Save and invest your money with a more reputable company. I have an expensive bedroom suit that didn't make it a full 3 years. The furniture sold by Ashley is not of good quality, definitely not worth what I paid. Not to mention that during the delivery, the delivery guys tore our freshly laid sod to pieces. After the store paid for their damage, for my trouble I was offered an additional $150. Still waiting on it. Oh the warranty isn't worth the paper it is printed on.

Purchased sectional and recliner. Bought the extended warranty since the sales rep said they cover everything except damage from animals. The recliner has what looks to be a tear in it and insurance denied the claim stating it was seem separation. The reason I am writing the review is to let potential buyers know that Ashley's is selling cheap furniture at a not so cheap price, and that the extended warranty will require a decent amount of work on your end to ultimately look for any reason not to honor thier warranty. You could get cheap quality furniture for a cheaper price if you look around.

Went with my daughter to shop for furniture for her first apartment. We explained that she would need the furniture within 4 weeks and that she lives on the 3rd floor of an apartment building with no elevators. The sales associate and the manager assured us that by purchasing that day, instead of waiting for the Memorial Day sale, we could get the items when she needed them as they were in stock and that the items would be delivered to her door. We debated paying for assembly, but because the chairs would probably come already assembled and the table would just need the legs added, it didn't make sense to pay the Additional $150 for assembly. We still considered waiting for the Memorial Day sales, but they said they would price match so it would be better to order that day so she could get the furniture on time. Well, the furniture wasn't all in-stock so the delivery team wasn't able to schedule delivery until the next month, and when they delivered the furniture they refused to bring it to her door even though the delivery policy on their website states items ordered for threshold delivery: "Threshold Delivery service, which places your furniture, in its original packaging, inside your doorway". They refused to bring it up the stairs and instead left it downstairs and outside the apartment building. My daughter had no way to carry the heavy table herself up to her apartment. Calls to the store were forwarded to the delivery company which didn't return the requested phone call. To make matters worse, the table set went on sale over Memorial Day weekend for $200 less than what she paid for it. We took a screenshot of the advertised price at their store and called to get the price match. The store denied the request because we didn't call on Memorial Day and the price had gone back up the next day when we called. This was my daughter's first experience purchasing her own furniture with her own hard-owned cash and it left a very bad taste in her mouth. Luckily, she purchased her bedroom set and living room furniture from Rooms To Go next store to Ashley. Her experience with R2Go was so different. Mickey was the best salesperson and helped my daughter get the best deals, explained all their policies and let her know exactly when her items would be delivered by ensuring what was in stock. She also knew how their delivery policy worked and every item from R2Go was delivered inside my daughter's apartment and she didn't have to pay extra for that service. Guess which store will get her business in the future?
I have had the worst experience with this store. We bought about 5 items the end of Feb. Our sofa was delivered the first week of March. After literally 3 days of sitting on the sofa, the cushion was ruined. You could fold it in half. You sank when you sat on it. I called Pam at the store and she said because I didn’t call within 48 hours, id have to call Guardian, their repair company. She told me that he would give me a number to be able to come in and pock something else out and have them changed out….what a LIE!!! It took about 3 weeks to get someone out to the house, and this is 3rd party. I had to leave work, come home and wait. He came, took pictures and left. I received a text a couple weeks afterward stating, “the parts had been ordered for my furniture. PARTS???? It ended up being 2 HUGE pieces of padding to put in our cushion covers….TWO and we have 3 cushions. That was in March…i called to get the appt to have then come out and its JULY, yes, JULY!!!! Unacceptable!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!! I have told physicians and nurses all about this store. Several said thanks for the heads up and they went elsewhere!!! Terrible customer care!!! Bonita was diligent in helping me find the right furniture for my new home. She made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. She showed me great deals and was very helpful.
I am so disappointed with this company. They charge me a $149 to deliver a kitchen table with 4 chairs. They told me they would have to bring it inside and assemble it and that's why I had to pay the the $149 Or else I would have to do it. The problem is they delivered it already put together and the delivery. people say they never assemble it that it's already pre assemble when they get. I call customer service and spoke with a girl named Indir and then a supervisor named Samantha and a more or less told me to kiss their a** and not call back. they don't think it's worth $149 to keep a customer.Well, guess what it is. Please do not ever buy furniture from this company ever ever because I will not. I am canceling my Ashley account. The dining room chairs are uneven and wobble. The repairman said it's a factory defect and they need to be replaced. I called a week later because NOBODY from ASHLEY ever called me. Now they claim they can open the repairman file. The promised to call me back. It's now 48hours later and no calls. This horrible company ignores their customers. They deserve to go out of business. My next step is to picket in front of their showroom on the public easement. Anyone want to join me.

