We recently visited the Ashley Signature Furniture store at Stonecrest Mall and had a fantastic experience working with Kay. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and struck the perfect balance of being available without hovering or being overbearing. She gave us space to explore, but was right there with helpful answers whenever we had questions. Kay also kept track of the pieces we liked, stayed in touch, and was incredibly responsive when we had follow-up questions the next day. On top of that, she went the extra mile to help us secure the best pricing, including price matching the online quotes. She was truly wonderful to work with, and I would absolutely recommend visiting this store and asking for Kay if you want a great furniture shopping experience.

Ricco Brown was our Ashley Advisor at The Ashley Furniture Store in The Stonecrest Mall area. He took great care of us. He greeted us upon entering the store, asked what we were looking for (a recliner), pointed us in the right direction, gave us some space, and didn’t make us feel harassed. He was very knowledgeable on the recliner furniture specs as well as shipping time frames, and made us feel like friends during the entire purchase process. He also knew about the recent tariffs situation affecting prices on furniture and was able to offer a great deal on what we wanted. He definitely looks to build a long term furniture advisor relationship with you. We actually went to the competitor furniture stores in the area and ended up coming right back as our experience was not as good as at Ashley Furniture. Sloppy order , wrong color, damaged and return process dragged out !!!!

The only positive experience was the Sales team. It's been delay after delay with delivery. I was willing to accept the initial compensation for the 1st delay, but after the 2nd time it was delayed I decided to cancel all together. I called to cancel on 1/9 and was forwarded to the cancelation department. I was told I would receive an email with the confirmation of cancelation, and a refund request would be processed back to the form of original payment. I never received it, and today the order was still showing active. I've called customer service twice today. They have not been able to get in contact with the cancelation department both times I called. A ticket has been opened, and now it may take 24-72 hours until I hear back from the cancelation department and another 5-7 business days until the refund is processed. This is unacceptable, and I will never purchase from Ashley Furniture again.

I worked with Calvin on my purchase of a leather reclining love seat. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helped explain everything. I am very pleased with Ashley.

This has been one of the most unacceptable and frustrating customer experiences I have ever encountered. To be clear, the sales team was professional and helpful. Unfortunately, everything after the sale—specifically the delivery and so-called “white glove” service—has been an absolute failure. The mattress and bed frame were delivered on the promised date; however, the base was not. While the white glove delivery team was still in my home completing the setup, I immediately contacted customer service regarding the missing base. I was informed by the representative that the item was on backorder and that there was no confirmed delivery date. Despite repeated assurances and multiple promised delivery dates, the base was not delivered for nearly three additional weeks. During this time, I was forced to sleep with my mattress on the floor, which is completely unacceptable after paying in full for a bedroom set and professional delivery and installation services. When the delivery team finally arrived with the base, it was immediately evident that they did not know how to properly assemble the bed frame. Due to a communication barrier, they contacted a family friend by phone to translate rather than having qualified personnel capable of completing the installation. Throughout the process, they appeared confused, installed incorrect components in the wrong areas, and rushed through the assembly without properly inspecting their work. I have photographic documentation supporting these issues. Less than 24 hours after delivery, the bed frame snapped in the middle and completely collapsed. This was extremely alarming and posed a serious safety risk. A brand-new base should never fail in this manner. The failure was clearly due to improper installation, not normal use. What makes this situation even more concerning is the lack of urgency, accountability, or resolution that followed. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this matter, I have received no acceptable response. I was contacted by a store associate named Viv from the Stonecrest location, where the purchase was made, and was promised delivery on December 30. I received no follow-up communication, and no delivery occurred on that date. When I contacted the store and requested to speak with a manager, I was told they were in a meeting and would return my call. I never received a call. I followed up again the next day and was still unable to speak with a manager or receive any assistance. As a result of these failures, I am now forced to sleep elsewhere, despite having paid for furniture and installation services that were never properly completed. At this point, I am formally demanding a full refund, including all delivery and white glove service fees. I also request that all furniture be removed from my residence. Anything less is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate this matter to Ashley Furniture corporate leadership, file formal complaints, and pursue legal options related to unsafe installation, product failure, and lack of resolution. No customer should be placed in a dangerous situation or displaced from their home due to negligence and poor service. Ashley Furniture must seriously reevaluate its delivery contractors, training standards, and accountability processes. Paying extra for white glove service should provide peace of mind—not broken furniture, safety hazards, weeks of inconvenience, and disregard once an issue arises. Again, the sales team fulfilled their responsibilities. However, the delivery and white glove service has been an absolute failure, and I strongly caution others against trusting this aspect of the company. Do NOT buy any beds or mattresses from these crooks. I bought a very expensive mattress and base from the store in October. The salesman assured me that the mattress came with a comfort guarantee and if I didn’t like the feel of it I would be able to reselect. I called one week after my purchase to tell the salesman Ricco that I wasn’t happy with the quality of the mattress. He assured me that if I waited 30 days I could exchange. That made no sense to me but I went along with it. Over a month and a half later and I’m still trying to make a reselection. The store and corporate office have been giving me the run around only to deny my comfort guarantee. Had I known that the salesman Ricco told me a bunch of nonsense I would have never went with that mattress. How would I KNOW about a comfort guarantee if someone at the store didn’t tell me about it? Will take legal action- don’t BUY FROM THIS STORE. —- Update! The owner or maybe store manager reached out to me! They listened to my concerns and I think I may be able to switch out this uncomfortable bed!

