We ordered a bedroom set from Diane Fiore at the Newnan store. She was a pleasure to work with. We feel that we got a very good price. We love the bedroom set. It is well made and looks great in our room. Although a drawer in one of the nightstands arrived damaged, Ashley Furniture was very quick to remedy the situation and provide a replacement in a timely manner. Sometimes accidents happen. Thanks to all involved for the great service.

Overall, my family and I had a very good in-store experience. We came in expecting to just do some looking around and price out mattresses, but we ended up leaving with two. Thank you to Jamar for helpful service! He was accessible but not overbearing, taking the time to find out what our needs were but giving us the space to really think through a decision. The only hiccup we ran into was with the receipt. Somehow the signed copy got misplaced and we needed to scan and send a new one. But the Ashley Furniture staff was helpful through that process as well. Very excited to have our new furniture delivered!

Disorganized mess. This store is unlike the other Ashely stores I have been to. The layout is not very cohesive, with traditional and contemporary and various pieces of varying styles intermingled. It is difficult to walk in the store because it is so cluttered. If you are looking for a matching set of anything - dining room pieces, coffee and end tables, etc. be prepared to hunt. They may be strewn across the store in no particular order. I like Ashley furniture, and own several pieces. This is definitely not the typical experience, as most stores are much better organized and decorated. My suggestion is go online first or try a different location.

I do not under any circumstances recommend this Ashley Furniture store and I would like to share my experiences as to why. I went there on Saturday March 14th 2015 to purchase some furniture for my newly finished basement. When I found the set I would like to purchase (1 sleeper sofa, 1 ottoman, 1 chair, and 2 end tables), I had to hunt down a salesperson to actually help me. I found a clump of them lingering around the front of the store. They seemed to be apprehensive of helping. So I approached a woman and stated what I'd like to purchase. After getting everything in order (approximately a 30 minute ordeal) I was told my order could not be delivered until Saturday April 18th. At that point I asked why they could not have told me that before making me wait a half hour and that I would take my business elsewhere. A manager overheard and offered another 10% off. I took the deal under the auspices that it would in fact be delivered on the 18th to which everyone agreed would be no problem. I left the store not happy, but content with my purchase. Fast forward to Wednesday April 15th. I received a robo-call confirming that my order would be delivered between 12 and 4 on Saturday April 18th. I was pleasantly surprised and made arrangements to ensure I would be home that day. Later this evening I received a voicemail while I was out that my order was delayed and could not be delivered until Tuesday April 28th. As this was unacceptable I drove to the store to get a refund. Upon entering the store and explaining to the manager that I wanted a refund it took them well over 20 minutes to even find my order. After looking it up and doing what they could to find an earlier ship date, they explained to me that there was some shipping port in California that has their shipping containers and the people were on strike which delayed my order. They offered me a $200 gift card to keep the sale which I politely declined. (Why would I want to spend more money at a store that cannot deliver their items on time?) Had they offered me $200 off my purchase I would have accepted. But see, that's the rub. Nothing they sell in that store is $200, so the gift card offer was basically an invitation for me to spend even more money at this store. I received a refund to my credit card (which by the way I had already paid in full, which means I will need a refund check cut to me from my credit card company), and left. The funny thing is about my entire ordeal is at no time did any employee apologize for the inconvenience. Had they just said the words they were sorry, I more than likely would have kept my order and accepted a later delivery. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing furniture at this store to go somewhere else.

My fiancé spent about an hour and a half in this store picking out all kinds of different furniture for us on a "20% off entire store" sale they were having. Began to fill out the delivery paperwork and make payment at the end when the sale code wouldn't go through. They stated this is because 20% off only applies if you finance it and offered 5%. I guess when you have the money to actually pay for something they aren't that interested in your business. It would have been nice to know that in the beginning instead of wasting all that time.
