The salesman charged me $459 for a protection plan without telling me. I had to call and cancel it when I got home after reviewing my receipt. Not cool at all. Very disappointed

Go see Diane! She is very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. My husband and I started working with her a little over a year ago. We have been in and out of the store 3 different times prior to our purchase today. Diane was never pushy during any of our visits. She went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we wanted! My review is strictly about the sales tactics. We visited Ashley three times while shopping for a sofa and dealt with aggressive pressure every visit—salespeople insisting it was the “best deal of the year” and pushing us to buy immediately, even after we clearly said we were just comparing options. When we finally returned to purchase, the salesperson tried quoting us the higher price from weeks earlier, even though the current online price was a few hundred dollars cheaper. After I pointed it out, the manager complained about profit margins and tried adding a costly 3-year protection plan without us asking. The sofa is fine, but the sales experience was exhausting. Always check online prices, ask for free delivery, and don’t give in to high-pressure tactics

The store is nice and the staff is wonderful. The product is mediocre and although they say the quality of the furniture is great I have not had great experience with their product. Pull out couch had to be repair, cushions crushed within a year, and the bed is having a minor issue. The customer support is nice, but getting to them you go through the worst AI I have ever had to deal with and they close tickets out “with no response” to meet a metric when you have been calling 3 times a week. Unfortunately, you will need support from the background for the poor quality and they support Sucks.

Had a great experience at the Ashley Furniture store in Newnan. We were shopping for a new living room set and the staff was helpful without being pushy. They gave us space to look around, answered questions when we needed, and even helped us find a sectional that actually fit our awkward living room layout. Delivery was on time, the crew set everything up quickly, and the furniture looks even better in the house than it did in the showroom. Overall, smooth process from start to finish, we’ll definitely be back when it’s time to update the bedroom.

If I could give Ashley Furniture 0 stars- I would. We placed an order at the Newnan location around 3 weeks ago. We were moving from Senoia to Gulf Breeze (near Pensacola) and were promised that they could have the furniture delivered on 8/28 with no problem. We placed the order for a kitchen table, 6 chairs, 2 mattresses, 2 box springs, 3 queen bed sets (bed, nightstands, dresser) and 3 couches. We return home and sell all of our furniture to prepare for our move to Florida. We receive a confirmation text Monday 8/25 with the incorrect address. After calling the customer service line, they inform us that we need to come into the store to get it squared away (which we do immediately) We are told again that our delivery is confirmed for 8/28. We head down to Florida 8/27 and while we are driving we call to get a ETA on the delivery for the following day, we are informed that our order has been cancelled without our knowledge. We have since placed over ten calls to the customer service line, the distribution center, Newnan location, etc. and no one can tell us what happened. Each person we talk to either tell us “it still shows it’s confirmed on our end” (at the Newnan store) or the distribution center tells us that it’s cancelled but don’t know why it’s cancelled. We called four times for the manager yesterday at the Newnan location and was told that they were in a meeting or interview each time. We arrived to our new home with no furniture and have spent the last 2 days shopping for all of our furniture in a frenzy while sleeping on our children’s mattresses (thank God Amazon delivered as promised) on the ground due to not having any bed frames. Not only can we not get an explanation on how this happened, but we can’t get a call back from management to discuss the situation. 0/10 recommend unless you want to enjoy high blood pressure and an anxiety filled move.

I was shopping for a large sectional and was greeted by Garett Hughes. Garett showed me a whole bunch of styles and I decided to go with the Lerenza sectional. Garrett was amazing he spent a lot of time with me and was so personable! The communication was great with the warehouse and the delivery was perfect! Emily provided us with exceptional care! She didn’t attack us right away and respected our space while we looked around. She made herself available when we had questions - and not in a pushy annoying way either. Because we had the time to look and discuss without being pressured, it made buying from her very easy! She worked hard to make the numbers work for us and even stayed a few minutes late to finish things up! I highly recommend EMILY specifically for your furniture buying needs.