Defective Product NIGHTMARE. BEWARE THEY WILL ONLY OFFER REPAIR NOT REFUND. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I purchased a reclining chair from Ashley Furniture that was delivered on December 11, 2025. Because I work 12‑hour shifts, I wasn’t able to thoroughly inspect it until December 18. The moment I finally had time to sit in it, I realized something was wrong — the footrest did not extend the way it was supposed to. It barely came out and certainly not like the model I tested in the store. To make sure I wasn’t mistaken, I went back to the showroom and checked the floor model myself. I even asked the sales associate to confirm how far the footrest should extend. Sure enough, the floor model worked perfectly — nothing like the service member. Once I got home, I called the store. A woman by the name of Avis Slogan answered. I explained the situation and instead of listening or offering help, this woman focused on lecturing me about how long the chair had been in my home, as if that somehow excused the fact that it arrived defective. The tone, the attitude, and the complete lack of professionalism were unacceptable. No customer should be treated that way for reporting a legitimate problem. I then proceeded to call the store again, to which the main customer service office answered. I explained the situation again. I requested a refund for a product that was clearly not functioning as intended. Instead of taking responsibility, the representative insisted on sending a service technician to my home. I declined. I was then told that Ashley Furniture “does not offer refunds,” only repairs or replacements. So essentially, they delivered a faulty product and expect the customer to just deal with it.

I had an excellent experience at the Ashley Furniture HomeStore at StoneCrest thanks to the outstanding customer service I received from Ricco Brown The representative was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the products. He took the time to understand my needs, answered all of my questions clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I never felt rushed or pressured, which I truly appreciated. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail made a big difference, and I left the store feeling confident in my purchase. This level of customer service is exactly why l would return and recommend Ashley Furniture to others.

Sales personnel and store was fine but getting the items delivered has been a challenge thus far. From not being notified about a change in the date and time, to the items being damaged in which caused delays and inconveniences the customer because we have a schedule as well. Calvin was awesome. We walked in the door looking for a dining room set, sectional couch and bedroom set. He walked through our options, talked price, let us deliberate on what we wanted then moved onto the next item on the list. Thank God for his patience. After walking and talking to us for 2 hours, we sat down and talked numbers. 3 hours in total before we completed our purchase of everything we wanted. Delivery is this week thankfully. Right on time for Thanksgiving. Definitely will come back to complete our bedroom set.

Well my visit today at Ashley's Signature Furniture was absolutely wonderful. It was All thanks to my Amazing sales lady Ms. Marie Philogene. I purchased more than I came for today because of her and the rest of the staff's customer service, once I'd walked through the door. Very professional/ courteous/ patience/ gives suggestions

