A Seamless Furniture Shopping Experience at Ashley! We're repeat Ashley customers, and for good reason! Our power recliner sofas, purchased back in 2019, are still in fantastic condition, so when our son needed furniture for his first apartment, Ashley was our first stop. We were immediately greeted by Wallace, who quickly understood what we were looking for. We showed him a few items we'd found online, and he efficiently guided us to the in-store options. He even suggested a comfortable alternative to one of our online picks, which was incredibly helpful for seeing and feeling the quality firsthand. The real magic happened as we were heading to pay. My son spotted a sofa that wasn't on our radar, and while it was initially more expensive, Wallace quickly helped us check the online price. To our delight, it was on sale, making it comparable in price to his original choice and still well within budget! Thanks to Wallace's efficiency and helpfulness, we were in and out in about 30 minutes with the perfect sofa for my son's new apartment. Ashley continues to impress with their quality products and exceptional customer service. We highly recommend them!

Be aware of Tony he bad mouths his customers I called in to make my SECOND payment on my layaway order. Overheard him in the background saying “I lied” and “if I’m paying my order off or not??!” Not even knowing I’ve been making my payments every month. We all work hard for our money and deserve respect when doing business. So of course I cancelled my order and got a refund they charge 10% even though they said they don’t order it until you’re done paying it off. BE CAREFUL WHO YOU DO BUSINESS WITH!! Till you get there. Work with them. Get it in writing that they will do 0% interest for 60 months with 30% off for Memorial Day sales. You pick out and spend 8k on furniture, get approved and get ready to sign the paperwork only to be told twice in the transaction that they miscalculated and add $150 on your ticket not once, but twice! You accept that and move on to the purchase, then they walk out and tell you there’s not enough reimbursements on their end to do 0% for 60 months w/ 30% off for Memorial Day which I have in writing from them which is what they offered me! They now want to take back 15% and only offer to do 15% off for 36 months. It was the most unprofessional experience I have had! We spent hours working with them only to be offered the savings and financing advertised for Memorial Day to then be told at closing that they would not honor their Memorial Day deals! Now both mine and my wife’s credit has been pinged for nothing. Would not recommend at all! Once you’re told at 7pm which is closing on Memorial Day, you now don’t have time to take advantage of sales with a company that will honor their sales deal!

Tina was great! She answered all of our questions and paid attention to make sure that our needs were met with our furniture and navigating the store. I was in a wheelchair, and she made sure there were no obstacles in our way. The only issue we had with the store was the temperature. It was rather warm, and my husband was very sweaty when we left the store. Of course, Tina had nothing to do with that. When we came back to purchase our furniture, we were met with the same enthusiasm and attention to detail as the day before. The staff accommodated my needs, and we had a pleasurable experience laughing and sharing stories. When we need furniture in the future, I'm sure we will return. Thank you, Tina!

My Mother and I went to Ashley Store, LaGrange, to find new living room furniture. We were greeted by Louis, who was very attentive and accommodating to my Mom’s preferences. The overall experience was really good. The only constructive feedback I have is regarding the wait time to “get the paperwork ready” after we made our final decision on furniture options. It took quite a while, but at least we had a lot of comfy furniture on which to sit and wait.

Their delivery service is horrendous. I ordered a sofa, paid in full and still waiting on delivery-3 weeks so far. And was also charged a fee of $130 to deliver my sofa to my home.
