I love the bed in my room and it is so comfortable!!

Store employees were helpful. When delivery day came the product was damaged and I was told that it would be two days before they could return with the replacement. Turns out it's not in stock. Very disappointed that no follow-up from the store has occurred. I don't even have a delivery date for the replacement. Very disappointing.

All I can say is MY Sales person was so on point.

The young salesman showed me choices of exactly the size sofas for which I was seeking. He did not push me to purchase more pieces than I desired. My delivery arrived on the day and time anticipated. The delivery men were professional and helpful.

Purchased an entertainment cabinet the salesman was great. The delivery personnel was great also, I will be going to Ashley on my next furniture purchase.

I had a great experience at Ashley. I was greeted with a smile when I walked in the door and ssked what item(s) was I shopping for today. I said a mattress. I was then told that Mike Brown would be helping me with deciding on a mattress to purchase. Mike also greeted me with a smile and introduced himself. I did not feel rushed at all. He listened to me to see what my needs were regarding a mattress, and was so knowledgeable. Unfortunately, today, there's not a lot of great customer service; but Mike was top notch. I was happy with the service, Mike Brown was great and very helpful. I appreciated that he let me roam around and take all the time I needed, without hovering over me. I got the financing and it was quick and painless, the whole thing was pretty smooth. I'm excited to get my new sofa in a few days. UPDATE: I paid for the delivery, they were good about communication, and arrived within their 4 hour window. 2 guys delivered my sofa, and dinged my wall as they moved it. I know the sofa was heavy, but they pushed my sofa through my living room in a hurry. In hindsight, they could've put the sofa on a dolly, or some sliding furniture pads. So I opened a case with Ashley about the wall damage, and it was a huge hassle. First, the third party delivery company communicated with a personal name gmail account, not a company business account, no phone numbers/address attached. I had to check with Ashley to confirm they were legit. Their first email had a Maersk signature and then it disappeared from the rest of their emails. And then they don't do the repairs themselves, they just reimburse. Which meant I then had to find a contractor. I wish they could've dealt with my apartment complex and made an arrangement, or arrange for their own trusted contractor. I think Ashley needs to consider finding a better delivery service. After all this, I would've preferred to skip the delivery fee, and rent a pickup truck and pick it up myself at their warehouse.

Absolutely horrible experience. Sales person Michael told us when we bought 5k worth of sectional and dining set last year that it was under warranty for 5 years against anything. My wife, even reiterated the question and he said oh yes. Now, not even a year and the sectional is junk. They told me, oh that's normal wear and tear but THEIR OWN TECHNICIAN THAT THEY SENT TOLD ME IT WAS COVERED AND TO EXPECT ALL NEW CUSHIONS TO SHOW UP NEXT. Never again, expensive lesson learned. If you run into Michael, he's about 5'8 with glasses. He will lie to you to make a sale and they allow it.

There are 4 handicap ♿️ parking spaces and 40-50 free parking spaces at this store. The building is in excellent shape, and the store is well organized. The employees are friendly and extremely helpful in searching for née furniture to buy. The credit application system is easy to use and understand as well. All credit is done thru Synchrony Bank. I purchased a queen bed set here. I just needed the frame and headboard. I already had a queen-size mattress. I will have them deliver it for free, and I paid to have it professional installed. Overall I am quite pleased with my purchase and quality of service at this furniture store. Awesomeness.

When we first walked in, my daughters were fascinated by the clean, plush and beautiful designs. The atmosphere was bright but soothing. Zealand was at a podium to the right, ready to assist us. It was nice to be greeted and know assistance is available yet allowed my personal space when walking in. Zealand was excellent- stayed with us to answer questions and help fin what we were looking for without being an overbearing sales guy. When going to the back, there was another assistant available had we needed her. I loved the HUGE (TV screen) tablet they have available to.see online items not available in store. Very small selection of "children's" design bedroom furniture, but great for teens and adults. We went on a weekday so parking was great and the store was peaceful.

I stood waiting for the associate to finalize order while he was on his phone. When I asked if there was a problem as to why he wasn’t finalizing order, he said he was waiting for me. My question is for what? And if he thought that, he should have said something instead of waiting for 5-10 minutes for me to say something. I was quite annoyed.

