Went in to get a simple box spring and frame. Took WAY too long. The lady that waited on us treated my disabled mother like a mentally deficient child and repeated herself far too much. By the time we left I was ready to scream if I heard sweetie or sweetheart one more time. Never shopping there again.

After ordering a sectional that didn't arrive before my daughter moved from the area, the store refused to refund her from the LaGrange store but recharged her from the Jacksonville store where they told her the original order would be canceled. She has now been charged twice for one sectional and neither store owner (since they are franchised and do not care about what happens to a customer outside of the immediate sale) will resolve and the corporate care line won't answer the phone. Have sent a letter to the CEO and Better Business Bureau. Have little hope it will be resolved.

Oh my, I went to Ashley for new living room furniture. I walked in and I was in immediately impressed with the variety of beautiful furniture. I saw what I wanted within ten minutes of being there. The saleswoman was very attentive not pushy. Beautiful furniture and accents!

Absolutely horrible customer service. We ordered a couch from them in May and still have not received it. We know someone who ordered the exact same couch from a different Ashley furniture location in august and received it by the beginning of September. Are in the process of canceling the order but the manager claims he does not know if he can do that and we will have to speak with the owner. However everytime we call in the owner is not there. He also claims they do not cancel orders however Ashley Furniture offers cancellation until the item is in the customers possession. They are very unprofessional. Highly advise not purchasing from this store.

Save yourself the drive and take a match to your cash at home. I can't return something due to Covid? I was told to "sign here and here" but never told to read any paperwork and express that I understood what I was agreeing to. I was never given any protective sheets as I sample several different beds and pillows. Staff walking around with no masks but they can't accept a return because "Covid." I'm fully vaccinated and was the only person wearing a mask inside to the best of my knowledge. And don't fall for the typical, "I'm just an old, soft spoken woman that wouldn't hurt a mouse" facade. She tries to put on a display of sympathy while not even trying to fake any effort of customer service. Let it sit and use it as a display model? Nope, can't do that because Covid...even though I put my head on 6+ different pillows. Offer to sell a different one at wholesale or even any form of a discount? Never crosses her mind. But they will tell you that they've never had a return of the product. Oh really?! Oh, it's because you don't take returns or exchanges, how beneficial to the business. Any movie you've seen where the grandmother is exposed as the antagonist behind a Werther's Original stained smile will give you an idea of what you are dealing with. They emit an "aww shucks" persona while mentally telling you to get a cacti colonoscopy.

My wife has been hounding me for a while to get a new couch for our den. I stopped by Ashley’s with intentions of just looking. When I walked in the door they greeted me, and directed me to where I should go. I fell in love with a couch that they had on display, and long story short I bought it. I’m very happy, and recommend Ashley’s 100%!
