Visited Ashley Outlet, Morrow GA on Valentine's Day. We were greeted with a warm welcome by Khdajaha upon entry. She answered the many questions we had and let us browse. As we settled on the item we wanted, she was professional in her approach and not "demanding" and she had the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Thank you Khdajaha! I hope she's working there when I'm ready to purchase again. The Shells'

The people were extra nice!! I only have one complaint..The number I called on my invoice gave me conflicting information from the store staff as far as procedures to pick up my furniture pieces!

Went in to find my senior Mom, a good relaxing comfortable inexpensive recliner and they definitely had a lot to choose from. Also I really appreciate the warm welcome from the lovely young ladies working there. We came back the next day and picked up the recliner and pick up was super easy as well. Sharing a picture of my mom in her new recliner and my dog, of course invading her territory in her new recliner as well 😄

Delivery time frame sucks.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! PLEASE DON'T EVER PURCHASE THEIR PROTECTION PLAN!! You will get the run around, because nobody knows nothing on what to do.

I loved my living room!!!

January 7th my son and I visited Ashley Outlet in Morrow, Georgia. I needed a bed & mattress set. However, I'm disabled and walk with the use of a cane. When we parked I wasn't feeling well and decided to let my son choose. The Manager came out and greeted me personally with the warmest enthusiastic grin; asking if I needed help getting inside. She returned with a wheelchair and personally wheeled me inside. She handed me over to the sales representative, who was knowledgeable and took her time helping me try out different beds. It was refreshing to be able to find quality furniture and bedding in my community. The customer service was wonderful by all. Basically, we pulled up Frowning and we left Smiling. Please give them a chance to suit your needs.

My salesperson was excellent.Her expertise and knowledge was above reproach and ultimately led me to purchasing a quality mattress that will address the orthopedic issues that I face.

I purchased a recliner on 27 December 2025, I was informed that the delivery would be 30 December, waited and waited, given two different dates. Due to the lack of communication, I would never do business with the Ashley located in morrow again.

Mason is an excellent salesman. Very patient and willing to go the extra mile to take care of his customers.

The service in the store was great, when it comes to delivery not so great, I was told my items Will delivered 12/23, it was postponed I called 5x and couldn’t get the store instead I was routed over to some agents who I can barely understand. 1st agent after holding for a supervisor said she couldn’t hear me so she can get off phone. 2nd agent said to call back the number to get the store. 3rd agent told me my order was cancelled, 4th agent verified my account and hung up on me and 5th person told me there is nothing she can do basically. I am getting married tomorrow and now I have to be inconvenienced with making sure they don’t arrive in middle of my wedding. This whole experience has been TERRIBLE. I will never shop at Ashley furniture again.

Well I was promised my furniture would be delivered on 12/17 but it wasn’t. When I called about it, my initiative not there’s, the delivery was rescheduled for 12/22. Hopefully I will be able to change the rating if the furniture is delivered on the 22nd.

Ellie, Kita, Bri and Ms.keisha were so helpful and patient with assisting me with my purchase. I was having issues in the beginning and even had to come back to the store a few times. But in the end it was all figured out. Thanks to these Lady’s. All 10’s across the board.

I always have a great experience at Ashley Furniture in Morrow, GA. My salesperson, Keyce, knew what she was doing and helped me immensely. I arrived close to closing but she made sure she helped me. I got exactly what I went in there for and it will delivered at the time I require. Keyce made sure to check that it will arrive when I need it to. I put a down payment on an over $3,000 sectional. My ex Steven A Davis and I split payments from his account. He stopped making payments (he put a stop payment on it on it) and STOLE the entire sectional. Ashley’s furniture is doing what about it? I would like my money back from it and the sectional picked up!

My sales rep. Ms.Kadesha Ellison was magnificent, patient and kind even while going through something personal herself. She pressed through her feelings and helped me find the perfect mattress for my back problem. She was knowledgeable about the product, she assisted with the payment from my loved one whose in another city on the phone; again with tact and grace! If know how to clone her please do!! Everyone who shops here should experience what I experienced.. Excellent customer service!!

Sales representative was great;however, I bought 2 queen size mattresses and the warehouse team loaded 1 queen and 1 full size mattress.

