My first trip to Ashley did not disappoint! Quality furniture on sale for the Memorial Day weekend! But the best part of it all was my sales person, Taryn. She has been a gem. These days, good customer service is an anomaly, but Taryn has the best attitude coupled with knowledge of inventory and total professionalism. She even endured a 30-min phone call with me while I was in the hay field on a tractor at our farm while we zeroed in on accessories to go with our new sofa and recliner. An easy and enjoyable furniture shopping experience!

I haven bought furniture in quite a while and i gotta tell you, it was almost as bad as buying a car. We were there over two and a half hours. I got ticked off at one point and almost left the store. The items were out of at the warehouse both scheduled to deliver there at different times. So they wanted to charge me two delivery fees. Company policy!

Ashley use to be my store to buy from, but I will never buy from this store again. I bought a sectional from here that was damaged beyond the eye. It's been hell to get them to fix it or replace it. I even bought the warranty. I would not recommend this store to no one.

Ed was our salesman. He introduced himself in a timely manner. Let us know that he was kinda new. But, we couldn't tell! He was extremely honest, knowledgeable, and kind. Aminda, the sales manager helped as well. Very nice and very helpful! Got us the discounts that best fit our budget. Update, I have changed my review from a 5 star to a 3 cause the delivery and customer service staff! I have waisted 3 Saturdays on this place. The furniture was damaged and then the furniture got damaged during delivery. It has taken 3 Saturdays to fix this issue. When you call into the customer help line and ask for help, they are extremely rude! We spent alot of money here! But this will be last time! ASHLEY FURNITURE has lost my business! Customers should be treated with respect and also never talked down to!

My college graduate daughter just starting out bought a bedroom suite here. Got it on clearance at a great price. My daughter,nephew and I went to pick it up when they said they had employees to load it up. Turned out the employees dedicated for loading were the manager and another soft skin handed gentleman and apparently neither had ever handled furniture before. They were holding a chest of drawers sideways (who knows why) and 1 drawer slid out and smashed onto asphalt. Then seconds later another drawer slid out onto the asphalt. My non confrontational daughter's face Turned red immediately ! Then she said why don't you guys sit it down. There was obvious damage to the 2 drawers. The manager Mr. Lee immediately to avoid accountability and discount the damages he'd caused started talking as if she was buying some already damaged merchandise. It was a clearance display model but wasn't previously damaged. He proceeded to say they could only refund the cost of all items. That she had gotten a great deal on or credit her $20 for 2 damaged drawers !!! Very unprofessional and seemed to NOT even care or show any concern about his mistakes that damaged the furniture ! My Daughter is a 23 years young BSN RN and will probably be making twice his salary if not immediately within a short period. She was on a budget then. But will NEVER shop at that establishment again. And I recommend No one else does. Lack of accountability professionalism as well as empathy !

However, the store manager was not so professional and actually almost spoiled the experience. The store manager should be one of the most Professional and knowledgeable staff in the store, he, “Thomas Lees” Was not professional and unbecoming of being in the position of store manager. Overall this was a great experience!

My husband and I were looking for a couch for our bonus room and decided to give Ashley furniture a try. When we arrived in the store, Warren, the sales person greeted us. We told him we were looking around, and he gave us a brief description of the layout of the store. After we looked around we found the Coulee Point sectional that we liked. About that time, Warren joined us, and helped to get all of our questions answered and purchase it. I hate it when sales people follow you around all over the store. Luckily, Warren didn’t do that. I appreciate his help and also liked the selection that Ashley has. It seems like Ashely’s quality of furniture has gotten better over the years.

