We returned to Ashley's Furniture to purchase another sofa today and found the entire transaction to be easy. Our first visit was with Kelvin Davie in June 2018. Our second visit was with Zamara Brown today May 2019. Each sales person was knowledgable, engaging, and professional.

Ashleyz is ok, not overly impressed by its furniture selection too much gray. I tend to go against the current trendd as I like exotics, African, south American, and some southeast Asian decor. Somewhat disingenuous when the walls grey, furniture gray..need more variety especially non gray

We had just gone to check out furniture for our new home and had no mind for buying. Kevin was so warm and engaging he got us thinking about a sectional almost. We decided upon a smaller dining table and were ready to close when Mark came in. He was a great sales person, can sell snow to an eskimo. Although we had made up our mind, he tried to find out our taste and showed us a dining table that we liked even more. He asked us if there was anything else we wanted and there was this power reclining set we wanted. He took all details from us, broke it down by price and made us an offer we couldn’t refuse. He was like superb at engaging us to buy things we had no intention of buying. Kevin and the staff stayed well over the store closing hours to complete our transaction and did not feel us rushed at all. We will go back to this store for bedroom furniture.

never buy anything from Ashley and if you do check your delivery because I got a table and 2 nightstands that were damage since the delivery and when u asked for a replacement Ashley said that they were going to replace them and I'm still waiting I need to call almost everyday to check the process and this happened 2 months ago

I cant give less stars or negative but i would love to do it, this store sold me a table with the guaranty that a "technician professional" was going to deliver and put together the table, when i got home i saw the table all wrong, this person screw it upside down, a really mess and when i called to report it after more than 30 minutes to get to talk with someone this person told me that they will exchange it, that was 2 months ago and I'm still waiting and complaining to get my refund or a new table that i will prefer to assemble myself, i would not recommend to buy here its a really over priced store with no responsibility with the customer

Always get my furniture from Ashley no matter what city I live in. I went to this location and I was excited my first place in Atlanta just moved here from LA so I’m excited to put my LA touch on my place. I walk in happy and I left out dissatisfied and unhappy as if I walked away from the couch I really wanted. I wish I had the energy to go into the hassle I had with the store manager and the sales person over a couch that was a floor model and the last of the last. A product that is completely discounted I couldn’t get them to be realistic about selling me the floor model that had been out for hundreds of people to lay on and sit on. Legit wanted to still make me pay the same amount. The Manger told me in order for him to give me something I would have to give him something which would be a protection plan and no delivery I’d have to pick it up. I stated I didn’t want the protection plan which the salesperson told me was $99 Extra and the manager then stated it was $50 extra I felt confused and they were just spitting numbers out random numbers that didn’t make sense. Felt like a fast talking salesman with a leave or take it attitude. I definitely felt the affects of the pressure to make a decision that didn’t benefit me but cause me more money and effort than the process should ever be. All in all I was spending the same amount for the couch he wasn’t being reasonable and prior to me speaking with him he was telling the salesman everything via a walker talkie he seemed to busy and unbothered about a concerned but ready to buy customer. I was pretty upset about my experience and really couldn’t believe the exhausting and unsuccessful trip to the furniture store. I now see why people order furniture online because the human interaction in person is unconcerning and not about the customer. I’ve never went to a furniture store especially Ashley were they would rather you walk out the door then to walk away happy and for them to retain continuous business. I was ready to pay cash full right out for a partially used item and they still attempted to hustle me. No one else in the store buying furniture and for some reason they didn’t want my business. Disheartening for me as a customer to walk away from a product that I really wanted all because of how I was treated. I will not be continuing my busy with this company due to thay unbearable and unnecessary experience. ------------------------------------------------------------- It's been 8 days since I walked into this Ashley HomeStore excited to purchase new furniture for my first place in Atlanta after selling all of my Ashley furniture in LA and moving here and starting over. I saw this unique sectional and I sat on it and then I stretched out on it and I fell in love instantly. I explained to Rod that I Want to get this couch and I Want it in that exact color. I explain that I want to do the financing same as cash process because I've done it so many times before and I am familiar with the process. He comes back and tells me the couch is discontinued and that there is no more in the warehouse. I was crushed so I suggested to him that I will purchase the floor model cash that day if they come down on the price. Now remember I just said I sat on this couch and then I stretched out on this couch and so did my roommate so of course if I did this hundreds of other people have done the same. He explained he can make that happen and made it clear that I had to come and pick it up only cause it is a floor model. So I began to make arrangements to get the couch that day since my male friend came we would rent a uhaul or truck and just do it that day. I was excited I was like wow I'm going to get my couch. He goes to talk to his manager Mark (we will get to this arrogate individual soon) and returns with a offer I couldn't resist $50 dollars off the price of the couch. I Was shocked the salesman Rod said I know it's not a lot he's being difficult and doesn't want to come down on the price. He says he's not sure why he's being like that about the price when he knows it's discontinued. ( ROD's words not mine) I tell him that's crazy I have to come get the couch myself, people have been laying all over the couch and its not wrapped up and it's discontinued. I ask him to come down off the price by at least $100 .. now pause I'm only negotiating the price because it is the floor model, if they had the item in stock I would have paid the full price gladly along with the delivery. Let's be honest who wants to have to go through the hassle of moving furniture themselves not me. So he walkie talkie his manager and let's him know I would like for him to come down on the price by $50 more dollars. His manager responses very passive aggressive NO it's already been mark down that's all I'm going to do. IF she wants me to take off $100 she has to buy the protection plan. I ask Rod how much is the protection plan he tells me $100.....Okay so I must be boo boo the Fool at this point. I walk up to the manager who happens to be near the couch that I Want acting busy. I explain that the couch is out of stock and I Want this couch I do not the want the protection plan. I'm a single 30 year adult who doesn't need to buy a protection plan for my furniture cause it's just me. I know the risks of buying a product without protection and that's on me if something were to happen. I explain to him That I don't care about the protection plan I just want the couch. He tells me in order for him to do something for me I gotta do something for him.I said I'm buying the couch that's me doing something for him and Rod they are getting a sale. The manager stated that the protection plan is only $50 I said Rod told me it was $100 he said no $50. So, not sure what is happening right now but something just wasn't right so after losing my excitement for the purchase of the couch I decide I will just leave.I called the location on Thursday spoke with rod who said he would ask a different manager about the price & call me back in 15. Called the Ashley store Lindbergh Plaza asked if they had the couch they confirmed they did I explained it was discontinued & the salesman promplty said he would speak to his manager about the price. Calls me back tells me to come get my couch and that they were giving me $150 off because it's DISCONTINUED & USED. All in All this location is horrible & the store manager is not qualified to work with customers. Also, I spoke to another manager from this location who said he would have MARK call they never did.

