I am still waiting on parts of my order to be delivered. The first part arrived as promised. Then I was told that the rest would be delivered on November 13th and now it is supposed to arrive on November 22nd. With the Thanksgiving holiday approaching, I wanted to have everything in place prior to going out of town. I may not utilize Ashley again.

Stay away from this store and Stan particularly. I bought furniture in July 2024, it’s now November 1st and I just got called again about my order being pushed back after confirming for delivery this morning.. what a joke. I was lied to about my order from Stan who put direct ship on my nightstands for the bedroom set and explained it would be here in August. I confirmed with him multiple times is he sure on this timeframe to which he assured me yes… customer service is beyond terrible. This store is a joke and the people running it
I had a horrible experience with Ashley.I had to wait a long time for the item and after they brought it it was damaged and they said they replace it. But decided send a tech instead. I couldn't get a refund or nothing so for me it was horrible except the experience with the sales associate was great. Once he made the sale everything went down hill.

Everyone in the store was friendly. We definitely appreciated the assistance that we received. My sons are enjoying their new furniture. The delivery crew showed up and put the beds together in less than 30 minutes. We appreciate everything and we will definitely visit the store again.

Lots to choose from. Their delivery fee is ridiculous . $199.00 is to much for two chairs.
As soon as we walked in we were greeted warmly. Fay took care of our multiple needs today. She showed us variety as well as clearance items. She was able to work in our budget to furnish our new home. She is patient, knowledgeable and friendly! But then there was an issue with the delivery date. After several hours it worked out, but that should not have happened. Pay attention to the delivery date on the paperwork not what is discussed. The warehouse is a whole other operation

Do Not shop at this Ashley Furniture store or any. I purchased a bedroom set and a sectional sofa. When I ordered my furniture, Ashley stated it will take 2 weeks to build then delivery. Two weeks came, I received 2 nightstands with 1 damaged and not functioning properly, dresser damaged, sectional sofa that was fine, and NO bed frame which they stated was on backorder. I had the delivery guys take the dresser back and I told them to take the 1 nightstand. The delivery guy stated I should keep the nightstand because Ashley is only going to fix it and send the same 1 back. The biggest mistake I ever made was keeping something that was damaged. Two weeks go by, I am expecting my remainder of furniture to be delivered since Ashley gave me another 2 weeks. Received a call 2 days before expected delivery, the representative stated she was sending someone out to repair the 1 nightstand and did not mention on the call about delivery of other furniture until I proceeded to ask. She apologized and stated my bed frame was still on backorder. I told the representative that I did not want anyone coming to fix anything at that time and that everyone should come on the same day as delivery since I have to take off work to be there. After a few weeks, still no call from Ashley to confirm my delivery. I called and furniture still on backorder. After 3rd failed expected delivery, I called Ashley to request a refund on everything except the sectional sofa. Ashley customer service claimed that the Ashley store in Stonecrest had to start the refund process. I spoke with the Stonecrest store, they claimed someone in business would have to contact me to start a refund on another day. I waited a few days and called back. They claimed there was a case number, and I had to wait for their call. The next day, Ashley proceeded to call me to tell me that they can deliver all my furniture on September 4, 2024. I informed them that I was in the process of getting a refund on furniture I never received and returning furniture received that was damaged. They stated there was no need for the return since everything was ready. I told them I am not accepting anything, and I was already upset that I have spent thousands of dollars on furniture that I have not received or was damaged. The next several days Ashley kept sending me many texts, calls and emails stating furniture is ready for delivery. I spoke with someone at Ashley warehouse and told him that I will not be receiving any furniture. The warehouse person informed me that a message was placed in the system that I no longer wanted the furniture. I finally got someone on the phone at the corporate office a few days later that told me my case is still pending on refund. I called corporate again a week later and this time someone started my refund on the furniture I refused. I asked about the nightstands. I wanted a refund since I did not want to keep them if they go with a bedroom set, I don't have completed. She stated that the case is still pending since I accepted the furniture in my home. It has been several weeks now, I called corporate again today 10/1/24 to speak to someone. He proceeds to tell me there are no returns from any Ashley stores except for online purchases. I told him if that was the case, why do I see on Ashley's website that I can return items within 30 days if not satisfied. Mind you, I requested the refund within the period and the representative proceeds to give me a case number. Throughout this 2-month period, I have learned a valuable lesson that I will not purchase anything at Ashley’s furniture. I believed the Ashley's store in Stonecrest knew before I confirmed my order that items were on backorder. I believe the salesperson was only thinking about making a sale and he could care less about the inconvenience placed on the customers. I will tell every family member and friend to spend their money somewhere other than this company. I have had the worst experience for a 1st time home buying who wanted to splurge on some new furniture. Still waiting to return and refund.

We purchased living room set and master bedroom set. We have spent several thousand dollars at Ashley and been very pleased and we’re also wanting to purchase more. We were super excited for our new sets until it was so difficult to actually receive them. We were scheduled for 9/21 then day of we received a call that the truck driver called out. Were frustrated but acting accordingly and set up a new date, 9/23 between 8am and 12:15pm. Come 9am and no call or confirmation we called and were first told we weren’t on the schedule. Then were told the truck is broke down. Then proceeded to talk to 6 different people just to get answers and solutions. I was denied a supervisor by one person. Had to repeat myself several times because 2 people decided to just repeat what I told them. No one had answers or solutions until almost 3 hrs later . They tried to get us to reschedule for a MONTH out after I explicitly said I wanted to pick up in stead. After hrs of going back and forth someone finally knew what they were doing and got us the correct information.then we rented a U-Haul and had to drive a hr and half away to pick up the furniture ourselves then we’re still not able to get everything we PAID for. 4 of our items were not allowed be released even though they had them and were clearly PAID for. They couldn’t tell us why and neither the store or warehouse were communicating. All they did was blame one another instead of figuring out a solution. So after 3 more hrs of sitting we drove 2 hrs home because of traffic and waiting on them. We had the hula back late because they could get their stuff straight and had to pay a fee. A went home without everything. very frustrated and disappointed. won’t be returning. Y’all really need to get more organized. This is unacceptable.

Recently, I went to several furniture stores to shop for furniture for my master bedroom. I have used Ashley before, the Buford location, and had a great experience, so made the decision to return, this time to the Stonecrest location. I am giving two stars because working with Mrs. Fay was effortless, and she deserves the credit for her patience. I decided on a bedroom suite and living room set and scheduled my delivery for Saturday, September 21, and received my confirmation email accordingly. The morning of, I received a phone call stating that we needed to reschedule my delivery as the delivery driver did not come to work. While this was inconvenient, I cooperated and scheduled the delivery for Tuesday, September 24. I was told over the phone that everything was set up for Tuesday, and spent Monday night moving furniture out of my master bedroom, but never received an appointment reminder, so Tuesday morning, I followed up to get a time frame, just to find out the call center agent never scheduled the delivery, and the earliest I could reschedule would be the following week. We offered to opt out of home delivery and pick the furniture up from a warehouse, which my girlfriend and disabled father will have to do since I am at work, and have been awaiting a confirmation call for 2 hours. I will not be going back to this location and regret my decision to go there in the first place, the lack of organization is just not worth it. Update: I finally spoke with a helpful representative who arranged for my girlfriend and disabled father to rent a uhaul and drive two hours to the warehouse to pick up our furniture, but they gave them everything I ordered except for the bedframe, headboard, footboard, and box spring. They would not release those items as they were not released in the system. I would advise everyone searching for furniture to make the extra drive to avoid this store and the lack of coordination their staff offers.

DO NOT let them talk you into using an Ashley Synchrony credit card for your purchases. I came in with my own credit from a different trusted credit company but I wanted to help Ashley employee by using their credit and that has been a big money mistake. I got approved and everything was smooth at first. Then 5 months later the credit card company decided (for no reason) to lower my credit limit which increased my utilization which lowered my credit score. I file a complaint on the BBB site and they have done this to others. It’s their business practice. Synchrony and Ashley lure you in with the promise of no interest for 12 months, which is kinda true, however if the company keep lowering your initial credit limit you will go will pass the 12 months of no interest and in the end pay a boat load of interest…..Trust me don’t do it you will regret it.

I'm not speaking on this location exactly but the company as a whole is beyond awful don't ever order from them! They will take over a month to get you your furniture! I called to cancel because I was sick of waiting over a month for one piece of furniture and the day after I canceled they took the money out of my account anyway even tho I canceled and asked for my money back because it was going to be another two weeks for before I got my sofa yet again! This is beyond ridiculous. So I never get a product wait forever and have money taken from me after I cancel??

I don’t know how to update my original post but to have paid as much money as I did and the service I’ve received is ridiculous. I’ve had two wedges sent back due to errors where the delivery man made notice and said they refuse to deliver the items. On top of that my nightstands were said to be delivered in two weeks time, it’s not saying they won’t be here until November. I dealt with Stanley Lee at the store.. definitely felt lied to now

Lisa is a store manager. She was so great! I was looking for a specific chair that was purchased 5 years ago. She was able to locate the information, verify that Ashley Furniture still sells that particular item and get it ordered for me. I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes! I cannot express how happy I was to be able to find this item so easily. I was really dreading having to go around to all of the furniture stores looking for a chair. This chair is perfect for me and I am so very, very happy! Thank you to Lisa who was professional, helpful and went above and beyond. She even found some felt adhesives to go on the feet of the chair to keep them from scratching my floors!

I love Ashley Furniture! Went to Ashley Furniture Stonecrest, Ga on Sunday, June 9th. The service I received this time was just ok for me. I wanted to buy more, but didn’t bc the energy of my sales rep was off from entering the store to completing the sale. I felt the same way the day before in which I encountered the same with another rep (older man, believe his name was Stan). He answered my questions but the answers were short causing me to continue to ask questions to get answers. Needless to say I purchased a recliner for my husband Father’s Day gift on Sunday (6/9) to be called on Monday (6/10) telling me it won’t deliver as promised on 6/15 and has been changed to Friday (6/21). Very misleading and disappointing..

I'm actually on the phone as I'm writing this review about a situation that occurred yesterday at Ashley in Stonecrest. An employee put an unauthorized item on a purchase that I bought yesterday. I called to have it taken off after I saw the item on my receipt. After telling him from the start not to put it on my credit card. A receipt with the item off was emailed to me with a different purchasing price, but still, my account has not been credited. I told Mr. Lemoine from the moment he told my sister he would give her a particular wall item not to put it on my bill, but he did it anyway. I'm still so upset today and will file a complaint.

Well I was happy with the store service but I'm not happy with the delivery of my purchase after being told I would receive my furniture on the 7th the day before someone called to say they don't have all of my orders OK I was told they would still bring what they already have I said OK well no one came after speaking to 4 different people even the store now am being told the 13th its like am getting the runaround its like they don't even know what's going on at their warehouse am very disappointed with how they do business

White oversized chair and I only get Navy blue in the throw pillows for $700. Yall should give at least a black option or one or 2 colors.

The Ashley store located at 2900 Stonecrest Circle, Lithonia, GA 30038 is not a store I would recommend to anyone. I have spent almost $5000 in store purchase, I wanted to return a mirror that was unopen to the store a day after it was received. I was told that there are no return policy, yet I did not received a non-return policy on my receipt, I was just told that by the store representatives. If anyone choose to purchase at this store location please ask about their return policy before purchasing any items from this store. Also to add to this my driveway was damaged by the delivery service who delivery the furniture I bought!!

Don't get the Protection Plan offered by the store. Made a claim for damages less than a year from purchase of dining table, only for them to deny claim due to “accumulation of damages” table has 1 small chip on it and 1 stain on it. Was told that any future claims would also be denied until I pay out of pocket for the current damage. Even though their brochure stated that it covers chips, stains, fading, etc.. waste of money getting protection plan for them to flat out tell you that they will not cover any claims now or in the future.

Had a great experience working with sale rep Fay and Store manager Lisa. I was very pleased with the purchases and look forward to enjoying my new furniture. The sofa/chaise I choose, was firm in the store, however, on one of the reviews, it stated that the one that was delivered, was not as firmed as what they sat on in the showroom store. I am praying that our sofa/chaise will be firm as what I experienced at the store. Looking forward to working with Fay in the near future.