Ordered a Tempurpedic king bed and adjustable base. Not cheap. Was set for it to be delivered on 1/19. We removed our old bed a few days before in preparation for the delivery and was roughing it on the couch. The 18th rolls around and we didn't receive a confirmation call about our delivery so we called Ashley's to get an update. We were told that the mattress was on back order until Feb. 2! If we hadn't of called we would never had known. We had placed our order on the 6th too! You would think that within the 2 week time frame of purchase to delivery that someone would have called to let us know. If they had, we wouldn't have gotten rid of our old bed so soon. Went to a competitor and get a split king delivered next day and paid less. Very disappointed.

Zealand was amazing help today. He helped set up an account for my wife. Added some things we wanted to our wishlist and even gave us the sleeping experience with Temperpedic. What an experience. We’ll be sure to come by if we ever need help with furniture shopping in the near future.

My experience with this store has been really agonizing, the new manager Daisa is really unprofessional. I purchased some furniture from them on the 1st of January and made arrangements to pick it up on the 12 of January. I called the store on the 11th to see if everything was good for the pickup for the next day and the recording stated that I was still to pick upon that Friday the 12th of January. I take leave without pay from my job, rent a uhaul and pay 2 people to help me load the furniture when we get there and drive over 2 hours there. I finally get there the store is closed. I call the number on the door and the employee tells me that the store had a small electrical fire and they closed the store down for a few days. I asked for the managers number to find out why they just didn't call me to let me know that they were closed and wasn't having any pickups. I wasted a full days work , gas, money to pay helpers and my 4 hours of time driving and renting a uhaul for this day. I finally get in touch with the new manager Daisa we talked and she said that there wasn't much she could do about it. I asked for the number for corporate and I was given the run around. I finally get a call back from Daisa about 3 days later stating that I could pick up my furniture now that the store was back open. I take another Frida off 26 January. I go through the same thing with renting a uhaul and hiring help to go pick up my furniture. I get to the store the person who is supposed to load the furniture didn't show up for work so my hired help has to do their job.I get the furniture in the light to examine it and it has more scratches and scraps with stains on it. I then have them to plug the furniture in to see if the electrical parts work and one of the couches started to smoke like it was about to catch fire. The manager called some people and offered for me to get my money back for the sale. This was a slap in my face for the second time so she finally got in touch with someone who had the couch and sofa at the distribution center and arranged for me to pick them up. I go pickup the pieces that are still in the box. I started on my way back home excited that I finally got my furniture, hot home and opened the box with the loveseat and I discover that the center section to the sofa is not included. I immediately call the manager Dasia and let her know about it and that I was very unhappy about this and then found out the recliner I bout didn't work either and she proceeded to tell me that there is nothing she can do about it. I don't think customers should be treated as such especially after they have been given the run around and disrespected. I am trying to find out if there is anyone who can help me? I am also a disabled war veteran and I don't think that anyone should be treated in such a manner, this has actually put me in a place to where it has aggravated my PTSD and have to go to the hospital now behind this whole situation that could have been solved by a simple phone call, text or email. This store at Fayetteville pavilion is very unprofessional and don't take customers time into consideration.

My salesman was great, shoutout to Zealand! However, the slats for my son's bed was not with the delivery. Apparently, somehow it was removed from the original order and because the reorder was not over $300 I could not add it to my credit account but instead had to pay out of pocket. (Not happy about that) THEN upon further inspection of my dining room table, I noticed it was a little wobbly. I was readjusting it in the space and the screws fell out which is when I noticed there were more screws missing that were designed to secure the legs to the table top! Also, I had to tighten the screws in the legs of the chairs. They were uneven on the floor due to the screws not being completely screwed in!

Placed an order for a king size temper-pedic bed over a week ago. I was supposed to receive it today. Didn't receive a follow-up call and no one told me that the delivery date had been pushed all the way to February 2nd. The customer service lady I spoke to was definitely outsourced and was of little to no help, the answers she was giving me seemed to constantly change. A major frustration was that I had my old bed taken away and was anticipating the new bed...but instead they said the king frame was in the warehouse and that no one was able deliver it. They also said the mattress was one back order which they should have seen in their system when I was in the process of purchasing the bed. That being said, I went to Ashley's in NEWNAN since the Fayetteville location was conveniently closed today. I cancelled my order with them and went across to Rooms-to-Go in the same shopping complex where I got a much better model a comparable price. Not to mention they checked to make sure everything was in stock, plus got a delivery set for Friday WITH a confirmation on paper, text and email. Ashley's didn't even give me any type of confirmation. LESSON learned...yet again...and definitely the LAST time. Never again. Michael Brown help me as soon as I walked in the door! Great customer service and my delivery will be at my house this week! I’m excited about my sons bed frame and mattress!

