Meredith at the Ashley (Kennesaw location) gave amazing customer service with my recent purchase. She went out of her way to customize my needs and make it happen! A link was emailed to me within a few minutes and I was able to make my purchase and had my purchase shipped to me (free of charge). I will definitely reach back to Meredith when we need our next piece(s) of furniture.

UPDATE-they responded below and I did get an email. They promised delivery fee refund but then never did anything because the delivery fee was “bundled” with their protection plan and in essence they discount delivery to zero. So promised me $ to keep furniture and delivery but said could not do refund until “delivery was complete”. And then after delivery they are like oh sorry can’t do a refund Our salesperson Brian was awesome. In store experience was very good. The post sales experience has been beyond disappointing. We bought furniture set based on availability and ability to deliver by a certain date. Even agreed to to deliveries so we could get what we needed quickly and wait for the rest. Paid in full. No emails, no calls, nothing. Day of delivery we can and ask when to expect it and they say it is not available and will deliver in the future. Totally destroying the plans we bought the furniture for. Totally unacceptable.

The Ashley furniture store in Kennesaw is a welcoming , clean and enjoyable store to shop in. It offers a nice selection of furniture at nice prices in a well laid out floorplan with good sight lines so we kept seeing items of interest everywhere. Our saleslady was Tammy. She is very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. She gave us the time and attention we needed and helped 2 or 3 other shoppers select and purchase while still helping us. She accomplished all this with grace and sweetness. We purchased a diningroom set plus a cabinet I spotted thanks to the great store layout and sight lines. We had a fun and successful shopping trip and hope that you will, also. Thank you, Tammy, Dave, floorplan designer (I,m sorry I forgot your name), and Ashley's.

The first person my husband and I ran into to help us was TRULY an Angel with warmest greetings, and helped us immensely in every way possible. Her manager, Christopher was also such an important part of our purchase. He was very welcoming, and we will be back to purchase more pieces of our furniture for our upcoming forever home.

Very disappointed with the service and pieces provided. The bedroom furniture arrived in two different colors. So far still no solution or parts replacement. Furniture got delivered 4 hours after delivery window. The screws to assemble the bed was missing. Customer service was not able to help, unfortunately even after several calls. It is taking Ashley 1 week to assemble the bed even though I pointed out the urgency. We are very disappointed with the process, customer service and responsiveness.

I made a purchase for a bed frame/mattress, paid cash and my salesperson at the time was very nice, even gave me her personal cell# and suggested I reach out with questions or concerns “if any” Meredith G is her name. I call c/s to inquire if I had to remove my old furniture because I forgot to ask Meredith, they say just the mattress only. I called back to see if I could push back the delivery date, and was advised a portion of my purchase was back order and that ALL my old furniture had to be removed, so now I text Meredith, I would like to know why had I not called c/s again when would I have been advised a portion of my purchase was on back order? No response from her, now I call the store the 840 Ernest Barrett Parkway location and the phone line just rings, rings, and rings even when I called right at early opening. During my visit there were four people on the floor and two behind the counter AND a manager on duty who approved saving me money because I made a cash purchase. It’s very unfortunate that no one for two straight days could ever answer the phone, and I was always routed to their outsourced c/s department, and also very disappointing that sales person’s would give their direct point of contact and ignore your text, so, not only did I have to pay another company to move my old furniture because this wasn’t communicated at the time of purchase, now the mover’s arrived and assembled my new bed, and ask where is my box screen, that too was never suggested nor inquired about per Meredith “my salesperson” but before delivery I was also told per c/s that if I pushed back delivery since some of my items were on back order that, I’d prefer to have everything in one delivery that I would still be charged the delivery fee for a last minute change BUT no one bothered to let me know that a portion of my order was on back order, so I ask to speak with a manager, I got disconnected “go figure” called back and was told nothing that I purchased was on back order, all items will be delivered same day! Usually, I never write BAD reviews and I sat on this for a while, but because businesses are choosing to outsource jobs for lesser pay to employees and not care that we as the customer are caught in the middle and really left to figure things out for ourselves and a salesperson such as Meredith, that paying consumers should be aware. I’ve learned that I’ll ask more questions in the future but in my opinion a great salesperson on COMMISSION would ask particular questions. My experience overall is (1) and Ashley Furniture if GODS willing, I’ll never shop there again and I have been a customer for years and never had I experienced this type of service my purchase date was December 9th, 2025.

We purchased almost $8,000 worth of furniture at the end of December 2025. Delivery date was 1/23/2026. The delivery people dropped the furniture on their way into our home (we have footage from our cameras). I identified the issues with the furniture. A technician was sent out on 1/30/2026. The technician discovered that the dresser was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. I was told by Ashley’s Furniture that the item and collection was discontinued even though online they still have it and some say out of stock and others are available for purchase. The dresser ($1500) in question says out of stock. I was told I need to do a re-selection of a dresser. However, we bought the entire set for this collection. I need to reselect a dresser that is not going to match the rest of our furniture and compensation for the entirety of this dresser as it was damaged by delivery people and this is a total inconvenience for us and will not match the rest of our furniture. I called multiple times and have not received a call back from the mangers even though I was told I would get one before end of day today (1/31/26). I also have spoken to 4-5 representatives and 2 of which have stayed on the phone and didn’t say a word and did not help after explaining the situation. This is absolutely ridiculous. We were also not made aware that the furniture was going to be “discontinued” and we did a credit check to use their in store card. We need this rectified immediately.

Salesman Justin did a phenomenal job working through different financing options keeping everything transparent, clear and direct. Justin had product knowledge on every question/concern, he made us feel very comfortable and seen.We will be returning to him for any and every furniture need.

We had a very disappointing experience with this furniture company. We purchased several pieces and were charged for an extended warranty without being asked or giving consent, which made the total much more expensive than expected. Delivery was delayed, and when the furniture finally arrived, parts were missing. After contacting them, they delivered some of the missing pieces, but not all of them, meaning the furniture is still incomplete. This process has been frustrating, time-consuming, and unacceptable. Between the lack of transparency, poor communication, and repeated delivery issues, we would not recommend this company to anyone.

Worst customer services ever! Waited nearly 3 hours just waiting to be checked out, as they “worked out a discount .“manager with dreads the worst .They gave me a discount on an ottoman and when I received the bill there was no discount an two days later I get a double charge for a second ottoman after they sent the wrong color to my house .

The staff was so knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be going back to this store to see Brian.

Meredith was absolutely amazing!! She helped me find the perfect King bed for our new apartment. I'm picky about colors and she was very patient and so friendly. I will absolutely be asking for her every time I come in to shop!

Shopping at Ashley was a great experience. Mr Williams was very knowledgeable and knew his merchandise well. I was disappointed that out delivery date changed. We had already scheduled our pick up for our old couch by the delivery date we were given. Now I will have nothing to sit on for 7 days and the rep could only say we are sorry for our inconvenience.

Staff is very pushy and their inventory on their website was incorrect. If the employee there can immediately look on the tablet that something isn't in stock, then the website should also reflect that. Also if someone says they just want to look around, let them. Don't follow us around and continue to accost us.

