Horrible experience with this location. I have had to make arrangements to have furniture delivered but my delivery was never scheduled by the associate. the in store associate stated she had scheduled me and my date was on a Tuesday Sept 9th. I get a call from the company stating that I only had one delivery date and not two and they said that the sales associates in store only say they schedule you but really don’t just to get sales off of you. That really made me upset due to the fact that I had to rearrange my work schedule, which means I had to miss work to make sure I was at home for the delivery dates. And now I’m thinking I will be officially done with this company for good because the last furniture that That needed to be delivered was going to be delivered today only to find out that I have to rearrange my schedule again because one of the furniture pieces were damaged. I am highly fed up with this company and location and do not recommend at all.

Worst experience ever buying furniture. There needs to be an option for 0 stars. This has been going on since 8/18/25. I worked with a rep that was trying to help 4 people at the same time which started the issue so the communication was bad from the beginning, but I tried to give them a chance. Ashley tells me they will have furniture delivered by a certain date and then they bring out bits and pieces of random things that do not match. I tried to refuse the delivery, but driver says take it up with the store I go to the store the day of the delivery 8/30/25 get no help from the store manager. They finally get someone to come to my house on 9/6/25, but they come with a full truck and can not fit the furniture back on the truck, but they tell me they will back later on in the day, but never show up. Several promises of a call back still waiting. I finally reach a customer service number where I can get some help they are in Philippines they do not have a clue what is going on. I finally reached someone in customer service in the United States. They finally come back to my house on 9/13/25 to pick up the furniture during a time window that was not even discussed on agreed upon. I have documents showing where the order has been canceled and I am do a refund its 9/23/25 and I am still waiting for it. They claim there is hang up with them merging to accounting systems, but I have called them literally everyday and I know the people in the customer service dept on a first name basis. You try to remain courteous with them, but it does not help continuing to get the run around as I wait for the refund and I am still sleeping on the floor. My customer service file is so long with notes, but once again still waiting for this supervisor to respond as the refund has been approved. I need my money back as I will continue to pursue this daily until I see the money back in my account. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ASHLEY AGAIN. I WOULD NOT EVEN TAKE FREE FURNITURE FROM THEM. BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY. THEY MAKE PROMISES ABOUT THINGS THAT THEY CAN NOT KEEP. I AM GETTING FRUSTRATED AGAIN JUST WRITING THIS. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE

We went to the store today and where greeted by Stacey. She is very customer service oriented and really made sure that all or our questions and needs were taken care of. When it came time to talk about mattresses she introduced us to Brian who not only is an expert but took time to analyze our sleep modes and needs to figure out the best fit for us. They really made us feel at ease with no pressure. Definitely will recommend my friends to talk to them before any other associate.

My husband and I purchased the Rawcliffe sectional from Ashley Furniture. We liked the somewhat modern look. Literally, within two weeks, the cushions started to deflate! They sent a service guy out to take a look. He declared the cushions defective. Ashley then sent us replacement cushions. They, too, went flat almost immediately. Went back to the store, salesperson told us that they received MANY customer complaints about the sectional. They escalated our concerns to Corporate. Corporate gave us the runaround, and did absolutely nothing to rectify the issue. Terrible customer service! Needless to say, they have lost a customer. We will never purchase from Ashley Homestore again. Very low quality furniture; Proceed at your own risk.

We found the furniture we were loving for, but delivery came way past the delivery window. Was supposed to be here by 6:15 pm, but it showed up at 10:30 pm! Tried to get them to give back the delivery charge and I’m still getting no traction. It’s very hard to find a real iteration tu talk to along the way.