I walked in with my husband and used the restroom 1st. I had been greeted by a man asking if I needed help. Once I came out the restroom, I decided the movies were more important than shopping for furniture but found an accessory on the way out my husband didn't want to leave in the store. When that same rep realized we were only buying the accessory, his whole attitude changed. He was dry and wasted a few moments of our time just to be spiteful. There were a couple of ladies behind the counter. One was very sweet and kind hearted but the other large lady was rude and very short with us. We almost left it there. He claimed the card machine had to be restarted so we offered to pay with cash. Instead of him asking about this before, he seemed amused to have wasted a few more of our precious minutes. He didn't even tell us that we needed to sign a paper showing we were taking the accessory out the store until we were already in motion after they'd received the cash. Everyone except the kindhearted young lady behind the desk seemed annoyed when I questioned the legitimacy of them needing a signature for a $10 purchase. I will NEVER go to this location again!! They have the WORSE attitudes I've seen in this company's locations!

Horrible service. Sent me the wrong roll slats. I had to buy a box spring when I was told I wouldn’t have to. If you have an issue customer service will fight you about everything. I had my bed delivered october 28th. It is now November 14th still no refund. Still fighting with corporate. It is now the 21st still no refund and no email.

Buying furniture for my new house and decided to go to this location. We were greeted by Zealand as soon as we walked in. We told him what we wanted and he was very informative and knowledgeable about everything we had questions about. Ended up finding the perfect couch and will be back for more later in the future.

Mike Brown met with us at short notice and was extremely knowledgeable, provided us with all options and even explained in depth benefits of the furniture protection plan.

I ordered and paid for two furniture pieces online and a few days later received an email stating that my order was cancelled. The order was cancelled but my payment wasn’t. I called the online number and was told that my order had been marked as fraudulent. I came in to my local store and learned that Ashley online operates differently than Ashley in-store. Mike Brown was able to assist me with getting the items I wanted. Going forward I’ll be sure to deal with in-store purchases

My experience at this location was only 5 stars because of the service I received from Zealand. Zealand was very personable and knew the items I asked about. There were 3 women at the customer service desk and when I walked up neither one looked up at me or greeted me. There is more I would like to state but I won’t. From the manager that helped us through the process, the pricing, and quickness and availability of shipping, we were extremely pleased! Will definitely be going back to get more things from this store! Adrian delivered our sofa for the basement and he was awesome to do a delivery on a Sunday! Roc and DJ came out with our living room sofa on Wednesday. Roc and DJ were so sweet, they were so professional but also had a great sense of humor and a stellar attitude! My experience with purchase and delivery was absolutely horrible!!! I specifically went in the store and said what I wanted and the opposite was ordered. That lets me know Andre was only trying to hurry up and make a sale that he wasn’t paying attention to what the hell he input. I’m pissed and will never return to another Ashley store again. Pay attention to what the hell you’re doing when someone is spending money. I called to speak to him about my order and never got a return call. Never again.

I was looking for a new product that did not have any showroom floor samples. A leather sleeper sofa for my home office. I found on the Beliziani on the Ashley Furniture website. I called several locations and then spoke to Andre at the Fayetteville, GA store. He was so helpful and explained that brand new product takes time to make it to the actual showroom floors. Because this is a white ( coconut color) leather sofa I really wanted to see it in person. But unfortunately could not. I still moved forward with the purchase knowing that my previous Ashley Furniture products were great pieces with solid warranties. I am hoping that the leather sleeper is as beautiful in person as online. Fingers-crossed🤞🏾

I was told I couldn't get the matching website prices at the Fayetteville store because I got the veterans discount with my order. That doesn't sound right ... But I took the deal anyways. Morgan Tinsley at the Fayetteville, GA branch was nothing short of AMAZING! From the moment I entered, she made me feel very welcomed. She chose an awesome couch right away and after much deliberation (to which she was patient enough to assist with) I ended up purchasing the couch! I bought a new how because of several changes in the closing date my sales person Andre Bourne had to be very patient and he believed in me that i was sincere about the purchase I wanted to make and he was very accommodating to my many changes. He had everything ready to order when I finally arrived for the final purchase. He was on his way to getting off but remained with me and my husband until we were able to complete the purchase. a little disappointed about the delivery date being changed but I preferred every thin to arrive on the same day. Will let you know how the delivery service goes in the near future but so far I am highly pleased with the service and salesmanship.

