I paid for my couch to be delivered and assembled. They dropped the couch off, did not assemble it, and every request for help was denied. I went up to the store to ask for help. They told me I did indeed pay for my couch to be assembled but they did not help either. Corporate hung up on me 3-4x when I called. I needed the couch assembled for an emergent situation. I did not receive a refund either. Extremely disappointing and disheartening. Absolutely ridiculous.

I initially wrote a good review for them because at the time I THOUGHT was awesome experience turned into a complete nightmare! My husband and I purchased a king bedroom set, 2 mattresses, & 3 boxsprings (2 twin Xl's for our king and 1 queen boxspring that was supposed to be for the queen size mattress). Turns out, our salesperson never added the queen sized box spring on our purchase but we let it go since we weren't charged for it. My husband picked up our mattresses and boxsprings. When setting up the bed (before our king set was delivered) he noticed that one boxspring was bigger than the other. We contacted the store, spoke to our salesperson who informed us that we were given the wrong boxspring and that she will try to find someone who can bring us the boxspring. Long story short, she found some "third party delivery driver" who supposedly works for Ashley that can deliver our boxspring and the we would need to pay him $50 (the "third party delivery person to deliver the right boxspring") and a refund of $54 would be given back to me once they receive the wrong boxspring from they guy who's bringing it back. Come to find out I asked the third party guy how do he receive payment and he said CASH APP!!! So that's how you do business/transactions Ashley??? Through CASH APP & "third party delivery drivers"! This whole experience turned out to be a complete nightmare. NEVER AGAIN will I order from Ashley again! Our salesperson was more focused on making a sale and winning a $50 contest that was amongst her and her colleagues then actually caring about her customers and the sale. I even asked to speak to her manager multiple times all for me to never speak to her manager! I will be escalating this issue to higher up and getting my issue resolved one way or another because this was not only unprofessional but such a headache & a complete nightmare!!! Our king sized bedroom set was a good experience because that came from their warehouse. From the delivery communication all the way to the set up 10/10. A representative even called afterwards to make sure everything was good. Our in store purchasing experience was good for the most part until the issue with the wrong boxspring came about.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent purchase from Ashley Furniture. At the end of July, I ordered six pieces of brand-new furniture. When it was delivered, the contractors hired by Ashley set it up but failed to provide any paperwork for me to sign. Upon inspection, after they left, I noticed significant damage to several items. I immediately contacted Ashley and was told I needed to file a warranty claim since I hadn’t refused the delivery. A technician was sent to inspect the furniture, and it was determined that three pieces needed replacement while the remaining three could be repaired. However, I paid for brand-new furniture, not refurbished or patched-up items. After waiting two weeks, the replacement furniture arrived, but I had to refuse it as it was damaged again upon delivery. Despite Ashley’s claim that the furniture was inspected through their VIP program, it arrived in unacceptable condition. I requested that future deliveries come in sealed boxes to avoid damage, but when the third set arrived—again without boxes—it was once more damaged. It seems the VIP program is merely a way to repackage previously refused, damaged furniture and attempt to deliver it again, rather than ensuring the items are actually in new and undamaged condition. This is now the third time I have received damaged furniture. I have missed work on several occasions to accommodate delivery and technician visits, which has cost me both time and money. To make matters worse, I am being charged a $299.99 delivery fee for damaged goods, and Ashley has shown no urgency in resolving the issue. At this point, I am requesting that a district or area manager contact me immediately with a solution. I either need brand-new, undamaged furniture delivered or a full cancellation of my order, including a refund for the delivery fee. I refuse to pay for furniture that arrives in damaged condition.

I came into the store and roamed around, as it is to be expected nowadays. No one approached me or seemed eager to help. I grabbed a young man and asked if he was a salesman. He replied that he was and from there things began to open like a tulip in the spring. I grabbed the Right Guy !! He was easy going and when I entered the store, I thought I knew exactly what I wanted. I was very cloy, but my salesman had some information, that I wasn’t aware of. I knew the Manufacturer’s name and model I wanted, as I had slept on it a a friend’s house in Tennessee. I’m located in Georgia, so I was obviously impressed to go get this mattress. My current mattress is only about 8 months old. My salesman, I’ll call him “Matt”, told me that he was invalid from the chest down at one point in his life. He now has 8 years of selling mattresses, and from some one who had spent so much time in bed and a wheelchair; he knew the products he was selling !! I told him my bed was too soft although it was listed as a firm mattress. This is where his knowledge kicked in. The asked me if I was using a mattress pad or topper, and yes I was. These things alone make for a softer top. Dang, I had both on my current mattress. When your body imprint leaves an impression, trying to fill it, is like trying to fill a hole in a boat, with buckets of water!! We took some time to look at the Temperpedic line and wow is that a great brand. It wasn’t within my budget however. “Matt” my guy, explained how the difference between the male and female skeletal bodies were different and why women prefer a softer mattress as opposed to men prefer a more firm one. “Matt” was easy to talk to and the fact that his knowledge allowed him to understand my thoughts and experience with mattresses. It was a very pleasant experience. “Matt”, made it easy for me to open up and tell him my truths and questions that lead me to a very pleasant buying experience.

Without my consent, I was charged for a $199.00 five year furniture protection plan and was assured that they were processing my refund. My purchase was on 3/8/2024 and as of 3/22/24, I have not received my refund or my furniture. Be careful, they will steal your money. As for my furniture, I was told (and verified by phone) that my order would be delivered on 3/16/2024 between the hours of 3pm and 7pm. I cancelled important plans to receive my furniture Saturday but no one showed or called. Monday morning, I called to complain and was told the delivery person hurt his ankle and cancelled my delivery. I would have appreciated better communication and better service. I deserve this much as a paying customer.

We did not know it was broken until we got home.Why would you sell a broken clock, and even have it in your store.I just don't understand. Your policies are horrible. There should be a better resolution ..I am telling everybody!!!! to not buy anything in this store!!!!

Worst experience ever. I applied for store credit and receive instant approval. I signed paperwork stating zero interest. Delivery in 3 weeks. I get a call a week later asking me to come into store. The manager states they gave me wrong interest rate and will be adding 34.98% interest to start immediately. They tried to bully me into signing new paperwork. I was there 2/29/24. No one said hello girl at front desk got the manager after I introduced myself. Manager came over and never said anything except to yell from desk what is last 4 of your ssn. Then asked me to come sign paperwork. No one could tell me why interest rate changed cancelled my whole order. Worst customer service experience ever

After trying to download an app that would allow me to accept a complimentary offer, I had to close my Visa card due to fraud charges made. Some where the card was compromised. However, the store team made every effort to assist where they could and eventually I was able to make the purchase which was a wonderful addition to a previous collection. Lesson learned? Free offers do not require personal card numbers to verify ANYTHING !

I had the worst experience of my life. After a two week wait for a delivery they came and brought the wrong bed. I had gotten rid of my bedroom that day in anticipation of delivery. Instead of allowing me to keep the bed until they replaced it. They told me if I accepted it. It was mine. I would have to way at 7 to 10 days for the delivery . That they called expedited.. Who would want to keep furniture that I didn’t pick out. After all the inconvenience, the manager offered me 10% off my next purchase. Why would I shop with them again!instead of giving me a discount on what I already purchased. I had to go out and buy a blowup bed. I told them to take their items back and shopped elsewhere. Corporate was no help as they told me it was up to the manager. They didn’t even have an email address or one they wanted to provide. What is corporate for? I was mistreated in this process and will never shop there again. There was no empathy for my situation even though the ordered bed was clearly the mistake of the store for I was in the outlet when I picked out my bed. Buyer beware!!!! It was a horrible experience.

If I could give Ashley's in Morrow/Ga NO STAR I would. But I can't so to begin. 02/5/2024. Okay here we go!! Something I hoped I wouldn't have to do. I purchased a Sealy mattress from the Ashley Morrow, Ga. location on Friday-01/19/2024. Mattress delivered on Tuesday-01/23/2024. Plastic covering removed mattress had a light odor I thought "new smell", nevertheless, mattress aired. In between days mentioned there were intermittent days when mattress was slept on. Okay on Saturday morning 01/27/2024, after tossing and turning during the night Friday 01/26/2024, I arise out of sleep and bed to this very gaseous like smell infiltrating my home. Okay so I called Sealy (as I was instructed my salesperson at the time of my purchase to do so in regard to problems, concerns or warranty. From speaking to a representative at Sealy, I was told to call where I purchased my mattress. I called Ashley/Morrow Ga. Without success in addressing my concerns. Now I am texting the salesperson who assisted me with my purchase for clear direction. Okay so now I speaking to Sealy again. Advised to air mattress out for 5-7 days, opening a window (now remember it's January 2024) and call Ashley customer care center. Okay so now I am speaking with a representative at Ashley's customer care center who informed me I need to call Ashley in Morrow Georgia. Okay so I finally speak to someone who takes the report and informs me she would deliver the message to the manager-per my original request to speak to a manager with my first call. Okay several hours later the manager at Ashley's/Morrow Ga. calls me back and reinforces a case for a complaint has been generated and someone from Ashley's Customer Care Center will be out reaching to me by January 29th, no later than January 31. Today is February 5th,2024. It's 0600, I continue to up to a foul odor coming from my mattress, bedding and night clothes and skin. How long does it take for a potentially new mattress to air out and now long does it take for a complaint to be addressed? This whole situation smells FOUL. 🤔 Addendum: the response from the owner, a week ago, is not regarding this review of this product. It is in reference to the representative directing me on a refund of another product I brought which needed to be returned.

I called Ashley Furniture in early December 2023 to find out if they had the soletran sofa that I wanted. Nicholas a.k.a Nick, was the sales person I spoke with. He was super friendly and cool on the phone and even more so when I arrived at the store to see the sofa in person. I needed to sit on the couch to see if it was as soft as it looked in the photos. Nick and I sat and chatted for a long while. I didn’t purchase it that day because I was waiting to close on my new house. I told Nick that I’d be back when I officially closed on my home and that’s exactly what I did in January 2024. I called the store to make sure that Nick was working so that he could receive my sale. When I got to the store, he was just as amiable as he was during my first visit to the store. He assisted me with searching for accent rugs as well. Nick was very helpful, very knowledgeable, quite hilarious too. I enjoyed my experience shopping at Ashley Furniture in Morrow and Nick made the experience a wonderful one.