Before I had stepped into Ashley Furniture Store, I knew exactly what I wanted. I had done my research and compared similar Furniture between Ashley and Rooms To Go. I was prepared to go with Rooms To Go because of the price difference at Ashley's. However my husband and I stopped at Ashley's 1st so that we could lay eyes on the actual Furniture, sit on it, test it out, etc... We had planned on going to both stores to do this and then purchase the Furniture after comparing both places. Online although the furniture were vary similar in color and detail, my husband preferred the detail difference of the Furniture at Ashley's., which is why we went there 1st. I have to say when we went there, we were immediately greeted by Jeff who took us to the Furniture I wanted. Ashley's has very beautiful furniture and great customer service by the way. Jeff took great care of us and was able to give me a price that I could not walk away from. Not only was the furniture absolutely Beautiful in person, we walked away paying less than the Rooms To Go pricing. To be fair, we probably would have gotten a good deal at Rooms To Go also, since we were paying out right for the Furniture. But the experience at Ashley's was worth us doing our business there. Jeff's attention to us and his customer service skills won us over as well as his ability to help us keep a little more in our pockets by getting us a real deal. We still paid a little over 7K but this was good in comparison to my research price and even their sale price when we arrived. Thanks Ashley Furniture for a Great experience.

I had the pleasure of working with Ricco during my recent visit, and I can honestly say he made the entire experience exceptional from start to finish. Ricco genuinely cares about his customers and takes the time to understand their needs without ever being pushy or rushed. His kindness and friendly demeanor instantly put me at ease, and his professionalism made the whole process feel smooth and enjoyable.

My family and I had a house fire. A couple of days after the fire. We came into the store looking to get furniture to replace what we’d lost. We explained our situation to the sales associate Ms. Fay. Ms. Fay was so kind and so helpful. We purchased living room , dining room, 2 bedrooms sets(1 king, 1 queen) with the mattresses and a sleeper sofa. The delivery was scheduled for a week later. We had been sleeping on the floor with air mattresses at our rental property while we waited for the furniture. The day of the delivery, I received a call saying my mattress was on back order and I had to wait even longer to get a mattress. About an hour after that call the delivery guys arrived. The delivery guy told me the mattress wasn’t on back order. The mattress was at the ware house it just couldn’t fit on the truck. The truck was packed to the brim. As the guys were installing the furniture; I received another call from the call center saying the mattress wouldn’t be delivered because it was on back order. I told them what the delivery guy said and they basically said he didn’t know what he was talking about. After I hung up with the call center I called the store at least 8 times getting no answer before sending someone over to the store. When my niece arrived with me on the phone. They told her to come back after a certain time then the manager would be there. I waited until the time. I drove over to the store and I spoke with the manager. I explained what was going on. The manager said he would help me fix the problem. I told them I needed to get a mattress by a certain time if not I wanted a refund and I would go somewhere else to get a mattress. He and his staff assured my husband and I the problem would get fixed and I would get a mattress that day. I told them I had someone who would bring me a mattress by 8pm I just had to let them know by 7pm. And again they assured me they would fix it. They took me to the back to look at different mattresses to stall as time pass by. Once time came to an end. They once again assured my husband and I; that we would have a mattress that night. My husband and I waited and waited for the mattress that never came. When I got up the next morning, I told my husband I was going to go to the store to cancel the order and I would go somewhere else to by a mattress. I thought the store opened at 9am. My husband told me the store didn’t open until 10am. A few minutes before 9 there was a knock on my door. It was the delivery driver with the mattress. He dropped off the mattress and as I was talking to him, he told me the mattress wasn’t on his load for the day. He was told that morning to drop it off before his load to Athens. I went to the store after it opened, I explained how I felt like they(the store) played in my face. And how the mattress wasn’t delivered when it was supposed to be. I told them multiple times “at this point I don’t even want the mattress; they can have it back and I’d go somewhere else to get another.” The manager kept saying to let them make it right even if they had to give me something to fix it. Even after the offer and the back and forth. I still didn’t/ don’t want the mattress and still got nowhere. Later I was told the situation was being handled by the VIPS and it was out of their hands and that the VIPS would be contacting me. After saying a number of time I didn’t want the mattress. I felt like they basically forced me to keep the mattress thinking if days/weeks go by it wouldn’t be a big deal anymore. This was our first time purchasing furniture and I was NOT satisfied with my experience. To my knowledge the problem was never addressed and the mattress is still here. I feel as if my family was taken for a joke at a very traumatic time . But it’s okay at this point I’m not expecting them to do anything else. I just know once our balance is paid in full, we will be closing the account and will not purchase from them again.

This was my first buying experience with Ashley Furniture. Mikayla made It a great experience. She was courteous, and very knowledgeable about the furniture I looked at and the prices and quality. There was no pressure to buy. She allowed us to look freely and checked back often to see if we needed assistance. I already referred a friend who is also looking to buy some furniture. Also the appointment for my furniture to be delivered was scheduled in a very timely manner.

