Let me start with Rihannon the sales rep is phenomenal. Went to the store to make a basic purchase and it turned into the sales rep Rhiannon taken time to help us around the entire store. Showing us different items that ended up sparking our interest. And us purchasing a new bedroom set. With bedroom accessories and television stand. And also new dining room set. The interaction was all worth it. She was very professional. Very helpful. Answered all of our questions. Also made suggestions that would work perfect for our needs. She explained the warranty process and how are able to use it in The event that we will need it. We were able to place our orders and hopefully once we get the product their product will be in great condition. We did also purchase the pillows that are pretty awesome. Definitely would suggest it. They do help keep you cooler at night time. Pictures are also included of the different pillows. Yes they are a bit pricey but they are well worth it.
Ask for salesman Torris Reese! He was AMAZING never using any sales pressure & just helped answer all my questions without expecting anything in return. He is a true professional, extremely knowledgeable & had my furniture delivered in record time! He even gave me his contact phone number to call if I needed anything throughout the process. He truly cares about people & operates in total excellence! You definitely want him as your salesman if you value a detail oriented professional service experience!
Layah was amazing! She helped us right away, guided us into the right area, checked on us and helped us when the time came. She was so fun and sweet and made it feel more like talking to a friend. Give this girl a raise ya'll she was AMAZING! :) So happy!
Salesperson Naim was very helpful and professional. He listens and works hard to match your needs with the available furniture. He is very friendly.
Vali the store representative was very helpful, patient especially when I had to call Synchrony bank and do a verification because of fraud on my info. But he still was patient and waiting patiently and got me a great deal.

We have a very trustworthy salesman and would recommend anyone using Craig if you are shopping at Ashley. Ashley seems to have more pieces in stock than other furniture stores, depending on what you are looking for in these low supply Covid times. The items we have purchased from Ashley seem to be holding up nicely under our use.
we visited your store in Kennesaw on a busy Labor Day, after we had gone to another store that didn’t have what we were looking for. We walked around the store for about 15 minutes and pretty much found exactly what we were looking for - a grey sectional with a matching recliner. We decided to look at a few more sectionals and Robert Collazo walked up and asked us if we needed any help or had any questions. Since it was busy and he was there we asked him to check inventory on the set we found shortly after we came in. He checked inventory - while he was checking he chatted with us and answered our questions. He was very knowledgeable and took his time talking to us. all worked out and we ordered from him. He was training a young lady as well. He explained everything to us and to her. it was quick and painless. we will definitely go back to Ashley for future purchases.
David, the sales person, at Ashley Furniture was awesome. He was very patient with my slow decision making and went out of his way to walk me through the sales process. Very easy to purchase the furniture and he explained everything to me clearly. Great experience at Ashley Furniture!

The salesman, Robert was such an amazing man. He really turned our situation around. We were given wrong information and he made it all right by walking us thru our purchase . If you go to the one on Barrett Parkway ask for him. He is a honest young man!
Update that our furniture issue was resolved. It took quite a few back & forth phone calls & a couple of months but a tech finally came out & repaired our furniture. We was very nice & professional. He did explain that the demand for furniture is higher than normal, with less workers & manufacturers, which is putting them in a hard spot. This is understandable but perhaps should be communicated in the very beginning so consumers are aware of delays & possible issues with product availability, communication & customer service, as opposed to luring customers in with promotional sales when the quality, assistance, & timelines cannot be met. Original Review: Our furniture was delivered damaged. After filing a claim, my husband waited well over the 48 hours he was supposed to receive a call, has called them numerous times & has been denied any compensation or repair, other than a different chair that would not match our couch. The only effort made on their part was after my husband posted a review with our experience… they called him one time, he missed the call & called them back & was told his file had been closed because he didn’t answer. I would be perfectly happy with a repair & if the issue is ever resolved, I will update my review.
