Ashley Store Fayetteville, GA

I’m disappointed that I was in the store for hours and my daughter and I was very clear regarding the color we wanted. We was very clear…. After spending way more than I wanted they still manage to get my order wrong and delivered the wrong color table… I went into the store only because I wanted my order by a specific date… and after patiently waiting they still mess up the delivery…Now I don’t have a table….

In-store experience was great, but the delivery was disappointing. We have to pay extra for a delivery/white glove experience to ensure my furniture was handled with care, but the two delivery men caused damage while bringing items upstairs. They scraped my wall, damaged my ceiling, and almost tore down a hallway light fixture. I also requested that they wear shoe covers inside my home, which they did, but instead of properly disposing of them, they left the used covers on my doorstep like trash. I’ve had much better delivery service from THE DUMP furniture store. Please vet your drivers more carefully, your in-store team deserves better representation.

Sawyer has very great customer service and everyone at first such as his managers were also amazing! a great experience, recommend to come buy from Ashley’s everytime! will be coming back!

I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding a horrible recent experience with your Ashley Fayetteville location that fell far below the standard I expected. During my visit on in January 2025 I encountered several issues that were extremely disappointing. The staff was unresponsive and seemed uninterested in assisting me with an issue they encountered (Kerri and Rico). I experienced long wait times, lack of communication, and many fail deliveries, missing pieces from deliveries and ultimately received incorrect or inadequate service. When I tried to address the issue at the location Kerri was very uninterested. And let's not discuss his regional! Whom falsely claimed a whole Queen bed was missing and tried to wrongful charge me! After not communicating properly with the warehouse. Horrible Mangers!!!! As a loyal customer, I believe in providing the benefit of the doubt, but this experience was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the brand as a whole. I felt disrespected and undervalued, and I hope you take this feedback seriously. I will provide a review every week until someone address this matter!

Delivery young men arrived in the time promised and were very professional.

Jamar at the Fayetteville location was AMAZING. He was incredibly helpful when I was shopping for a couch, even going so far to move furniture around so I can see the vision. Seriously such great Service. Thank you Jamar!

Very good experience! From the floor salesman to the manager everyone was great. I had lots of questions and looked at lots of furniture over the course of a couple of days and they were all so patient and helpful. Very pleased with my purchases and will certainly shop Ashley again!

Great quality couch. Showed up in great condition, and handled with care.

Furniture was fine. Ashley used a third party delivery contractor who damaged our lawn backing up. We filed a claim and made several calls. Ashley won’t get involved because they hired it out. We never got a penny and paid to get the lawn repaired out of our own pocket. Never again.

The team at Ashley was able to assist me in picking out the right kitchen table I inquired about in a swift, professional, and timely fashion.

Ricoh was very helpful and courteous. He helped me get a recliner and got me additional discounts which were very nice and helps since I am now retired and on fixed income.

Stopped by to purchase a sofa and sectional. Had great customer service w/ Rico who helped is with my purchase. Would go to him if I were ever to come back and buy more furniture.

The slats for my bed was damaged and need to be reordered. I'm unable to sleep on my bed until the new slats arrives.

In store service was phenomenal with our sales rep in Fayetteville GA. The delivery not so much. It was supposed to be delivered between 3 to 7. Got a courtesy call at 2:30. Saying it will be pushed back to 4 to 8. Then got notified that it will be delivered between 9pm to 10pm. It’s 11:45pm at this time. Left two voicemails, three text messages to the number provided and no response. Even though our items are pillows. We paid really good money to Ashley for our pillows to be delivery. Since they weren’t in store.

I had a wonderful experience. The sales person was patient and understanding to what I wanted.

I visited the store with the intent just to look around and get an idea of what I liked for a new living room set. Rico, my sales rep, provided such great customer service I purchased a 7 piece living room set as well a new mattress set just in time for Father’s Day.

The furniture is great and the person who sold it to us was very friendly. But when the delivery date came, we were called and told that one of the pieces we ordered 4 days before was discontinued, even after we purchased it. I called and I ended up being able to order the floor model, but the woman who I spoke to on the phone seemed short with me, and annoyed with questions that I was trying to ask about it, even though it was a mistake on their end, and I was trying to be thorough about what the process was.

