I ordered the Alvaton Accent Cabinet on September 6th. I was initially given a delivery date of October 19th. Cool! I understand there are delays due to Covid. October 19th then turned into October 30th, which turned into November 4th. I even got a text that morning saying they would be here within an hour. No one ever showed up. I called Ashley Furniture and initially they said it was showing in their system that it had been delivered and then they said it wasn’t even in the warehouse. I was told I would receive a call when it would be delivered. The item was delivered on November 8th (I believe). Handles missing/doors not flushed. The guys who delivered said they would input in the system for a technician to come out to fix doors and bring handles. A week or two later a technician shows up ready to fix the doors, but couldn’t because he didn’t have handles. So he calls Ashley Furniture while he was here and put in an order for the handles and even gave me an order number. A week or so later I ended up going into the store where I made the purchase to see what could be done. I really like the cabinet so I don’t want to send it back, but I told them I was at the point where I was ready for them to pick it up or give me some of my money back and I would buy my own handles and have someone come fix the doors (even though I shouldn’t have to go through all of that). They assured me that the order for the handles had been placed. Anyway, I called today to check on the status of the order and now they are saying an order was never placed, even though I have an order number. I’m going into the store today and they can come pick it up. Oh and then they told me they were going to send me a $100 gift card to Ashley and it never showed, but I don’t want that anyway.
Sales associates are friendly but prices are a bit steep. Saved $1100 on an identical mattress at mattress firm.
Y’all if you don’t have to shop Ashley Homestore... DON’T! My second time having a major issue in the last year! I have spent HOURS on the phone and finally had to come to the store to try to get furniture I’ve been waiting on for 6 weeks!!! Been here almost an hour now.. Forget about getting through to them on the phone OR getting a manager to call you back!!! Customer service is definitely lacking!!!
Terrible customer service. Employees are untactful and incompetent. Employees don't answer phones, no follow up on addressed issues, will keep your money and you have to fight tooth and nail to get a refund. Shady under handed transactions and cannot account for funds being charged on your account. Management will throw their own sales associates under the bus to prevent taking responsibility or ownership of conflicts.

I will never purchase anything else from Ashley Furniture again!!! Lies, poor customer service. Customer Service department is the worst, they can never answer any questions. They want you to talk to the store who NEVER answer the phone. I am waiting on my purchase. Once I receive it, GOOD BYE!!!!!!!
This people just lie with straight face to you and they feel proud about it I have purchased furniture back in August 2020 got half of it by calling them every week Still waiting on half of the furniture went today to check on based on i was told last month that rest of furniture will be delivered on November 3rd so I went to to the show room to know the status of the delivery and they told me it’s going to delivered on December 19th but they cannot guarantee anything While I was talking to the person in charge for the store one of the salesman thought it was funny when I asked him his name he didn’t even gave me his name And the guy who told me back in October that rest of the furniture is going to be delivered on November 3rd He also bragged about that he is the only one has access to know what’s is coming on next truck so today when I told him that he just lied with the straight face

NEVER AGAIN, I am so disappointed with this experience. We made our purchase for a beautiful reclining leather sofa and love seat. We were told that it was on backorder, to call a couple weeks later to get a more definitive date of delivery. After calling a couple of weeks later, the delivery date was moved up one week from what we were originally told. The day before the said delivery, we call to see if we can get a time, they say that it will not be delivered and they will call us in the morning with more details. The next morning comes, no call from anyone at the store. So my husband calls later on in the afternoon to find out more details as to what is going on. We are told that the order will not be delivered until the same week of Christmas. Nope, not trusting it - bad customer service. No calls, no information, no customer service, then no purchase. I will take my money and go elsewhere and get better service. It is not even about the wait for me, it is about the customer service. They take your money but there is no product.
Because of a "glitch" my entertainment tv stand was never ordered and we were told it was paid for when we left the store. Delivery comes and it's not delivered. I try calling for 2 days straight and no one picked up. Now if I want the tv stand...even though I was told I already paid...now I haven't and they want me to pay again.
So we bought our first house June 11th this year and moved in on the 13th. We got our bedroom suite from Ashley Furniture and it has been nothing but a nightmare dealing with them. My wife and I had to make 2 trips in store because she couldn't get anyone on the phone. We opened up a line a credit with them but then after they billed us twice on that card we corrected and just paid the balance off with so we wouldn't have to deal with it. We used her parents address as that's where we were living and there was numerous times they were going to deliver to her parents' house because they didn't have it right in their system. We spoke to the store manager who eventually ignored all our calls and emails. Today makes the 7th attempt to get this bed frame right and it finally has happened! Yes 7! It's taken nearly 4 months! Every other time either it arrived dinged up, chunks missing from pieces, parts missing, the screws weren't in the box or the drivers just didn't come because they would arrive earlier than anticipated. My wife has made numerous calls and probably has spent hours on the phone with them. It was actually hard to find corporate's number but I'm sure she knows it by heart now. The time before last the drivers put a hole in the wall and left the backboard to the headboard out and wasn't going to tell us. 7 freaking attempts and the whole time we had to chase them to get their mistakes corrected!!! Needless to say we are never using Ashley furniture again.