Original furniture was purchased in May with a delivery date of June-July. In July, Ashley customer service was called and they notified me that my furniture would not be delivered until October. We were given the option to exchange the furniture for something in stock. We did so and were told our delivery would be in August. Once again, our delivery was postponed 3 times 2 days before the set delivery date. Our delivery was cancelled on August 17th. We have yet to receive our refund and line of credit cancellation for the cancelled purchase.
My wife and I Purchased a Sofa and coffee table on April 10 2021. We supposed to get them after 4 months. We patiently waited but they didn’t deliver or called after 4 months. We called Ashley furniture customer service and they put the request for partial delivery and they told me they have the sofa in the warehouse And they will deliver next month. After a month later we didn’t get the items. I called them again and talked to a manager and he said said they will Do partial delivery next month. But the DID NOT again Today is November 17 And after six months they don’t know when they are going to deliver. They made us to wait 6 Months for nothing. If you don’t want to have the same problem DO NOT shop at Ashley furniture . They just blaming corona and that is just a good excuse for them. Because I got my other furnitures from different store and I got them after couple months. Take your business somewhere else and don’t waste your time and money.
We purchased furniture for our new apartment on July 14 2021. I was told they could deliver my furniture as soon as August 8th 2021. My boyfriend and I decided to have them deliver on August 19th as we would rather have the furniture delivered to our new apartment. I checked online to track my delivery but the website couldn’t find my order. I called the store today, August 17th because I remembered the sales associate saying they would call me two days before to confirm delivery. When I called the store I was waiting for about 45 minutes then someone answered then hung up. I called 2 more times and the same thing happened. I was sent straight to their survey. I then called the customer service line and after waiting about 30 minutes someone answered. They said my delivery date was pushed back to September 10th. I asked the person on the phone why no one called me to tell me this. Then after further looking into it, they realized only one of my items were coming in that day and I had multiple items coming in October and the Sofa in The middle of November. I ordered a WHOLE living room set. Sofa, love seat, accent chair, tv stand, coffee table, end tables, pillows and lamps. The woman on the phone said they had nothing that I ordered in stock and most of it was on back order. I don’t understand why they would sell me all of this and not tell me it was on back order. I have family coming in town at the end of October and I won’t have living room furniture. I sold all of my current furniture because I was getting a new set… so now what? I don’t have anywhere to sit for months? I understand Covid can cause delays but why wasn’t I notified about all of this? I could have asked for a refund and bought furniture from a retail store. This is completely unacceptable. Won’t be doing business here again. Edit: 10/8/2021 I called the store on 09/28 to get a partial delivery because customer service said almost all my pieces where in except for a lamp. They said they could get it al delivered by 10/08/2021. I agreed. Then I called back on 10/4 (an hour wait in the phone) and they said it was scheduled for 10/13. I asked them why they moved it and they said they weren’t sure but they would make sure it was delivered on 10/08. Today is 10/8 and we called to see when the furniture would arrive, and of course they said it was scheduled for 10/13. Our salesman Craig has been contacting us and stated the night before that he guaranteed it would be delivered on 10/08. He even said it was “on the truck”. When we spoke with a customer service person he said that that was a lie. They can’t keep blaming everything on Covid if it’s all at the warehouse. This is extremely unprofessional. After dealing with multiple people, now they are saying they will schedule it for 10/10. Unfortunately I don’t believe this will actually happen. Please don’t buy from here.
Awful. The agent in the store was extremely pleasant when I made a purchase. After that it just went down the hill. Never again shopping at this brand.
Worst experience ever!!! Purchased a dining room table that was delivered damaged. Called the store for an even exchange. instead they sent a technician to paint over the dented table. The wonderful technician got paint all over my wood floor!!! I have filed multiple claims and have yet to get a response. Never again!!!!!
