I just moved from MA to GA where I needed to set up a home office. Robert was my sales guy...so ask for him! He juggled me and 2 other clients like a pro. I'm very particular (as most people are) when designing/decorating their home. I loved a desk that was black and brown, looked great, loved the style but I didn't like the color. Robert took his time to find the same desk in the rustic white color that I wanted. I also rolled 3 different chairs around the show floor to see which would match best. Not only did he let me take my time, he made me feel like it was his pleasure to help me find pieces of furniture that will give me a lifelong joy. I can not thank him enough, I walked in skeptical but at the end I walked out with the home office of my dreams! Ask for Robert!!! Speaking to him as a person, very easy going, collected, helped you and didn't swarm/push you, and profession. Got the work done and I'm so glad he got commission from my purchases.

Beautiful Furniture. As I shop in all furniture stores I have noticed all sofa's and loveseats are smaller and priced higher. However, I was hoping they had a 4 cushion sofa but all are three. They have a nice selections of furniture.

My shopping experience at Ashley was a great one. Robert Serrano was informative, funny and totally changed this southern woman’s perception of New Yorkers , he was a sweet heart . But the delivery process was a bit frustrating and they delivered one of my recliners damaged and Robert advised me to refuse it at delivery so I can receive a new one , I felt that took a lot of integrity knowing he receives commission on what’s delivered . I will definitely shop at the Newnan location again because of the shopping experience and Roberts honesty. It took awhile but finally left a review .

We bought a couch and loveseat 2yrs ago and already the couch got a rip in the one seat. We also bought the same day a bed and mattress and now the footboard is peeling. We paid good money for this stuff and its falling apart in 2 years. Grant it they replaced the rip in the couch and they r sending someone out to look at the bed and that is only because we took extra protection out on them. None of this should be happening. Not happy with their quality of furniture.

Best furniture shopping experience in my life!! I walked into this store on a Thursday needing three beds with mattresses, nightstands, dining room table and coffee table. Hard part was I needed it by Saturday, two days!!! We had just found out we got our house and was moving in on Saturday. I was very politely greeted by Quan Mixson as soon as I walked in. I had laid out my whole situation and stressed how I didn’t think it was possible in such a short time. He calmed me down and assured me we would be able to get it done! I was a chicken with my head cut off looking through all my options, I found ones I liked and he would immediately put them into the system to see if they were available in the warehouse. If they weren’t, we were back on the floor and our phones looking for another I would like. We spent a little over two hours together picking 3 different mattress, 3 beds, dining room table, coffee table and nightstands! I thought it would take me at least six hours! To say I am happy is an understatement. I could not have done this without the patience, understanding, knowledge of all the ins and outs of Ashley Furniture and guidance from Quan. He kept me going even when I was tired and wanted to give up and sleep on the floor!! In my opinion, Quan is management material! Thank you for such an easy shopping experience!

My friends recently had a horrible experience with this store. They ordered a box spring and it was delivered to them with a hole in it. The salesperson they dealt with (Tracy) lied and told them Ashley's return policy for damaged matresses was 24 hours and all deliveries could be inspected upon delivery. The boxspring was delivered in a cardboard box and was wrapped in heavy plastic and the delivery man took off before they could inspect it. The store manager, Cameron, was unapologetic that Tracy lied and was rude. Ashley used to be a quality company, but apparently they don't believe in integrity and quality anymore. To understand fully the type of company you're dealing with please read the Google reviews for the corporate site, Ashley Furniture Industries. The company has a 1.4 rating as a whole. Please save yourself the hassle and don't buy from Ashley.

My husband and daughter and I walked into Ashley Furniture to price some bedroom sets for our new home after shopping at Target. The young lady who was helping us was pleasant and sweet , but there was a African American young man who kept coming up and speaking to her . Maybe about 30 minutes into our browsing my daughter walked up to me and told me that the young man had said some racist and nasty remarks about me and my family, my daughter is 15 yrs old and extremely respectful and honest. I was able to read his name tag and his name was “Jamar Brown “! I’m a white woman who is married to an African American man for 17yrs and to have my daughter experience such hateful disgusting remarks about white woman with black men was hurtful and I was shocked because he seemed so nice every-time he approached the lady that was helping us. I don’t want to rattle on but Ashley you doing your company, your beautiful showroom floor a disservice by having a man like that working for your company, if I walk into Ashley Furniture and still see him in the store , I will turn around and head to rooms to go or any other place away from a person like that . Do what you want with this review, I don’t want to be contacted or identified because it don’t matter to most companies, plus my husband works for Coweta county and we have some influence through word of mouth and respect and integrity my husband has at his Job and community.

Diane is a knowledgeable saleswoman. She was available to help me without being pushy. She answered my questions and made suggestions when I seemed unsure. I felt very much at ease with her and I have never purchased furniture on my own. I will definitely return to Ashley Furniture for my future needs. I have made a friend in a new area. Bought wall clock and it delivered by UPS. I opened box and put battery but not working. Called store then she told me they have no return policy. I paid $165 for big trash. DO NOT SHOP DECORATION ITEM THERE

The furniture is great and the guys delivering were wonderful but the customer service inside the store is completely horrible. Will never use them again. They made a mistake on our contract saying we were financing for 12 months instead of 60, we saw it inside the store and they corrected it. Low and behold, the first bill shows the higher amount for being financed 12 months. When I called the store they were extremely rude and said that was what I agreed to even though my paperwork says different. Rudest staff I’ve ever met and I work in customer service.

I came to the store with what I thought was a plan not sure if I could get what I really wanted or what fit with the style I Wanted, Jamar Brown was very patience and helped me understand how to go about Financing so I could get Everything. I want was so excited and thrilled he didn’t rush me or push me off to the side he stood with me and helped answer every Question.

My experience at Ashley of Newnan was Awesome! We walked in 30 mins before closing looking for a mattress for my nephew and Mr Robert Serrano took his time with my husband and I and stayed well beyond closing and never made us feel pressured or rushed even though we knew the staff was ready to go home. Robert was patient and made us feel so comfortable and gave us a great deal and made us laugh and moving from up north to PTC 20 yrs ago it was refreshing to hear his strong Brooklyn accent ..lol...I kept asking him why was he not the manager? ! Ashley of Newnan you have a tremendous talent with that man and if he makes all his customers feel the way we felt in his presence, your store will breed nothing but success. If you ever need Furniture and you are in Newnan or hell the Atlanta area ! Ask for Robert Serrano , or just listen real good for the Brooklyn accent . Thank you Robert and Ashley for your Great customer service!

Salesperson (Robert) was great to work with. But it went downhill after that. Bought my furniture at the beginning of March. It’s May and I am still trying to get an entire set that isn’t damaged three deliveries later. Shop elsewhere if you don’t want to pay full price for damaged furniture and the inconvenience of waiting for deliveries you’ll have to return or wait for them to repair.

Diane Fiore was our Sales Associate. When we walked into Ashley Furniture our goal was to get pricing for the furniture we needed from there and then go to a few other furniture stores. There was no need. Diane was able to get our pricing right and made our experience wonderful.