I wish I could rate my salesman, Calvin, separately because his service in the store was awesome. Now for the reason for the 1 star rating: I purchased an item on Monday, January 15, 2024. It was to be delivered Thursday, January 18, 2024. I recieved a message on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 confirming a delivery for the next day between 12:30 pm and 4:30 pm. I also received another confirmation on Thursday, January 18, 2024 at 6:41 am confirming the delivery between 12:30 and 4:30. I took the day off to make sure I was available to receive the delivery. At 4:30 the delivery had not arrived. I made a phone call at 4:35 and spoke to someone at customer service for a status on the delivery. I was then informed that the item would not be at the warehouse until Monday, January 22, 2024. At that time I would receive a delivery date. I was FURIOUS! I received 3 confirmations of the January 18th delivery, but I had not received ANYTHING about a later delivery. After speaking to a supervisor, Mark, and explained how I had loss a days pay for nothing, I was told that nothing could be on his end and I should call the store for compensation. I caked the store and spoke to a lady named Speeda. (I'm not sure if I spelled her name correctly.) I explained everything to her just as I had explained to Mark and why I was so upset. She showed no empathy and just kept stating that the item would not be at the warehouse until January 22. She then told me that it would be delivered on Thursday, January 25, 2024. I told her that I could not afford losing another day's pay and the item not be delivered again. She then said that she could change the delivery date to Saturday, January 27, 2024. I reluctantly accepted that date because I had no other choice. On today, January 21, 2024, I received a delivery confirmation for January 25. I again was upset because Speeda told me that she changed the delivery date to January 27. I then requested the date be changed to January 27. Had I not seen that email, the item could have been delivered when no one would have been home to receive it. This service has been UNACCEPTABLE! I cannot believe Ashley does business like this!

My Mother has been mistreated twice at this store. She arrived tonight before closing to locked doors, although it was not even time for the store to be closed. The associates saw her outside and there were still patrons in the store and they still wouldn’t open the door. When they finally did open the door to let customers out, they lied saying that they didn’t lock the doors until closing, when they were locked well before then. She was there to pick up items for a second time after being denied the first time because the store was doing “inventory”, which had absolutely nothing to do with her order. Charity is a LIAR and needs to be fired and this store needs to practice better customer service skills!! Will never patronize this store again!

The response yeah it's because it's Christmas, (what does that have to do with anything, I don't give a doggone about Christmas). All we got was sorry. No I'm downgrading my stars based on this. We went into Ashley Furniture yesterday and was greeted by "Stan da Man" in a humorous way that made you want to shop there. Our experience was wonderful, Stan made sure we got what we were shopping for. He wasn't pushing us to buy something we didn't want, he gave us time to consider our purchase and to find the item that was right for us. Everyone was polite, and willing to help if they didn't know we had a salesperson, Stan was very educating on the entire process from purchase to delivery. Although we haven't received the product yet, the shopping experience and customer service was superb! I'm glad we came to Ashley Furniture for our furniture needs. I will keep you guys updated once we received our items.

On Oct.24, 2023 I came to Ashley Furniture store located in Lithonia, GA. I had been in there prior to look and was met by a sales representative name David. He told me to take pictures of everything that I wanted and when I came back in we could order the items of my liking and get the process started on purchasing them. I stated that I was paying with cash but wanted to build my credit and David stated to me to apply for Synchrony Bank line of credit through Ashley Furniture. I agreed. My items totaled $29,547.38. I was approved for $2,500 line of credit from Synchrony Bank and David stated not to worry we can get an increase in credit, his exact words. I wasn't approved for an increase. What he also, did not convey was that for an increase they would have to run my credit again. I was very upset about that and spoke to him letting him know that I didn't appreciate that information not being communicated properly because I wouldn't have moved forward with that process had I have known that's what they had to do.I stated to him he was about to lose a customer. His manager Lisa stepped in to assist him because she seen the frustration upon my face with his customer service.They completed my transaction together and stated that I would receive all of my items on Oct. 28th except for 2 Queen size beds they would be delivered on Nov. 9th.David stated Ashley Furniture Store will charge my $550 to deliver my items and he knew of a 3rd party delivery service that would pick my items up from Ashley Furniture Warehouse and deliver them to my residence for $400 cash. I agreed.On Oct.28th I did not receive all of my items as stated. I did not receive my King bed nor one of my Queen beds, my table was cracked and my daughters mirror was shattered. Along with the delivery guy stating that the Ashley Furniture Warehouse employee stated that my order was a big order and he was the only one working and wasn't going to pull all of items by himself. I called David and informed him of the situation of my items and he stated someone from Ashley would be out the same day with my items and someone would contact me. No one showed up nor the next day. I had one missed phone call from Ashley when I called it back it was the automatic system. I reached back out to David letting him know that I was very unpleased about my situation especially when I paid the amount of cash I paid. I stated that Ashley Furniture has my money but I do not have all my items and what was stated to me did not take place and that was unacceptable. As I waited for the rest of my items I was not updated on the status of my order. I went in to the Ashley Furniture Store on Nov. 8th spoke with Lisa and requested a refund for the items that I had not received and some that I had. She stated that I would receive my refund after the items were picked up on Nov. 10th. I went home and after reflecting over my encounter with Ashley Furniture Store I was in dismay. Then on Nov. 9th I received a phone call from an Ashley representative telling me that another Queen bed would not be delivered on the date promised and that was the last straw for me their poor customer service, how the company conducts business overall, their disregard and lack professionalism. I returned into the Ashley Furniture Store on Nov. 10th and requested a refund on all my mattresses and their box springs also. I was told by Tierra that the Escalation department would contact me by Monday Nov. 13th and if not then come in Store on Tuesday and I would be able to get a full refund. I accepted that information and when I came back into the store which today Nov. 14th I was greeted pleasantly but with unfortunate news that Ashley Furniture Store was not going to refund me my money that I spent on the mattresses. I asked why is it that I've received disappointment after disappointment when it comes to Ashley Furniture. I just want to erase this entire experience and return their items for a full refund of my money.

NEVER COMING BACK. I bought a specific dining set and when I received it and opened the box it was different from what I bought. I came to the store and explained that. They said the representative sold me something different. She mistakenly gave me a cheaper price for a different set so if I want the one I liked I have to pay more than double just for a different table. They never tried to honor the price she mistakenly gave me (her fault not mine) or at least give a discount or something. It was awful. They even want me to pay for them to pick up their mistake! This is not the first time I have issues with this store. Last year my order took 4 months to be delivered!! THIS IS THE LAST TIME I BUY ANYTHING HERE.

Negative Experience that I hope Ashley Furniture management team will help me change to a positive one. But am still waiting for the positive. Bottom line is I waited for my couch it was 5 days late to be delivered, but when it arrived it was defective torn. I have called and emailed Ashley Furniture but so far no one can tell me what they are going to do fix my issue. Am at the point where I want them to come get their defective couch and give me my money back. I am so frustrated with Ashley. They really should improve their customer service policies if the intention is to stay in a customer service industry. Because without your customers you would have no business.

My experience at Ashley in Lithonia, GA was very pleasant. There was no pressure and the items were priced as advertised. My only issue was that I could not take delivery from the showroom. My only options were delivery and set or threshold delivery. I chose the latter. That's why the 4 out of 5 stars.

Coming to Stonecrest Ashley Furniture, can I say wow! They had more layouts than the other Ashley stores. Calvin, was such a great help. He helped my mom the perfect bed for her and my dad. I have had a horrible experience with Ashley furniture. Fees were not disclosed to me of $258. Online service was even more awful. The automated chat wasn’t good. I needed help in placing my order but did not get it. Now I’m driving around to return a mattress because it’s the wrong size. Nancy tried to help as much as possible but the experience has been awful. I recommend changes to be made!!!!

I had a great experience at Ashley’s with David. He talked through the benefits of each mattress and adjustable base and allowed me to try each one with the perfect pillow. He was constantly concerned about me purchasing a great product for me.
They told me my furniture would be delivered on a certain day however they called me a couple of day later saying that my sofa was on back order and had to push the date back. So here it is my delivery date and I'm expecting my bed that was ordered but it didn't arrive. I called the store and they said that they had to deliver everything all together. They never mentioned my bed having to arrive late. B! however the sales lady from New York was very nice
We bought a dresser and a bed frame and it’s been a disaster ever since. The first dresser they brought was damaged and the second one has a drawer that will not open and close. Horrible customer service and absolute junk furniture and I had known it was made in communist Vietnam I would’ve never bought it. This company and their products are a disgrace and I hope they go out of business. Judging by how empty the store was when we were in there it looks like a real, and well deserved, possibility.

This the BEST Ashley Furniture store in the nation. Charity & Marie (best sales rep in the nation) have helped us so much in our home furnishing journey! We had a firm budget we had to stick to, but we didn't want to sacrifice quality and the items needed. They took on the challenge and got us exactly where we needed to be. Extremely dissatisfied with the delivery and installation team. They left trash and boxes all over my house. When they unloaded my tempur-pedic mattress they leaned it against my step dads truck. I had to reach out to someone at the warehouse to see where the remote to the mattress was. She connected me with the driver he said he left it somewhere in the house, I found it in the middle, underneath the mattress. I asked the driver why he left trash and boxes all over my home he said he didn’t and that I had a very large order with very heavy furniture and ( the most sarcastic way ever) “I’m sorry if I left a few pieces of trash”. My stepdad asked to see the invoice they said they didn’t have one they just take pictures. Then they sat in their truck with the doors open and made fun of him for wanting something to clarify that we go what we ordered. Last but not least when cleaning up the mess they left behind I opened the box to find the support bars to the bed rails still in the massive box that contained the bed rails and support bars. So it was also an unfinished installation. I’m beyond livid with how careless and rude these people were. I spent a lot of money and this what I got. I would not recommend.
Horrible experience. Do not buy from this store or company. Received a stained, unwrapped electric recliner with no manual. Called the store and was told we have to wait for a technician. Also told that we had to refuse the delivery, which we tried to do but the delivery people ran away. Nothing but a runaround! Avoid! Update: we ended up purchasing the same chair from Amazon $500 dollars cheaper and in perfect BRAND NEW condition (see below), in the box, wrapped, with a tag and an instruction manual included as it should have been the first time.

Chrissy was really nice. The store show floor was nice. But the item that was delivered was flawed and I had to take time out of my schedule to call and take pictures. It was a long crack scratch that my husband found right after the delivery people left. It was really irritating to have to take time out my day to get this rectified.

I really didn't want to write this review because the people in the store have always been so nice, however, the situation has gotten so out of hand that I no longer have any other solution. This story starts back in Febrary of this year. We have a sofa that was repaired through the extended warranty that Ashley offers. The repair didn't hold and ultimately required replacement. The warranty company approved replacement but made us believe we could replace sofa with different model. Ashley scheduled delivery without contacting us. We had to cancel/reschedule so we could clarify situation with warranty company. Called Ashley customer service back 20 minutes later to reschedule delivery and was told everything was good to go and that we would be contacted with 48 hours with new delivery window. Almost a week passes, no contact. Call back Ashley CS and speak to another agent that says they see info and "update notes." Same speel given, give us a few days. Another week passes. Call back for third time, "Sorry for the inconvenience, it should be good to go." Another week passes. Call back again, now obviously frustrated, new agent tells us that we need to contact warranty department again and that none of the other notes could have done anything to help issue. So a month of calling was ultimately worthless. Customer service agent told me that no manager was available when I asked to speak to them. Then she proceeds to lie to me and state that she contacted warranty company on my behalf after leaving me on hold for over 10 minutes. I know this because I called warranty company back after Ashley Call to verify as now my trust has vanished. Finally speak to someone in store customer service department, they tell me that I needed to speak to warranty department again and that Online Customer service department has had multiple complaints of this nature. It was at this time that they recommended I write google review. I didn't want to do it and punish store for online department. Now store has let me down as well. Was told that it would be handled, no movement. Called back four times since then, new agent had no notes from previous one. Had to call back and speak to two different people and warranty company yet again who are confused by issue. Next we are told claim is waiting for Ashely manager approval which should be within 2 days. Two more weeks pass with more calls on between. Was also told that warranty had expired during last call, which clearly isn't the case. Original delivery scheduled for March 11th and it is now April 24th with no resolution. I have ultimately deemed Ashley Customer Service to be completely incompetent and apathetic. We have bought multiple furniture pieces from Ashley for multiple rooms for over 5 years. Never would have believed they would care this little about their customers. Sorry for taking so much of your time. Hopefully someone with the power and desire to represent Ashley properly will read this. Not a good look for a business with so much competition in the market.

