Store experience was nearly perfect. The staff were absolutely fantastic! Thanks and big shout out to them. Unfortunately the store itself was not a pleasant experience. It was hotter than the devil’s toenails and the guys working were dripping. I was dripping. IN SWEAT!!! I didn’t even have to stay there for more than twenty minutes. Hope it’s temporary, I’ll be glad to shop here again!

Had the most wonderful experience at Ashley furniture. Tina Gaddy helped us pick out the perfect furniture for us. We came one day and had a look at everything in the store. The following day we made our decision and were able to take home everything we decided on. Tina Gaddy has an amazing personality and really talks with you to figure out what you like. Will be coming back here soon to figure out what kitchen table we would like. Amazing customer service at this location.

Louis is amazing he is the best salesman ever and he smells good too.
Till you get there. Work with them. Get it in writing that they will do 0% interest for 60 months with 30% off for Memorial Day sales. You pick out and spend 8k on furniture, get approved and get ready to sign the paperwork only to be told twice in the transaction that they miscalculated and add $150 on your ticket not once, but twice! You accept that and move on to the purchase, then they walk out and tell you there’s not enough reimbursements on their end to do 0% for 60 months w/ 30% off for Memorial Day which I have in writing from them which is what they offered me! They now want to take back 15% and only offer to do 15% off for 36 months. It was the most unprofessional experience I have had! We spent hours working with them only to be offered the savings and financing advertised for Memorial Day to then be told at closing that they would not honor their Memorial Day deals! Now both mine and my wife’s credit has been pinged for nothing. Would not recommend at all! Once you’re told at 7pm which is closing on Memorial Day, you now don’t have time to take advantage of sales with a company that will honor their sales deal!

My mom and I just bought a mod max sectional piece with a side table from Wallace Litte. This was a beautiful experience start to finish. We were shown to all different options from fabrics to setup. This allowed us to measure the sectional for our small space ensuring a perfect fit! We love our sectional and end table so much that we will back for our dining table and lab!

I went into the LaGrange location today and when I say there were great they were great. I wasn't sure what I was looking but I was sure if my budget. After 3 tries they got me to a budget I was okay with. As a single parent and on a budget the definitely did everything to ensure I was with in my budget.

Tina was great! She answered all of our questions and paid attention to make sure that our needs were met with our furniture and navigating the store. I was in a wheelchair, and she made sure there were no obstacles in our way. The only issue we had with the store was the temperature. It was rather warm, and my husband was very sweaty when we left the store. Of course, Tina had nothing to do with that. When we came back to purchase our furniture, we were met with the same enthusiasm and attention to detail as the day before. The staff accommodated my needs, and we had a pleasurable experience laughing and sharing stories. When we need furniture in the future, I'm sure we will return. Thank you, Tina!

My Mother and I went to Ashley Store, LaGrange, to find new living room furniture. We were greeted by Louis, who was very attentive and accommodating to my Mom’s preferences. The overall experience was really good. The only constructive feedback I have is regarding the wait time to “get the paperwork ready” after we made our final decision on furniture options. It took quite a while, but at least we had a lot of comfy furniture on which to sit and wait.

Their delivery service is horrendous. I ordered a sofa, paid in full and still waiting on delivery-3 weeks so far. And was also charged a fee of $130 to deliver my sofa to my home. I don’t plan on purchasing from them ever again, very disappointed in the delivery service. They should offer a refund or even a partial refund for the lack of customer service regarding the delivery services.

Was excited about my purchase- staff was nice helping me look around and make a decision. Went to check out and had some cash I wanted to put towards my purchase and the rest I was just going to put on my card. Would have thought that I asked the woman, Anna, at the counter who was doing my transaction to do me the biggest favor ever by her reaction to me trying to put some cash towards my buy. Delivery side is a pain to deal with. Still waiting three weeks later to get my purchase. Leaving vcms and emails daily to try and get my purchase delivered and when I finally got ahold of Shelbi today, suddenly they’re full for the day she said they could deliver for me.

I went inside this store location to order replacement screws.Tony took down my name ,telephone number, part number and etc but never called me concerning the help I needed.He even suggested going to Home Depot instead of ordering replacement parts.However, I was able to get the help I needed from the Fayetteville location.They were kind and helpful even shipped the replacement parts directly to my front door via Fed Ex and free of cost!