4/2/2024 This has to be the worse shopping experience I have ever encountered with any organization. I placed an order on 3/5/2024 directly at the store on Riverside drive in Macon Ga, with the assistance of Lucy and Amber. I had just closed on my home and needed a new dinning room we bought the Havonplane set. On 3/28/24 it was delivered, while the guy was putting the table together the extendable cord busted, I told him that I do not feel comfortable with him leaving the table in the middle of my home due to the defects, he did not welcome the idea to return the damaged table, he said that at least I have a table to use in the meantime and he will call in to warranty regarding the issue and he left. I called the warranty number afterwards and told them that I am not comfortable with the product being at my home. I was told them that they need to take back damaged goods however I was told that they can only have it repaired, I was told that a part would be shipped to my home in 7-10 business days and I should call them and they would send out a Technician. I was shocked at this solution, I then reached out to the GM at the store Robert, he stated that he would see what he can find out and call me back well today is 4.2.2024 and still no ROBERT WITH A SOLUTION. I called back on 3/30/24 spoke to Amber and Jodi , Jodi the manager told me that she would put in a ticket for a request for a new table, she also offered that I could get a new table set and she would waive the restocking fee my two options. Well today I called Amber again no word from the ticket and they do not know when they will hear regarding the ticket. I said okay give me the other option to get another set so that I can get this one out my house because my home is not a storage shed, I was then told that they cannot do that. Robert is the Manager on duty today 4.2.2024 and he would not speak with me directly he kept sending messages with Amber regarding what to say. I am still without help, I have a product that I cannot use in my home taking up space, My kids and my guests at my house has to be sitting on floors and other chairs. I need the product removed from my home please, it was delivered this way by your delivery guy and I cannot get any help!!!! I did not buy the product from the Thift Store or Facebook Marketplace.

Do not buy furniture from Ashley. We bought a fairly expensive sofa and the extended warranty. They do not honor their warranty and their furniture is not well made. We did not notice one side of the sofa leaned to the arm of the sofa until some time later (when I happened to sit on the other side one day) which has gotten worse and is clearly visible (I'm not a large person). They Claim its a foam issue and is not covered. We were told the warranty would cover everything, they lied. I believe this was a manufacturing issue and Ashley should fix this. Not sure what the warranty is good for. Never, ever again.
This may be my first review in years, but the quality of service here is so low, I am happy to take the time to post. To get sales, these employees do not provide all the information about the order process. One employee took the time to describe a policy that does not exist to get a sale. Also, if you ever need to reach anyone at the store, you will continually be directed to the national company, even when you call the local number. I regret not using a local company, but even more so after I learned how deceptive this national brand would be.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I purchased a dining table and it was damaged upon the first time it arrived and when they replaced it. I then purchased a new one to replace the damaged one and it also was damaged. The manager along with those at the warehouse refused to replace it to my satisfaction and tried to give me one off of the floor in which multiple people had touched and sat in. Very disgusted with my visit and I advise that you do not purchase from them. They are full of it and I’m glad I got my money back. You can find something much better at any other store but there’s.

I visited Ashley in Macon to pick out a living room set and had the best experience. Alivia was the rep who helped us and she was amazing. She was very patient and helpful. She gave me the pros and cons of each set that I liked and gave awesome suggestions on pairing the sets with other items. With Alivia’s help I was able to pick out a beautiful living room suit and an area rug to go with it.
We have been to Ashley for a sofa & now a dining table. The entire team is helpful & knowledgeable. We were helped by Melody & Priscilla - each time they helped us find exactly what we were looking for & made sure to give us time alone to explore and discuss before moving forward. The exact right balance between helpful & letting us do it “alone”. They do a great job with finding what promotions they can apply to your balance also!
Store experience was polite without being pushy (don't like that!). Once purchase decision was made the transaction was quick and efficient, with some rebates thrown in. Before leaving it was explained that Ashley would stay in touch via email and text.On delivery day an accurate window was given, a text 15 minutes before, then a call from the truck. (Very nice). The delivery guys were polite, quick and efficient, set up the furniture in minutes, were respectful of property and left us with a nice new living room suite.Ashley will be at the top of our list next time we are looking for any furniture, very nice experience.