We purchased a reclining sofa and loveseat in store and paid for delivery and set up. After one day, the sofa is defective. They sent a tech out despite me telling them multiple times I wanted to return the furniture over the phone. The tech says it was damaged and needs a new mechanism. We stated, again, that we wanted to return the furniture and are within our 3 days. They refuse to take it back. Do not ever buy furniture from this company. Additionally, this set is so poorly made and the foam is nonexistent. I accidentally tipped when standing up and hit my hip on the "padded" console of the loveseat. This left a grapefruit sized bruise on my leg. This product is DANGEROUS, particularly if you have any type of mobility issue or small children. There are a lot of areas that are thinly padded and can cause injury just from using the product.

Dianne Fiore was our sales representative. She greeted us quickly which I appreciate. Dianne also was friendly and professional and explained how the power sofa and loveseat works. We ended up buying both the powered sofa and love seat after she explained the fabric is better and more stain resistant than leather. We will be looking for new bedroom furniture in October, cash purchase again, and hope Dianne is there to help us. Your sales manager briefly spoke with us and also was very nice.

TL;DR skip to bottom: I went in first last week to shop around a bit. Devon gave me his card when I was in first. He was helpful and pleasant. When I came back in June 6th, I had shopped the other furniture stores in the area and decided on what I'd wanted to buy. Austin was going to assist us. Austin was pleasant, but I don't think it was his day. He told us first that all the items would be delivered and included on the protection plan. Then, it turned out one of the set pieces had to be delivered at the end of the month. Okay, but my wife asked if it would still be covered by the protection plan, which I'm glad she asked. It would not be had we proceeded with that option. This was taking awhile, but we finally got to the point where we concluded that as long as I pick up one of the pieces myself at the warehouse in East Point, I can ensure they're all included on the protection plan and on the same ticket. Okay. I'm somewhat annoyed by now, but fine. I'll have the main two pieces on the 11th, and I'll have the last one at the end of the month. The paperwork process was painfully long, exacerbated a bit by Austin forgetting to collect my down payment until we were done with the first set of paperwork. So, we redid that portion. I see in my paperwork after-the-fact where it says the delivery could be delayed due to product delays (poorly communicated Ashley Furniture), but I was assured those couches would be here today in-store. The word "definitely" was used. Either way, we almost made it out to the car before Austin and a manager caught us in the parking lot to sign paperwork we'd forgotten. Two hours later, we finally made it to our car. Okay. Great. Done. Yet, today is the 11th, and the couches won't ACTUALLY be here until the 13th. Again, I get product delays. But I was not told that was even a possibility. I read it in the paperwork, maybe shame on me. But now I have no couches, as my old couch is now gone in preparation for today's new couches. TL;DR: All to say, if the process had not been done and communicated so poorly, I'd be a lot less frustrated with my lack of delivery today. Having to call customer care to discover what's going on is a poor process for communicating with customers. There's no other way to track. And having to have basically audited what Austin was doing in store as it was happening to ensure we were actually getting what we were told we were paying for (and paid for) has left me with less trust that I'm getting what I paid for now that it's the day I was told I'd "definitely" have what I paid for and do not have it.

