Zen is an outstanding saleswoman . She had a great understanding of our needs and did an excellent job of describing product information questions that we had, and gave a great price. She is very easy to communicate with and fully understood our questions.

My wife and I had a great experience from the start. Taryn was kind and helpful, not pressuring which we liked. She answered all our questions and called promptly when a particular item came in stock. We’re very pleased with the quality of the dining table and chairs we ordered. Ashley’s was very efficient and delivered quickly.

Zen was very helpful and concerned about what I want

We bought two pieces of furniture a few days ago. They arrived on time, as promised, and in good condition. One of the pieces just didn’t work in our room (or in any room in our home). We made a poor choice and we own that. On the same day they were delivered, we called the store to see if we could return the one item for either a refund or, if a refund was not possible, for store credit. We were told that they will not accept returns of merchandise that is neither damaged nor defective. So we’re stuck with it. While we take full responsibility for the poor choice, we’ve learned our lesson as far as buying from Ashley Furniture. So for the quality of what we bought, all is good. For their poor return policy, though, I have to knock off a couple stars. Update: Someone from Ashley's customer service operation contacted me shortly after I posted this review, seeking to "make this right." I respectfully requested that they take back the item (still in pristine condition, tags attached) and give store credit. Bottom line: they said no. They did give us a $60 refund, so that's something. But, in the end, we're still stuck with an item that doesn't work for us; we just paid $60 less for that item. But I thought it only fair to give credit where credit is due (no pun intended). I'm not going to give more stars. But at least you have the full story.

We had an amazing experience with Garrett and the whole team at Ashley. We went to competitors in the area and the price and service were no match for Ashley! Excited to have our new sectional in our home in a week!

The original delivery they left a screw out my slat for bed and told me that it was adjusted. After they left I checked it was not there. Called Ashley scheduled a second delivery for the screws to be installed they came and didn’t have any hardware. Third delivery was submitted to order the screws according to the representative and they would contact me when they were received. The delivery personnel came out I was not home, no notification tfrom Ashley they would coming. That goodness my son had just came home from work. Communication. Delivery and customer services needs improvement. I won’t be purchasing anything else from this company.

The Ashley Store in Newnan had a good variety and the staff were helpful. The delivery team was especially friendly and efficient in unpacking, setting up, and cleaning up the wrappings.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Would not recommend spending a dime here. Home delivery damaged our wooden floors. I have been trying to get in touch with someone for over 3 months. They close the case and lie saying they tried to reach out but no one answers. Take your money elsewhere to people who actually care and have good quality furniture that is actually worth 4k.

As a first timer, I found my service to be very efficient and comfortable; Taryn B. was a great representative who tells you the whole picture and makes sure you know everything before you go through with it. This was great!

Great customer service and a good sale rep

First off, I never received my sales receipt or information that I signed at the store. I ordered a black wood table. They delivered the table, no parts nor the middle insert. Over a week later they come to deliver the middle insert and screws and put the table together. The middle insert had markings of marker and smudges. The table also had a scratch on it. For $1000 I want a brand new table. The tech called someone and they confirmed it was a black marker. I told him I didn’t want it anymore. Like did they try to deliver me a used or showroom table. Unacceptable. It’s been a month now and I haven’t received my replacement. They won’t cancel your order unless you refuse it at delivery. They called my delivery successful. That’s not successful. I didn’t receive my entire order. It’s been over a month. They did not provide white glove delivery at all. How do you deliver a table with no parts and scratches. If the middle insert had been provided at original delivery, I would have refused the delivery. I also thought I had 3 days to return. Who can remember what they signed if they never even gave you a copy of the agreement. By the sounds of these reviews, we need a class action suit! No worries, they won’t get anymore of my money. Since they will not refund me they are sending me a “brand new table”. They were supposed to bring it 8/8. They never delivered my table. Mind you my first table was delivered 7/12. A month later I have no functioning table. I’m not satisfied with them “handing my concern”.

Dianne was the best sales person anybody in the world could ever want I couldn’t have done a better job myself. We look forward to doing more business with her and the future.

the delivery person ripped the fabric and instead of replacing the couch they sent someone to sew the fabric. They didn’t do a good job. We’ve customer service asking to have the couch replaced but they refuse to replace the couch

Bought a sectional for my daughter. The process was quick and friendly. No pressure from either sales associate which is always a plus.