We visited Rooms to Go first but the salesman did not allow us to view his merchandise saying he did not have the modern platform frame we were looking for! Our salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery process was well-communicated and the delivery guys knew what they were doing. Overall, it was a good experience and we are quite pleased with our new furniture.
My husband and I purchased an adjustable bed, Mattress,upholstered barstools,and a square counter table on 4/25/22. On 5/21/22 the adjustable base was delivered in a box and assembled by two delivery guys onsite. Once assembled, the two delivery guys placed the Mattresses upon the adjustable base and plugged it in for use. The adjustable base was found to be inoperable. The remote and Batteries which were checked and the adjustable base was rexamined for error. A call was immediately made to the service & warranty manger as well as the store via speaker phone. The rep on the line documented the sale & item number and a note was placed in the tablet by the delivery guy. We were advised by the rep on the phone that a new adjustable base would be delivered. Each week we receive an update via text thanking us for our patience. Today I called to see if there was a specific date available for delivery as of yet. Today I was informed that the messages sent were for the barstools only. This is not acceptable & I reminded and explained to the rep on the other end that the adjustable base has not worked period, not even at the time of delivery.I was told to call Sealy & that Ashley had no plans to deliver a new base even after being told otherwise. Whatever you do please take your money to a store that specializes in bed and mattress as you don't want to fall victim to your money being taken only to be delivered equipment that never worked at the time of delivery!
*Earliest delivery was three weeks away. *Delivery ran way past the window we were given and when we called we were told there was no way to tell when the furniture would arrive. *Furniture arrived damaged and after we reported it, they did nothing and we had to keep calling back until finally they came out to repair it. *A FULL year later, the damaged item is still not fixed.I will NEVER buy from Ashley Furniture again.
Good sales staff. However after ordering my furniture I was told it would take 4 - 14 weeks before delivery can be made. Updates to follow once it is delivery is made. My suggestion is ask before buying anything here or go elsewhere.
The girl Jodie was wonderful! She helped me find exactly what I wanted and at a great price. Although I was hoping to get the furniture sooner, there's nothing that can be done. So, patience is necessary, but the quality of the furniture is worth the wait. If you plan on visiting the store, def ask for Jodie.

I purchased a $4000 mattress and bed frame from Ashley’s. I specially stated, “do not deliver until all piece are together”. Today, they came to set up our bed. After building the frame, they realized they didn’t have the slats for the mattress to sit on. When asked when this will be delivered, they said, “we have no idea”, and state, “it’s on back order”. They said they would have to come back at a later time with the piece. This is exactly what I was trying to avoid by telling customer service to hold the pieces until they were in their entirety. One of the delivery men suggested we buy slats of wood from the Lowes. We spent an additional $114 on these slats. When customer service was informed of the situation, they basically said, “there’s nothing we can do”. I have called again and again trying to be connected with the Riverside drive store, only to be connected to an automated system and given a “call back” ticket. I am very disappointed with this store, and as this was my first experience with Ashley’s I vow to never shop here again. I also vow to make sure everyone I come in contact with will not experience a similar event at the hands of this furniture store chain.
It’s been 3 weeks and we are still waiting for the supports for our king bed, they brought a queen base, and the TV stand did not arrived. The transportation crew had no idea what happened but the store neither. Nice!

Did not wanna help me when looking to purchase a recliner. All recliners would have to "be ordered" and "would take 16 weeks to arrive". Multiples of the same recliner in the store and they would not sell the units.
Do not order from here. I ordered a bed and there were missing pieces. Called them and got pieces sent. They sent the wrong pieces. Called again and they said they will send the right ones. Wrong pieces were sent again. Everytime I call I have long wait times and people who can’t seem to understand what parts I need.

Ordered a sofa in April with an expected delivery date of June 19th. We are now at the end of July and no one can give me an exact date on when my furniture will arrive. Wish I had purchased online or from rooms to go. Update now September and still no word on my order. Went to cancel my order and get refund and was told they don't do in store refunds, but they can take your money in store. Will never do business or recommend here again.

I purchased a Living Room Set from Ashley Furniture. The seam on the sofa started to separate. The Guardian Protection Plan cost $189 for five years. It was oversold by my Sales Rep and Guardian denied my claim. Please do not waste your money getting this protection plan. Please read ALL of the exclusions if you are thinking about purchasing it. I will NEVER purchase that plan again.