We were met with Nick Vidal, who gave us excellent customer service by listening to our needs, showing us our fabric options, and providing some design options. He also gave us a test run on a Temperpedic mattress that we are seriously thinking. Although they didn't have in store what we wanted today, he offered to order what we find online. He will be at the top of our list when we are ready to purchase our next set of furniture.

Went to pick up furniture, when I got there I was told the sofas will be ready in 2 days, I took a partial furniture order that day, 2 days later I call store as instructed by paper and the person at Ashley, they said my couches were there, so I once again hook up my trailer to my truck and head out aprox 1:30 away, I get there for them to tell me that only one piece of the couch was available, idk why I was til it was all there but not the case, so now I have 2 trips to pick up furniture, I have yet another trip on the 30th to get the rest, wondering what else will be missing. Btw this is an observation: did the trees get smaller or are the dressers supposed to be child size! The funny thing is that the pic shows the bedroom suit as full sized furniture and when picked up and assembled at home it’s a joke! All small furniture alongside a Cal King Bed. What a joke! And they have a note stating furniture isnt same as pictured and they aren’t responsible. Wow!!! I’m going to west palm beach and I’m getting real bedroom furniture at the correct size for adults not for children. Sad Ashley’s Furniture has succumbed to below avg furniture! I had once bought this same bedroom suite it was full sized not child sized! The personnel is great! Everyone is very tentative and nice! ITS NOT WHAT YOU SEE!
I went in to look at a recliner.i found one in clearance that was good however the salesperson Darius did not say a needed a battery pack .I told him.i was recovering from back surgery and I needed to use right away.One of the people they recommend for delivery brought it the next day no battery pack.I went back to the store ask for a manager and the number to cooperate she gives me the 800 to a place to fix chairs not what I wanted.I will.not go back or buy anything all the lady said on of our chairs came with one They need training bed 00000 is my rating and I'll pass it on to my family and friends.

Don’t recommend. I placed an order with them and my order has been delayed 5 times. I specifically did 2 orders because I needed one item sooner than the other but both have been delayed 5 times. Not even sure I’ll have furniture by Christmas. I ordered both almost a month ago. I’ve requested compensation for the inconvenience but was told “we don’t do that”. No one at the store has been helpful, they keep referring me to corporate and “corporate” keeps saying it’s a store decision. Save yourself the headache. 6 days after this post and my order is pushed back again with another phone call stating there’s nothing the company can do.

DO NOT GET THEIR CREDIT CARD. They will close it without warning dropping your credit score 20 points. Paid in full, never missed a payment and just received an increase not long ago. Don't trust any Synchrony card.

I love the selection of furniture but I had an issue with the delivery of my couch....unfortunately they have a call center not located in the US and my delivery information was correct at the store but delivery was attempted at my previous address which they had wrong as well. I purchased a chair, ottoman and 2 bar stools which I was supposed to pick up from their warehouse but requested that the items be delivered to me free of charge for the inconvenience of not receiving my couch on the scheduled delivery date. Well, I was told that they could make that happen...and that a manager would contact me. They never did..all calls kept going to the call center that made the mistake in the first place! I just requested a refund and canceled my second order. Customer service is everything! I'm sorry they didn't follow through with me and my concerns.

I ordered furniture and was told it was in stock and will receive it Saturday. Friday came I was told to ‘YES’ my delivery for Saturday. However, 3pm that afternoon I was told my furniture was not in stock and won’t be until that Monday. I had family coming by but I agreed to have it rescheduled for next Saturday. And again! I confirm my delivery on Tuesday by email and Friday by text…. But I get a phone call again saying my furniture is not in stock and won’t be until the next day but it has to process for 3 more additional days! I am disgusted! And I feel like I am being lied too! Their communication sucks!

I am a 66 year old lady and I purchased a 3 level metal posts shelf. When I picked it up from the dock 2 men hand it down for me to grab and put in my car. It was such a struggle. No help I received. Your policy is to not help the customers put their purchase(s) in their vehicle...well that sucks! I will never purchase anything else from your store. Also I purchased a bed. The quality of the bed is very very cheap!! And the delivery guys did a very poor job putting the bed together. My boyfriend and I had to go behind them and fix and complete the situation. I will never purchase anything else from your store. My experience was pretty bad!!!!

This is the second time I've been to this location to buy mattresses. Prices are fair, people are nice and if you know what you want they don't try to over sell you.
Purchased a sofa on July 22nd, was told that the sofa would be delivered on July 28th. Received a call from the store associate stating that it was on back order, would not get the sofa until August 4. Took off work sofa was never delivered. I have contacted my credit card company and explained that I never received my product. This is not good. Same old Ashley furniture. Hope to hear from someone soon. Veronica Benford
UPDATE: The store manager did reach out to me directly about my issues and did try to make things right by waiving my delivery fee. Worst furniture store ever! I would give "0" stars if that was an option. The first associate I worked with had to go check for pricing of the full living room set. She told me she would be right back. After 15 minutes she still hadn't come back so another associate had to help me. The 2nd associate helped me with setting up my purchase but gave me more issues to deal with 1. There was a price discrepancy on two of the pieces even though the prices were right in front of her. She tried to charge me $50 more for two pieces. When I pointed it out she changed it to the correct price but acted like she was doing me a favor instead of honoring a printed price 2.when it came time to pay I asked for a breakdown of my pieces to make sure the pricing was what was on the advertisement. That's when I saw an additional charge of $150. When I questioned that fee, the associate told me it was for the 5 year warranty. She had not mentioned nor asked if I was interested in any warranty prior to paying for the furniture. If I wouldn't have asked she would have charged me $150 for this warranty I wasn't aware of. The associate started to get an attitude at this point especially when I questioned her why she would try to charge me without telling me about it. How is your company ok with charging for a warranty without even mentioning it to the customer? 3. Then she asked me to sign a blank document where she had to draw picture's of the pieces I was purchasing. I told her I wouldn't sign it until she drew the picture's to which he finally did but with a lot of attitude. Then I noticed that the customer number at the top didn't match the customer number on my paperwork (which also happened to be my phone number). I crossed out the customer number she had written down and she told me that I needed to ignore that and that isn't wasn't my cell number even though I could clearly read that my cell phone was the customer number on the other paperwork. She made it very apparent that she was ready for me to leave. I wasn't being rude at all only questioning her actions Overall, this was an awful experience. I will be returning this furniture and taking my business to a furniture place that isn't so shady. I don't care if I have to pay more for the furniture-its the principal of not treating your customers this way.

I was very pleased with my sales man. I was trying to be difficult at the start but he was able to remain professional and assist me with wanting to take home my bed the same night. I didn't want to wait for warehouse or delivery. He checked inventory and sold me on the best mattress I have slept on for months. I also appreciated the fact I was helping a young African American male succeed in his career. I highly suggest shopping here over other stores that don't employ our own people.

Positive experience turned negative upon expected delivery. Demarcus was my sales associate. He’s extremely professional and helpful with selecting a dining room set. However, upon time of delivery (6/15/2023) I was informed the table I ordered was discontinued but the remaining products (barstools, bench, & dining server) were available. I asked for the order to be canceled and refunded ( I paid $1796 via debit card). Notably, Demarcus made efforts to resolve the issue by offering onsite pickup for the table since it’s available at their storefront vs the warehouse OR I could pay a 3rd party vendor $300 for delivery & assembly (I originally paid $199 to Ashley for this service as I don’t live in the area). He also attempted to discount my purchase for the inconvenience, but advised he had to wait for management’s approval. However, by the time he was able to get the price lowered (6/17/2023), I no longer wanted the product due to my experience with a female associate earlier that day. She was condescending and combative as if I was the reason my order was altered. For this reason, I requested a full refund for a second time. Fast forward to today, 6/22/2023, I called to confirm the refund process and was advised a case was JUST submitted for my refund due to my “refusal” of the order. However, I was provided a case number for the cancellation/refund on 6/15/2023 when I first requested a refund. I will NEVER return back to this location or do business with Ashley. The main customer service line was also unhelpful due to my purchase being made in-store. I’m still awaiting my full refund of $1796 and I’m prepared to seek further action if I don’t receive it within 7-10 business days.

This store and service is very unprofessional. The staff or whoever handles the accounts do not know how to communicate at all. It's been two months and we still haven't received our furniture. I don"t even want to address what the handler said that is supposed to deliver our furniture. I feel like it would have been better going somewhere else.

I was in need of a living room set and from the time I entered the door Ms.Shay Byers made sure to ask how she can help me and thoroughly explained everything I needed to know. I left with the perfect set and decent price as well. She definitely made the experience worth while and will be seeing me again. She was great and hope she continues to be such a wonderful person.
Inexperience sales persons. Charges for premium delivery with set up, this was not done. More than 20 minutes with offshore customer service on the phone. Finally got connected to the local store about 1230. No manager available. Rep states she has 2 callers ahead of me and that she would call me back. Well it is now 1630 and I had to call their offshore customer service again. This is sloppy customer service provided to someone who just moved here, and is trying to furnish a house, so far, I’ve bought three sets of items from them, and this will be the last.

Store was organized and beautiful. I would like to see prices on more of the items that was not available. Initially I had to find help to get answers to what the prices were in. That’s difficult when there’s not a lot of help in the store a lot of the items on the shelves were dusty and dirty, but I guess that’s how outlet items look? the pillowcases and pillow shams, stuffed in used plastic bags with prices jammed below them illegibly written unwrapped looking very disheveled . Yet they were charging $100 for them which to me was totally unacceptable. Overall the store looked great. outdoor items looked cheap. I know you have better items. Again this is the outlet though. They don't have any good discounts to be an outlet store. Also the employees sell items under false pretenses. I was promised by several employees that I would receive my very expensive bedroom set by a certain date then the day before it was supposed to arrive they called and said it would be another week and were unapologetic about it. When the furniture finally came the order was incorrect and the bed was not put together with screws and my husband fell through. What a nightmare!! I will NEVER shop here again. **Update** Don't be fooled by the seeming concern posted by "the owner". I emailed them and they never even bothered to send me a reply back! Such poor customer care.