Prices are too high for quality of item sold. Reviewed and bought a recliner that was totally misleading from show room. Too expensive for quality of furniture and it came to me with a severe broken part that I could not figure out until 5 days after I received it. I must admit, the young lady (Morgan) I believe that helped me was extremely kind. And I'm still waiting on my highly priced recliner broken part to be replaced!!!!! 06-20-2023

The sales lady was awesome! I enjoyed working with her. However, I felt after spending 4,000 dollars I should have gotten my furniture delivered inside and set up. I am older, on oxygen, use a rolador to get around and I felt like if Ashley could set it on my front porch for free, they could bring it in my house and set it up for me.

The folks at the Ashley store in Canton were extremely helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me find exactly the wall decor pieces that I wanted. One of the items was not in stock (there was only an in-store display piece), so they drop shipped it to me, and it arrived at my house less than 24 hours later. Impressive.

I was promised visa gift cards when I purchased my bed. I still haven’t received them and it’s already been over half a year. They tell me that they will call me back and figure things out but all they do is give me the run around. I do not know why they are so unprofessional. The only reason I didn’t buy through the actual mattress company was because I thought they were giving a good deal. They owe me 11 visa gift cards and it’s ridiculous the importance they give to my situation.

I came in to browse around the store and the salesperson who greeted me was exceptional. Ms.Joann Fields was professional and showed me around the floor asked me all the right questions about what look and style I was looking for, and even gave me some very helpful advice on how to pull it all together. Most salespeople just want to make the sale but she was more interested in what I was trying to do which makes you want to spend your money. If you are in the market for new furniture I highly recommend you asking for Joann at the Fayetteville store.

I bought two pieces of furniture, a sofa and a sideboard. the sofa was ordered wrong and we are trying to exchange it for 10 days. The sideboard was never delivered. Customer service is totally inefficient.

Ashely has quality furniture. Costs a little more than I wanted to spend, but worth it. I love the King size bedroom set I bought. Can't wait to get it. My salesman was a Steph Curry look-a-like. He was nice and patient. I didn't feel pressured. He laid out all the options for financing for me and then I picked the terms that work best for me. The only thing is they don't sell bedrooms sets. The bed was the only thing on sale.

The store itself was very nice and the emloyees were all very professional, courteous, and friendly. The buying process was great. The bad part of the whole experience was when it came time for delivery. Tons of communication, but on the day of delivery the address was now wrong (though they had correct address at the store). Corrected the address in the AM and was told they were not too far away- 3 hours later I contacted again and was now told the delivery would have to be a new date due to the address change. Wasted the day waiting on delivery that never arrived. Customer service was nice every time, just frustrating!

Store #40 in Fayetteville, GA is sorry and sad! I could not get any assistance to make a 1k-4k purchase!!! I had to walk out! I was told to come back and someone would help me. Ms. Joanne is very elderly and didn’t know what she was doing so Jessica and Tre Mac refuse to help the lady complete the purchase for whatever reason. Jessica was too busy on her phone and Tre Mac was just standing around doing absolutely nothing. After 35 minutes of no help from either one of them I was like okay I guess I need to go to another store. Jessica really had the audacity to tell me, “if you have time, come back tomorrow and I’ll help you”. I wanted to say “excuse me lazy, why can’t you help now!” But it’s okay I’m sure another furniture store would love to make that 1-4k off of us for sure! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Defect on furniture and it has been a strongly even though I have warrnties to get a replacement part. I've visited the local store at least 4 times without any success

Horrible horrible horrible experience!!!!! Tray the store mgr and Duncan the Asst Mgr are both deceiving. The amount of lies I was told made me sick. They are not committed to their word. I purchased living and dinning room set from the Fayetteville location. The day I when in to make the purchase was a nightmare. The sales associate messed up the transaction so bad, she had to redo the order literally three times. I was promised a delivery date in two weeks and I kept getting calls that the delivery date was pushed back. Long story short I got SOME of the items a month later. (It’s about to be 2 months and still didn’t get some of the items) They will have you on hold on the phone at the Fayetteville location for 30minutes just for a simple no or yes answer. I will NEVER shop here EVER again.