We placed an order for a sectional on Dec 14 with Angela R with a 4-6 delivery window. We were just notified that the delivery is now Feb 28 “if the sectional is on back order but it could have been discontinued”. We have tried multiple times to get in contact with the store and keep getting rerouted to customer service. There is no way to contact the store even though our order is still being processed with it saying “waiting on customer to reselect”. Absolutely horrendous customer service with the store lying to us about the sectional being available. Before Ashley comes back and says they can’t find out our order, my surname is Mullin. Looking forward to a call from you.

Erin greets us at the entrance and he listen to our request and he just told us where to find the furniture that we were looking for,with no harrasment or pressure.We were delighted with his courtesy and professionalism.

Customer service was great but there were too many issues getting my ordered delivered. I was going to close my account and if Mr. Williams had not eliminated the issues, I would have. Too many hands answering phones and having a thick accent makes it difficult to understand what they are saying

The entire process was overwhelming. I could only get discount if I signed up for their protection plan and I waited over an hour for my initial salesman and then was handed off to another salesman overall, I would recommend only going if you have plenty of time.

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service I've received from this location. I have been dealing with a warranty issue regarding my table set and no one has provided me with a satisfactory resolution; the store or escalations department. All I have been hearing is it's nothing we can do or you do have a warranty. If my tableset was repaired to my satisfaction by GBS, the techinican should have never put in for a replacement which I denied for Ashley to deliver and now the warranty company is telling me my warranty is no longer valid because they paid Ashley. I understand you all no longer use this company but I'm requesting a REFUND of $59.99 and that will resolve this issue. This is not MY FAULT!! A few weeks ago, I came to this location to get a resolution( keep in mind this was not the first time) I spoke to a person that is appointed and calls himself leader, CHRIS JACOBS and he was supposed to look into the issue and follow up with me. Welp, nothing happened and I never heard from him. I stopped by the store on 11/21/25, Chris was outside on break and I informed him I was there to see him. He had a nasty attitude, dismissive and unprofessional. He basically said it's nothing they can do, he did his part, and it's not on him that no one followed up. LIES!!! He said out of his mouth he would follow up with me and gave me his business card previously. I became very upset, and yes I said a few choice words to him. I am requesting the CEO of this location to contact me. I'm a long time Ashley customer and I don't appreciate how this issue has been handled. Ashley please re-evaluate who you hire to lead your associates and stores. I will never shop at this location again!!!!!

Delivery were on time easy to deal with Only received love seat chair and ottoman soft did not get delivered . Was not told before hand .Salesman called as truck pulled up said furniture was on its way .When I called him twice to ask about soft he wouldn’t answers .Was told all would be delivered at one time. Wife wanted new living room furniture was to have wedding shower this coming weekend now we have have of what we bought . Wife not happy at all.

The store had a great selection, and the salesperson was very helpful. Never pushy, let us browse on our own, and the purchasing process was very easy without taking much time. I will definitely go to this store again.

Horrible experience. I have being fighting with the store to get my delivery done that was split in 3 parts and still missing parts. The store says is not there responsibility, they just sale. Everything is though the customer service which is a AI robot that answer. Trying to get the delivery problem solved or cancel the purchase and did not hear from no one. It being Nightmare, I will never buy on this store again.

I still waiting for my 3 seat sofa. Someone from warehouse apologized that they don't have it in stock but did not give me any date when I will get my sofa. I am very disappointed.

This place is horrible. Arlene was my salesman and she tried to get over on me with a bed that only cost 599 online when she got done totaling up the price it was $1300. She didn’t offer the delivered to the door and I put it together. She said they only do white glove so that they don’t have any problems and if they do have problems that they could take care of it, but what would be the difference if I had a problem if I put it together myself so she said it to me that she was trained not to offer the delivered to door so that she could get her commission sales. This is total strong arm robbery so what I end up doing is going online sending her everything that I had and now all of a sudden she can price match online now in the store. They charged $559 for a king size headboard they charge $200 for the side rails and another hundred dollars for the foot of the bed. But online they sell the whole bed all of the parts for 599 and zero $ for delivery to the door. Do not shop here.

I came in with a $30,000 budget looking to purchase furniture for a few rooms for delivery in a couple of weeks to my home. Upon walking in, a man in a pastel collared shirt holding an orange tablet stared, and when I smiled, he kept staring but made no attempt to greet or approach. Despite this not-so-warm welcome, I still walked around, and with the exception of one Black woman who kindly greeted me while she was working with a couple, no one with an orange tablet who walked by or was standing around said anything nor did any bother to approach. A woman with medium length hair in a white button up actually slunk by in a narrow area without greeting or saying excuse me, tablet in hand...to go stand alone. I also noticed the dining table chairs in a shade of white that had clearly yellowing tops next to some newer ones, and after reading some recent reviews, perhaps that is what some reviews speak to on getting delivered something different than what was chosen. Interesting sales strategies here for sure.

3rd time here in a decade, trying to look at pieces for filling a house. The salespeople ignore us at best and makes faces at us at worst. Never seems to changes so we never end up buying anything. It's sad. Wish I could say what was there was at least worth it but what you will find are uninspired pieces, overpriced and badly staged. Lots of furniture options out there, if you want an ashley piece just buy elsewhere or online.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The customer service here is outstanding. Brian Williams was exceptional. The store manager, Chris Jacobs was also very helpful. I would recommend anyone come shop here for their furniture needs. The quality of furniture is far better than rooms to go.

This place is always way too over priced but Jay was very patient, understanding, and friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with our purchase. I am still looking to furnish my basement and I will always go back with Jay! I don’t like when I feel like my time is being wasted and Jay did not waste my time! If I could give Ashley Furniture -5 stars, I would. My experience was absolutely awful from start to finish. There was no indication that all sales were final when I purchased a reclining couch—no one told me verbally, and the receipt I signed only showed that information after the sale was completed. The couch arrived not working, and when I tried to return it, I was told it was “not eligible.” After multiple calls with conflicting information and terrible customer service, I went to the store where the manager pointed to tiny, unreadable signs supposedly stating “all sales final.” Misleading doesn’t even begin to cover it. After a long fight, they finally approved a return, picked up the couch, and emailed me saying my refund was processed—but over two weeks later, I still don’t have my money. Now I’ve had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Stay away from Ashley Home Furniture. They are misleading, unhelpful, and unethical. I have lost over 8 hours of my life trying to resolve an as, yet unresolved issue. Buyer beware...

My company is involved in home renovations to get homes updated to sell. We sometimes have to do staging for that which has us often looking for new pieces of furniture to use. I came in looking for a new sectional for my personal home recently where I bought several pieces from this store ten years ago. The sales rep Stacey is easily one of the most knowledgeable and patient employees my company has ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She listened intently to what I was looking for and took the time to show me all options that would work. She went into great detail about the quality of the product and answered all of my questions. I have dealt with so many stores and sales reps in my business and Stacey is easily the best one I have ever worked with. She is very talented and has such a great eye for interior design. If you are looking for a great furniture shopping experience do yourself a favor and ask for Stacey at the Kennesaw store. Trust me, you will be glad that you did!