Rico was attentive and nice will be coming back to do business with him again

We walked into Ashley Furniture this morning to buy a mattress set. Rico Brazil greeted us at the entryway and took us back to the mattresses to take a look at them. We Explained we needed a lower price point for our budget and he showed us some great sets without pressuring us at all. The entire process took less than 30 minutes and he was so professional, friendly, and a great representative for Ashley furniture. we appreciated his help immensely, and made our experience much more enjoyable, having someone who knew the products and could point out the benefits of each. First I want to say I was the first person in the door today and was greeted very well with a great attitude and smile at the door, Jamar Brown was the person that helped me purchase my beautiful bedroom set and was very helpful and patient with me while I was indecisive in the beginning but ultimately found what I like and had to take home!! He also, came in clutch with the perfect mattress to match with my set that I’m proud to say I was very pleased the first time I sat on the mattress of his choice which was right at my comfort. Me, My husband, and our 2 year old walked into the store with the intention to browse for a dining room set. Our 2 year old was running on fumes so we knew we had about 20 minutes tops to be in and out of the store. Well to sum it up we were in the store well over an hour and not only left with a table that we loved but a 2 year old that didn’t want to leave!! Mike and Ernisha took such great care of us and made us feel right at home answering questions and playing with our little one. Ernisha even went as far as getting my baby a snack and a drink!! We will definitely be back and won’t take our business any place else!!!

If you are in the market for furniture go see Rico Brazil at the Fayetteville, ga location! He was beyond helpful, very professional, not your typical salesman. He is a genuine, kind and was able to negotiate an extremely fair deal! We will be back because of his service!

Poor customer service with delivery and the store could not help with any of the issues. They only care about the sale “Fayetteville “ . Be aware of this process.

Payed for dining room set completely outright. Furniture delivery delayed and store only attempted partial delivery and I rejected the entire delivery and cancelled the order. Never got any furniture, couldn’t get a refund for several weeks even with original receipt and cancelled delivery, customer care and local store used delay tactics to refund so I disputed the charge with my bank and got an provisional credit until Ashley finally refunded me. I dropped the claim and and an eclaim reversal took place and the bank reversed the funds so I only got credited once and now somehow Ashley thinks I owe them for no goods or services rendered. Reported to the Better Business Bureau, disputed this phantom debt with the debt collector and will continue to dispute with all 3 credit bureaus if need be. Got original purchase receipts, refund receipts, bank letters of dispute and withdrawal of dispute, bank statements showing I didn’t benefit financially from Ashley or bank in anyway, nor did I receive any products or goods from Ashley. I also recorded phone calls with customer care employees saying I was indeed refunded and didn’t have a balance (one party consent works both ways.) Contacted a lawyer. See ya in court the minute this shows up on my credit score. Tried to do this amicably in store speaking to store manager, over phone through customer care line, and through verified mail containing at least half of my evidence that Michelle Keels signed at AR department AFI-EComm-Ashcomm. This will be a FTC/FDCPA violation slam dunk. Hope you have better evidence than I do. The more this alleged debt/phantom debt isn’t resolved the more public I go. This review and the BBB review is only the beginning. If you’re hoping I just pay or just give up and let you’re alleged debt sit I won’t. I could easily pay, but this is not a real debt you say I owe.

I was happy with the service, Mike Brown was great and very helpful. I appreciated that he let me roam around and take all the time I needed, without hovering over me. I got the financing and it was quick and painless, the whole thing was pretty smooth. I'm excited to get my new sofa in a few days. UPDATE: I paid for the delivery, they were good about communication, and arrived within their 4 hour window. 2 guys delivered my sofa, and dinged my wall as they moved it. I know the sofa was heavy, but they pushed my sofa through my living room in a hurry. In hindsight, they could've put the sofa on a dolly, or some sliding furniture pads. So I opened a case with Ashley about the wall damage, and it was a huge hassle. First, the third party delivery company communicated with a personal name gmail account, not a company business account, no phone numbers/address attached. I had to check with Ashley to confirm they were legit. Their first email had a Maersk signature and then it disappeared from the rest of their emails. And then they don't do the repairs themselves, they just reimburse. Which meant I then had to find a contractor. I wish they could've dealt with my apartment complex and made an arrangement, or arrange for their own trusted contractor. I think Ashley needs to consider finding a better delivery service. After all this, I would've preferred to skip the delivery fee, and rent a pickup truck and pick it up myself at their warehouse.

