spent months looking for bedroom furniture. And I worked two jobs to pay for our new bedrooms set Our sales representative was fantastic (John).That is why I give one star Our bedroom was cleared out and we were ready (yesterday) for the new furniture. We paid for premium delivery When the furniture arrived we noticed the boxes were horrible damaged. The damage went down to the furniture. You could see the scratches and damage on the furniture through the boxes.I am shocked that this crew loaded the broken furniture on the truck. The crew said they could load the furniture in our house and replace. No way. I paid for new furniture and I want that new furniture feeling in my house. The should not have loaded the truck with broken furniture.When I called my local Ashley, I spoke with KeenaKeena gave me the number to customer service in Alabama and Texas. I told her I did not want to be calling all day to get what I paid for.On the second call back to Keena, she said our new furniture would be delivered on the following day Later that evening I had no communications of delivery. I called the store and spoke to Chase (manager). He was honest and said there is no way the furniture is getting delivered on Saturday.He also apologized for the inconvenience My sales rep, John, called me back to find out what happened. And said he would follow up with me today (Saturday). If John and chase were not there I would ask for a full return. I will give this a short window to fix i will update this review of the problem is resolved Meantime, I am sleeping on a floor and spent over $4500 at Ashley
I am so disappointed with the experience of the customer service, management and the delivery process. I order several items which all was scheduled to be delivered at two separate times. I was told by my sales person that I could have my mattress delivered earlier than scheduled and someone would call me to make the adjustments. After three days of no call I called them to follow-up. I was told by the representative that she would follow-up the next day which never happened. I called back two days later to learn that nothing could be done. I then requested to have everything delivered at one time. On the day of delivery I learned that another item was placed on back order. I had to reached of to them to figure out what was going on and asked when could I expect to receive the item. I was told they didn't know and they would give me a call the next day. Next day come and no call. I called the following day and was told that I could select from two different days but couldn't specify a specific time of the day. I asked to speak with a Manager because the only days provided as an option was Thursday or Friday. I asked could it be in the evening and was told no. I shared my experience with Chance the Manager who was defensive and uncaring about my situation. He also shared that they only charged me one shipping fee as if this was a courtesy. It was very insensitive and unprofessional to share this information as they were doing me a favor. I asked what was the return policy which he shared that all purchases were final sales unless there was a defect. I explained that I was not told this and he said read your paperwork. I asked to speak with the Store Manager and was left on hold until I hung up and called back. The customer service representative said the Manager was on the phone and didn't know when he would call me back. I have cancelled my remaining order and will never shop with Ashley furniture again!!!! Their customer service and communication is horrible not to mention the Manager is unprofessional and doesn't have any leadership skills! I would recommend to shop at another furniture store.

Came in today around 6:30pm looking for a full-sized bed in a dark color and the elderly sales lady that assisted me was extremely rude. She ended the conversation abruptly with "well, that's all I can do for you. I've done my job. Thanks." after angrily scrolling through their system for bed frames. Worst customer service I've received in my entire life.... wow. And people wonder why humans suck. Will not ever be buying from this store again.

We just left the store. NO ONE asked if they could help us. We have been looking online for a deck and shelves for our home office. We found what we wanted here at the D’ville store during their grand opening. We came today prepared to purchase. No one spoke to us, not even the little Hispanic door greeter, whom we told after 20-30 minutes that no one had spoken to us not even him. We’re heading to the Kennesaw location on Barrett Parkway. A long way to spend $7500 for new furniture. Hopefully someone will speak to use there.

A little better than rooms to go which isn&'t saying much. If I had to choose I&'d go to Ashley over rtg but I&'d rather not use either. Purchases ALWAYS arrive damaged and then you have to wait another 2 or 3 weeks when is their fault. Ridiculous!

Very warm and friendly place. Sabrina and Keeyana were very professional and inviting. Sabrina did not make me feel overwhelmed.... she didn’t attack me but rather introduced herself told me about deals and stayed near for assistance. Keeyana helped Sabrina with computer issues but still interacted in a welcoming spirit. I’ll definitely be back!

