Lou was very helpful with finding a dresser for my daughter, when we couldn’t find it in store he looked online without hesitation and found the perfect one. Update 7/1/24: I am very frustrated with Ashley at this point. My dresser was supposed to be delivered on 6/29/24. I received no email and when I called Ashley I was told that the dresser had only arrived at the warehouse and wouldn’t be delivered till Monday. It is now Monday and still no email or delivery from Ashley. I call again, and now it’s the dresser won’t be available until Wednesday. The representatives on the phone have to call the store, and can’t get in touch with anyone. Highly unacceptable, and will be cancelling my order if it’s not delivered by Wednesday.

We had a delivery scheduled for today, which was confirmed by email. We scheduled our move-in accordingly and even drove 4 hours late last night in order to ensure that we were present at 8:00 am this morning. Without notice, our delivery date was pushed back by a week. We were not informed of this until we called just now to request an ETA. We now will have no furniture for 7 days despite paying for “premium” delivery. When I asked if any concession could be offered for our inconvenience, I was told that this request would be noted in my file. I do not like leaving negative reviews, but I am not sure what else to do at this point. I will gladly improve my rating once my furniture has been delivered and I feel like my concerns have been addressed.

NEVER AGAIN will I do business with this store or with Ashley Furniture. I came in here with the intent of purchasing a chair, and found one I liked. I came back 2 days later to finalize the purchase, and once I had my credit card ready to go, the bait and switch tactics began. I was told the piece was in stock at the warehouse, I was told a delivery date, and agreed that I could make that work. The second I came home from the store, I was called by their warehouse, and told there would be a delay on my order. I told them that was unacceptable, and he could either see what could be done, or I was going to need a refund. The guy sat there for 30 seconds silent, then said "OK" and hung up the phone. I called the warehouse number back trying to find out what was going on, and was connected to a rep who was unable to pull up anything with my order number. She told me I needed to call a corporate office, and gave me the number. I called said number, and they couldn't pull up the order, and then I was told that I had reached a regional center for the Northeast. I called the store, and was again connected to a call center. I was told they don't give guarantees on delivery dates or times, and they could give me no guarantees there would be no further delays. I finally got a hold of the store, and was given the same circular answers by the rep, and I demanded to speak with the store manager, and was told "He's just going to tell you what I just did." I told this rep that I didn't care, and that I requested to speak to a manager. I was put on with the store manager, Fred. Fred was very rude and told me that he could not personally call the warehouse, or be able to work with me and them to guarantee a delivery date on which I could be present to receive it. At that point I chose to cancel my order, and I will never do business with Ashley Furniture again. This is the most unprofessional operation I have ever seen. Nobody in the company seems to know what is going on, and it is a completely disorganized dumpster fire. I will look around and find a local operation whose word actually means something, and actually wants to earn and keep my business. Edit: Jonathan (the salesman who assisted me), if you should happen to read this, I have worked in sales before, and I know that likely by my cancellation of this sale, you lost the commission. You are very good at your job, and you would be best served by leaving this company. You are completely unsupported by the back end operations and your management. When your store manager personally tells me "So do you want this or are you just going to cancel?", he has made your company into a pariah in my book. Get out and go somewhere that the management actually cares about earning and keeping customers.

Quick and easy

Worst customer service imaginable, Ordered a whole new bedroom set and couch, promises of delivery date to warehouse (Partially Not met), Promise of ease of reordering from another store in the area we moved too (Not handled, nor could the store honor quoted price given to us), Promise of home delivery then taken back. Promises made by this company than not kept and then no help given to find us a solution - I would never order from them again especially because their stores and website are not even linked to each other to help provide service to buyers. Kennesaw store has employees making claims they can live up to and ultimately cost us time and more money - 100 percent would not recommend them to anyone.

***update*** Sure, selling expensive was good, but really sucks to be told delivery would be 6/14/24, with confirmation for delivery email received 6/10, only to find out today (6/14) that our furniture was delayed until 7/19!! WOW. Zero communication from Ashley, too. We had to call and find out what was going on. We’ll certainly enjoy our empty living room for a month! James was wonderful! Incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable regarding home decor, with a fantastic personality! A truly great purchase experience. Thank you!

