HORRIBLE!!!! It's 09/22 and still waiting for someone to assemble the bed I bought on 08/09!!! They are very caring and pleasant when they are offering products but after you sign the deal, they completely forget about you. You are in the limbo because no one answer the phone or your calls are on hold for more than 20 minutes and then disconnected. The delivery crew is untrustful. I ordered a bed for my mom on 08/09 they delivered on 08 /14. The delivery guy didn't put it together stating the headboard had some "factory issues". He left the bed without assembled it. The guy said he will put an order to get a new headboard and someone will return hopefully on Monday to put it together. I was finally able to reach someone 5 days after: Ms. Tiffany was the only one willing yo help. the other reps disconnected my calls or were not able to reach the store. She told me the delivery guy NEVER created an order as he stated. As the rest she promised a call back the day after to add the order in the system because "the system was down" and didn't call me back as promised. Almost 3 weeks now since the purchase. They finally brought a replacement with THE SAME DEFECT!!!!! Did the same thing; left it in the room and saying they will be back and brought a mirror that I didn't order and said the dresser was in backorder!!! They came back later the same day to get the mirror. I wish they could be that fast when fixing consumer issues. It looks like this will take us the entire year since they don't want to refund my money back!!! Supposedly they don't have a refund policy. It's ridiculous. I wish I could give them 0 stars!!

Very poor customer service in the actual store in Morrow Georgia. No accountability for indiscrepancies or wrongdoing. The warehouse was a complete professional, pleasant encounter, the gentleman working at the warehouse deserve kudos and to be acknowledged with merit.

My sales rep Antwan was great . He listened to our idea selection pieces of furniture. He was patient with us and kind . NOW FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! When it comes to calling to confirm the delivery is absolutely HORRIBLE. I received 2 calls to confirm my delivery and when I missed my delivery confirmation , my items was postponed for an additional week . When my items was delivered I was still missing 2 - 3 rooms worth of furniture. All split up and coming different days. At the time of order it wasn’t explained to me that any of my items was on back order however that’s the excuse I’m currently receiving . There needs to be a better system as it relates to Purchasing, Confirming and Delivery of furniture. When any cable company comes to install they will text and call and ask you to select 1 if you’re keeping your appointment or 2 if you need to reschedule. I suggest something like this needs to be in place with this company . I’m very disappointed and will never purchase from Ashley again! To pay for all of my furniture up and not receive what I ordered on the said day is poor customer service and false advertisement. I would advise anyone getting anything from this store , if you can’t pick it up yourself don’t bother waiting on a delivery. Signed Agitated Customer.

Sales associate was ok, nothing great worth mentioning, but that's the least of my frustration. May 2019, my husband and I purchased a dining room table with chairs and chose threshold delivery. The table and chairs were delivered early morning about 2 weeks later. After opening the boxes and inspecting the furniture, we noticed that 2 of the chairs were damaged, so I contacted the store and they said to call back the next day cause they couldn't help me, and the person who could was not there. I called back the next day and got a technician scheduled to come out about a week and a half later. The technician comes out and says they'll have to ship us replacement parts which should take about 1-2 weeks. 1 week later, nothing.. 2 weeks later, nothing.. 3 weeks later, still nothing.. By the 4th week, I was done being patient, so I decided to call the store and they gave me the corporate number. I called the number and spoke to someone and she said the tech forgot to put in the order to ship the replacements, so she will put it in and the items will be here August 5th. She also told me to call back about 1 week before the delivery date to make sure that it is en route. I did as she said and this person tells me it is en route and to call back on August 5th if we don't get the delivery. August 5th comes, you guessed it, NOTHING. I called corporate and this person I spoke to said she isn't sure why we haven't gotten the delivery yet and has no ETA, because the person who could give her the ETA was not there, and she would give me a call the next day. Next day comes, no call (thought I would be nice and give them and extra day). 2 days out, still no call. So I call them AGAIN and this person tells me the exact same thing as the last person. So next day rolls around and guess what...no call. I called them AGAIN today and this person tells me there is nothing scheduled to be delivered to us....are.you.effing.serious?....She then tells me she is going to speak to her manager and call me back in an hour. 3 hours later, I had to call them myself. This time, the person tells me she is not sure what the last person was looking at, but it does show there is a delivery scheduled (but of course, she does not know the ETA), the shipment was sent out last week . We will see.....this is ridiculous.