Our daughter needed her first couch and we prepared her for pushy sales people but that’s not what we found at Ashley’s. We were pleasantly surprised how helpful and nice the sales people were on the floor! They gave you the information you need and space to browse the store without high pressure to buy. We ended up going back for the purchase and again we were promptly helped and the two salespeople shared the commission on the sale. It was a great experience. We are looking forward to delivery, which is exactly when we needed it. Prices are reasonable and would recommend everyone to browse Ashley’s next time they need a new piece.

His product knowledge is top notch. His answers to our questions felt very genuine. He guided us through our purchases that was more than our original plan but we left walking away with a really great value as we costed up but got savings

We went in today in hopes to purchase a new couch. Bonnie made the entire process seamless! From start to finish she was kind, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I’ve never had a more enjoyable furniture shopping experience. We will definitely be back to continue furnishing our home!

I just moved to the area and came to this store to find a couch for my new apartment. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Brian with a smile and felt in great hands my entire time. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped welcome me to the area. He deserves a raise!

My first trip to Ashley did not disappoint! Quality furniture on sale for the Memorial Day weekend! But the best part of it all was my sales person, Taryn. She has been a gem. These days, good customer service is an anomaly, but Taryn has the best attitude coupled with knowledge of inventory and total professionalism. She even endured a 30-min phone call with me while I was in the hay field on a tractor at our farm while we zeroed in on accessories to go with our new sofa and recliner. An easy and enjoyable furniture shopping experience!

I haven bought furniture in quite a while and i gotta tell you, it was almost as bad as buying a car. We were there over two and a half hours. I got ticked off at one point and almost left the store. The items were out of at the warehouse both scheduled to deliver there at different times. So they wanted to charge me two delivery fees. Company policy!

Ashley use to be my store to buy from, but I will never buy from this store again. I bought a sectional from here that was damaged beyond the eye. It's been hell to get them to fix it or replace it. I even bought the warranty. I would not recommend this store to no one.

Ed was our salesman. He introduced himself in a timely manner. Let us know that he was kinda new. But, we couldn't tell! He was extremely honest, knowledgeable, and kind. If he didn't know the answer, he was fast at finding the right one for us! We purchased an entire bedroom set and mattress. If your looking for a good salesman, go see Ed! Aminda, the sales manager helped as well. Very nice and very helpful! Got us the discounts that best fit our budget. Update, I have changed my review from a 5 star to a 3 cause the delivery and customer service staff! I have waisted 3 Saturdays on this place. The furniture was damaged and then the furniture got damaged during delivery. It has taken 3 Saturdays to fix this issue. When you call into the customer help line and ask for help, they are extremely rude! We spent alot of money here! But this will be last time! ASHLEY FURNITURE has lost my business! Customers should be treated with respect and also never talked down to!

My college graduate daughter just starting out bought a bedroom suite here. Got it on clearance at a great price. My daughter,nephew and I went to pick it up when they said they had employees to load it up. Turned out the employees dedicated for loading were the manager and another soft skin handed gentleman and apparently neither had ever handled furniture before. They were holding a chest of drawers sideways (who knows why) and 1 drawer slid out and smashed onto asphalt. Then seconds later another drawer slid out onto the asphalt. My non confrontational daughter's face Turned red immediately ! Then she said why don't you guys sit it down. There was obvious damage to the 2 drawers. The manager Mr. Lee immediately to avoid accountability and discount the damages he'd caused started talking as if she was buying some already damaged merchandise. It was a clearance display model but wasn't previously damaged. He proceeded to say they could only refund the cost of all items. That she had gotten a great deal on or credit her $20 for 2 damaged drawers !!! Very unprofessional and seemed to NOT even care or show any concern about his mistakes that damaged the furniture ! My Daughter is a 23 years young BSN RN and will probably be making twice his salary if not immediately within a short period. She was on a budget then. But will NEVER shop at that establishment again. And I recommend No one else does. Lack of accountability professionalism as well as empathy !

I would like to professionally state that my experience with Tyran Benedictk was Pleasant professional, and she made the experience very rewarding. However, the store manager was not so professional and actually almost spoiled the experience. The store manager should be one of the most Professional and knowledgeable staff in the store, he, “Thomas Lees” Was not professional and unbecoming of being in the position of store manager. Overall this was a great experience!