Nancy knows her stuff and is a no pressure sales person

Had to drive over hr down to the store closest tome in order to pay $15 for an item that they would not allow me to pay over the phone or online and then another hr back home. They required in-store payment for that small amount. I spent more money on gas than I did for this one little item that I needed for my furniture that was no longer covered under my warranty. And I wasn’t even in the store for more than 15 minutes or in that town for more than 30 minutes before back on the highway. Such a big chain like this needs to update their payment systems so people don’t have to travel long distances to For such small amounts in store where they should be able to pay over the phone and then have the item be mailed because they are mailing this item to me. However, the customer service personnel there were very courteous and helpful. Thank you.

We had our delivery and assembly scheduled for 3 days later and we were out the door within 10 minutes. The delivery and installation team were professional, clean, and respectful. It was amazing to see how quickly they could put together something that would have taken me hours. Today [05/04/2024], I had the most infuriating experience at Ashley Furniture, all thanks to the incompetent and deceitful store representative, Jason Hart. He was my sales rep for the previous purchase I made last year. So I requested him to help this time but he ruined it this time. Upon entering the store, I spotted a sofa that caught my eye. After I decided to make a purchase of sofa[Product name: Family Den], I approached store representative - Jason Hart and expressed my interest in buying the sofa. But did he help me? Absolutely not! Instead, he blatantly ignored my request and chose to fawn over indecisive customers who were still contemplating their purchase. When I confronted Jason about his appalling behavior, he had the audacity to cite some nonsensical excuse about not being able to remove the tag while another customer was considering the same sofa. What kind of absurd logic is that? I had already declared my intention to buy the sofa, yet he chose to prioritize wishy-washy customers over a confirmed sale. To add insult to injury, when I asked him an explanation for his incompetence, Jason Hart had the nerve to offer me the same sofa at a ridiculously inflated price of $3999, claiming that the offer was only valid for one product. What a pathetic attempt to swindle me out of my hard-earned money! Let me make one thing abundantly clear: Ashley Furniture has lost a loyal customer today, and I will ensure that my family and friends steer clear of this deceitful establishment. The level of disrespect and disregard for customer satisfaction displayed by Jason Hart and Ashley Furniture is utterly disgraceful. Consider this a warning to anyone considering shopping at Ashley Furniture: unless you enjoy being treated like dirt and subjected to deceptive sales tactics, take your business elsewhere. As for me, I'll be seeking furniture from reputable stores that actually value their customers. Shame on you, Ashley Furniture, for ruining what should have been a simple shopping experience.

I used to always come here to shop for new furniture but the customer service this last visit was awful. I walked around the store for at least 30 minutes before even being noticed or greeted, then when i asked questions i was rushed like they had somewhere else to go. l've even called this store looking for a specific bedroom set and no one answers the phone!! I will take my business elsewhere. 🙄

My sales rep Jason Hart did an excellent job helping me with my furniture order. Some items were out of stock (mattress) and he was quickly able to recommend a replacement that would get the job done. This is my second time working with him and would definitely recommend his business!

Jak greeted us as we came in the store and said he would help us with anything we needed and let us have some time to look around. He then came and asked if we needed any help or had any questions. We appreciated not being hounded or followed around to feel pressured. He went above and beyond answering every one of our many many questions and inquiries about pieces, options, and so forth. We came for a sofa and loveseat and left with a full living room and bedroom set, 2 rugs, a decor piece, and an additional loveseat. Jak made us feel comfortable and informed in our decisions and that is why we ended up with the additional purchases. I highly recommend asking for Jak and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for new furniture. We now have all but 1 room full of brand new Ashley furniture.

We purchased a bed which was delivered two days later with headboard cracked. Delivery truck took headboard back. Sales person told us she would look into fast replacement. Did not hear back from her. Customer Service called wanting to schedule one week delivery (we had sold our old bed already). Decided to go into store. Told us there is no return policy. Discovered that sales person order wrong headboard. Correct headboard not currently in warehouse so they cannot say how long it will be that we will be without a bed. We could not be more disappointed with the treatment we received. Customer Service in particular were cold and uncaring. Extremely disappointed!