HORRIBLE.. I returned a recliner and they would not remove the delivery fee nor the furniture protection fee.. I had to pay those fees and don’t have any furniture.. BUYER BEWARE

I spent a lot of money at this store to buy furniture for a 3 story house. My bedroom chest came damaged and I returned it expecting to get a new one. The people that originally delivered it told us that they made a note to tell delivery people that they will need 4 people as they are going up 2 flights of stairs. We also called Ashley and notified them of this (chest damaged and need 4 people to deliver). After waiting for weeks, they finally came to deliver the new chest. Guess what, only 2 people came who said they could not deliver it. They take it back and reschedule it. The second people that come convinced me to leave the chest in the garage and that in 2 hours they would come back with 4 people and deliver it. They made me sign that it was delivered, stating that they would need a second signature once it was on the 3rd floor but that was a blatant lie. This chest now sits in the middle of my garage where I can no longer park my car. Been in contact with customer support who keep creating support tickets to no avail. Each time we call them, they say that they will get back to us in 48-78h. They told us they would send us an email with the time and delivery date. Instead, got a call from random numbers that my wife thought was a spam and didnt pick up. Hours after those phone calls, we get told that delivery people would come today by our sales rep. We wait the entire day only to find out since my wife didn't pick those phones calls, no one came. No actual delivery date in sight. Extremely frustrated with the lack of compassion and customer support.

I’ve been on the hunt for a painting, called one store to see if they had stock, they did not but instead gave me this location (Stonecrest) as having 2 in stock and they said I should not have a problem purchasing it and taking it same day since it was wall art. I called Stonecrest to make sure the stock was correct, they confirmed but then said I would not be able to take it with me and that they would have to order it. I called another store that’s over an hour away, they have one in stock, and said I could purchase it and take it with me same day in store. The fact that I am going to drive over an hour to one location that allows to me to purchase a painting and take it vs going to this location that is only 20 minutes away is RIDICULOUS! the bureaucracy is foolish. Ashley Furniture “supposedly” is not a franchise and should abide by the same policies whether it is online/in store. that’s not the case, BEWARE!

update 3/24: I was told delivery was coming today through email but yet again nothing. If you all do nothing else, do not order from Ashley. very unprofessional and no help! I I have had an absolutely terrible experience with Ashley and the lack of support at this location. I placed an order over two months ago, and although it was delivered two weeks ago, I am still waiting on the bed legs. When the furniture was delivered, the team was unable to assemble it. I asked them to take everything back because I didn’t want to wait for assembly, but they refused. To make matters worse, the desk I ordered arrived scratched. I was told that both the replacement desk and the missing bed legs would be delivered to my home within a week. The following week, only the desk issue was resolved. The person who dropped it off had no knowledge of the missing bed legs, and after checking my order, I discovered that the request for them had never even been placed. Yesterday, March 20th, I went to the store and was told that a district manager would call me by the end of the day with a resolution. That call never came, and I received no update. Despite multiple calls to customer service and visits to the store, I keep receiving empty promises of callbacks and resolutions, yet no real action. Even after speaking with an in-store representative who contacted the warehouse, they still have no idea when the legs will be in stock. This is beyond frustrating, especially since I have been a loyal customer and have purchased from Ashley multiple times before. I have been waiting over a week for someone to offer a real solution. I am getting married in less than a week, and my home is in disarray because of this unresolved issue. At this point, I need someone to call me immediately and arrange for the furniture to be picked up before my wedding. I would not recommend Ashley to anyone in the future. The customer service is unacceptable, and no one seems willing to take responsibility or provide immediate assistance.

Your company should be honest with customers and not tell them that their order is available to get a sale while knowing that it is on backorder. By them being dishonest it inconveniences the customer by preparing for several false delivery dates. They didn’t care about us and how we felt. They did not try to make any concessions for their poor service.

I have been buying furniture from Ashley stores for over 20 yrs now, I really do like the quality furniture that they sell. I would recommend them to everyone, that’s the go to store for making your rooms at home look gorgeous, with each set you purchase. However I recently bought some new furniture for my new home, I realized when a part of my delivery came that Ashley doesn’t have their own delivery services. These guys were contracted to deliver the furniture, they were struggling to carry the pieces up the steps, plus it was only 2 little guys seems inexperienced and banged up the wall in house, one item had a chip & the other had a small dent from where it hit the wall. They had no shoe coverings on but I’m relieved they didn’t make a mess on the floor too much. I am hoping my 2nd delivery will come with more experienced people. Overall Ashley furniture store is wonderful.

