This is the worst place to deal with!! Cancelled an order over 2 weeks ago and they are giving the runaround on refund. Instead of just returning to the card on file they have to mail a check, which is stupid in itself but it has still not been sent. 2weeks! Nothing. Noone will give an explanation other than “its a process” Well it wasn’t a process to TAKE the money. Just giving it back. Then 4-6 weeks for a delivery. Please, save the headache and use Rooms to Go, or any other place. Ashley’s needs to do better They also ask you to make a review before you leave their store. I would advise to wait so you can give an accurate one.

Shame on you...after the numerous reassurances that you all made that the old recliner would be taken out to the curb...the delivery guys refused claiming the chair was "bio-compromised" and they didn't have to touch it. The old recliner had VINYL upholstery and always had a cover on it. When my dad called the store, he was told to call charity places and everyone knows they won't come inside the house to pick up furniture donations. How shameful of you all to put my elderly parents through this anxiety and ruining my mom's Christmas present - she spends her entire days in her chair and now this stressful experience lingers.

The sales manager Tony was johnny on the spot when I was reaching out to purchase new living room furniture. With my wallet open I had great communication via text and phone. Once the bill was paid, however, there was little customer service. I had a 4-6 week wait time on delivery. I didn't hear from anyone at week 6 and called to check on my order. The delivery scheduler seemed relieved I reached out when I did, as if I would've been waiting much longer if I hadn't. During the 6 weeks of wait time, a piece of furniture I purchased was listed $300 cheaper online. I reached out to the sales manager several times prior to my delivery date to ask if they would price match and never got a response. On week 7, the furniture was delivered. Two pieces were the wrong color. I called the store and alerted them to this issue and to the fact that I never got a response about the price matching. I was handed off to a couple of different people. I was told they would check into it and give me a call back. I didn't hear from anyone in a timely manner so I called them back. Manager Tony picked up the call and told me I had signed off on the color. He said he would email me the form that I had signed with a picture and description of the furniture. He sent me a picture but I didn't see a signature. I responded to his email that I still was not satisfied and I shared with him our original text message where the color was clearly listed and I received no response. This transaction was handled unprofessionally and I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

Worked with Devin on getting new living room furniture. He gave us space to look around and when we were ready to ask questions, he was available. Made the process very easy.

The communication and customer service is so terrible. It’s almost like they just tell you what you want to hear on the phone instead of being genuine about your concerns. Not only is the delivery time is terrible, but they didn’t give a time of delivery until the week of it being delivered. AND they left something out and was told they stuck it in the office and I only had to pick it up but i had to wait for 20 minutes for it to be found while being told they couldn’t find it. Then waited another 10 to sign the paper. Carried it out to the car by myself. Not one of the men asked to carry it for me.

Louis was a great help on picking out a dresser for my daughters! But when they plugged everything in to see how much the payments would be for 2 dressers and a chest the payment was almost $400 a month. I was shocked and they did “try” to low it which was only $50 lower😞 so I went to my trusted people over at Farmers Furnature who completely took care of me and my girls mind you the two Dressers, I was going to get I didn’t even get the mirror because the mirrors were so much more. Not only did I get two dressers plus the mirrors, but the chest and two beds with the mattresses for $500 more and my payments are under $200 a month. So if you’re looking for more bang for your budget, this place is not for you!

Our power recliner sofas, purchased back in 2019, are still in fantastic condition, so when our son needed furniture for his first apartment, Ashley was our first stop. We were immediately greeted by Wallace, who quickly understood what we were looking for. We showed him a few items we'd found online, and he efficiently guided us to the in-store options. He even suggested a comfortable alternative to one of our online picks, which was incredibly helpful for seeing and feeling the quality firsthand. The real magic happened as we were heading to pay. My son spotted a sofa that wasn't on our radar, and while it was initially more expensive, Wallace quickly helped us check the online price. To our delight, it was on sale, making it comparable in price to his original choice and still well within budget! Thanks to Wallace's efficiency and helpfulness, we were in and out in about 30 minutes with the perfect sofa for my son's new apartment. Be aware of Tony he bad mouths his customers I called in to make my SECOND payment on my layaway order. Overheard him in the background saying “I lied” and “if I’m paying my order off or not??!” Not even knowing I’ve been making my payments every month. We all work hard for our money and deserve respect when doing business. So of course I cancelled my order and got a refund they charge 10% even though they said they don’t order it until you’re done paying it off. BE CAREFUL WHO YOU DO BUSINESS WITH!! Till you get there. Work with them. Get it in writing that they will do 0% interest for 60 months with 30% off for Memorial Day sales. You pick out and spend 8k on furniture, get approved and get ready to sign the paperwork only to be told twice in the transaction that they miscalculated and add $150 on your ticket not once, but twice! You accept that and move on to the purchase, then they walk out and tell you there’s not enough reimbursements on their end to do 0% for 60 months w/ 30% off for Memorial Day which I have in writing from them which is what they offered me! They now want to take back 15% and only offer to do 15% off for 36 months. It was the most unprofessional experience I have had! We spent hours working with them only to be offered the savings and financing advertised for Memorial Day to then be told at closing that they would not honor their Memorial Day deals! Now both mine and my wife’s credit has been pinged for nothing. Would not recommend at all! Once you’re told at 7pm which is closing on Memorial Day, you now don’t have time to take advantage of sales with a company that will honor their sales deal!

I was in a wheelchair, and she made sure there were no obstacles in our way. The only issue we had with the store was the temperature. It was rather warm, and my husband was very sweaty when we left the store. Of course, Tina had nothing to do with that. When we came back to purchase our furniture, we were met with the same enthusiasm and attention to detail as the day before.