Horrible experience with this location. I have had to make arrangements to have furniture delivered but my delivery was never scheduled by the associate. the in store associate stated she had scheduled me and my date was on a Tuesday Sept 9th. I get a call from the company stating that I only had one delivery date and not two and they said that the sales associates in store only say they schedule you but really don’t just to get sales off of you. That really made me upset due to the fact that I had to rearrange my work schedule, which means I had to miss work to make sure I was at home for the delivery dates. And now I’m thinking I will be officially done with this company for good because the last furniture that That needed to be delivered was going to be delivered today only to find out that I have to rearrange my schedule again because one of the furniture pieces were damaged. I am highly fed up with this company and location and do not recommend at all.

Worst experience ever buying furniture. There needs to be an option for 0 stars. This has been going on since 8/18/25. I worked with a rep that was trying to help 4 people at the same time which started the issue so the communication was bad from the beginning, but I tried to give them a chance. Ashley tells me they will have furniture delivered by a certain date and then they bring out bits and pieces of random things that do not match. I tried to refuse the delivery, but driver says take it up with the store I go to the store the day of the delivery 8/30/25 get no help from the store manager. They finally get someone to come to my house on 9/6/25, but they come with a full truck and can not fit the furniture back on the truck, but they tell me they will back later on in the day, but never show up. Several promises of a call back still waiting. I finally reach a customer service number where I can get some help they are in Philippines they do not have a clue what is going on. I finally reached someone in customer service in the United States. They finally come back to my house on 9/13/25 to pick up the furniture during a time window that was not even discussed on agreed upon. I have documents showing where the order has been canceled and I am do a refund its 9/23/25 and I am still waiting for it. They claim there is hang up with them merging to accounting systems, but I have called them literally everyday and I know the people in the customer service dept on a first name basis. You try to remain courteous with them, but it does not help continuing to get the run around as I wait for the refund and I am still sleeping on the floor. My customer service file is so long with notes, but once again still waiting for this supervisor to respond as the refund has been approved. I need my money back as I will continue to pursue this daily until I see the money back in my account. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ASHLEY AGAIN. I WOULD NOT EVEN TAKE FREE FURNITURE FROM THEM. BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY. THEY MAKE PROMISES ABOUT THINGS THAT THEY CAN NOT KEEP. I AM GETTING FRUSTRATED AGAIN JUST WRITING THIS. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE

We went to the store today and where greeted by Stacey. She is very customer service oriented and really made sure that all or our questions and needs were taken care of. When it came time to talk about mattresses she introduced us to Brian who not only is an expert but took time to analyze our sleep modes and needs to figure out the best fit for us. They really made us feel at ease with no pressure. Definitely will recommend my friends to talk to them before any other associate.

My husband and I purchased the Rawcliffe sectional from Ashley Furniture. We liked the somewhat modern look. Literally, within two weeks, the cushions started to deflate! They sent a service guy out to take a look. He declared the cushions defective. Ashley then sent us replacement cushions. They, too, went flat almost immediately. Went back to the store, salesperson told us that they received MANY customer complaints about the sectional. They escalated our concerns to Corporate. Corporate gave us the runaround, and did absolutely nothing to rectify the issue. Terrible customer service! Needless to say, they have lost a customer. We will never purchase from Ashley Homestore again. Very low quality furniture; Proceed at your own risk.

We found the furniture we were loving for, but delivery came way past the delivery window. Was supposed to be here by 6:15 pm, but it showed up at 10:30 pm! Tried to get them to give back the delivery charge and I’m still getting no traction. It’s very hard to find a real iteration tu talk to along the way.

I canceled my order with Ashley Home Store the day after I bought it and I never received anything from them. It has now been over a month and I still have not gotten my money back. I have reached out to them twice and every time they just tell me the cancellation is still under review, but they will not release my refund. I never received a product and I never received my money back. The way this has been handled feels like a scam and it is completely unacceptable. I would not shop here again

Horrible experience. Paid a lot for a sectional. I have been back and forth numerous times with customer care about a replacement chaise as the chaise I received was damage upon arrival. By far the worst and inefficient customer service experience of my life. Cheap junk furniture

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Ashley Furniture. I ordered a sectional and was given a confirmed delivery date with all pieces “available.” I rearranged my schedule and took off work for the delivery, only to have no one show up. When I called, I was told the furniture was back-ordered for two more weeks. When the order finally arrived, two pieces were missing, including one that prevents me from even using the set as intended. I was then told it would be two more months before the missing pieces would be available. I opened a case with customer service on August 7th and was told I’d be contacted within 72 hours. It has now been well over that time, I have called four times, and I still have no resolution, no updates, and no alternate contact — just the same promise that “someone will contact you.” This is not acceptable. I have been patient and reasonable, but I am left with incomplete furniture and no clear timeline or accountability. I would appreciate immediate contact from someone empowered to actually resolve this. I am sharing this here because normal customer service channels have failed to respond.

I had a fantastic experience here working with Justin Gordon and the team. I had called 6 different stores in the Atlanta area looking for a specific outdoor couch and everyone told me no, we don't have that in stock. Justin spent about an hour with me and located the exact couch i was looking for at the warehouse, sent me the quote with the protection and I was able to purchase the couch online and it was delivered two days later. Anyone can sell you a couch -- but Justin took the time to dig and dig and found exactly what I was looking for. He even gave me his sell for easy communication. 10/10 experience and I will for sure be a repeat customer! Thank you Justin!

Beware of false promises from salespeople regarding when you can expect your furniture. We stressed to the sales rep we are only interested in items we can pickup next day at their Atlanta warehouse since their delivery is between 3-4weeks. We were promised our furniture was in stock and instructed to pick up at their warehouse the following morning. Thank God my husband called before heading to the warehouse because the furniture was OUT OF STOCK FOR 3 WEEKS!! Mind you we are finding out our furniture is not available AFTER we rented a vehicle for the pickup. Terrible experience.

We just moved back home to GA from Memphis (don’t recommend EVER moving there but we travel w my Husbands job) Anyway, we desperately needed a new living-room suite so we first went to Rooms to Go…it was near closing time and they seemed to have ZERO interest in assisting us as they kept shutting off lights and literally pushing us out the door. Ashley stays open one hour later so we decided to give it a try. We were treated with the utmost professionalism, honesty, kindness and the salesman- WAS AHHHMAZING! The store Mgr jumped right in and assisted with our purchase. 3 members (mind you they were long since closed) jumped right in to assist making our experience redressing and satisfying! I purchased a sofa and scheduled the delivery in under 15 minutes. Great experience at closing time. The sales team are knowledgeable and never made me feel rushed, even though it was closing time. I had a problem with my coupon when I tried to purchase online, so the sales associate applied the coupon + $50 discount. She also gave me the weekend sale price a day early! I was back in the car and headed home in 12 minutes. I'll return to this location again soon!