My wife and I purchased a total of 8 dining room chairs at Ashley. Shortly after they were delivered we discovered one of them wobbled. I called Ashley warranty and they said they would have to send a technician. The technician came and told us all he could do was put a pad on the short leg. I explained that was putting a band aid on the problem and not acceptable so he said he would notify the store. I never heard anything from the store, called them again and they told me they would have to send a second technician. The second technician confirmed there was a wobble and measured the legs of the chair. He told us one leg was shorter then the others and the chair needed to be replaced. A delivery of a replacement chair was set up and when Ashley delivered the new chair we discovered it also wobbled. A second delivery was set up and I was assured the chair would be inspected before it was delivered to make sure there was nothing wrong with it. When it arrived it also wobbled. A third delivery was set up. I was assured once again it would be inspected before it was delivered. This one also wobbled. This has been going on for over a month now and I can't understand why it's been such a problem to find a chair that doesn't wobble and deliver it. We are happy with the other 7 chairs and they are good quality so I'm mostly happy with the product but I'm certainly not happy with the customer service Ashley has provided.
Unfortunately, I can’t leave a positive review about Ashley in Kennesaw. We’ve been dealing with a nightmare for about 3 months. Since June, we’ve been in a back-and-forth debacle with Ashley the store and their corporate customer service team and the issue is still not resolved. We purchased the Carnaby sectional couch in June, and since it arrived in 2 separate deliveries in July, we’ve been dealing with a mess of trying to return part of the couch to get the pieces we need that will best fit in our living room. When we contacted their customer service, they would route us to the store because they said it was a store policy we needed to sort through. Then we couldn’t get the store on the phone, so we would have to drive to the store to speak with someone. We have now driven to the store on 5 separate occasions since we bought the couch to sort this out, and it still isn’t resolved. Both parties (store and corporate) blame the other, and there seems to be a lack of communication between the two. When we go to the store, they say they don’t handle returns so we have to wait for someone from corporate to approve the return. So frustrating! The correct pieces of the couch were finally delivered last week (woohoo!), but the delivery drivers wouldn’t take the incorrect pieces with them. So we still have two pieces of the sectional in our house we don’t need. No one has called us back to schedule a pickup time. If Ashley doesn’t contact us to pick them up, we will sell them on FB Marketplace I guess. Save your energy, patience, and money and shop somewhere else!
Terrible customer service. Purchased dining room set. Delivery had wrong hardware to install table legs. Customer service rep convinced me it would be faster to keep table and let them ship correct hardware. Approximately 17 days later tech comes out and installs legs to table. Once the table was set upright, there was damage to top and corner of table. 2 weeks later, I still cannot get the issue resolved. I was told that because damage was not reported within 72 hours of delivery, no returns allowed. Forget that the delivery guys left the table in the middle of the floor where damages were not visible. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE anywhere.
We waited 2+ months for a sectional couch and matching chair. The day of delivery, we got a super long couch that barely fit in my living room WITHOUT THE WEDGE THAT MAKES THE COUCH L-SHAPED. The reclining chair was a complete mis-match, wrong colored ugliest chair that I NEVER ordered. We call the store for HOURS and they never answered. We then called corporate. Corporate also called and again no answer. A ticket for a complaint was issued and a email to the store was sent to them from Corporate. The very next day after waiting a half a day, there was absolutely no acknowledgement from the store that there was a problem. We then drove to this store and the manager, Fred Ehimika, was soooo disrespectful, unprofessional, lied abt being emailed even though I presented him with a case #. He raised his voice at me (never apologized) got up from his seat and walked away and directed another asset Mgr. to "deal with these people" and never returned to help or bring the asset Mgr up to speed abt what happened. To bring this to a close...they had order the wedge of the couch which they scheduled to come a week later (unacceptable) and the chair they have NO idea where it is. It was ordered and advised it would come in NOVEMBER!!!! Pls note the entire ser w/ the chair was purchased on June 2021!!!!! If I could give this store a -5 (negative five) I would not hesitate. Keep your $ and your sanity! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE AND REALLY THE COMPANY!!!