The customer service is great! They remembered who we were after only being in the once a month ago. They have a huge selection of really nice stuff and the prices aren’t bad either. I met Ms. Sondra months ago. When I did, her personality just shined all over the store. Very reasonable. I almost thought she was someone from my family. But now she is!! As soon as I came back to the store, she was the only person I asked for. If she wasn't there, I was going to leave instantly! Thank the heavens above she was there. And my wife had the same sentiments. Sondra was like the Sondra on the show 227...and made us feel like it was No place like home!!! Lol.

On 07/20/19 I completed a debit card purchase with sales Rep Khairi of over $3k in furniture. Would have been more, however the items I wanted was not available and on back order until 09/01/19. So, I was forced to other option. With the assistance of Mgr Jennifer, our sales rep was able to make some adjustments with similar items. After being convinced to allow Ashley's to deliver our furniture due to the East Point warehouse being closed on Saturday/Sunday, we agreed for an additional $199. Even though my husband and I has fully able to pick up the furniture ourselves. We have a XL 8 ft Bed pick up and trailer attached. We was advised by both Khairi and Jennifer, "If we deliver the furniture, the delivery guys will set up the furniture, do a complete clean up and if you have any issues or dislikes you can send the item(s) back with the guys." So, we agreed! "The soonest we can deliver it will be 07/26/19", which was ok due to our guest not arriving until late that evening. "The delivery dept will call you a day before to schedule a timeframe of arrival. Not knowing at the time this was all a scam. 07/25/19, the delivery dept never called. on 07/26/19, no call from 8-10am. So, I called the location in which I purchased the furniture and Christine advised me my order was not due to be delivered until 09/01/19 and the manager is in interviews. I advised, I took off of work for this delivery, I have family coming in town and I need my furniture. I have my delivery proof that shows the date 07/26/19, we agreed upon at purchase. I advised I am on my way, to speak with the manager. While in route I called the customer service line and the Rep was even WORSE! Once at the Store in Douglasville, Ga, which is a new location, I was able to speak with Derrick the store manager. Derrick advised, I am working on the issue with my district manager who is here now to resolve your issue and allow us sometime to work on it. I can call you with the results. Unfortunately, Mgr Derrick nor the District mgr, whom name was never mentioned, never called me back. Khairi the sales rep called me and asked me to come back to the store. Once at the store Khairi advised "I have a guy that can deliver your furniture tomorrow morning." "No that is unacceptable, I took off of work today, I have family arriving this evening. I have made arrangements, lost wages, time thinking that this delivery would arrive today. "Ok, allow me a few more minutes, to work on it". "Ok, my delivery guys said they can get to you today; however, he is going to charge $50." What we will do is refund you $450 back to your card, which will take a couple of days to get the credit and you would have to pay the delivery guys when they bring your items". I was totally okay with this resolution that was determined 3 hrs later. Khairi advised I would need to go to the warehouse and let the staff know that you would not be picking up your order and give them the delivery guy’s name. So, I did exactly what I was told. I drove 45 mins to the warehouse to be faced with another issue. Spoke with Sophia the warehouse supervisor who advised my order is scheduled for deliver 07/28/19, not a customer pick up. I called the store back and Christine corrected the order and added the delivery guys to the order. Once the delivery guys arrived at my home, they set up the furniture, which included 2 dining sets with a bench and chairs, loveseat recliner (which required no assembly), and queen bedframe. Delivery guys discovered one of my chairs was damaged and took it back with them and advised he may have to pay for it to be replaced. Then, I was faced with a blow the delivery guys advised their fee of $450, due to the amount of items. I call Khairi he advised "Yes, due to the amount of items you had his fee is what we refunded back to your card." Complete scam from the beginning. I am out of hundreds of dollars and time. I did not have an extra $450, which has not posted to my card. $50 to $450 Extreme Scam!

Honestly, we were warned about Ashley’s from friends because of delivery mixups and lack of customer service, but we have had nothing but a fantastic experience. Our salesperson in store was very helpful, but she didn’t hover over us. The buying was simple and quick. She offered us discounts in addition to their in store sales. The most dreaded part came when waiting for the furniture, but Ashley’s automated service sent my husband and I both texts confirming delivery dates and times. The delivery men were awesome and worked with us to find the perfect place for our new furniture. Delivery was in and out in 20 minutes. Ashley’s was the last place we looked for our new living room, but it will be the first place we look next time. I would 100% recommend to everyone looking for sets of furniture or individual pieces.