Absolutely horrible experience. Sales person Michael told us when we bought 5k worth of sectional and dining set last year that it was under warranty for 5 years against anything. My wife, even reiterated the question and he said oh yes. Now, not even a year and the sectional is junk. They told me, oh that's normal wear and tear but THEIR OWN TECHNICIAN THAT THEY SENT TOLD ME IT WAS COVERED AND TO EXPECT ALL NEW CUSHIONS TO SHOW UP NEXT. Never again, expensive lesson learned. If you run into Michael, he's about 5'8 with glasses. He will lie to you to make a sale and they allow it.

The employees are friendly and extremely helpful in searching for née furniture to buy. The credit application system is easy to use and understand as well. All credit is done thru Synchrony Bank. I purchased a queen bed set here. I just needed the frame and headboard. I already had a queen-size mattress. I will have them deliver it for free, and I paid to have it professional installed. Overall I am quite pleased with my purchase and quality of service at this furniture store. Awesomeness.

When we first walked in, my daughters were fascinated by the clean, plush and beautiful designs. The atmosphere was bright but soothing. Zealand was at a podium to the right, ready to assist us. Zealand was excellent- stayed with us to answer questions and help fin what we were looking for without being an overbearing sales guy. When going to the back, there was another assistant available had we needed her. I loved the HUGE (TV screen) tablet they have available to.see online items not available in store. Very small selection of "children's" design bedroom furniture, but great for teens and adults. We went on a weekday so parking was great and the store was peaceful.

My experience with this store has been really agonizing, the new manager Daisa is really unprofessional. I purchased some furniture from them on the 1st of January and made arrangements to pick it up on the 12 of January. I called the store on the 11th to see if everything was good for the pickup for the next day and the recording stated that I was still to pick upon that Friday the 12th of January. I take leave without pay from my job, rent a uhaul and pay 2 people to help me load the furniture when we get there and drive over 2 hours there. I finally get there the store is closed. I call the number on the door and the employee tells me that the store had a small electrical fire and they closed the store down for a few days. I asked for the managers number to find out why they just didn't call me to let me know that they were closed and wasn't having any pickups. I wasted a full days work , gas, money to pay helpers and my 4 hours of time driving and renting a uhaul for this day. I finally get in touch with the new manager Daisa we talked and she said that there wasn't much she could do about it. I asked for the number for corporate and I was given the run around. I finally get a call back from Daisa about 3 days later stating that I could pick up my furniture now that the store was back open. I take another Frida off 26 January. I go through the same thing with renting a uhaul and hiring help to go pick up my furniture. I get to the store the person who is supposed to load the furniture didn't show up for work so my hired help has to do their job.I get the furniture in the light to examine it and it has more scratches and scraps with stains on it. I then have them to plug the furniture in to see if the electrical parts work and one of the couches started to smoke like it was about to catch fire. The manager called some people and offered for me to get my money back for the sale. This was a slap in my face for the second time so she finally got in touch with someone who had the couch and sofa at the distribution center and arranged for me to pick them up. I go pickup the pieces that are still in the box. I started on my way back home excited that I finally got my furniture, hot home and opened the box with the loveseat and I discover that the center section to the sofa is not included. I immediately call the manager Dasia and let her know about it and that I was very unhappy about this and then found out the recliner I bout didn't work either and she proceeded to tell me that there is nothing she can do about it. I don't think customers should be treated as such especially after they have been given the run around and disrespected. I am trying to find out if there is anyone who can help me? I am also a disabled war veteran and I don't think that anyone should be treated in such a manner, this has actually put me in a place to where it has aggravated my PTSD and have to go to the hospital now behind this whole situation that could have been solved by a simple phone call, text or email. This store at Fayetteville pavilion is very unprofessional and don't take customers time into consideration.