Great looking furniture
This is the worst customer service we have ever experienced. We purchased a sofa and love seat, June 4, 2020. We received the love seat with a deilvery of the sofa later. They scheduled a delivery for the sofa and never showed stating it was still on backorder. No phone call either, we had to call them, Weeks later, they scheduled another delivery time. The truck shows up, (after taking off from work for the delivery) and the sofa was not on the truck. We physically went into the store and spoke to the manager, John A. which we have spoken with many times. He said, &"the sofa is wrapped and in the store, it will be delivered tomorrow.&" Straight to our face he said that. When I try to call someone above at a Ashley headquarters, I&'m told this store is a franchise and we have to deal with them. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT YOU ARE TOLD. If they would have said it would be another few weeks, so be it, but to wait around on something that does not come is completely unacceptable! Ashley is doing themselves a disservice by keeping this man on as an employee.Shameful!
This is the worst customer service we have ever experienced. We purchased a sofa and love seat, June 4, 2020. We received the love seat with a deilvery of the sofa later. They scheduled a delivery for the sofa and never showed stating it was still on backorder. No phone call either, we had to call them, Weeks later, they scheduled another delivery time. The truck shows up, (after taking off from work for the delivery) and the sofa was not on the truck. We physically went into the store and spoke to the manager, John A. which we have spoken with many times. He said, "the sofa is wrapped and in the store, it will be delivered tomorrow." My bed broke completely as soon as they put it up. Now I been waiting almost 3 months to get it repaired. Never again! I wouldn't recommend no one to go near this place.

Was very disappointed! Purchased two bedroom sets that arrived almost two months later. One of the sets was delivered with a missing piece. Was told when I called that the item that they allowed me to pay for was out of stock and that I can have the item off the showroom floor but it didn’t come with delivery (that I had also already paid for), that I would have to come in and pick it up myself. Problem was solved with a refund that I’m currently waiting to receive.

The whole team were so helpful and accommodating in assisting me with my furniture needs. I was moving into a new place; the manger, designer, floor-men, and salesperson, Madison Gill, were friendly, knowledgeable, and excited to assist me during this transition. We took measurements and did room props to see how pieces flowed together before purchasing them. She also helped me to find the short-term finance needs to take my pieces home that day. The pieces were not only attractive, but quality built.

I've had a few problems on the manufacturing side, but Madison our sales provider, was helpful with getting it corrected. Madison also is very knowledgeable about products, quality, and over the top friendly and easily accessible for questions. She took the time to listen to my husband and I about our style and pointed us to the perfect product. We will use Madison and Ashley Furniture again. John, store manager, also does a phenomenal job.