If I can give zero stars I would. We ordered a brand new bedroom set with mattress. Day of delivery the guys put the bedroom set together and left-in a hurry. We went upstairs to get the bed ready and when we moved the mattress we noticed a crack in the headboard and the headboard was not properly placed and loose. I immediately called the customer service line to which they told us we had to go through the process of getting it looked at and inspected to see if it needed replacement, we agreed and gave them that chance. The representative came the following week and pretty much did a patch job on the headboard told me to let it dry, so we did and it looks hideous. I called customer service and they said they would escalate it to corporate, we requested either a replacement, exchange or refund as the expectation is that if we get a BRAND NEW piece of furniture it comes brand new and if the damage was done by delivery then they need to replace it. Our request got denied because it was “not within policy terms”. This is unacceptable that they expect us to be ok with this patch job after we spent a lot of money for new furniture for our home. Do yourselves a favor and make sure you look at everything these delivery people do because we thought by giving them the space to do their job, we were being good customers, but it looks like this company just takes advantage of their customers.

i wouldn’t recommend!! the furniture is nice, but the hassle with getting it makes it not worth it. my family of 5 purchased a 2 part couch & were told by the employees that nothing was on back order & that things would be delivered in about a week, maybe just a bit longer than that… well it’s been over a month & is almost christmas & we only have half of it. we’re beyond frustrated & nobody has provided us with helpful information. each time the delivery date has been changed, they end up switching it again. so looks like we’ll be sitting on the floor this christmas instead of the couch we paid over $2,000 for. definitely find a place more reliable!!! this is insane!!!!!

Everything was great. From the time we walked in the door until the guys left after delivering our couch. Great company and would recommend them to anyone.

Update: After being replied by the store, I have already cancelled the order but continue to receive calls about the order and they still have conflicting information on each call. This is to serve as a warning for those looking at purchases to be careful and monitor orders closely. On the phone, the store manager was nice and sympathetic. However, anyone spoken to at the corporate level has been extremely unhelpful and unwilling to say anything other than what I can only presume to be the pre-written script they are told not to stray from. ---- Don't bother if buying more than a single item. They will say part is in stock while the rest is delayed but will be in by end of the week, reschedule delivery (the day prior). Rinse and repeat for weeks. After a while you can call to find out they gave away the piece they were holding onto, but have the missing one in stock instead. This issue has happened a few times at different locations. Online and in store.

I never write reviews but this had me so frustrated, Worst place to buy, I bought a bed that was suppose to be delivered in a week, took almost a month get it and turns out the foot board was broken I called they giving me a run around and won’t give me my money back, 2 months later I am still waiting for them to tell what is going to happen.

My husband and I went in looking at the sofas, as our “electric” sofa had gone out days earlier. We met Amber and she was absolutely amazing!! She talked with us, found out what we were looking for and showed us exactly what we told her we were looking for. Hubby and I were, what I felt, indecisive, but Amber was SO patient with us, encouraging us to take our time, still asking questions to get to know us even more, but just an absolute joy to work with. While sitting on one of the sofas again, I happened to ask her if she had anything more durable than leather, because we have a dog who believes she owns the sofa. Amber showed us 2 suits that we absolutely fell in love with and we became even more indecisive. She, again, was SO amazing and patient, talking us through it and assisted us with making a decision that we are thrilled with. We highly recommend Amber Ellis to anyone looking for furniture. I promise you, you will NOT be sorry!! I have already recommended her to 3 different family members who are looking!

We had the worst experience EVER!! Our customer service person was a new sales person and trust me I totally understand "mishaps" can happen. I deal with them daily as a manager! This young lady lost a BIG sale... Which in turn in my opinion... The manager should have walked over to us!!! If you see your employee in a difficult situation...STEP IN AND HELP ( that is why you are a manager) The advertisement on tables for the furniture is misleading and she also said it was misleading!! So after giving us 3-4 different prices for furniture... ( One piece) ... I started to ask for a manager... but I was tired of shopping especially after this visit...We left ... It was horrible... Even after she spoke to her manager and came back to us with different pricing!.. she was polite.. but if you see a picture with a price and description of item... That's what I expect to pay... Not 600.00 more dollars. When my place of business has a picture of a price with product ...THAT IS THE PRICE THEY PAY FOR!! To make a long story short we visited another place and within 30 minutes we had our item/items paid for it and out the door with delivery date.