Staff was friendly, courteous, & professional. Fayetteville store was better arranged than Newnan store. Lots of options. We ended up going with a more expensive sofa than the one we had previously picked out in Newnan because the store had more options. Easy process start to finish. Store was mostly easy to navigate with a mobility scooter. There were a couple of tight spots. Otherwise great.

TERRIBLE EXPIERENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. Placed an order and was pleased at how quickly they could have it delivered. The headboard to my bed was damaged so the delivery guys said I would have a new delivery date for a replacement in 24h. That time past and I heard nothing from this company. It is now 2 weeks later and I had a delivery scheduled today, and AFTER the delivery time window, I had to call and the agent told me it was a backorder, and I would have a new delivery date in two days. I never hear anything when I get that timeframe! I always have to reach out to them to find out anything. Don't even bother trying to chat with someone, they all have the same generic responses. This has been a nightmare.

Dealing with this company and specific store has been the worst decision we’ve ever made; in attempt to furnish our new home. After marketing a $2,300 deposit on August 2021, and being strung along until March 2022 with excuse after excuse; and still having no furniture delivered. We decided to stop the bleeding/ nightmare and cancelled our order; and politely requested full refund of our deposit. Not to mention what we’ve been going through with no furntinure during the holiday months, all we wanted is our deposit back in a timely fashion. We’ve provided a total of four letter heads from our bank because they stated; the reason they couldn’t refund our money is because we no longer had the same debit card we used when making the deposit. Which is unreal and quit frankly a ridiculous excuse to not return our money. They have so called sent our case to higher corporate or refund departments and still no luck. Trey the store manager has been the most inconsistent human being, giving his word and promising to call us back on specific days and never following through. My wife is eight months pregnant now and the $2,300 we deposited would have allowed us to at least buy dressers for our bedroom. They have no consideration or compassion towards customers. We call the store and they know my phone number and will not pick up. Because we are godly people and compose ourselves as noble human beings they are taking advantage of us. Please be aware and hope or pray for best.

This was a good experience. I know that most of the times when you enter a furniture store you're usually attacked by salesmen just like in a car dealership. I used the approach I always use in these stores, I entered the store in Fayetteville Georgia and told the salesman who's name was Andre I was just browsing and would get hold of him if I needed assistance. He was great. Not pushy like most are. I really was just looking, but found a sofa at a great price that I couldn't pass up. Andre handled the whole transaction perfectly. A no hassle transaction. I paid him and finished up the transaction within 10-15 minutes. I will return here if there is something I need, and I will look for Andre for assistance.

Purchased items from here 4 months later still haven't been delivered to the address I don't even live at anymore. 16 days after requesting a refund still haven't received that either. Horrible if you can't walk out of the store with your merchandise don't purchase. Even if they give u a delivery date of 1 month. Do not fall for it. Mediocre customer service also. 3 Days after posting this Customer Service calls me stating they will process my refund Today. This will take 7-10 business days like they stated before,also Fayetteville never answers the phone. Also are telling me they will refund me for $167 when both items I purchased total 367.18. Horrible experience I've basically been bamboozled.

My wife and I went to the Fayetteville location recently and were warmly greeted by Jamar at the door. He did a great job of not hovering around and provided us the opportunity to walk through the showroom and checked in with us periodically. Those efforts along with timely partnerships with his manager helped us to buy both a bedroom and living room set and we were done within 90 minutes. We even bought pillows! Great customer service always wins! If you go there, ask for him. Thanks again Ashley Furniture!

I recently bought a bedroom set and had it delivered to my house, and when I asked for it to be placed downstairs through the garage, one member of the delivery crew from this location very rudely shut me down without a reason and placed the boxes where he wanted it without asking me. It was not a good experience and I do not recommend this store in this location.