Had the best experience choosing my bedroom furniture for the first time. Diane was so welcoming and truly cared on what would make me happy. She listened to what I was imagining and guided me throughout the store and help me pick out pieces together. As a mom I really needed comfort and safety and she helped me find a perfect mattress that would give me what I needed for my overall health, as well as a bed frame and dressers that were soft on edges since I have little ones! Very disappointed. On Feb 8th, 2025 my wife and I went to Ashley located in Newnan, GA. My wife suffers from a genetic disease called Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, which affects her joints and mobility, so we wanted a couch with a reclining function. Upon arrival to the store, we were approached by a saleswoman, Diane. She said that she had a couch online that would meet our needs, but it wasn’t in the store, but she had one in the store that was the same comfort and look. The couch that was on display in the store. My wife loved it. It was comfortable for her which was most important to me since she has a medical condition. The sales person, Diane assured us that the couch online was the same comfort and feel. We went ahead and order the sectional to be delivered. On March 15, 2025 (over a month later) I received the couch at our home and it was assembled by the delivery people. That evening when my wife got home from work, she tried the new couch out and she found that it was NOT at all comfortable, it felt nothing at all like the one at the store in addition, the couch also lacks the zero wall reclining function as stated in the description. The back sticks out much further than the one that was shown to us in the store. We are disappointed. We spent over $2600 on this furniture and now my wife can’t use it due to her medical condition. The store took my info and gave me a Case Number #10257376. I was told by the Store Manager Amenda to wait to hear from corporate. No one has contacted me in over 5 days ago. I am frustrated, we purchased this solely on the recommendation and info given to us by the sales associate in the store which was incorrect, we would like to return the couch to the store for a refund and still be willing to move forward with purchasing a single recliner that would meet the expectations of my wife due to her disability. Bought furniture ...a sectional sofa from ansley...best customer service ive ever had....oh wait..that was Ansley LaGrange...the one in Newnan we purchased a lift chair for my ill mother...the control stopped working...it took almost 6 months to get a new part from ansley newnan....everytime wed go speak to the manager, there was a different person...this is a corporate store as i understand it....we finally ordered the part from Amazon..got it abiut a week later, meanwhile the part from ansley newnan came 6 months later....this happed about 6 years ago... Meanwhile we switched to Ansley La Grange...family owned franchise...i really enjoy the effincy and knowledge there and recently purchased an entire living room

My husband and I popped in to the Newnan location to look for a bedroom set for a guest bedroom. We were met by the sales associate, Devin, who was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave us the space to shop around, checking in periodically, and ultimately providing an estimate for the items we are deciding on.

Not pleased with how communication has been handled with my purchase, from the store to the warehouse. I have had to call back multiple times to the store when i was told that I would receive call back with an update from manager, Erica Hunt. I was told when I purchased on 1/12/2025 with reps., Devon Patchus & Austin Perez that I would receive a call the day before my delivery 1/29/25 to confirm delivery, but never got a call or email. To be fair, Austin was in-training. I even confirmed from a text with Austin on 1/27 that I was good to go for my scheduled delivery. So I followed the evening of delivery with the store only to be told by Erica that a call & email attempt was made, which I never received. After being read the incorrect contact information, it was then that I realized this was the reason I hadn't heard from dispatch. There were three phone numbers listed for me, one being the store's number. There has been very little accountability. I am now being told that I have to wait until 2/12/2025 for delivery because dispatch only comes to my area every two weeks. This is beyond an inconvenience and is unacceptable! I have since asked to be emailed an invoice to verify accuracy of my email & phone contact and delivery address. I think it is most appropriate to rush my delivery and discount my order due this major mishap on their (Ashely Newnan Homestore) behalf. I have little faith at this point, but it will be my last time shopping here. I am not one to leave a bad review, but this is quite unsettling.

Do Not Buy the Protection Plan they try to sell you. Tracy R., sales lady who convinced me to buy it, told me it was a really good plan and it basically covered everything. Tried to make my first claim today after almost four years of having my sofas and GBS protection deemed that the stain on my sofa was an accumulation of stains and didn't not want to cover it. GBS has a full page of what they Do Not cover under their plan and if they do not want to cover something they won't.

She checked on us while we took various chairs on “test drives.” We decided on a chair and Diane was very knowledgeable of the chair’s features and additional warranty coverage. It was such a pleasure shopping at Ashley and being helped by Diane.

Very nice, knowledgeable, and polite. No it might not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for. The sales team and management were friendly and easy to work with. If I had to do it again I would happily choose them again.

horrible customer service … changed my delivery date without telling me because dresser was on delay but was told was still gone be a partial delivery, and once delivered dresser still was wrong and movers messed up my floor as well overall horrible experience wouldnt shop there again.