My salesman was great, shoutout to Zealand! However, the slats for my son's bed was not with the delivery. Apparently, somehow it was removed from the original order and because the reorder was not over $300 I could not add it to my credit account but instead had to pay out of pocket. (Not happy about that) THEN upon further inspection of my dining room table, I noticed it was a little wobbly. I was readjusting it in the space and the screws fell out which is when I noticed there were more screws missing that were designed to secure the legs to the table top! Also, I had to tighten the screws in the legs of the chairs. They were uneven on the floor due to the screws not being completely screwed in!

I walked in with my husband and used the restroom 1st. I had been greeted by a man asking if I needed help. Once I came out the restroom, I decided the movies were more important than shopping for furniture but found an accessory on the way out my husband didn't want to leave in the store. When that same rep realized we were only buying the accessory, his whole attitude changed. He was dry and wasted a few moments of our time just to be spiteful. There were a couple of ladies behind the counter. One was very sweet and kind hearted but the other large lady was rude and very short with us. We almost left it there. He claimed the card machine had to be restarted so we offered to pay with cash. Instead of him asking about this before, he seemed amused to have wasted a few more of our precious minutes. He didn't even tell us that we needed to sign a paper showing we were taking the accessory out the store until we were already in motion after they'd received the cash. Everyone except the kindhearted young lady behind the desk seemed annoyed when I questioned the legitimacy of them needing a signature for a $10 purchase. I will NEVER go to this location again!! They have the WORSE attitudes I've seen in this company's locations!

Horrible service. Sent me the wrong roll slats. I had to buy a box spring when I was told I wouldn’t have to. If you have an issue customer service will fight you about everything. I had my bed delivered october 28th. It is now November 14th still no refund. Still fighting with corporate. It is now the 21st still no refund and no email.

Buying furniture for my new house and decided to go to this location. We were greeted by Zealand as soon as we walked in. We told him what we wanted and he was very informative and knowledgeable about everything we had questions about. Ended up finding the perfect couch and will be back for more later in the future.

Mike Brown met with us at short notice and was extremely knowledgeable, provided us with all options and even explained in depth benefits of the furniture protection plan.

I ordered and paid for two furniture pieces online and a few days later received an email stating that my order was cancelled. The order was cancelled but my payment wasn’t. I called the online number and was told that my order had been marked as fraudulent. I came in to my local store and learned that Ashley online operates differently than Ashley in-store. My experience at this location was only 5 stars because of the service I received from Zealand. Zealand was very personable and knew the items I asked about. There were 3 women at the customer service desk and when I walked up neither one looked up at me or greeted me. There is more I would like to state but I won’t. Please train employees to be more personable especially when they are the front line of the business.

Roc and DJ came out with our living room sofa on Wednesday. Roc and DJ were so sweet, they were so professional but also had a great sense of humor and a stellar attitude! My experience with purchase and delivery was absolutely horrible!!! I specifically went in the store and said what I wanted and the opposite was ordered. That lets me know Andre was only trying to hurry up and make a sale that he wasn’t paying attention to what the hell he input. I’m pissed and will never return to another Ashley store again. Pay attention to what the hell you’re doing when someone is spending money. I called to speak to him about my order and never got a return call. Never again.

I was looking for a new product that did not have any showroom floor samples. A leather sleeper sofa for my home office. I found on the Beliziani on the Ashley Furniture website. I called several locations and then spoke to Andre at the Fayetteville, GA store. He was so helpful and explained that brand new product takes time to make it to the actual showroom floors. Because this is a white ( coconut color) leather sofa I really wanted to see it in person. But unfortunately could not. I still moved forward with the purchase knowing that my previous Ashley Furniture products were great pieces with solid warranties. I am hoping that the leather sleeper is as beautiful in person as online. Fingers-crossed🤞🏾
