Amazing staff that, even with the restrictions posed by the pandemic, went above and beyond to make sure that my purchases went well and the delivery was to my expectations! Highly recommended!

I have had a wonderful experience at this location. I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted, and everyone was very patient with me while I ran around the store to decide. They were even great when I changed my mind halfway through and had to start everything over. Keanna was very helpful and patient with me, and she made the process very enjoyable for me. She deserves a raise! $400 an hour. At least. I also had very positive interactions with both Dahlia and Breanna at the front desk. They were very kind and helpful when I spoke with them as well. Definitely a positive experience. I would highly recommend.

We went in for pillows and ended up leaving with a new temperpedic bed with an adjustable base, and a new bed frame. Lol. The sales person was great, informative, and helpful.
Eric was amazing and took the time to make sure all of our questions were answered. From someone in sales management I can say his follow up was perfection. He was never pushy and always got back to me when he said he would. I am very pleased with the customer service we were provided and we will definitely be seeking out Eric for any furniture purchases in the future.
The Sales Rep was Courteous/Accurate. She knew her job, I was in and out in no time 👍
Valencia was amazing and so helpful. Although my furniture is back ordered and I will have to wait, I got a great deal of what I really wanted after searching all over. Highly recommend. Tom the manager was also super helpful.
I truly enjoyed my time there. Everyone was very helpful and respectful. But the best was Mary. She went out of her way to get us what we needed and accommodated to every little thing to help us with the best purchase. Thank you Ashley furniture but thank you Mary for the love you strived to give us
Mr. Eric was so knowledgeable about everything in the store. He made the experience very smooth and he also helped with decorative ideas as well! He was awesome!!
I misplaced my cellphone. They helped me search around the store. I wish my salesperson had approached me a second time. I had made my decision much earlier and was ready to check out. When I was ready, he was working with another customer. I left him my phone number to call me to complete the sale. They called and completed the sale just a few hours later.
If I could give this store a big fat ZERO, I would! I placed an order in March and still have not received all of my furniture. I've been told multiple delivery dates with no actual delivery of my furniture. I was informed later that certain items were on back order. The salesman never mentioned anything about the items being on back order at the time of the purchase. This has been the most unprofessional experience that I've had with a furniture store. Lastly, everyone just plays the blame game and noone is held accountable for their poor customer service. Please consider buying furniture from somewhere else.
VETERANS AND CARE GIVERS PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL when choosing to shop at this location!!! I made several major purchases from this location on February 17, 2021 and had problems with my purchases (quality of items purchased) I spent a few thousand dollars on the items because I need/want quality products for my disabled husband to enjoy and be comfortable. To this day NO ONE has tried to get our bed fixed or contract me to get the issue resolved. I will NEVER shop from Ashley Furniture again or recommend anyone else to either!!!
I purchased over 6,000 worth of furniture within the past month. The first set delivered had damages, had to wait 2 weeks to get it swapped out. Today, the replacement furniture is damaged in the box from the warehouse as well. Thank goodness the delivery guys pointed it out unlike the first delivery where I guess they thought we wouldn’t notice after they left😡 This is inexcusable and very inconvenient. Good luck trying to file a complaint with a live person, constantly on hold!!! No option but to go back in person and demand refunds!
I purchased a bed with a chest in February 17, 2021, it took approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery. When the bed was finally delivered I had to call the store back to inspect the bed because it was very wobbly. I had to call customer service back the first week of May because the left side of the chest at the bottom of the bed will not open or close now. An appointment was scheduled for May 13, 2021 (no call no show) I called customer service again and an appointment was rescheduled for May 18, 2021 the technician showed up but didn’t have the parts to repair the bed. I called customer service back on today June 1, 2021 and spoke with Nytalia and she advised me that the parts are still not available and she doesn’t know when they will be (very nonchalantly). I called the store in McDonough (1960 Jonesboro Rd McDonough GA 30253) and spoke with someone in the store and expressed my concerns and she told me that there was nothing that she could do. This does not sit well with me, everyone appeared to be helpful when I was making major purchases but now that I’m having problems, no one seems to care. I purchased 2 recliners (paid cash) and had problems with one of them and I had to call back and get one replaced. My husband is a disabled veteran and wounded warrior, and I am his primary care giver. I purchased these items to help make him comfortable in the daily care of him. It saddens me how I’m being treated and bounced around with this lack of customer service. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION TO PURCHASE ANYTHING because they are hungry wolves in sheep’s clothing to get your hard earned money and ignore you after the sale has been made. This very expensive bed has still not been repaired and I have only had it for approximately 2-3 months.
My mom was trying to buy a couch online because she unfortunately can’t go to the store as easily as some people due to back issues. Ashley charges for the couch twice which makes our bank use overdraft and it screwed up her checking and savings. She called Ashley furniture and they were unhelpful. They told her it’s her fault it double charged her since she didn’t go into the store and that the only way to fix it is cancel her order. They didn’t offer any help for her and were extremely rude the entire conversation. I can tell you now, they’ve lost my business and her business.
Purchased furniture February 2nd 2021. Sales person said delivery was scheduled for the week of February 27th. Since I wouldn’t be available that week I asked to have furniture delivered March 10th. Waiting today for delivery. No one called no one showed. Called the store and was able to only reach dispatch. Dispatch informed me my order would not be available until April 1st. No email notifying me of this change. I called the store multiple times only to reach a frustrated dispatcher, after over 10 minutes, they advised me to contact store. I drove to the store explained what happened, Miss said she was managing the store alone so could not pick up the phone. I told her I understand delays but would like better communication and she said it wasn’t her to set up emails, all she could do was to select a different type of furniture. Terrible communication after you pay for items. Update: received my furniture April 28th. Communication was still terrible. Do not recommend Ashley Homestore.
**Update 5/17-Notice that someone from the store responded and wanted 'an opportunity to make it right'. I called the store today as requested and was told the exact same information as before. I asked for the number to the corporate office and was given a fax number. ** Walked in on a whim and found something I liked. I spent over $6000 for 3 pieces. Warning-Check your invoice, not your receipt. First and last time shopping here. I was charged $600 for a service that I told the salesperson (Mary) that I did not want. After explaining to the store, they are not willing to refund me and basically told me to call a 3rd party to get assistance. Did I mention that less than a week after arrival, the items are peeling. Low quality and unethical business practices.