WARNING!! Purchased furniture from this store/ Morrow location Dec 8 2021. The sales rep told me about a warranty company that Ashley use.( Protect All)I payed for a 5 year warranty. Called warranty company to clean my furniture in January 4 2023. Never had a claim before. Occasionally lightly wiped down my furniture. Never allowed stains to just sit in or on my furniture. Did not get my furniture cleaned. This warranty company Protect All,told me I had accumulated stains which I informed them that these stains happened around Christmas time 2022. Very minor stains. Called them in less than 30 day of stains taking place. 11 days after. Protect All warranty company is a rip off. Scam artist liars thieves. The same for Ashley for continuing to use this company with such bad treatment of customers. This is by far the worst company that I have come in contact with. Shame on Ashley for keeping this company and shame on Protect All.BEWARE of these scam artist. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They deserve no stars!!!!

Was supposed to get delivery of furniture today 29 November after numerous notifications of delivery. After the delivery window had come and gone I called the Ashley number and got an overseas call center that notified me that my delivery date had been changed to 8 December without reason. If I hadn't called I never would have been notified of the change. The overseas phone connection at the call center was terrible. The whole experience was terrible.

I purchased sofa, loveseat, chair and lamp from the Newnan, Ga location 8/7/22. I was told the lamp would come separately as a drop ship 8/14 and the sofa and loveseat would come 8/14. The chair was on back order. 8/14 a truck pulled up. He rang bell and asked where did the furniture go. I told him it would be easier if he brought it through the back patio. He proceeded to try to bring through front door. He broke a wall sconce in my foyer. He then took it back out and came through the back patio. When they brought in the loveseat I noticed that it was stained and had a tear. I immediately called the store and told the guy it may need to go back. After I signed for it, he said he had to get something from the truck. Needless to say they left. The chair was also delivered. The customer care stated that they would schedule a technician to come look at it and see about making repairs. Stated that if I did not like it they would replace it. The technician made repairs, which were not up to standard. I called customer care, sent pictures and he agreed and stated a new loveseat would be sent. I was emailed and texted that the loveseat would be delivered 9/18 11:15am - 3:15pm. By 3:45pm I call, the recording says my delivery is scheduled for 9/21. I speak rep, who then transferred me to the store. I finally spoke with Kimberly who stated that she was the store manager. I informed her of the huge inconvenience that was caused by me setting at home for over 4 hours. Still no lamp. She stated that they would get the loveseat out 9/26. I informed her that I needed to be compensated for my time. I also informed her that I am not going back and forth with the third party delivery company to pay for my sconce. I finally received the loveseat and lamp 9/26. I will not be buying anything else from Ashley Furniture. V. Hicks
I recently purchased a new home and decided to stop in and inquire about financing options. I was intoduced to salesman, Maurice who was on his cell phone at the time of my enterance. We proceeded to speak about the purpose of my arrival, advising I was interested in a online only furniture purchases and wanted to understand how financing worked for online purchases. Maurice continued to tell me to “apply online” I guess since me purchasing online would not put any $$$ into his pocket. He made the experience very unpleasant for me, continuing to tell me to go online despite the location allowing me to apply within that wrote. Later that day, I drove to Lithonia store and had a pleasurable experience. Won’t go back to Morrow location because of my experience with Maurice. Maurice, thank you?

Had my order today , the guys unpacked my mable table outside instead of inside . I asked them if they needed help flipping the table they said no . They damage the mable and broken the leg with their installation. They back out the driveway and messed up my neighbor yard as well 😒

I really wanted to post a good review so let’s start there. Good: customer service was pretty good sales guy was knowledgeable and professional. Angie the manager met me half way with a price match guarantee. That was impressive. Ugly: when it comes to delivery that hasn’t happened yet. We were given a date during purchase and that date was pushed back. Major inconvenience. We had two different orders so when my partner called to verify his which was initially August 18th it was changed Sept 4. Wow no bed for two weeks. No phone call or nothing. Probably never going back to this location.

Absolutely horrible, the sales people don’t pay attention to the customer, our order was screwed up where we had to visit the store 3 times for many wasted hours in order to get our order corrected, and the guys who work in the back was extra flirty with my fiancée when I walked away from her instead of paying attention to our order, very unprofessional. The only highlight was that they had a big sale due to the store being renovated. You have to ask yourself is it worth all of the issues?

Delivery date extended and no date was concrete for all items. Chest out of stock! Then another item! Then discontinued. I visited the store checking on status several times, before finally being told that the set was discontinued. The store display was never offered to me as a resolution. Could have offered me the floor display many times. Would have purchased had I known. Floor display was sold to a new customer the same day. SMH

I was extremely disappointed. We spent almost $10,000 in these stores..they promised a delivery date on one day then changed it without even asking us. We have to wait 20 days for or items to be delivered. This is unacceptable for any business. I would not shop there again.

I purchased a stool with 3 confirmation calls referencing my deliving date and window time. On the day of the delivery I didnt receive my stool nor did they call me to inform me of my delivery cancellation. A rep called the store and they couldn't explain to her why I didnt get an phone call about the delivery being canceled. I am getting a refund and shopping with wayfair from now on. After 12 yrs..I'm done.

I purchased a living room suit in January I was informed that I would have it at the beginning of February to mid February. (that was the lie that was told to get me to purchase ) however I have contacted them several times so I’m sure I have the dates and times correct for delivery to ensure someone’s home. The dates have changed multiple times and although I expect A delay I did not expect for their associates to make updates. As of today I’m being told April 17 I have also purchased a bedroom set from a different company (American signature furniture ) Within the last two months And I’m sure they’re going through the same struggles however they only ran a week behind the original date and I was informed every step of the way. You are Unable to reach anyone over the phone just through the chat box. There are too many other furniture stores try your luck with them versus getting your money tied up with Ashley furniture. Very disappointed
Our experience at this location was very pleasant and it was easy to place our order in store. The sales representative and store manager were lovely. I’m giving four stars because the delivery team delivered the wrong piece and it has taken over two weeks to rectify. However, Jeremy was able to correct this issue without needing to pass it off to another team. Getting ahold of customer service outside of the store is impossible unless you use the text feature. I will NEVER purchase again. Ashley’s Furniture used to be a good company , but they are HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY . I purchased my furniture in September 2021, it is now March and I still do not have all my furniture; I was initially told my items would be deliver in January. They’re delivery team is TERRIBLE! They damaged my brand new hardwood floors. Our dining room table delivery came damaged! They had to reschedule delivery. My foot board panel came damaged on my Master bedroom set. And my bar stool delivery was missing a bar stool. The delivery team that delivered my bar stools stated that they delivered 3 barstools, but only two were received . And now, they have to open up a “case” regarding the confusion, and they do not know when they will get my final bar stool out to me. The damaged foot board panel will not be delivered until 04/10/22 and today is 03/05/22!!! I feel like Ashley’s does not put their customers first, nor do they value customer loyalty . I am HIGHLY DISSATISFIED

Very long wait time for furniture
Sells person was really nice when we went but had the furniture for 2 years and it already falling apart. The cushions are sinking in and the wood inside is broke. No one is jumping on it for that to happen. I am so disappointed
My husband and I recently went to look at headboards for our new apartment and honestly with previous experience walked in a little discouraged because we’ve never shopped at a large furniture store before. With that being said we were afraid of the total cost. We originally thought we could only afford a mattress from a cheap warehouse and a metal frame/platform. To our surprise we walk in and receive AMAZING HELP/CUSTOMER SERVICE from Derrick! From the start he got all the answers he needed and showed us our options and got to work! Still hesitant about the prices we saw he told us he got us and HE SURE DID! We spent not a penny over budget was able to receive an amazing headboard with light fixtures even a mattress and box springs KING SIZE! DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLE! We can’t thank him enough and we’re very happy with our outcome. If you happen to go to Ashley’s make sure to ask for Derrick!

Judge mental sales associates..
The store was in nice condition and the staff was super friendly. But the store electronic equipment needs updating. They have two computer systems customers may use to search for merchandise. One was not working properly and the 2nd device needed a system update or upgrade. Checking out was weird, I was told not to use my card chip system to pay for furniture. Something to do with not being able to be refunded if I changed my mind about the purchase.( Totally strange) My personal preference, organize store in sections. Bedroom, living room, family room etc... much better than walking from one side of the store to the other to look at different pieces.
We've been shopping for living room furniture for awhile, close to 2 months. Stopping by Ashley furniture store for the second or third time and keeping our eye on the same furniture for the most part. We finally decided to purchase the living room furniture we've been shopping for and the sales person at the Morrow store was very pleasant and friendly. The pricing was good too. Where do I start 😡 First I paid for premium delivery which means they are suppose to put it together and when it arrived to my house it wasn’t put together and I was told by the delivery guy he wasn’t putting it together. I then called the store and the manger told me to send it back and she would make it right. Next I was told I couldn’t have it put together if I wanted it by thanksgiving so they resent it but this time I didn’t pay for it to be put together, I told them I would do it myself. I opened my boxes to put everything together and not only was it broken it was the wrong items and was marked up! I called them to let them know and was told it’s nothing they could do for me. They told me their sales associate wrote my order down wrong but I couldn’t do anything about it!!!! I will never again waste my money here! Not only did I have multiple issues with my actual items they didn’t even try to fix the problem!!!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

The store manager, ANGELA MORGAN, was HORRIBLE. Please do not visit this store. There is honestly no reason to even purchase anything from Ashley HomeStore because they don't even have anything in stock! The store manager pushes people to do different financing, lies about in stock items, is not helpful, rude, unprofessional, and they are just trying to get you for your money. Angela (the WORST customer service/manager I have EVER worked with) refused to help me with my order delivery, continued to talk over me (even when I asked her not to...she said she didn't care and would continue to talk over me), and refused to help me with my order. She said since I didn't pay them (I used the financing company they forced me to use), that she WOULD NOT help me! I am furious. Not to mention they told me my bed would be delivered and it has YET to make it. I repeat, ANGELA MORGAN (WORST STORE MANAGER EVERRRR) SHOULD BE FIRED AND REPRIMANDED FOR HOW SHE TREATS HER PAYINGGGG CUSTOMERS!

