After making my selections, she had my purchase wrapped up within a few minutes (respecting my jetlagged, travel weary self). What a jewel for any business. I received great service from the show room floor to deliver. They communicated well which makes a great deal.

My only complaint is that we were misled about the extended warranty. We were told at the end of 5 years with no claims that it would be refunded to us. Then when I read the pamphlet, which we received folded up in an envelope with all the other paperwork as we were leaving, that it was a store credit good for only full- priced merchandise over $500. I feel like this is really poor at best and deliberately deceiving at worse. I think this practice should be reviewed and corrected at the corporate level. I will not recommend Ashley to anyone because of this matter.

It was pretty good. My sales rep named start with an Autum R. I loved her because she explained how things worked and were broken down when I first arrived. Then she gave me & my mom space to walk around and look in peace. I was able to find what I wanted & purchased extra lol without her following me itching for me to buy something. I can say she was definitely knowledgeable on the products, like the specific fixes, material, wood, etc. That was nice. Explained my delivery or pick up options and ensured it would come at a decent time.

I had the very worse experience at this store and location. Honestly it’s been a complete nightmare. I ordered the Socalle 5 Drawer Chest of Drawers and was told in store it included assembly. The product took 2 weeks to arrive and once it arrived it was delivered by a third party company. Two people came out to my home and the driver left the guy at my house to assemble. I was afraid so I asked my father to come over and sit with me. The guy took 6 hours to assemble the chest and also asked for an alcoholic beverage while present. At that point I made the mistake then of not sending the furniture piece back. I assumed since I purchased the protection plan even if he didn’t assemble it correctly Ashley would replace it. A week later the chest collapsed. I was told a technician would be sent out to assess . Technician never came until I called in a requested one again 2 weeks later. When the technician finally came out he said it collapsed due to screws missing and this piece did not included assembly. Ashley only wants to give me the 2 missing screws for a completely collapsed chest with broken draws. Now I’m stuck with a broken dresser and out of money. Do not order from Ashley’s and do not order this piece of furniture. I will never order or step foot into another Ashley’s Furniture every again!

The great Ashley with beautiful displays, lots of them and ample space. Loved how many things I could get to see in person. Not that fault of this store but I wish they had a bit more modern reclining sofas. But guess what I found the softest fluffiest blankets l have ever touched, loved loved loved it

Terrible store to deal with the management and sales team are the worst they will never call you back or address a problem.I purchased a dining room set and six chairs the delivery was terrible the guy showed up with no tools not even a razor knife I had to help with it and supply tools one of the chairs were damaged when I called the store I was given the biggest run around and they wanted me to call for service they ordered a seat that was back ordered for months never returned calls either management or sales.When I called cooperate they said the part was on backorder they would not replace a new chair !.this process went on for 3 months I had to do a bank chargeback to get Ashley cooperate to call me then they wanted to replace the chair 3 months to get this taken care of no apology or nothing Absolutely the worst customer service from this store never again for Ashleys

I had two friends with me and when they wanted to ask questions, he kind of shut them down, even though they could’ve been future perspective customers. One of them will be buying the same item that I bought, but she said that she will use another sales person. I think he could have refused a different approach with them. I know what he was trying to say, but it just came across a little cold when I was checking out another employee came in took him over to another section and just left me standing they are not finishing my transaction That wasn’t real good.

Ro at the location in McDonough, Georgia was very helpful, he wasn’t pushy, and gave me the opportunity to look for what sparked my interested. It was smooth. Amy was very nice and very helpful. She went above and beyond to find what I was looking for.

We received our furniture later than promised, due to hold ups. When the delivery arrived, it took longer than anticipated to set up. There were some issues with parts missing and damaged pieces. The parts to attach the top of canopy bed were missing. There are scratch marks all around the bed frame. There are scratches and chipped marks to the dresser. One of the sectional cushions is dirty. There is a 5 feet long scratch mark on our hardwood floor from the furniture being pushed instead of lifted. Delivery arrived at 4:30pm by the time set up was done, which wasn’t completed, it was 11pm. One of the delivery guys named Sergio promised us that he would not leave until the furniture was completely set up and we definitely appreciated that!

