I had a very pleasant experience at Ashley Furniture Stonecrest, Ga. .especially service provided by Ricco Stephen Brown who is new to Ashley. He was very professional, helpful and gave excellent customer service . Because of his services I will visit the store again.

Horrible. We went in last night around 7:30 pm. Walked around for 10 minutes. No one said a word. No help. Not even a welcome in can I help you. This place has terrible customer service. Went to Rooms to Go. I will never go there again.

update 3/24: I was told delivery was coming today through email but yet again nothing. If you all do nothing else, do not order from Ashley. very unprofessional and no help! I I have had an absolutely terrible experience with Ashley and the lack of support at this location. I placed an order over two months ago, and although it was delivered two weeks ago, I am still waiting on the bed legs. When the furniture was delivered, the team was unable to assemble it. I asked them to take everything back because I didn’t want to wait for assembly, but they refused. To make matters worse, the desk I ordered arrived scratched. I was told that both the replacement desk and the missing bed legs would be delivered to my home within a week. The following week, only the desk issue was resolved. The person who dropped it off had no knowledge of the missing bed legs, and after checking my order, I discovered that the request for them had never even been placed. Yesterday, March 20th, I went to the store and was told that a district manager would call me by the end of the day with a resolution. That call never came, and I received no update. Despite multiple calls to customer service and visits to the store, I keep receiving empty promises of callbacks and resolutions, yet no real action. Even after speaking with an in-store representative who contacted the warehouse, they still have no idea when the legs will be in stock. This is beyond frustrating, especially since I have been a loyal customer and have purchased from Ashley multiple times before. I have been waiting over a week for someone to offer a real solution. I am getting married in less than a week, and my home is in disarray because of this unresolved issue. At this point, I need someone to call me immediately and arrange for the furniture to be picked up before my wedding. I would not recommend Ashley to anyone in the future. The customer service is unacceptable, and no one seems willing to take responsibility or provide immediate assistance.