Visited this location and Lana was amazing. She was super knowledgeable, kind and friendly. She had my furniture selection nailed down and had me out of there in less than one hour. Ashley has a great selection at this location. The store is spotlessly clean and inviting. Delivery was nice and smooth. Wadell called me at 8:30am and told me that my delivery would be between 9:30 and 11:00am. Delivery showed up at 10:20am. Delivery team was professional and set everything up where I wanted it. The delivery team did not unpack anything until it was brought into my home. I guess this is done to prevent the furniture from getting dirty as its being carried in. It's hard to find great service these days but Ashley has it right!! The whole transaction was just an awesome experience. And make sure you tip your delivery team.

Very easy to get the help we needed,great product

I bought 5 chairs from this store a few weeks ago(One sofa and 4 of their Maimz chairs (2 white and 2 caramel)). Chairs were delivered on January 30th but 2 of the Maimz chairs were broken (the arms wabbled). I called for a replacement but was told sale was final and my best bet was to have a technician come a repair them. Who buys expensive brand new furniture to have them repaired. Never again will I step foot in any of their stores and I will tell everyone who has a pair of ears and will file formal complaints everywhere I can.

We purchased a couch 7 years ago (a long time I know) it’s basically falling apart with normal use. We don’t allow our kids to rough house or jump on it. We were told it would last 12 to 15 years and halfway through it’s basically ripping at the seems. The wood frame under the cushions is exposed bc the fabric cover underneath is ripping apart. The corners of the couch are exposed and the fabric is extremely pilly. 18 months into having the couch I contacted them about our warranty bc the fabric was already getting messed up and was told our warranty wouldn’t cover it. If the sales person tells you it’ll last and that the warranties cover anything don’t believe them. Shop elsewhere bc when you think you’re getting a couch that’ll last for 12- 15 years it’ll last 6 years and they won’t do anything to make it right.

Working with the customer service reps, and sales associate. Jason Hart was a pleasure. My apologies for such a delay, however it took a while to receive the loveseat, I will mention that, which I don't believe is Mr. Hart's fault. Ashley needs to speed up it's delivery process. I don't know how well. Yes, I do. Simply hire movers. It's just that simple. There's plenty of them out there, they don't have to be employed by. Ashley, in fact the ones who delivered the loveseat to me we're not employed by Ashley, the truck was a moving truck. I have been assisted in several ways by other staff members Mr. Heart broke his foot and was out of the store, I cannot remember this young lady's name, but she went out of her way to try to find a piece of furniture that was of the same type material as a recliner I am considering buying. "Sister sofa" I believe that's what She referenced it. Unfortunately to get in to the store, hopefully I will be later this week. If not my son-in-law will come in. I wish Barrett parkway had more of your signature online products in their showroom. If a consumer take the time to drive to your Atlanta MSA factory, the price is should the discounted accordingly! Additional comment for your website. You may have a store in New York, however I do not and my address zip code. Everything is updated under Ashley furniture. Yet when I am searching for something I find the search is run through New York. I believe that would be an easy fix and if you don't have anybody on your staff who can make the appropriate technical repairs, my son-in-law can, but he's not looking for work

Caution: Avoid purchasing furniture from this place, and if you must, refrain from adding the protection plan. It's a waste of money; when needed, they find reasons from the terms and conditions to disqualify your claim. Not even a year has passed, and an expensive dining table's leg has started cracking. No response from the shop or warranty service. While the furniture may look fancy under their showroom lighting, it lacks durability.

Shoutout to Jason for helping us today, got us 30% off a floor model after finding out the items were discontinued. 🙏

Purchased a large coffee table and two end tables back in December from Ashley. I specifically asked if the items were on back order because I've heard horror stories from other customers about this excuse. I was assured by the sales lady they were IN STOCK and could be delivered in as little as two days. Fast forward 4 weeks, and I STILL DON'T HAVE the items. I keep getting the runaround and new delivery dates from Ashley and how the items are on backorder. It's beyond frustrating and I'm ready to cancel and spend more somewhere else. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY.

If I could give them negative stars I would!! Ordered a desk that was delivered damaged I had to fight to get it swapped with for undamaged desk- second desk came damaged again after MULTIPLE rescheduling issues. Had to fight to get it picked up and refunded so I could buy a decent desk. Ashley picked up the desk on 12/27 AND NEVER REFUNDED OUR MONEY! Now we are fighting to get our money back!!