The store delivered the wrong bed to my house. I order a king size bad and got a super king. I followed all process to return the wrong bed they delivered and they refuse to correct their error. The manager will not take my call to correct the issue. The sales personnel keep lying and saying he will call me! Do not shop here they only want your money and do not care if you get what you order or not. The store manager will not take your call and uses his associates to hide behind issues. I have been lied to for over two weeks everyday. They only way to get your issue you rectified is to call corporate. The entire management staff at this store does not care about customer service. The only thing they care about is the commission earned from your purchase!

This piece was delivered on March 4th damaged and missing all four legs. I was told the legs would be ordered and I would receive them in 7 business days. As of today I still have not received anything. I have called the store on multiple occasions with no resolution. I’m disappointed in the level of customer service I have received.

Everything was good on my visit UNTIL delivery time came (today). My initial review was 5 stars. Due to the circus I have encountered with the delivery process, loss of time away from work (no call from delivery & multiple times given by the call center for an ETA) and no resolution, I am changing my review immediately. There should be a better process. Also, make sure anything that is told to you verbally also is written down on your order. IN RESPONSE TO ASHLEY'S REPLY: I actually still have not received all of my furniture that was ordered. I made a call to the store on yesterday 03/30/2023 & was promised a call back within an hour because the issue needed to be escalated (per the rep I spoke with). However, I never got a call back except to rate my delivery experience which she got an ear full.

"FROM 5 STARS TO 2 STARS REAL QUICK!" Mr. Stan Lee was doing good until......(read entire review)! Stan welcomed my mom and I as soon as we walked in. He informed us where everything was, as this was the largest store in Georgia (i.e. restrooms, etc), advised us to take a photo of anything we were interested in, hold on to it until he finds us, he then left us alone to shop (no hassle👍🏾). Sure enough he found us, I presented him with my photos. Stan took it from there. Things were good until it came time to purchase. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE check and double check your receipt before you sign anything!!!! Not only did they try to charge me $1800 for a $1300 sofa I purchased, but they also tried to double my delivery fee from $179 to $299. Then tried to challenge me on why it was correct when it wasn't. They ended up having to refund $700 back to me for their error. I left the store and was long gone then I get a phone call from the lady, Tammy, who initially refunded me my money, asking me if I can come back in because my refund had, somehow been voided! 👎🏾 UNACCEPTABLE!!! So, I had to drive allllll the way back down there to get my money refunded to my card again! I will be contacting corporate about this incident! I pray this helps someone! 2 stars 🌟 🌟

Worthless customer service. Furniture was delivered incomplete and missing parts. Phone calls to the store are impossible as they never answer the phone and walk in are a waste of time because there is never anyone there to address your concerns. Call backs will not happen. Very disappointed in this location for service and do not recommend using this location.
I personally have mix feelings about my experience. Without Colett great customer service I would leave with a very bitter taste in my mouth from the experience. However because of her wonderful service I will purchase from Ashley again.

Cheaply made funiture. My experience was very bad I had 3 delivers and all 3 delivers where missing item's to come and find out the item's where on back order and I was never informed and then once I told then to come back to pick up everything they stilled tried to charge me 400.00 for delivery fee when the mishap was on Ashley I wouldn't recommend as they are not willing to satisfy the customer. They tried to offer me a $200.00 gift card it wasn't worth keeping the item's and still had to wait to get it delivered again no thank you.

Walked around the entire store, while taking a few photos. Even passed by employees who were interacting with one another. Only as I was preparing to leave, did a sales associate finally approach me to ask if someone had greeted me when I came in. She was very nice from that point moving forward. I called to find out why my delivery date was changed from what I was told when I purchased my furniture. I received not one answer. not one question was answered. Then representative began making up answers that she knew had nothing to do with my personal order. I still have no answer and no furniture and the site where I bought the furniture does not answer the phone or hangs up.
Marie P. Was of great help in finding the right products and really forthcoming in taking care of customers. She went ahead got us substantial discount on our items.
As soon as I entered the door I received such welcoming greetings and fast service. Any concerns or questions voiced were answered, leaving me feeling confident going forward with such a big purchase. I love the quality of furniture and employees here. I honestly do not recommend the Stonecrest location. The front desk workers were not detailed on the whereabouts to pick up my furniture. I waited 38 minutes before my furniture was loaded. I was told that my furniture would be broken down yesterday, yet I get here and it’s still not broken down. They only have one guy working in the warehouse (loading dock). So therefore, I had to help with the furniture. However, I was told it’ll be loaded for me. The loader was very respectful with manors. Overall experience was a 2/10.
The staff was superb. They were extremely friendly, kind, and went above and beyond to make me and my family feel comfortable. Special thanks to David and his manager for sharing his knowledge and using his expertise to make sure I didn't regret my decision. I will definitely be going back for future purchases.

I purchased a bed here less than a year ago and have had nothing but problems with it. It’s incredibly cheaply made obviously held together by staples. We’ve had two techs come out saying they can’t fix it and to reach out to the store directly for a credit. I’ve talked to 3 different people at the store and all 3 times I was told someone from corporate would email me about a credit and after a month I still never got that email. I haven’t been able to sleep in my own bed for a month and I would think for a thousand dollar bed it would be built right. The tech that came out to our home and one of the women at the store I spoke to admitted their furniture is cheaply made. For a thousand dollars the bed frame being held together by staples is more than ridiculous. I would never recommend anyone to by any piece of furniture from this company.
I have been to Ashley furniture three times in the past year. Chris, one of the sales managers and the rest of the staff have been nothing short of amazing. I will be going back in about 6 months. The quality of the furniture and the warranties are unmatched in the area. So if you are in the market for new home or patio furniture. I would HIGHLY suggest you go there.
My initial review was one that was excellent but after the poor service I have experienced, I had no choice but to return to this platform to voice my frustrations. My initial delivery date was set for 9/10. A few days before that I received a call from Deshun in the warehouse saying that my King sized mattress priced at $799 was not in stock and that it wouldn’t arrive until 9/9, however, there is a 5 day processing period. I immediately called my salesperson to find out what was going on. Come to find out the mattress wasn’t even in stock when I purchased it. I don’t understand how a store of this magnitude will sell an item that was probably never in stock in the first place. Not only was my mattress being delayed, but the accent chair I purchased was also not in stock. The sales rep, Stan Lee, failed to mention this. I initially left a high review for him, but I am very upset at how everything is being handled, and it all started with him. Along with him not mentioning or explaining himself thoroughly, he forget to include my dining table in my initial order, which lead to me returning to the store to purchase it separately. I was provided a small compensation for this issue so that was a plus. As of today, I received another phone call from Deshun in the warehouse saying that my King sized mattress is not set to arrive in the warehouse until 9/14, and that’s just an ETA. This is inconvenience number 2. So now I had to agree on a partial delivery. I’m going to have everything delivered this Friday except my mattress and an accent chair. I spoke with Rita at this location who provided some compensation on my delivery fee. I am just over this entire experience and if I receive a third phone call saying that my mattress is not in stock, I will be returning to the store to request a full refund! Buyers, please be sure to ask if items are in stock before purchasing! I spent way too much money to not have my services rendered. Do better Ashley Furniture!

I gave 1 star because you can't give less. Customer service here is horrible. This just happened yesterday. Me and my wife always shop around we never make a rush decision. Currently we are looking for a new mattress. When we look, we don't want or require a salesperson, until we know what we want. So we always tell anyone on the staff we are just looking. Ashley Furniture was our last stop, we have purchased from here many times in the past. When we saw what we were looking for (Tempur Pedic) and they had better prices. We started narrowing down which mattress we wanted. When the salesperson that greeted us when we came into the store came into the mattress area, and interrupted me and my wife talking, I told her we were still looking. Then she told my wife, that they don't like people coming in just look without knowing if the want buy or window shop. She just lost a sale. We left and will never return. Purchased one elsewhere.
Essence was for beyond the best!!!!!! Far too often you do not find the type of customer service she provided. Her communication, listening, and warm compassion is a plus.

Essence is amazing! She was very patient and knowledgeable about the mattresses. As a former Ashley employee and salesperson, I don't like to be pushed to purchase. Essence did not try to force me to purchase something so she could make a higher commission. She listened and gave me exactly what I wanted. Go to Ashley at Stonecrest and ask for Essence! Update- It turned out that the information Essence gave me regarding the mattress delivery was not true. I was told that the mattress would be delivered ready to try and if I was not satisfied, I could refuse the delivery and return the mattress. Essence stated that it would be taken out at the warehouse 48 hours before delivery to allow for the mattress to fully inflate.(It's been over 10 years since I worked at Ashley and we didn't have mattresses in a box then). The mattress was rolled in plastic and the delivery driver stated that what Essence told me was not true. I was able to get a refund for the mattress and delivery, but not for the protector that I purchased and received in the store (after calling the corporate office). Although Essence appeared to be knowledgeable, it turns out that she was really lying 🤥. Ask for Harry instead!
This store is massive and the staff is very very nice and helpful. Our salesperson Essence was Theee best. I came one weekend on my own to scout furniture to show my wife, and although she knew I was not purchasing anything she was completely available and helpful the entire time. Came back a week later and she was wonderful and super helpful for our multiple purchases. If you’re looking for helpful service and nice pieces go see Essence or anyone there really.

This is the absolute WORST experience that I have ever experienced in my life with purchasing furniture!! The sales person was great; however great stops there. My sectional was delivered severely damages....not once but TWICE! After the second time, we demanded a refund. Ashley takes it upon themselves to automatically send another sectional. Ok we will give them another chance. The 3RD time today the sectional was damaged again!! THREE TIMES!! Ashley's don't have to ever worry about us buying furniture there AGAIN!! This beyond unacceptable!! All we wanted was the sectional we purchased and for it not to look like it was from the back of an alley!! I am angry to the point of no return!!
We came in and ordered many pieces for our newly built home and Essence was amazing! She ran around the store with our large family, and kept the items we loved saved for us to look at later. She was able to help us order many items, pick shipping dates, and find ways to make it all work. She was a great employee and person to help!

I came back to change my score from 5 to 2 stars because once you are out the door and the transaction of money has taken place, customer service falls by the wayside. 1st of all, there is no direct way to contact our store of purchase. All the numbers reroute you to some central location, making it impossible to call with concerns. 2nd, we upgraded our delivery from doorstep to full assembly, which unfortunately was not reported to the delivery team. All the numbers we have and use so not provide us with responses, so we are sitting in our home with unusable furniture. This is unacceptable.

On March 27th my husband and I found the sofa we wanted and informed Christian who had greeted us. I needed to check the measurements at home and told Christian I'd be back the next day especially since the item was in stock and could be delivered that Thursday. He asked if we’d be interested in a payment plan, which we were not as we were able to pay in full for our purchase. I came back the next day and told Christian we’d like to proceed and even browsed for more items. Christian and I chatted about how slow his day had been and as I completed my order I stated, “I hope this purchase made your slow day worth it.” He agreed it did and made sure to tell me if I had any questions or concerns that it would be best to call the store or come by in person and not call customer service for quicker assistance. He also stated that I could cancel the order any time prior to delivery, but once the item was delivered there was no way to cancel. Seems very fair to me! Less than 24 hrs later they were having a “Spring Sale” with an additional 10% off. I called the store to get the price match. I held for so long that apparently the line went to corporate customer service. Arshiana was the rep and I told her about the price change, she immediately placed me on hold and called the store to have them update the price and issue a return. She issued a case number and said I should receive an email momentarily from the store customer service. She also stated that if I wanted my refund quicker it would be best to go into the store. I received the email Arhsiana mentioned the next day from Rhea with a different case number referenced and stating that the refund could take 3-10 business days but may come sooner. However, she also stated if I would like to expedite this process to bring the original form of payment to the store and they could process it right way. After hearing Christian, Arshiana, and Rhea state that it would be best to come in the store for quicker service and there being two different case numbers, I decided to make that ride again on the Wednesday before the sofa was delivered. I believe the young lady that assisted me was Jamila. Sitting next to her was Rhea who agreed she’d emailed me earlier. However, another woman who looked to be a little older than them sat behind them munching on something and said to them I couldn’t get the price match until Saturday. They then stated the same thing to me as if I couldn’t hear their conversation. Well, that didn’t make any sense to me, and I asked why Rhea’s email stated to come in the store for expedited service. The older of the three said that’s what would have to happen, and I’d have to wait until after delivery. Once again, that didn’t make sense, so I asked for a complete refund. I’d prefer my two thousand plus over the two hundred if these are the issues I’m going to have. She said that was fine and instructed the young lady to process it. In my opinion she informed them of this because she thought I was on the payment/finance plan. In their words, this would be a “hit” to Christian, so the older of the three called Christian over but went and met him to discuss. Less than five minutes later she was back and once again directing the young ladies like I could not hear their conversation. Christian apparently instructed her to do the price change and give me an additional $100 off. Jamila reiterated that statement and I declined. I don’t understand how something that could not be done less than five minutes prior could now be done with an additional discount. The lack of customer service and assumption made me not want to do business in the store. Christian never came over to greet me again and walked past me twice while they completed the return. I can say Jamila was kind while speaking but the young lady with the faux dreads and light eyes started this issue and Christian solidified it for me. Poor customer service caused the issue but I was able to order my sofa online for $500 less than in the store.
During my visit with my family Christian made it a breeze we didn’t feel pressured what so ever even tho this was a big purchase I definitely recommend Ashley home store and Christian as an assistant.