We ordered two mattresses at the same time. Only one arrived. After two days of calling, writing three emails, and speaking with two horribly rude employees in customer service headquarters, we still do not have a mattress. We were told that it wouldn't arrive for another week, possibly. The lack of communication and poor customer service is astounding.

The employees and manager are very friendly and welcoming. I spoke to the manager on the phone before I went there and he remembered me . Lisa was a very nice and patient lady who assisted me and my husband with respect. She did all she can to make sure that we got what we were looking. My experience was very pleasant compared to rooms to go. The only part l didnt like was most of the furniture were shirt and l had to wait longer that l had wanted but l do understand because it was the holiday sale season and everyone was buying to save the money on the promotion that was going on. I will definitely recommend it to any buyer and thank you Lisa for all your help.

My husband and I visited this location on July 4th, and upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Ms.Tracy. She allowed us to browse at our own pace, and continued to check on us periodically. While browsing, the store manager took it upon himself to give us a thorough technical overview of the construction of their furniture. To validate his point, he went as far as standing on the arm of a chair, and standing on the back of a drawer that he removed from one of their cheaper dressers. His point was to reassure us that Ashley's makes it a point to manufacture good quality furniture. Additionally, he addressed the negative reviews and explained that based on the magnitude of their overall production that the percentage of negative feedback is relatively small (less than 2%). He also reassured us that customer service is a top priority at his store, and Ms. Tracy proved that by being so helpful and courteous to my husband and I. Furthermore, once we zeroed in on the pieces that interested us most Ms. Tracy was very knowledgeable, and she made sure that my husband and I received the best deal on our purchase. As a result, I'd definitely recommend shopping at this location, and ask for Ms.Tracy!
Our saleswoman Sondra was awesome she let us shop as we wanted and never bothered us but offered help and always noticed when she thought we might have a question. We shopped other stores but by selection and her great service we came back to her. She helped us move furniture to match from across the store and had us sold on our choice and her excellent personal touch Thank you Sondra !
** I must post that the manager, Derek, made it right and had our correct delivery out within 48 hours. Making mistakes is human, but good customer service means you try and correct them. Purchased a queen size mattress which was delivered fine, however it as sent with a twin size foundation. Mistakes happen, however they did not reach out to try and quickly resolve the issue, in fact we had to reach out to them. Even then we were told our correct furniture would be several more days out when they showed 4 in the warehouse (40 minutes from where I live). We took off work for the initial delivery and now will have to take off work a second time. 2 thumbs down on customer service.