Jordan was extremely helpful & professional. I initially went in just to browse but I found something I was interested in and because Jordan displayed great customer service, I went ahead and made a purchase. I’m not a huge fan of shopping at furniture stores but my experience at Ashley was top tier. If I’m ever in need of more furniture, I’ll be sure to come back!

They had a lot of beautiful furniture but not what I wanted.

Had a great experience at this store. Everyone was very nice but have to thank our sales lady Khadijah! She is very helpful and knowledgeable. Nice selection of products. Will return in the future for anything else we may need.

Very nice store. Helpful salespeople. Great selection. Great prices. Very comfortable couch. There was a warehouse mixup and they gave me a piece of my couch set that was built overseas and didn’t fit with the rest of the set. Also it had minor damage. It took forever to get anyone on the phone, but once I did they were very helpful and a technician came to my house and solved the issue by getting me a new couch section that would fit properly.

Bought a small dinette table and six chairs. Three months for delivery !!! I will NEVER shop at Ashley again. Had the exact item I wanted on their floor for months but wouldn't let me have it although I had paid for it !

Shopping at Ashley is always a pleasure. They have some of most beautiful furniture and accessories, that it's hard to not find something you'll absolutely love.

They are unorganized, they staff is untrained and will give you wrong information, they schedule you for a delivery and never show up and the list goes on!!!!

I have had a few great experiences at Ashley's Furniture in Fayetteville, GA. I am not one to take the time to write reviews, however this time is an exception because of their sales person, KEON!! This young man always works to ensure that I am happy with my purchase, but works extremely hard to ensure I get a competitive deal on all my purchases. I will go time and time again as long as he is there... Recently went into Haverty's where the 20 yr "veteran" salesmen was hovering over me to the point that each and every time I glanced over my shoulder he was there. He showed me features I didn't care about on products I didn't want. I could not even look around the store in peace to find what I liked. KEON was the complete opposite - gives me time and space to find what I'm looking for and he is not intrusive. He is available when I need him and when I'm ready he provides top notch service! The stand out is this: I always feel like he is an advocate for ME. I truly get the feeling he is trying to help me get the products that I want for the best possible deal. I always walk away feeling like I got a good value for the money I spent.

Low to no pressure sale techniques. Competent and professional. Did wind up having to split order and go online for sofa because management was not "able" to discount at that competitive rate.

The worst!!! Linked my account with someone who bought a mattress. Said couch would be here within three weeks was not canceled the couch found out also charged for a warranty that I did not ask for. It took two months and many hours of talking to get the charge off my account. I gave them one star because my bar stools are great and had no trouble delivering them.

I brought some furniture in January! My delivery date has been changed 4 times and each time I had to call to find out what happened. No one from Ashley's had ever reached out to me, and as of today I still haven't gotten my furniture!

Absolutely horrible. I had found the items online and wanted to see if there were any discounts. After I got home, the salesperson calls to tell me she had forgot to order the sides for the bed and needed to come in and pay more. When I told her to cancel because the online items specifically included the rails, she told me she couldn't cancel without coming back in.

Jeremiah did a great job answering our questions and giving us all the options available. He listened to what we were looking for and quickly helped us find the perfect bed and mattress set. Thank you!

The associates were very friendly and helpful. Even though they didn't have what I was looking for, they provided me with great ideas and options.

My furniture has been on back order for over a month! Now I won't receive my set due to not having pieces in warehouse, for an additional month! Soooo frustrating. The managers at the store ate great! This is beyond their control

This store, especially the store manager, needs customer service training. The manager is rude and unprofessional. She lacks the professionalism to do her job and increase customer referrals by word of mouth. I will be sure to make sure I let anyone who is looking for furniture to avoid this store in Canton. I will never return!

This was my first visit to the outlet store. I purchased a sofa and a China cabinet. The prices were really great. I will be back to purchase more stuff later

If you know better stay far away from Ashley home store. My experience was great as far as ordering the items. But that changed when my bed frame kept collapsing. The technician came out and told me I had the wrong items and I didn’t have the correct pieces for my bed frame.

The employees were very unprofessional. Most of the employees I encountered were either on their cellphone or goofing off with each other. The admin person held a long personal conversation with another employee while I waited for her to give me the final paperwork for my purchase. I will not shop here again.