All CROOKS !!!! Be cautious, they tell you anything to get a sale then under deliver- actually don’t deliver at all . When you ask for a refund they make you go through hoops to get your money back …. TRASH

If I can give zero stars I would. We ordered a brand new bedroom set with mattress. Day of delivery the guys put the bedroom set together and left-in a hurry. We went upstairs to get the bed ready and when we moved the mattress we noticed a crack in the headboard and the headboard was not properly placed and loose. I immediately called the customer service line to which they told us we had to go through the process of getting it looked at and inspected to see if it needed replacement, we agreed and gave them that chance. The representative came the following week and pretty much did a patch job on the headboard told me to let it dry, so we did and it looks hideous. I called customer service and they said they would escalate it to corporate, we requested either a replacement, exchange or refund as the expectation is that if we get a BRAND NEW piece of furniture it comes brand new and if the damage was done by delivery then they need to replace it. Our request got denied because it was “not within policy terms”. This is unacceptable that they expect us to be ok with this patch job after we spent a lot of money for new furniture for our home. Do yourselves a favor and make sure you look at everything these delivery people do because we thought by giving them the space to do their job, we were being good customers, but it looks like this company just takes advantage of their customers.

i wouldn’t recommend!! the furniture is nice, but the hassle with getting it makes it not worth it. my family of 5 purchased a 2 part couch & were told by the employees that nothing was on back order & that things would be delivered in about a week, maybe just a bit longer than that… well it’s been over a month & is almost christmas & we only have half of it. we’re beyond frustrated & nobody has provided us with helpful information. each time the delivery date has been changed, they end up switching it again. so looks like we’ll be sitting on the floor this christmas instead of the couch we paid over $2,000 for. definitely find a place more reliable!!! this is insane!!!!!

Everything was great. From the time we walked in the door until the guys left after delivering our couch. Great company and would recommend them to anyone.

Update: After being replied by the store, I have already cancelled the order but continue to receive calls about the order and they still have conflicting information on each call. This is to serve as a warning for those looking at purchases to be careful and monitor orders closely. On the phone, the store manager was nice and sympathetic. However, anyone spoken to at the corporate level has been extremely unhelpful and unwilling to say anything other than what I can only presume to be the pre-written script they are told not to stray from. ---- Don't bother if buying more than a single item. They will say part is in stock while the rest is delayed but will be in by end of the week, reschedule delivery (the day prior). Rinse and repeat for weeks. After a while you can call to find out they gave away the piece they were holding onto, but have the missing one in stock instead. This issue has happened a few times at different locations. Online and in store.

I never write reviews but this had me so frustrated, Worst place to buy, I bought a bed that was suppose to be delivered in a week, took almost a month get it and turns out the foot board was broken I called they giving me a run around and won’t give me my money back, 2 months later I am still waiting for them to tell what is going to happen.

My husband and I went in looking at the sofas, as our “electric” sofa had gone out days earlier. We met Amber and she was absolutely amazing!! She talked with us, found out what we were looking for and showed us exactly what we told her we were looking for. Hubby and I were, what I felt, indecisive, but Amber was SO patient with us, encouraging us to take our time, still asking questions to get to know us even more, but just an absolute joy to work with. While sitting on one of the sofas again, I happened to ask her if she had anything more durable than leather, because we have a dog who believes she owns the sofa. Amber showed us 2 suits that we absolutely fell in love with and we became even more indecisive. She, again, was SO amazing and patient, talking us through it and assisted us with making a decision that we are thrilled with. We highly recommend Amber Ellis to anyone looking for furniture. I promise you, you will NOT be sorry!! I have already recommended her to 3 different family members who are looking!

We had the worst experience EVER!! Our customer service person was a new sales person and trust me I totally understand "mishaps" can happen. I deal with them daily as a manager! This young lady lost a BIG sale... Which in turn in my opinion... The manager should have walked over to us!!! If you see your employee in a difficult situation...STEP IN AND HELP ( that is why you are a manager) The advertisement on tables for the furniture is misleading and she also said it was misleading!! So after giving us 3-4 different prices for furniture... ( One piece) ... I started to ask for a manager... but I was tired of shopping especially after this visit...We left ... It was horrible... Even after she spoke to her manager and came back to us with different pricing!.. she was polite.. but if you see a picture with a price and description of item... That's what I expect to pay... Not 600.00 more dollars. When my place of business has a picture of a price with product ...THAT IS THE PRICE THEY PAY FOR!! To make a long story short we visited another place and within 30 minutes we had our item/items paid for it and out the door with delivery date.