The young lady that helped me was fantastic. I think she is a manager. I almost didn't want the furniture bc it was taking 3 weeks to deliver., she found a way for me to get both pieces at the same time and sooner.

This is the absolute worst furniture purchase experience I have ever had, and I wish I was exaggerating. My partner and I walked in the store 11.9 and our purchase has yet to be concluded. First and frankly, Jocelyn is a terrible saleswoman. My partner and I knew exactly what we wanted (a fireplace/bluetooth speaker TV stand), yet after over an hour of the saleswoman attempting to submit the order (LOL an experience in itself), we walked out feeling unsettled and as if we were going to be duped. In fact, it seems we have been. Jocelyn could not get the iPad connected to the store. After waiting several minutes for Jocelyn to connect her device, she then attempted to look up our piece. After way too long of a simple search for the piece, she finally asked us for the order number (!!) to which, we had to use our own personal device to pull up and provide. After she typed the order number in she then asked us how were going to pay, to which we decided to finance the purchase. I am not sure of the training process at this store, but during the finance application segment once again Jocelyn was unable to help us with the basic questions we had. While she was able to retrieve the on duty manager for the answers, we were beginning to get fed up with how the sale was going up to that point. The nightmare does not end there. The online application we submitted was "lost" from the 45 ft distance between the finance station and the front desk (???????? What is going on at this store?) After waiting.... and waiting.... and waiting..... we were given the green light for purchase. Until. Jocelyn and another representative did "something" (note the pattern of the lack of communication and transparency with the customer), so we were asked to wait even longer. My partner and I at that time decided the warranty was not for us and wanted to cancel that part of the order. Well the joke was on us because canceling took so long, Jocelyn and the other representative aiding her had to retreat to their makeshift desk area once again while we sat on a couch for so long at the end of this awful experience, Jocelyn joked if I was sleeping. Honestly, we were there so ridiculously long for what should have been such a simple purchase that I should have just taken the nap, because I didn't realize how many naps I was going to have to miss out on in order to correct the easiest furniture order in history. Unfortunately, the experience continues. The furniture that was delivered by the "white glove service" was not what we wanted. The piece that was delivered is missing the parts we specifically bought the piece for- the fireplace and Bluetooth features. The piece also came with damage (!!!!!!!!!!). We called Jocelyn to figure out what was going on, and she told us she was going to speak with another rep at the store to figure something out. Later she reached out to apologize because the store was "crazy busy" and that she didn't get a call back. Well, partner and I went to the store where we found Jocelyn had not contacted anyone at the store that day to discuss our issue. Unsure why she lied, but alas. We sat down with manager Autumn, where we were assured this would be dealt with and we were going to be satisfied. CONTINUED IN PHOTOS DUE TO LACK OF SPACE

My furniture was supposed to be delivered 11/8 between 1:30 -4:30. At 5:30 I get a call tell me there was a problem with the warehouse. I am sure someone knew before 5:30 that they would not be delivering my chairs. Now I have to wait another week before I can get them. Thanks Ashley

I am upset with my deliveries. Twice I bought furniture from Ashley's Furniture store, and my deliveries were wrong. I bought a bed, and it took the company 2 months to get a part that was missing to replace it, then I bought a 3 couches and I got a partial delivery, even though I had specifically asked not to have it delivered until all the couches can be delivered. I would never buy anything from this company again. Their customer service is horrible, and none of these people pay attention to details. I'm pissed, and very disappointed and upset.

Quick and Clean setup

UPDATE: DO NOT RECOMMEND!! They cannot correct my issue. Numerous calls and two trips later and they want to exchange my set for something else since. Will not refund me. They are holding my $$$ captive. And the online response was a refund but they then ghosted me. I suggest drive on by don’t shop here. Purchased couch/loveseat set. Paid for all the upgrades and delivery. Received damaged love seat with a stain, broken electrical components and mismatched to the sofa. Then I had to file a claim with the warranty and provide photo proof with serial numbers for them to send a tech out to determine what they can do. Not a happy customer.