I visited the Douglasville, GA location on 6/29/19 and was greeted by retail sales associate, Pat Thornton. She was pleasant, not pushy, and she was knowledgable. I was thoroughly impressed by her suggestions, demeanor, and kindness - so much so that I complimented her to her supervisor. Great job, Pat, and way to go Ashley Homestore for hiring her.
Typically, we're very fond of Ashley. Moderately priced but quality furniture. The house, then apt, then three homes we've bought furniture, sets if bedroom furniture, etc. this last one, built anew home, got a king master bedroom suite. Was TOLD delivery would be on that Sunday, so we were here early that morning because they gave us a window if "open to noon". At 11:45 the guy called, running late, assured us he'd be here by 2 pm. At 2:20 he. Allied and said they'd loaded the deliveries incorrectly and there'd be one more before us. PROMISING he'd be here BEFORE 6. We waited, and waited and waited, just after 6 he called and said he'd ran into a ditch, was running late but ASSURED US they'd be NO LATER THAN 9 pm. WE waited until 9:35, having spent the day sitting and waiting fir the to deliver it. At 9:30 (Sunday night, during s hoop year, TONS of kids in our neighborhood, we'd wasted the day, with little to do/work with here but we made it. Couldn't he "There" to pack, nothing here to unpack. . . day wasted. We decided at 9:30, having not heard a word other Than a promise "we'll be there by 9:00" At 9:35, we closed up, headed out and got in the cars to leave. JUST as the garage doors were closing a truck cane over the hill, lights on bright all over. The guy got out and said "we've got your furniture. " We can have it in by 11. We told him NO, we'd waited ALL DAY, he didn't even call about running 45 min past the last time promised, it was a close (houses close) neighborhood and most e rationed had kids going to s hoop the next morning. Plus we had work. He said they take it back and have it in the truck for delivery GIRST THING the next morning. I took the day off, was here by 7:30. Around 9:30 They called and said since ours was on the truck, they put it in another truck with deliveries and it was the first on the truck. . . . "in the front, so it'd be around 4-5 when ours was delivered". So, just before 6, they come pulling in. Had the furniture, I showed them where it was going. They brought most of it in, THEN SAID. . . . "the 2 nightstands are busted up from moving them and the dresser mirror is broken. Do you still want us to bring it in?" I told them NO! I marked the bill accordingly, signed it and they told me they'd get more night stands and mirror at the warehouse, but probably would be two days. I told them "fine, we'd be here. " They were on their way. They called (3) THREE days later to tell us it'd have to be order and it'd be 18-24 days. Sure enough, on day 22, they called and said they had it. They gave me a window of time and actually got here during those hours. They brought the night stands in, and told me it was strange, one, they could have 1 person carry it almost, that it was so lite. But the other one was so heavy, it took both of them to move it. It's all they could do to lift it. I asked if they'd looked in it to see if it had something inside. He said they'd searched everywhere and there was NOTHING different. They brought it in and STRUGGLED to get it up rhere. Sure enough, it was all they could do to move it. Then the dresser and mirror cake in, mounted it, and they were gone. That evening, we started looking at what might be different and why it was so heavy, on the bottom, we found a 4" thick slab of concrete that COMPLETELY covered the bottom up nest. 3' wide, 2 1/2' deep and 4 " thick. We got it unBOLTED and could barely move it to get it outside. I Called and inquired if it were balance to keep from tipping over or should they both have one, or only for shipping and neither should have it. They had NO IDEA what I was talking about. Contacted the warehouse and the were unaware that any of it had concrete. Not only that, but we got the Ashley bed that inclines upward and flat. If I could give a negative star, I would! As soon as we walked in the door, we were bombarded with an extremely pushy salesperson. We showed her the item we were interested in purchasing and let her know we were planning on paying in cash. She kept pushing the credit card on us. We repeatedly told her we did not want to open a line of credit. She said she would do a pre-screen in case we decided to finance. Little did we know, she was doing an application for us instead. We spent twenty minutes on the phone with their credit center to try and cancel the account she opened without our consent. I’ll never return to this location!

If after reading this review, you still want to head to any Ashley furniture store and buy any of their merchandise, you clearly have no regard for yourself. The people who work for this company have no principles, business ethics and are the most clueless retail workers I've ever dealt with. They ask a third company to speak for them because they do not know how to handle a disgruntled customer whose order they messed up not once, not twice, not thrice, but FOUR TIMES! They even tried to deliver a used mattress to us. Be careful, the mattresses that they have on display are not necessarily the same as what they have at their warehouse and what they would deliver to you. After they've missed their delivery 3 times over, they even went to as far as asking us if we could transfer the used mattress that they delivered from where we are moving to! Who does that?! I've spent $50 for the processing fee and multiple hours choosing my furniture and re-choosing my mattress and accomplished absolutely nothing because these people are inept. If you want to buy anything from this store, be ready to be disappointed. You've been warned.