If I could have left no stars I would have. My parents came in there to buy all new furniture and this place is a joke. Not only are they unorganized with there warehouse and inventory but they also have people working for them that doesn’t know there products. If you have someone new working they should be shadowed so they don’t screw up a 14,000 order. Once you order things then your told its back ordered then delivery is calling you saying there delivering soon but never show up. I would suggest going elsewhere. You ask for a distract manager they tell you they can’t give you that information. You tell them you want to cancel your whole order then your told well we have to get it approved by corporate. This place is a rip off and a joke. My parents are now stuck with a bed that is not even what they wanted. Beware!!!!!

Worst experience we have ever had purchasing furniture. Delivery dates rescheduled multiple times, furniture out of stock, unable to locate parts of the beds, it took several deliveries to get our furniture and we still haven't received it all. Store blames warehouse however no resolution from store. We had to go through their corporate office to resolve the issues. We will never shop Ashley's again. The Manager nor the sales manager assisted until the Corp office was notified.

I bought a set of furniture from this store. The wood used to make the sofa was rotten. The bedroom furniture is horrible. I will never shop at any Ashley HomeStore again. Poor quality unlike any I have ever seen.

If I could give these people a no stars I would. I purchased a section from this location and within a year the fabric is worn, torn, and hard to clean full of fuzz balls that make it look so bad. I do not have small children nor have people constantly sitting on this sofa and it looks like I've had it for 10 years. I had a technician come out and was told I would receive new sofa coverings and never received them and now have been told its my fault and nothing is going to be done. I have spent thousands of dollars at this place and the level of customer service regarding this issue is below unsatisfactory. I will never purchase from them again!!!!

My issue was not being able to be ALONE and enjoy the furniture even after telling the associate when I found something I liked I would come find him. Instead every time I touched or sat down on a sofa he was right there telling me more details. It was weird so I left, I understand wanting a commission but give me the opportunity to feel everything out for myself and I will come back to you.

My mother and I met at this establishment after my father previously searched for what he wanted. We didn’t quite understand what he meant at first when he said go in and “meet Derrick.” We found out very quickly. After walking into the beautiful, neat, and welcoming store we are used to, we were greeted by Derrick warmly at the front after he was called to us. There was nothing unreal about our interaction. Derrick was patient as he put together all of our needs, understandings, and observances. Also, what was really big, was there was no rush. I can speak that I was allowed to ask questions and examine the products freely, making sure that things were a proper fit. For me, this made me feel more comfortable with my family making such a large purchase and feels like the reason why you would have a show room in the first place (not just to show case the pretty exterior). Each step did use time, but at no point was Derrick inattentive. He seamlessly glided back and forth between customers and even gave us space to make observances alone. We eventually went with our first pick as well as adding another piece, and because of the patience of Derrick and all of the reassurance the store brought to us as well, we made the decision as a united family.

He took the time to actually differentiate the different levels of leather utilized in the material of the sectionals and recliners and really tailored the experience we had to looking at options in our budget while also taking into consideration options since we own a dog, a cat, and a chicken. 10/10 would recommend asking for him as your sales person to gain knowledge about furniture.

I’d like to thank salesmen Garett Hughes on his outstanding customer service today. He sold me a new mattress and base on Friday and I was set up for a delivery on the following Wednesday. There was a glitch in the system for my delivery. I was told the mattress was on back order and couldn’t be delivered until next week. Garett worked with his service manager and had the matter fixed within a few hours. He even called me personally to let me know the issue had been handled and that my mattress will be delivered in the morning! He went above and beyond and I am so appreciative of his help!

We were able to go in and find exactly what we wanted that fit our criteria. No issues with delivery or purchase. If you have an issue with your furniture, the warranty process is ridiculous. They demand useless photos (7 photos 360⁰ of the furniture, even if you've only had it for a week) of the furniture and make you wait weeks to get any activity at all after filing a claim. We have yet to have our furniture repaired or even looked at. Summary: I would give the purchase and delivery 4 stars, warranty 1 star.

My mom had very specific needs due to various health issues (including recent hip surgery). We were able to find the right recliner to replace her old one. She uses the recliner for sleeping in and was almost about to give up finding one in town and have to order online. I've been to this location a couple times, and both times have not been impressed with the service. The first time, I was looking for a sofa and when I asked the associate about the final price after taxes and fees he gave me a price that included a furniture protection plan and all kinds of add ons that I didn't want. I later went and bought the sofa online at Ashley Furniture for about $1000 cheaper than quoted. The second time I went, I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help looking, I said no and began my search for a dinner table. The associate that greeted me then followed me to every single room around the store, almost stalking me, as I looked around. I was so uncomfortable that I left. I understand that the employees want to make a commission, but come on, don't follow my every move.