Like many other low reviews, I had zero issues with the staff in store they were great, so it's a 2 star review instead of a 1 star review. The delivery cost around $300. When I asked about picking it up, they said I had to drive to their warehouse in East point. I probably should have done that. But I opted for the $300 delivery and waited the 4 days for my delivery to arrive. The delivery staff failed to assemble my recliner correctly. The power headrest wasn't working. They only tested the foot rest before they left, so I'm fortunate the heating and massage function worked as expected. I had to completely disassemble the recliner after some googling. I found one end of the wire tucked under the the back of the seat, but finding the other end was a chore. I had to unplug all of the wired connections, fold them back into the backrest and move them out of the way to try and find the missing wire, I was worried it was a separate piece that the delivery folks may have left with, anyway after about 20 minutes of digging around the very small wire hole, we found it and were able to connect it. I get that it's only one, well hidden connection, and had it been free delivery with my $2000+ order, I would have let it slide, but $300? Gotta do better.

On July 30, 2025, my wife and I went to Ashley Home Furniture in McDonough Georgia, in need of a new bed. This started out as a GREAT experience for my wife and I as we were greeted by a wonderful sells representative by the name of Ms. Kerington. My wife and I informed her of our need for a qualiry mattress with an adjustable base do to my being a Disabled Veteran with some physical restrictions. Ms. Kerington was more than helpful in assisting my wife and I with our needs. We eventually found a mattress and adjustable base that would be ideal for us both. My wife and I paid for the items in full and were told by Ashley (Delivery warehouse representative) that our merchandise will be delivered on the 16th of August. We had our boys take down our old bed, the morning of the 16th in preparation for Ashley Home Furniture to deliver our merchandise. As the day went on, we noticed that no one had reached out to us about our delivery, which lead my wife to reach out to Ashley for a delivery update and thats when it went bad. My wife spoke wife a representative and was told that our adjustable base was not in stock on our day of purchase but our mattress should arrive shortly. My wife asked about the status of the base and NO information could be given other thatn, "its not currently in stock". The mattress showed up and was placed on the floor. My wife has been dealing with the company's representatives for hours which has turned into days and we have not got any resolution to our issues. Im a disabled veteran with physical limitations and my wife has ailments that restrict her from doing certain things and this mattress and adjustable base would be life changing for us both however it has been nothing but a nightmare. I was looking forward to spreading the word throughout the veteran community that Ashley Home Furniture is the place to go for a GOOD, QUALITY bed with EXCELLENT customer service but that will NEVER happened. As of 11:30 am my wife and I are still on the floor, without any idea of when we will be getting our adjustable base and NO ONE has reached out to my wife or I to ask how can they make it right. Ashley Home Furniture has betrayed, lied and mislead my wife and I. This company took our money and placed us in a VERY uncomfortable situation and SLEEPLESS nights with NO relief in site. I WISH WE WOULD HAVE WENT A DIFFERENT ROUTE!!! I CANNOT BELIEVE WE ARE GOING THROUGH THIS!!!!!

I finally drove to the Ashley store so I could talk to someone about the delivery date of my couch, which has been delayed, delayed, delayed. My pickup date of 8/19 has now been postponed until sometime in October and no one told me. You cannot call the store (no numbers available) so I had to go back to the store just to get an update. Original review: Very nice store. Romano was helpful, nice, pleasant and easy to work with.

I originally gave Ashley a five star before I realize that the two white chairs I ordered came without the hardware, no legs. I have reached out to Antwan and have been speaking to him about getting the legs for my white chairs. Antwan stated he is getting them shipped but it’s been two weeks and no legs for my chair. I am being patient in hopes he keeps his word. I will change my review if they keep their word and send the hardware for the chairs.

I actually had been in the showroom a couple of days earlier was assisted by a young man just did not complete the deal. The day of my purchase a young lady of similar professionalism sealed the sale deal.