Disappointing Experience with Recent Order I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from the staff at the Ashley store regarding my recent order. I placed an order in December with a promised delivery date of January 4th. Unfortunately, I was not informed that the item was on back order. Upon discovering the delay, I contacted customer service to inquire about the change in delivery date. They suggested I reach out to the store directly since I was seeking a refund for the delayed delivery, and I was not informed about the changes. When I called the store, the staff member I spoke with (who did not provide her name) demonstrated a lack of patience and understanding while I was explaining my situation. This prompted me to request to speak with a manager. Furthermore, I was disappointed that the staff member could not provide me with an exact date for the delivery of the item, leaving me uncertain about when to expect it. I believe clear communication is crucial in these situations, and I hope that steps will be taken to improve the customer service experience at your store. I ended up calling to cancel my order since no one cares anymore. #Ashleystore

We stopped in the Ashley store a few months ago while shopping for a new couch and recliner. Lana was very helpful that day in showing us some options and making some recommendations after we told her what we were looking for in new furniture. We left and shopped some other stores in the area over the next few weeks, but ultimately came back to Ashley. We liked the no pressure approach that Lana had used and wanted to take another look at the couch she had recommended on our first visit. We ended up purchasing the sectional couch and a leather recliner. We have been so pleased with our selections. First of all, it fit the aesthetic of our home, is quite comfortable, sturdy and doesn't move easily. Second, we have 3 large goldens, one of which is a puppy still learning her manners. We've had a couple of mud incidents where the little one came in and jumped on the couch before we could stop her. The couch is everything that Lana described and more. As recommended, I grabbed a damp cloth and literally wiped the mud streaks away, no mess, no stain, looks perfectly fine. Dog Hair, another issue we deal with, vacuums right off. I love the couch so much, I went back right before Christmas, found Lana again and ordered the corner piece to turn my couch into an L-sectional.

Went in to buy a recliner and left with a whole new living room suite Jordan is the man, they have a huge selection with great prices.

Edit: Updated from one to three stars Furniture was late but it did arrive in good condition. Ashley pricing was higher than stores in the same area. They “promised” their pricing research was extensive, but I was able to drive 5 minutes to another store and find the same sofa I wanted for 20% less. Fortunately they price matched but removed the 10% off for 12 months financing incentive. ————————————————————————— They said my order would be here in two weeks. Now I’m being told it will be 6 weeks from date of purchase. The deliverers, the associates that call, and the people at the store all have no clue what’s going on. They told me to have the area where the sofa was going clear of old furniture so I got rid of my old sofa. Now we are sofaless for almost two months. Horrible experience during the holiday. Can’t even invite family over since now they have nowhere to sit. They make it easy to take your money, but hard to get your merchandise.

After more than six time try to deliver my mattress they keep sending me the wrong one and they seem not care you just have to pay the money , i try to contact every one they will make you lost in phones between people and no one want to help so i have to stuck with the wrong item and seem you can do nothing never ever deal with them again and i buy a full set bed room more than 6k and they still dont care so sad but we learning

These people lie! When we purchased our sofa, we were given a delivery date of a week later. It is now 6 weeks and they have delayed delivery once again. I’m going to buy a sofa from someone that doesn’t lie and cancel this one. Ridiculous!!!

This company is corrupt and you should avoid them at all costs. They do not offer returns or replacements for manufacturer defects but instead circulate damaged returns. They sold me a table with nails sticking out of it. When I requested an exchange, they first made me wait 3 weeks for a technician to come out and see if he could fix it. When the technician realized it was irreparable, he authorized an exchange. Ashley came out on 3 different occasions with a refurbished table that was in worse condition than the one they originally provided. After months of communication and frustration, I am still stuck with nails sticking out of the table. In addition, their delivery team damaged my door frame as they were careless. Ashley's resolution was to send out a very lousy repair man who did not care about the end result and it showed, the gouge and cover up on my door frame remain an eyesore. They will delay you until you are exhausted and just want the nightmare to be over.

We had a positive experience at Ashley Furniture today. We were looking for a new mattress. Our salesperson, Nancy, was highly knowledgeable and professional. Her product knowledge was exceptional. Additionally, we found her to be a warm, caring person.

The furniture is great. Once it was delivered, the screws were missing to attach the feet. The delivery person said they would be fed-ex the next day. This never happened. Someone from a call center in another county called me and has asked for pictures and serial numbers. This is completely frustrating. Just send me my screws, so I can attach the feet!!!