We purchased the 4 piece Carnaby went home measured and taped dimensions to floor for visual. We had the room to add on making it the 5 piece Carnaby option. Calvin made this change seamless for us and our overall experience with Ashley exceptional.

On January1,2025 my husband and I went to the Ashley Furniture store on Stonecrest Circle. We met Nisha Coleman. She was very professional, warm, patient and kind throughout our experience. A few weeks prior we came to this same store.... after we found the dining room set the employee that was supposed to be helping us displayed a horrible disposition, she was not patient, we had questions, she got upset... I saw her go to her co-workers, complaining to the point of one them taking a piece of paper to fan her. I saw this, which in turn I became upset and told my husband I had to leave. Today we came back because I did want the dining set. I'm glad my husband asked me to go back, which was fine as long as I didn't have to deal with the same employee. Fortunately, it was Nisha Coleman. She deserves a 5 star in my eyes!!! Thanks again Nisha! 🙂

I must give high kudos to the manager, brave enough to allow some charities to have their Christmas toy giveaway at this location. Some of the children were roughhousing, and I can only imagine it was because they were not used to being around such an environment. While some say that it was probably a very risky decision to allow under privileged children to come to their location, I choose to take the high road and look at the ineligible mark that some will never forget the feeling of how such nice furniture felt to be around. It may even have them in the future remember the name Ashley’s furniture.

Then I was told that the rest would be delivered on November 13th and now it is supposed to arrive on November 22nd. With the Thanksgiving holiday approaching, I wanted to have everything in place prior to going out of town. I may not utilize Ashley again.

Stay away from this store and Stan particularly. I bought furniture in July 2024, it’s now November 1st and I just got called again about my order being pushed back after confirming for delivery this morning.. what a joke. I was lied to about my order from Stan who put direct ship on my nightstands for the bedroom set and explained it would be here in August. I confirmed with him multiple times is he sure on this timeframe to which he assured me yes… customer service is beyond terrible. This store is a joke and the people running it

I had a horrible experience with Ashley.I had to wait a long time for the item and after they brought it it was damaged and they said they replace it. But decided send a tech instead. I couldn't get a refund or nothing so for me it was horrible except the experience with the sales associate was great. Once he made the sale everything went down hill.

Everyone in the store was friendly. We definitely appreciated the assistance that we received. My sons are enjoying their new furniture. The delivery crew showed up and put the beds together in less than 30 minutes. We appreciate everything and we will definitely visit the store again.

Do Not shop at this Ashley Furniture store or any. I purchased a bedroom set and a sectional sofa. When I ordered my furniture, Ashley stated it will take 2 weeks to build then delivery. Two weeks came, I received 2 nightstands with 1 damaged and not functioning properly, dresser damaged, sectional sofa that was fine, and NO bed frame which they stated was on backorder. I had the delivery guys take the dresser back and I told them to take the 1 nightstand. The delivery guy stated I should keep the nightstand because Ashley is only going to fix it and send the same 1 back. The biggest mistake I ever made was keeping something that was damaged. Two weeks go by, I am expecting my remainder of furniture to be delivered since Ashley gave me another 2 weeks. Received a call 2 days before expected delivery, the representative stated she was sending someone out to repair the 1 nightstand and did not mention on the call about delivery of other furniture until I proceeded to ask. She apologized and stated my bed frame was still on backorder. I told the representative that I did not want anyone coming to fix anything at that time and that everyone should come on the same day as delivery since I have to take off work to be there. After a few weeks, still no call from Ashley to confirm my delivery. I called and furniture still on backorder. After 3rd failed expected delivery, I called Ashley to request a refund on everything except the sectional sofa. Ashley customer service claimed that the Ashley store in Stonecrest had to start the refund process. I spoke with the Stonecrest store, they claimed someone in business would have to contact me to start a refund on another day. I waited a few days and called back. They claimed there was a case number, and I had to wait for their call. The next day, Ashley proceeded to call me to tell me that they can deliver all my furniture on September 4, 2024. I informed them that I was in the process of getting a refund on furniture I never received and returning furniture received that was damaged. They stated there was no need for the return since everything was ready. I told them I am not accepting anything, and I was already upset that I have spent thousands of dollars on furniture that I have not received or was damaged. The next several days Ashley kept sending me many texts, calls and emails stating furniture is ready for delivery. I spoke with someone at Ashley warehouse and told him that I will not be receiving any furniture. The warehouse person informed me that a message was placed in the system that I no longer wanted the furniture. I finally got someone on the phone at the corporate office a few days later that told me my case is still pending on refund. I called corporate again a week later and this time someone started my refund on the furniture I refused. I asked about the nightstands. I wanted a refund since I did not want to keep them if they go with a bedroom set, I don't have completed. She stated that the case is still pending since I accepted the furniture in my home. It has been several weeks now, I called corporate again today 10/1/24 to speak to someone. He proceeds to tell me there are no returns from any Ashley stores except for online purchases. I told him if that was the case, why do I see on Ashley's website that I can return items within 30 days if not satisfied. Mind you, I requested the refund within the period and the representative proceeds to give me a case number. Throughout this 2-month period, I have learned a valuable lesson that I will not purchase anything at Ashley’s furniture. I believed the Ashley's store in Stonecrest knew before I confirmed my order that items were on backorder. I believe the salesperson was only thinking about making a sale and he could care less about the inconvenience placed on the customers. I will tell every family member and friend to spend their money somewhere other than this company. I have had the worst experience for a 1st time home buying who wanted to splurge on some new furniture. Still waiting to return and refund.