0 stars if that was an option. Sent a broken desk. Delivery people put 2 pieces together and then left it there. Said Ashley would be in contact because the parts were broken and it needed to be replaced. Fast forward 5 months later. I cannot seem to get the furniture returned, replaced or get a refund. Thanks for holding onto my money and scheduling delivery days for me to stay home and wait all day and then for you to not show up and tell me after I have to reach out yet again and figure this out on my own. A bit of advice Ashley's..you need to check on the quality of your items every single time instead of only for customers who've already receive defective products. At that point its already too late.
The store and customer service have a disconnect, instead of them helping a customer I heard how every department told me the wrong thing. I finally after all my calls a being shifted around got my problem solved. Ashley lost a customer because 5months after my purchase I’m just getting my items back that was damaged by them the WOST service on both ends I have ever had.
My order did not arrive when I was told, I did an online chat and was given another date of a month out. When I got to the store I was told my purchase was on back order until January 2022. The staff at the store was very nice and I know there was nothing they could really do. I decided to cancel the order because the delivery date continued to change and I was never contacted.
Terrible experience very dissatisfied with the poor quality of the furniture the lies and lack of communication from the employees. DO NOT BUY FROM AF. Once you pay it’s a done deal you won’t hear from them for months and will have to fight for your money and won’t see your furniture in the time they say it will be deliver!!

Update on my previous review. Of the mattress and base that was missing parts. Found out the new base for my bed was not ordered as they said. And that they didn't know when I could expect a new base. I canceled the order and told them to refund my money and to pick up the mattress and base. I was then told the pick up would not happen right away and could take as long as 3 weeks. With customer service like that , I don't know how they stay in business

If I could go lower I would. Extremely poor customer service. Extremely mediocre quality. I picked up the a king sized bed frame along with about $7,000 in furniture. On the first night the three wood beams across the bottom of the bed frame caved in. Simple fix, just replace the part right? Well I called Ashley numerous times throughout the week. One day I called ten times to which I received no answer. So after sleeping on the couch all week Saturday comes around and I proceed to go to the store just for them to say, there is a no return policy. They can’t even replace the beams…Extremely poor customer service and piss poor quality. Do better Ashley
Absolutely terrible service. Poor and misleading business practices. They will take your money and three months later tell you your item is discontinued. Rob you of the interest that would have accrued in your own bank account. Theft by deception with no remorse.

Purchase made on 5/31/21. Furniture arrived damaged on 06/20/21 (2nd attempt). Called 1-800 number and advised I wanted to cancel and receive a refund on 06/21/21. After many hours on the ph I was provided a case number. Today is 04-August and Ashley Furniture of Morrow, GA has not refunded our money. Each time I call it’s going to be another 5 -6 days. Corporate is saying the store is the reason, the store manager is advising it’s the Accounting office and they have lots of refunds to issue and are behind. So Ashley Furniture is holding client money in an interest bearing account fo months or indefinitely and not rapidly processing refunds? Is this one for consumer affairs. Where is my refund which has been authorized since 21-June? Total refund included tax and delivery. This company is not reputable and my kitchen is still bare as they have not refunded our money. Don’t buy from Ashley

Ghetto Ashley furniture. I spent almost a lot money to bought furniture and it’s been more 3 months and no delivery. I am going to file lawsuit to get refund money. They will give good service once you walk in and once you paid and schedule delivery then here you go. I faced a lot problems and stressed out. Long story short Please go any other place or any other Ashley furniture but not this one.
This place was a huge problem from day one. Purchasing Alone took 4 hours. I requested to do self pick up, they said no. ( they where only trying to get the delivery fee). Delivery date came and the they had to reschedule. Next delivery date came and I was suppose to get my stuff between 9am and 1pm, again they rescheduled for the same day but between 2pm and 6:15pm. 5pm got here I get w call saying they would not deliver my stuff until the next day because they forgot to put my stuff on the truck. After all day of calling, I’ll call u back and no call backs, I received the furniture. The furniture was damaged, scuffs, strings coming off the stitching and greasy finger prints in the fabric from when the delivery people brought in the house with no plastic and greasy gloves. I have been waiting for 2 days for a call for replacement no call. I call them and I’m getting the run around. These people want to give me a delivery date but no actual time. I work. I have already took extra days off for a delivery that did not come when scheduled and they expecting to do this again. At a lost of $220 a day I will be paying double the price for this furniture. This location did not measure up to the one at Stonecrest. Given lots of misinformation. Even though I have an Ashley Furniture Credit card with a current ZERO balance, I was vetted like I was being hired by the FBI. All of my info was on record & I showed them my Driver's license, they still wanted my SS# & another Credit card for ID. I was not happy about that. They never even used my Credit card because they pulled up everything from their computer system. I have A1 credit & paid the last furniture balance off in 3 months; 12 months early. The delivery timetable was ridiculous. We decided to go pick up the mattress instead of waiting 14 days for delivery. Inexcusable! I will shop at Stonecrest should I need to purchase again. from the time I walked in, the service was stellar! They asked if I needed help. When I said I was just looking, they let me look and find them if I needed them. When I found what I was looking for, the sales lady was kind and very open and about business yet friendly.
You have to understand what professionalism is! The majority of all the people here are not professional. Derek is someone who is definitely professional. Yolonda is also respectable but the rest of the employees that are hired for verification in the back, need a bit more training in multiple areas. Secondly, you should never blame the customer when it’s your job to speak with the financing company for verification if there are any issues. The direct line to the financial company is something that is clearly available to you all. There is no need for the rude attitudes by the employees. Terrible experience.

If I could give no star I would. I went into Ashley to get a bedroom set for my son. The actual purchasing process was ok. They were back ordered on a lot of items so he couldn’t get a full bedroom set. I received a notification saying my items would be delivered May 30/31, which is what the store told me. On the 31 it was an hour pass my delivery window so I called and was told oh no your order is June 2nd. I was going to return the items but it would take 6 weeks for a refund. On June 2nd they brought and assembled my items but did not take the old mattress away ( they told me in the store that I had to pay for it to be removed). The delivery driver lied to my mother telling her that they had no mattress bags and would have someone out in the next couple of days. 4 days later (June 6) I called the 1800 number and the associate apologized and stated that he saw where I paid for the removal and wasn’t sure what was going on. So he put in a help ticket for me and said I would hear something in 48 hours. 4 days later (June 10th) I called back only for them to makes notes on the account as to why they cannot come and get the mattress. They said it was soiled and that they took pictures of the mattress that day and they only take clean mattresses. I stated that they were two days late with the delivery so the mattress was outside waiting for them and if they had come on the right day it would’ve been so dirty. So now they are saying that I did not pay for removal and it would have been a courtesy. 🤯🤯🤯 so now that I want a refund to pay someone to come and get this mattress it was a courtesy and I’m not entitled to any type of compensation. But the store and the associate that made the case for me both informed me that I did pay for this service. Buyer beware … once they get your money they don’t care. This is my first and last experience with them.
This is the worst furniture store ever i bought a bed set was supposed to be deliver in a few days they never called me to tell me the order got pushed back I called multiple times and they kept pushing the order back The worst service ever very disappointed never shopping here again wouldn’t recommend it .
I will never recommend this store! Someone cancelled my mattress and I'm having to fight to get it back. It was supposed to be delivered with my bedroom set, after waiting 2 months, and I learned the day of delivery it was cancelled. It's been a week and I'm still trying to get in touch with Kerry or Angie!!!
I ordered a living room and bedroom set in March. In May I had not received anything so I cancelled my living room set. Finally got my delivery on June 1st and my chest, drawers and mattress was forgotten. Finally got a reschedule date for the remaining items except the mattress. Someone cancelled the mattress instead of the sofa. I've been fighting to speak someone about getting my mattress back on my account. I've called the store several times, can't ever get the manager or the sales person because I'm told I have to speak with her. She's the only one that can do it. I'm so over this!! I will never shop at this store AGAIN!!

It depends entirely. If you plan on purchasing solely online with no assistance from customer service, go ahead. But you better hope you don’t run into a problem. There was a piece I saw online that wasn’t going to be available for another 15 weeks (delivery), so I tried to see if it was available in any Ashley store. I was willing to drive far, that’s how bad I wanted the piece. I called over 5 stores, kept getting transferred, kept getting hung up on, referred back to main corporate customer service line, and never actually got through to any individual store to inquire if they sold the piece! No one literally no one could assist me. I tried for over an hour and finally gave up. I was willing to pay and drive to get this piece, but I guess Ashley furniture doesn’t want sales bad enough. Their customer service overall could use major improvement.

I really would like to give a negative star. I ordered my mom a kitchen dining room set for CHRISTMAS. While in the store, no salesperson offered any assistance until I had to get someone’s attention. After placing the order, the furniture was not delivered until mid January and the kitchen chairs were extremely damaged. A technician did not show up until late February and never let us know the next steps to replacing the furniture. I had to constantly call and was told that ANOTHER technician would need to come and survey the chairs for damage. FINALLY, the damaged chairs were replaced on MAY 11th!!! And they still have some damage!!! Now we are waiting for yet another technician to come to repair the damaged chairs. I will never be purchasing anything from this company again and will let all of my friends, family and acquaintances know not to do the same.

Initially I went to another furniture store which I have an account with but they did not have a good selection and majority of the majority of what they did have would take months to arrive! Ashley Furniture on other hand had great choices and my needs was taken care of immediately! My hats off to the sales person for her great service and being able to take care of my needs. Got about 10 employees in there and not ONE spoke as they were standing alone at a piece of furniture or even walking alone. One walking and talking on her phone. Not even a greeting. I had to flag one of the guys down. Trying to get him a sale ... but needed it delivered to another state conversation got real short quick. I was told I didn't even come here but I still did.
Yolanda was very informative and knowledgeable about the furniture that was purchased. I will definitely come see her again when it’s time to get the King set.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I know that it’s Covid but we received broken furniture. The delivery contractor that they hired literally dropped our sectional onto the ground. I called and reported it to Ashley’s customer service. They didn’t replace it as any other furniture store would. They wanted to repair it but there’s no way to repair it because the technician discovered the the FRAME IS BROKEN!! We’ve been going back and forth with them for 11 months!!!! The warranty company said that we needed to stay on them but WHY?!?!? Shouldn’t they desire to provide quality to their PAYING CUSTOMERS?????? Rooms To Go immediately replaced our dinette set for a stitching issue within the month we initially received it and WITHOUT HESITATION! ALSO, we purchased an area rug and two throw pillows mid February. We were given a direct ship delivery date for two days later. An entire month goes by, so we decided to travel to the store to check on the update for the sectional and the delivery issue only to find out that allllll three items were on back order. However, no one from Ashley thought to call us about the update!! We immediately requested a refund for the rug and the pillows. We’re never shopping at ASHLEY AGAIN!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!