We were promised a delivery date to find out a few days later it would not happen. We were charged a delivery charge and expected since the delivery date would not happen that we would have the delivery charge canceled. Funny thing is we were told it was not 100% promised and a week later was when it would happen. That does not work for us and your company saying to bad and the freight charge would ot be waived, we canceled the order. I know you think you saying one thing and actually really providing some later date that people would be OK with that. Well we are not and you need to realize there are a lot of companies to replace your horrible service and it will come back with more and more lost sales. Good luck and good bye. Yesterday me and my husband went to multiple furniture stores because our home is almost done being built and we are wanting all new living room & dinning room furniture. We walked in we were greeted which is expected since they make money off of people’s sales. The guy who greeted us was way to pushy & just a very rude vibe. We aren’t wanting something cheap and plan on spending a good bit of money to make sure the furniture lasts but honestly most of the leather furniture we looked at was so uncomfortable or just very cheap looking then was told the backs of the furniture wasn’t leather which was quite confusing since the cost was insane for the entire piece not to be! I’ve bought a lot of furniture from the past from rooms to go but wanted to try a different place out! Sad to say I won’t be coming back to an Ashley’s furniture! Also, for making money off of selling items you would think the customer service would be a lot better! I would just stay away and look elsewhere when it comes to spending your money

Over the years, I have been to multiple different Ashley locations (at least 4) trying my luck that the customer service may be better. So far I have had only one lucky interaction at the Roswell location. Our experience this time around coming in to purchase a specific piece at the Kennesaw location was nothing short of awful. The associate who was manning the front desk had a dismissive look at us as soon as we walked in and asked what I was in here for. I explained that I was sent to the location by their Roswell associates to see in person a glider recliner “in ivory and starting with an “H”;” to which he gave a smug look and said “we don’t sell any such thing.” I suggested again “can you look up because I was specifically told about this;” to which he insisted again that we don’t have any. It was clear he didn’t want us in the store. I can’t explain why; but 3 out of 4 such experiences seem like profiling at this point. I asked him again politely “if you intend for us to leave or walk us around to show what you actually have;” to which he reluctantly led me to a glider and walked away and started chatting with his colleagues and was not to be seen again. Utter lack of service attitude. And not for the first time that I have seen this at Ashley. They seem to have a sense of pride that they are the only furniture store in the country. Their loss as we ended up spending our time and money at American Signature and Restoration Hardware - both of which took pride in assisting us with our needs.

Just Awful! How do you operate a furniture store with no one around to load furniture onto customer's cars? Tall, slim lady named Ariel t Kennesaw store showed me bad attitude. The tall manager with accent at Kennesaw store showed me a hurry up and buy attitude. Regional and general managers are hiding behind phone calls and emails. So I told my wife we are done with Ashley. Bought a bed recently and drove right passed them to Rooms to Go! Had a wonderful experience.

I entered the store with a specific living room set in mind. I had spoken on the phone with a sales rep and asked for him. He couldn’t be bothered walking to the front of the store. We met him near the set after getting directions from another associate. He was looking at his phone and texting the entire time. He said I needed to order it from another location for delivery in another town. When I called that store, I was told the set was almost double in price because this location had items as floor samples. That was never mentioned in our mainly one sided conversation. Very disappointing experience.

Ashley has always been my favorite furniture store. I've always had success with finding good classic sustainable furniture. This time I got to shop with my son. Caleb greeted us as we walked in and didn't give us that hard sales pitch instead explained where items were in the store and allowed us to browse. Although we arrived 30 minutes prior to closing, we didn't feel rushed and was able to fall in love with the perfect sectional. We were pleasantly surprised that it could be delivered within a week. Caleb made this an awesome experience. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the market for furniture.

I walked into Ashley, told her what I was looking for (a couch with a cuddler), and she took me to my one option, didn’t try to sell me the rest of the store, didn’t suggest I look at anything else, gave me her cell number and let me walk out when I said I was still shopping. Came back in with my family, asked for her. We loved the couch. Couldn’t beat the price for a basement couch teenagers are going to play video games on, and the couch was ours within minutes. She even worked to get us a slightly lower price without having to open the suggested credit card. I texted her again when I needed help confirming delivery when we were out of the country. She came through, and my couch was delivered not long after we landed. The couch fits our space perfectly, but I wish Lana could be my personal furniture shopping assistant. She made the whole process streamlined from start to finish. Thank you, Lana!

