Initially the sales associate had great customer service. We order a bed, sectional and ottoman on may 23, we were given a delivery date of JUNE 30 for all of our items but ok we understand the delay due to covid19. Fast forward to june 29th I receive a call from Ashley confirming my delivery for the next day, then I receive a call 2 minutes later from the warehouse stating that my bed and ottoman is not in stock and will not be delivered until mid JULY! Needless to say we were not happy with that service so I went in to receive a refund for the bed and ottoman. I will not order from Ashley in the future. Not the first time we've had this type of service from Ashley

We ordered a bedroom set for our new house Mar. 8, 2020, the items were delivered in May as agreed upon. The bed in the guest bedroom did not come with all it's parts. The master bedroom set came with the bed manufactured improperly so it could not be assembled. We contacted Ashley and were told we had to have a tech. verify our problems which took 2 weeks to schedule. He came out and verified our problems, we waited a couple of days to contact customer service to see what was going to be done to fix our problem (as the tech told us to do) only to find out a report was not filed. The rep told us we could do this all ourselves right then with him, so why did we have to wait 2 weeks for a Ashley rep to come out for nothing. We slowly received the parts for the 2nd bed and have it assembled. Our main bed is still sitting on the floor taking up space. I asked for a simple 10% discount for the inconvenience that Ashley has put us thru with this long wait and they said no. We have been told an exchange is scheduled for this Friday but I have my doubts. Needless to say, DO NOT SHOP ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!!
My sales associate was the absolute best, he made sure i was taken care of and helped with any questions asked. If you’re ever in the Newnan area, please ask for Robert Serrano. His customer service is immaculate!

If I could leave a 0 I would. Absolutely the WORST customer service I have EVER dealt with. We ordered furniture and understood due to Covid it would be a little delayed. Once we received the order part of the sectional was backordered. A dining room chair came broken. The leg was completely split off. The barstools we sat in and showed the salesperson that we wanted were not what was delivered. We went to the store to explain that the barstools were wrong, upon looking at the easel that the barstools are on it seems the salesperson wrote it wrong. I understand, we are all human. The store refers you to customer service who does not answer the phone. Who does not ever call you back. Who does not answer emails! The split chair issue was resolved at store level-but we have to have a technician come out and look at the chair to see that it is split and can't be repaired. (That took two weeks to happen) I called the store again today about the barstools and she put it in notes and said customer service will reach out to us but that there is a no return policy, so it may or may not get resolved. Why can we not return something that is WRONG? I will never ever recommend Ashley Furniture to someone. It has been a horrible experience since it was delivered. The customer service is by far the WORST!

Great furniture, friendly staff. Got in, found what we needed, got out quickly. And Jamar was JaMarvelous. I’m a father of 4. Can’t stop a good bad dad joke. This is who I am. Looking forward to our next visit!
We have to go pick up the bedding at the warehouse 30 minutes away. Neither item was available at the store. Nor would the store have the items brought from the warehouse.
My husband and I are so happy with Ashley furniture store! Robert Serrano has gone above and beyond for us with helping us find the perfect furniture for our new house! We are difficult clients and he has worked so well with us! We absolutely love him and recommend him to everyone!

Robert Serrano was the best sales associate. Helpful, but not pushy. He truly looked out for our best interest. If you need furniture, go there and ask for Robert. He won’t let you down.