If I could give this store -1 star I would but 1 star is needed to create a review. I went into the store 3 weeks ago which was around 10/20ish and this was actually my second furniture store as i was shopping the midnight madness, its the viral social media sectional that comes In a couple of sizes. The person that helped me told me that Ashley furniture makes all of that brand(viral sectional) so technically other stores were buying from them and selling at other furniture stores. I was told that if I bought from Ashley’s, and there were any issues after delivery it would be fixed. I made my delivery date for 11/04/2025 and was told that I would be getting a text message to confirm the time and I never got a phone call or text so I called the store and spoke to a rep that explained to me that the sales people in the store didn’t schedule deliveries and that my delivery was going to be 11/8/2025. I explained that I would be out of town and needed an early delivery. The rep stated that it was a delivery opened for 11/06/2025 and I agreed on that date. I specifically asked if everything would be delivered and the rep said yes everything. I was txt the confirmation on 11/06/2025 10a-2pm window. The delivery text that they were in route and when they got to me it was only the rug. I asked bout the rest of the furniture and was told that he only had the rug and I needed to call the store. I called again and spoke with Angel ( if that’s her real name because she told me policy stated that they don’t give their entire name) I asked if it was possible to take my $300 delivery fee off because Of the troubles I had been having with delivery, and she stated that she would see and stated that she could give me $142.40 back and I asked for a supervisor and she stated that there wasn’t one. I scheduled my furniture for 11/10/2025 and also had to reschedule my trip. On 11/10/2025 I received a text that the delivery was at my door. My ring camera captured the delivery guys throwing the furniture off of the truck and the other guy tried to pick one side of the the sectional up by himself and the chair slammed to the ground. After that he drug the sectional a good ways until the other delivery driver picked up the other side and brought it in the house. The delivery driver again attempted to pick the corner piece up alone by pulling at the pillows and he kept yelling that the plastic made it slippery to pick up. After everything was in the house and they left we started with the corner piece taking the tape off and taking off the plastic and tape and we notice instantly a hole where the pillow had separated from the back of the backrest. I made a phone call and spoke with a Joan and I have been getting the run around since. I even asked if it’s possible to just return the furniture and was hit with a ALL SALES ARE FINAL slogan. Joan wanted pictures of the hole so I sent pictures and then I was told she needed to send a tech out to take pics of the hole, well during all of that we discovered that I was missing legs for part of the sectional and that the sectional clamps don’t clamp together so it’s just pushed together and not clamped. For $3600 I expected more customer service than I received. Save your money and go to the mega furniture across the street. Sometimes a brand name isn’t the way to go and that same furniture I got was almost $1000 dollar cheaper across the street. I will not shop there again. I did receive legs via fed ex but come on Ashley’s do better!!! Update: I’ve been out of the country for a week 1/2 and have never sat on the new sectional but decided to take another look over the sectional because it’s a beautiful piece but found another rip in it. I never paid any attention but it didn’t even come with Ashley furniture tags attached. I believe this sectional was resold as new. SMH

Have a good experience on yesterday that Ashley‘s outlet was greedy as soon as I walked in I was showing the products from an individual sales person walking around the store didn’t see what I wanted for my mom, but she did just that we go look in the clearance items, and I found four nice dining chairs for her so overall I have a good experience and Would recommend you all to go take a look at the items that they have and have a great experience

Great customer service..

I purchased a two beds from Ashley in 2023 with a 5 year warranty through a 3rd party. I requested a new bed due to one of the bed frames braking. The warranty company sent the funds for the replacement to Ashley. Only for me to find out they discontinued the bed. I requested a refund for the bed. I was emailed 9/10that my refund was processed and I will receive it in 5 to 7 business days. I never received it. Every time I call I get the run around from customer service. We are now at the 25th of the month and no answers. This is not how you conduct business with a loyal customer of your company. It is very distasteful and disappointing.

When I bought a couch from here 2 months ago I was rang up by the sales person and they charged me for a furniture protection program without my knowledge. Now that I am trying to make a claim for the furniture to be cleaned they are refusing to clean it saying it was canceled but it was not since I am still paying for it. I have called the customer service line about 3 times now and everytime I call I am getting a different answer. They take your money and you get nothing from it. Highly disappointed will never be purchasing from Ashley again.