9/14 I'm still getting the run around between corp. And store sectional still not connected and no two ppl will give you same answer. Its time for me to call BBB On 7/16 this company is a scam and completely gave me the run around spoke with kesha store manager advised me corp would call me since she unable to do a return on her level & Corp advised she gave the me the wrong info ASHLEY please learn customer service and GIVE OUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION 6/17 furniture delivered men not wearing glove, mask hanging off face i thought delivery would be different especially doing covid19, while driver where putting together sectional notice it was missing a plug. Driving took picture advised my someone would contact me on 6/18 so I waited around 4ish no call. I went to Ashley spoke with a manager white man name Brandon who never asked my name one time I was there. i advice him about the plug he asked me what happen to it. he insinuating I did something with the plug ( im unsure why the driver lied about someone would call me and they took a picture ) I looked at this white man like did he really just ask that question I told him I didn't wont no one else in my home unless there coming to remove this furniture he advised me he can mail me the plug and simple instructions. I'm currently 8mths pregnant im not lifting up no bulky furniture and connecting a pc of the sofa & plugs. this should of been done right the 1st time. Im not happy with the delivery process or this white manager name Brandon. I advised him I wonted this furniture removed he advised me to sit and wait 20-25 min just to tell me there unable to remove it. This has to be the worst customer service ever. I've called customer service left my info on 6/19 still haven't received a call back is there a professional that works a Ashley

When I walked in a man said that he would be with me shortly, just look around. I did, found what I wanted, and I waited. Waited for 20 minutes on the couch that I found, but he was still busy. Saw 5 sales people standing around joking and laughing - so I went up and asked for some help. One woman helped begrudgingly. I asked about a couch and she claimed it wouldn’t be available until December (I later ordered the couch online and it was delivered in two weeks). She walked off back to the group. I went up, asked again for some help for other options. She said that they work on commission and she didn’t want to take his customer from him. What am I supposed to do? Wait around for him all day when you’re all standing around? I said, I have things to do, I would like to be helped now. She wasn’t very helpful, I felt like I was dragging her from piece to piece. Then she wandered off, so I went to get her for the third time to ask about another couch. She again told me it was unavailable AND THEN she greeted some new customers who walked through the door and completely ditched me. I HAD NEVER FELT SO DISRESPECTED IN MY LIFE! And here I was looking to buy a bed set as well, but I walked right out of that store never to return. You know, I had purchased from Ashley in Wisconsin before I moved and I was treated so well. So I know, this bad experience was just because of the staff at this store. Even still, I purchased Ashley items online, spent over 2k which I’m SO glad she didn’t get commission for. Honestly though, I’m so used to being treated like this in Atlanta. Regardless, I don’t forget about this. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Derrick welcomed and offered to assist me when I walked into the store. He was patient and looked up several pieces of furniture, as well as made suggestions, until I found the right piece(s). Derrick has a very calm temperament and I enjoyed working with him. There are several more pieces of furniture I need and will definitely look to Derrick for assistance.

Do not shop at this location . The staff is horrible . If they work at the desk in the back of the store they are rude and useless humans . About 3 miles down the road is a Rooms To Go Outlet in forest park ... go there . The staff is friendly and helpful .

I regret ever walking into the Morrow location . The employees are extremely negative. They are rude and unconcerned with anything said to them . They never answer the phone . Never . Find a different location save yourself the headache of dealing with these lazy , rude employees