We purchased living room set and master bedroom set. We have spent several thousand dollars at Ashley and been very pleased and we’re also wanting to purchase more. We were super excited for our new sets until it was so difficult to actually receive them. We were scheduled for 9/21 then day of we received a call that the truck driver called out. Were frustrated but acting accordingly and set up a new date, 9/23 between 8am and 12:15pm. Come 9am and no call or confirmation we called and were first told we weren’t on the schedule. Then were told the truck is broke down. Then proceeded to talk to 6 different people just to get answers and solutions. I was denied a supervisor by one person. Had to repeat myself several times because 2 people decided to just repeat what I told them. No one had answers or solutions until almost 3 hrs later . They tried to get us to reschedule for a MONTH out after I explicitly said I wanted to pick up in stead. After hrs of going back and forth someone finally knew what they were doing and got us the correct information.then we rented a U-Haul and had to drive a hr and half away to pick up the furniture ourselves then we’re still not able to get everything we PAID for. 4 of our items were not allowed be released even though they had them and were clearly PAID for. They couldn’t tell us why and neither the store or warehouse were communicating. All they did was blame one another instead of figuring out a solution. So after 3 more hrs of sitting we drove 2 hrs home because of traffic and waiting on them. We had the hula back late because they could get their stuff straight and had to pay a fee. A went home without everything. very frustrated and disappointed. won’t be returning. Y’all really need to get more organized. This is unacceptable.

Recently, I went to several furniture stores to shop for furniture for my master bedroom. I have used Ashley before, the Buford location, and had a great experience, so made the decision to return, this time to the Stonecrest location. I am giving two stars because working with Mrs. Fay was effortless, and she deserves the credit for her patience. I decided on a bedroom suite and living room set and scheduled my delivery for Saturday, September 21, and received my confirmation email accordingly. The morning of, I received a phone call stating that we needed to reschedule my delivery as the delivery driver did not come to work. While this was inconvenient, I cooperated and scheduled the delivery for Tuesday, September 24. I was told over the phone that everything was set up for Tuesday, and spent Monday night moving furniture out of my master bedroom, but never received an appointment reminder, so Tuesday morning, I followed up to get a time frame, just to find out the call center agent never scheduled the delivery, and the earliest I could reschedule would be the following week. We offered to opt out of home delivery and pick the furniture up from a warehouse, which my girlfriend and disabled father will have to do since I am at work, and have been awaiting a confirmation call for 2 hours. I will not be going back to this location and regret my decision to go there in the first place, the lack of organization is just not worth it. Update: I finally spoke with a helpful representative who arranged for my girlfriend and disabled father to rent a uhaul and drive two hours to the warehouse to pick up our furniture, but they gave them everything I ordered except for the bedframe, headboard, footboard, and box spring. They would not release those items as they were not released in the system. I would advise everyone searching for furniture to make the extra drive to avoid this store and the lack of coordination their staff offers.

Salesperson David is the best!