Disappointment is the best word to describe my experience. The Sales Agent was amazing. Unfortunately, he couldn't complete the sales transaction. Made a purchase in February and was told that delivery would be in 2 weeks, the 1st weekend in March. The last thing we were told was that delivery would be in May. Needless to say we canceled the order. I don't think that I will be shopping there anytime soon.
Poor excuse for customer service. Some short kind of heavy set lady with braids down her back gonna walk past me and say she don't know what I'm doing there. For one Im a customer and number two I am there to look at and or purchase furniture. She needs to keep her negative comments to her self. I could have been corporate and or just had a bad day and for her to say that just made my day bad and made my experience horrible. Hopefully management can speak with her about not being rude to customers that walk in. Are you kidding me?!?!. I see why people shop online but at this point I'm not dealing with this company at all period point blank.

Expensive for the quality. Stock is a real issue, as most items I was looking at were about 4 to 8 weeks out at the earliest. Staff is helpful, but not essential as they aren't really trained as designers.

Customer service is good to a certain extent. All they worry about in the store is about getting your money and then have you waiting for your items over month and don't even call you to update you. They provide with all this dream about it going to look beautiful once it arrive to your house but don't understand the inconvenience to the customer. Communication plays a big part of customer service but the store doesn't see that is important. I have also learn when they have your items schedule to deliver on a certain date and if someone else has a date before your. Ashley Furniture will pull from your order to fulfill that order and put your order and back order and just continue to tell you sorry and not understand that they are putting in awkward situation after they Ashley Furniture told you that your item is in stock and we have it schedule for delivery. They basically dont care about the customer. It is basically first come, first serve. Your date is earlier than someone else date then your items is gone with no update to your order until you realize that the date you was inform has pass. Poor customer service. And all they constantly say is sorry like that change anything

This my third purchase and each time I have been taken advantage of..first I bought mattress, I was approved for &2,000. The only mattress she showed me was $2,000., I asked about the advertised sale ones and was told “you don’t wanna see those.. 2nd time pretty much the same scenario.. now this third purchase was for bedroom set for my 11 year old grandson..the bed was on sale for $449.00 and the mattress was $599.00, after taxes, she quoted me a price of $2800.00 luckily my daughter was with me and called her out.. she had overcharged me by a thousand dollars 💵
I used to love Ashley’s, but the Stonecrest location is by far the worst. I will never shop at Ashley’s again do the horrible customer service and the extreme delay with my order. Not only was my order delayed, they shipped 2 different orders out to me wrong. They also told told me my order was in the warehouse and I still have no order since August. They kept saying it would be delivered out next week and it’s been about 10 weekend since so I just canceled my whole order. I refused to me treated with disrespect. NEVER AGAIN.
If I could rate them a 0 I would. I don't even leave reviews, but I had to today. I have never experienced so much back and fourth with any company the way I have with Ashley's. They sent me the wrong order twice, delayed my order over 10 times and kept saying the item was damage And that's the reason I haven't gotten my order. Or all my item were not in yet after I told them to ship them separately. I even came up to the store and still had a bad experience. Every person I spoke with told me all different things about my order. The absolute worst place to shop ever. One thing for sure, I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.
Ordered a chair and a mattress base and delivery service was horrible.....they rescheduled once and then when they tried to give me a new date that I couldn't make they wanted to charge me....if that wasn't bad enough the phone rep was horrible she didn't care at all...she should not be on the phones for this company because she is not professional or helpful....
Customer service goes a long way with me!! From the moment that I walked into the store Christian (Sales associate) greet was very warm and welcoming. I was having a conversation with my son about furniture and Chris (the manger) stepped in as well to give his expertise. Between the two they made sure I received everything I needed and then some on top of receiving a discount for being a nurse 👩🏾⚕️. I live 5 mins away from an Ashley’s store here in Snellville but the customer service that I received at the StoneCrest branch will keep me driving 20 mins in the opposite direction. 🙌🏾 Thank you both for all that you do! 🙏🏾

Worst furniture buying experience Ive ever had. Entire staff was incompetent and dishonest with their sales practices . Additionally they wouldnt refund my money after delivering cracked furniture. I will buy furniture from Walmart before ever met her in this store again
We were greeted warmly at the front door and given individualized attention throughout the tour. We found exactly what we wanted. It was in stock and can be delivered within our time frame.

Nice selection of furniture and Accessories.My salesperson Stephon was knowledgeable, helpful and professional giving great suggestions while being very patient. He explained everything and made the process easy and efficient. Chris the manger was also very helpful. I'm very happy with my purchase and experience at this store.
Dealing with this location and company as a whole has been pure hell! No one knows what they’re doing or what they’re store policy is. The store is literally ran by a big group of incompetent people. I paid for a couch that I never received, it took over a month to receive my refund in whole. I had to visit the location several times and call millions of times begging for answers. Every time I spoke with them I was told something different. I was constantly inconvenienced and given the run around. I have never experienced anything like this when dealing with an established company. When I’d call trying to figure out what’s going on they’d have an attitude as if I’m bothering them. I very rarely take time to criticize anything or anyone however because my experience was so horrible I will be going above and beyond to expose the awful treatment. Just don’t even waste your time !
They have some good deals, be sure to do your research though. Online and store have separate prices and they claim not to be aware of... and they price match

I purchased a living room set and when they delivered it the ottoman was missing. I was told the store would contact me the same day to reschedule delivery. I tried to contact the store but was unable to speak to a live person. I went into the store a got another delivery date. I waited the allotted time and no delivery or phone call. I will never shop at Ashley HomeStore again.

The service provided are TERRIBLE! I ordered furniture at the beginning of August 2021, and keep getting push back dates of the delivery. It is now end of October 2021 and my delivery dates has change more times than I can count; now its January 2022. I believe my ordered item are sold to first come cash buyers which pushes my items back for re-order. Ashley's DO NOT provided communication and the stores DOES NOT answer their phone. I would have to go to the store just find out what is going on with my order. When you call Ashley Store at Stonecrest, the call goes to Ashley's Call Center and they don't half of what is going on. NO more Ashley for me!!!

We had a very wonderful experience. The salesman that helped us made it possible for us to shop. My wife has trouble walking so he gave us a wheelchair. He was curtious and very informative. And he helped us find the right chair that we needed.

This by far is the worst organization to get entangled with. Their policy is to not split an order, I ordered a set, however, only a portion of the order came in, "today" and according to their policy they were not going to deliver one portion until the other portion came in (2 months from now, making it a 16-week wait). In the meantime, the portion that came in will be sold out before the remaining furniture came in, and then, according to policy, no delivery would have been made again until they restocked on the initial portion. By the sounds of things and procedures being implemented this is merely a money grab, just hoping that those that have made a purchase would not survive the pandemic long enough to collect on their merchandise.

Bad experience at this location. From the sales associate, Chrissy, to the manager, Bre Waddell, to the delivery drivers incorrectly installing my sectional and having to wait over a month to get it resolved.. just all around horrible customer service. If you have to go into this store, I would suggest just browsing and purchasing what you like online.

I had a great experience with sale woman Marie, her service was professional and knowledgeable about the items I wanted to purchase, she made me and feel great about our purchase, then a friend of mine purchase a new bed and also was happy with her. Now the delivery was horrible, the movers unpacked the cargo boxes with wood on the boxes, inside my home not outdoors like I know they where train to do and damage my livingroom floors plus had all the debree, with sweat on the floor for me to clean up. the workers wouldn't assemble my hard ware on my dresser or my bench, one worker was sweating like pouring water on my floors and stairs, it was difficult for me to do all that cleaning at my age. One worker said that they except tips and when I sad I wasn't aware of tips that I didn't have cash he said he except cash app or credit card. I did reported this to Ashley store and corporate office today still waiting for someone to call me. My friend also had horrible experience with the delivery but she didn't want to fight. Ashley should retrained driver's on their duties when they delivery furniture to customers home.

This is my second & third purchase at this location. Staff is friendly. Not pushy at all! I really enjoyed the service. I wasn't forced to buy anything out of my budget. They were respectable and listened to what I wanted. All together I have purchased a Sectional, 2 beds, a mattress and box spring. I have had 2 different sales associates and each time I was pleased with the service.
I was waited on by a lovely woman named Marie, who greeted me at the door. I knew what I was looking for, so she took me directly to it. She answered all of my questions and made to sale simple and quick. Would definitely go back if I needed anything else.
The sales person chrissy was very unprofessional. In the middle of me selecting my purchases she left me to go take care of other customers. When I finally went to pay for my stuff she logged out of my transaction to take care of another customer before finishing up with me. On top of that she was very dishonest by adding warranties to my purchase without giving me the option.

My recent purchase at Ashley Homestore has been an extremely frustrating experience. I purchased a dining set, coffe table and 2 end tables on March 17, 2021. 1. The company confirmed my delivery date 3 times and each time did not show up and did not reach out to me with any update. Each time i spoke with a customer rep they would appologize and state "not sure why we keep doing this to our customers ". They even acknowledge the unorganized, unprofessional and indifferent manner Ashley treats its customers. The delivery was going to a second home 2 and a half hours away so each time my wife or I wasted several hours because we choose the wrong furniture company. 2. Finally fed up. I cancelled my dining room furniture and asked if I could just pick up my tables from the warehouse myself. The Shorecrest store reps gave me instructions to pick up the tables. The instructions asked that you call prior to arriving. Of course no one answered the warehouse phone. When I arrived at the warehouse, I'm approached by a security guard who says "they're moving the warehouse" and you wont be able to pick up at the new warehouse for another 3 weeks!! 3. I also want to mention that during this whole episode, i constantly got emails asking if i wanted to move my delivery. The email would ask me to choose an available delivery day but showed that no new dates were available. Had I not gone through this, I would not have believed a presumably reputable company like Ashley could be so insanely horrible with its procedures and customer care. If i could give negative 10 stars I would. Please get your stuff together. Don't make customers suffer like this!!

A down right nightmare. This review is not for the Stonecrest location but for the customer service over the ph. I purchase my counter top table during the peek of COVID 19 May 2020. There was a crack that I notice and I reached out for a tech to come to the home. It appears that the over the phone rep merged my info with another customer. I waited for hours for the tech to come to my home and he finally did. He stated that he called but no one answered but still came. Glad he did, bc the number he was given does not belong to me but the other customer. He stated that he was going to put in a request for a replacement. That never happen, I went to the store and they directed me back to the call center. I have spoke with more than 5 reps and still no resolution. They still have my address and contact # merge with a customer who lives 60 miles away from my location. Was informed a tech would come out on 6/9 that never happened. Then was told that a tech would be out 6/18 and will contact me prior to coming out. I asked to confirm the contact info and yet again there was the WRONG INFO. HOW MANY TIMES DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO SAY THAT IS NOT MY INFO. I JUST WANT MY TABLE FIXED. Update 7/1/21- A technician finally came out to my home last Friday. He stated that my table has to be replaced and that I should hear from someone to schedule a replacement. If I do not hear from someone to call the store or customer service. I waited till today to make sure that the tech notes were in the system. I have been trying to speak to someone and I have been hung up on 2 times, placed on hold and transferred to complete a survey on my cst svc experience. Again this has been a nightmare. The fact someone from Ashley Furniture left a comment on my review but failed to help resolve my issue speaks volumes. Issue still not resolved!!!!!

