If I could give them less then one star I would have done so. We made a purchase from the store on May 14th for a bed, a night stand and a tempur pedic mattress. Our Delivery date was on June 5th. They called us two days before delivery date and said one or more item is back order, and they will have it by June 30th. On June 22nd they called and said that the item is still not in stock. They reschedule the delivery for July 6th. On the delivery day they came with broken bed and damage night stand, and they said that the mattress was missing parts and they were unable to put it together. We refused the bed and they told us they will be back with in the next 24 hours to put the mattress back together. One day pass, two days pass no one show up no one called or said they were coming. NOTHING. My wife went to the store to see whats going on. NO one can give her a straight answer. She Finally told them to come pick up the furniture and we were no longer interested to keep it. They said they have to speak with corporate office first. She waited for an hour and finally she left, and told them she will be back to see what she needs to do. When she went back the lady that spoke to her was so un sincere she kept her standing there for anther hour with out an answer. Mind you my wife is 37 Weeks pregnant. She finally give up and told the manager at the store she had to leave, they told her they will call her and let her know what corporate says. One week passes no one called, no answer from anyone. We finally both went to the store and it was nothing different. The lady we spoke to did the same thing and just had us waiting for hours with out any answer. We called the bank and dispute the charge. And now its just a waiting game. What a stressful hot mess we have been going throw and expecting a baby in any moment. We can not even use our bedroom for three weeks now. The picture I will load will show that. Please don't buy from them. Save your time and money. They are not worth it.

Went in May 1 to purchase furniture we needed ASAP. Expressed the need of our products coming in no later than 6 weeks and we’re still sold items that were back ordered and are expected to be delivered at the end of August. Called to cancel order and get a refund and was told it would be 7-10 business days although we paid in full for our purchase the day of. In the process of speaking with a manager in getting our refund back the day of (which she indicated was the correct process) they hung up and did not call back.

Worst customer service ever. They delivered two pieces of broken furniture and will not have them replaced and/ or fixed for months. The delivery drivers left trash from the truck all in the street. They also didn’t put the furniture in correct places as asked and did not unwrap the furniture. The general manager was argumentative and did not help either. I will be going to Woodstock Furniture next time.

I don’t even know where to begin with this company. Purchased a whole house worth of furniture from them back at the end of April. I was so excited because it’s my first apartment with my bf. I was told the furniture would be there by June 20th, which was perfect because we weren’t officially moving into the apartment until June 26th. Since then, there has been constant delays and issues. I finally got my headboard which had a huge Knick in it and I got my coffee table with 2 end tables. One of the end table had a bent leg which caused the table to become wobbly. I fixed that small issue by putting a piece of cardboard under the leg to level it out. 2 weeks later, I received my dresser and table lamps. The table lamps were assembled by my bf because they drivers were in a rush since they were 2 1/2 hours behind schedule. Them being in a rush caused them to bring a piece to one of the dresser drawers which resulted in the drawer being uneven. Not only did they break a piece of my dresser but they also punctured one of those gel packs which caused beads to explode all inside the dresser. I called Ashley furniture and they sent a repair guy to come fix the headboard. I was told he would fix the dresser as well. When he came, he said the dresser wasn’t on his ticket but because it’s was an easy job he would do it for me. ( that was very nice of him!) It’s been almost a month and I am still waiting on my couch and dining room table. Every week they call with an excuse as to why the couch and table are being delayed My dining room table was supposed to be delivered today and I was so excited because I would finally have a REAL table to eat my meals on. WRONG! The delivery guy comes, knocks on my door and tells me he’s not even going to bother to deliver the table because there is a huge crack in the table and then proceeds to show me the picture he took of the cracked table in the truck. I’m not one to complain but this is completely ridiculous now! I paid good money for this furniture and shouldn’t have to have a repair guy come to fix everything. I will definitely be spreading the word to everyone I know NOT to shop at Ashley furniture!

This has been a very unpleasant experience. We were sent a chair with damage. Of all the people we spoke to from Ashley no one seemed to care about helping us. That’s the problem with paying up front. After everything was said and done we are not getting a chair without damage or my money back (which was offered and then I guess they changed their mind). I will never spend another penny with Ashley. We are very disappointed.

Please see my multiple updates of the horrific experience that has yet to end.....I have dated them below My sales associate (Alisa) was amazing and she was great to work with on my purchase. We were able to package some items and schedule delivery that worked best for my needs. UPDATED 6/13–well my order was split into two orders originally due to the headboard and footboard and rails being slightly delayed. Original delivery dates were 6/7 and the bed slated to come around 6/15. Then the headboard and footboard delayed to 6/28. Then the other parts delayed to 6/10. Then the headboard and footboard moved to 6/20. Then the rest moved to 6/12. If you can follow all of that my delivery shows up on 6/12. Now it has everything in the order minus the mattress. I ask when will it be delivered. They don’t know. Went by the store today and they don’t know what happened. They say it’s not on back order but now I can’t get it delivered until first week in July ?!? What? How does the delivery for the mattress (supposed to be 6/7) get left off the truck and they have it in stock and can’t get me a delivery until July?!? What happened to the date of 6/20 slated for part of my order ? Do I just lose that now? Furniture and sales rep in store were amazing. Everything involved with delivery and customer services in that realm absolutely terrible. It will be 6 weeks from date of order if I get the mattress in July. Please help. Changing my star ranking due to the debacle this has become. UPDATE 6/14--spoke with a "supervisor" on the phone. July 6 is my delivery date. Original order was made on 5/24. The mattress was supposed to be on the truck yesterday. Somebody in the process screwed up. Love the furniture, but there is no way I will ever buy from Ashley again after this experience. UPDATE 6/30-- I see that Ashley HomeStore wants me to give them a call after this review was posted. I already did call....multiple times. You have my number in the system based on my name. Unless you can tell me something different than what has already happened, what is the point? UPDATE 7/3-- Just got called again. Guess what--they have postponed my delivery AGAIN. They are now saying that it will be delivered on July 15. We are now going on two months on this order. ABSOLUTELY WORST ORDERING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
