This place is the actual worst. We had to wait 2 plus months for our dining room set. They kept rescheduling the delivery but failing to communicate that to us. We would literally confirm the delivery and it would never show and we were sitting there under the impression it was coming. So we would take off work to stay home only to sit there all day for nothing. Their customer service was HORRIBLE too the store would blame the warehouse and the warehouse would blame the store. Additionally, they’re rude about the mistakes and do not accommodate at all. You’re better off going anywhere else than this dump.
Waiting two months for the third piece of a three-piece sectional to arrive
Highly dissatisfied! I purchased a dining set in 2017 along with the 5 year protection plan. One of the chairs is broken, the back support broke off as my 2 year old was sitting in the chair, causing her to fall. I contacted the warranty company who advised that the store did not apply the protection plan on the replacement they issued in a prior claim and therefor are unable to submit a claim and I need to contact the store. Well wouldn’t you guess it, the store diverts their calls to customer service who WILL NOT HELP! They advised I physically go to the store to have them correct THEIR error. Yes, you read that correctly, I am to inconvenience myself because they made an error and their customer service department is incapable of correcting this. I would not recommend purchasing from them unless you plan to never use your protection plan.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I purchased a couch in-store on Aug 21 and was told it could be delivered Sep 12. Two days before delivery, I was called and told it was delayed until Oct 18. I called and asked for a remedy and was offered partial delivery for today, Sep 14. After receiving no info about delivery, I called again, I was on hold for 30+ mins so I tried the chat feature. Guy on the chat said it was delayed until November 3-- first I've heard of that date. Finally got the store manager on the phone and she beat around the bush telling me basically the employee I talked to last week lied to me and she reprimanded her (I legit don't care about that- at all, just fire her if she's lying to people) and she informed me of a November 1 delivery date. What's the truth? Disorganized and unprofessional. Take your money elsewhere.

Verify delivery and get in writing! They will sell items and provide delivery date only to push 1 month. I bought a $4200 dollar bed on Saturday, returned on Sunday to buy couch and ottoman. Helped by Joel and Steven both days. Was assured delivery for both on 9.10.2020. During transaction Steven provided me his cell phone so that he could come back on Sunday and get the sale on the couch which I obliged since he was helpful with bed. On 9.9.2020, after getting 3 robo calls and texts to confirm delivery, I got call from distribution center , couch is now back ordered for 1 month! and bed cannot be found on delivery ticket. Long story short, got the bed after doing all the leg work and calling myself to confirm delivery, but couch is 45 days out from purchase date! Texted Steven for help, who said he was off but was asking his manager for update. Said he would get back to me next day and give me a call. Its now 48 hours later and have not heard a word from manager, Steve, or Joel. I am debating just returning the couch and buying somewhere else. They are happy to sell you what you need, promise deliver and have no forward insight into actual delivery. BE CAREFUL BUYERS!!! Lack of support from sales team is concerning to say least!

Quick, efficient shopping experience with no sales pressure. Lots of variety and great deals. I'd definitely recommend that you check it out if you need good quality furniture and accessories.

Mike Andrews is the ABSOLUTE best! He was attentive yet able to multitask. He wasn’t pushy, was very knowledgeable and even moved furniture around the store so I could make sure everything matched! He sold my boyfriend furniture a few months ago and I came back to him today. There is no one else I will be purchasing from. He is absolutely amazing. This place NEEDS to go out of business before they continue to rip customers off. These furniture salesmen are WORSE than car salesmen. They will tell you absolutely anything to get you to hand over that money. After that, nothing but false hopes and false promises. Take your money and business to smaller family run stores that appreciate it more than these big stores do. Out of all the furniture stores out there, Ashley is by far THE WORST you could ever purchase from. This place deserves a zero star review. It’s a pathetic excuse for a business

I love Ashley Furniture, however I am very dissatisfied with their delivery/customer service. I had a cabinet delivered two weeks ago. The delivery guys just dropped off a huge box and told me the item should have been assembled at the warehouse. Then why did they bring it? They advised they had notified technician to come out and assemble. Still waiting and no one has even contacted me. Meanwhile I have a huge box sitting on my hall, too large to even return.
Will never shop here again. Was told my couch would get delivered after waiting a month and called the store and was told it would be another 2 months. Went to the store to cancel my order and the was told I had to wait up to 2 weeks to get a check for the cash that I paid for the couch.
