There should be a zero star option because Ashley at Kennesaw is the worst furniture store EVER! Took forever to get our order processed at the store, then they delivered a wrong mattress and replaced it with a used mattress. They asked me to come back to the store to find a replacement, scheduled it to be delivered then rescheduled the delivery without advise. When the day came the mattress was supposed to be delivered, they cancelled because they took the wrong mattress, again without advise. This establishment is obviously run by clowns. This store should close. What's perplexing is that everyone I spoke to from this store has an attitude that it is my privilege to be served. No apologies whatsoever as if it was my fault that they can't get anything right. The customer service staff at this location is pathetic.
This location was not welcoming whatsoever. I had browsed heavily online and had walked into that location with the full intent to purchase two sofas. I was not greeted at the door, but I shrugged this off as I know places get busy. I browsed the entire store fully and not once did a sales person ask me if I was finding everything okay. After 15 minutes, I went to the back desk where it seemed like more sales reps were. I waited patiently at the counter and 3-4 sales reps were gathered around talking to one another. Several looked at me and smiled, but didn’t ask at all if I needed anything. Finally I said, “is anyone here interested in selling furniture today?”, and they all looked around apologetically until one man came over to help me with my decision. After asking him several basic product questions, like “Are there any other beige sofas in store?”, or “What does the protection plan cost?”, I quickly realized he was not knowledgeable in the product offerings or willing to close a sale. He handed me a couple brochures, and I left the store. Very disappointing customer experience. Please train associates to know the product offerings and to be able to answer basic customer information. As a young woman, it should not be an intimidating or negative experience going into a store to purchase furniture.
Second time shopping here and had a great experience. As soon as we entered we were greeted nicely and the gentleman also helped us find the guy we dealt with previously. Joel is awesome and he’s the guy we will always ask for when we shop there. Very patient and help us figure out what we want to get and also answer many questions we have.
I purchased my Kestrel sofa chaise for a great price and it fits my small space perfectly! No delays and no problems with delivery. Travis did a great job helping me decide on the perfect sofa. Love it! Found the perfect rug locally too. All for under $800.00 including delivery, 5 year protection plan and area rug.
My experience with this store was horrible! I bought two beds, both were damaged! The first one, and adjustable, had no bar at the end or brackets to prevent the mattress from sliding into the floor. Customer service told me I had to deal with it! My husband worked on this bed several times for hours and hours. We received four bars before we finally received the one that fit! Then we were delivered the other bed, which was damaged! I called and they sent someone out to see it, yes he said it was damaged. When they sent the people to fix it, they were only going to fix half the base, the whole base was bent and gashed! We told them to put back what was originally there until they could fix the whole bed. The one guy was cursing, and after they left we noticed they had damaged our floor! I still do not have this problem resolved! The bed had a 90 day warranty and I asked them to come and get it and they told me I had to exchange it! I do not intend to pay for a damaged bed! I do not know what else to do. Customer service was supposed to call me and never did! Worse experience ever! Now I have to at least put one star to even post this!
The quality of their products should be rated way below average, we bought sofas, love seat, coffee table and dining table as well just a year ago. The wood dining table starts to flake, sofas and love seat including the pillows comes a part with strings laying out and no we don't have a children's that can mess up the furniture.
They were great, both in offerings and staff. Joel Myers was great in determining our needs and assisting in the process. Prices were also competitive. We purchased a sofa and loveseat.
While the furniture I purchased is beautiful I have yet to receive it all. I currently have half of a bed and have spent over an hour on hold with customer service trying to speak to one. I have been told twice now that the mistake would be fixed and the rest of the bed delivered, and both times have mysteriously fallen through at the last minute. The entire delivery experience was also the most unprofessional encounter I've ever had with this kind of thing. I would advise to avoid Ashley at all cost.
Jack is a wonderful salesperson. I would highly recommend anyone to allow Jack to take care of their furniture needs. I like his integrity and honesty that was apparent throughout our communication while transacting business. He answered our questions honestly and forthright as far as we are concerned.we went to two other stores prior to Ashley and meeting Jack but those businesses lost our sale by making us feel that a sale was the only and most important matter to them. Jack made us feel that we were important and what our needs were, were most important. Thanks Jack.
So disappointed in my sofa purchase to include the extended warranty. After 6 short months the recliner mechanism broke and the cushions lost support. I followed their process and contacted Cust Svc. The appt given was 5 weeks out with a 24 hour notice. I explained it is hard to take time off work for a full day and sit around waiting. Stated it was their policy. The day before an automated call was received after 5pm stated the technician would arrive the next day btw 8-10 am. Too late to call and talk to someone about other arrangements. Technician came and performed his assessment. Now had to wait another 4 weeks with a broken sofa for the parts to arrive and a different repair person to come. Same process for the appt and another day off work. Technician worked well. He stated parts come from Vietnam and furniture made there also. Instead of replacing the head cushion, he took pieces of hair like clumps and stuffed the head cushions. The seat cushion was replaced with a part that was hard to sit on. The technician stated it would take time for the cushions to get comfortable. To add more insult I was told by Cust Svc that the extended warranty doesn’t even take effect until one year. If I had known all this I would never have added it to the sale. I will never purchase from Ashley again. They would not allow a return or even an exchange. All they want is your money to sell you a poorly made product not even made in America!! I have passed on my extreme disappointment to anyone furniture shopping.

Jack E. was absolutely AMAZING! First time at an Ashley Furniture store and we will definitely be back. I recommend this store and sales associate to anyone looking to upgrade or make their first furniture purchase like us. Jack knew exactly where everything was in the store. He took his time getting to know my husband and I and what we liked and disliked. He showed us EXACTLY what we had envisioned for our new home. I could not have asked for a better experience. Looking forward to our next visit!
The service at the store was great! But the delivery was horrible!!!!! They never delivered my chairs said another week called they said will be delivered may 10 I'm not even gonna be home and only 3 chairs and the other one back ordered, I told her then dont deliver til all 4 and if I knew this was gonna take over 2 weeks to get chairs I would of never ordered the set! She said the other one comes in may 13 I said then bring all 4 then she goes no the warehouse wants them delivered may 10 what a waste of delivery°!!! You can guarantee I will never order again from them!!
I will never ever buy another thing from this store or Ashley furniture online. Beware! It has been one headache after another. I ended up spending $15k at Ashley furniture and the online store when we moved from California. They obviously do not value or respect their customers. So many issues and problems that I can’t even list them all here. I just know that I will definitely go with a different store/company in the future.