My husband and I recently had a good experience shopping the outlet, thanks to Josira Ortega, who provided exceptional service. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire process enjoyable. She definitely went above and beyond! Previously we had visited the store and wanted to make a purchase but the store doesn't state that you have to be there by a certain time, I believe 5pm in order to receive your items because the back closers earlier than the store. Unfortunately, we made two trips because we were unaware of this. Although Josira was incredibly helpful and had a great attitude throughout the entire process, we did encounter an issue during the pickup. The gentleman assisting us was quite rude and seemed rushed, stating that his ride was waiting for him and we could come back, etc. which made the experience less pleasant. There were two gentleman and one of the two was great, not the darker tone gentleman, this was disappointing, especially since we had received approval for assistance from his manager. Overall, I appreciate the help from Josira. Good customer service us so hard to find nowadays!

Sales people are really nice. I enjoyed the customer service. However the pick up department lacks in the customer interaction department. It was like they were purposely trying to damage my items. Went right next door and had a great pick up interaction with American furniture. The never professional while Ashley pick up department was rude and argumentative. Definitely made me think about where to purchase in the future.

Then all my furniture wasn’t available. After two months of waiting I was told the furniture was discontinued. Yet they charged me anyway. For furniture I didn’t receive

I went to Ashley furniture 4th of July weekend, my saleswoman was Jo and she was great. I purchased a king size bed frame and two sofas , they were delivered last night, I’m very happy with my sofas but was not satisfied with my bed frame, tried to call the store this morning could not get anyone to answer the phone. Drove back to the store to talk to them about it? And was told then that they have a no return policy on anything in the store. I spent a lot of money and was not aware of this policy. So now I am stuck with a bed that does not work for me. They should make you aware of this or at least post something in the store that all sales are final. And this was not bought out of the outlet part of the back of the store

Terrible experience in the end! It started off great and Patrick was very helpful. We checked more stores and decided to buy our couch from ashley. We called Patrick back on July 3rd and paid. We got a message yesterday for delivery today, July 5th, from 8:00am - 12:00pm and confirmed. It is now 12:30. No calls, no updates. I called customer service and she told me a financial hold and it would take up to 72 hours to hear from someone. We checked with our credit card and there is no hold placed. I called the store and they are saying supposedly Patrick somehow sent out the delivery message (yeah, sure) and he wasn't supposed to. She said the hold is because our billing is different from the delivery address. Ok? The information is still correct. She then said I had to talk to someone else and couldn't promise a response today. So now we have wasted half a saturday on a holiday weekend for a false delivery, have no couch to sit on with our family (also another reason we purchased because we were told the delivery would only be 2-3 days) and can't get a legit reasoning from anyone. Why are we paying the price for Ashley's error? Beyond agitated and do not recommend!

We have frequent this particular store numerous times. We met Angie ( the manager) seven years ago when we first moved here. Basically, our while house has been furnished by Ashley. Angie and everyone on staff has always been so helpful and friendly. We know every time we come to Ashley, we are going to be taking care of. On this visit, Shay was very patient and helpful.

Working with Patrick over the course of three separate visits for three different furniture purchases has been an absolute pleasure. He’s knowledgeable, attentive, and helped me find exactly what I needed without overbuying. My most recent purchase was a mattress, box spring, and frame, which arrived right on time. The two gentlemen who delivered it were professional, courteous, and very helpful. I’m a truly satisfied customer and will definitely be returning when I’m ready to create my home office. Had a great experience at the Ashley Outlet in Morrow GA. Jo spent a lot of time helping us explore options and find the right sofa / loveseat for our TV room. Will be going back and definitely recommend.

I was doubled charged for my purchase and I had a $50 gift card that I was unable to utilize because there was no expiration date written on the back. I could have only gotten the gift card from the Ashley store and no one appeared accommodating or tried to offer any support regarding this matter except Xavier who told me to call corporate to see what they could do. I was not happy with my visit other than Xavier being nice and helpful as best as he could.

My mom and I recently visited the Ashley Furniture Outlet after checking out one of their regular stores. We wanted to compare pricing and see if the outlet had a better selection. When we first arrived, it took a little while before anyone approached us, which was a bit frustrating at first. However, everything turned around once the store manager, Kesha, came over to assist us. From that point on, our experience was great! Kesha was incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome. We also worked with Jo, our sales associate, who was very personable, friendly, and attentive. Both Kesha and Jo made our visit enjoyable and stress-free. The store had a nice selection of furniture, especially tables, which is what we were primarily looking for. In the end, we purchased a beautiful table set and left feeling happy with our decision. Overall, the customer service (once it got started) and the furniture selection made the visit worthwhile. Thanks again to Kesha and Jo for taking such good care of us!