Just to let everyone know I paid off my credit card for Ashley Furniture and I was charged an extra $500 + for paying it off early. This was not disclosed about early payoff. Whenever we purchased our furniture, we spent a little over nine thousand dollars on furniture and paid it off early. And we get penalized for paying it off early. This is a bunch of bs, and we will no longer be doing business with ashley furniture. Also, they messed up on our pickup for our beds. I had to call multiple times and talked 2 different managers to get this straight. They set a second pickup, which I had to take another day off of work for them to pick it up and they did not even set up an appointment for the second one. When the driver showed up, it was on a different day. Luckily, my daughter was here to help assist the driver On which mattress to take. Again, we will no longer be doing business with ashley furniture.

Bought a bed frame. None of the stuff I saw online was in the store. The lady that helped me was polite. I paid in full for the item so maybe because I wasn’t financing I didn’t get the red carpet. Who knows but it was nothing special about the experience, it was just okay.

Ashley Furniture did not deliver my missing furniture pieces as promised! I am still missing 2 queen mattresses and the frame. Mr. Craig Sawyer was a terrible sales associate and I will not shop at Ashley Furniture Store in McDonough, GA ever again! Please avoid shopping at this location.

He answered all of our questions, gave us a fantastic deal, and got everything set up for a quick delivery. The whole process was incredibly smooth—start to finish in about 15 minutes! My leather sofa was delayed twice due to rips in leather at the warehouse, third time it was delivered with small nick in leather seat and black ink or grease between cushion. The matching chair was delivered a few weeks earlier with small slit in arm of chair. It's exhausting trying to get the furniture in perfect condition. Now I've asked for a discount, I'll see if they do. Otherwise they can take both pieces back, I'm tired of waiting for my furniture.

I walked in the store looking for lamps. I was greeted and told the sales representative (didn’t get her name) what I was looking for. She found the most beautiful lamps and at just the right price! I will be returning. Sometimes it’s best to go to the store than online.

NEGATIVE ZERO!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE. The lack of communication between India and America is unacceptable. Delivered our furniture in pieces, but didn't assemble the bed. Was told it was a missing an equipment pack and yet a month later and still haven't heard anything.

During my last visit Antwan Seburn was a big help , very patient I was amazed at how diligent he was to make sure we had the right mattress . We just moved so I definitely will be back. Staff made me and my husband feel at home. They also interacted with my son the second time around which was helpful because I forgot his stroller. I appreciate the warm welcome. I highly recommend we will be back.

Updating this review to reflect some frustration during delivery: My couch was missing a component upon delivery. Sounds like the sales rep never placed the order for it, so now I have to wait almost another 3 weeks to get what I originally ordered. First review: Ashley has always been a go-to for buying furniture for me. This location made buying a new couch easy. I was in and out in under an hour with a reasonable delivery timeframe.

Don’t waste your time if you aren’t willing to commit to buying today. My wife and I stopped in to look at bedroom sets. We spent time trying to narrow the selection down to get a sale price, but because we wouldn’t commit to buying today, the salesman wouldn’t give us anything more than the total of all the pieces on the sale sign.

Very dissatisfied with this store....found a beautiful reclining rocker for our mom....she paid for it and we were told delivery was January 21.....then they called and said it was delayed... Come to find out it was backordered and they didn't know when it would be in....so on 1/15/25 called to cancel order...was told it would be 24-48 hours for cancellation department to cancel...then was told 24-72 hours....still 9 days later no refund....then today I was told that is was refunded on 1/18/25...still nothing...now waiting for a store manager to call ....

We’ve now bought 3 things from Ashley and the quality of their furniture is awesome. We have had no issues with anything we have purchased. We recently bought a bedroom set (thank you Patrick, at the McDonough location!) and after getting it home one of the drawers on the dresser was slightly damaged. After working with a customer service agent on chat, he was able to order replacement parts for me within minutes. It’s affordable with very nice furniture. After this experience and the amazing service we received through the whole process, we will definitely be back!

