THIS HAS BEEN TERRIBLE. This is my first time shopping with Ashley - I NEVER write reviews but I can't resist this one. I can't get anyone on the phone. I had a delivery scheduled for Friday and it never showed. I couldn't get anyone on the phone friday and the chat online is worthless. I gave up Friday and called Saturday. Finally got someone for them to tell me my order was backordered. WAS NO ONE GOING TO NOTIFY ME? Now I see that if I order online I would get my order by Saturday and guess what? I can't get ANYONE on the phone. I will now have to go back up to the location I purchased from to get this figured out. SHOP AT ROOMS TO GO.
I would give zero stars if I could cant get help from anyone called multiple locations customer service called customer service again and couldn't understand the rep broken English. COME ON ASHLEY YOU CAN DO BETTER! Costly mistake if you buy from them beware . If I need to I will get an attorney and get my money back
I helped my daughter buy her first large adult purchase and we had a great salesperson Mike. My daughter found exactly what she wanted and we set up delivery. The 1st delivery was postponed and the 2nd delivery attempt was cancelled by them with no call . They lied about calling. We even called the day before and confirmed delivery. My daughter took off of work taking care of Covid 19 patients to be available for the delivery. We are going on 3 months and still no couch. We are going to cancel the sale and go somewhere that they want our business. Please warn everyone that you know about the horrible service at all Ashley stores. We ordered a sectional couch and it was delivered. But without the legs! Tried contacting customer service but they refuse to answer! Been on hold for hours, hung up on directly after phone pick up. We just want help but they do not seem to want to. Half our couch is sitting on the floor!
I called this store trying to get maintenance of my bed that I bought last yearAnd had 5 years warranty I talked to store manager his name is chane He said it’s your responsibility to check your stuff when you bought it to make sure it had no damage and he was not happy why I’m keep calling then and he said if you want to get someone to fix your issue You should get a day off and wait for someone to fixed it for you.I just have a question is he really a store manager? I can’t believe it I’m still have no help to get someone to fixed my bed that have a 5 years warranty
Our sales associate KB was great! He was very patient and showed us all options. He went over and beyond to make sure we had what we wanted. We will be going back to Ashley and work with KB again!
The store is significantly higher than online. Our order went from $10k to $4k by calling them back after buying in store and having them match their online price. On top of that their delivery is awful. Been waiting on my delivery for 3 months now. Will be trying RTG in the future.
Lana was AMAZING on her sales! She did excellent problem solving to help keep in my price range also she even helped me with sales and discounts going on in store! Thank you Lana! My daughter's 1st bed will be extra comfortable JUST because you went the extra mile!
Placed an order for a bed and a table. Scheduled a delivery date and then never heard from then. Called to inquire and they told me everything was on back order but no one ever called to tell me??? They were just going to let me wait for them forever? Will never shop here again.
I was there last week and today I got my dinning room table delivered. Very happy with the service I got. Deborah Williamson is awesome she make sure I got what I want it . If you go to the kennesaw location ask for Deborah she will take care of you . Thank you again Deborah you are the best 🙂
I'm sure some may like it but definitely not for me. I felt like sale sharks were following me around the entire time. The prices on the furniture is super expensive! I'd much rather make the trip to Atlanta and shop at IKEA instead.
Helpful and friendly staff. Not a fan of showrooms without an adjacent warehouse I want it now!
I purchased some furniture from Ashley. The experience was pleasant because of Keiron B. He had a good balance of providing help without constantly hounding me. If you are in the market for furniture go to Ashley Furniture in Kennesaw and ask for KB!
We purchased furniture from them. One of the pieces was damaged. Called customer service and they claimed they didn't have any record of our purchase! After 2 days, they still couldn't find my purchase. I offered to give them my invoice number and they said it wouldn't make a difference if the system doesn't have it. I called the store and asked for my sales associate (Dominick Cutts) He was able to quickly resolve the issue. He didn't tell me to call customer service. He, himself, called. A customer service associate called me within 2 hours of speaking to Dominick. Issue was fixed thanks to Dominick. Highly recommend him to help you with your purchase.

I would be giving 1 start if I could do it. We ordered our dining set at beginning of Dec 2019 and they said the table we requested is back ordered and will be ready by mid Jan 2020. We still accepted the terms and waited for the dining set. Long story short, they had three attempts for delivery which took 2.5 months in total. two of them had missing chairs and the last one ended up with damaged chairs. Do not waste your time with trying to talk with the store manager because they will not connect you to him no matter how many times you call or insist. The customer service also if finds out you ordered at the store, asks you to call the store directly which is another deadend. I can also review the delivery. The last time people who attempted the delivery were polite, but all the delivery attempts were made with Budget rental cars which are not designed for furniture delivery. At the end and taking days off from work again and again, we decided to cancel the order and rejected the delivery and saved ourselves our time and money. We decided to order from The Dump which has always made us happy with much higher quality furniture given the same cost. Actually, any other store would be having better customer care than Ashley. We will never buy from Ashley again.

I have nothing good to say about Ashleys process. I will say the delivery department was helpful however I order a set of a couches they first tell me that they didn't have the love seat. Then I get a call on valentines day state they had the love in and that it would be delivered on the expected date so the guys show up with only the love seat no couch. So then I call them asking when they would have my furniture available they didn't call me back so I call them back the next day then when I finally get them on the phone they finally tell me that they wont have the couch till March 1st so I told them to come get there furniture. Whole experience minus the delivery company was just very unprofessional and handled poorly to say the least.