If I could put zero stars I would. I am a 86 year old woman who purchased a Boxberg Power Reclining Loveseat with Console on January 11th. My granddaughter is helping me to write this post. About 2 days after the purchase I found a cigarette hole in it, and 3 days later I found out that the other side was completely broken. I paid $1,486 for this recliner. I reached out to customer service for help and I was told that I was 72 hours late to get any help to fix it. I have reached out multiple times and no action was taken from their side. All they did is offered me instructions on how to fix the other side. The cigarette hole was completely ignored. I feel helpless and frustrated with the absence of any customer service, not even to mention a poor quality of the product of such a high price. The couch is still in my room, and there is nothing I can do about it but complain here…. Don’t buy from Ashley’s Furniture Please see the pictures for reference

My experience was wonderful! From the time I walked in the door I was taken care of by the BEST sales associate! Unfortunately I do not have his name but this was at the Newnan location Tuesday February 14th around 11pm! The most caring sales person I’ve spoken with!

Amenda and Tom were absolutely incredible. We went in wanting to test out the different kinds of Purple mattresses and they were extremely kind, patient, and informative. They also gave us an amazing Presidents Day deal on new Purple pillows and a base for the new bed. Could not be more pleased with our experience and excited for our new bed!

We purchased our dining room furniture at Ashley in Newnan, Georgia two years ago. The finish peeled off of the dining table, thankfully we had purchased the extended warranty. A claim was filed and the warranty company purchased a new table from Ashley. This is where the problems began, from no shows to damaged furniture, and harassing delivery personnel, eleven appointments later Ashley had to refund our money. In eleven attempts Ashley could not send a table to my home that was not damaged. The store manager Tom was hesitant to return my calls, Evan the district manager was evasive and well insulated by the stores hierarchy from any contact with the public and Erica made me feel like I had done something wrong by expecting Ashley furniture to honor their product warranty. I was told by Tom and Evan that my eleventh delivery would be opened in the warehouse and inspected by a warehouse manager before delivery, I took off work and the delivery team opened the box to find a broken table. Tom and Evan were not honest with me. Clint the delivery manager placed harassing phone calls to me prior to delivery, I had to notify the local authorities to protect my family. How would I describe describe the managers in Newnan, Incompetent, apathetic, careless, disrespectful, and distant, they could have cared less about a repeat Ashley customer of ten years. I will never buy another piece of Ashley furniture. I caution anyone who is considering buying furniture from the Newnan store to run away as fast as you can, for your own mental health. You have been warned!

A tech came out to fix the damages and while leaving, left staples all along our drive way causing injuries to our dog, children as well as requiring new tires on two of our vehicles. Please note, we have ring camera footage of the technician shaking our the blanket with staples out in our drive way which Ashley does not admit too even though provided the video. A complaint was filed with Ashley demanding immediate attention in which we were never contacted and a request was submitted for a different tech to come out and observe the damages. Upon arrival the second tech determined the couch was not in good quality with exposed wood and staples sticking out and ordered the piece of the sectional be replaced. Since then we have not heard from Ashley or anyone trying to correct the issue of injuries to our dog, children as well as requiring new tires on two of our vehicles.

I shopped many different places looking for a loveseat that I wanted. I went to Ashley furniture in Newnan and talked with Garrett Hughs about the one I wanted we worked a good fair deal. I came back the next day and made the purchase. Very pleased with the work ethic of the people at Ashley.

Me and my son went to Ashley Furniture in Newnan the other night and as we walked in we were greated by Garett. After walking around for a few we told him that we would have to come back another night due to that we wasn't sure if the piece of furniture would fit where we wanted to put it. We vistited again today and as we walked in the store we were greeted again by Garett and he remembered the both of us and what we were interested in buying. We eneded up buying the table and two stools and he and another employee even loaded it on my truck. It was my grandmother’s 100th bday and we wanted to purchase her a new dining table and server (as she requested). Unfortunately, the set was unavailable for delivery before her bday dinner. So, we elected to p/up and pay someone to assemble. When we arrived at the warehouse, the 2 out 4 of the chairs were unavailable. I notified Ashley customer service(Diane and Erica-manager) both were nice, but the company policy is horrible. Since all items were unavailable and I wasn’t informed prior to purchasing, I asked for the company to deliver & assemble. They agreed to deliver but could not assemble. My grandmother is not able to assemble nor can my mother that she lives with. Now, I have to spend additional money to have the 2 chairs assembled, bc they failed to have all the items in stock. If I had known all items were unavailable for pickup, I would NOT have purchased a $3300 kitchen set from Ashley’s in Newnan, Ga. I feel as if I was treated unfairly as a customer, due to lack of…by the warehouse/Ashley’s furniture store. When you know better, you do better!! Please spend your money where you are valued and appreciated….. my grandmother still enjoyed her 100th bday dinner without all 4 chairs!