I’m reaching out to you regarding my AWFUL EXPERIENCE at the Southlake store in Morrow, GA. I should have followed my intuition on Sunday, April 18 and left the store when all signs and red flags indicated that customer service was NOT top priority at this location. However, I loved the lamp and wanted to purchase it. Needless to say, I purchased the lamp and upon delivery, the lamp was damaged. I opened the box and the marble base of the lamp was chipped. I called the store to try to receive some reasonable customer service and viable options for rectifying the situation and received neither. My telephonic experience was horrific and I still have a chipped lamp with no acceptable resolution. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to try to assist in resolving this situation.

Ashley furniture protection is the worst I have encountered in GA state. My furniture protection is with GBS service. It takes over 1 hour to actually talk to a representative then they would send your service to Furniture engineer which I am still waiting to get a call from March 8th 2021 to now April 7th 2021. If customer service means so much then Ashley furniture in sake of their reputation should filter who works with them..It's horrible service...

Called the store to speak to a sales rep. A young lady answered the phone and immediately asked me to hold. I was left on hold and eventually the phone disconnected. I called back several times after, with no answer. I was looking to purchase an item that I physically saw the previous day in the store. Tried ordering online but it was "sold out". Assuming they must be busy, I decided to travel to the store and was disappointed to find one car in the parking lot. I entered the store to find at least 5 employees conversing at the desk in the back. Thankfully, a gentleman by the name of Patrick was on the floor and kindly helped me with my order.
I bought some items from this store that was to be delivered form the warehouse. Was told would be delivered 4th Jan ,then customer support said on 23rd jan .recieved text alert it would be delivered on 23rd. I had to call today to find out items are not in stock and would be delivered 14th feb .dont waste your time at this store. I will never buy anything here again
I would not recommend shopping here!!! I ordered a bedroom set for my son in GA a few days before Thanksgiving. I was informed that the night stand was on back order so they could not deliver it until after Dec 15th. They scheduled Dec 21st around his work schedule for delivery. On the 21st, I still had not heard a thing from them so called the store number. I chose the button for delivery questions and the customer service rep said there was no intent to deliver that day because all the pieces were on back order until Jan 15th and the door it’s until Feb. Since no one at the store had informed me of any of this, she recommended I call the store. I called the store number and once again got options to choose but none of them directed me to a store employee. I kept having to speak with a customer service rep and was disconnected several times. When I finally told the rep that I needed to speak with someone at the store immediately he said he would it h me through. He came back and said the store didn’t answer and they had been having that happen recently. I asked how in the world I talk to someone about the circus around the delivery of the bedroom set and he said I would just have to go to the store myself. Really? I love in Indiana. Still have not reached anyone at the store and at this point I just want to cancel the order!!!!!!!! Very poor customer service!!!!😡

Went into this MORROW location spent over $3k on 11/17/2020. Had to wait until WEEKS for delivery. No dinning room table for our covid Thanksgiving at home. OK FINE! The anticipated 12/5/2020 day comes...the couches get delivered in the WRONG COLOR. The deliverers BLAME the local store. I get set up for the next available redelivery A WEEK LATER (no apology, no discount, no sense of urgency on a redelivery, Nothing). 12/11/2020 rolls around-not only am I THE LAST DROP-OFF of 16 appointments (alll wrong!!!), but they arrive with GUESS WHAT??? THE WRONG COLOR, AGAIN! Whose fault is this?? Evan Johnson and team give me my money while yall figure out management & issue resolution training. This is terrible. Now here Christmas is 1 week away and I have yet to see my full refund for item#00000 3700415/Ebony Wyche/678-760-4448. I ORDERED BLACK NOT WHITE. I don’t want the couches or anything from you besides my money, every dime! Looking for a stressful shopping experience GO HERE. (The correct Dinning room table/chairs/bench arrived on the anticipated date, got assembled, no problem.)

I ordered one king bed frame from this store during Labor Day weekend on September 6th, 2020 and it’s been a whirlwind of delays and horrible customer service. The original delivery date was set for around October 19th, but when the date finally came, I received a call saying that they had to delay shipping because they didn’t have all of the parts. Due to COVID, I understood that there were disruptions to the supply chain so we re-scheduled. However, this happened 2 MORE times - a total of 3 delays so far. My last scheduled delivery was November 19th. I had opted for the option where Ashley will assemble the furniture for me. The third party logistics company showed up at my house with the bed frame, then promptly left because they claimed they didn’t have the hardware. They also dinged up my staircase walls from carrying the pieces of furniture up and down my stairs. I called Ashley customer service and they said they needed their system to update with the logistic’s company’s notes in order to proceed with re-scheduling. I was also told that I would be called within 2-3 days about the situation, but never received a call. I just got off the phone with customer service and they had the audacity to tell me that they sent an email about re-scheduling - THERE WAS NO EMAIL. Nothing in my inbox, nothing in spam. I’ve received emails from Ashley before in my regular inbox, so this was a blatant lie to try to make it seem like I didn’t do my due diligence. So after doing Ashley’s customer service job of setting up my own delivery set for December 5th, a full 3 months after I had ordered this piece of furniture, and after having my staircase walls dinged up, I’m still without a bed frame continuing to sleep on my mattress on the floor. Due to Ashley’s stupid return policy, I now have to march myself to the store to cancel this order IN PERSON because “you have to sign papers in person”, but this is probably actually a deterrent scheme to make it harder for you to cancel in hopes that you just keep the order instead. BUYER BEWARE! I’ve bought pieces from Rooms-To-Go, Haverty’s, and Wayfair and have had pleasant experiences with ALL of these furniture stores! I tried working around Ashley’s schedule, but this company will take advantage of your patience. Please be aware that you have options other than dealing with this nightmare of a furniture store.

I purchased my dining room set mid July and was told it was on backorder but would be available for delivery within a month. We scheduled the delivery for August. Since initial purchase my delivery date has been changed/pushed back four times with no clear explanation other than it hasn't arrived to the warehouse. Customer service has been horrible because I asked that my issue be expedited due to the continuous delays and still have not received a call/email from anyone in the corporate office. I was never even offered any kind of service recovery such as money off the shipping or delivery cost. When I asked about it was told nothing could be done because the set was on sale at the time of purchase (not clearance). Im at a point where I may just request a full refund and take my business somewhere it is better appreciated. I hope anyone reading this has a better experience than I did.

The instructions were very confusing, and I received 4 of the same frame hardware that goes in the 4 corners of the bed to hold the frame up. (The AJ & AK). I followed up in the store and was advised to call the online number. After calling the online number, I stayed on the phone waiting for someone for 40 minutes, after which i left a message to be given a call back in 24 to 48 hours. I never received a call back. I called the online number once again and have been disconnected several times, and have not been able to speak with anyone to get this issue resolved. I will never ever order anything else from Ashley Furniture. I have a bed that I cannot sleep on until Ashley Furniture sends me the correct pieces to the frame. Their customer service is a joke. Their calls will abruptly end while you are in the middle of trying to resolve the issue. A recording comes on and ask you to rate them. Whattt? This company has been a nightmare for me and my husband we purchased a bed room suit from this company in August they delivered and set our bedroom suit up and left after they left I went into start transferring our stuff into our bedroom and discovered that part of my bed frame was busted we are now in October and our bed hasn't been fixed🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 so I decided I would give the company the benefit of the doubt and try again so we tried again we went to the morrow store and purchased two more pieces of furniture that is suppose to be delivered this month and I recently called to check on the status and found out that bothe piece wouldn't be delivered till November and December then they told me that one piece had been discontinued and some one would be getting in contact with me I have never ever had to deal with something like this it has been a night mare for us so I will not be purchasing anything eles from this company purchase at your on risk !!!!!!!!
Very poor customer service in the actual store in Morrow Georgia. No accountability for indiscrepancies or wrongdoing. The warehouse was a complete professional, pleasant encounter, the gentleman working at the warehouse deserve kudos and to be acknowledged with merit.

My sales rep Antwan was great . He listened to our idea selection pieces of furniture. He was patient with us and kind . NOW FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! When it comes to calling to confirm the delivery is absolutely HORRIBLE. I received 2 calls to confirm my delivery and when I missed my delivery confirmation , my items was postponed for an additional week . When my items was delivered I was still missing 2 - 3 rooms worth of furniture. All split up and coming different days. At the time of order it wasn’t explained to me that any of my items was on back order however that’s the excuse I’m currently receiving . There needs to be a better system as it relates to Purchasing, Confirming and Delivery of furniture. When any cable company comes to install they will text and call and ask you to select 1 if you’re keeping your appointment or 2 if you need to reschedule. I suggest something like this needs to be in place with this company . I’m very disappointed and will never purchase from Ashley again! To pay for all of my furniture up and not receive what I ordered on the said day is poor customer service and false advertisement. I would advise anyone getting anything from this store , if you can’t pick it up yourself don’t bother waiting on a delivery. Signed Agitated Customer.

Sales associate was ok, nothing great worth mentioning, but that's the least of my frustration. May 2019, my husband and I purchased a dining room table with chairs and chose threshold delivery. The table and chairs were delivered early morning about 2 weeks later. After opening the boxes and inspecting the furniture, we noticed that 2 of the chairs were damaged, so I contacted the store and they said to call back the next day cause they couldn't help me, and the person who could was not there. I called back the next day and got a technician scheduled to come out about a week and a half later. The technician comes out and says they'll have to ship us replacement parts which should take about 1-2 weeks. 1 week later, nothing.. 2 weeks later, nothing.. 3 weeks later, still nothing.. By the 4th week, I was done being patient, so I decided to call the store and they gave me the corporate number. I called the number and spoke to someone and she said the tech forgot to put in the order to ship the replacements, so she will put it in and the items will be here August 5th. She also told me to call back about 1 week before the delivery date to make sure that it is en route. I did as she said and this person tells me it is en route and to call back on August 5th if we don't get the delivery. August 5th comes, you guessed it, NOTHING. I called corporate and this person I spoke to said she isn't sure why we haven't gotten the delivery yet and has no ETA, because the person who could give her the ETA was not there, and she would give me a call the next day. Next day comes, no call (thought I would be nice and give them and extra day). 2 days out, still no call. So I call them AGAIN and this person tells me the exact same thing as the last person. So next day rolls around and guess what...no call. I called them AGAIN today and this person tells me there is nothing scheduled to be delivered to us....are.you.effing.serious?....She then tells me she is going to speak to her manager and call me back in an hour. 3 hours later, I had to call them myself. This time, the person tells me she is not sure what the last person was looking at, but it does show there is a delivery scheduled (but of course, she does not know the ETA), the shipment was sent out last week . We will see.....this is ridiculous.