My partner and I went into Ashley's Furniture just to browse for a dining room table and we were not planning on purchasing a table. We were greeted by Roger who was very friendly, personable, and very willing to help. We were only certain about a few things about the table: a bench, taller seats, and in a darker color. We did speak to Roger about a white table that we did love but we did discuss how we had pets and it wasn't exactly what we were looking for. He did suggest another table and we did get to pick one that was close to what we were looking for. We even spoke with him about another location that had a perfect dining room table and wanted to buy. Roger was able to pull up the dining room table we had our eyes on and even get it ordered. We discussed how the price point wasn't exactly within our budget and Roger made it happen! Free delivery if we got the dining room table same day, and delivered within a few days, and reduced price from a 1200 table to 982 dollars! In the exact color we wanted with the bench and the chairs we wanted! Absolutely happy with his service, very easy to talk to and would recommend him! I will update this review once dining room table is delivered.

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM HERE! They charged my card TWICE in October and refuse to do anything about it! I have been calling them once or twice a month. Spoke with Shelby and Jullian and neither one of them will fix it! They keep saying they’re “waiting on the warehouse” They will not follow up with me! I have to continuously call! Trust me, go to any other furniture store out there! Terrible customer service! They will get you out the door and then not give two junks about you afterwards! The young man that assist me was from another location that was closed due to a water leak are something it was the Ashley outlet at Morrow he was nice but he was lost at that location which was understandable I found the chair I was looking for on my own he was trying to help me at first but he gave me the impression that he was leaving I ask him for a business card he went to his car and got it but he wrote another employees name on it and said just ask for this person if you come back long story short I don't think his best interest were there.

Very upset with Ashley right now. Waited 3 weeks to receive furniture I ordered, only to have my shipment date change 3 times at the last minute. Items should have been received 28 October, now being told I should expect delivery 11 November. This is not ok, after they continue to make sure someone will be at home for the delivery. I have already missed work twice for this.

Antwan was extremely helpful!!! We came in with an idea of what we wanted and what we wanted to spend and Antwan was able to make magic happen! He was very knowledgeable and personable and made buying our first couch a fun experience!

I have had the worse experience ever when it comes to buying furnitures. I purchased 2 bedroom sets and 1 living room. No call received prior to delivery even though it was requested. I cancelled some items the day after purchased; it took close to 4 weeks to receive my refund after numerous calls. The finally delivered them in about 5 weeks and many items were missing. When I called the store in McDonough GA, I was told to wait till the next day for someone to get back to me. When someone finally called; I was told they were on back order. No one bothered to call and tell me. You cannot get through when you call, someone from customer service would answer and all they can do is send and email which takes days or weeks for someone to get back to you. Sometimes not at all. I have to keep on calling to get someone to assist. All I get is “I’m sorry for the inconvenience”. Yet they have my full payment with partial items purchased 5 1/2 weeks ago. They collected the payment on day one but you have to wait for 3-4 weeks to get your refund. You don’t even get what you ordered and paid for. I have never had such a horrible experience with any furniture store. I still don’t have any clue as to when they will be delivered. Ashley is not a place I will ever set foot in to order anything. If I had to rate my experience, it would be below zero.

Generally, I don’t do reviews but my experience working with Shannon was great! Her product knowledge, customer service, and wellness to go above and beyond is exemplary. She made spending thousands of dollars actually not painful..lol. She sets the standard for how to provide top notch client care and quality customer support and satisfaction. As long as I can work with a person of her caliber, I will continue to do business with this location for future purchases. Thank you Shannon!

Drop in today.They didn't have the item. But I did notice some amazing looking furniture,so it's worth a look if you're in the area.