I am excited to see my purchase in my new home and anticipate delivery,by the way I am not waiting weeks for delivery I'm getting my purchase in 3 short days. My entire experience was top notch. I don't want to leave out the fact that I lost my card that was found by another sales person who remembered that I was sitting in that particular area she found it and ensured it was returned to me this entire team is very impressive.

The sales was great. The delivery was great on time. The product seems to have a little bit of a defect and now I’m waiting to see how the repair goes.

I walked into the Ashley Outlet store knowing what I needed and what I had to spend. I had the best sales advocate helping me! Xavier was patient and listened to what I had in mind before he took me around to look at the merchandise. I was afraid that I was going to be over budget, but Xavier didn’t let that happen! I would definitely recommend going there if you need furniture!

I purchased a couch, per the manager it was going to be delivered on 2/28 which is the day I moved in my apartment. Delivery date was changed 3 times for unknown reasons. Couch was to be delivered on 3/18 , driver (fernando) claimed he attempted delivery and was at the door for 15 minutes. The community is gated and I have a ring camera, never received a call from said driver. I drove up to Ashley to speak with someone face to face about the situation. I was frustrated which I have the right to be but not once did I take my frustration out on anyone, Tina ( who said they were a manager) didn’t even acknowledge me standing there waiting at the desk, I will not walk up to a counter until I’m called out of respect, but it took for someone to walk up and ask if I needed help and that’s when she chimed in as if I wasn’t already standing there waiting patiently. Nobody could give a clear answer as to when or if the couch was going to be “redelivered” or even if Fernando was going to pull the same thing twice so I cancelled. They also mentioned that drivers do this all the time and it’s nothing they can do about it , I would suggest going elsewhere or pick up your furniture yourself!

Keyche and the other K’s provided me a warm welcome and greeting. I came in with a mindset of what I wanted. And once that was confirmed they went right to research my options. After careful consideration and discussion, a decision was made and an affordable price was paid! Fair warning this review is specifically on the in store experience. I can only hope the furniture will yield similar results.

Horrible costumer service. We purchased a table and chairs back in January. A day later I called to cancel the order, after countless hours with customer service, they assured it wouldn’t get delivered. Yet, the table was delivered. I drove back down to return the table (mind you, this was a 30+ min ride) to return it. Once again, they assured me that the chairs wouldn’t show up. Yet, the chairs showed up. I had to drive once again, to return the chairs. I thought this was the last of it, yet I receive I call today (March 11) saying that I would either have to return the items or they will charge me for them…. Items I already returned. After countless hours with their customer support, gas, and time wasted, they are still having issues!? Thankfully, I took pictures of the items being returned. Otherwise I suspect they would’ve charged me. I raised my concerns regarding their terrible communication to Tina and she says she’s not a sales person, just customer service. So she had nothing to say about it….. How is this not a customer service issue? Extremely unprofessional. Make sure you keep your receipts or take pictures, as you can’t count on them to have the proper systems in place. Be extremely wary of doing business with them.

My salesperson was nice. However the pick up experience not so much. Unorganized and not very thorough. Thank God I checked my item because they do not. Almost left with missing shelves for a cabinet. Sometimes it pays to drive further out for a better experience. Ashley Furniture do better in our community especially since we support this business with our hard earn dollars.

I went to see an item in person to be sure of the color, size, feel of the fabric and comfort of the sofa. I was excited to find all of those Concerns to be met. It was perfect and was exactly what I was looking for. The staff was welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable. It was a great experience and well worth the drive to the Morrow location.

Recliner is great but we were not told that the recliner we purchased did not come with a power cord. We got home and got it in place only to find out that we had to purchase a cord on Amazon and wait another day to use it.

My sister and I were both looking for a bedroom suit.As soon as we walked in the door we was greeted By Donte. He asked us. What were we looking for today? And we told him and he took us over to the bedroom. Suits and explain the difference between all of the bedroom suits he was very friendly. No matter how. Many questions we asked him. Overall, I had a decent shopping experience. The highlight of my visit was finding an affordable living room set. However, when it was time to pick up my furniture, my disabled father was told that he would have to load the furniture by himself or " pay a little extra" for the Ashley staff to load it since the workers are not allowed to leave the dock per policy. I found this very inconveniencing, especially after being told by my sales representative that the furniture would be loaded by the staff at the time of pickup. As a female, this experience made me not want to purchase from this location in the future.