When I walked in a man said that he would be with me shortly, just look around. I did, found what I wanted, and I waited. Waited for 20 minutes on the couch that I found, but he was still busy. Saw 5 sales people standing around joking and laughing - so I went up and asked for some help. One woman helped begrudgingly. I asked about a couch and she claimed it wouldn’t be available until December (I later ordered the couch online and it was delivered in two weeks). She walked off back to the group. I went up, asked again for some help for other options. She said that they work on commission and she didn’t want to take his customer from him. What am I supposed to do? Wait around for him all day when you’re all standing around? I said, I have things to do, I would like to be helped now. She wasn’t very helpful, I felt like I was dragging her from piece to piece. Then she wandered off, so I went to get her for the third time to ask about another couch. She again told me it was unavailable AND THEN she greeted some new customers who walked through the door and completely ditched me. I HAD NEVER FELT SO DISRESPECTED IN MY LIFE! And here I was looking to buy a bed set as well, but I walked right out of that store never to return. You know, I had purchased from Ashley in Wisconsin before I moved and I was treated so well. So I know, this bad experience was just because of the staff at this store. Even still, I purchased Ashley items online, spent over 2k which I’m SO glad she didn’t get commission for. Honestly though, I’m so used to being treated like this in Atlanta. Regardless, I don’t forget about this. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
Derrick welcomed and offered to assist me when I walked into the store. He was patient and looked up several pieces of furniture, as well as made suggestions, until I found the right piece(s). Derrick has a very calm temperament and I enjoyed working with him. There are several more pieces of furniture I need and will definitely look to Derrick for assistance.

Found the furniture I wanted and loved it ! However after I paid for it... I was told I wouldn’t get it for 4 weeks. 😔 THEN I was notified LESS than 24 hours in advance as to when it would be delivered. Inconveniently it’s scheduled to show up while I’m at work. You would think delivery would be scheduled per customer convenience but no.....it’s scheduled at the convenience of the drivers and the area they are in. So 1. I purchased a product and can’t get when I buy it. 2. Im not notified within a reasonable time for a delivery time 3.I have can’t receive it at a time convenient for me (the customer) but it’s what’s convenient for you. CATERING TO THE CUSTOMER ISNT THEIR STRONG POINT ! Furniture is cute though.
It was an easy and great experience!! I went in one day and bought a clearance item but I didn't pick it up, and I called back to see if I could just buy a brand new item instead and they were willing to work with me. They made it a seamless transaction and Patrick helped me out on both sales. I'm definitely a repeat customer.
The manager when I was there after 5pm today was very pleasant. She had a welcoming spirit and I would type her name but I don't want to misspell. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
I was in desperate need of a bed for my master bedroom but lacked the funds to get what I wanted. After explaining the situation to my salesman Derrick, he informed me if a lease purchase program that would help not only with the financing but help build my credit as well. I decided to pursue that option and got exactly what I was looking for. It was hassle free and simple. The employees were great and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I will definitely utilize them again in the near future. Thank you Ashley!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere
Horrible experience! Left with a bad taste for all Ashley Furniture! Manager was rude, order was all messed up and caused a HUGE INCONVENIENCE! Definitely unsatisfied.... will NEVER deal with this company again.
My husband and I purchased a bed from the clearance center at this location. 1st off we were only looking for a headboard but ended up purchasing the whole bed. Before leaving the saleswoman informed us after the fact that we would have to pick it up the next day because that part of the store closed at 5pm. It was 5:15. We could have gotten it sooner had someone been interested in helping us. Anyway so my husband went back to pick it up the next day and they didnt give him all the parts. So he went back the day after that only to get the run around and a suggestion that we go to home depot or lowes and get them to cut wood for us. Hubby wasnt having that so eventually they ordered the "missing parts" which would take 3 weeks. Fast forward received what was supposed to be the missing parts to realize during the 2nd attempt to put this bed together PARTS ARE STILL MISSING L! UGH!!!! I will be calling them 1st thing tomorrow morning! This is ridiculous!
I ordered furniture on the 19th I was told it was going to arrive in 7 days I stressed how badly I need this furniture. Two days before it was supposed to arrive they called saying the bed was on back order but I can get everything else on the original delivery date , the next day I was notified everything got pushed back to August first I called four different corporate numbers, the store and chatted online . Everyone was sending me other places and saying they couldn’t help. Today I got a call saying the bed was now on back order until October. Don’t shop here if u can help it . Terrible business and everyone acts like they can’t help you

Their furniture is good quality, but unfortunately they cannot get configurations correct nor do they reach back out to you in order to rectify a situation that was cause by the sales employee. I absolutely WILL NOT purchase from them again. It’s been over a month since I have had this unused furniture in my home still within the plastic and no one wants to give me what I paid out front and out of pocket for. NEVER AGAIN

So the issue is on 5/25/20 the order was placed at store number 23 in Morrow GA under the store associate name, address, and phone number. (DERRICK GABLE). I was told on 5/25 in the store by Mr. Derrick Gable that everything would be corrected with my correct shipping address and name I provided and wrote down before leaving the location. I called multiple times to make sure the address was updated and It never was. After speaking with someone 3-4 times the delivery date comes which was 6/30 and I called once again and the address was STILL reading as Mr Gables address instead of mine. I was informed that the merchandise was delivered to his home address but upon delivery whomever answered the door started that I didn’t live there. I was in contact with the store location before it was deliver and after they attempted to deliver all on 6/30/2020. I was told that the driver wasn’t going to be able to deliver the merchandise because the correct address was an hour away. I was told since the merchandise was still on the truck I needed to wait 24-48 for it to be redelivered AGAIN providing them with the correct address once again. Once again it wasn’t documented or corrected and an associate stated that he would keep an eye on the order and would contact us immediately after it was unloaded from the truck. Today comes 7/1 and once again the location was contacted for an ETA of the order and the address was still incorrect and reading as the employees address. After being on the phone for an hour I was told by the associate that the bed was no longer available and that we could go to another store closer to our address being as though the Morrow location is an hour away from my home. We arrive at the Morrow location an hour away from my home to not be greeted and to be told to look through clearance beds in the back. Jeremy Johnson( Manager) walked away when we first started to explain what was happening and returned in a unprofessional manner and stated “I thought y’all was going to another location” I then go on to explain the situation and in return I was told to calm down while he thought it was appropriate to laugh and smile directly in my face as I explained my frustration. No apology was given or no solution was offered. He continued to repeat “ YALL WANNA REFUND” as explained to him we wanted to know where was the bed was and no answer was given. In the midst of this KEISHA HAMILTON another manager joined the conversation very aggressively yelling “JUST CANCEL THE ORDER”. Keisha took it upon herself to state that we the customer were dealing with a “REAL ONE” implying a fight and threatened to call the police. My frustration as a consumer is that there was no empathy, no ownership for the mishap done on the employees behalf, and there was no solution or answers offered. I still don’t know where the order is and basically was forced into a refund. This has cause much stress as it has now inconvenience our house warming and 4th July weekend that was to be held at my home. This has put a very nasty taste in my mouth and I don’t plan on shopping here ever again. I’ve never experienced being threatened over an mistake that was not caused by me.

My experience at this location was great! I was greeted when I walked in by Terry M. he was helpful and gave me space to figure out what I wanted while still attending to my needs. When it was time to check out it was done in 10 mins or less he was friendly, professional , and had great customer service. Definitely will come back to this location!
This has been the most horrific experience. If you can please just go somewhere else especially if you plan on ordering more than one piece of furniture. You will get your furniture in pieces on multiple dates. You will pay for things that are in stock only to be told 2 days before that your items are to be delivered that they are on back order. No one seems to really care especially the in store employees. When the furniture is delivered it comes with the wrong parts and is sent back only to be told the correct pets are on back order 😩. Rude, unorganized, and extremely unprofessional!

I have had a rough experience. With my last two purchases. My furniture had been purchased 2 months prior to me closing. I was told my items would be in stock for my delivery. However I had to push out delivery. Until everything finalized. It's extremely hard to get through to customer service. Eventually someone called to confirm delivery. Informing me two months after purchase. I was unable to get all my items on the designated date. I was livid. Somehow the call disconnected and no return call. Couple days later they are calling about the second delivery to confirm. I explained to them I had two different orders and how the rep contacted me. Hung up or got disconnected an never called me back. Now he is telling me two items aren't available and to contact the store. Called store spoke to Dontay Porter. He stated the only way to get resolution for my issues. I had to come in store. I went in I was assisted by Kiesha. She's the only reason I gave any stars. Because after I explained everything I endured. She worked vigorously to somewhat make it better. So that me and my kids didn't have to move in to our new home not having beds that were paid for. In the mist of me speaking with her. Dontay butted in the conversation thinking that I said he said something! Totally out of pocket beings though his demeanor was negative. And he wasn't even helping me. I was furious and spoke on the horrible customer service received thus far. He noticed I was looking at his badge. Then he stated it's Porter. So I continued to write his name down because I wanted corporate to know how unpleasant my last couple experiences have been. Thanks to Kiesha although I'm still not getting my whole order at once. I'm grateful we will at least have beds to sleep in. She went over and beyond and made my day.
The customer service was horrible! I came to spend money but left with NOTHING. Nobody offered any assistance. We got there at 6:53 and people were standing outside. At 6:55 p.m this guy opens the door and lets a few people in but not us... we knocked on the door to speak with someone else and ask what time they closed she said 7..she ended up letting us in! Her customer service was not up to par either so i left.
The customer service was good but when it came time to pick up products I rented a truck only to be told no warehouse was there on Monday. I had to come back on Wednesday and rent the truck again. After not being able to pick up product on Monday, I was given a list of people to hire by the young lady that said she was the manage. This was a horrible experience.