Overall condition of a $600 shelf was very, very poor. Could only see inner extensively damaged parts well after getting it home and opening the box, unwrapping it from a ton and a half of cheap thin packing material Sales guy in store was great, people at warehouse also great, overall experience was monumentally disappointing.

Huge scheduling problems! Was told several different time by email and text and the furniture was delivered at a completely different time. Luckily I was home. After looking at the furniture, it has scratches, warped, split wood, lots of gaps where pieces were put together. Now Ashley wants to send a technician to come and try to repair it and or replace which will be just more time and hassle on my behalf. Totally not worth the money and time. I’m absolutely amazed that someone actually let this piece of furniture go out the door of the warehouse and be delivered to a customer.

Fast and easy. Was in and out in about an hour. Delivery service wasn’t very accommodating but not left with much choice with their warehouse being past the airport and all.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the outdoor furniture set that I purchased from your company, as well as the accompanying INDOOR furniture protection plan. Sales representative Mike Andrews sold me this furniture set with the promise of a 5-year OUTDOOR furniture protection plan. However, after only three years of use, the furniture is falling apart, and I have made over 12 phone calls to your company and warranty service team in an effort to have my protection plan adjusted or fixed. Unfortunately, I have received no resolution to my issue, and instead have been offered a paltry $200 refund for a $1700 set. I am deeply disappointed in the poor quality of the furniture and the inadequate response from your customer service team. The constant runaround, lack of follow-through, and nonchalant attitude of your representatives have left me feeling as if I have been scammed by your company.

Truly bad customer service, the manager in Kennessaw store doesn’t ever want to talk with me on the phone to do her job, they give every single excuse to not resolve your problem. They forced me to buy a extra insurance I called and canceled 2 weeks after when I found out the insurance wouldn’t taken care of my bed. To get a refund of $129.99 they keep telling me to call GBS and the GBS tells me that the store needs to give the refund, anyway it’s been almost 2 months and I still can’t get it resolved. Never again I would buy anything from them, just they can’t resolve something simple for their client. NO YOU DID'NT RESOLVE MY PROBLEM, DON'T KNOW WHY YOU WROTE THAT

Customer service is absolutely horrible. When you call somebody from overseas answers the phone. Finally I talked to somebody named Justin. But when I went to the store he was busy helping somebody else. The guy at the front said he would help me. I was waiting for him to bring me to the sofa I was looking at possibly purchasing when he turned around and started helping somebody else. So very rude! They lost my business for sure

Very disappointed at the empty promise. At the time of my purchase, I was promised a $100 gift card that would be mailed out a few weeks after I received my last piece of furniture (that was on 11/5/22). I should have just said to subtract it out of the $6,000 I spent that day. My purchase was on 8/2/22. After contacting the 3rd party reward company, they have told me that they have no record of me and I need to reach out to the store where I bought the furniture. Since 11/22/22 I have been told every time I call, that the manager that handles this will contact me back in a day or two because he is never in the office when I call. Here we are in January and I'm still being told the same thing...I emailed you already yesterday and I'm still waiting for a response to that.

While searching for a replacement fireplace entertainment center for my 86 year old mother-in-law who lost everything in Florida during floods after Hurricane Ian we met Todde Lawton at the Kennesaw Store. He was absolutely pleasant, professional, and the type of person that all but guarantees we will be customers again in the future.

I wish I could put 0 stars. You can’t get a manager on the phone at all. Even after asking multiple times. Staff has no idea how to troubleshoot and can’t give you an answer on how to fix issues or get in touch with someone who can. I was bounced between furniture protection claims, Ashley Representatives, and Ashley Homestore for hours with everyone saying it’s not their job.

Will not buy furniture here again, I have a few pieces and all of them are falling apart. My recliner of about 6 month is already shot. Buy here at your own risk, low quality is their specialty.

It’s been over a month and I still have no bed. My delivery kept getting rescheduled because they couldn’t get the rails in. When they finally came in and the delivery people showed up, the rails were damaged. I don’t know when I’m going to be able to get a bed and I’ve barely gotten an apology about this whole experience. I just hate it because the sales experience was great, but apparently they don’t care about the follow up once they’ve got your money.

This place has some work to do! Customer service isn’t good at all! Doesn’t seem like anyone knows exactly what they are doing. Horrible experience!