Bought a coffee table on clearance they said it was a good and functional table but the one on the floor was the only one left. We loaded it up and I tired to take it out of the car only to watch it fall apart and parts go flying everywhere. From wooden dowels that were way too small to screws that did absolutely nothing I would have found better built stuff at a junkyard. For a company to even let this walk out the door without trying to make it worth buying is ridiculous and shows the quality and integrity of this company. You are a furniture store, at minimum put some wood glue and correct sized wooden dowels in to hold it into place. We are repeat customers and got treated like absolute garbage for them to just get rid of bad and cheap inventory. As soon as you sign the paperwork you are screwed with a crappy product that they will barley acknowledge they sold to you, we had to buy ratchet straps to keep it together and I will have to buy a lot of wood glue and bigger dowels to make it work. We have bought several pieces of furniture from this company and I’m proud to say they treated us like low life peasants and we will be shopping anywhere else but this company no matter the distance or the price because anything is better than Ashley

Diane was extremely helpful in talking through several different product options for both bedroom sets as well as mattresses. She is very knowledgeable about the products, and has a great demeanor.

So my furniture was scheduled for delivery weeks in advanced and the day it was supposed to come it was delayed twice and then they never showed up. No phone call or anything. I stayed up till 10pm waiting on my delivery.I called the newnan store and the lady I spoke to couldnt care less. They did show up the next day but found out they use a 3rd party delivery company. Problem is they work for Wayfair and other companies and can be at a house for 2-3 hours for an install so it's not just dropping off furniture...Lack of communication and poor scheduling is the reason for bad score.. love the furniture though..

Well, things seemed to go very well the first day we were there. We decided on a new living room furniture set, new coffee table, and a new rug. It turns out the coffee table and the rug were discontinued, so they would not sell us the coffee table unless we took two end tables, which we did not have room for, as well. They gave us the rug at a discount, but we were told we would have to come pick it up ourselves within three days. Never said anything about a time other than the regular store hours. So the only day we could make it with an adequate car was the third day, and as we were leaving the house, we spoke to a woman at the store who said it had to be picked up by four pm. This was news to us, since no one had ever relayed any information like that to us. We thought that as long as we got there by the store closing, we were fine. So the woman in charge of pick up had to get the delivery guys to leave it at the front of the store before they went home and we had to rush over there to try and make it by five - from Carrollton to Newnan at rush hour. Also, the 1st day we were there, our salesperson asked if my boyfriend wanted to run his credit to save time the next day, if he decided to finance the furniture. He gave her his information and was approved, but made sure to ask before we left if he could still just put it on a debit card and not finance it. He was told yes, that's perfectly fine.... and that's what we ended up doing. Paid in full the next day on a debit card, AND HE STILL ended up receiving a letter and credit card in the mail for his new account from Ashley furniture that he did not approve or request. NOT HAPPY. His credit is fine, but he paid in cash on purpose because we are still in the market for a new mattress, and he wanted to finance that. So in summary, lots of discontinued items sitting out on the floor, lots of miscommunication about pick up times/days, and if they run your credit, expect to get a credit card in the mail, whether you asked for it or not. Oh, and our furniture won't be delivered for a month, so that's great.

This furniture doesn't last, and the "warranties" don't actually cover what they say they will. Our ottoman dips down about six inches in the middle if no one sits or puts their feet on it. If someone actually sits on it, then it falls completely to the floor and you have to push it all the way back up because it's so poorly made. They consider this "normal wear and tear".

We bought two pieces of furniture a few days ago. They arrived on time, as promised, and in good condition. One of the pieces just didn’t work in our room (or in any room in our home). We made a poor choice and we own that. On the same day they were delivered, we called the store to see if we could return the one item for either a refund or, if a refund was not possible, for store credit. We were told that they will not accept returns of merchandise that is neither damaged nor defective. So we’re stuck with it. While we take full responsibility for the poor choice, we’ve learned our lesson as far as buying from Ashley Furniture. So for the quality of what we bought, all is good. For their poor return policy, though, I have to knock off a couple stars. Update: Someone from Ashley's customer service operation contacted me shortly after I posted this review, seeking to "make this right." I respectfully requested that they take back the item (still in pristine condition, tags attached) and give store credit. Bottom line: they said no. They did give us a $60 refund, so that's something. But, in the end, we're still stuck with an item that doesn't work for us; we just paid $60 less for that item. But I thought it only fair to give credit where credit is due (no pun intended). I'm not going to give more stars. But at least you have the full story.