If I could have left no stars I would have. My parents came in there to buy all new furniture and this place is a joke. Not only are they unorganized with there warehouse and inventory but they also have people working for them that doesn’t know there products. If you have someone new working they should be shadowed so they don’t screw up a 14,000 order. Once you order things then your told its back ordered then delivery is calling you saying there delivering soon but never show up. I would suggest going elsewhere. You ask for a distract manager they tell you they can’t give you that information. You tell them you want to cancel your whole order then your told well we have to get it approved by corporate. This place is a rip off and a joke. My parents are now stuck with a bed that is not even what they wanted. Beware!!!!!

Worst experience we have ever had purchasing furniture. Delivery dates rescheduled multiple times, furniture out of stock, unable to locate parts of the beds, it took several deliveries to get our furniture and we still haven't received it all. Store blames warehouse however no resolution from store. We had to go through their corporate office to resolve the issues. We will never shop Ashley's again. The Manager nor the sales manager assisted until the Corp office was notified.

If I could give these people a no stars I would. I purchased a section from this location and within a year the fabric is worn, torn, and hard to clean full of fuzz balls that make it look so bad. I do not have small children nor have people constantly sitting on this sofa and it looks like I've had it for 10 years. I had a technician come out and was told I would receive new sofa coverings and never received them and now have been told its my fault and nothing is going to be done. I have spent thousands of dollars at this place and the level of customer service regarding this issue is below unsatisfactory. I will never purchase from them again!!!!

My mother and I met at this establishment after my father previously searched for what he wanted. We didn’t quite understand what he meant at first when he said go in and “meet Derrick.” We found out very quickly. After walking into the beautiful, neat, and welcoming store we are used to, we were greeted by Derrick warmly at the front after he was called to us. There was nothing unreal about our interaction. Derrick was patient as he put together all of our needs, understandings, and observances. Also, what was really big, was there was no rush. I can speak that I was allowed to ask questions and examine the products freely, making sure that things were a proper fit. For me, this made me feel more comfortable with my family making such a large purchase and feels like the reason why you would have a show room in the first place (not just to show case the pretty exterior). Each step did use time, but at no point was Derrick inattentive. He seamlessly glided back and forth between customers and even gave us space to make observances alone. We eventually went with our first pick as well as adding another piece, and because of the patience of Derrick and all of the reassurance the store brought to us as well, we made the decision as a united family.

Garett was very professional in explain the different levels of mattresses and how each type offers a variety reasons for improved sleep. He took the time to actually differentiate the different levels of leather utilized in the material of the sectionals and recliners and really tailored the experience we had to looking at options in our budget while also taking into consideration options since we own a dog, a cat, and a chicken. 10/10 would recommend asking for him as your sales person to gain knowledge about furniture.

I’d like to thank salesmen Garett Hughes on his outstanding customer service today. He sold me a new mattress and base on Friday and I was set up for a delivery on the following Wednesday. There was a glitch in the system for my delivery. I was told the mattress was on back order and couldn’t be delivered until next week. Garett worked with his service manager and had the matter fixed within a few hours. He even called me personally to let me know the issue had been handled and that my mattress will be delivered in the morning! He went above and beyond and I am so appreciative of his help!

And then she did something you just don't expect, she actually suggested we go to another furniture store close by to look around and see what they had. I mean, who does that???? Obviously, someone confident in what they had to offer. We didn't end up buy anything that night, but we went back the next day and did. Thanks Bonnie.

We were able to go in and find exactly what we wanted that fit our criteria. No issues with delivery or purchase. If you have an issue with your furniture, the warranty process is ridiculous. They demand useless photos (7 photos 360⁰ of the furniture, even if you've only had it for a week) of the furniture and make you wait weeks to get any activity at all after filing a claim. We have yet to have our furniture repaired or even looked at. Summary: I would give the purchase and delivery 4 stars, warranty 1 star.