Ashley used to be my favorite store but not any more. In short ,we bought Storage bed on begging of May , 2025. However we received the wrong bed and we arranged a case number to fix it . Week past no ETA to fix the problem . We went store in Kennesaw and try to find out the status . They have no clue . I got frustrated and asked for refund on the difference of two bed . Few days past and we got email to send pictures and here we send them pictures and detail . There is no respond from them. I called the customer service and there is no update or anything . Until now today June 21st, 2025, there is no update. SHAME ON YOU ASHLEY . You have my zero star. I am very sorry to say that earlier reviews that I did zero star and I am still keeping it to zero even after some one from online ask for more info through email and I have provided to them every details accordingly and still today the August 24 no response , no refund . I will never shop Ashley again .

Great Sales Experience, But Everything After Was a Nightmare I want to start by giving credit where it’s due — William Williams, the salesperson (Kennesaw, GA. location) who helped me, was fantastic. He was professional, helpful, and made the buying experience feel smooth and positive. Unfortunately, everything that followed has been an absolute nightmare. After spending nearly $11,000 on furniture from Ashley Furniture, the service I’ve received has been beyond disappointing. About a week before the scheduled delivery, I got a call informing me that one of the beds wouldn’t be delivered on time — it would arrive a week later than originally promised. Then came the initial delivery, which was a mess: • The delivery crew had to be reminded multiple times to assemble the items, remove the packaging, and take away a defective chair — which they repeatedly tried to leave behind, suggesting I have a tech come fix it instead of taking it back. • They damaged my wall, leaving a visible hole and a sizable gash underneath. • I reported the damage right away and was told someone would follow up. I received emails from both Ashley Furniture and the delivery company, but no one has responded to any of my replies. Today, I received a call from the owner of the delivery company, who told me she’d just “send over a guy she knows” to patch the wall. When I said I’d rather use my own contractor, she offered to “Zelle me some money” to go toward the repair — incredibly unprofessional and not at all reassuring. I am not even sure why I am dealing with the delivery company directly… I understand they are contracted but they are contracted by ASHLEY FURNITURE! I paid Ashley Furniture the $500.00 for the “White Glove” delivery service (nothing about it was white glove), therefore Ashley Furniture should be dealing with the delivery company! To make matters worse, my second delivery has now been delayed again, and I’m still sleeping on a brand-new mattress on the floor because of it. I was told today that all sales are final unless the items are damaged, so even if I wanted to return everything out of sheer frustration, I’m stuck. For such a large purchase, the customer service and follow-through have been unacceptable. Ashley Furniture’s “back office” keeps promising to review things, and then I hear nothing. This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. Buyers beware — the service ends the moment you swipe your card. **** Update to my original review above: Unfortunately, things have only gotten worse. My second delivery just happened… and for the second time, the chair had to be sent back. This time, the delivery crew unwrapped the chair in the street and wheeled it across my lawn on a dolly. When I pointed out there was a stain on the fabric, the delivery guy asked if he could try to clean it off with a paper towel and water… seriously? Then, when I went upstairs to check on the bed being assembled, I walked in to find the team attaching the headboard and footboard upside down. I honestly couldn’t believe what I was seeing. What’s even more frustrating is that no one from Ashley has proactively reached out… not after the first bad delivery, not after the second, not even after I left this Google review. The only “response” I’ve gotten was the below comment asking me to email them… which I did, and of course, no one has followed up. At this point, the poor communication, careless delivery, and total lack of accountability is beyond disappointing—it’s unacceptable.

I gave the review one star for customer service. We purchased a dining table and it came counter height instead of standard size as requested because the salesman put the wrong order in. We called the store customer service and explained we got the wrong table. The customer service person said he would put in for a replacement and we should hear something in 3-5 business days. That was June 4th and after an additional call, visit to the store, and call to corporate, as of June 13th this situation have not been resolved, and no one has called back. I feel like we are just getting the "run around" at this point. This is frustrating, and I hope Ashley will resolve this matter.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I spent over $5,000 on a new mattress set and bed from Ashley. It was delivered on 5/30 and the first time I laid on the bed the entire frame broke causing the mattress to crash to the floor. I have been following up with support and the store for over two weeks to try and get this resolved and keep being told a replacement part will be mailed in 7-10 business days. I have no bed to sleep on and am getting zero help from anyone. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

That's too scary,The staff stole $320 from me, maybe even more. Today, I took out my shopping list and found out that they overcharged me by $320. Everyone can see the red circled part, the total sum added up is not correct. The store charged me an extra $320, and I only realized today that it's too scary. How could they deceive consumers like this 。They also charged me a tax on delivery fee。I can pay the tax on my products, but why do I have to pay the tax on dilivery fee。Everyone, quickly take out your tickets and check if you have been overcharged.

They should get NEGATIVE 100%. I am amazed these people are in business. I bought an outdoor patio set and wanted it for my son's graduation party. The chairs were available for warehouse pick up, but the sofa was not. We went to the warehouse to pick up the chairs. One was put together in minutes, the other, the holes were not aligned. We called the store to ask if we could simply take the misaligned chair right back to the warehouse and exchange it for a good chair. They said they have to send someone out to try and repair it first. I explained that I needed my 2 usable chairs and that's why I went to warehouse initially for the pick up. The lady on the phone said I could buy another chair and pick it up. I said okay, went to the store bought another chair and then off to warehouse to pick it up. Same issue, chair holes don't align. Sooo, I don't have the 2 chairs usable for the party. Called Ashley and they said they had to send someone out. 4 days later, repair technician came and said the chairs can not be put together. So the technician called the situation in. We were given a delivery date, yes DELIVERY date and I asked would the new chair come put together. The answer was yes. My chair hasn't arrived. I called Ashley and they said I have to go pick it up at warehouse, it's 45 minutes away AND put it together myself. UHM, no sir. I am going up to the store momentarily. I will NOT be taking possession of another product that can't be put together. Oh and for the record, I have been hearing some mess that there is NO RETURNS ON IN STORE PURCHASES...what kind of foolery is that. There is so much more I have left out of this nightmare, but I would encourage you to go anywhere else, as these people literally care NOTHING about customer service or standing behind their product. LITERALLY they don't care.