The original delivery they left a screw out my slat for bed and told me that it was adjusted. After they left I checked it was not there. Called Ashley scheduled a second delivery for the screws to be installed they came and didn’t have any hardware. Third delivery was submitted to order the screws according to the representative and they would contact me when they were received. The delivery personnel came out I was not home, no notification tfrom Ashley they would coming. That goodness my son had just came home from work. Communication. Delivery and customer services needs improvement. I won’t be purchasing anything else from this company.

The Ashley Store in Newnan had a good variety and the staff were helpful. The delivery team was especially friendly and efficient in unpacking, setting up, and cleaning up the wrappings.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Would not recommend spending a dime here. Home delivery damaged our wooden floors. I have been trying to get in touch with someone for over 3 months. They close the case and lie saying they tried to reach out but no one answers. Take your money elsewhere to people who actually care and have good quality furniture that is actually worth 4k.

As a first timer, I found my service to be very efficient and comfortable; Taryn B. was a great representative who tells you the whole picture and makes sure you know everything before you go through with it. This was great!

Great customer service and a good sale rep

First off, I never received my sales receipt or information that I signed at the store. I ordered a black wood table. They delivered the table, no parts nor the middle insert. Over a week later they come to deliver the middle insert and screws and put the table together. The middle insert had markings of marker and smudges. The table also had a scratch on it. For $1000 I want a brand new table. The tech called someone and they confirmed it was a black marker. I told him I didn’t want it anymore. Like did they try to deliver me a used or showroom table. Unacceptable. It’s been a month now and I haven’t received my replacement. They won’t cancel your order unless you refuse it at delivery. They called my delivery successful. That’s not successful. I didn’t receive my entire order. It’s been over a month. They did not provide white glove delivery at all. How do you deliver a table with no parts and scratches. If the middle insert had been provided at original delivery, I would have refused the delivery. I also thought I had 3 days to return. Who can remember what they signed if they never even gave you a copy of the agreement. By the sounds of these reviews, we need a class action suit! No worries, they won’t get anymore of my money. Since they will not refund me they are sending me a “brand new table”. They were supposed to bring it 8/8. They never delivered my table. Mind you my first table was delivered 7/12. A month later I have no functioning table. I’m not satisfied with them “handing my concern”.

Bought a sectional for my daughter. The process was quick and friendly. No pressure from either sales associate which is always a plus.

Our daughter needed her first couch and we prepared her for pushy sales people but that’s not what we found at Ashley’s. We were pleasantly surprised how helpful and nice the sales people were on the floor! They gave you the information you need and space to browse the store without high pressure to buy. We ended up going back for the purchase and again we were promptly helped and the two salespeople shared the commission on the sale. It was a great experience. We are looking forward to delivery, which is exactly when we needed it. Prices are reasonable and would recommend everyone to browse Ashley’s next time they need a new piece.

I haven bought furniture in quite a while and i gotta tell you, it was almost as bad as buying a car. We were there over two and a half hours. I got ticked off at one point and almost left the store. The items were out of at the warehouse both scheduled to deliver there at different times. So they wanted to charge me two delivery fees. Company policy!

Ashley use to be my store to buy from, but I will never buy from this store again. I bought a sectional from here that was damaged beyond the eye. It's been hell to get them to fix it or replace it. I even bought the warranty. I would not recommend this store to no one.

Aminda, the sales manager helped as well. Very nice and very helpful! Got us the discounts that best fit our budget. Update, I have changed my review from a 5 star to a 3 cause the delivery and customer service staff! I have waisted 3 Saturdays on this place. The furniture was damaged and then the furniture got damaged during delivery. It has taken 3 Saturdays to fix this issue. When you call into the customer help line and ask for help, they are extremely rude! We spent alot of money here! But this will be last time! ASHLEY FURNITURE has lost my business! Customers should be treated with respect and also never talked down to!