The customer service here is hands down the worst! I am having the hardest time with the delivery date and no one EVER answers the phone at the store! It always transfers you to some customer service line which will not help you at all!! This particular store is unprofessional and untrustworthy. I made a purchase on the 28th with Drew (after walking around for more than 30 mins without even a greeting from anyone else). Unfortunately, I had to cancel on May 9th (did that with an online agent, because I live far from the store), because my living situation fell through. They didn’t actually cancel my order until May 12th, which I found out through another online agent I contacted on May 15th (because still no refund or communication). Then reached out to another online agent on May 23rd, she was no help at all, said if I wanted anything to be done, I needed to contact the store (but oh wait, I thought it was already canceled). Anyway.. I finally get in touch with the store, May 24th, and after calling 10 times back to back.. someone finally picks up. She told me she would send a refund request and that I’d be refunded in 5-7 business (I’ve heard this about 3 times now by 3 different people). I’m tired of dealing with them at this point. So I reported fraud, because you’re holding 7k of my money and I have no product and I’ve communicated several times that I needed to cancel. Just want to let you guys know.. you don’t want to make this legal. Do not shop with this store or this company.. it’s all about one thing in the end for them, getting your money. Disgusted.
My shopping experience with the Ashley HomeStore in the Stonecrest Mall Area was EXCEPTIONAL!! I'm not big with online shopping and like to see things in person before I purchase them. Even in the store I was offered GREAT SAVINGS!! The Customer Service at this location was WONDERFUL!! My sales rep, Calvin Harris, was PHENOMENAL!! He was patient, took time to work with me, and did not bounce between other customers while I was making decisions and purchasing items. I shopped years ago at Ashley HomeStore in the Southlake Area and it was a good experience. So I decided to return and went to the store closest to me. I am glad I did. My next furniture shopping experience will be with Ashley HomeStore.

One of the worst companies/experience ever. Delivery was not on time. When they did deliver, they sat the sofa, not covered in any way, on the ground, it had rained the previous day. Brought the furniture in, set it up, the wedge was off balance and they actually suggested I simply put something under it to even it out. We told them, unacceptable. One of the end tables broke at the hinge, after two weeks of trying to get it resolved, they refused to fix or replace the item.
Stan Lee was very helpful, he went out of his way to make my Mother’s Day special and my first purchase with Ashley Furniture one I can never forget! Give that man a raise! 🙏🏽💙

Management was very nice after an associate charged me for an item other than what we discussed for an amount higher than what he quoted. However, after long hour of refund, credit, refund, change to the correct item, then finally getting it right at a store rate, I felt I should have received more of a discount for the entire fiasco over a singe queen hybrid mattress. I never should have had to sit and wait and wait for so long without some sort of additional compensation.

the only reason i am giving one star is so that i can post this review !will never buy anything from ashley ever again!!!!! the customer service is beyond horrible!!!!!!!!!!! me and my mother made a purhcase back in january ... spending well over 2,000 with this store . we recieved a deliery date of that follwing monday . i took off work waited all day for the delivery, only to be told that alll of our items were on back order and woud not be delivered unti march!!!!!!!!!!! march came... we were given a second delivery date of march 23. this time my motherr took off..... waited all day and again no delivery ... she called , was place on hold for a hour and ws told they attempted to delver but no one asnwered the phone . upon investigation they had entered the wrong telephone number . at this point my mother was outraged and canceld her order and requsted a refund. i unfortuently had already given mu bed room set away and had no choice to be at the mercy of their incompetence . i went into th store to speak with a manager and was told for a third time that my items would be delivered in april 2nd !!!!! i tokk off work amd for the thrid time no delivery ... i then contacted cooperate office and was told someone would call me back about me delivery . neeldees to say no one from their cooperate office never called me back and i didn not recive my bed room set unit aprl 3rd . again, i wil never buy anthing else from here and would not recommend any one else did do so either. one of the most aggrivating and unrpofessional experience of my life !!!!!!! run away from this store!!!!!!!!
Went to this store to purchase the Realyn Collection upholstered set. Was in love with this set. Bought it, was delivered 2 days later. Later that night I realized the bottom drawer was broken and would not open. Called customer service and they ordered a part. Few hours later realized a gash on the side of the chest dressor. Within a few hours of having the furniture my son has busted both his thighs on the ends of the footboard., about 20 mins later I did the same thing. 4 days of having this furniture my thighs look like I have been beaten and so sore from Bumping into them. All the drawers pop back open after closing them even when u shut them firmly.. This is a constant reminder of what a huge mistake this purchase was.We will be buying fromThis store again

I had Shanu as a sales rep. He was very professional and plan on recommending all of my friends and family to him. He was very courteous of my time, respectful of my wife and truly made us feel at home. Few weeks ago I went to the competitors and I didnt feel the feelings I felt at Ashley. Update 4/1/2020: issue first reported to Ashley over 2 months ago finally resolved with replacement item sent to me. Status from 3/27. From this issue reported almost 3 months ago, Ashley sent a technician to my home and they verified what you see in the picture that the product is indeed damaged. Then he left. Still unresolved with damaged furniture still at my home. Full Review: I’ve ordered a few items from Ashley and honestly I don’t know why I keep giving this store the benefit of the doubt because this is my second bad experience with receiving damaged merchandise. Well that stops now! My most recent purchase was for a bench to go at the foot of my bed. Loved it in store, but when it was delivered to my home, it was damaged. You can see in the pictures that I didn’t even take the item out of the box after noticing the wood being split. Well it’s been over 3 weeks since I’ve reported this issue to Ashley and they still haven’t replaced the item. I’ve visited the store twice and made 3 phone calls including one to corporate and still no resolution. Obviously they have permanently lost my business since I am stuck with an item that I can’t even use. Horrible customer service! I get having an issue from time to time - no company will be perfect, but Ashley fails because of them not making the situation right. So buyers beware!

Now waiting 2 months for them to process a refund of over $1500 and I've called 5 times now to be told the same thing that it's pending. Will never buy from or do business with Ashley ever again. Let start out by saying that I never thought I would come back to Ashley’s furniture at Stonecrest after a previous horrible experience. We really needed to upgrade the mattresses in our Master Bedroom, so my husband said let’s stop by and see what we like before we make a purchase online. We enter the building and Stan Lee greeted us with a level of sincerity that was somewhat pleasing. So pleasing that I didn’t realize that he followed us to the mattress showroom. He asked a few questions and before I knew it, he helped us make a decision. We went up front to checkout with Shauntae and the service was synonymous. Miss. Christy is an excellent sales person . She thorough knows her job and how to make sure that the customers understand every aspect on how the financing process works in purchasing furniture.
Took them 4 months to get my order right
Product was ok...but very unreliable delivery. Bought a bed and mattress bed was delivered late without the mattress. Ended up having to cancel mattress order. Very disappointed.
On Friday 01/15/2021 I decided to visit this store to make a purchase or finance furniture. I ended up financing a mattress with a plan to pay 90 days same as cash. During the verification process the individual looked at my ID and suggested that I update it... I then retorted that during the time I took that photo I was a nursing student and sleep was 0 to none... I offered to show additional ID however it was stated me that it was not required (very telling). After checking out and rendering a partial payment I was given my delivery date and sent on my way. At approx 06:30pm I received an email from the sales associate (Stanley Lee) stating that before my delivery was placed on hold as I needed to have an updated ID with a matching picture (this indicated to me that they were insinuating that I stole someone else’s Identification). As I called the location they informed me that they conveniently just got a new system that requires further ID. I chose to reply to the email with pictures of my name badges etc indicating that I am who I say I am. What I did not notice at the time that something personal in the picture that belongs to my boyfriend was in the picture partially. The very next day I made my way back to the store to provide every last item that they needed for the conveniently new ID system they received. At the door the sales associate (Stanley Lee) informed me that the delivery was still on after he showed his boss the information I sent. I then informed him that I wanted to be sure to provide all my information as they were attempting to accuse me of identify theft. He then replied and stated that I must admit I look like an old man in that picture which confirmed my suspicion that I was being discriminated against disrespected to the highest power as other shoppers could over hear him. Once we reached the verification section he stated to the young lady “I was telling him that he looked like an old man in that license picture”. He then looked at me and pulled up the email where I replied and zoomed in on the personal item in the picture (all the shoppers and everyone else around could see this). He also stated to me Everyone was talking about it and discussing it. I then just gave them the information they needed and got out of there as I had never been so humiliated, disrespected and embarrassed in my 31 years of living. What makes it even worse is that we are the same race! I pray that you all do not have this same or a similar experience with this establishment.

I received my bedroom set damaged and the mattress was damaged. The delivery person called and we set appointment. On day of appointment, no one showed up and when I called I was told they rescheduled appointment. I would have been nice to know. Ashley need a follow up call or the sales person need a courtesy call. Update: a rep finally came to my home. He said the set up of my bedroom set was poorly done, he semi fixed the damaged head board and basically said I am s**t out of look with the damaged mattress. Shame on you Ashley Furniture Lithonia location
Amazing customer service and furniture
My 72 year old mother ordered two beds from this company. A bunk bed for my kids and a wrought iron bed for the guest room. It took months to get the furniture which my mother was ok with because she is retired and was in no rush however they tried to deliver the iron bed once with the wrong pieces. Then when they finally came back with the right pieces they refused to lay the mattress down on the bed once it was assemble. Two big men refused to help a 5’, 120 lb, 72 year old woman lay a mattress down because it isn’t company policy and this is after paying an astronomical assembly fee to assemble the bed as well. Honestly, there is a thing called customer service and it wouldn’t have hurt anything or taken anything away from those men’s day to help her for 5 seconds but not to worry because we will never purchase anything from this company ever again.

I will never order from this store again. I have been waiting for a refund to post to my account since I received a phone call saying my order was canceled on November 21. I canceled the order before then and I finally received the call on the 21st. I came in person to the store on the 29th and was told that the order was officially canceled then. After still not receiving the refund, I called customer service the week before last and they said it was officially processed Dec. 3 and that I could expect the refund by the 14th at the latest. Here is it Dec. 15 and I still have not received the refund. It has been nearly a month when it was supposed to be 5-7 business days. Calling to get in touch with the store is nearly impossible. Each time I call, I am routed to the national customer service line because the store never answered. I love Ashley Furniture, but now I see that I cannot order from the StoneCrest location again.
Do NOT buy anything from here! It is a scam!!!! I bought 2 mattresses and a bed frame, the order came 3 weeks after when it was suppose to come! They didn’t give me a receipt and when my bill came, the total on the bill was higher than the total! Overall, a horrible experience and never coming back

The worst furniture buying experience l ever had in my life & I'm 60 years old!!! I purchased a TV console & sofa. When they delivered the items, 1 of the legs on the TV console somehow got broken. When l reported it, their response to me was that I broke it... l haven't shopped there since & never will!!!

Came to buy furniture and first greeted by a man who identified himself as not a pushy salesman. Yet he was. In the fist 2 minutes I receveied insulting comments because I didn't want to give my name. I have no idea how this store has any good reviews other than they pay for them.
Low quality high prices
My wife and I just had a disturbing experience at the Stonecrest Circle location in GA. As we entered the store, we saw the many signs posting "please wear masks", which being high risk we found comforting. We were greeted by a friendly man with his mask below his nose. As he approached, he pulled his mask below his mouth to speak to us. We backed away and he continued to try to get closer to speak to us with his mask below his mouth. We noticed another staff member sitting at a table up front, also with his mask below his nose. A third team member behind the podium was wearing his mask correctly. We hustled away and helped ourselves and found the furniture that we wanted, which we purchased. Upon approaching the customer service desk, we were again greeted by "please wear masks" signs. Behind these signs, however, were one young woman with her mask below her nose, one young woman with her mask on her chin below her mouth, and the oldest of the three was not wearing a mask at all. We wanted to say something but were already getting cold responses from the eldest woman so did not. From what we saw, far less than half of the employees were wearing masks over their mouth and nose. We have not been out very much during the pandemic, but compared to where we have been, this was by far the least amount of employee mask wearing that we have seen - ironically but not in a funny way with so many signs asking customers to please wear masks.
This is the worst furniture store, I wanted to give a minis 0, But it will not allow. They tell you anything to get your money, They have no clue of when your furniture will be delivered, I was texting on line, Suddenly the customer service rep, just stop texting. I called, No one ever picked up. But I will be going inside the store for my refund. Customer service is the worst.