Can’t even being to explain how bad this entire experience has been. We bought a new home and chose to use Ashley’s to furnish it. We bought several thousand dollars worth of furniture for our home. We ended up having to pay in two separate transactions. Could get most of our items very soon, but supposedly a small portion could not come until later and because of this, we have to do these two separate transactions. At this point, I have no idea why that was necessary because since then we have had to reschedule delivery dates more than a dozen times because everything is on back order and they keep messing up our order; trying to deliver the wrong items several times and even trying to pick up items we never requested a return service for multiple times. The customer service center is absolutely terrible. It’s somewhere out of the US and none of the callers ever know anything about what’s going on. They don’t pull up your order or your account to look at everything that’s been happening. It’s all come down to six chairs that we’ve ordered for our table. We were told two were on backorder and four were on the way. We ended up getting the two that were on backorder and the four we thought we were getting never came. And then the warehouse marked the four chairs as delivered so we then had to spend months trying to correct that issue to get our chairs. But alas, we are still missing one last chair. Finally got in touch with someone from the store. She promised I would hear back by the end of the day which I never did. However, we did get a delivery scheduled notification saying our last chair was finally coming. But guess what? IT WAS THE WRONG CHAIR. Shocker right? I’ve since called back, trying to get this sorted out. Got with the same store associate again who again told me I’d hear back from her by the end of the day. But you guessed it right, never heard back from her. That was a couple weeks ago at this point and I have not had the time nor the energy to follow up with it yet. We ordered all of this furniture in November 2024…. Over 5 months to get some furniture from a department store? Bit excessive. And let’s not forget that every delivery, there has to be an adult over the age of 18 present at the house to accept said delivery. So that’s a dozen or more times having to take off work or find someone else who can be at the house for you. Does Ashley‘s care? Of course not. So please explain to me the need for two separate transactions so we could get two different delivery dates. Mind you we also agreed on a specific payment that day at the store when we made our deposit, but of course that’s not what we actually pay. We also bought under a promo and what they don’t tell you is that there’s an additional fee when you buy under this promo. So the first few months you’ll see additional costs on your bills that don’t make any sense and if you call and try to ask what this is none of them have any idea. And they tell you to contact the bank so you contact the bank and the bank tells you that they don’t have any idea so they tell you to contact Ashley‘s. But of course you’ve already done that so now you’re being charged money that no one apparently can tell you why or where it’s coming from. To this day, I still have no idea why we were charged these fees on our first couple bills. My best guess is that the promo we bought under was like no tax or something like that so they charge you a fee which essentially covers the tax so it’s pointless. But again, I already made the phone calls trying to figure this out and no one could give me an answer, and I had just simply ran out of energy.

Shopping here was a quick and painless. I like to shop in peace without a sales representative asking me a million questions and following me around the store. Mission accomplished! Thank you Patrick & Adam

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Back in March, I purchased a bed set from Ashley Furniture at the Kennesaw location. The sales lady in-store was kind and professional, but from the moment I walked out, the experience has been the absolute worst I’ve ever had when buying furniture. I hired movers and spent hundreds of dollars to clear the space and make sure my bedroom was ready. When Ashley arrived, I found out—only then—that the chest I ordered was on backorder. If I had known that in advance, I would have planned things differently and only taken one day off of work. Then the rails for the bed arrived without any hardware. I had to send them back. The delivery crew didn’t want to haul anything back downstairs and pressured me to let them return after their shift with the hardware from the warehouse. I didn’t trust that and decided to call customer service while they were still there to make sure I was rejecting the right items. They didn’t wait for me to finish my call—they just abruptly left, saying someone else could come back to put together the nightstand. While still on the phone, I noticed the dresser they delivered was damaged. I tried to get the team back, but customer service said there was nothing they could do. To make things worse, they left debris and hardware in my driveway. Later that day, Ashley Homestore called me. I explained everything to a supervisor who was completely dismissive. They scheduled a technician for the dresser and supposedly rescheduled delivery of the rails—though I honestly lost track because I had to call so many times. I took a second day off of work for the technician, who was supposed to come on a Saturday morning. Midway through the window, I missed one phone call—no follow-up, no second attempt, no voicemail I could return. I couldn’t get in touch with anyone. Later, my backup contact—someone who shouldn’t even be on the account—got a call saying the technician was stuck on the side of the road and I’d have to reschedule through customer service. I had already missed a morning of work and still had to wait the entire afternoon for another delivery window (1:30–5:30 p.m.). I specifically asked them to arrive before 3:30, because my son was walking the baseball field at the Braves Stadium that day. They assured me they would try to accommodate the timing. I waited until 5:30, missed my son’s event, and the delivery team still didn’t show. When I was finally driving to the stadium, they started calling—six times. I asked them to stop calling because I was unavailable, but they kept calling anyway. On Monday, I received a text from a random cell number claiming to be someone directly from Ashley (not a third party), promising follow-up. That was nearly a week ago. I’ve heard nothing since. When I called customer service again, they said no delivery was scheduled and that a technician would come this Friday instead. I’m a single parent working multiple jobs. My weekend job has already told me I can’t keep missing Saturdays, and I don’t have flexibility during the week. I asked about a refund—but because I didn’t reject the entire set initially, I’m now stuck with a headboard leaning against my wall, an unfinished nightstand, a damaged dresser, and no usable bed, even though I paid $2,000 for a full set. Lesson learned: if anything is wrong with your Ashley delivery, reject the entire thing. I am now reporting this experience to the Better Business Bureau. I’ve had better customer service from Amazon, Walmart, and IKEA—not to mention other big-box furniture stores like American Signature, Rooms To Go, and Macy’s. It’s been over a month, and I’m still sleeping on an inflatable mattress. Spend your money somewhere else.

UPDATE: after all the inconvenience, I asked for compensation for inconvenience. However, it took 2 weeks to process. And again I had to call every day to follow up. And I was told I will be reimbursed, I will be compensated. And eventually they told me their only obligation is to swap the item and basically too bad you are inconvenienced. Worst ever experience with furniture store. DONT BUY FROM ASHLEY. UPDATE: I finally got the couch swapped. However this process took forever. I had to spend hours on the phone with customer service everyday for a week to get the couch I originally ordered the week after. From ordering to receiving the correct item took about a month and countless hours on the phone with different people. I kept on getting told that someone will contact me tmrw and nobody did. I had to call again and again and again. UPDATE: I went back to the store and found the sales rep. She was super nice to me and told me she didn’t know what happened, why a wrong order was entered. And she will help me get the replacement and straight things out for me. So I’m grateful and will keep this review up until everything get fixed. UPDATE: Ashely customer service just called me. And it turned out, they actually sent me the wrong order! They said they will investigate and call me back within 48-72 hours and let me know the resolution. And they sent me an email basically saying get screwed. Had the most horrible experience with Ashley’s furniture in Kennesaw. I saw this sectional I liked online and went in the store to sit on it and loved it. The store did not have the 5 piece only the four pieces. They offered to order the same set online for me for the same price. They put everything in and ring up as the same price. So I was happy. Then we scheduled a delivery. On the day of the delivery, the delivery people were trying to help. But they moved my rugs and did not place it back to the same place where I wanted. I ended up with the set looking weird, so I figured it might just be the rug’s position is not right. They seemed in a hurry, so I signed and they could get going with their day. After they left, I started reposition everything and realized that no matter how hard I try, it would not look like the photo. So I went back to the website and realized that they sent me a wrong piece. Technically they ordered me a wrong piece. Instead of LAF sofa, they ordered me a LAF love seat. That’s why it did not match. But how could you order me a smaller piece but still ring up the same price. I don’t get it. I called to the store immediately seeking for a resolution. And the person on the phone who spoke to me was very irritated and not wanting to help. And the response I got was oh well, too bad for you.l. I guess I learned my lesson, never trust the sales person in store and never feel bad for the delivery guys and do not let them leave and refuse to sign unless I’m satisfied. Good job Ashley, I hope your business do well in the future with your fantastic customer service attitude.