In May I bought an entire bedroom set, stressing that the only color I wanted was brown. Months later, closer to my delivery date, I got a confirmation email with the wrong color, it was white. I called the number online and was on hold for a while before being able to talk to someone who actually worked in the store. I was told the size I ordered did not come in brown only white so I came into the store after deciding to upgrade the size of my bed in order to get the correct color. I got a new sales woman this time. My first order was canceled, new order placed, but my protection plan was forgotten. This second order had to be canceled and redone. I was asking more questions since something was forgotten and to double check the color. A third order was completed and the delivery date pushed back a week. Not a big deal as it was still coming before I return college. I get my confirmation email and decided to look up the code to the bedroom set. It is again the wrong color only this time it was grey. That same day I go into the store and request a manager. I was not given a manager but the original salesman I had the very first time. We went over all of my previous paperwork from the orders and again had to cancel the entire order to redo it. I now have two separate delivery dates. The earlier is two days before college starts but is at least my mattress so I don’t have to sleep on the floor. However, the second, my dressers, not available for another month. Everything was then processed for a fourth time only to tell me I was going to come out of pocket more money. I asked about my original down payment on my order and why that couldn’t be applied. Finally a manager came over and got that sorted out. I appreciate that everything is now fixed on paper but it should have been correct the third time if not the second or first. Now my credit has been ran four times and I don’t have all my items before I go to school. Hoping the next confirmation emails will be correct.

Went to Ashley in McDonough yesterday & ordered two same size ottomans. Got home and realized I just wanted one super sized one (which they had). I had my 7 year old grandson Rowland with me both days! A sweet girl named Keanna (Kay) helped us both days. She was absolutely the BEST associate I’ve ever dealt with. Knowledgeable and super helpful! Most importantly my grandson just loved her. She was amazing with him. She let him “help” with the transaction explained what she was doing & why. He spoke of her for the rest of the day on Monday. When we went back Tuesday, he ran in the store & said yes we need to speak to Kay! She high fived him and again got us through the cancellation of Mondays purchase & the sale of the new ottoman. He stuck right with her in the store and told her he wanted to come work with her! 😂. So he says JuJu can we tell her boss how nice she is? I said of course. We found him and I let Rowland explain to him how much he loved her. The manager (super nice) pointed at me & said who is this? He said this is JuJu. He said JuJu she would appreciate a review online if you don’t mind! I said of course! This is the first time I’ve shopped Ashley. Wonderful experience, great selections, OUTSTANDING staff! Thank you Kay for your great help. Thank you most of all for engaging with my little meatball! You left a great impression on him! You’re the BEST!

Cero stars, Already write a review on their site, but was deleted. Apparently they just want good reviews to keep their business, Copy: No furniture, Ashley just sell Pieces to be assembled. If there were any star ratings available for this product, I would give it a low rating. There are no stars at all. I bought an item from Ashley before, but this one was very difficult to assemble. Instead of saying they sell furniture, the store description should mention that the furniture requires assembly. It feels misleading because they advertise furniture, but you actually receive unassembled pieces. Assembly is an additional service they offer for a fee. In my case, the pieces for this particular item were not labeled at all, or they were mislabeled. Additionally, the pieces didn't fit together properly. This experience makes it feel like they're selling something they're not - assembled furniture - and then hit you with extra costs for putting it together. On top of that, their delivery service is slow. Even if you need the item right away, expect to wait at least 5 days, and cancellations are not an option. To make matters worse, if there's an issue with the pieces not fitting and you request their service to check it out, be prepared to wait again. Additionally, they expect the customer to have special tools on hand to make adjustments themselves! June 24, 2024 by Natasha We received an email response from Ashley Furniture, but then nothing further happened. A technician came to check the issue, but only inspected a few pieces. She attempted to fix them by sanding them down to fit. When we requested that she check the remaining pieces to ensure proper fit, she refused. She stated that if we wanted the other pieces checked, we would need to call again and wait another week. Essentially, Ashley Furniture has taken our money without resolving the problem. We are currently unable to use our bunk bed, and we lost a day of work due to this issue. Now, we have to wait another week for someone else to come out and inspect the remaining pieces.

Unfortunately my bad comment is for this store where I bought a double bed and when I got home and started putting it together, the pieces did not fit together, and some did not have the label with letters to identify it, I spoke to customer service and they will tell me within 6 days the technician is available to inspect the product, I bought that bed because I am going to have guests and I wanted them to have a bed...now they will have to spend it on the floor, and if that were not enough they tell me that I cannot return it because the product has already been delivered, which is a shame because this store was one of my favorites

I am changing my review of Ashley. I spent over 5 thousand dollars on furniture that came today. They had to bring the Love seat back because the driver said that they did not have the right backs so only left the couch. But... 15 minutes after they left, we noticed that the two backs of the couch were different sizes. One of them does not even match up with the bottom... there is a huge gap. We were told that it would be a few days before they could come back and bring the right things. This is a Horrible first impression.