We bought furniture in October for our home we were moving into in December. When the furniture was delivered, one piece didn’t fit. The delivery team was great, said they could take it back no problem for a refund. Now more than 2 months and 5 calls to the store, and they have been too busy to issue my refund. Every time I call I’m told it’s being processed and will take 7-10 days, from 60+ days ago. The furniture was damaged during delivery, and now 60+ days later still waiting on those repairs. 0/10 Would not recommend!

I like Ashley. Go and ask for Harrison, he was very excellent and polite. He knows his stuff. Too bad my hubby put me on a budget. 😂🤣😁

Awesome selection! Our salesman Earl was outstanding.

Bought a desk which Ashley was supposed to deliver and set it up… Ashley did not deliver Fedex delivered it left it at the door. So it sat in my house for about 2 weeks. I opened the desk to put it together the desk was cracked in the front. I have called Ashley 10 times waited 45- 1 hour to speak with someone. They sent me an email and ask me to send pictures I did send pictures. Anyway I still have the cracked desk no one has reached out and they open at 11:00 every day which is late

The service at the Fayetteville location was exceptional. Mr. Jamar Brown’s service and expertise while shopping made the experience great. He applied all available discounts which was an added bonus. Great deal on quality furniture.

Please if you want peace of mind. Never never buy from Ashley. Worst possible customer service. Once you buy and if you have any issues then you would be a soccer ball between the store you bought and the customer service. No one is going to help you. I had purchased a dining table and a cabinet from Ashley Fayetteville. Dining table came after 3 months of follow up, they won't refund you will give you excuse the order is in transit. Cabinet came with missing parts which I found at the time of installation. They said they cannot compensate even if it is there fault. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Super difficult to get returns, never shop back to this store! Not recommend.

The manager was not helpful with my financial issue that is getting double charged for the same furniture (bed). He wanted me to sign a document stating that I still owe on the furniture and sign another document stated I paid. I told him I won’t sign the document and he told me that how we do things. The two documents did not have same ID number, customer #, or anything that said the two documents are connected. So I just canceled the transaction and left. The manager didn’t care that I were unhappy or canceled the transaction. He went on to put up price tags. This how the Ashley Department operation?

Its a nice place to visit. The furniture is so great. The price is reasonable. They always has sales. And they do greet you at the door.

Great experience shopping at this location! The store manager baldemar was pleasant and knowledgeable of the products I was purchasing. He assisted with my purchase due to some concerns and made me feel comfortable and happy with my purchase.

Fortunately, they were able to locate the table at another store. While the other location had the table, the customer service and professionalism were lacking so I returned to the Fayetteville location to make my purchase without incident. THE WORST furniture buying experience that I've ever had in my life. Fayetteville Ga location. The original salesman was a guy named Darzell. When my delivery came, it had the wrong railings for the bed. After calling all day I finally get an answer that it was his error because he put the wrong railings on the order. So after figuring out what went wrong there, I go to the store and speak with Dru and he goes in the system says it's fixed, gives me a new date for delivery. The day before delivery I realize I hadn't gotten a call like the previous deliveries so I call to find out why. It's showing a balance, but there is NO balance...i paid in full on the day I ordered in store. So I go to the store AGAIN on Saturday. I work with a lady at the desk...i didn't get her name. She says that because I still have the wrong rails that's why it was showing a balance. Mind you I asked about those rails and they said they'd pick them up when they deliver the right ones. So she puts it in correctly as a case, gave me the case number and said they'd contact to pick them up because they cant deliver the correct ones until they get the wrong ones. I'm like ok cool. So, I literally just got an email referencing the case saying I need to go to the store because I have a balance. It's ridiculous. By the way I placed my order on July 1st and am still waiting on the full order because nobody can seem to get this right. I'm so aggravated that I want them to come and get EVERYTHING at this point and give me all my money back. I was already hesitant about purchasing from Ashley, and I wish I had gone with my first mind NOT to purchase with them. I'll NEVER make that mistake again.

My wife and I just bought our first house together so we were very excited but also nervous about buying our furniture. We didn’t know exactly what we wanted to get and had a difficult time deciding. The Manager Baldemar was very patient with us and took us step by step on the process since we were first time buyers. At the end we were very happy with our purchase, which couldn’t be done without Baldemar.