My first experience buying furniture from this store in Morrow, GA and it was and still is a NIGHTMARE! BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered a 2 piece leather sectional and coffee table and it took them 1 month and 1 day to deliver. When I received it, it wasn&'t what I expected due to the fact they didn&'t have any in the store only a picture because it was a popular item ( so I was told). When it arrived, it wasn&'t at all what we thought and immediately visited the store and requested to exchange for the couch and loveseat. We were told to contact customer service but they never answered. So we called to speak to the manager and was told that since we bought it we are stuck with it. We said we wanted to exchange and said they could keep the difference but he said no. I called the corporate office but was rerouted to customer service and they had me on hold until the phone was disconnected. I checked online and twitter and was horrified by all the negative reviews and similar stories to mine. Who would&'ve ever thought a big company such as Ashley&'s would be so shady and I mean Shady. They bully their customers and don&'t care about service and Integrity!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I had to give to give it a rating or I wouldn&'t be able to post this review but the review is a 0!!!

It took a month to receiver the delivery of my furniture, it came damaged. I was told someone will call to reschedule a redelivery. It took three days for that call to come. The rep thy called was very rude on the phone after he was informed that it is unreasonable for Ashley furnishes to deliver my furniture in July. I requested to speak with his supervisor which he refused to oblige to. My house is presently without furniture and it's going to be like that for two months due to Ashley furniture. The worst part is the employees o have spokeN to are nonchalant about how horrible their service is. I regret doing business with Ashley furniture.
Horrible! Workers will walk right pass you & not even ask rather you need help or not ... picking up your furniture is the biggest hassle waited for about two hours just to get a sectional!

I shopped on Memorial Day weekend. There was some pretty decent deals during that time. How about several items the thing that got me was the delivery cost I just live between 10 and 15 minutes from the location I shopped in and it cost me $200 for delivering. That didn't sit well with me, especially after all the money that I had just spent. The furniture is good quality furniture they could use a little more variety in color.

Absolute worst customer service ever. Rescheduled delivery two times and I still don't know when I'll get it. Been on hold 1/2 hour . called back and put on hold again, no one seems to care about customer service and they are so dumb that they don't even realize without customers corporate will close their store and goodbye job. Wrote letter to corporate office , so we'll see how they feel! Just shows that district or general manager isn't doing a very good job. Because being a retired General Manager for Home Depot for 20 yrs this is just so sad to see these people not take pride in their job. It truly reflects in the employees!!!!

Jeremy at Ashley Home store in Morrow, Ga does not have the customer service expertise to be in any leadership role. I looked online and Kevin is the real store manager&'s name. These people are criminals, they took my money and sold my item. Just to call me back 5 days later, with no solution. Then voided my transaction without my permission! When i asked for the district manager&'s number, they took their own measures, and voided my item. I&'m shocked and upset that this is what is going on in a furniture store! After i spent over $1300 with them in 2 days (they will void everything then) If this is not resolved... I&'m taking my business to Macy&'s. This is disgusting behavior! I will never come back here again!
Browsing the showroom floor furniture experience wasn't bad, it was the checkout and delivery of my purchase where it went all the way bad! They ask you to go to the back of the store where someone will ask you for your SSN to verify your credit status. I felt very uncomfortable giving out my number and I had my store credit card and ID on me! We were there to buy a living room, dining set and the salesman whom I learned doesn't work there anymore, took an hour checking us out because he didn't know how to split deliveries on the computer. Of course he blamed the computer😂. On top of that he forgot to add our living room table set to the order! So, I guess to make things all better he decided to wave the tax and delivery fee they ask for up front.(he tacked on to the total bill, so if I didnt pay it off in time I would be paying interest on that too). Anyway, the dining room set came on time but the living room set we waited a month for and finally went into the store and cancelled our order. They told me it will be a month before the credit is added back to my card! This place is the worst so I took my money to Rooms To Go.

I took my 80 year old mom shopping last week at Ashley in Morrow, Ga. We were cordially greeted by a sweet young woman, Brittany. She explained she had just gotten her wisdom teeth pulled and apologized for her funny talking. We had already picked a set, we just wanted to look again and make sure we picked the right one. She helped us pull pillows from other sets to see if we were gonna like it with those colors. She explained the 5yr protection policy to us so well we actually bought it which is something we&'ve never done. The policy was too good not to buy. So we purchased and took delivery today. My pops is 86 and not well. Although we went over last night and moved out the old furniture, my mom was worried about us having to drive back over and move her tables back in to place. Brittany had explained she was sorry but they will not move them for her. We were going to head back over today, however, the guys moved them for her anyway. Knowing they were not supposed to, they saw they were elderly, and chose to help out! With customer service somewhat lacking these days, these people from sales to delivery, delivered big time! I&'ve never bought anything from Ashley...that will change. I really appreciate how they treated my mom and made this experience wonderful for them both. It&'s nice to know people still care!!! Thank you Brittany and whomever the delivery guys are.....thank you!
Ashley Furniture in Morrow, Georgia has great customer service. In addition, the prices are reasonable and delivery dates are set based on the customers schedule. Ask for Braxton if you decide to shop there. This young man is articulate and knowledgeable concerning the Ashley product inventory.

I went in the store looking for a sofa. Found a sales person and asked a question and was give bad information. No interest in me as a customer. I was very disappointed with my service.
This store has such an amazing selection. I just happened to walk in just to browse and ended up finding exactly what I was looking for and for an amazing price. We were helped by Braxton and he was super helpful and provided amazing customer service. We will definitely be coming back.

The salesperson and manager were very helpful....My complaint is with the warehouse...I paid $279 for delivery the day before delivery the dispatched called and gave me a 3pm-7pm window for delivery. But in the day of promised delivery I first got a call from one of the warehouse manager and she told me that the trundle of my bed was broken and they could deliver that 2 days later at no cost to me...they would bring what they have of the bed and the trundle would he shipped 2 days later...I agreed to that well at 11:30am I get a text message stating that the delivery is 10 min away...then a call saying they were outside my home....remember they told me the day before it would be 3-7 now at 11:30 am they are at my door...I explained to delivery that noone alerted me that my window had changed...they told me oh don't worry just call us when your're home and we will come back..they split the orders onto two truck so it changed everyone's delivery window...that's fine but wouldn't you alert the person that is expecting the delivery of that? So ok I rush home to hurry up and wait...4 hours later they show up with half of my order and the remainder of it is on the other truck... So I lost time at work and still did not get all of my order and my 5 year old is disappointed because everyone in the house got a new bed but him...I will update when receive the other bed. But last night was tough my 5 yr old slept on the floor and cried all night because he wanted his bed.
Athough I love the bed I purchased and the staff was nice, I was disappointed that I found the bed online $100 cheaper in less than a week and I couldn't get a price adjustment. I was told it was because it had been delivered. I lost my trust and don't think I will shop at Ashley again.

Customer service was friendly but it took 45 minutes to check out over a $50 chair. This kind of wait is why I prefer to buy online.
I will preface this review by stating my issue is primarily with the finance company that Ashley Furniture has located within the store. I would give them ZERO stars if I could! The Acceptance Now store 6515 is actually a Rent-A-Center and the District Manager John Boutwell has TERRIBLE SERVICE! Their website wouldn't let me pay online which made me late, I called and paid over the phone and was told a month later that I still had a balance that was more than DOUBLE the cost of the furniture. They automatically charged my account, then demanded I pay additional money within TWO DAYS and are now calling me again for the supposed extra amount of taxes due - after I paid the amount I was informed was required to close the account. The District Manager REFUSED to speak with me on the phone after emailing him multiple times and is supposedly on vacation for the next week. I have now contacted the corporate offices and the BBB about this issue. Simply put, the service is terrible, the district manager John Boutwell is unprincipled and unresponsive!

Fast,Great, In and out service. Delivery a bit high so it’s best to have your own truck if you don’t have anything complicating to put together.
The furniture is on the high end of the scale, but it is very nice. The sales associates are very friendly and helpful.
My experience today was exceptional. My sales man was Braxton and he was great. With a little help from me were able to locate the product that I wanted and they were able to price match with the online price. I would definitely shop here again. Nice furniture. Delivery service not so great, purchased today, won’t be delivered until March, makes them seem to be way busier than they really are.
They have a great showroom of furniture and decor. We know because we’re they independent delivery services.

This was my letter to corporate and believe it or not, NO ONE from their office has reached out to me to date.REQUESTING AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE BEFORE CALLING BBB OR POSTING TO SOCIAL MEDIA! Not sure where to start. Around Thanksgiving I came in to purchase a new living room suite. I chose Ashley because I&'ve always liked the quality and craftsmanship of the products. Last time I purchased a living room set was from Ashley 16 years ago. So, I was happy with my selection. Later approved for line of credit and sadly was told the system was down, please return the next day to complete my purchase. Next day, I&'m up there to complete everything. All set, right? No! When I was browsing the Ashley site, I saw the set I just purchased was on YOUR site for almost $600 cheaper! WTH! No way! So when I called to dispute to see if they&'ll honor the lower advertised price on the website, I was asked to come back a THIRD time and speak with the store manager for Keisha for her CONSIDERATION. Well, she completely shot me down saying that she could not honor your advertised rate because I should have mentioned it at the time of purchase. How was I supposed to know? I would have thought the in-store price and the website would have been the same? What kind of trickery is this? I can understand maybe trying to get a price match with a competitor, but not the same company. Ok...let&'s fast forward to my delivery date. I was given a 1430-1830 delivery window. I made special arrangements with work to get off at noon, just to have time to be there for the delivery. Well to my surprise, the delivery came at NOON ON THE DOT! It was a threshold, which I didn&'t know the difference, cool. So upon putting all of the pieces together, we realized that the loveseat and the couch is defective and will NOT connect. Nor were the pillows there. So now to I&'m back up to the store a FOURTH time to dispute an issue. Can you understand my frustration when I tell you I feel like I&'ve completely wasted my time with this purchase? So now since the delivery was a threshold delivery, it is MY responsibility to return the defective pieces or for ME to pay the $119 delivery/set-up fee! That&'s BS! How is it my responsibility? How was I supposed to know the pieces were defective? It&'s not like returning a blouse to the vendor...this is a WHOLE PROCESS! Then the rep at Ashley, said, oh you can just rent a truck. I&'m a single mom of a 17-yr old. He said just find another friend and buy them a pizza or something to help. Man, I&'m on TOTAL FIRE about this. And to top it off...when asked if they can give me the regional manager&'s contact, I was told, NO but they will give me a $100 gift card. So, if you could, please have the REGIONAL MANAGER/OWNER/CONSUMER AFFAIRS MANAGER to contact me IMMEDIATELY TO MAKE THIS RIGHT! I expect to have a manager to contact me within the next 7 days before I take further action.

