Great customer service, kind, helpful and patient to my mother in law who was disabled. We borrowed their wheel chair and the salesman even came out to retrieve the chair for us from the parking lot.
Fantastic experience with Rod Murphy at the Roswell Rd store in East Cobb. He was able to price match an outdoor sectional and coordinate a phone order with the corporate office. His follow up was amazing - he kept checking in with me to make sure that I was taken care of. I very rarely write reviews but was compelled to recognize his superior customer service. If you’re looking for new furniture - go ask for Rod!

My family and I went into Ashley home store located at 4281 Roswell Rd in Marietta to purchase furniture for our new home. We were greeted immediately with the utmost professionalism and attentiveness by a young man named John. John was very knowledgeable and when we explained to him what our tastes were, he knew immediately where to point us to. He allowed us to browse while checking in with us periodically and answered all questions we had. He was able to work with us on delivery dates and finding the right fit for our family with our new furniture for our new home. John’s courtesy and helpfulness was one of the main selling points for us and we will definitely be returning customers thanks to him. Even when he was having to manage multiple customers at one time, he made sure to give us all the attention we needed. I highly recommend this location and if you do go for a visit, make sure to ask for John.

Helpful people around. Quality furniture and clean, well laid out store. Got a nice set I found online for much cheaper by going into the store and negotiating the price.
My husband and I had the most professional and overall excellent experience at this store. From the manager Marcus who greeted us warmly to the staff in general, everyone sought to assist us in finding furniture that would fit within our budget. Reynard/Raynor (I forgot to ask for the spelling) was quite polite and helpful at the Customer Service desk. The nicely dressed young man, who's name we didn't get but helped us finalize the process, was very knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to clarify. It was a team effort, and clearly, it starts with management. We left with bedroom, living, and dining room furniture and didn't have to break the bank. Buyer beware. The buying process is fine. The delivery and customer service after the sale are terrible. They don't care once they have your money.
If I could give this store zero stars I would. The staff never answer the phone and all calls get routed to Ashley customer service, in which you'll spend at least 30 minutes speaking to multiple people who in the end tell you they can't help and refer you back to the store. The staff at this location are incompetent, give conflicting information on prices, timeframes for delivery and force you to argue for the price match guarantee on the Ashley site. I will never purchase anything from this store and most likely Ashley furniture in general based upon the last two purchases at this location. It's a shame they have such poor communication skills at this location it really gives the entire company a bad name.
Purchased a table online and the tracking was not moving, so they issued a replacement. Before purchasing, I had inquired specifically if the tabletop was marble and a representative confirmed that it was. I happened to stop at a local store and see this table in person and realized that the top was not infact marble but some plastic type of material. I immediately contacted Ashley to cancel the delivery of the table. This was confirmed by an agent who also told me that if infact the item still gets delivered that I could easily get a return label for it. Low and behold the table was delivered anyway and I have requested 3 separate agents over the last 2 weeks to send me a return label. Today, finally, a supposed supervisor emails me - only to start from scratch - “what is the reason for return?” He asks. And then sends me a screenshot that his records don’t show any request for cancellation on the day I did that - even though the ups tracking even shows that!!! What a joke! I’ve been going back and forth on email with this person and finally told him to stop emailing me. Literally the absolute WORST customer service experience I have ever received. Online purchases cannot be returned in store and the return process online is a NIGHTMARE to say the least. Constant misinformation and no regard by supposed “managers” to rectify customer experiences. After spending thousands of dollars at Ashley home store in the past, I will think twice before making another purchase in the future. Thanks to this horrible experience with a mere $70 purchase!

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever delt with. Office manager could care less that wrong furniture was delivered. After a week with no response I contacted customer care after 4 different tries. The customer care person proceeded to inform me the office manager should have requested 4 different line items and she also wrote down the wrong email. Long story short. They will happily take your money but will do nothing when you receive the wrong furniture. Stay far away from this store.
Very deceiving on their promos. Very rude when confronted on there deceiviness. If I could give no stars I would. Will never go to Ashley's again!!! If your on a fixed income like I am I would think twice before going.
Bought my son some furniture. Scheduled a delivery. They were short two chairs, so they had me go to a store in LITHONIA to pick them up, even though they were delivering the rest to us. After waiting for the delivery, they did not have the chairs they were supposed to deliver. Had to wait another time to have them deliver what should have been delivered the first time. Contacted their customer service who told me they would send a $100 gift card for all the aggravation. That promise was made end of November and have still not received. When I contact customer service they can’t trace it or tell me anything other than they see it was to be sent to me. DEALING WITH ASHLEY FURNITURE HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. Buyer be ware!!!
Wanted a sectional, but their selection is limited. All of them are basically the same color. If you're looking for grey or beige.