Well it happen again. Should off learn from my previous experience. We bought furniture during thanksgiving holidays and got our furniture delivery to our home. The delivery crew were supposed to be at my place between 2-6 but showed up at 9pm like I have nothing better to do but wait for them. They came in wet from the rain, didn’t care to bring in the dirt and wet in, were unprofessional, not polite and were bother that they had to go upstairs to bring out furniture. They took there time to the extreme like we had all nite but then once the furniture was in the bedroom, they had my wife sign and literally rush out the front door not allowing me to inspect the furniture as I was actually cleaning the messes they had made downstairs from boxes, foam, wraps and tape. I went up stairs to inspect, once I saw them rushing o out the front door. They didn’t push the furniture in the spots I had told them, the bed wasn’t straight, they didn’t installed the mirror, the dresser was soaking wet and worst they had STAIN our new carpet and left a soaking wet spot. I rush to get them back inside the house. They acted clueless an then they finally admitted that the tool bag which was soaking wet with tools had caused a big rust stain on our carpet. Our home is brand new built, less than a year old with super light color carpet and now we have a huge rust dark color stain. The delivery crew company agree to clean the carpet. The carpet cleaner took one look at it an said that’s never coming out but still try with no luck. I call the delivery company back and they have ignore my calls and text. I contacted Ashley furniture an they said I need to go after the delivery company. How dare them not take responsibility when it’s Ashley furniture company who contracted the delivery company not me. I paid Ashley furniture for my items not delivery company! NEVER AGAIN! After 10 years I’m done with Ashley furniture. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Thank you Ashley furniture for damaging my brand new home and running the Holiday!!!

Furniture starts to fall apart if it happens after a year your out of luck. They sell you GBS extended warranty which makes you jump through hoops to only tell you it’s not covered. No I’m sorry let me see how we can make it right. They just say sorry. All the five stars are mostly Customer service related not the quality of the products.