I paid for my couch to be delivered and assembled. They dropped the couch off, did not assemble it, and every request for help was denied. I went up to the store to ask for help. They told me I did indeed pay for my couch to be assembled but they did not help either. Corporate hung up on me 3-4x when I called. I needed the couch assembled for an emergent situation. I did not receive a refund either. Extremely disappointing and disheartening. Absolutely ridiculous.

I initially wrote a good review for them because at the time I THOUGHT was awesome experience turned into a complete nightmare! My husband and I purchased a king bedroom set, 2 mattresses, & 3 boxsprings (2 twin Xl's for our king and 1 queen boxspring that was supposed to be for the queen size mattress). Turns out, our salesperson never added the queen sized box spring on our purchase but we let it go since we weren't charged for it. My husband picked up our mattresses and boxsprings. When setting up the bed (before our king set was delivered) he noticed that one boxspring was bigger than the other. We contacted the store, spoke to our salesperson who informed us that we were given the wrong boxspring and that she will try to find someone who can bring us the boxspring. Long story short, she found some "third party delivery driver" who supposedly works for Ashley that can deliver our boxspring and the we would need to pay him $50 (the "third party delivery person to deliver the right boxspring") and a refund of $54 would be given back to me once they receive the wrong boxspring from they guy who's bringing it back. Come to find out I asked the third party guy how do he receive payment and he said CASH APP!!! So that's how you do business/transactions Ashley??? Through CASH APP & "third party delivery drivers"! This whole experience turned out to be a complete nightmare. NEVER AGAIN will I order from Ashley again! Our salesperson was more focused on making a sale and winning a $50 contest that was amongst her and her colleagues then actually caring about her customers and the sale. I even asked to speak to her manager multiple times all for me to never speak to her manager! I will be escalating this issue to higher up and getting my issue resolved one way or another because this was not only unprofessional but such a headache & a complete nightmare!!! Our king sized bedroom set was a good experience because that came from their warehouse. From the delivery communication all the way to the set up 10/10. A representative even called afterwards to make sure everything was good. Our in store purchasing experience was good for the most part until the issue with the wrong boxspring came about.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent purchase from Ashley Furniture. At the end of July, I ordered six pieces of brand-new furniture. When it was delivered, the contractors hired by Ashley set it up but failed to provide any paperwork for me to sign. Upon inspection, after they left, I noticed significant damage to several items. I immediately contacted Ashley and was told I needed to file a warranty claim since I hadn’t refused the delivery. A technician was sent to inspect the furniture, and it was determined that three pieces needed replacement while the remaining three could be repaired. However, I paid for brand-new furniture, not refurbished or patched-up items. After waiting two weeks, the replacement furniture arrived, but I had to refuse it as it was damaged again upon delivery. Despite Ashley’s claim that the furniture was inspected through their VIP program, it arrived in unacceptable condition. I requested that future deliveries come in sealed boxes to avoid damage, but when the third set arrived—again without boxes—it was once more damaged. It seems the VIP program is merely a way to repackage previously refused, damaged furniture and attempt to deliver it again, rather than ensuring the items are actually in new and undamaged condition. This is now the third time I have received damaged furniture. I have missed work on several occasions to accommodate delivery and technician visits, which has cost me both time and money. To make matters worse, I am being charged a $299.99 delivery fee for damaged goods, and Ashley has shown no urgency in resolving the issue. At this point, I am requesting that a district or area manager contact me immediately with a solution. I either need brand-new, undamaged furniture delivered or a full cancellation of my order, including a refund for the delivery fee. I refuse to pay for furniture that arrives in damaged condition.

Jamiah was very helpful during my visit from the moment I walked through the door and was greeted by her she asked what I was looking for and showed me off to the direction of interest and told me she will let me browse first and be around shortly to help me with anything. This felt good bc I had the peace of mind in deciding what I wanted without someone wrecking my mind with all the sales pitch and questions and suggestions. Every moment I turned around Jamiah was in reach but allowing me to gather my thoughts until I was ready to converse with her. She was very intelligent delightful and knowledgeable. She went over and beyond and out of her way to look seek and find info for me within the Ashley stores and even setting up my cart with all my ideas.