DO NOT let them talk you into using an Ashley Synchrony credit card for your purchases. I came in with my own credit from a different trusted credit company but I wanted to help Ashley employee by using their credit and that has been a big money mistake. I got approved and everything was smooth at first. Then 5 months later the credit card company decided (for no reason) to lower my credit limit which increased my utilization which lowered my credit score. I file a complaint on the BBB site and they have done this to others. It’s their business practice. Synchrony and Ashley lure you in with the promise of no interest for 12 months, which is kinda true, however if the company keep lowering your initial credit limit you will go will pass the 12 months of no interest and in the end pay a boat load of interest…..Trust me don’t do it you will regret it.

I'm not speaking on this location exactly but the company as a whole is beyond awful don't ever order from them! They will take over a month to get you your furniture! I called to cancel because I was sick of waiting over a month for one piece of furniture and the day after I canceled they took the money out of my account anyway even tho I canceled and asked for my money back because it was going to be another two weeks for before I got my sofa yet again! This is beyond ridiculous. So I never get a product wait forever and have money taken from me after I cancel??

I’ve had two wedges sent back due to errors where the delivery man made notice and said they refuse to deliver the items. She was able to locate the information, verify that Ashley Furniture still sells that particular item and get it ordered for me. I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes! I cannot express how happy I was to be able to find this item so easily. I was really dreading having to go around to all of the furniture stores looking for a chair. This chair is perfect for me and I am so very, very happy! Thank you to Lisa who was professional, helpful and went above and beyond. She even found some felt adhesives to go on the feet of the chair to keep them from scratching my floors!

I love Ashley Furniture! Went to Ashley Furniture Stonecrest, Ga on Sunday, June 9th. The service I received this time was just ok for me. I wanted to buy more, but didn’t bc the energy of my sales rep was off from entering the store to completing the sale. I felt the same way the day before in which I encountered the same with another rep (older man, believe his name was Stan). He answered my questions but the answers were short causing me to continue to ask questions to get answers. Needless to say I purchased a recliner for my husband Father’s Day gift on Sunday (6/9) to be called on Monday (6/10) telling me it won’t deliver as promised on 6/15 and has been changed to Friday (6/21). Very misleading and disappointing..

I'm actually on the phone as I'm writing this review about a situation that occurred yesterday at Ashley in Stonecrest. An employee put an unauthorized item on a purchase that I bought yesterday. I called to have it taken off after I saw the item on my receipt. After telling him from the start not to put it on my credit card. A receipt with the item off was emailed to me with a different purchasing price, but still, my account has not been credited. I told Mr. Lemoine from the moment he told my sister he would give her a particular wall item not to put it on my bill, but he did it anyway. I'm still so upset today and will file a complaint.

Well I was happy with the store service but I'm not happy with the delivery of my purchase after being told I would receive my furniture on the 7th the day before someone called to say they don't have all of my orders OK I was told they would still bring what they already have I said OK well no one came after speaking to 4 different people even the store now am being told the 13th its like am getting the runaround its like they don't even know what's going on at their warehouse am very disappointed with how they do business

The merchandise that I purchased was great but unfortunately, the warranty that I purchased was a complete scam. The saleswoman was untruthful when describing what the warranty covered in its entirety. Long story short; DON’T GET THE WARRANTY…

Ashely Furniture in Stonecrest is great. I really loved that no one pounced on me right when I walked in the door begging for business. David was a gem to work with. He gave great detail when answering all of my questions and gave me space to think/make a decision for me. Needless to say, I am already looking forward to my next purchase!

The Ashley store located at 2900 Stonecrest Circle, Lithonia, GA 30038 is not a store I would recommend to anyone. I have spent almost $5000 in store purchase, I wanted to return a mirror that was unopen to the store a day after it was received. I was told that there are no return policy, yet I did not received a non-return policy on my receipt, I was just told that by the store representatives. If anyone choose to purchase at this store location please ask about their return policy before purchasing any items from this store. Also to add to this my driveway was damaged by the delivery service who delivery the furniture I bought!!

Don't get the Protection Plan offered by the store. Made a claim for damages less than a year from purchase of dining table, only for them to deny claim due to “accumulation of damages” table has 1 small chip on it and 1 stain on it. Was told that any future claims would also be denied until I pay out of pocket for the current damage. Even though their brochure stated that it covers chips, stains, fading, etc.. waste of money getting protection plan for them to flat out tell you that they will not cover any claims now or in the future.