I am writing to give the lowest possible rating to Ashley!!!! I purchased several items on line and they delivered a loveseat to the WRONG ADDRESS- TWICE!!! I have called MANY times and sat on the phone for HOURS trying to get this resolved, only to receive HORRIBLE customer service. I STILL do not have my loveseat and they have charged me!!! We purchased a table and 6 bar stools from Ashley. The sales person Quan was great at explaining how we needed the protection plan and how that it would cover any accidental issues. The chairs with the table arrived broken. He said to put a claim in with ProtectAll. The protection plan company then said they would not cover the claim. I hope everyone reads this who intends on purchasing a protection plan from Ashley, that no matter what they promise, pass on the protection plan. They truly are worthless. I have used them with other companies, and I even sold them at one point in my life. These particular ones are worthless. Save yourself the $149.00

Emily helped us determine which mattress worked best for both of us. She was knowledgeable about the differences between the different models and brands. She was patient and not pushy.

Customer Service is alive & well done @ Ashely Furniture in Newnan!! My husband & I went to Ashley on 8/4 looking for a sofa sectional. We were immediately greeted by Bonnie, she introduced herself, asked if we were looking for anything specific, offered assistance. She was super friendly, informative & non intrusive. We narrowed it down to 2 sofas & decided to sleep on it. I went back the next day to order the sectional. I was greeted by Amenda. I asked for Bonnie, but she was on her lunch break. Amenda happily placed my order on Bonnie's behalf, helped me open an account & was also very warm & friendly. The level of service we received from both young ladies was outstanding & refreshing. Our sectional was delivered on the date promised and well within the 4 hour window. The delivery men were friendly & respectful. They even were so kind as to place our old sofa in the garage for us! After delivery, I realized there was a problem, no fault of theirs. It was my fault. I went back to Ashley, where I was greeted by Bonnie. I discussed my issue with her & she quickly brought me over to the office to speak with Daysha. Daysha was friendly, kind & compassionate. While talking with Daysha, Bonnie excused herself & went to find the manager, Tom. Tom, along with Bonnie, quickly took care of my issue, going above & beyond what I could ever have expected! I can't say enough good things about Bonnie, Amenda, Daysha & Tom & the outstanding customer service we received! I hope they all get the recognition they so well deserve. This is the second time we have purchased furniture @ Ashely in Newnan. We are extremely satisfied with every associate we encountered from start to finish! Going forward, we will always choose Ashley for our furniture needs.

Great experience each and every time we come in this location. If you have to do service with anyone use Amenda!!!! She is amazing! Knows what she is talking about and treats you like family and not some customer she is trying to just make a profit off of. Seems like she loves her job and loves to see her customers leave happy with a smile on their face.

We live in Bermuda and had built a home in Georgia. Went with Ashley since they are the Largest. Huge mistake. Being the largest means 1 thing. Customer service is not going to be a priority. Although the folks at the Newnan store were great, that’s where the positive review ends. They seem to cater to the needs of their warehouse and not the customer. We moved in to our home on the 11th of August and slept on the floor until our furniture was delivered. There is definitely a disconnect between the store and dispatch. We ordered and paid for approximately $40,000 worth of furniture in June and only 3 pieces were not in stock. By the time we moved in we needed 4 separate deliveries the last of which was the 1st week of September. All during the delays, I called customer service and they were absolutely no help. Promises made by your stores are ignored by customer service and your delivery team. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had and will never purchase from them again. I’ve given other reviews on email requests but this is truly last I want to discuss this. Purchasing a home is stressful enough with out be given the amount of aggravation we had to endure from your company. After looking at the responses from your customer service department to other negative reviews, it seems your company doesn’t get it. Doing something for a customer after a negative experience with you should be automatic. An apology and stating please email us back if there’s anything else you could help us with is very shallow. Now to add to the level of disappointment with this company, we paid for the protection plan. We just figured if we were going to spend 6000 on a sectional we should cover it. The reclining portion of the sectional broke. We called on Monday and was given a technician arrival date of 9/30/22. We were also informed that we would rec a call with arrival time 24 to 48 hours prior to the 30th. When I called today the recording says “We see you have a technician appointment scheduled for 10/7. How is it possible that this company has stayed in business with this terrible customer service for so long.

