Jamari was a great salesperson. He was very kind and professional. He even provided a wheelchair for my mom and pushed her around the store during our time there. He was patient and answered all our questions. He was great from beginning to end.
On August 14, 2019, I went into Ashley Furniture store to purchase a sectional and it took the sales person 2 hours to process the order. Then I was told I needed to pick up the area rug on 8/16 and when we got there on 8/20 the rug was not there for pick-up. I called the store the next day and I was told by the Customer Service Representative there was some confusion with which rug my husband was picking up. She stated I could come in the store today to pick the rug up! Next, I spoke with the manager Mr. Rashad and he stated the rug was not there in the store and they would need to order it. #UNORGANIZED!!
Bought my daughter a new vanity today from Ashley furniture in McDonough. Ed was super knowledgeable and helpful. The item I wanted was showing online as on sale , Ed gladly got his manager to match the sale price ! I highly recommend Ashley and Ed as a salesman.
Awesome experience today at Ashley Furniture in Mcdonough, GA. Eurica was fantastic during the entire process. Ended up leaving there with an entire bedroom set for cheaper than I originally saw at Big Lots. Highly recommend this place for your furniture needs!
Are sales person was Moe.She did an excellent job in showing us exactly what we are looking for. We will be returning again very soon.

Good furniture, but not to far behind Rooms2go far as high prices
Ordered a dresser and it was delivered damaged!! I opted to do the free delivery because the dresser already came put together (they wanted me to pay $60 for delivery just to have them place the dresser in my room of choice and to take the box of trash)!! When I called Ashley in McDonough to let them know the dresser was damaged( which I unboxed as soon as the delivery driver left-3mins tops) they told me I had to load the dresser up myself and drive it back across town to their warehouse(40 min drive) to exchange it myself. I’m over it!! I doubt it was a coincidence that with the free delivery you have to figure out a way to return the products yourself, opposed to if you pay for delivery (which is extremely overpriced) the driver would’ve had to return it to the warehouse and bring a replacement instead!! 🙄
They bring broken things and then they do not want to return the money, it sucks
Not only my order was incomplete and I had to wait for the last piece to be delivered 5 days later but as I looked at my order I saw that they add a protection plan that I NEVER requested or agreed to purchase. Unfortunately they can’t remove it because they deliver my furniture 2 days ago. I should’ve looked over my order more carefully but I never thought they would ask something I never ask for.
I visited Ashley Furniture on last week looking for a console table & to get a visual look at a mirror that I purchased online. I was pleasantly greeted by Jamari. I told him that I was looking for a table. We walked throughout the store, then I showed him a picture online from Ashley's website. He took the time to look at thru the inventory, which to find out that the item wasn't sold at Ashley. He showed me some other styles & invited me to come back to the sale on 6/18. I told him that I didn't really want to buy more furniture but after he took me on a tour through the store I saw 2 bedroom sets that I was really interested in. I came into the store today for the sale to make purchases. Jamari was still pleasant, patient, & very helpful. I truly enjoyed him as my salesman & I will definitely come back to purchase some other items that I want & refer others to him. Having sales associates like Jamari really makes furniture shopping pleasurable. Thanks Jamari!!! Tawana Williams
Patrick was our salesman yesterday. An absolute pleasure to work with. Over the top kind, and very informative. He understood spacing, was there when we had questions but was also understanding of our need for private deliberation. An asset to the Ashley Furniture team. I'm changing the post to ONE STAR. In addition to everything in the post, I'm waiting on a dresser drawer that was damaged, and today is June 10th, 4 months after purchase! PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE POST BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!! I purchased bedroom furniture the 2nd of February to the tune of $2500, it was delivered on the 7th (Wednesday). After the delivery guys left, I noticed the posts on my headboard were damaged. I immediately called the store and was asked to call back the next day after ten and someone would be able to help me. I called back the next day (Thursday) as instructed and was advised they would schedule a technician to come out and see if the posts could be repaired or needed replacement. But the person I spoke with could not schedule the appointment at that time, stated they would call me back. I called again later that afternoon and was advised they had not forgotten me, but still could not assist me at the moment. I called again the next day (Friday) and was told they would get back to me. They never called back. I eventually had to go to the store the next day (Saturday) and stand in front of them to get them to schedule the technician. And of course, it was someone else's fault the technician didn't get scheduled on the previous times I called. Finally, got the technician scheduled for the 12th. Technician came out, stated the posts needed to be replaced, will have the office order them, should be in in about 10 to 12 days, then he would come out and replace them. NEVER HAPPENED! I waited about a week and a half (2/21), called the store, the store provided Corporate's number. Spoke with Felicia at Corporate who advised the report from Tech had not been entered, not sure if parts are replaceable, discovered they are, she ordered them, would try to expedite shipment, no guarantee, if not will take up to 2 weeks to receive. Called back on 2/28 and spoke with Ruth who advised she needed to check with the Parts Dept. to verify if the posts have been shipped, stated she had to email them and it would take them the remainder of the day or early the next day to respond, would call me. SHE NEVER CALLED! I called Corporate again today (3/4) spoke with Lori who stated ETA for post delivery is the week of the 25th of March. I expressed my frustration with this organization. They were very quick to take my money, but it's been a month so far in trying to get the posts replaced. If it were not for my persistent pursuit to be made whole, Ashley Furniture would have continued their stonewall tactics. I WILL NOT PATRONIZE THIS ORGANIZATION AGAIN, NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. And let me just say, the salespeople are hungry for a sale and they see everyone who walks through the door as just that, a SALE! Please do not patronize ASHLEY FURNITURE! After posting, received call from the local Ashley store where I purchased my bed (3/5/19 at 8:22 p.m.). Do not recall gentleman's name, but was apologetic stating they (the local store) was unaware of the problems I was having, that Corporate was supposed to initiate something and they didn't. (The blame game again!) He offered Ashley gift cards of which I declined and stated they have really rubbed me the wrong way. Offered replacing the entire headboard and not just the post, which I accepted. I was under the impression the headboard would be coming from the local office and would not take as long to receive, but must not be because the delivery date he provided is 3/24. (WOW, the 24th is on a Sunday!) He stated I should get a call 2 to 3 days prior to delivery. We'll see! I will say this, it appeared to me that his tone changed when I refused the Ashley gift cards. Furniture was delivered on 3/24 (Sunday) as they advised.