Ashley furniture is very helpful and has a nice selection of furniture. My sales associate Diane was exceptional. She was very helpful finding exactly what I wanted and found an avenue for me to purchase it. I recommend Diane because she was polite, patient, and not pushy!

He asked good questions, showed us different options clearly explaining features and benefits of each. In the end, we were unable to close the sale with Garrett because of a pending move to a different state. However, Garrett continued to go the extra mile to be helpful even though he would receive no compensation for his effort. Remained polite and professional throughout. Highly recommend you ask for him personally if you have need for bedding or furniture

Derrick was great!! He worked with us to create the couch design that worked for us. We were visiting Newnan and were unable to purchase our couch there and ship it home. (We will order it online) But that did not deter Derrick from helping us. He’s a true professional and all around great person.

My mom had very specific needs due to various health issues (including recent hip surgery). We were able to find the right recliner to replace her old one. She uses the recliner for sleeping in and was almost about to give up finding one in town and have to order online. But we found what she needed at Ashley's and Garrett was awesome in the service he provided. We appreciated his help so much!

If I could put zero stars I would. I am a 86 year old woman who purchased a Boxberg Power Reclining Loveseat with Console on January 11th. My granddaughter is helping me to write this post. About 2 days after the purchase I found a cigarette hole in it, and 3 days later I found out that the other side was completely broken. I paid $1,486 for this recliner. I reached out to customer service for help and I was told that I was 72 hours late to get any help to fix it. I have reached out multiple times and no action was taken from their side. All they did is offered me instructions on how to fix the other side. The cigarette hole was completely ignored. I feel helpless and frustrated with the absence of any customer service, not even to mention a poor quality of the product of such a high price. The couch is still in my room, and there is nothing I can do about it but complain here…. Don’t buy from Ashley’s Furniture Please see the pictures for reference

My experience was wonderful! From the time I walked in the door I was taken care of by the BEST sales associate! Unfortunately I do not have his name but this was at the Newnan location Tuesday February 14th around 11pm! The most caring sales person I’ve spoken with!

Amenda and Tom were absolutely incredible. We went in wanting to test out the different kinds of Purple mattresses and they were extremely kind, patient, and informative. They also gave us an amazing Presidents Day deal on new Purple pillows and a base for the new bed. Could not be more pleased with our experience and excited for our new bed!

We purchased our dining room furniture at Ashley in Newnan, Georgia two years ago. The finish peeled off of the dining table, thankfully we had purchased the extended warranty. A claim was filed and the warranty company purchased a new table from Ashley. This is where the problems began, from no shows to damaged furniture, and harassing delivery personnel, eleven appointments later Ashley had to refund our money. In eleven attempts Ashley could not send a table to my home that was not damaged. The store manager Tom was hesitant to return my calls, Evan the district manager was evasive and well insulated by the stores hierarchy from any contact with the public and Erica made me feel like I had done something wrong by expecting Ashley furniture to honor their product warranty. I was told by Tom and Evan that my eleventh delivery would be opened in the warehouse and inspected by a warehouse manager before delivery, I took off work and the delivery team opened the box to find a broken table. Tom and Evan were not honest with me. Clint the delivery manager placed harassing phone calls to me prior to delivery, I had to notify the local authorities to protect my family. How would I describe describe the managers in Newnan, Incompetent, apathetic, careless, disrespectful, and distant, they could have cared less about a repeat Ashley customer of ten years. I will never buy another piece of Ashley furniture. I caution anyone who is considering buying furniture from the Newnan store to run away as fast as you can, for your own mental health. You have been warned!