We told her what we wanted to look at (recliners); she showed us the options and told us about each one, answered our many questions, was patient while I measured specific chairs, told us which ones were in stock and when we could get them, and then left us alone so we could discuss the options. After checking out two other furniture stores —one of which had a most unimpressive salesman—, we went back to Amenda at Ashley and bought two recliners and a mattress. She is exemplary!

The initial purchase process was very smooth and easy to complete. However, Ashley's Customer Service after the sale leaves a lot to be desired. Every time I call to check on delivery status, I am given a different delivery date. Salesperson from day of sale is absolutely no help and will not respond. Very frustrated with trying to get delivery information. One day all furniture is in and given a delivery date. When no contact is made for delivery date given, call back and am told furniture is on back order and given a delivery date over a month away. Not sure if I will ever do business with Ashley Furniture again. After the Sale Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired.

We did an online order with our Ashley card. The order didn’t go through but it charged our card 7 times (yep, that’s about $15k) They “may” have that resolved in 7 days but maybe not. We’ve been told to wait and see. In the mean time we tried to just order the items over the phone. We’re told to go to the store. The store wouldn’t honor the online price and can’t sell us all of our items as some of them are available online only. How can they be online only when they tell me that the website has been malfunctioning (hence the original $15k problem) for an extended period? What a disaster. I would have walked away long ago if I hadn’t ordered several other things to match this set from other stores.

The salesperson Tammy Brooks was absolutely wonderful!! She was extremely helpful during the whole process of our purchase. I would highly recommend the Newnan, GA. store and Ms. Brooks. The furniture is also of a very good quality.

Great selection! We purchased the jesolo sofa and love seat recliners! Very reasonable prices. Very comfortable and came in two colors, we got the brown. Customer service was wonderful. Con lo que no estoy de acuerdo es que se juegue con el descuento y el seguro; el seguro yo no lo deseaba y me fue incluido; en nuestro caso, me parece un monto excesivo, ya que pienso que nunca lo utilizaremos. Espero que sean cumplidos y el juego se entregado en la fecha ofrecida y en optimas condiciones.

Horrible customer service at Corporate level!! We purchased our furniture in September. We purchased furniture by what was available in 4-5 days not by what furniture we liked best due to their shortages and unknown availability. Once Ashley sold us the furniture in the store, communication and customer services basically ended. At that point we were given phone numbers to contact which are call centers that are not local. The day of delivery we waited 14 hours for our delivery they arrived about 8pm. One piece to our sectional was missing. We were told they’d contact us with another delivery date. Twice I waited all day for them to show up with a damaged piece of furniture. Two more times in the Month states f January 2022 they were scheduled to deliver, I sat home again 7am-9pm waited for a delivery that never came. Ashley did not call either of those two times to let us know they were Not coming that day. The following Monday we received an email giving us another date and NO time. When I called Ashley and spoke to a supervisor I was still told they could not give me a time. We have also had a warranty issue, Ashley send someone out that person said it needed someone else to look at it from the warranty department and apologized they were not from the warranty department. SO WHO WERE they? We still don’t know and I found out today they never escalated or reported the damage to anyone. Today I made another appointment for them to come out. Sadly we have had a horrific experience with Ashley and I would NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone!! In all of my phone calls, complaints and requests for someone in Ashley Corporate to contact me about my issues NO ONE EVER HAS! SHAME on all Ashley Corporate personal for not caring more about your customers!!

Recently purchased a new mattress and metal bed for my guest room. I absolutely love it. My family enjoyed not sleeping on an air mattress over the holidays.

funiture is great back can you say BACK ORDER, literally they will sell you funiture, tell you it's in stock and there will be no issues for delivery just to be surprised by no phone call or anything when your order doesn't arrive on the scheduled day. you have to call them and be told your furniture is on back order and there's no telling when it will arrive.🤣 it's literally comical because this is the second time it's happened with in 2 months .