Met her again halfway thru the store and she found what I was searching for that I seen online. She was so friendly and personable. She was so easy to talk to and was a wealth of information. I couldn’t purchase the furniture at that time but I told her I would be back by the end of week. I came back and she was there and I couldn’t believe how effortless she made the transaction. So sad about my purchase from them which was cash and almost $5000. They delivered it damaged and have pretty much conned me into accepting it. When it got here I signed the paper from the delivery man because that’s what he brought me first, then he went to unloading it. I told him when I seen it was damaged…. That I don’t want it and to take it back…. He took only the damaged piece back and stated that was their procedure. Now I’m stuck with this couch and Ashley and Ariel the person dealing with it have nothing to say to me. I can barely get anyone on the phone. I requested a refund and I told the driver I wanted a refund and he said they will have to issue me one…. Now here we are 2 days later and nobody cares. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!

Paid $4000 for the stupendous sectional. I was led to believe that Ashley was the best option after shopping all day for a new sofa for our home. I work nights and waited up all day as to not miss the delivery truck. As they were bringing in the sofa we noticed a problem and that one of the pieces, the right arm was damaged. The frame was broken and the couch fabric had a huge 12” tear. I was upset and started trying to reach out the store for assistance. The driver told me they were going to send a team out here to repair my couch. NO! because I don’t want a repaired couch. I want a new couch in good condition like I paid for. Ariel from the store contacted me and basically told me that there was nothing that she could do… she wanted the broken piece back and I asked for a replacement by Friday (it’s currently Wednesday). She couldn’t guarantee that… I said of course not because you want to fix it and send it back. She told me I could wait a few weeks for the piece and I said absolutely not. I exchanged some unpleasant words and told her that y’all got my money already… and I expected a good couch in good faith but clearly you fumbled that. I had high hopes for them…. But they failed miserably. The package was not damaged in delivery…. Whoever wrapped it knew it was damaged.

Everyone was friendly and I found a few nice bedroom pieces for my grand baby.

I will never buy furniture from Ashley again. Between partial deliveries,then backordered items, then 2 out of 3 items delivered damaged and rejected, then delay again due to backordered items, there was nothing good about the experience. Took a month and a half to get all items undamaged. Items should be checked after manufactured before packaged for sale and delivery. They have no quality control.Deliver damaged items and then say they will send a technician to repair...for brand new furniture. I strongly suggest if you purchcase items you thoroughly check them before you let the delivery team leave.

Honestly, was pretty disappointed in my purchase. I ordered a love seat+chaise combo and a chair for my living room. The love seat came damaged with the back of the frame moving around. The team immediately took it back and have since then provided me a replacement. I also noticed that the chair had some manufacturing flaws. The cushion did not fit right and if you sat in the chair and moved around a little the cushion would come out from under you. I told the delivery guy (who spoke little English) and I asked if we could call someone to explain. He appeared to not understand or agree with my concern. He walked far away from me to make a phone call and I heard him and a lady on the phone discussing my chair and I felt very frustrated as it seemed very sketchy and like they were talking behind my back. I asked kindly that I speak to someone myself. Long story short the delivery team + another person on the phone (male, not the women he was speaking to previously) PROMISED me they would send me a new chair. I thought it was odd they were taking the love seat back but not the chair and they assured me they would be replacing it and someone would be calling to follow up (I never received a call). Right after they left I discovered damage on the corner of the chair where it had obviously been dropped, but I didn’t worry because I thought I was getting a new one. I told the lady who called me after my delivery to ask about my delivery experience (this is a standard call, not the call I was previously expecting) about all these things and she put me on hold several times and then told me someone would be calling me back to discuss “within minutes”. I again never got a call. The next day I receive a shipping notification for the love seat and not the chair and when I called to inquire about it they had no knowledge of the “promise” of my new chair on delivery day. Long story short they refuse to send me a new chair like promised and I have to go through a long process including visits to my home to inspect it. I’m single and work full time plus some at the hospital and have to make special requests from my boss to take time off. Including my delivery I have had to do this twice now. I don’t have time to make 2+ additional arrangements to have people inspect and maybe deliver my new chair. The process is ongoing. I just want them to make it right and not make me chase them around to figure out the status. I’m frustrated to say the least and I wish I listened to my gut the first day and made the delivery people take the chair back. This was my first experience with Ashley and honestly, likely to be my last.

Had the best experience while in the store!!!!! I cannot wait to get my couch delivered

Got some furniture that was on stock from this store since the beginning of the month and I still don’t have it delivered. The first attempt of getting the furniture they canceled for NO REASON. The second attempt was not successful due to weather which I understand, but I called to know information about the ETA because the link they sent me was not working and they told me that it was going to be rescheduled for the next week, so of course the next day I wasn’t expecting the delivery to be made. Well they tried to deliver it the next day and I was not aware of it, they sent me an email saying that they were outside my complex and I had a time frame to call Ashley service and confirm the delivery but by the time I saw the email I only had like 5 minutes left and being able to reach an agent every time you call to Ashley is a pain because you have to speak to a robot first!!! The 4th time they attempted to deliver I got an email with a tracking website where I could see how many stops away the truck was and I was refreshing the page every 5 minutes and THE WHOLE TIME it said “2 stops away” and suddenly the link broke and it said that the delivery attempt failed! So I check the info again and Ashley had my phone wrong the WHOLE TIME!!! So obviously that’s why they could never reach me! I immediately called Ashley service so I could get it delivered that same day since they were in the area AND to fix my phone number, they fixed the phone but they told me they couldn’t deliver it that day anymore because the drivers were “far away”. I filled a claim and received a call from this location from a lady called Oriana and she said that they would deliver it the next day (which is today) because at the end of the day it is not my fault that they cancelled the first time, or that they didn’t typed in my phone correctly or that they attempted to deliver it a day that I wasn’t aware of. So this lady reassured me that my furniture was being delivered today, so I am here at my home waiting like stupid without receiving an email or a call, so I call to Ashley service just to know what’s going on and they told me that my order was NEVER rescheduled!!!! That’s crazy, and it’s so hard to try to speak to an actual manager because the agents never want to get you on the phone with them or they tell you that no one is available!

Sales representative for friendly courteous. All items I choose that day was being discontinued, therefore a got a better pricing. I am so happy with my lamps and assessories I choose.

We worked with three different sales representatives, and each one gave us good attention and helped all the way through to the end of the sale.

Looked first at Ashley for a perticular item they didn’t have. Lana directed to another store that might have what we were looking for. After consideration we decided to buy something else that she had in stock. She was very helpful and we bought a sofa and chair. We also are buying a mattress and adjustable frame. We shopped other furniture stores but Ashley and Lana was the best and most helpful.

The design and quality are good. But they took more than 10 days to deliver and yet brought the wrong piece of the sectional. That is after paying $99 for delivery. Now I don't know how long they will take to bring the right piece. Update: I received email from the customer care asking what's the problem. I told them I received only half of the sectional, which they should already know. I asked expected time of delivery of the other half. They said they don't know (wow!). I called them and told them to cancel my order and they said they will cancel it and refund our money and take the half sectional back. Now after 10 days of the phone call, I am receiving email asking photos of what is wrong with the sofa. How do I send a photo of a part of the sofa that was never delivered. I found a better sofa at a cheaper price on Wayfair with free 2-day delivery. But I can't order until Ashley refunds my money.