I have purchased a good majority of the furniture in my home from the Ashley Store in Newnan Ga. Our last purchase was the Purple mattress. Me and my son went to Ashley Furniture in Newnan the other night and as we walked in we were greated by Garett. After walking around for a few we told him that we would have to come back another night due to that we wasn't sure if the piece of furniture would fit where we wanted to put it. It was my grandmother’s 100th bday and we wanted to purchase her a new dining table and server (as she requested). Unfortunately, the set was unavailable for delivery before her bday dinner. So, we elected to p/up and pay someone to assemble. When we arrived at the warehouse, the 2 out 4 of the chairs were unavailable. I notified Ashley customer service(Diane and Erica-manager) both were nice, but the company policy is horrible. Since all items were unavailable and I wasn’t informed prior to purchasing, I asked for the company to deliver & assemble. They agreed to deliver but could not assemble. My grandmother is not able to assemble nor can my mother that she lives with. Now, I have to spend additional money to have the 2 chairs assembled, bc they failed to have all the items in stock. If I had known all items were unavailable for pickup, I would NOT have purchased a $3300 kitchen set from Ashley’s in Newnan, Ga. I feel as if I was treated unfairly as a customer, due to lack of…by the warehouse/Ashley’s furniture store. When you know better, you do better!! Please spend your money where you are valued and appreciated….. my grandmother still enjoyed her 100th bday dinner without all 4 chairs!

I have called MANY times and sat on the phone for HOURS trying to get this resolved, only to receive HORRIBLE customer service. I STILL do not have my loveseat and they have charged me!!! It is a waste of money and they ALWAYS have a hidden clause as to why they cannot repair or replace the damaged furniture! This is our second time giving them (Protect All by GBS Enterprise) a try! We purchased a table and 6 bar stools from Ashley. The sales person Quan was great at explaining how we needed the protection plan and how that it would cover any accidental issues. The chairs with the table arrived broken. He said to put a claim in with ProtectAll. The protection plan company then said they would not cover the claim. I hope everyone reads this who intends on purchasing a protection plan from Ashley, that no matter what they promise, pass on the protection plan. They truly are worthless. I have used them with other companies, and I even sold them at one point in my life. These particular ones are worthless. Save yourself the $149.00

Customer Service is alive & well done @ Ashely Furniture in Newnan!! My husband & I went to Ashley on 8/4 looking for a sofa sectional. We were immediately greeted by Bonnie, she introduced herself, asked if we were looking for anything specific, offered assistance. She was super friendly, informative & non intrusive. We narrowed it down to 2 sofas & decided to sleep on it. I went back the next day to order the sectional. I was greeted by Amenda. I asked for Bonnie, but she was on her lunch break. Amenda happily placed my order on Bonnie's behalf, helped me open an account & was also very warm & friendly. The level of service we received from both young ladies was outstanding & refreshing. Our sectional was delivered on the date promised and well within the 4 hour window. The delivery men were friendly & respectful. They even were so kind as to place our old sofa in the garage for us! After delivery, I realized there was a problem, no fault of theirs. It was my fault. I went back to Ashley, where I was greeted by Bonnie. I discussed my issue with her & she quickly brought me over to the office to speak with Daysha. Daysha was friendly, kind & compassionate. While talking with Daysha, Bonnie excused herself & went to find the manager, Tom. Tom, along with Bonnie, quickly took care of my issue, going above & beyond what I could ever have expected! I can't say enough good things about Bonnie, Amenda, Daysha & Tom & the outstanding customer service we received! I hope they all get the recognition they so well deserve. This is the second time we have purchased furniture @ Ashely in Newnan. We are extremely satisfied with every associate we encountered from start to finish! Going forward, we will always choose Ashley for our furniture needs.

Great experience each and every time we come in this location. If you have to do service with anyone use Amenda!!!! She is amazing! Knows what she is talking about and treats you like family and not some customer she is trying to just make a profit off of. Seems like she loves her job and loves to see her customers leave happy with a smile on their face.