This company is horrible the customer service is the worst you have to call over and over before you get someone and when you do either they hang up or tell you that your furniture will be arriving one time waiting they don’t show up when you call they make promises you get the same out come you have to call over and over to receive your furniture. The customer service be telling you something on the phone but put nothing in the notes they lie to customer I would advise not to buy from them

I'm so upset 😡 I came in last week and picked out my bedroom set which they said was In stock and would be delivered to me on The 29th wich was yesterday, but today they came to deliver ot and everything was all wrong besides the headboard! The movers broke down my old headboard and left my mattress on the floor so I rusj to the store to say all the pieces were incorrect and if it can be delivered tomorrow.. so I. At Ashley's now.and they are telling me I can't have my things until another month from now I will be on the FLOOR WITH NO FURNITURE NOWHERE TO PUT MY CLOTHES SINCE I OREDRED TWO DRESSERS BECAUSE I JUST MOVED IN. HOW DO I KNOW AFTER WAITING ANOTHER DARN MONTH IT WONT STILL BE INCORRECT??? NOW IM WITHOUT ANY BEDROOM FURNITURE UNTIL FREAKING NOVEMBER!! I HATE IT I WANT MY BEDROOM FURNITURE AND I SHOULD HABE RECEIVED A DISCOUNT FOR ALL OF THIS! ☹ included is the FURNITURE I requested however all I have is a headboard and I put down 300 dollars and they have the nerve to still try and take the payments and I have no FURNITURE

If I could give them no stars I would. I ordered 2 couch pieces and they gave me a delivery date knowing that my furniture would not be in. At this point I have gotten 3 delivery dates and my furniture still has not showed up, mind you I ordered my stuff weeks ago. I called and told them I would just go to there Wearhouse and pick my items up they gave me a date to go get it when I go my furniture is not in the Wearhouse but they claim they tried to deliver it over the weekend, if that’s the case how is my furniture not In the Wearhouse now I’m sitting in my home with no living room set because they keep beating around the bush taking me in circles.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ASHLEYS TO ANYBODY

This has been the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Signed my contract 6/2. Was told my sectional would be delivered the end of June b/c it was on back order....cool. End of the month arrived no furniture. I understand delays due to the pandemic. But I did receive my furniture until Aug 11. I was given an amount that was owed on the furniture. Went to pay it off ....I have an additional 200 amount added talking about taxes. To make matters worst they couldn’t even find my paper work. Never again!!!!!

Worst experience with this Ashley’s. Made a purchase on 8/29 was told delivery would be 9/1. No delivery was made after calling was told product not in warehouse and won’t be in until 10/29. When I called no remorse the rep was like, ma’am you can just come in and chose something that is in stock. I only gave one star because I could not give less, they deserve no star.
Alishia and I ordered a leather recliner that has all power controls, wireless phone charger and speakers installed in both sides of it with volume controls and more in the left arm rest. We are excited! We also got a new computer desk to replace the old one. Ashley Home Store has a wide variety and large inventory to choose from and we looked for several hours. Couldn't get everything we liked today but we are going to go back very soon ! CHECK THIS PLACE OUT ! WE THINK YOU WILL LIKE IT TOO.

I had the most awful experience at this store. Horrible customer service, horrible communication, awful everything. I made an $11k purchase in there in June and not ONE single piece of furniture has arrived to my house yet. It’s been rescheduled over and over and when I finally went into the store, I was horrified at the apathy that was shown by the customer service representatives at the counter. I won’t be back nor will I EVER recommend anyone there. Ever. Take your money some place else.
First I paid $2100 for a bedroom set that was suppose to arrive on july 30 I notice it never came then I went to the store to see why didn’t it come only to find out that they put it under someone else’s name and address luckily they did not confirm the delivery so it was sent back to the warehouse then they lost it in the warehouse so I had to wait for another delivery date then when they finally delivered it they did not set the bed up right I had pieces to my bed left on my wall my draw was cracked and my bed is sunk in which is causing me to have back problems this was over all a horrible experience and I will never shop here ever again and I recommend no one else to do so

I returned a call from the corporate office concerning my delivery date being postponed because my order couldn't be completely fulfilled. After several unsuccessful attempts at locating my account using the very same number they called me on, I was transferred to the Stonecrest Ga store where I made my purchase. The store manager was able to pull my order up immediately using my phone number. She noticed her store had the furniture piece that caused my order to be rescheduled and added it to my order so I can keep my original delivery date. That type of proactive customer service is what inspires repeat business!
I made a purchase and failed to notice they put an old address on the sales document. I went Into the store to correct the information and was promised item would be delivered on the same date it was promised. It was not delivered. I spoke with store manager and she said it would be 5 more days till delivery and I should not have been told that. She did not ask what they could do to rectify the situation and keep me as a customer. I plan to cancel the order
Can you tell me to purchase at this location where a gentleman helped me, I told him what I was looking for and what my budget was after I went to the store find what I wanted I saw the bed that came with the box spring and he told me that I didn’t need a box spring after having two separate deliveries both delivery person told me that I need a box springs and his bed was supposed to be a present for my daughter. I felt this individual lie to me and misled me when I called the store the young lady that I spoke with made it seem like it was my fault for not knowing what I wanted. I would recommend no one go to the store because individual there i’m more concerned about making a sale then helping the client or helping the customer make the right choice for them I will definitely start a petition to boycott the store so this store can’t understand what it feels like to lose customers are not treating them with honesty and respect that every customer deserves
customer service is none existent. I have spoken to 6 different people, messaged on FB and Instagram and can not get a straight answer on my delivery status. I escalated it with a supervisor on the phone who contacted the store over 24hrs ago. I've had no call from the store as promised and still not idea when my delivery will be. They were pretty quick to take my cash a month ago. Awful service. will never recommend or purchase from Ashley again.
I purchased a sofa in store on the June 28th 2020. I paid cash for this item and a delivery date was set. I knew this could change due to the covid-19 situation. I received a voicemail 2 days before delivery that it had been pushed back a week. I called the store to confirm. After speaking to 6 customer service reps and getting 6 different stories on when my delivery may or may not arrive I asked to speak to a supervisor. She suggested that she would email the store direct and get them to call me with a date. I am still waiting for that call. I am utterly appalled at the lack of knowledge and unprofessional service I have received. I am still unsure as to when I will receive delivery, but I am sure that I will never purchase from, or recommend Ashley furniture ever again!
Bought a queen bed set with a dresser from this place. The headboard was a sleigh style headboard without drawers on the base of the bed. The chest of drawers is a bit off. The drawers don't line up properly and are a bit hard to open. The bed now has the legs on frame now bent. The bed shakes a little because the rails that attach to the headboard are not well made. There is a gap between the rails and the headboard. The springs are now making noise when getting in and out of the bed. I bought the bed in May 2020. Now it's July 2020 and there are too many problems. The people who installed the bed were very professional and very fast. The three stars is for the installation and the people at the store who helped were friendly. But the furniture is poorly made.

Went to store to rectify problem was told my was going to be delivered in 2 separate pieces 3 weeks apart. So I cancelled the order. Couldn't issue refund because system was already shut down 30 minutes before closing. Was given promise by customer service that they would call first thing next morning. Called never received, I was once again routed to central customer service. Ended up having to drive back to have refund processed. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! It's not worth the stress.

If I was able to give no stars, I would. I ordered a sofa on April 24 and was told it was on back order. When I ordered the furniture, I was told by the sales assistant to use my old address which was more established and she would change the delivery address to my new home which was purchased on April 24th as well. My delivery date was changed 6 times. 4 days before the last delivery date on JULY 11, I was told the order had been canceled! I was told that corporate canceled my order on July 1st due to my billing address and mailing address being different. At this time, I had already made 3 payments since order date. I was never noticed of the cancellation. If I had not contacted them on July 7th, I would have been waiting on another order on July 11th that wouldn't have come and my deposit for the furniture was held without my knowledge until I figured out the order was canceled according to the management of the stonecrest location. My husband and I have taken 3 days off work to be home for delivery dates that never igzisted which cost us additional money. I was told that to rectify the problem they could start a new order for the sofa which would be delivered on August 17th because when my order was canceled by corporate, my sofa was given to the next customer waiting. From April 24th until July 7th, I was lied to and given delivery dates that were never forfilled. I am exactly disappointed with this company. Their communication is horrible. With my order being canceled on the 1st of July, I was never noticed. The Last contact with us was May 16 according to the representative I spoke with on July 7th. I have never had such a horrible experience purchasing anything. I have children that were having to sit on the floor in the living room because the old sofa was thrown out on the 1st delivery date which was May 15th that resultedin no one showing up. We were never given an explanation as to why the delivery was not made on that date. I am livid about the situation. What type of company does business like this? I understand that Covid 19 slowed deliveries but communication is kept to any business transaction. You would expect me to continue to make my payments on time but you are not responsible for even committing to the customer when a order has been canceled due to an error on your staff's part!
Eric the salesman was great. He allowed us to look at everything with no pressure before we picked out our sectional sofa. Highly recommend. The delivery date is a bit later than we wanted but that is to be expected with the pandemic.
We have shopped at a few different furniture stores but nothing has compared to our experience with Ashley's!! Both professional and knowledgeable!! We will definitely be back!!
Their furniture is very cheaply made. The sofa set does not recline and has broken within 3 months of having it. When we bought it it was a brand new item for the store and they have also already discontinued the set. If you choose to buy here, you will need the warranty. I suggest you just go to Haverty's.

Bought a dining room table to be delivered and assembled. The table was delivered without any hardware, preventing assembly. Per customer service, I now have to wait 7-10 days for my request for the hardware. Only once the hardware arrives will I be able to schedule an appointment to have it assembled. When I asked for the delivery fee to be refunded, I was told Ashley would no longer assemble the table if I accepted the refund. Unacceptable. Shop elsewhere.

Lookng for a single bed frame with an elderly lady. They only had 1 and it was in the very back of the store. The sales man didn't tell us this till we were in the back of the store. If I had known this I would have gonr to the back and taken a picture so that my mm would not had to hobbled to the back of the store. Shame on you Ashley salesman Shame on you!!!!!!!!
The salesperson who sold me the furniture was great. The first delivery came super late.They stayed at my house until 11:30 p.m. They couldn't put everything together because parts were missing. They next round my firepit was broken. I have insurance on my furniture, but no one sent an email like they said to get someone out to fix my problem. It's been almost a month, a s still no response. That depends is terrible.

I just cancelled a contract & requested a full refund. Incompetence is more than plentiful at this location. I was expecting a delivery today 06-11-2020. However I was told my purchase wouldn’t be delivered due to missing phone number/email... IMPOSSIBLE! No 1 took initiative within the company my time was taken advantage which is a MAJOR disrespect of me as a purchaser. You all don’t communicate, you all scapegoat, you all gossip within earshot of rightfully upset purchasers. My entire experience with this company was piss poor to be frank. I hate incompetence & I further hate when people aren’t accountable. You can’t compensate me for my something so intangible & precious known as time. The extremely high level of disrespect this company displayed to me was absolutely mind boggling. You all don’t do next day delivery & you all are incompetent. Don’t waste your time @ this location if you want proper client service.

When the delivery guy delivered my bed it was broken. They had to return the bed back to the store. Haven't heard anything when my bed will be returned Who ever the delivery guy was on the phone with told my husband someone will contact us in 48 hours, no calls . The three is for our sales guy, he was awesome. I still will recommend Ashely Furniture to anyone.They have great prices and awesome sales people..