We went to several furniture stores before coming to Ashley. We were immediately greeted by Shannon who asked us about our wants/needs and gave us a quick tour of the store showing us where to find items that matches our wants/needs. She then stepped away so we could look around. About ten minutes later, she returned to us to check in and answered our questions. Since we were still looking at some items, she gave us space again so we could narrow down what we wanted. We truly appreciated the opportunity to shop, talk about what we wanted, and not feel like we were being crowded or stalked. Shannon was extremely knowledgable and helped us find exactly what we wanted. The purchasing process was easy, we did not feel pressured to buy something that we did not want, and we truly felt that Shannon had our best interests in mind.

I left a review yesterday and if I could give zero stars I would! A disgrace from their corporate to the poor and deceptive salespeople! Waiting to hear back from Evan Johnson/ Area Manager…now! You have been warned!

If I could give them NEGATIVE stars I would! 1st of all their furniture is false advertising and does not appear how it looks online in person. 2nd they mailed furniture to me against my will and acknowledgment and through FedEx at that and I had to build it myself. I tried to return it and they sneakily told me I have to pay the shipping costs... I took it to FedEx and it cost more to return it ($600+) vs what I paid $459. I ended up having to keep furniture I didn't want and can't even fit my family or kids on. ON TOP of that I had to cancel the rest of my order because it was running a month behind which it was quoted to me 2 weeks, mind you I just moved and part of it was my bedroom set. They didn't even tell the credit company that I returned my order. I'm still being charged. Rooms 2 Go is 10x better, quality furniture, and I was approved for what I needed and they delivered the furniture in one day and put it together!

This location is a total joke and I would advise any potential customers to avoid this store at all costs! We went in looking for a 3 piece living room set and we were clear we wanted a firm set. Our salesman at one point pulled the cushions off the sofa a started jumping up and down on the inside part (decking). This created an illusion that the furniture was durable and took our focus off of the cushions, which are flimsy and wrinkle up quickly! So we were deceived into getting the set and on top of the deception the promised delivery date was missed by a few days. And the third piece was delivered a week after that! To make it “right” with us we were told that the set would be treated with protectant but that too turned out to be a lie! We were in the store for at least an hour and it was never mentioned that we would only have 72 hours to return the furniture if not satisfied. Now that we have an issue, these crooks say once the set is delivered we’re stuck with it! Wow! You can get a new car these days and have 10 days to decide to keep it! But better believe before we left they had my wife to lay on a dirty mattress in an effort to deceive us twice! Terrible experience!!! We want a reselect ADSP!!!

I would never again purchase anything from this store. I went with my family and one of the sales representatives decided to be nasty in the way he spoke to my child and mother. This is a furniture store. Where the items are touched ,climbed or even sat on. Instead of making my purchase I left. I came here because I already have an account established and it was an easy decision. Tammy was very kind and patient. I will go with another place to upgrade my child from a crib to a bed. It was a very horrible experience. I didn’t get his name but he is the tackiest dressed black man tweed vest / pants combo with shoes that do not match the outfit and greasy looking. He has a nasty disposition and if he felt inclined he could have radioed his coworker (they all have ear pieces) to say something to us or nothing at all. I cursed from the time he said something to the time I left. He was nasty and made us feel uncomfortable. Even after Tammy reached out to send the invoice link to go through with the order. I’m going to pass.

We purchased a 3 pcs sofa set and haven’t had it for 40 days and the cushions are flatten already. We had a 3pcs set before this one from Underprice Furniture for 6 years with no problems. We only purchased a new one to change the color of the sofa. I called to speak with the manager about an exchange or refund and I was told by the Store Manager Erica that we have to keep this set. Please think twice before purchasing from Ashely Furniture in McDonough Georgia. I want a another sofa set that is more durable or a refund.