I came in to Ashley home furniture the other day and was blessed to be able to deal with a young man by the name Jani. During my experience I did not feel pushed nor did I feel like he was just trying to gain more commission off My mom and I. I plan on attending Auburn State. My mother is so excited to the point that she wants to furnish the entire house for my roommates and I. I do not think that the gentleman know that my mother was planning on spending so much money.. With that being said the mount of hospitality that my mother received was in her words " Phenomenal " She felt So blessed about the service that she received That she has asked me to Write a review about his service quality provided. My mother also informed me that she has full intention of going back to this Ashley home furnishing store and purchasing the almost 10k items That my friends and I have picked out. I just wanted to leave a detailed report and letting you all know that even the oh my mother of found all these items at a cheaper location she feels that the service quality that she received speaks to the type of product that she will be getting cheaper is not better in the service world and to have people like that on your team is a blessing. My husband and I purchased a formal dining room set and a kitchen dining set. The purchase experience was great - sales staff friendly, clean store, etc. However, actually receiving quality furniture was an absolute nightmare! They delivered 4 formal sets because each one came in damaged (one chair even had a screw sticking out that gouged my arm!!). We were finally able to receive a refund for the formal dining set after months of going back and forth with the store (for which the manager would never return my calls - we dealt solely with one of their customer service associates). We noticed after delivery of the kitchen dining set that several of the chairs were making terrible noises when you sat in them. I had to call Ashley about these and was chastised for accepting damaged furniture. They sent a technician who was able to fix them. Less than a year later, the planked table top started warping. I called Ashley again since we purchased the warranty on it. After the technician deemed it non repairable, Ashley agreed to replace it (though this was due to a manufacturing defect and should not have counted against our purchased warranty). The first 3 sets that were delivered had damage so obvious I'm not sure how they didn't notice. For the 4th set, I was guaranteed that the set would be inspected at the warehouse. I received a call shortly before the scheduled delivery to be told that the table was inspected but somehow the wrong legs got loaded onto the truck. The fifth set seemed to be great - no damage. . . until the delivery guy dropped it at my doorstep. Finally, the 7th set was a keeper. It took SEVEN deliveries (all of which I had to take off of work for) to get a set that was acceptable! The manager will NOT call you back and corporate will only redirect you to the store. I cannot understand how a company can get away with such poor service. I would HIGHLY recommend thinking twice before purchasing from this company.

Horrible customer service. Purchased a sectional from Ashley Furniture and they contacted me at 7:00 a.m. saying they were out early and wanted to deliver within 15 minutes. Although my scheduled delivery time was 9:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m. I accepted and they never showed up. I contacted the warehouse and was told that they called my number and a gentleman answered and said I wasn’t available which is untrue. I called back and finally spoke with someone who was able to get my furniture out to me at 7:30 p.m. Yes, an entire day wasted. That’s not the end of it. They sent one guy to deliver my furniture so my son-in-law had to help with bringing the furniture into the house. Glad he was there. The furniture is now set up, the guy leaves and the plate that holds the sectional together falls off. I call the store and they tell me they’ll check into it and get back to me. A week later no response. I call back and speak with the assistant manager Jessica and she says we’ll get this taken care of. They send someone out 10 days later to attach the plate again only to learn that the placement of the plate can’t happen because the holes are stripped. I was told by the delivery guy that this portion of the sectional will need to be replaced because of the stripped holes. I called the store and discussed this with the customer service rep and she stated that she would note this on my account so that a replacement piece of furniture could be ordered. Fast forward one week later and still no resolution. I called the store and asked when I could expect a resolution regarding my furniture and you guessed it, there is nothing listed on my account regarding ordering a new piece of furniture. The frustrating thing about this is when I was deciding on which piece of furniture I wanted, I told the store manager that I found this exact sectional online at a much cheaper price and he stated that if I ordered from the online company I would be required to pay any shipping costs if the furniture was damaged during delivery. I should have taken my chances with the online company. I’m so over Ashley Furniture Douglasville.