I order 3 chest of draws and 3 beds on may 8th, 2020 at the Ashley's homestore at Stonecrest in Lithonia Georgia. I purposely went to the store because I wanted all of my merchandise delivered on the same day and after consulting with an Ashley's customer service member I was advised to go in store and make my purchase. My delivery date was for May 28, 2020. When my delivery date arrived the delivery driver tells me that all he has was a chest of drawer that I order which ended up being the wrong chest of drawers. When I spoke with the delivery dispatch team they explained that my other furniture was on back order and they only had the bed railing for one of the beds. The warehouse told me I needed to speak with someone at the store because they should have called me and told me my furniture was on back order. When I arrived at the store the office manager put the blame on the warehouse no one wants to be accountable for the inconvenience that now has my kids sleeping on the floor. If nothing comes this Ashley's will loose a customer for life. This is my second time in 3 years having delivery issues with Ashley's I don't know if the metro Atlanta market is unorganized but I'm very disappointed.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! When I walked in noone spoke . I walked around for over 20 mins . When someone finally did come I had made my selection and was ready for checkout. The sales rep said I will be back. Waited an additional 20 mins. Walked around and looked for him nothing. Called the customer support line was on hild for 40 mins 🙄 and they said the manager would call me ...... I still haven't heard anything. Don't visit this location. Try Snellville or elsewhere.
I recently purchased a bedroom set at Ashley Furniture and had nothing but a great experience. I have been in other Ashley Stores but the one in Lithonia is by far the biggest I have seen. The selection of furniture is much greater and the sales folks were pretty cool to work with during my visit. A big shout out to Eric Pineiro who helped me pick out my bedroom set. Not only was Eric helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture, he went a step ahead and steered me in the right direction on what piece would work best for my room. Needless to say, I went with the Starmore set. After my furniture was delivered, Eric sent me a text message asking if everything was OK with my bedroom set and if I needed anything else. That right there is AWESOME customer service! Overall, I am very happy with my selection and like that the bed has a nice sturdy build. The night stands and chest are also of great quality. I will be in the market for a new mattress and will definitely be working with Eric again. If you ever need anything, I would highly recommend that you ask for Eric.
This have been my worst experience with buying furniture. Firstly , they brought the wrong parts and couldn’t finish the work, also the technicians was not prepared. Y’all charge $60 for delivery and this is how you guys treat your customers. Nobody have tried to help me at all. I have been without a bed for over a week . This was on the company and nobody have tried to reach out to me. No compensation at all was offered . Me nor my family will be purchasing for you guys again. PS. I’m still waiting on my replacement and for you guys to get back to be like y’all said y’all would for the pass three days. This was a big disappointment!
I bought a recliner that was delivered in a box. I had to assemble it myself. No big problem, Ashley Furniture would have assembled it for a small fee, but I figured I could do it myself. The chair went together easily, cables all marked so not difficult at all. However, once the chair was assembled the seat back would recline, but the lumbar support and the head support did not work. I called the store and the store manager, Tiffany, said she would send a technician out. I visited the store the next day and was told Tiffany had changed her mind and would replace the chair. The replacement recliner arrived in two days. The driver came inside flipped the chair over, checked the wiring, all good, then reached up to the button pad and pushed the circuit board firmly into the buttons. Recliner started working. I was offered the new recliner, but as the original one was now working I declined the offer and kept the original. Tiffany, the Lithonia GA store manager, handled this expeditiously in a professional friendly manner and turned what could have been a bad experience into a really good one. Well done Tiffany, a great job.
Save yourself the headache. I purchased a bedroom suit and was told that my mirror would be delivered on a separate date. Bedroom furniture came. Bed broke within days. Called so someone could come out to check out the bed. Had to order a new rail. Guess what. Bed still broken. No mirror was delivered. Can’t get in contact when you call. I got a ticket number and still nothing. I’m highly disappointed. Overpriced and cheap furniture to be honest.
I suspect the other Ashley stores are not replete with dismissive personnel as is the StoneCrest location. There seems to be a common denominator as to why when u look at the staff as a whole; no managers are typically available, ( on endless “breaks”), personnel cant actually help with any problem, make promises both parties KNOW they won’t honor. One wonders what exactly gets done all day to earn their salaries? It can’t be a terribly difficult job so what does it suggest when u can’t or won’t do even the simplest of task in a proficient manner? Return a phone call, call the warehouse... how difficult could that be really? How difficult can it be to PRETEND you come to work to help the CUSTOMER! The primary reason you have a job? I often feel like an intrusion on their day... as they paint their nails or take “selfies”....at work...

Love my furniture. Hate my mattress. Was given the run around about mattress being defective and how to report that. The store manager never called me back after being on hold for 45 minutes one time and over an hour another. They are supposed to communicate with you once the technician deem a mattress defective (which happened twice on two separate mattresses), but I was scheduled for exchanges twice without any communication. Had to file a BBB complaint to get a refund for my mattress and to be called by the store. Do not buy a hybrid mattress. It has to inflate and we had two defective mattresses. It's probably not a good product, Ashley HomeStore.
This is one the worst experiences I’ve had purchasing something in my life. I purchased a 2 piece sectional that was delivered with one piece being a completely different color than the one i ordered. Upon Ashley letting me keep my half of correctly ordered couch, they informed me that my other piece was on back order and would be delivered in 3 weeks. After rescheduling my delivery from my original 3 weeks, they tacked on an extra week because the back order was not fulfilled yet. I cancelled my order and requested a full refund and pick up of my half a couch. After talking with management about scheduling a Friday date I was informed that my pickup date was pushed back again and am still with this half a couch. I’ve talked to managers, associates, and corporates and no one has a clue as to how to fulfill an order. I will never shop here again.
This is a really big Ashley. They have lots of inventory if you need to see it and sit on it. The 20% off sale almost made me buy on the spot. Great prices.
This is the most unprofessional set of people. I ordered a bedroom set with Stan Lee. The wrong bed was sent. Went back to the store show them what i ordered they promised to fix the order and get it delivered right away. Not to mention that the bed they sent was damaged to boot. Now here we are a week and a half no bed. Some how dispatch do not have the right address. Really? But they delivered to my home already. The ball is steady dropping and im here without a complete bedroom set. No empathy at all. Most places will offer u something for the inconvenience not this place. Long story short. I took my business elsewhere.

I purchased a lift chair from Ashley in June. The chair started having mechanical issues in September. Four techs have come out and the chair still isn’t fixed. I have called customer service over 15 times. They are rude especially the supervisor Stacey. It’s now February and the chair still isn’t fixed. I need this chair to make it easier transfer my mother whom has a brain injury. She now has to sit in her wheelchair all day instead of her recliner because it’s still broken. All customer service does is give you the run around. Multiple customer service reps said that they would call me back, but they never follow up. After 4 technicians have come out and the length of time that this process is taking I don’t understand why a replacement hasn’t been offered. I will be contacting the BBB about this issue. My best advice to everyone is to not shop with this company. Save yourself the headache.
Bought furniture that was on sale and showed up at 4:15 to pick it up at store. First lie told was the people who help load leave at 5 so I would have to come back. When pointed out it was 4:20 then it changed to they leave at 4. So I get people to come up to load the stuff only to be told some inventory control person has to release stuff and I would have to come back the next day. Only to be told you can’t get it then cause you can only pick stuff up Monday through Friday 10 to 4. So call store manager wants to give me a credit of 400 off then try’s to back that up. It’s ok I can spend my money elsewhere.

I am so disappointed that I find the need to edit my review of Ashley HomeStore. My initial experience was lovely and I thought I found exactly what I needed. My mom has a total shoulder reverse as a result of an injury she received five years ago at her place of employment. One of the many complications of her injury is that she is unable to sleep in a bed- even reclining beds. (Yes, she has tried.) As a result, my mom sleeps in a recliner. When her recliner finally gave out, we thought we had found the perfect replacement in the Earhart double reclining loveseat. It was an excellent purchasing experience. Flash forward to today, the day after the reclining loveseat was delivered. The loveseat we received is nothing in comparison to the show mode at the store. The loveseat we have is comfortable for sitting upright only. Reclining? Well, my mom came to me in tears because it physically hurt her to sleep on. We called Ashley store we purchased from, and our salesman hung up before we could finish. Then we called customer service after checking the website for the return policy. And here is my biggest issue: Ashley’s website states that customers have 7-10 to return furniture. Their customer service line? They told us that maybe it would break in and become comfortable in time. I am incredibly disappointed in this. My intention was to return this loveseat for a more expensive model, but I am stuck with a brand new $800 loveseat that brings my physically disabled mother to tears to sleep in.
Customer service is great but why I give him two stars is because my furniture is tearing apart I know I know should have went with a real leather couch but the one I have sucks so two stars. P.s Pay the extra money for the real leather you'll really get your money out of it and it will last a long time don't get that play play leather.

Love Ashley Furniture!! Have bought a bedroom suit and a living room set from them in last year . Prior years a mattress and desk . Most recently a kitchen table. The kitchen table we chose was not on the floor to see in person so the sales person helped us order on line while in store. Once delivered it wasn’t really big enough for what we needed . Tiffany at the stone crest store went above and beyond to accommodate us and help us select a better fit for us . I’m very greatfull to Tiffany for being so kind and helpful . I def will be back again !!

We were greeted by about 4 sales people and ended up working with Larenzo. We found the bedroom suit we liked which was very similar to one we wanted from Rooms-To-Go. The suit at Rooms-To-Go was about $500 cheaper and wasn&'t going to be in stock until 6 weeks later hence we came here so we could get our bedroom situated faster. We bought the majority of our furniture from Room-To-Go and had an excellent experience from start to finish. All throughout the process with Ashley Homestore, Larenzo, was trying to sell us stuff we didn&'t want, need, or ask for. That&'s fine, I know the game. The furniture finally arrived on 1/5 and it was damaged. Two of the drawers on the chester drawer won&'t close properly and it was scratched. I called the store back multiple times trying to get in touch with Larenzo. I finally got in touch with him and he was so eager to pass me off to a random customer service line where I was on hold for twenty minutes, no response. Not an apology for my experience, any effort to help, not even a soft transfer, just dumped off to a random line. I hung up, called the store back and asked to speak to a manager. I still never spoke with a manager, just someone named Keisha who scheduled a technician to come look at my damaged furniture that I paid over $3,000 for. This is something I felt Larenzo, the person I bought the furniture from should&'ve done. The professionalism at this place is awful. They do not stand behind their products. At Rooms-To-Go, our sales professional was there to assist us from start to finish and there was no passing off to other entities. Even during the delivery, there was an issue with some parts and the delivery guy was telling me who I needed to call. There was a $273 delivery charge associated with this purchase, I shouldn&'t have to call anybody. From start to finish this was a terrible experience. Just piss poor customer service.

This store has failed my wife and I at every step of the way. I purchased a sectional in October that was supposed to be new but came in damaged. The store team has been rude, truculent and unbothered by their stores underperformance. Over two months later they came to my house to exchange the defective merchandise unprepared and with missing pieces. A refund is not an option although their website says it is and customer service is useless. Please purchase elsewhere (Wayfair is AWESOME!!!) and do not waste your time. You will be extremely disappointed. Goodbye Ashley Furniture. Update!!!!!! Big shout out to Raeshawn Hughes (General Manager) and his team for responding promptly to my concerns. They were able to resolve my issue quickly and before the holidays with a heartfelt apology attached. Thank you Mr. Hughes and team for being considerate and caring about my situation.

Ordered a desk on 11-8-19 delivery date was 30 days out. I wasn't excited but ok this is the earliest date. Desk delivered on 12-8-19 broken in the box. Called Ashley to notify them and they said they will let us know if it is a yes or no. OR if a technician will come out. They will get back to us within 48 hours. Unacceptable. I paid for a new desk. I will not accept a repaired desk. It is like buying a new car that does not work to take it home to fix it. It has been over 48 hours and We still have not heard anything back yet. I will not be ordering from here again.

I ordered a sofa last Thursday, and they said the earliest they could deliver was Tuesday, so my boyfriend took the whole day off because they give you a 4 hour window for them to deliver. They told us it was be here from 3-7. 7 came around and it still wasn't here so I called the store and they said it would be here at 845, at 845 they still weren't here so I called again and they said they would be here at 1050 PM!! To come to someone's house that late is just rude! 1050 came around and we were still waiting for our delivery. The store was closed at that point, so I couldn't call and check on it. They never showed up that night or called to tell us they weren't coming. The next morning I called and they said they were going to deliver in another 4 hour time frame, I said that was going to work, that we needed an exact time. The manager got the driver to call us when he was on the way so that worked out. And the manager also gave us a refund for the delivery fee. It was overall just a mess, communication was horrible for the delivery. But besides that the people in the store were very friendly and did what they could to help us out.

Been on phone holding for a rep 2 hours but no one has yet answered at all. Called a store and was told to call the 800 number. I want the entire purchase cancelled and refunded now.

Big store. Well laid out. My favorite thing is the staff greets you and then leaves you alone if you dont want help. As soon as you need help they are ready and waiting. Bought a pair of couches from them. Coming up on 2 years ago now. Delivery was sooner than expected which was great. Still happy with the couches and will be back to see them when this POS $1000 Lazboy chair disintegrates more than it already has.