The first purchase went well, we had put the delivery off because of waiting for the house to be completed. My wife called after our house was bought and attempted to get in touch with the salesperson, then manager, no one returned phone call. My wife was interested in more furniture, and set up the delivery date. After no one called my wife went on line to purchase from the on line site, come to find out they are not connected to the store. So I then called to set up the delivery and must have gotten manager on a bad day because she said the salesperson was put with Covid and her son had medical problems and she was out for weeks. I asked Do you not a have a process where someone can return phone calls. This did not go well, the furniture was delivered and several pieces were missing, so I finally went to the store on March 5 and picked up the items the lady was very nice and helped me with my items( different lady). Things to be aware of, make sure everything is documented and signed for and is in stock. The Ashley on line is not part of the stores and Ashley sells to other vendors, big lot, and others. So make sure you get warranty, in writing. The delivery service is or can be third party company. Make sure you get in writing they will set up Everything purchased. Then the original window of deli could be off, part of our furniture was delivered at 8:30 p.m, The delivery person messed up one bar stool and said they will have to send out repairman, three days no phone call. I truly hope your interact service is better than mine was!! Maybe they have learned!!

My experience in the store was great. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The problem begin when the furniture was delivered. The customer service is horrible. They were not on time and no one called to inform me. I had to call for them to tell me that they were 3 stops away. When they got there there was an essential part of the furniture missing and they promised to deliver it on the following Wednesday and that did not happen. I called again and the didn't deliver that day. I talked to the staff at the store and they were going to bring it on Friday and no one called or delivered it. We are still waiting meanwhile I am being charged daily interest for a bed that my grandchild can not use.
Service at the store in Lagrange was excellent. The warehouse in Prattville however damaged the wedge part of the sectional and refused to deliver it separately without charging me a $160 delivery fee so I rescheduled delivery to avoid having to pay them for their mistake. Then, when it was delivered, the delivery guys were excellent and informed me and their supervisor immediately when a rip on one of the consoles was found and made sure a new console was ordered before they left. Then, after 2 weeks of no updates from the warehouse on the status of the new console, I called the franchise's central office in Prattville and was informed that my console hadn't arrived at the warehouse and that, when it did, they wouldn't be able to deliver it because my console was essentially going to be held hostage by the new finance company until the old finance company that they had bought out sent them complete file on a complete customer list. So today I went back to the store in Lagrange and paid the total amount due on the sectional so that when the console did finally come in, it could be delivered promptly with no strings attached. And, with the situation now in MY favor, if the people in their Prattville office try pulling any more stunts, THEY will be owing ME money. Because, depending on how comparable the level of rude customer service in the Prattville office is to the rudeness I received the first time, I will be likely to end up charging THEM a storage fee, a delivery fee, a legal fee,as well as any other halfway plausible fees i can come up with if I keep having to put up with these needless roadblocks.
It’s a must you come see the team. Jasmine was great. Please go see them you want be disappointed.

My daughter was looking for a bedroom set that apparently became discontinued. The sales team was awesome. They were able to assist us by gathering pieces of this set and providing us with alternatives for the dresser which couldn't be found. This sales team worked beyond any other store I've experienced. I hope the delivery team is comparable.
We had a great experience with the sales team. We got what we felt was a pretty good deal. The issues came with the shipping/delivery team. When they finally got all of order they delivered it but they damaged a piece and had to order another and would not bring the damaged piece (chest of drawers) which caused a major head ache storing clothing since we sold the old furniture once we got a delivery date. It took longer to get the replacement than the original order. The. We tried to file a warranty claim on a piece or furniture that was also damaged and we never received a response from the store. We gave up trying. I would recommend looking elsewhere for furniture.
I have always pay cash for my furniture when I go to Ashley this is the first time I have had this problem of ever hearing that I have to get something that I no longer want that was not in my possession at all, I tried getting my money back. They are forcing me to get a dining room set that I no longer needed which I called the next day after I purchased it before I received it or anything I have even called up there trying to get something else because I no longer needed the dining room set. All I got was I’ll call you back never received a call back , that dining room set is still sitting there. I have never heard anything like this in my life where you cannot change your mind about purchasing a item. I have had numerous different stories from the manager in regards to why I can’t get my money back, and none of it makes sense they don’t even go by their own policy when it comes to returns or refund the dining room set was not on clearance . All I wanted was my money back because I found one cheaper so now at this point, I feel like I’m just gonna take them to small claims court because people are entitled to change their mind.
I love that Ashley delivers their own furniture and not contract out. It made a huge difference in the 5 Star delivery. The men operated the adjustable platform w mattress thoroughly until the new king bed was positioned just right for full operation. What an awesome job! A great experience.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This place is terrible AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!! Purchased a couch, bed frames, etc. it took half a year to receive the couch and it has been over a year now we still haven’t gotten other furnitures. The customer service is an absolute joke!! Every time we call to check the delivery status, the first thing they say is it should be delivered any minute when they actually didn’t check the status. How could you know if you didn’t even ask my name? They are terrible at their job. Never come here to buy a single thing ever again in my life.