Later approved for line of credit and sadly was told the system was down, please return the next day to complete my purchase. Next day, I'm up there to complete everything. All set, right? No! When I was browsing the Ashley site, I saw the set I just purchased was on YOUR site for almost $600 cheaper! WTH! No way! So when I called to dispute to see if they'll honor the lower advertised price on the website, I was asked to come back a THIRD time and speak with the store manager for Keisha for her CONSIDERATION. Well, she completely shot me down saying that she could not honor your advertised rate because I should have mentioned it at the time of purchase. How was I supposed to know? I would have thought the in-store price and the website would have been the same? What kind of trickery is this? I can understand maybe trying to get a price match with a competitor, but not the same company. Ok...let's fast forward to my delivery date. I was given a 1430-1830 delivery window. I made special arrangements with work to get off at noon, just to have time to be there for the delivery. Well to my surprise, the delivery came at NOON ON THE DOT! It was a threshold, which I didn't know the difference, cool. So upon putting all of the pieces together, we realized that the loveseat and the couch is defective and will NOT connect. Nor were the pillows there. So now to I'm back up to the store a FOURTH time to dispute an issue. Can you understand my frustration when I tell you I feel like I've completely wasted my time with this purchase? So now since the delivery was a threshold delivery, it is MY responsibility to return the defective pieces or for ME to pay the $119 delivery/set-up fee! That's BS! How is it my responsibility? How was I supposed to know the pieces were defective? It's not like returning a blouse to the vendor...this is a WHOLE PROCESS! Then the rep at Ashley, said, oh you can just rent a truck. I'm a single mom of a 17-yr old. He said just find another friend and buy them a pizza or something to help. Man, I'm on TOTAL FIRE about this. And to top it off...when asked if they can give me the regional manager's contact, I was told, NO but they will give me a $100 gift card. So, if you could, please have the REGIONAL MANAGER/OWNER/CONSUMER AFFAIRS MANAGER to contact me IMMEDIATELY TO MAKE THIS RIGHT! I expect to have a manager to contact me within the next 7 days before I take further action.
Buying living room furniture
This is for the morrow store. Prices were ok service was ok until I had to go around to the back and pick up my item. There is only one door for their delivery and receiving truck and for customers I sat back there for over an hr waiting for them to finish, went up to the door on numerous occasions to ask how long they would be there was laughing and talking going on in the truck no movement whatsoever the guy keeps on saying that they were on the last piece. Why didn’t the sales associate call to the back and check to see what the wait time for a paying CUSTOMER. I had to get a refund after almost 2hrs and no one seemed to care, even after I went inside the delivery driver was in the store on his phone while the manager was laughing and joking without a care in the world... Smh do what you like but whoever is reading this try your best to avoid this ghetto hot mess go up to American signature if you have to.

This company works out of the same location where Ashley Furniture Store is located...Long story short, returned furniture that I did not want, purchased another sofa...The rep (no names) closed old acc&'t, opened new acc&'t and reported info to credit bureau..Everything showed up my credit report, derogatory...They&'re real slick and (arrogant) and think that it&'s alright....The rep. never told me that closing this acc&'t would be reported to credit bureau...Be forewarned, stay far away from Acceptance Now, located in the Ashley furniture store in Morrow.....be blessed. ! keepinitreal
Delivered a dirty couch. Delivery driver lied to us that somone will come over fix it he took pics and said he'll submit it. 1 week still have not heard anything back
I went I to Ashley's because I have bought furniture there before and referred family and friends. Tonight was an awful experience. I was in the store for 35 minutes and was not acknowledged. I walked yo the desk and asked a question with three salespeople at the desk and received a response or assistance. I was walking out the door before someone finally spoke and at this time I was frustrated and left the store.

Abesolute worst customer service experience I have ever had the displeasure to endure. Every ounce of my recent transaction with Ashley Furniture in Mt. Zion was hot garbage. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. It started off mediocre and slow. They were relatively quick to take my payment, which was my own credit card. Then it took about an hour to process the sale. Mind you, I did not open a line of credit with them, had no questions, and no complicated sales. It ended with me signing a stack of papers with a diagram of my furniture. . . which o didn't need. I had some pieces on clearance, but was not allowed to pick them up that night. Fine. Okay. I can deal with that. But then, they tell me that the loading dock closes at 4:45pm. So after getting off work early, I arrive at the loading dock, they take my I. D. and vanished for 30 minutes. The door opened, and someone handed me my furniture without crossing the threshold of the door. . . . stellar service was far from what I would deem this. If I didn't think a return or cancelation of transaction would have taken twice as long, I would have cut it. . . but unfortunately I had to power through. Thank God I had enough energy to write this review. Never again Ashley furniture. Never.

She presented a warm and friendly demeanor and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction with my purchase. She answered all my questions and she even called me the day my furniture was delivered to ensure I received everything I needed. Great customer service!

Sales experience was good with Angie! I went in knowing my order so it was simple. However my experience upon delivery and communication with the store after my furniture wasn’t able to be put together! The store reps put me on hold hung up put me on hold again just to tell me there is nothing they could do without notes in the system and to call corporate . I called corporate and the note were there to for her which tells me they didn’t even look they could careless

Awesome place to shop
So I bought myself a new bed for my first apartment. I was extremely excited to have finally found a bed that I liked. I purchased the bed and was told that my bed would be delivered a month after my move-in date. I was upset, but I just waited the month out. They told me that they would give me a time the day before the delivery. Well when I got the call they told me the timeframe was between 2-7pm....ummm what? This was upsetting as well considering that I work every day during the week so that was very inconvenient. The day of the delivery, they put the bed together, and it was the WRONG bed. I called customer service which took days, and they told me it&' d be another month before the new bed would be delivered. No apology no nothing. So today is the day that the new bed is to be delivered, and it is indeed the wrong bed again. I&'m honestly fed up, and will never shop with this store again.

Beautiful furniture at a great price and the clearance room is big and the prices are great also but cheaper and slightly damaged like a scratch nothing to bad. The only thing in the clearance room not everything comes as a set you can mix and match.

The staff in store was great. But the delivery team and the technicians are awful. I purchased a bed from the last year I've been waiting months to get it repaired. Corporate sent out 2 Technicians who was very rude. This guy told me the reason why my bed frame broke was because I was dirty whining with my husband too hard. What? Then his partner was looking at me like I was a piece of meat. Rude. So, I changed the conversation and asked we're they done. Again, still waiting for My bed to get fixed. So, My Husband decided to purchase a dinning room set I wanted months ago as a surprise. Once I found I found out be He got it from Ashley I went to go get a refund. The Mgr Noveka was great. Talked me out of the return and assured me that all my items will be delivered and put together as a VIP. Today the delivery guys showed up and replaced my bed FINALLY... But they told me that they NEVER received and order to put my new table together as promises by Noveka. So ,I sent the dinning room set back... Im so over Ashley's Furniture
This morrow location is a joke. Walked around looking for someone to assist. Delivery type was not communicated by sales rep. Store manager Keesha does not want to communicate, telling her staff shes busy. Called back 5 minutes later, she left for the day. Instead of resolving the issue, they gave us the number to the cooperate office. Dont go to this location, no customer service!!
The product is more beautiful in my bedroom! I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of the delivery drivers. Ashley furniture keeps getting better and better! I will certainly be furnishing other areas of my home with furniture from Ashley!
We arrived and sales person Iris couldn't be more helpful. Keesha, the manager was as well but boy did it turn when the sale was finalized. The delivery was set to arrive Tuesday, 5-14-19 but when I was contacted to confirm they stated it wasn't coming until 5-16-19. This date was specifically discussed and we were assured, no problem no problem it will be there 5-14-19. After speaking to the store again it was resolved and set to come 5-14-19 after all, we think okay that was easy to take care of but when the drivers arrived Tuesday, 5-14-19, (the drivers were great by the way) the wrong base had been ordered by the store. The numbers were messed up we were told. They said I had to refuse it in order to get it replaced and I wouldn't be getting it the next day either even though their warehouse is right up the road at Camp Creek. I have had to sleep on my couch for 2 nights now and the correct base is suppose to arrive tonight. I called the store and one agent, Sherrone stated to me today we were the 10th stop and the drivers were on the 8th and would be here in an hour. I call back after an hour and now I am told oh we were looking at the wrong one but you are 9th on the stop list and they have just got to the 7th stop. What is wrong with people? Does no one take pride in doing a good job any more? Attention to detail and really caring about the people who buy your products which keeps your store in business and you a job should matter but it seems folks these days don't get it. I am in customer service and I give good service and expect to receive it too. I would never usually complain like this but the store up in Morrow is ridiculous. We will not be going back to this location EVER again or Ashley's period for that matter if this is all they can offer. It is 5:21pm on 5-16-19 and now told they will be there no later than 7pm. We'll see. To be continued. I just hung up with the delivery agent who did stay in touch and got the true deliver time frame. I was told between 1:45pm - 5:45pm today and well its 5:48pm now and just spoke to the new driver Craig who said they are still an hour away. This has just been the worst experience from start to......

Horrible service. There was nobody that greeted us when we came in. Nobody offered to help us as we were walking around browsing. We saw many items we were interested in and still nobody even bothered to cone help. We ended up bringing our business elsewhere.
Went looking for an item, unable to find, staff tried to help. Ton's of parking and some items are cash and carry.

Not this location. I ordered online. I am very disappointed in the customer service concerning my delivery today. I had a delivery window of 11 am to 3 pm and they didn&'t arrive until closer to 4. I had an issue with the delivery and when I called customer service it took 40 minutes to get a live person and when I explained the issue I was told that it was my fault for not reading between the lines. She got an attitude and hung up on me. I will never order from this place again for the customer service alone!!!