The only reason I gave Ashley a one star because you have to give a star. I purchased a dining room table and a full-size mattress. The mattress was too big for the base that I purchased also from Ashley. I called the day everything was delivered. I was told they will have a technician come out. Well, the technician came out, took measurements and said:” he never saw anything like this before”. He said ”i will hear from someone soon” No one called, I had to call the corporate office who tried to help, but couldn't get anyone from the store to help. Wow! Isn’t this corporate? I couldn’t believe what was happening, I contact my Attorney who happens to be a close friend. He said “they have to make it right”. The paperwork states if the mattress is damaged or defective you will not get a refund. He said “don’t. Worry about that, they will make it right” they do not want to receive a subpoena to appear in court over a mattress” So I called back the corporate office gave my attorney name and was told they will replace the mattress. Again I was told someone will call me back. No one did. I received a text stating I have a delivery on the 25th. I guess getting a attorney moves things quicker. However, I do not want the mattress, I do not want to do business with any place that treats there customers like this. I called the store and ask for the manager (Tiffany ), came to the phone after waiting again. Tiffany turned out to be the manager I spoke to when I went Into the store hoping they could take care of this matter. I also left serval massages for Tiffany or any Memeber of management to call me back and fix the problem. I told Tiffany I didn't want the mattress after this experience. Tiffany has no compassion , she should not be in management at all. Tiffany Basically told me flat out “ I can not get a refund and the paperwork states that” I am in management and she should have said that differently. She could have said, I am sorry you had to experience, this type of service, the mattress was defective and I see you are scheduled for delivery on the 25th. We value you as a customer, if you remain a customer we would like to give you something off your next purchase, or just a I am sorry. I would have offered something to retain the customer. Even if they never returned. Which I will not return. I am not looking for anything special, just to be treated better. I can spend my money anywhere. Note to Ashley,: Consumers are shopping around, and looking for the best customer experience, while spending their hard earned money. I wouldn’t won’t another customer to go through what I experienced. It was the worst experience I ever had.. ...If you like to spend your money with a company and get treated like trash. I purchased a TV stand with fireplace from Ashley furniture in Lithonia GA, the TV stand arrive without the fireplace. I called the store immediately to informed them of the mistake, they informed me I can come in the store and spend more money or keep what I have. Return is not an option once I signed for delivery. I called their customer service for assistant only to be transferred repeatedly. I was on the phone with customer service for an hour and half and nothing was resolve. This is truly horrible customer service.

They sent out a tech who acknowledged the slant, but his report said nothing is wrong, customer preference. Also, they never followed up with a call letting me know what the tech said and I had to physically go into the store because no one would answer the phones. They said they could give me store credit, but no refund unless a tech deemed it a manufacturing defect. I wanted a refund, due to what appeared to me to be extremely poor customer service, I didn’t want to purchase anything else from Ashley. It was then suggested another tech come out, so we followed their suggestions. This tech was very sympathetic, said he could definitely see the cushions were slanted to one side, put it in his report, but then said this is normal. I even spoke with corporate several times (because everyone was sending me back and forth between the store and corporate). Last week a person at corporate said that they would speak to the store and would have someone from the store contact me with a resolution. A week went by and no contact which I have found to be a normal policy with Ashley, there is no proper follow up. So I contacted the store only to be told that Now, they will not only give me a refund, but they won’t let me return the chair for a store credit. Therefore I am stuck with junk chair that hurt my back due to the slanted cushion. If you buy from Ashley and there is a problem with the furniture, you are stuck with it!

Bought several pieces of furniture from here when furnishing home. Bought a Ashley craftmatic adjustable base. On every single item I have bought I purchased a protection plan. Asked for the protection plan for my bed. Sales man Stan Lee put the mattress cover which was also requested but the actual base nothing, which mind you was requested. Now I have a three thousand dollar Bed, no protection. Spoke to the office manager who was less than caring or helpful. Wouldn’t even give a vendor number when requested. As a office manager very nasty please when dealing with this store and with this sales person. Stan Lee or any sales person there be very careful. From now on my motto is can you say American Signature. Salesman Robert At American signature knows his job and looks out to protect his customers.

I'm writing this as an upset paying customer. I ordered a canopy bed set December 2018. It was delivered with some damages. I immediately call the Lithonia store.I was asked to call back after the holidays by the store manager Naveeka because customer care was having a glitch in the system and they had an over spill of complaints about the same issues I had. I patiently waited till after Christmas and called the store again. This time there was a male store manager. I spoke with him once and never received any help. I had to go to the store just to get acknowledged and for them to have a tech come, all the while I had just had surgery. The first tech came out sprayed paint that didn't match the bed color yet the scratches and scuff marks were still there. He claimed to have wrote it up as damage but instead filed on his paperwork that he fixed the damages. I had to visit the store once again to be told that my bed had been fixed, when it actually had not. The second tech came out and attempted to fix the damages but couldn't. The bed was wrote up as damaged and was supposed to be replaced. They sent someone out to replace parts on the bed, but they didn't have everything. Keep in mind I am making payments on damaged furniture. After being on the phone with corporate and the store manager Kenyatta at the Lithonia location back and forth, Kenyatta attempted to resolve my situation. Well, someone came out today not only did they have the incorrect parts, but also was instructed to just leave it where I would be responsible for putting it together. This has been a long drawn out process that still hasn't been resolved. I can't believe a company as large as you're dropped a ball continuously. There seems to be no care for the customer after the sale has been made. I would like to have this issue resolved or the items picked up and funds returned. An unhappy customer, Kilwanda Robinson.

Lamoine is the best salesperson and friend ever. We met him about a month ago and his bubbly personality and smile made us trust him. We came back on 4/29/19 and asked for him because we wanted him to get our sale. He did better than expected and found us what we wanted, and gave us some options that were affordable and great bargains. The people who took care of us were very friendly and helpful! The only reason for the 4 stars is because the price wasn't very transparent with the purchase that we made. The couch that we selected was displayed for almost $600 less than what we paid. The delivery fee was approx. $200, which was much higher than I thought it would be considering that delivery was the only option for the couch that we selected. We have been very satisfied with the quality of the couch that we got.
Awesome customer service! Finally found exactly what I was looking 4. Edited review… furniture started to rip within a year. Managers, extended warranty did nothing about it and store didn’t even respond. Would never buy from them again. This time I went with Havertys… u get what u pay for! The sale rep blatantly lied to get a sale. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t shop there! As u can see seat covers have been added. However, I am so happy that I don’t have to sit on it much longer!!!

Ashley furniture lithonia is the worst place to shop,it is just like a night mare...even the manager is not helpful and talk rude...they charge we twice,telling me that they have charged me only once,and when I went for pickup after 2 weeks my order is not ready,I call and talk with the manager kiana,she was so rude and not helpful...never recommend anyone to buy from that store....and I'm not coming back again..the whole team in there need to learn how to do customer service....what a shame!
Attempted to purchase a table that I spoke with sales associate Megan about. Came back with my husband to pick up since the item was out of stock and only had the floor sample. Waited 30 minutes for someone to assist, as Megan kept insisting that we wait for her. Called to speak to a manager and was advised Ms White was also unavailable to assist. There were only 3 cars in parking lot and 1 of them is mine and still no one can assist. I’ll just purchase the same table on Amazon where is $75 cheaper anyway. Not convenient to have a local store with no one readily available to assist.
Everybody was polite and helpful. We where looking at a dinning room set online. So we went into the store. They told us that they don't sell that brand anymore. And that it's a newer version of the same kind of table but at a higher price. But they had no problem giving to us at the price that we had for online. With a 5 piece dining set and 5 year insurance and with delivery fee. It only came up to $601.07. I would always recommend this place.
Let me start by saying that I am a very loyal Ashley Furniture customer. I have spent almost $15K in just the last few years with them. Today, I went into the Lithonia, GA location to browse. I came upon a bedroom set that I liked. It had a tag that said $4999.99 regular price and 45% savings. I asked the CSR about this and she stated that the signage was incorrect. I responded that I understood that but I would like for her to check with the manager just to make sure and see what they could do as that was what the signage said. Keep in mind, just 3 months ago I purchase a $4k living room set on floor model clearance as well and got it for $1600 with other items to go with it so this is not out of the norm. The CSR removed the tag and took it away. I went over to where she put the tag and picked it up stating that I wanted to take a picture of it. She then grabbed it from my hand and took it. I said ma'am I just want to take a picture of it, can I not do that? She walked off with the signage. I then turn to the lady beside me and asked if she was the manager. She said she was. I questioned what just happened and share with her that I felt taken advantage of and something shady was going on. She said "sir you're welcome to take a picture of anything in the store I can't stop you" and I responded that I obviously could not since I just asked to do so and the rep walked off from me. I'm not trying to take advantage of anyone in this situation. If the signage was incorrect that is not my fault. How am I to know? I did not price the furniture nor make the sign. I've made a corporate complaint, emailed them and now leaving this review as I'm quite upset about how this all transpired. Who grabs a price tag out of a customers hand, refuses to assist them and then walks off? Attached is a picture of me attempting to snap a shot of the price tag. We shall see how they respond.

Worst experience EVER! Unacceptable customer service. I've called the store 9 times in one hour and still cannot get anyone to answer the phone. How can a company provide a service and not even answer the phone for their customers? NOTHING you order is ready on the date promised. I've cancelled 3 different orders in less than 30 days.
Ashley Furniture is the worse store i have ever purchase, i order a bed and 2 nightstands took them 2 month to deliver, and always with excuses, their customer services is one of the worse i have ever experience and for me to leave a comments it means a lot since i don't like wasting my time leaving a comment. they ignore your called and they never called you back to update you. i would give me -100 stars if i could!

LaVera was wonderful and VERY knowledgeable. My 3 month old son and I came in to buy some furniture and she was very patient with me and my son even when he got fussy. Ms. LaVera was professional and sweet, go see her and I promise, you won’t be disappointed.

Sales Associate Lavera Cox exhibited absolute stealer customer service. She had attention to detail and was quite knowledgeable about the product that I purchased. She took the time to show me other similar options and she was able to promptly answer and questions I asked. She stayed with me throughout my search and explained the different variations in which certain furniture could be separated and rearranged. I was attended by a Hispanic man named Nicolas, he said that a technician would get in touch to inspect the thing no later than monday. That was a the first Friday of January, it came Monday, Tuesday andWednesday... Nothing, so I called and a representative told me all their technicians were tight up throughout the week. The did this for two more weeks sometimes they wouldn't even pick up the phone. I gave up and throw their junk away. The only reason I am writing till now is because I keep getting their advertisements saying that I have $5000 in credit for their store "even tho I am still paying for a piece of broken furniture.

The experience at Ashley in June was good. My problem is with the delivery guys. After I paid $85-109 to have them deliver and set up my living room set. They dropped it off and left. I ran outside before they pulled off and asked them to come back and set it up. I wanted the loveseat against the wall but the driver was adamant it looked better in front of the window. In December my family visited from Delaware and decided to move the love seat against the wall which was what I suggested to the delivery guys. The reason they sat the furniture up the way they did was because they cut the corners of the couch and love seat with the box cutter when unpacking it. I called Ashley and a manager whose name I choose not to disclose agreed to either have it repaired or allow me to pick out a set comparable in price. The tech came out 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting to get a call back as to what the outcome will be. I'm good with them repairing it but to wait in limbo after several phone calls is very frustrating. I don't think I will be purchasing anything else due to the lack of service I have received and the improper handling upon delivery. People please check your merchandise prior to signing any paperwork. This is so unfair. I work hard and do not have money to throw away 😢😢
I like Ashley furniture, but our salesman didn't seem too knowledgeable, maybe he was new. We didn't buy anything. We bought furniture at another company.
In December I ordered 4 pieces of furniture... Two identical end tables were supposed to include electrical/phone charging units installed. Furniture was delivered without the electrical in it on Jan 4. A technician was sent yo my house a week later but he didn't bring the parts. I have called every day since and I can't get anyone to resolve my problem. I do not recommend anyone buy from zadhle Furniture. They clearly don't care about their customers.

I love Ashley furniture the quality is great for the prices, however; the "DELIVERY SUCKS" my furniture was never delivered on the same day scheduled, I never received a call from the delivery driver - THEY JUST NEVER SHOWED..I called the hotline 3x the agents would promise to callback with an update once they'd reach dispatch- DID NOT HEAR BACK FROM THEM EITHER **** HORRIBLE / UNACCEPTABLE ....THEY NEED TO FIRE THE DELIVERY COMPANY that they're contracted with!!! 1st review above was a while ago but this delivery service on today 12/16/2023 was excellent nice & courteous gentleman delivered on time as scheduled and I was able to track the delivery. Thanks for the smooth easy and quick delivery.
