Our store donates a portion of its mattress sales so deserving children in North America can receive bed frames, twin mattresses, bedding, and pillows. Since 2010, more than 125,000 children have received beds of their own for a good night’s sleep, enabling them to lead healthier lives.

Ashley McDonough is also a nonprofit community partner for the One Warm Coat drive, collecting gently used coats and donations to provide children and adults in need with free coats during colder weather.

This is the absolute worst furniture purchase experience I have ever had, and I wish I was exaggerating. My partner and I walked in the store 11.9 and our purchase has yet to be concluded. First and frankly, Jocelyn is a terrible saleswoman. My partner and I knew exactly what we wanted (a fireplace/bluetooth speaker TV stand), yet after over an hour of the saleswoman attempting to submit the order (LOL an experience in itself), we walked out feeling unsettled and as if we were going to be duped. In fact, it seems we have been. Jocelyn could not get the iPad connected to the store. After waiting several minutes for Jocelyn to connect her device, she then attempted to look up our piece. After way too long of a simple search for the piece, she finally asked us for the order number (!!) to which, we had to use our own personal device to pull up and provide. After she typed the order number in she then asked us how were going to pay, to which we decided to finance the purchase. I am not sure of the training process at this store, but during the finance application segment once again Jocelyn was unable to help us with the basic questions we had. While she was able to retrieve the on duty manager for the answers, we were beginning to get fed up with how the sale was going up to that point. The nightmare does not end there. The online application we submitted was "lost" from the 45 ft distance between the finance station and the front desk (???????? What is going on at this store?) After waiting.... and waiting.... and waiting..... we were given the green light for purchase. Until. Jocelyn and another representative did "something" (note the pattern of the lack of communication and transparency with the customer), so we were asked to wait even longer. My partner and I at that time decided the warranty was not for us and wanted to cancel that part of the order. Well the joke was on us because canceling took so long, Jocelyn and the other representative aiding her had to retreat to their makeshift desk area once again while we sat on a couch for so long at the end of this awful experience, Jocelyn joked if I was sleeping. Honestly, we were there so ridiculously long for what should have been such a simple purchase that I should have just taken the nap, because I didn't realize how many naps I was going to have to miss out on in order to correct the easiest furniture order in history. Unfortunately, the experience continues. The furniture that was delivered by the "white glove service" was not what we wanted. The piece that was delivered is missing the parts we specifically bought the piece for- the fireplace and Bluetooth features. The piece also came with damage (!!!!!!!!!!). We called Jocelyn to figure out what was going on, and she told us she was going to speak with another rep at the store to figure something out. Later she reached out to apologize because the store was "crazy busy" and that she didn't get a call back. Well, partner and I went to the store where we found Jocelyn had not contacted anyone at the store that day to discuss our issue. Unsure why she lied, but alas. We sat down with manager Autumn, where we were assured this would be dealt with and we were going to be satisfied. CONTINUED IN PHOTOS DUE TO LACK OF SPACE

My furniture was supposed to be delivered 11/8 between 1:30 -4:30. At 5:30 I get a call tell me there was a problem with the warehouse. I am sure someone knew before 5:30 that they would not be delivering my chairs. Now I have to wait another week before I can get them. Thanks Ashley

Tamika and crew that delivered my purchase was very professional and kind. They set up everything as it was supposed to be and also moved it around until I was satisfied with its placement. They were early, which was good, as I was excited to receive my purchase. Thank you Tamika and crew, I’m a very satisfied customer. If I could give you a 10 star rating, I would.