We live in Bermuda and had built a home in Georgia. Went with Ashley since they are the Largest. Huge mistake. Being the largest means 1 thing. Customer service is not going to be a priority. Although the folks at the Newnan store were great, that’s where the positive review ends. They seem to cater to the needs of their warehouse and not the customer. We moved in to our home on the 11th of August and slept on the floor until our furniture was delivered. There is definitely a disconnect between the store and dispatch. We ordered and paid for approximately $40,000 worth of furniture in June and only 3 pieces were not in stock. By the time we moved in we needed 4 separate deliveries the last of which was the 1st week of September. All during the delays, I called customer service and they were absolutely no help. Promises made by your stores are ignored by customer service and your delivery team. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had and will never purchase from them again. I’ve given other reviews on email requests but this is truly last I want to discuss this. Purchasing a home is stressful enough with out be given the amount of aggravation we had to endure from your company. After looking at the responses from your customer service department to other negative reviews, it seems your company doesn’t get it. Doing something for a customer after a negative experience with you should be automatic. An apology and stating please email us back if there’s anything else you could help us with is very shallow. Now to add to the level of disappointment with this company, we paid for the protection plan. We just figured if we were going to spend 6000 on a sectional we should cover it. The reclining portion of the sectional broke. We called on Monday and was given a technician arrival date of 9/30/22. We were also informed that we would rec a call with arrival time 24 to 48 hours prior to the 30th. When I called today the recording says “We see you have a technician appointment scheduled for 10/7. How is it possible that this company has stayed in business with this terrible customer service for so long.

Amenda at Ashley Furniture in Newnan is a skillful, personable, and professional saleswoman. We told her what we wanted to look at (recliners); she showed us the options and told us about each one, answered our many questions, was patient while I measured specific chairs, told us which ones were in stock and when we could get them, and then left us alone so we could discuss the options. After checking out two other furniture stores —one of which had a most unimpressive salesman—, we went back to Amenda at Ashley and bought two recliners and a mattress. She is exemplary!

She greeted us at the door, let us browse the store, and when we were ready, she helped us get everything we wanted thanks to her professional sales experience. The initial purchase process was very smooth and easy to complete. However, Ashley's Customer Service after the sale leaves a lot to be desired. Every time I call to check on delivery status, I am given a different delivery date. Salesperson from day of sale is absolutely no help and will not respond. Very frustrated with trying to get delivery information. One day all furniture is in and given a delivery date. When no contact is made for delivery date given, call back and am told furniture is on back order and given a delivery date over a month away. Not sure if I will ever do business with Ashley Furniture again. After the Sale Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired.

After dragging our sales associate Garrett around the store for over an hour we finally have our new living room put together. Garrett has been spectacular in helping us and believe me my wife is PICKY. If I could offer one suggestion, ask for Garrett and he will bend over backwards to help. This was the most remarkable experience EVER! We’ve shopped at Ashley’s plenty, but the young lady Renee was AMAZING! I ran her too death and she remained pleasant and very helpful! Great selection! We purchased the jesolo sofa and love seat recliners! Very reasonable prices. Very comfortable and came in two colors, we got the brown. Customer service was wonderful. Amenda was such a great help. Very knowledgeable and available but not over bearing. It was available for delivery within a couple of days! I would highly recommend this store.

Horrible customer service at Corporate level!! We purchased our furniture in September. We purchased furniture by what was available in 4-5 days not by what furniture we liked best due to their shortages and unknown availability. Once Ashley sold us the furniture in the store, communication and customer services basically ended. At that point we were given phone numbers to contact which are call centers that are not local. The day of delivery we waited 14 hours for our delivery they arrived about 8pm. One piece to our sectional was missing. We were told they’d contact us with another delivery date. Twice I waited all day for them to show up with a damaged piece of furniture. Two more times in the Month states f January 2022 they were scheduled to deliver, I sat home again 7am-9pm waited for a delivery that never came. Ashley did not call either of those two times to let us know they were Not coming that day. The following Monday we received an email giving us another date and NO time. When I called Ashley and spoke to a supervisor I was still told they could not give me a time. We have also had a warranty issue, Ashley send someone out that person said it needed someone else to look at it from the warranty department and apologized they were not from the warranty department. SO WHO WERE they? We still don’t know and I found out today they never escalated or reported the damage to anyone. Today I made another appointment for them to come out. Sadly we have had a horrific experience with Ashley and I would NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone!! In all of my phone calls, complaints and requests for someone in Ashley Corporate to contact me about my issues NO ONE EVER HAS! SHAME on all Ashley Corporate personal for not caring more about your customers!!

