My furniture was delivered on 5/30 and the leg was broken that night, no one didn't sit in the chair. I call the store 21 times and no one would answer, when I finally reach someone she put me on hold for 21 minutes then again for 1 hour. I brought insurance for $149.00. The Store Manager Rashaud is very unprofessional. They all seem unhappy in that store. NEVER again will I purchase anything. The store has a NO REFUND policy. Horrible customer service.

I just picked up my brand new $300 chest dresser from ashley furniture wArehouse. The second drawer and last drawer are uneven that it slides open. All other drawers are fine. But with these two, there is a gap showing the inside. I am furious. I was very excited about getting this set up but was disappointed instead.

I made an online purchase for new living room set in April 28. At the time of purchase I received a schedule date for Saturday, May 16th. It is now Friday, May 15th and I have not received a call or email regarding order schedule. I called on Tuesday and the person told me to call back on Thursday, if I don't hear anything from them. I called back on Thursday waited on hold for over 30 minutes for them to tell me to leave a message and someone will get back to me within 48- to 72 hours. I'm on the phone now on hold. I told the representative that I am calling because I have not heard from them and I am suppose to have an order delivered on tomorrow. I told her I went online, to look up order status on my own, but their site is garbage and does not provide any information through delivery status or chat service. After I told her alllllll of this ....She told me that she would take my name and number and would give it to another representative to call me back within 48 to 72 hours. I told her I don't have 48 to 72 hours, my delivery is suppose to be within 24hrs.

Horrible experience! I purchased furniture April 1st in store and had a delivery date set for April 4th, however, my original invoice was wrong on the part of my sales associate. It took 3 delivery attempts to finally get my furniture on April 23rd! No one communicates with each and apparently the store and online aren't affiliated whatsoever! I spent extra for premium home delivery on my online and in store purchases and neither were completed as expected! I am still in limbo and getting run around.

Went to your location today to just grab some small items. Was very disappointed in how the store was not being sterilized after people who were sitting down on couches testing them out, especially during all these big health crisis going on. Saw someone sneeze on a couch and no one did anything but spray some lysol in the air and not the couch