My experience has been awful. The salesperson gave me one date when I purchased. However, two days after that they advised be email it will be 4 weeks. Needless to say it's been about 6 weeks and I still haven't received it. I called the customer service line and waited on hold for over 20mins.

UPDATE: We swung thru to pick up a new livingroom suite. My SO's doctor said we needed something firmer. Walked in, asked for Tammy. When I say my experience at this location was beyond amazing, I mean just that. Ms. Karri is an exceptional sales representative. My husband and I walked out of another furniture store (different company) due to very poor customer service. We were in the store for 20 minutes without being acknowledged by any representative. I assume they thought we were "window shopping". Several representatives walked right passed my husband and I, without saying a word. When we walked into Ashley, Ms. Karri greeted us with the biggest smile 😃 and immediately asked if we were shopping for any specific items. We informed her that we would like to purchase a nice size sectional for our new home. She told us we could browse around and come back for questions. But then she paused and offered to personally show us the floor. Ms. Karri's tour was very informative, engaging and entertaining 👏🏾. Her energy was on point. She's the true definition of customer service. Long story short, we were able to secure a deal on a beautiful sectional and swivel chair. We even purchased throw pillows on a separate ticket. I'm glad we left the other store. It had be be a sign. It was a rainy day, but Ms. Karri brought the sunshine. I would definitely recommend Ashley to my friends and family. See you next Ms. Karri. We're coming back for that dining room set. Thanks again for everything.

First time there and I wanted a quality bed. I got SUCH great treatment from Darnell, that I literally bought an additional frame and a couch! I'm not even kidding, haha. He was so charismatic and his demonstrations of the product (from standing on one of the epoxy'd dresser drawers to show the strength and craftsmanship to giving me the zero-gravity adjustable bed experience) really drove home the quality of your goods and the dedication to his service skills and merch knowledge. Totally disappointed 😞!! My husband and I were so excited about our NEW DINING ROOM SET that we purchased. However, to get the entire set has been a nightmare. We were promised 1 date for pickup from our sales lady and that was not true. We went to the warehouse 3X's. Our final time picking up our chairs we received 4 of the same chairs and 2 different chairs. After reaching out to the warehouse with no answer. We reached out to the store, several managers lied to use saying they would look into the matter and call us back. However, they NEVER CALLED US BACK. We called the Corporate office and that was a JOKE. THEY TRIED TO LAY THE BLAME ON US FOR THEIR MISTAKE. I'M HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS UNACCEPTABLE TREATMENT. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!! STAY AWAY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE. STAY AWAY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!! ROOMS TO GO HERE WE COME !!!!! Very Disappointed customers!!!!!

Our sales person was great ! Go see Antwan he is the best! He was attentive and didn’t try to sell or oversell us anything ! The atmosphere in the entire establishment was awesome. They allowed you to shop or window shop comfortably!

We just 3k couch there a month ago and now it already broken. We’ve been to the store 2x already, voicing our complaints. We told them that we want a different couch with the same value or they can just take it back. They just keep saying the management has to approve it. It’s been 3 weeks and still hasn’t received from them. Now when paying that kind of amount, we were hoping it would last us at least a couple of years but it didn’t last us a month for it to break. We are really disappointed with the quality.

If you’re picking up your furniture yourself, make sure you call the warehouse and triple check that your entire order is there before picking up. The date they give you on your receipt upon purchase is an estimated date your things will be there not exact date. I had to go back twice because only 3 of my 4 stools were there. How does that work? There’s two stools per box and one of my stools came unboxed. I was not impressed. Then when I went back the next day for the one stool they didn’t give me, it showed in the computer system that I got it the day before with the three I picked up (which was not the case) . Overall it was an annoying inconvenience to sort through. I was stuck at the ware house for over an hr waiting for the ONE item.

Kay was extremely helpful through the entire process! She stayed late to help us find the perfect fit, answered all of our questions in person and over the phone, and was always at the front ready to help us when we arrived. We would recommend Kay 1000%!