My college graduate daughter just starting out bought a bedroom suite here. Got it on clearance at a great price. My daughter,nephew and I went to pick it up when they said they had employees to load it up. Turned out the employees dedicated for loading were the manager and another soft skin handed gentleman and apparently neither had ever handled furniture before. They were holding a chest of drawers sideways (who knows why) and 1 drawer slid out and smashed onto asphalt. Then seconds later another drawer slid out onto the asphalt. My non confrontational daughter's face Turned red immediately ! Then she said why don't you guys sit it down. There was obvious damage to the 2 drawers. The manager Mr. Lee immediately to avoid accountability and discount the damages he'd caused started talking as if she was buying some already damaged merchandise. It was a clearance display model but wasn't previously damaged. He proceeded to say they could only refund the cost of all items. That she had gotten a great deal on or credit her $20 for 2 damaged drawers !!! Very unprofessional and seemed to NOT even care or show any concern about his mistakes that damaged the furniture ! My Daughter is a 23 years young BSN RN and will probably be making twice his salary if not immediately within a short period. She was on a budget then. But will NEVER shop at that establishment again. And I recommend No one else does. Lack of accountability professionalism as well as empathy !

My husband and I were looking for a couch for our bonus room and decided to give Ashley furniture a try. When we arrived in the store, Warren, the sales person greeted us. We told him we were looking around, and he gave us a brief description of the layout of the store. After we looked around we found the Coulee Point sectional that we liked. About that time, Warren joined us, and helped to get all of our questions answered and purchase it. I hate it when sales people follow you around all over the store. Luckily, Warren didn’t do that. I appreciate his help and also liked the selection that Ashley has. It seems like Ashely’s quality of furniture has gotten better over the years.

If I can give zero stars I would. We ordered a brand new bedroom set with mattress. Day of delivery the guys put the bedroom set together and left-in a hurry. We went upstairs to get the bed ready and when we moved the mattress we noticed a crack in the headboard and the headboard was not properly placed and loose. I immediately called the customer service line to which they told us we had to go through the process of getting it looked at and inspected to see if it needed replacement, we agreed and gave them that chance. The representative came the following week and pretty much did a patch job on the headboard told me to let it dry, so we did and it looks hideous. I called customer service and they said they would escalate it to corporate, we requested either a replacement, exchange or refund as the expectation is that if we get a BRAND NEW piece of furniture it comes brand new and if the damage was done by delivery then they need to replace it. Our request got denied because it was “not within policy terms”. This is unacceptable that they expect us to be ok with this patch job after we spent a lot of money for new furniture for our home. Do yourselves a favor and make sure you look at everything these delivery people do because we thought by giving them the space to do their job, we were being good customers, but it looks like this company just takes advantage of their customers.

i wouldn’t recommend!! the furniture is nice, but the hassle with getting it makes it not worth it. my family of 5 purchased a 2 part couch & were told by the employees that nothing was on back order & that things would be delivered in about a week, maybe just a bit longer than that… well it’s been over a month & is almost christmas & we only have half of it. we’re beyond frustrated & nobody has provided us with helpful information. each time the delivery date has been changed, they end up switching it again. so looks like we’ll be sitting on the floor this christmas instead of the couch we paid over $2,000 for. definitely find a place more reliable!!! this is insane!!!!!

Everything was great. From the time we walked in the door until the guys left after delivering our couch. Great company and would recommend them to anyone.

Update: After being replied by the store, I have already cancelled the order but continue to receive calls about the order and they still have conflicting information on each call. This is to serve as a warning for those looking at purchases to be careful and monitor orders closely. On the phone, the store manager was nice and sympathetic. However, anyone spoken to at the corporate level has been extremely unhelpful and unwilling to say anything other than what I can only presume to be the pre-written script they are told not to stray from. ---- Don't bother if buying more than a single item. They will say part is in stock while the rest is delayed but will be in by end of the week, reschedule delivery (the day prior). Rinse and repeat for weeks. After a while you can call to find out they gave away the piece they were holding onto, but have the missing one in stock instead. This issue has happened a few times at different locations. Online and in store.

I never write reviews but this had me so frustrated, Worst place to buy, I bought a bed that was suppose to be delivered in a week, took almost a month get it and turns out the foot board was broken I called they giving me a run around and won’t give me my money back, 2 months later I am still waiting for them to tell what is going to happen.