Never heard of putting a down payment on a piece when you have credit with the store more than the furniture is worth. Not my first time dealing with Ashley's, nice stuff. After hearing this new rule that is not on the website nor in other stores, no need to go back there. Why I have to talk to the manager? Thanks for letting me know to spend my money somewhere else.
No customer service. Not sure if it's because the store is new or not. I literally walked four "laps" through the store, stopping to sit in a few power recliners. On my journey two associates asked "how are you?" and kept it moving. They didn't even break stride to hear a response. They may have quality furniture but it felt as though they didn't really want to sell it.
Ms Juanita were very helpful by helping me select the right mattress. She were very helpful and knowledgeable. Ms Juanita were very patient and listen. I selected the Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid Silver Chill Hybrid Plush King Mattress with the adjustable frame. It been 3 day so far. I loved the mattresses. Wake up without back pain or hip pain. The bed feel so good. I don't want get out of it. I have to get use to my bed sitting low and form smell. Other then that I love it. Thanx Ms Juanita and Cameron her manager he were were very nice also. Douglasville located.
I will never ever buy another thing from this store or Ashley furniture online. Beware! It has been one headache after another. I ended up spending $15,000 at this Ashley furniture and the online store to furnish our home when we moved from California. They obviously do not value or respect their customers. So many issues and problems that I can't even list them all here. I just know that I will definitely go with a different store/company in the future.
Ashley Furniture is great store but this location is horrible. I walked into the store and was interested a few pieces of furniture but it seems like no employees were there to help. I walked in the store with 3 other people and neither one of us were greeted or asked if we needed anything when looking at items...keep in mind that there were not many customers in the store and I definitely noticed some employees that were free. Overall, save your time and just visit one of their other locations such as Buckhead where you will get treated properly.
My husband and I recently purchased furniture for our new home. After visiting multiple furniture stores we chose Ashley HomeStore because it has good quality furniture for reasonable prices. Our sales associate, Dave, was great! He was very helpful and did everything he could to help us find exactly what we wanted for the best price. I also appreciate that he did not try to oversell. The delivery and set-up went smoothly as well. The delivery guys were polite, friendly, quick and efficient. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend this store.

After spending significant $$$ with Ashley over the years, I have made my final purchase. Their quality control is non existent. Of the last 12 items I have purchased, I have had to return or have repaired all except 4 of them. When there was a quality issue, I never was contacted by Customer Service. Each time I had to contact the store directly before anything was done. The most recent delivery I rejected before it even came into my house. I never heard from the store, so I called them. This was two weeks after the failed delivery. No Customer Service + No follow up + No quality control = No more purchases by me.
ABSOLUTELY wonderful experience from the beginning to the end! Beautiful store, great lighting so you can see everything in there! Tracy took great care of us, was very friendly and knowledgeable! We ended up purchasing a new living room suit and it is beautiful! Can't wait to get it in our home!

It's better you know the exact furniture you want to get if not you will get confused on what design and color to choose. Omg! I love their furniture, it's just too classic! The rugs, the sofas, the bed, the flower vessels, the tables, their reps are professional and willing to help the customers.
Update, after a year and a half our Axiom sofas are falling apart. The "leather" is not real leather. Real leather doesn't peel and this couch is peeling all over. Called the store and they say it normal wear and tear after only a year and a half. Working with corporate now but the sofas are junk! The salesman lied and said they were genuine leather and the store continues to cover for him by says that's normal wear. I will never shop here again and urge everyone to look elsewhere for your purchase of anything that you would expect to be leather. I left a review on the Ashley website about the peeling of the leather and it was taken down due to legal issues. A quick search shows several class action lawsuits because of their "leather". Guess I should start another one here in Georgia. Complete garbage!
I purchased a sectional from the Ashley on Barrett Parkway last week and the sales associate Lisa was amazing! I like how they let you look around the store without following you around. She told me that the sectional would be delivered within the next couple of days which is an amazingly fast turnaround. My delivery window was from 8-12. The deliverers informed me at 7:10 that they were 45 minutes away. They arrived before 8am which I loved because I did not have to wait around for 4 hours. It had been raining that day so they were courteous and put down a mat to wipe their feet on so that they would not get my carpet dirty. They were finished with the delivery and assembly by 8:15 which was awesome! On the same day, I also had a 9-1 delivery window with Rooms to Go and they did not arrive until 1:25pm, so I ended up waiting around for 4+ hours anyways. There was no explanation as to why they were late. They walked right into my house without wiping their feet first and they left my door wide open while they were assembling my furniture upstairs. Ashley has the best customer service. I will definitely be shopping with them again.
Disappointed to have to share a negative review, but we had a terrible experience with no effort made to resolve it. Purchased a bedroom set in October. It's now February and after multiple deliveries (nothing came when they promised) we still don't have a large mirror that was part of the order. Promised literally a half dozen times it was on a truck for delivery and we'd get a date soon. Now we call again and are told it's discontinued and if we want the item we purchased and paid to have delivered 4 months ago, we have to drive to Athens to pick it up. No interest in resolving and no explanation as to why they couldn't deliver a mirror in 4 months of excuses. Tried to give us store credit for the mirror minus our delivery fee. This place is not worth the effort.