Recently purchased a new mattress and metal bed for my guest room. I absolutely love it. My family enjoyed not sleeping on an air mattress over the holidays.

funiture is great back can you say BACK ORDER, literally they will sell you funiture, tell you it's in stock and there will be no issues for delivery just to be surprised by no phone call or anything when your order doesn't arrive on the scheduled day. you have to call them and be told your furniture is on back order and there's no telling when it will arrive.🤣 it's literally comical because this is the second time it's happened with in 2 months .

Be careful if you happen purchase any type of reclining lift chair from this place. The metal component which raises and lowers the chair is made of aluminum. It shredded on me and threw me in the floor. According to their insurance company this breaks frequently. Because of this i am without a recliner for 2-3 more months after waiting two months before the insurance company came out. The come out and order the part which takes 2 months and i have to wait almost a month before they put it on. jUST GOT THE PIECE TO PUT ON FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE ALMOST 5 MONTHS LATER. NOW THE WARRANTY IS EXPIRED.....I HAVE A PIECE AND NO ONE TO INSTALL IT.....

I purchased a new living room set. The sofa was badly damaged upon delivery. It looked as thought it took a forty-foot drop from a bridge. They sent a technician out for repairs, but after further examination, he was unsure of what he’d find after ripping open the fabric. I requested that the sofa simply be replaced, but I was denied. Please be careful when buying their expensive furniture because you will be stuck with something that is equivalent to used.

Diane was very helpful and friendly. I'm new to the city and made me and my dad feel welcomed. The manager was also very kind and helped us as well.

Mrs. DIANE helped us choose a good sofa which is just fit to us perfectly. Her worthy experience and wisdom which have been much prior to mine gave me a good inspiration to get a good furniture. We must be the customers who visit Ashley next time again.

Furniture here seems fine, prices are competitive with Rooms To Go, but actually purchasing something was unnecessarily complicated. I found a $199 item I wanted, tried to buy it but salesperson who "greeted" me at the door was not around. Four other not busy salespeople would not sell it to me but paged "my" man, who showed up about 4 minutes later, then said he was busy with another customer and left. Another 3 minutes and he was at a computer in the back of the store. I went over and was finally able to buy the item. Gave him a credit card & all the info needed for delivery, signed the receipt on the screen, then he handed me the printed receipt to sign in ink . Seemed redundant, but then he said lets go up front and complete the paperwork. Another 3 pages of notifications, 5 initials, two more signatures...a ridiculous amount of CYA paperwork. I had asked about the "Free Delivery" signs on several items and was told that free was actually drop-ship, not unpacked or in the house. That was what I wanted. "My" salesman initially charged me a $60 delivery fee, until I challenged it.

Went in today to order furniture - the associate I went in to see was busy and asked a co-worker to help me because he was tied up with another customer so Dallas helped me. She was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Looking to go back and will be happy to work with her again. The furniture, of course, is on back order and they informed me and that is okay.

The store in Newnan was well staffed and very friendly. The service department and the technicians on the other hand are some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. I’ve had broken(brand new dressers) for 7 months now and no one will help us. I would never recommend Ashley furniture again due to my broken furniture and the horrible technicians. We went to purchase a mattress. We found exactly what we wanted, or our Sales person assisted in the purchase. Everything went very smoothly.