Don’t get me wrong I love my Ashley Furniture! But he’s taking over nine months just to get my order correct and actually set up at my home. I’ve been waiting for three months to get the supports for the slats that go under my bed nobody will return my call nobody will answer the phone that is the only reason that I am rating this at three

Be careful if you happen purchase any type of reclining lift chair from this place. The metal component which raises and lowers the chair is made of aluminum. It shredded on me and threw me in the floor. According to their insurance company this breaks frequently. Because of this i am without a recliner for 2-3 more months after waiting two months before the insurance company came out. The come out and order the part which takes 2 months and i have to wait almost a month before they put it on. jUST GOT THE PIECE TO PUT ON FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE ALMOST 5 MONTHS LATER. NOW THE WARRANTY IS EXPIRED.....I HAVE A PIECE AND NO ONE TO INSTALL IT.....

Online price and store price were nearly $500(per item) different. Delivery just showed up and only one item came. No advance notice about anything being on backorder. Terrible customer service, unless they can make a buck. Next furniture will come from some other company. Once I pay this off, I'm canceling my card and looking elsewhere.

I purchased a new living room set. The sofa was badly damaged upon delivery. It looked as thought it took a forty-foot drop from a bridge. They sent a technician out for repairs, but after further examination, he was unsure of what he’d find after ripping open the fabric. I requested that the sofa simply be replaced, but I was denied. Please be careful when buying their expensive furniture because you will be stuck with something that is equivalent to used.

Diane was very helpful and friendly. I'm new to the city and made me and my dad feel welcomed. The manager was also very kind and helped us as well.

Mrs. DIANE helped us choose a good sofa which is just fit to us perfectly. Her worthy experience and wisdom which have been much prior to mine gave me a good inspiration to get a good furniture. We must be the customers who visit Ashley next time again.

Unbelievable. I ordered the parts for the and I was told 2 to 3 weeks . I was told today the the parts and not going to be shipped out for another month! That's the beginning of November. And they don't considering waiting 2 months a problem or an inconvenience. The reason it's taking so long according to them is Covid . I asked why I had something shipped from England and it took just a little over 2 weeks and they are dealing with Covid and customs. I asked why everyone else in country has made adjustments but no them! Covid is just a cheap excuse . So according to them anything shipping out will take 2 months. Keep in mind this started the middle of august and it's now the 1st week of October. Once again no compensation for the inconvenience. . I had to spend another $600 to buy a bed. They just don't care I don't like to get angry on the phone but they have worn me out and I'm out of patience.

Such a great experience today in the Ashley Park Newnan. We were greeted warmly by Derek and ended up having Bobby help us. We spent half the time in there that I thought we would have to, and we left with a smiles on our faces. Our furniture will be delivered in three weeks! Thank you guys for the smooth shopping experience and big smiles.

Aaron was great. He was not pushy and explained everything to me. I purchased a sofa from RTG less than 2 years ago and it is broken already. I appreciate how Aaron explained to me how the furniture is made and the best quality for my family.

Stay away from a Ashley Furniture in Ashley Park Newnan. On two separate occasions (I should have learnt the first time) I’ve had orders go horribly wrong (damaged items, multiple delays, no updates, no ownership from Ashley Furniture) and have had to visit the store on multiple occasions because the contact center is useless (and I would know because I’ve been running contact centers for the last 30 years). I finally had to cancel my order and request a refund. Totally useless.

Good experience, did not feel pressured, no sales person following you all around. I was able to analyze the different options and determined what I wanted, before I called over the sales representative. My questions were answered and the purchase was made.

I had a wonderful experience at the Ashley HomeStore in Newnan. My sales rep was Tammy. She was knowledgeable about the products and patient as I look at practically every sofa on the floor. I would definitely shop there again and when I do, I will be looking for Tammy!

Tammy, was very nice and professional. We considered purchasing from another store, but after meeting Tammy, her outstanding customer service skills won us over. She made our furniture buying experience fun and painless. We really appreciate Tammy.

We worked with Diane and she was very helpful and completed our order quickly. We hate the wait we have for the furniture we have ordered, but understand that it is just the nature of the business in today's market.

I thought we had great service from Derrick from the Newnan store but alas, no. Two rescheduled delivery dates and then they arrive with the wrong bed because the salesperson ordered the wrong one and I didn’t catch it on the receipt. Ashley furniture in Newnan are useless! This is not the first time I’ve had issues with them. Go somewhere else to buy furniture.
