Their delivery service is absolutely horrid! The purchase process in-store and online is very simple, but the trouble starts after the purchase is made. Ashley farms out their delivery service, so there is very little accountability for broken items. When scheduling delivery, you better pick up the phone. If you don't, they will automatically reschedule your delivery whenever they can. If a product is damaged upon delivery, you must request a technician to inspect the item in your home before you can request a replacement. And our replacement is scheduled to be delivered in 2 months - while we just hold on to the damaged piece.

Our salesperson at the Marietta location was Ghazaleh and she was AMAZING. In this day and time it is so nice to work with someone who is patient, attentive and is willing to work with you AND make the experience as pleasant as possible. We were so pleased that we found out that she normally works at another location, and both me and my wife made a note to see here there with the remainder of our needs. as for Ashley, the showroom had exactly what we needed and the pricing was on point. Thanks for an amazing experience that at times, can be painful.

We ordered bedroom furniture - all furniture arrived on time, but the bed was damaged. We declined the bed. Then, we had to wait 24-48 hours (it was over 48) for the bed to be scanned in and the delivery to be re-scheduled. The next bed arrived after the 4 hour delivery window, and it was the same damaged bed we received the week before!! Now, we cannot get anyone from the store or corporate to answer our phone calls. We have been left with no furniture, no help, and the charges remain on our card for furniture that we have not received. I have never been so disappointed with a furniture store in my life. As a result, we have also been sleeping on the floor for 2 weeks. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. They are currently scheduling a 4th delivery.

I purchase a bedroom set on 7/3/20. My bedroom set was delivered Saturday 7/25/20. The most awful furniture delivery experience ever. The crew showed up at 10:30am. They were supposed to arrive between 11:15a & 3:15p. I received a call saying that no one was home. Of course not, you’re super early. The right thing to do is say that you’re early versus saying no one is home. I am aware of that. When I arrived, there were two guys outside of my home using profanity and unloading furniture. I introduced myself. You would think the negative language would stop. It did not. The crew entered my home. (No masks) They began to set up and bring in items inside. I noticed that they did not wear covered shoes, no masks, etc. When the crew brought the items inside, they did not bring the items up carefully. There are scratches on my walls, dings, dents, black smudges on the walls and a patch of paint missing. My footboard came damaged so the bed wasn’t installed. The crew didn’t make sure that other things were missing. The footboard is unavailable until 8/25/20. I did not sign off on the items. The crew left without saying anything. They snuck off of my property without saying a word. I submitted a claim Saturday against the delivery crew and haven’t received a call back from the store yet. I have called multiple times. Nobody wants to assist. Every time I call management is too busy to help. Brianna always has the customer service team tell me that she’s helping another customer and so does Lora, the other manager. No one is holding the contractors accountable for the damage done. I was supposed to receive a call from a Monica who is responsible for the contractors today or yesterday and still nothing. I have lived in my new place for almost two months and it is damaged. I’ve waited two days for a call back from a lady named Monica who seems to be over the contractors. Tomorrow I will be contacting the better business bureau. This is unacceptable! This is my last purchase with Ashley furniture. I do not recommend this company or location at all. After they get your money, you will not hear anything back from them.

Furniture was on back order so had to wait a month to get it delivered. Paid $200 in delivery fees. Day of delivery no text or phone call for update or delivery time. Turns out it was rescheduled for 2 weeks out and we were never notified. Unbelievable. Impossible to get anyone on the phone.

Awful. Terrible. Will never purchase from these deceptive people again. Be aware! Furniture delivered damaged. They left the furniture in my apartment and refused to take it back. It took forever to get into contact with the manager of the store (Josh) who seemed to be incredibly helpful when he offered me his "personal phone number" to "get to the bottom of this". i called and texted him the next day about my order with ZERO response. After many attempted calls over several days he texted me and said they wouldn't replace the furniture and that it was MY liability. The ONLY redeeming factor in all of this was the nice lady, Debbie, who sold me the furniture. She tried to help me out in the best way she could when it all went awry, but didn't have the power to do anything. Just proceed with caution and know that the management staff are deceptive people who care nothing for their customers.

I made an appointment via their site and they were very professional with me and my fiancé. Rod, our salesperson, asked the right amount of questions to figure out where our budget and needs lie. He gave us plenty of time to look around and speak amongst ourselves. He suggested exactly what we were thinking of and we're looking to buy after we deliberate. I enjoyed my visit. I will be back for more purchases.

Worst furniture experience. Waited for 4 weeks for delivery. Date of delivery nothing happens and no one calls. We wait 45 min on hold to find that the truck broke down and they rescheduled us for three days later. We never received our furniture. Called again and was told it was on back order til end of next month! Unbelievable!

Ordered a desk last month. Was told it would be delivered on the 9th, between 3 and 7 pm. I get a call at almost 11 pm from an unknown number, turns out it was my delivery driver. Didn't leave a voicemail. They set the desk up at some other location, took a picture and marked it as delivered. Over a week later they tell me the desk is now on back order until August. When I went to the store to talk about what could be done, the floor manager got an attitude with me when I asked for a refund, or some sort of compensation for how poorly they handled the situation. I was offered 5% off for having to wait over 2 months for something I purchased last month. Worst experience I have had in any store, ever.

I have a small purchase for a home accessory that I would like to return and I have been trying to reach customer service by telephone and email for 10 days. Not one person has ever returned my call and not one person has ever responded to an email. I don’t care who you are, you’re not that busy. Customer service is nonexistent. When I finally drove to a store to explain my predicament, I was told there is no recourse. Why would anybody ever ever buy anything from this store? Run away and stay away.