Home delivery....Pathetic....store management has no respect for the value of customer service...even on a Sunday.... If I could rate less than one...It wuld be just that...<1....
Good service, everyone was helpful and nice. And the most important the prices are awesome.
The staff and quality of the furniture was great, however the independent delivery service left us with several questions. First question, who shows up to do a job smelling like they hung out with Mary and Jane. Second question, when you put a large dent in a wall of a brand new house, who argues that you didn't do it. After going around and around about it, my fiancé looked up the owner of this company. What reputable furniture store hires someone to go into people's homes with a criminal history? We will never do business with a company that does not have their customers safety in mind.
Apparently this place doesn't value its customers and their business. It was 5:55pm on a Sunday with an advertised closing time of 6:00pm. I literally wanted to come in and immediately purchase a box spring. When the automatic doors wouldn't open on their own I manually opened them. I was immediately told "we're about to close." I said, "Do you have any box springs? Can you make a sale?" Her reply was, "We're about to close." Well, it seems to me that you're not "about" to close, but that you've "already" closed. Good luck keeping your doors open in the future... I doubt you'll weather the storm much better than Bed, Bath, & Beyond and other brick and mortar locations. What sets you apart from online retailers if you don't focus on customer service? I won't be back to see whether you improve.
Shopping at the Ashley store was different from any of the rest meeting Pam was an experience my wife and Pam connected automatically which make things a little better when doing business Pam is very aware of the store, it's prices and location of items the most impressive thing that Pam did she came in early to assist us that really impressed me
Pamela G is the best Sales Representative. She's very precise and she is there from start to finish, she won't leave you to go do other things. My family I and have been back multiple times and we always ask if Pamela is there. Pamela is very respectful and wants whats best for you. Beware! For some reason it took 2.5 months to get our furniture! When it finally showed up the love seat was wrong. Then we waited another 3 weeks for the correct love seat to be delivered. The day it was to be delivered, they didn't put it on the truck that day, and they showed up to take the wrong unit, we informed them they can't take it until the correct unit shows up and delivered! We are still waiting on the love seat to show up. The delivery guys said this happens alot! REALLY!!
*Earliest delivery was three weeks away. *Delivery ran way past the window we were given and when we called we were told there was no way to tell when the furniture would arrive. *Furniture arrived damaged and after we reported it, they did nothing and we had to keep calling back until finally they came out to repair it. I will NEVER buy from Ashley Furniture again.
My most recent experience with the Macon store was very disappointing! I will NOT purchase anything else from any place associated with Ashley furniture. They do NOT stand by there word, via text, phone, or purchase receipt. I paid for my purchases in full and it was not ALL delivered as I was told it would be. I got my purchased items over a months time. Unreal right, I know- that's my point. Who conducted business this way Ashley furniture in Macon. We ended up putting my furniture together, NOT delivery workers.(Maybe that's why when my delivery fee was credited back/it meant do it yourself..I really don't know) My purchases came in parts - but I paid for it all at once. We picked up bed rails, and the dresser) Then when my last piece of furniture was suppose to come (the dresser), I made 3 phone calls and left 2 messages to get the delivery closer to what was workable for me..totally ignored. I called within the allotted time and they still was coming to deliver and I was at work(unsatisfactory). Finally we agreed on something..it would be taken to the store. I didn't get a call or anything letting me know it was there for sure. There seems to be a problem with phone calls being made & returned, management step it up..I've done retail/ sales before. This was NOT good customer service at all. Very unacceptable service and if I had to grade this lasting experience with your staff and store (F),failed to me customer satisfaction. The lesson I've learned from this-by locally!!!

I been trying to buy a sofa for$297 there for about a month now, the first time I went in they telling me about all these fees, insurance etc and it got to be at least $300 to finance (which is understandable) but what happen to just going in and getting simply sofa. Then they telling me I got to get it delivered, Why can't I pick it up? Not giving you an extra $69 when I stay right around the corner waiting on you guys all day for a sofa. Not gonna happen!! This place takes the joy out of buying furniture.

I went in and paid for a particular chair, which I was advised it had to be ordered but they had it in stock at the warehouse Should have been in about two weeks, returned to store to pick up the chair. Did not ever received a call back to tell me the chair had arrived by the supposed date. Upon arriving with a small truck then I was told without warning the chair had been discontinued and I asked for my whole refund back, The owner and I got into a heated discussion about the poor customer service. He advised me that he did not do refunds but store credit and if I were waiting on a refund, He would not give it back even if Jesus Came. I had no choice but to do in store credit towards something else in that price range of the invisible chair that never existed. I will never ever purchase anything else from this store in Macon GA. Located Eisenhower Parkway. So people word to the wise please by pass this company and never do business with them or if you do. LET THE BUYER BEWARE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I have had several bad experiences with this store. The last ans final straw is the delivery guys damaging my house. This happened back in January and I have yet to hear back on how they plan to fix the damages. I have called several times left messages and no one has contacted me about this issue. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!
They had a marked down sleeper sofa and when I asked if there was anything wrong with it l, I was told no. I opened it up and there was a big hole in it and the mattress was missing. Horrible!
If I can give them a Zero I would. I loved my sells lady Bernice. But the rest of Ashleys after you purchase was a nightmare! They had to reschedule my delivery 4 times. Didn’t bring all my stuff.That took another week. So I was with out a living room set, dinette , and 2 bedroom sets. Yes I spent A LOT OF MONEY! I did not finance my furniture I paid cash for it. It took 9 months to get my Insurance paper and it was wrong. I ended up going over their heads to get it. Plus when they delivered my furniture they damaged some and that took 5 months of calling every week for them to come a fix. Then only some was fixed and he said he will be back to fix the rest.... which remember it was damaged in delivery. That took another 3 months to get fixed. I purchased my items on 1/19/2018 and on 12/06/2018 I finally received my Corrected 5 year Insurance agreement. On my daughter bedroom set the finish on her dresser was peeling..... not paint with a glossy finish... no it was sticky paper was peeling off of her dresser so in December 2018 I left 2 messages no call back, January 2019 I left 2 messages and in February I left 2 messages. According to the Insurance I have a year warranty from Ashley from the time my furniture was delivered and it wasn’t delivered until March 2018 . (Cause they kept changing my date) so I went with out furniture for over a month. Any ways Ashley Furniture NEVER called me back and finally today I called again and they were like oh well you have to make a claim. It doesn’t matter that we didn’t call u back cause it is out of our hands now.... Wow Wow Wow so i called FCP and now I can rest easy. I will NEVER RECOMMEND ASHLEYS FURNITURE to anyone. And if anyone ask where I got my beautiful furniture from I will only tell them the nightmare that came with doing business with Ashleys . When I called Corporate thay blamed the management company they hired to represent them. So Ashley Furniture Corporate didn’t take ownership. The person I spoke with blamed someone else and apologized with an attitude.... like Are you for real. I felt as if he didn’t want to be bothered with my complaint. His attitude was like what do I want me to do about it? OMG!!!! He totally Brushed me off and my complaint. We the consumers DO NOT MATTER! But I will like to thank with all my heart the dedication that Cathie McElveen gave to straighten out my 5 year Insurance document. Once she heard my complaints she was on it and took care of it the same day. And get this, it was by accident that she got involved. She called me to make a service call for an appointment time. I told her everything and she went to work and got me what I needed. She should be in Corporate cause she cares! She didn’t have to but she got the job done! Again Thank you Cathie McElveen. If it wasn’t for you I would not have my paperwork to get my furniture fixed! I appreciate good people like you. Dedicated, caring, concerned, understanding, does your job right from start and you didn’t finish until you knew I had my paper work! Promote her cause she is the only one out of 20 different people and 2 managements and Corporate that I spoke with that cared enough to do a job that I am sure was not her job to do, but because she represents Ashleys... she did it and her only concern was to make sure I had the right paperwork. Where no one else cared!