Our experience with two recent furniture purchases have been abysmal. Don’t think you’ll ever be able to reach the store by phone or that you’ll get a call or email back… the past week shows that’s just a fool’s errand. We’ve also been told many different delivery days for our living room set only for those to be, apparently, blatant lies. So we went from loving them (got our previous living room set from them) to I won’t ever use them again.

We worked with Derrick Mason over the course of two weeks as we approached the closing of our new home. We ended up purchasing furniture for our entire home and couldn’t have been happier with Derrick’s patience, input, and expertise throughout the entire experience. We couldn’t have been happier and more relaxed making that large of a purchase than we were working with Derrick. We felt that Derrick was extremely trustworthy and we didn’t get the vibes of your typical pushy sales person. 5 stars across the board.

Just closed on my first home and went a few days prior to closing to get some ideas for furniture. After looking at many other stores, I couldn’t get what we picked out of my head and told him I would be back to purchase after closing. The next day during my final walk through I measured everything to ensure the furniture would fit… and to my horror… it was too big!! Ahhhh!! Immediately rushed back up to Ashley’s, texted Lou, and he came on his other DAY OFF to help me think through it and create more ideas. We found an amazing alternative to where I wouldn’t have to change the sofa I loved. This man deserves a raise and all the acknowledgment in the world!!!! Go to Ashley’s and ask for Lou!!! I never write reviews but had to for this.

I tried to reorder a couch cushion because my son puked all over it. the young lady told me she can't help me because it was an online purchase. Mind you, upon trying to order the replacement parts online it says "please see store for assistance" so the manager helped me get her to order what I thought was the couch cushion, Instead she sent me a box of recycled fiber. I tried to get it corrected she told me she didn't order it incorrectly and I'd have to speak to the delivery people to get it corrected. I went BACK to the store because nobody NEVER ever answers the phone in the store and they seemed to get it figured out, here we are 6 weeks later still no couch cushion, still call and call multiple times a day for days in a row with no answer at the store. Meanwhile I have a couch with an entire cushion missing and I was willing to pay for a new one but can't seem to get anybody to actually help me . Ive bought every piece of furniture in my house from ashley but after this, im literally done ill never buy anything from ashley ever again

My husband and I stopped in the Ashley Furniture Store in Kennesaw. We were in the market for a new bedroom set. The sales experience was awesome. However, it went downhill from there! We were provided a delivery date. I decided to reach out to them 2 days prior to delivery for a confirmation on the delivery date. That's when I was told the delivery was pushed back a week. I asked the rep "when did you plan to communicate this to us as it's two days from the delivery date". The delivery was postponed to the following week. Again, I reached out for a confirmation on the date of delivery. The delivery was postponed again due to some of the furniture pieces were on backorder. Not once did we hear from Ashley. It's only when I reached out to them first that we were updated on the delivery status. The furniture finally arrived 3 weeks after the original delivery date. The delivery experience was terrible! The delivery men knicked my walls. One of the legs on one of the dressers was stripped. We were told by the salesman that the delivery drivers would take our old bedding. The delivery drivers refused to take the old bedding. We had to pay 1-800 Junk to get rid of the old bedding. An added expense! My husband attempted to put the mirror on one of the dressers and lo and behold, a piece was missing. After reaching out to Ashley, he was told the piece would be ordered and that he would have it a month later. It's been a month ,we don't have the piece and there's been no effort from Ashley to even reach out to us with an update We went back to the store to express our disappointment. We were told someone would be reaching out to us via email. It didn't happen! We're stuck with an $8K dollar purchase. It's been one of the worst decisions we've ever made. All I can say is "Buyer Beware" if you plan to make a purchase from the Ashley Store in Kennesaw.

We shopped for a sofa set a few weeks ago, and returned today to buy. Julio was very helpful in the process, and William got us taken care of quickly today. Both made sure we knew all our options and were friendly and professional.

My family and I went in to buy a sofa and loveseat last night. We were undecided between two models so we decided to get some dinner to think about them. As we were leaving the store, we were told that “today is the last day to get 15% off and free delivery.” Not a bad deal. We ate and came back to make the purchase. About $2,300 for the two minus the 15% was just under $2,000 before tax. A pretty good sale for them you would think since there was no one else in the store. HOWEVER, I was then told that the discount only applied if we purchased their useless “protection plan” for $350. Classic bait and switch. After I stated that that was not the deal, they had no resolution and stuck to their guns. Well, we walked and will never return. We’re repeat customers, but no more. Thank you for wasting our time. Don’t shop here. Complete ripoff. Go to one of the other many furniture stores in the area. Update 11/7: Here’s a thought… Why don’t you reach out to me instead of me having to reach out to you???

I wish the item I wanted that was on sell as a floor model was the same price as the couch that was not a floor model. Kind of misleading on Ashley’s part. My sales person William was very kind and patient. He gets the 5 stars.

The sale staff is great. Derrick was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. The 1st delivery people we had acted as though they had never done this job. They put all the legs on crooked and didn't apply the rubber feet to the bottoms, just handed bags of them to my husband. My husband had take off the legs and redo them and apply the rubber feet. One of the ottomans we purchased was broken on delivery. The other, I had to call about a few hours after delivery because the foam top was cut crooked and looked like a lump under the fabric. The customer service agent wanted to send a technician to assess the piece to see if it could be fixed. I refused due to the fact it was a brand new ottoman and I wanted a replacement. After speaking to a supervisor, they replaced it. Just received the 2 new ottomans. Not happy at all. Both are terrible. Quality control has gone out the window! One ottoman has the top cushion sewn on lopsided, the other is also lopsided, has a dent on the top side, it's very soft compared to every other piece and has what sounds like a plastic bag under the fabric. I'm disgusted with Ashley at this point.

Loved the service and furniture

Please reconsider before shopping at Ashley Furniture. There are plenty of other furniture stores in the area that won’t give you the runaround. After choosing furniture for an entire house, we were told delivery date of 10-24. On 10-22, we were told our bedroom set was on back order and would arrive 10-29. We continued sleeping on a mattress on the floor. Come main delivery day of 10-24 for the other furniture, we were told that the office bookcase “didn’t make it on the truck”. Then, the office desk had a circular scratch on it. Calling the store is a joke (nobody answers) and customer service has no control about rectifying situations. They basically reroute you to the store…which then connects you back to Customer Service. SO…I went into the store and cxl’ed the bedroom set and the bookcase. Also, they’ve changed the dates of replacing the damaged desk twice now. That’s fine cause we are not even there. 😂 ROOMS-TO-GO and GEORGIA FURNITURE MART (Nancy) have been very accommodating.

Thadeus was my salesperson. He was very attentive and helpful. Even when I wanted to visit other stores he did not try to pressure me into a purchase. When I came back to the store with my final decision and he was handling another customer he made sure I knew and would be happy to help me asap. The gentlemen that delivered my table were awesome as well. I love this table. I wondered if it was gonna work in my small kitchen but here’s the result and I love that it fit’s either way!

