I made an appointment via their site and they were very professional with me and my fiancé. Rod, our salesperson, asked the right amount of questions to figure out where our budget and needs lie. He gave us plenty of time to look around and speak amongst ourselves. He suggested exactly what we were thinking of and we're looking to buy after we deliberate. I enjoyed my visit. I will be back for more purchases.

Worst furniture experience. Waited for 4 weeks for delivery. Date of delivery nothing happens and no one calls. We wait 45 min on hold to find that the truck broke down and they rescheduled us for three days later. We never received our furniture. Called again and was told it was on back order til end of next month! Unbelievable!

Ordered a desk last month. Was told it would be delivered on the 9th, between 3 and 7 pm. I get a call at almost 11 pm from an unknown number, turns out it was my delivery driver. Didn't leave a voicemail. They set the desk up at some other location, took a picture and marked it as delivered. Over a week later they tell me the desk is now on back order until August. When I went to the store to talk about what could be done, the floor manager got an attitude with me when I asked for a refund, or some sort of compensation for how poorly they handled the situation. I was offered 5% off for having to wait over 2 months for something I purchased last month. Worst experience I have had in any store, ever.

I have a small purchase for a home accessory that I would like to return and I have been trying to reach customer service by telephone and email for 10 days. Not one person has ever returned my call and not one person has ever responded to an email. I don’t care who you are, you’re not that busy. Customer service is nonexistent. When I finally drove to a store to explain my predicament, I was told there is no recourse. Why would anybody ever ever buy anything from this store? Run away and stay away.

Bought a bed frame from this store despite being warned about this furniture chain. Waited for 1 1/2 weeks for it to be delivered just to be told the box had been tampered with and it was missing key parts and needs to be send back. Was later told that the warehouse did not do an inspection on my product before sending it out. I had already taken apart my old frame and moved everything out of the bedroom to make room for the technicians. Now im being told that the earliest they can do is saturday. 3 days later. 3 days of sleeping with the mattress on the floor. I was told that I cant even talk to the store manager until tomorrow to try and get any compensation.

Woow I never had bad expermiment like this ,last week we bought sofa and love seat with warranty plan on it , when we recived its does not fit in the room the same day we asked to exchange with any fee they does not accept they say noooo way to exchange , same day now i put on facebook for half price no body ask me how much its . I purchased a lift chair from Ashley in June. The chair started having mechanical issues in September. Four techs have come out and the chair still isn’t fixed. I have called customer service over 15 times. They are rude especially the supervisor Stacey. It’s now February and the chair still isn’t fixed. I need this chair to make it easier transfer my mother whom has a brain injury. She now has to sit in her wheelchair all day instead of her recliner because it’s still broken. All customer service does is give you the run around. Multiple customer service reps said that they would call me back, but they never follow up. After 4 technicians have come out and the length of time that this process is taking I don’t understand why a replacement hasn’t been offered. I will be contacting the BBB about this issue. My best advice to everyone is to not shop with this company. Save yourself the headache.

I have purchase from this store in November 2019 , and had continuous problems with my delivery that was incorrect initially so I had to refuse it. The delivery took 5 trips on different dates and missing pieces during that time the delivery guys had damaged my wall and store was nonchalant in repairing the damages to my home. I was promised a refund of my delivery fees , it was given and the store manager debited back my account without for a purchase in the amount of the delivery fees without notifying me. The management in this store have refused to credit my account and i have been calling for months and she refused to talk with me her staff always said she is busy and will reach out to me it been over 3 months and this issue has not been resolved . So be very careful check your account balance often because this store has a fraudulent team who make debit your account without your knowledge and their are very rude and unprofessional. worse experience you would ever have if your are not of a certain color.......

Felt really pressured to pay $60 for special shipping of a $240 item. Made to watch a video and then get manager’s approval to get the free shipping they’ve been advertising. Salesman was nice.