Went in to get a simple box spring and frame. Took WAY too long. The lady that waited on us treated my disabled mother like a mentally deficient child and repeated herself far too much. By the time we left I was ready to scream if I heard sweetie or sweetheart one more time. Never shopping there again.

After ordering a sectional that didn't arrive before my daughter moved from the area, the store refused to refund her from the LaGrange store but recharged her from the Jacksonville store where they told her the original order would be canceled. She has now been charged twice for one sectional and neither store owner (since they are franchised and do not care about what happens to a customer outside of the immediate sale) will resolve and the corporate care line won't answer the phone. Have sent a letter to the CEO and Better Business Bureau. Have little hope it will be resolved.
Oh my, I went to Ashley for new living room furniture. I walked in and I was in immediately impressed with the variety of beautiful furniture. I saw what I wanted within ten minutes of being there. The saleswoman was very attentive not pushy. Beautiful furniture and accents!

Absolutely horrible customer service. We ordered a couch from them in May and still have not received it. We know someone who ordered the exact same couch from a different Ashley furniture location in august and received it by the beginning of September. Are in the process of canceling the order but the manager claims he does not know if he can do that and we will have to speak with the owner. However everytime we call in the owner is not there. He also claims they do not cancel orders however Ashley Furniture offers cancellation until the item is in the customers possession. They are very unprofessional. Highly advise not purchasing from this store.
Save yourself the drive and take a match to your cash at home. I can't return something due to Covid? I was told to "sign here and here" but never told to read any paperwork and express that I understood what I was agreeing to. I was never given any protective sheets as I sample several different beds and pillows. Staff walking around with no masks but they can't accept a return because "Covid." I'm fully vaccinated and was the only person wearing a mask inside to the best of my knowledge. And don't fall for the typical, "I'm just an old, soft spoken woman that wouldn't hurt a mouse" facade. She tries to put on a display of sympathy while not even trying to fake any effort of customer service. Let it sit and use it as a display model? Nope, can't do that because Covid...even though I put my head on 6+ different pillows. Offer to sell a different one at wholesale or even any form of a discount? Never crosses her mind. But they will tell you that they've never had a return of the product. Oh really?! Oh, it's because you don't take returns or exchanges, how beneficial to the business. Any movie you've seen where the grandmother is exposed as the antagonist behind a Werther's Original stained smile will give you an idea of what you are dealing with. They emit an "aww shucks" persona while mentally telling you to get a cacti colonoscopy.
I’ve waited 6 months for my order to come in. Asked as a little show of customer service for the portion of my order that is here to be delivered. Was told I could wait (even longer) for the remaining item to come in and he could deliver all of it or he’d deliver what is here and I could pick up the remaining item myself when it arrives. I’m sorry but after waiting 6 months I shouldn’t even had to of asked for delivery that should have been a given. #customerservice
I am very disappointed in This store . The workers did not help me . I was waiting on my bed set for almost a year . Then when I went to cancel my order they refused at first but wanted to charge me a processing fee . Terrible. Bad for business. I eventually canceled and got a bed set a 2 weeks later from another place . Just don’t waste your time . This is nothing personal but would you be okay with waiting almost 7 months for a bedroom set ? No I didn’t think so . TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

It's a huge store. The person that catches you at the door will follow you around so hard. You don't really get to take it all in and talk privately to your spouse etc. Not everyone knows exactly what they want after they walk in and see all the options you offer. The price was great though but weird. Had to spend 2,000 to get the 50% deal and could finance it. So they hit you with that after you like an item! All in all. We bought a set lol and we won't get it for another 4 months!

Bought a recliner from them in November of 2019. In October of 2020 the recliner arm stop working. It's covered under warranty and I was told they were ordering the part. Here it is in March of 2021 and because of "covid" I still have a broken recliner with no answer when it will get fixed!