I scheduled a couples massage ( at the same time). The ladies arrived early for set up as they said they would. They were ready to begin even before our scheduled time. They were each extremely professional. My massage was exceptional! She paid special attention to my area of concern and I got up feeling that sense of physical and mental relief! Had been looking at online furniture for our sun room. Didn't want to risk buying seating (chairs and love seat) without first sitting on them, as that is important to check out. Decided to go to Ashley store to physically see seating similar to what we were looking at online. Ended up buying FROM the store. Turns out Ashley makes a lot of the furniture you can buy from the well-known online retailers. And those sites do list manufacturer name, so look how much Ashley makes. Funny thing - we could have bought it from the store for about 12% less than online. Better still for us, the salesman said, "Let me hold your order because we are having a one day sale tomorrow". We ended up with a delivered, white glove set up (they set up and then take the empty cartons away, a major hassle if you've ever bought large things online), plus got the 5 year replacement warranty, plus taxes, and the total was 15% lower than the online store. Plus we got to see other selections in the store. Good place to shop for furniture.

James was fantastic to work with. He was authentic, kind, patient, and helpful; as well as funny which was a bonus. He was not pushy and was very good at explaining item features, their benefits, explaining the purchasing process and allowing you time to figure out what items worked best for you. I went in overwhelmed and not sure where to start but James was quickly able to assist and make the process fun and enjoyable. For my future furniture needs, I plan to go back to Ashley and work with James again. I highly recommend anyone in market for new furniture start at Ashley and seek out James you won't regret it.

Table peeling and won’t get replacement ** Very disappointed in customer service , manager, overall bad experience. I had my table purchased sept 2023 ….in march 2024 Started pealing called warranty said they wouldn’t fix , to call customer service , called and nothing they said only way is if manager approves new table within the one year warranty I could have it replaced from The store . I’ve called every week since march , I’ve been to the store , get told that the district manager will reach out , nothing . Waste of money and time . I wish I would have just sticked to rooms to go .

What a headache. Purchased a king mattress and foundation on July 7th with an expected delivery date of Aug 7th. I received the confirmation emails and texts confirming the delivery window for Aug 7th. Aug 7th arrives, and then I get a call stating my order will not be delivered due to not having it at the warehouse - again, this call the morning of scheduled delivery date. They said they’ll call back with 48-72hrs. Aug 9th comes and they call stating it’ll be delivered the 14th. No problem. I call them today, Aug 13th, to check on the delivery window, and they state they called me on the 10th and I agreed to a redelivery date of the 27th. No, I did not. I was in bed sick all day. So I asked her to play me the recording of me agreeing to the 27th. She comes back and says they left a VM. No ma’am. No VMs or missed calls from Ashley’s. Same mattress online has delivery expected date of Aug 19th. How does this make sense? Will never ever purchase from here again. Update: not sure if this google review helped, but they ended up delivering today! I know this incident wasn’t the stores fault, but the customer service reps from the customer service line weren’t great! Store associates were!

That place is absolutely ridiculous. It says there are 3 available unit in their system but there is no way to know for sure. They will make you wait days to deliver the items but will cancel if they are not available. They cannot check to see if they are available. If you decide to pick up at the warehouse and the chairs are broken. It is on you because there are no returns. While I understand the associate have little to do with it. He was super rude about it. “Do you want it or not”. His name was Eduardo. It was my first time shopping at Ashley and it is my last time.

I received no email and when I called Ashley I was told that the dresser had only arrived at the warehouse and wouldn’t be delivered till Monday. It is now Monday and still no email or delivery from Ashley. I call again, and now it’s the dresser won’t be available until Wednesday. The representatives on the phone have to call the store, and can’t get in touch with anyone. Highly unacceptable, and will be cancelling my order if it’s not delivered by Wednesday.

We had a delivery scheduled for today, which was confirmed by email. We scheduled our move-in accordingly and even drove 4 hours late last night in order to ensure that we were present at 8:00 am this morning. Without notice, our delivery date was pushed back by a week. We were not informed of this until we called just now to request an ETA. We now will have no furniture for 7 days despite paying for “premium” delivery. When I asked if any concession could be offered for our inconvenience, I was told that this request would be noted in my file. I do not like leaving negative reviews, but I am not sure what else to do at this point. I will gladly improve my rating once my furniture has been delivered and I feel like my concerns have been addressed.

NEVER AGAIN will I do business with this store or with Ashley Furniture. I came in here with the intent of purchasing a chair, and found one I liked. I came back 2 days later to finalize the purchase, and once I had my credit card ready to go, the bait and switch tactics began. I was told the piece was in stock at the warehouse, I was told a delivery date, and agreed that I could make that work. The second I came home from the store, I was called by their warehouse, and told there would be a delay on my order. I told them that was unacceptable, and he could either see what could be done, or I was going to need a refund. The guy sat there for 30 seconds silent, then said "OK" and hung up the phone. I called the warehouse number back trying to find out what was going on, and was connected to a rep who was unable to pull up anything with my order number. She told me I needed to call a corporate office, and gave me the number. I called said number, and they couldn't pull up the order, and then I was told that I had reached a regional center for the Northeast. I called the store, and was again connected to a call center. I was told they don't give guarantees on delivery dates or times, and they could give me no guarantees there would be no further delays. I finally got a hold of the store, and was given the same circular answers by the rep, and I demanded to speak with the store manager, and was told "He's just going to tell you what I just did." I told this rep that I didn't care, and that I requested to speak to a manager. I was put on with the store manager, Fred. Fred was very rude and told me that he could not personally call the warehouse, or be able to work with me and them to guarantee a delivery date on which I could be present to receive it. At that point I chose to cancel my order, and I will never do business with Ashley Furniture again. This is the most unprofessional operation I have ever seen. Nobody in the company seems to know what is going on, and it is a completely disorganized dumpster fire. I will look around and find a local operation whose word actually means something, and actually wants to earn and keep my business. Edit: Jonathan (the salesman who assisted me), if you should happen to read this, I have worked in sales before, and I know that likely by my cancellation of this sale, you lost the commission. You are very good at your job, and you would be best served by leaving this company. You are completely unsupported by the back end operations and your management. When your store manager personally tells me "So do you want this or are you just going to cancel?", he has made your company into a pariah in my book. Get out and go somewhere that the management actually cares about earning and keeping customers.

Me and my fiance and three girls came in looking for a mattress and a bedroom set. Jason helped us and was very patient with us as our kids are wild! He was very informative and answered all of our questions that we had. Such a great experience for our first time shopping for this much furniture! Will be coming back for future purchases!

I have been an Ashley customer for years because of the quality, design options, and price point. Derek at the Kennesaw location has a great personality, knowledgeable, and helped to get us a great deal on a bedroom set for my son. I will be back to see him next time I need something for the house for sure!

Terrible communication. Did not remove mattress and boxspring After forgetting to bring the mattress the first time. Call three times was told situation would be rectified. Never received any calls back. Never received any apology. Too many low end furniture stores to do business with to waste time with Ashley furniture.
