My experience at Ashley was the worst I have ever had at any furniture store. I purchased a set just to get home and find a piece broken and was refused any type of exchange or 2nd option. The customer service women are absolutely the rudest people I have ever met. I suppose you can't expect anything else when your life is as miserable as working in a mediocre furniture store. I called corporate offices just to complain about them. I will NEVER buy anything from Ashley Furniture again and I will tell all of my friends and family members to do the same.
I was asked to reschedule my delivery being told that the item I was sold they didnt have, but would get and deliver to me a week later. The day of my delivery they called and said that the item was not all there and would have to rescedule again but didnt no when. Two day off work now and still no furniture. Wow ashley you shouldnt sell things you cant or dont have just to make a $$$$. And when you call back to the delivery people no one ever answers. Its like they look at the caller Id and no there wrong for what they are doing. I hope someone important reads this and fixes it.If I ran my business that way I would have no business.
Not a bad furniture store. The price can be right and the quality is on the better end of fiberboard construction. Warranty service is prompt, and the pieces have held up to my 220 lb. frame and the kids. Sales people are friendly if you go in when the place isn't crowded. Like most furniture sores, they seem to be shorthanded any weekend day of a major sale, but the managers have been good enough to extend sales for me to come back on a Monday evening.
Jason Gunn my sales person as well as Mr Butler the manager were helpful and courteous, both aided me in my selection as well as seeing the purchase and delivery through to the end. If I need anything in the future I'll know where to go for my Best Return on my money and a truly good shopping experience. Two thumbs up for this store and all it's staff from shopping selection, check out , and delivery!
Wanda helped me out on a Saturday evening. I told her I wasn't buying anything today and was just shopping, she showed me around the store and I got to see almost everything. There wasn't pressure and she was very friendly and we joked around a lot. I ended up coming back Sunday for the floor display items I was looking at, and Lora the manager gave me an extra special price on them! Pickup went well, and I was assisted with loading the items into my truck. Wanda is the best, if you aren't looking for your typical sales person, and want someone who knows what they are doing she is your lady!
My sales associate was Scott. He was great! Made my first time buying purchase of a living room set so easy. I will continue to shop there for future purchases. Also, a big shout out to the delivery guys as well very professional and have everything set up in 10 mins.
I came the store looking for a specific color sofa...Wanda Morgan was excellent she greeted me as I entered the store...I explained what I was looking for (orange sofa) she offered me a couple of options. I told her I would need to have my family help make the decision she gave me her business card and let me know what hours she would be working. I called her and told her I would be in the store on Sat....she made everything so easy....Ashley needs a lot more Wanda's it nothing like having a great personal experience with such a pleasant person. Thanks Wanda!!!!
I was met quickly at the store & received the assistance that I needed. I was given a great discount during their sale. The delivery date was set within a week. The delivery took about 15 minutes to complete. Overall, I was very pleased with the service from start to fininsh.

This is hands down THE WORST experience I have ever had with a retail store!! I ordered a dining room set in early Nov 2015. After several failed delivery attempts where I wasted a day only to be called and told the piece was damaged or they messed up and it was actually back ordered, I switched to a different dining room set. That was three months ago and I STILL don't have my complete order. I have wasted so much time, energy and stress chasing down my order for the last five months! RIDICULOUS!!!
Pretty decent showroom for cheap furniture. Better than IKEA. The sales people are a bit annoying, but could be worse.
Nice remodel! They seem like they have good deals and we were looking for a couch so maybe we'll return soon!
I love the furniture and the delivery was on time and performed efficiently. However, my salesperson added items to the bill without telling me how much they cost, as if they were free. Several hundred dollars were added to the bill; delivery, service plan and the initial bill did not include both end tables and that had to be added as well. I would not recommend this store but I would recommend the furniture if bought at a different store.
Customer service for their delivery was very unprofessional and unorganized. I work at a call center myself and every encounter with a customer should be noted so the next employee knows what the call was about.I was given multiple days that the truck would be in my area after trying to change my delivery date. I was lied to 3x, first they said next time it'll be in town is next week tuesday, then next thursday, and finally thursday of the week I called. The store itself is nice even though the mattress consultant was fairly aggressive. She barely gave me time to proce!ss the bed I wanted, I didn't go in knowing what I wanted. That's why I had asked questions, but it seemed like she was all about her commission and/or making a sale. Probably won't go back, at least not to the one in Kennesaw, GA!
Kimberlee is one of the most amazing salespeople I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Her and the manager, Julie, we're super helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this location if you are looking for high class, quality furniture at a great price!
Tyler McNally was so amazing today while I purchased a mattress, bed frame & kitchen table. He was very helpful and very patient with me and my family.
My husband and I visited this store in search of a new mattress. We had a very pleasant experience and were especially pleased with our sales man, Tyler McNally. He was extremely helpful and worked hard to get us exactly what we wanted. I have referred several of my friends already and will continue to do so!
I give NO stars to the Ashley Furniture in Kennesaw, GA. I only had to so I could post this review. This is a long post but please read to the end as there were multiple issues from the get go! My husband and I attempted to purchase a sofa and coffee table in July of 2016. The delivery for it was approximately 4 weeks out. It took us over 2 hours to order the items while in the store. We had our items picked out a half hour after we got there and the process to put it in the computer to order it took 3 sales people/managers to finally get it in their system and 2 hours. We tried to order a sectional couch which had to go in a certain direction. When the pieces were finally delivered we quickly realized before they even had the entire couch off the truck that it was ordered wrong. We told them to take it back and signed that we only took possession of the coffee table. We immediately called the store and they said that they had entered the info wrong in the computer as to how the sectional should sit and they promised that they had fixed it and would reship it. We waited another week to have them deliver the WRONG couch AGAIN! We signed with the delivery guy that we DID NOT take possession of the couch and they returned the piece. We immediately called the store again and was told by a different person that you could not order the couch as we needed it and that it would not fit. While we were on the phone immediately after the second attempt at delivery my husband received a phone call from Ashley Furniture wanting to know if they could deliver our couch that same day. We explained to the delivery man that someone had just left our house with the wrong couch and that apparently we couldn't get what we attempted to order, so no do not come by the house. We called Ashley Furniture back and told them to cancel the couch order since now we know it wouldn't even fit what we needed it for. They stated they had cancelled our order. Later that same week we received another call from them asking us when we would like to have the couch delivered. We had to explain to the delivery guy that we had canceled our order several days ago and did not want the couch. They finally stopped calling us. We had signed up to get financing through them since we could get 12 months no interest. We paid our coffee table off within the 12 months and then realized we were still getting a bill. They had never alerted Synchrony (who they use to finance through) that they had taken the couch off of our order and we were still being billed for it by Sychrony. We have spent countless hours and months on the phone with Ashley trying to get this sorted out and still to this day 2/23/17 we are fighting with them to get them to get it right with synchrony and then of course eventually to get our money back since we are paying on a bill we do not owe and are now getting charged interest! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! If they screw up it will never get fixed and could get stuck owing money you do not owe them!