ordered a sofa in December 2018 and told it would be in a month. Called in January and was told the item had arrived and was ready for pickup. Drove over an hour to pick up and once arrived found that the item was not there and in fact the sofa had never been ordered. They had to reorder the sofa which would take another month to receive. They offered free delivery to help compensate for the mix up, which was very nice, but when they called to schedule the delivery it could only be done on a Thursday with a 3 hour window.....of course that doesn't work since we all have jobs. Poor communication, poor customer service. would not do business with this store again.
ordered a sofa in December 2018 and told it would be in January 2019. Called in January and told the item was in. Drove over an hour to pick up and when I arrived the item was not there.....and....found out that the sofa was never ordered. Reordered sofa and was told that they would offer free delivery to compensate for the screw up, but then when called to set delivery the only day they delivered was on Thursday with a 3 hour window. Not able to do this since of course we work.
These folks do not have a clue. Good luck if you choose to do business with them. Wanted to see different furniture and the best answer i could get was that i needed to look at the website. If i wanted to look at the website i would have kept my rearend at home and looked at their website.

My sister n law is in the process of taking legal action against this store for continuously charging her credit card for furniture she did not receive. I would not shop at this store.
I bought my furniture cash on the third of December. I was without it at Christmas and not I'm having another family affair on Saturday which they are saying that they can't deliver until Saturday between 3:00 and 6:00. They get your money and they're done with you. Six weeks is more than enough time for any delivery.
We bought a bedroom set in September and paid for it in full. Was told it would be delivered in mid Oct. We didn't get it until last week of October and then the drawers wouldn't fit into our footboard The delivery guys couldn't help me and had to go for their next delivery. I could not get in touch with anyone easily to discuss the issue. Once I did reach someone, they told me they'd come back out to exchange the pieces for the right one. This didn't happen until mid December. When they came out that time, they brought new drawers but realized the footboard was actually the problem. I was told they'd come back within 48 hours. A MONTH later, I called to ask why they hadn't come back to fix the issue. They came a week after this and replaced the footboard, but didn't have the bolts🤦I was then told someone would come back that same day with the bolts to finish the assembly....hasn't happened yet. Everyone I've talked to or encountered has been nice and professional, but this is an unfortunate experience with too many mistakes. I won't be ordering from Ashley in the future.

Very helpful. Associate spent time comparing prices to other pieces and at other stores. However....the furniture isn't super great quality....my dining table and chairs fell apart within a matter of months.
