The worse shopping experience ever. I was told my mattress would be delivered in a few days it took weeks and I had to go back into the store to get it on the delivery schedule. Told my pillow etc were finally in 4 weeks later I get to the store, they lied. Took over a month and 5 trips to the store to get my total purchase. Never again. Ashley used to be a quality store. NOT THAT ONE. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STILL DID NOT GET MY THINGS. HAD TO CALL CORPORATE AND FILE A COMPLAINT.

Arrived broken, and takes a week for a tech to come out to look at it. Was told In store you have 24 hours to return it yet any resolutions takes 24-48 hours to hear back from someone. Now I have reclining sofa that doesn’t recline and a side falling off.

I had a 5 star experience with Jameika at the Ashley’s in McDonough. From the moment we walked in, her approach made me feel like we were long lost cousins. The first time we went to window shop to see what all we wanted in our new home with the intentions of coming back once we were close to our closing date. When we came back to finally purchase 6 weeks later, she remembered my husband and I. We ended up spending hours in the store as we were having such a good time picking and testing out furniture for mostly all the rooms in our new home. Will be back soon to pick out furniture for the remaining rooms. Thank you Jameika for the wonderful experience!

Omg I should have read the reviews!! They deserve zero stars. This was the worst experience. Before going into the store we made our order over the phone with the McDonough location. I was told that someone from corporate would contact us to take the payment. Someone called two days later and stated my card declined but it’s because they are having issues with their system and we should go into the store to pay. When we go back into the store they can’t find the order so we have to start a new one. The order is processed and delivery is in two days. Delivery brings the set and the loveseat is damaged. I contacted Ashley and they said there was nothing they can do until the loveseat is returned. The delivery guy took the loveseat back with them so idk why they make the customer wait. I called corporate and they told me to go into the local location and take care of it. I went to the McDonough location and the very rude, nonchalant manager says they can’t do anything until it’s in their system and to wait for an email from Ashley. The next morning I checked my emails and Ashley sent me an email congratulating me on my purchase. I immediately contacted them to see what’s going on with the returned damaged loveseat and was told “it looks like you refused the it and it’s no longer in stock and we don’t know when they’ll be back in stock. I had the rep cancel the loveseat and do a return for the sofa. Im still waiting on someone to contact me to get a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ASHLEY RATHER ITS ONLINE OR IN STORE! The have the worst customer service and their process to handle damaged products and returns is a disgrace to customers!

Paid in full for a dining set in September of last year. Not told there would be a delay. 7 months later, still no dining set. Trying to cancel the order and get a refund and no one can help us. The number listed puts you in a que to a call center and not anyone at the actual store. Next step is visiting in person and making SURE they get this done. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.