My husband and I went in looking at the sofas, as our “electric” sofa had gone out days earlier. We met Amber and she was absolutely amazing!! She talked with us, found out what we were looking for and showed us exactly what we told her we were looking for. Hubby and I were, what I felt, indecisive, but Amber was SO patient with us, encouraging us to take our time, still asking questions to get to know us even more, but just an absolute joy to work with. While sitting on one of the sofas again, I happened to ask her if she had anything more durable than leather, because we have a dog who believes she owns the sofa. Amber showed us 2 suits that we absolutely fell in love with and we became even more indecisive. She, again, was SO amazing and patient, talking us through it and assisted us with making a decision that we are thrilled with. We highly recommend Amber Ellis to anyone looking for furniture. I promise you, you will NOT be sorry!! I have already recommended her to 3 different family members who are looking!

We had the worst experience EVER!! Our customer service person was a new sales person and trust me I totally understand "mishaps" can happen. I deal with them daily as a manager! This young lady lost a BIG sale... Which in turn in my opinion... The manager should have walked over to us!!! If you see your employee in a difficult situation...STEP IN AND HELP ( that is why you are a manager) The advertisement on tables for the furniture is misleading and she also said it was misleading!! So after giving us 3-4 different prices for furniture... ( One piece) ... I started to ask for a manager... but I was tired of shopping especially after this visit...We left ... It was horrible... Even after she spoke to her manager and came back to us with different pricing!.. she was polite.. but if you see a picture with a price and description of item... That's what I expect to pay... Not 600.00 more dollars. When my place of business has a picture of a price with product ...THAT IS THE PRICE THEY PAY FOR!! To make a long story short we visited another place and within 30 minutes we had our item/items paid for it and out the door with delivery date.

I just purchased a sofa and love seat with Taryn's assistance. If I could have left no stars I would have. My parents came in there to buy all new furniture and this place is a joke. Not only are they unorganized with there warehouse and inventory but they also have people working for them that doesn’t know there products. If you have someone new working they should be shadowed so they don’t screw up a 14,000 order. Once you order things then your told its back ordered then delivery is calling you saying there delivering soon but never show up. I would suggest going elsewhere. You ask for a distract manager they tell you they can’t give you that information. You tell them you want to cancel your whole order then your told well we have to get it approved by corporate. This place is a rip off and a joke. My parents are now stuck with a bed that is not even what they wanted. Beware!!!!!

Worst experience we have ever had purchasing furniture. Delivery dates rescheduled multiple times, furniture out of stock, unable to locate parts of the beds, it took several deliveries to get our furniture and we still haven't received it all. Store blames warehouse however no resolution from store. We had to go through their corporate office to resolve the issues. We will never shop Ashley's again. The Manager nor the sales manager assisted until the Corp office was notified.

If I could give these people a no stars I would. I purchased a section from this location and within a year the fabric is worn, torn, and hard to clean full of fuzz balls that make it look so bad. I do not have small children nor have people constantly sitting on this sofa and it looks like I've had it for 10 years. I had a technician come out and was told I would receive new sofa coverings and never received them and now have been told its my fault and nothing is going to be done. I have spent thousands of dollars at this place and the level of customer service regarding this issue is below unsatisfactory. I will never purchase from them again!!!!

My mother and I met at this establishment after my father previously searched for what he wanted. We didn’t quite understand what he meant at first when he said go in and “meet Derrick.” We found out very quickly. After walking into the beautiful, neat, and welcoming store we are used to, we were greeted by Derrick warmly at the front after he was called to us. There was nothing unreal about our interaction. Derrick was patient as he put together all of our needs, understandings, and observances. Also, what was really big, was there was no rush. I can speak that I was allowed to ask questions and examine the products freely, making sure that things were a proper fit. For me, this made me feel more comfortable with my family making such a large purchase and feels like the reason why you would have a show room in the first place (not just to show case the pretty exterior). Each step did use time, but at no point was Derrick inattentive. He seamlessly glided back and forth between customers and even gave us space to make observances alone. We eventually went with our first pick as well as adding another piece, and because of the patience of Derrick and all of the reassurance the store brought to us as well, we made the decision as a united family.

Very professional. No high pressure sale tactics. Derrick gave us the space we needed to make a decision to buy what we wanted. I will recommend him to friends and family😀
