(5 STARS for KB) There aren't enough kind words I can say about KB and our experience at Ashley Furniture in Kennesaw. He not only answered all of our questions and hung in there with us all day on Saturday, but he also checked in with us via email, and helped us finish making our selection today! We are SUPER excited to be expecting our new pieces!! God Bless you and your staff! KB, we will come to you in the future for all of our furniture needs! NO MORE SHOPPING AROUND!

I spent a long time listening to a pitch about a mattress, sheets, pillow case and pillow. I went to the store to buy a recliner. It took way too long to get the bottom line. I was told that I could come in today for a private sale. This time, Stella and I went straight to the business end of price of chair, warranty,delivery cost. When it came to getting an extra discount if I purchased the warranty , the wheels came to a halt. No middle managers would respond to the request. I finally gave my salesperson a 5 minute deadline to get it approved or I would go to Macy’s. That worked. Next was getting the paperwork done. Time passes, I suggested that she should go get a hard copy so I could get out of there. She did that, we went through the paperwork. I was beginning to think that they thought I was a fugitive from justice and was being stalled until the police arrived. If you don’t understand this part, it is just a joke. A positive thing was that I want for a pretty good discount. Stella may have been a little talkative, but she did get me what she promised 5 days ago. Now, I get to see about delivery and customer service.

What started out as a tiny spot on our sectional has turned into something much larger. This is been going on for well over a year and we still don’t have a resolution. We have had 5 separate ‘technicians’ come out and more replacement orders than I can count. What should have been a very quick fix has turned into a running joke in the house. I bet AHS (ashley horror story) has spent more on replacement parts than the actual value of the recliner. I don’t understand how this can continue. We purchased insurance, called for maintenance and did everything we were supposed to and nothing. Never again will I purchase anything from AHS.

We purchased a sofa and recliners with Lana as our sales associate. Lana was not only helpful and honest, but also made our experience easy from decision making to checkout.

Naim Sayed took the time to show us different selectiion of furniture. Very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. We made the purchase of our bedroom furniture and plan to come back for our other rooms in the near future.

My Salesperson was VERY nice and helpful. I have never had such a hard time paying "cash" for anything. All the workers expressed extreme surprise when they were told that I would be paying in Cash. My item was on clearance and it took forever for them to find this recliner in your system. My sales girl was very sweet and helpful but the rest of your staff seemed to be extremely "disorganized". Looks like a lot of training is needed.
