Can't even deliver 1 bed right..... We ordered a bed. ONE...BED. And it came missing parts. Which, I understand, things can happen. But when I call to sort it out, I get told it will be 7 to 10 days. WTH is that??!?!? We paid for the bed to be put together, and now we can't even use it because it has no feet for over a week! Of course, no discount or anything. Just, good luck sleeping without a bed! Or, my favorite, disassemble the bed you paid to be put together so you can put your old bed back! YIPPPEEEEEE!!!! Should have bought from one of the nicer stores we shopped at, I guess.

Found exactly what I needed.

I purchased an entire bedroom set with delivery being a week and a half later. My delivery comes and is dropped in my house. Since I did not pay delivery it was not put together, that’s fine I know this. Upon opening the boxes my furniture is found to be damaged. After calling the store support I am told I have to bring it to the warehouse myself down by the Atlanta airport to fix the issue. The box did not appear damaged meaning the furniture was pre packaged this way and now I am stuck with broken furniture I did not break. I spoke with support in store who pretty much gave me an oh well answer and attitude. I would not and will not buy furniture from this company again and strongly suggest looking more than here. The customer is not being our first what so ever. Complete garbage

Stay away!! 0 stars! We purchased our couch from Ashley on Nov 26th. Before going into the store, I called multiple locations asking if they had the couch we wanted to purchase on their floor so that we could see it in person. No locations did. At the time the website was running a promotion with a spinner to receive a discount. We won a 10%off. When I called, I made sure to ask that they would honor it and they said yes. We then went into the Kennesaw location to purchase the couch the gentleman we worked with was helpful, but of course stated that the 10% would not be honored with the couch we selected. I explained that we had already spoken to someone that said it would. He then spoke with his manager and they offered us the 10% if we purchased the protection plan. We did so because it was a 5-year plan. When we completed the purchase our delivery date was for Dec 17th. The following weekend we moved into our new home and realized that we wanted to change the layout of the couch so that the chaise was on the other side (we didn’t measure prior and that was on us). I called immediately and spoke with a Felicia. She changed the layout and informed me that there would not be a delivery date change. A couple days later she called to let me know that in fact the day would be changed and that she was so sorry. It was changed to the 24th, Christmas Eve. They claim that they only deliver to our area (Cartersville) twice a week Tues/Fri but that Friday of the week of the 17th wasn’t available. At this point I was of course upset but being that I was a teacher on break it was fine and I would be home. 24th comes and they bring us the couch…. In TWO DIFFERENT COLORS. So, Felicia changed the layout of the couch AND the color!!! We could not do anything at the point because of the holiday. Mind you we also did not UNWRAP the couch because we did not want to get charged for it, so we had only a chaise to sit on over the holiday. On Dec 26th my boyfriend and I went to the Kennesaw location and spoke with Fred, the manager. At first, he was not very apologetic, and we were very frustrated being that it was our first Christmas in our new home. By the end we did get some money back and he explained that we could use the miss-matched couch as it would be another wait for our correct one. So, we went home and unwrapped the couch to use for 3 more weeks. Our new date for the correct couch was now on Jan14th. Now we are going on months without our couch!! Well Jan 14th comes, and our time frame was from 4-7pm. By 6 pm I knew it was not coming and that’s when we received a call from dispatch letting us know that the truck with our couch broke down and that to call the store to figure out your new date. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? (Mind you I am not longer on break and we had to take off from work to wait on the couch.) After multiple phone calls to the store, dispatch and the warehouse we got a new date for Friday the 17th. I BEGGED THEM to do 4-7pm so that we did not have to take a day off from work again and they claimed that it could not be a definite due to the “route”. On Thursday we get our confirmation for 8-12pm OF COURSE. So, my boyfriend had to take off another day of work (second one that week). Well on Friday by 11am no one had arrived or let me know that they were in route. We called dispatch and she said that they were coming to us next. By 2pm I receive a call that the truck had mechanical issues and it’s not going till 4pm!!! MORE TRUCK ISSUES??? They finally arrive around 4, which I was home from work so boyfriend would NOT have had to take another day off to wait for them to NOT SHOW UP. Overall, It was an absolute nightmare. The store, dispatch and warehouse all LACK communication and costumer service. Throughout this whole ordeal no one had seemed to care that they MESSED UP. I reached out more times than I could count to try and figure out this situation and each time no solution.

Whatever you do DO NOT do the 90 day same as cash or financing with these people! It is Rent A Center you are dealing with! If you do make sure you get a printed copy of your receipt and do not use their online payment option, take your payment in person. Their online system is set up where you have no way of getting the information on your balance etc and is an aggrevation to navigate. When I was late for my last payment it was converted to a rental and not a payoff. I am stuck paying an extra $400 bc I was a week late paying the last payment online. However that was of course something they were "helping" me out with because originally I was told I owed $1000 more. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I was not notified until almost 2 months later when an automatic debit was made on my account that said "membership service" which I was informed was my warrenty. To this day I have yet to see a statement of the deposit and payments made. This is a scam.

We recently purchased a bed from here. They were supposed to deliver the bed between 3-7 on a given day. The truck showed up at 8. Not only did they show up late, they didn't have the necessary parts to put the bed together. The driver told us that he told the workers when he picked up our cargo that morning that he didn't have all of the bolts he needed. They told him that it would be "ok". It wasn't "ok", we didn't receive our bed. We were forced to sleep on our couch with our 4 month old son. Not only did they mess that up, they also didn't want to refund us the delivery fee. My wife had to go up to the store and threaten to cancel the entire purchase in order to get the delivery fee refunded. This is a terrible business.

Our sales person, Ghalzaleh, was very accommodating and honored the discounted price of a mattress we found online. No high pressure, the process was as easy as it can be and we ended up with a good mattress.

I’ve shopped with Ashley’s before and always got quality products but their customer service has always been terrible and probably always will be. Every store has a different return and exchange policy which doesn’t make sense because if you truly care about customer satisfaction wouldn’t you all be on the same page?

From the moment we walked in the door , salesman David Allen had such a pleasant demeanor.We appreciated how attentive to our needs and not “just the sale” he was as well. As we took our time walking the vast showroom , he remained patient and informative. We had a great experience and are very appreciative!

Our furniture was delivered Thursday 19 Dec, with no hardware. The delivery people told us they would have to return the next day because they didn’t have the “hardware” to put it together. Friday came and no return... we called multiple times with no real answers. We finally got a call yesterday (23 Dec) stating we would get a “service call” today (24 Dec) between 10am-2pm and of course no call. The whole purpose of us getting the table during the holidays was to our first Christmas in our new home at a table so I’ll give you one star for that. I’ll give you another for Mrs Lisa House great service but other than that I won’t be recommending your store to anyone I know.

Our Sales Associate was Joel Myers. He was great. Very helpful, courteous and professional. We never felt pressured during our visit and he was very quick to give us any info we needed.