I would NOT buy furniture from this particular furniture store. The salesman lie about a return policy and when you call they say All sales are final with NO return policy. Shop in Columbus at the Ashley Furniture store where you have 7 days to return furniture. The manager was very rude to my wife when she called for her mom.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. We were instantly greeted with warm smiles and welcoming attitudes. Sales Representative, Amanda, and who I believed to be the store manager, Tony, were extremely helpful during our time at the store. Amanda was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. We purchased a table from here, with their "50% off sale" that's always ending that same day but stays going on for several weeks. We received our table but it was a grey table when we ordered a brown/grey table. Not only this but the lid of the table (a lift top) was VERY bent, the drawers (which you could hardly pull out) were uneven! The overall quality just looked terrible compared to the one we looked at in store. We brought it back and had the tables next to each other (wish i took picture) they were as different as day and night. The man (who I assume was the owner?) Was extremely rude to us and came out ready to argue before even seeing the tables. When they were together he kept making excuses, "all lift tops are bent" "that's just the model of the drawers" "theres going to be color variance" I understand those statements can be true but it was severe in this case. I asked for a refund because I was upset over his terrible attitude towards us and he refused. They at least switched the tables out with the floor model we looked at, but at this point I'm not longer going to enjoy my table because its tied to this negative experience. I was planning on furnishing my families new home here, but I certainly will never go back to this store. They are not at all focused on customer satisfaction or even doing the right thing. The sales associate was very nice and helpful though, she was very patient with us in choosing the table, just a shame they sent us garbage.

I had priced the same sectional at another store just yesterday and it was $1300.00 more than at the LaGrange store. There was no pressure to buy and the sales lady was very nice and helpful. Horrible experience with Ashley’s Furniture in Lagrange,Ga. We have always shopped in Opelika, Al at Ashley’s and will be a returning customer to Opelika for obvious reasons! The one time that we decided to shop with Ashley’s Furniture in Lagrange,Ga, it has taught us a huge lesson! They were rude, delivered damaged furniture, and we had to make the call each time to check and see “when” and “if” they will be delivering our furniture. We have yet to receive our furniture and we ordered back in May. Make the drive and shop in Opelika ,Al because they are professional and their Customer service is great! Lesson learned.

My husband and I Went into the store just looking around to get an idea of what we may be looking for. We had already been to many other furniture stores looking for the right bedroom set but couldn't find exactly what we were wanting. As soon as we walked into Ashley I fell in love with the first set they had sitting up front, I browsed the store to make sure I didn't see anything else I liked more and was greeted and helped by a wonderful woman who talked to us about financing and we decided to run our credit to see if we were approved. Turned out we were and she helped us draw up the paperwork and we are scheduled for delivery next week! I am so pleased with how well everything went and how much I love my new furniture that I plan to only use Ashley in Lagrange, ga from now on.

Please don't follow me around like a vulture, pretending to straighten every pillow you pass multple times - after I tell you repeatedly that I am just looking - in an effort to force feed me information about every piece you see me looking at. It's insulting that you think I am so oblivious and even more so that you ignore my request to be left alone. I can see your prices, and supposed discounts and I will comparison shop online. If I have a question, I will come find you - the one who lay your commission claim to me when I crossed the threshhold. If I hadn't been so irritated at the stalking technique, I would have walked out with the mattress I came looking for for my son last week. I had a lady follow me for multiple laps around the place, right on my heels, even switching direction with me as I shortly tell her every time she offers information that I "just want to look". I will give it a shot again next week. If all goes the same, I don't mind potentially paying extra to get it elsewhere. I get the salesman tactics and what the company expects of you, but once I make it clear that I want to browse in peace then respect that boundary because your continued advances are just going to tick me off and make me refuse you any sort of commission. 90% of my house came from Ashley and it was not due to someone following me around like I was going to fold up a bedroom set, toss it in my purse and run out. Not every consumer needs or wants their hands held.

I wish I could share a picture with you. We bought a "leather" sofa set from there 2 years ago. The sofa has huge cracks all over in between the cushions and it's seats have faded alot. This taught me a huge lesson. If I want nice furniture, it's gonna cost alot more than what you pay here. Next time I'm going to Haverty's. It's worth the money to get something nice you get to pass along through the years than have something crappy you have to keep replacing through the years.
