If I could give this store -1 star I would but 1 star is needed to create a review. I went into the store 3 weeks ago which was around 10/20ish and this was actually my second furniture store as i was shopping the midnight madness, its the viral social media sectional that comes In a couple of sizes. The person that helped me told me that Ashley furniture makes all of that brand(viral sectional) so technically other stores were buying from them and selling at other furniture stores. I was told that if I bought from Ashley’s, and there were any issues after delivery it would be fixed. I made my delivery date for 11/04/2025 and was told that I would be getting a text message to confirm the time and I never got a phone call or text so I called the store and spoke to a rep that explained to me that the sales people in the store didn’t schedule deliveries and that my delivery was going to be 11/8/2025. I explained that I would be out of town and needed an early delivery. The rep stated that it was a delivery opened for 11/06/2025 and I agreed on that date. I specifically asked if everything would be delivered and the rep said yes everything. I was txt the confirmation on 11/06/2025 10a-2pm window. The delivery text that they were in route and when they got to me it was only the rug. I asked bout the rest of the furniture and was told that he only had the rug and I needed to call the store. I called again and spoke with Angel ( if that’s her real name because she told me policy stated that they don’t give their entire name) I asked if it was possible to take my $300 delivery fee off because Of the troubles I had been having with delivery, and she stated that she would see and stated that she could give me $142.40 back and I asked for a supervisor and she stated that there wasn’t one. I scheduled my furniture for 11/10/2025 and also had to reschedule my trip. On 11/10/2025 I received a text that the delivery was at my door. My ring camera captured the delivery guys throwing the furniture off of the truck and the other guy tried to pick one side of the the sectional up by himself and the chair slammed to the ground. After that he drug the sectional a good ways until the other delivery driver picked up the other side and brought it in the house. The delivery driver again attempted to pick the corner piece up alone by pulling at the pillows and he kept yelling that the plastic made it slippery to pick up. After everything was in the house and they left we started with the corner piece taking the tape off and taking off the plastic and tape and we notice instantly a hole where the pillow had separated from the back of the backrest. I made a phone call and spoke with a Joan and I have been getting the run around since. I even asked if it’s possible to just return the furniture and was hit with a ALL SALES ARE FINAL slogan. Joan wanted pictures of the hole so I sent pictures and then I was told she needed to send a tech out to take pics of the hole, well during all of that we discovered that I was missing legs for part of the sectional and that the sectional clamps don’t clamp together so it’s just pushed together and not clamped. For $3600 I expected more customer service than I received. Save your money and go to the mega furniture across the street. Sometimes a brand name isn’t the way to go and that same furniture I got was almost $1000 dollar cheaper across the street. I will not shop there again. I did receive legs via fed ex but come on Ashley’s do better!!!

Have a good experience on yesterday that Ashley‘s outlet was greedy as soon as I walked in I was showing the products from an individual sales person walking around the store didn’t see what I wanted for my mom, but she did just that we go look in the clearance items, and I found four nice dining chairs for her so overall I have a good experience and Would recommend you all to go take a look at the items that they have and have a great experience
