Thanks to Juliet our experience with Ashley was positive. There were issues with our furniture delivery; that was annoying. But Juliet was very customer oriented and offered us alternatives.

Peyton was extremely helpful. Probably one of the most intelligent and mature young men I have ever met! He is very knowledgeable about the product and has no problem helping guests and his coworkers. His smile could light up a room! He went way out of his way to help me and my son and made sure everything went smoothly. This young man goes above and beyond. Ask for him when you go in there!!!

Sales made suggestions for our space, tested several mattresses with sales team making sure to keep thing things appropriately sanitized. Delivery was made in the timeframe quoted, the delivery team wore masks and were in and out!
Bought a king size Ashely Sleep mattress and a bed frame from this location. We love the mattress, perfect firmness that we were looking for and the bed arrived on time and assembled within 30 minutes. Delivery crew was very professional friendly. Looking forward to our next furniture purchase here!
I bought almost every piece of furniture I own here when I moved into my home! It was painless and only from about 30 minutes from picking what I wanted and getting the purchase and delivery set up. The store was clean, well staged, and the staff was so easy to work with!

Customer service was great by the young man that helped us. I think it is ridiculous that you have to pay $120 for the delivery to be brought into your home.
Do not order from here. I ordered a bed and there were missing pieces. Called them and got pieces sent. They sent the wrong pieces. Called again and they said they will send the right ones. Wrong pieces were sent again. Everytime I call I have long wait times and people who can’t seem to understand what parts I need.
We bought the top of the line Beautyrest mattress and Deluxe Base, and somehow signed away our right to exchange our medium firmness mattress for an upgrade (Ultra Plush) because we didn't overpay for THEIR mattress protector. The delivery was a train wreck, and Ashley promised to return the $300 delivery charge, but that was a month ago, and it still hasn't posted to our credit card. We decided to go ahead and buy another Beautyrest mattress (UltraPlush) directly through the Beautyrest website. Same price, free white glove delivery, and trouble free returns or exchanges. :) Ashley's motto is: "Improve Quality – Reduce Costs – Do More Business – Make a Profit – Stay in Business". Good luck with that if you continue to treat your customers this way.
I bought several Ashley furniture and a set of 3 lamps. I bought it months ago and I have been receiving things in parts. The first thing that arrived, they sent it without telling me, and the date that they wanted without asking me. It was one of pieces of my daughter;s bedroom set , and it arrived with a broken. Then they sent only one lamp (of a set of three, floor lamp and table lamps), then they sent the other two lamps of that set, totally dented. From there they sent the game bed of one of my daughters, also with a whole piece broken. I'm still waiting for the rest of the items. In addition, the people who came bringing the furniture did not have shoe covers and did not want to take off their shoes to install the furniture on the second floor that is all carpeted and entered with dirty shoes. Also as they were "in a hurry" apparently because they entered carrying everything without any care,or respect to my house, scratching the stair rail. Ashley's customer service is the most disrespectful that there is, people who do not want to work or solve the problems that they themselves cause due to their poor quality and lack of organization and supervision of their deliveries. It is a shame that I come waiting so long to receive my furniture and once they arrive they are all broken. I should have learned the lesson when I bought the first piece of furniture, a kitchen island that came with the door completely out of square, 3 weeks later they sent the technician to repair it and the repair lasted 2 days and then it fell apart again. The problem is that they think and charge as if they have a luxury furniture and they really sell garbage. Don't waste your money on them, or waste your time and health arguing with the worst service ever.