Ordered a bench on December 27, 2020 in store with sales rep Jamar Brown, was suppose to be delivered with in 2 weeks!!! Fast forward to today June 26, 2001.... and still NO, bench! Just called the store and it has been delayed yet again!!! This was after a Horrible time ordering a bed, we spent over $7,000 on it and it sat in our floor Unassembled for weeks because they forgot the legs to the bed. Never again!!!!

While our furniture purchase has been made, it is not yet delivered, but the purchasing experience was a real pleasure! Aaron, the sales associate is a down to earth, no pressure kind of guy and makes it obvious that he wants you to be very satisfied with your purchase. Kudos, Aaron. He was very helpful in answering all our questions and explaining all aspects of the products. Service was great and the prices are very reasonable.

What an absolute nightmare ordering a couch from Ashley Furniture. First we had to wait 4 months for the delivery. They blame covid…ok fine. Then our delivery date gets changed 4x… Today is the day of delivery and they send us to this handy tracking tool. The tool says we are delivery #1. Cool. We look on the tracker just to see if it has any updates and it says that we are still #1 but the truck is at stop #2. So we call to see what happened and they say oh we couldn’t fit your couch on the truck so we just went to the stops we could fit…. So we ask when we should expect our delivery now and they say “We don’t know” I swear on everything that’s holy I’m an easy laid back gal…I really am, but seriously?!? 😡 Update; We got a call at 12:00 saying they would be at our house in 30 minutes. Ten minutes later they called back saying their truck is having transmission issues and they have to return to the warehouse and they don’t know if the couch will be delivered today or not. They had no info for us. I have been sitting here waiting on this couch all day and no one can tell me anything. I’ve called customer service and they are absolutely no help. Needless to say after I finally get my couch I will NEVER buy from this horrendous company again.

Customer service overall was okay. The price point after "30%" discount was good. Salesperson was nice, but too clingy. Also while purchasing several things I had to constantly advise the Salesperson that I did not want their protection plans. She also lied to me and told me that the shipping was going to cost $199.99 regardless if they delivered and set up, or they just dropped off. She made it out like this was a non negotiable price point. However, after researching Ashley's policies in regards to just dropping off the products at the door, it clearly states that purchases of furniture over $899 are subject to free drop off delivery. I spent over $1,800. I can't stand sales people like this. Due to this I will probably not shop at a Ashley's Home furniture outlet again...I haven't received my products yet, but hopefully all goes well on that end.

The sales person we received was great. She gave us space to look at our own pace and we got with her after to answer a few questions. She answered our questions easily and got us checked out fast. Most importantly she didn't overly push the extra 5 year warranty we didn't want.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience shopping. Our sales person Robert Serrano was exceptional. He had all the answers to our various questions and was able to listen and determine what specifically we were looking for. He made the furniture shopping experience a joy. We went in to the store 2 weeks ago looking to purchase living room and dining room furniture. We were helped by Derrick. I had intended on purchasing the furniture that same day, as we were supposed to be moving a few days later. After talking to Derrick about the furniture that we were interested in, he let us know that if we wanted to hold off for one more week, there was going to be a sale , that would save us even more money. I was so appreciative and impressed that he let us know that. I know that he would have made more of a commission by letting us buy at the higher price, but he still told us how we could save more money. Derrick was very knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely deal with him for any future needs.

I went to Ashley Furniture store to purchase an area rug just like the one I purchased earlier this year because I love it . I was greeted immediately by a sales person who set me up with my original salesperson. I wanted the same price I received 3 months ago because it was now more than my original purchase. We had recently purchased a living room set of furniture. Had it less then 1yr when the couch broke. We had purchased the insurance on the furniture that Ashley furniture recommended. We have been getting the run around from the two companies we have had to deal with. Long wait times on hold. Only for the phone to be picked up and then hung up!! Both of these companies have horrible BBB ratings. Because if this I will NEVER purchase anything else from Ashley’s.

They promise you things in the store to get you to buy, only to find out later none of it’s true. You can’t never get through by phone and their customer service line where you leave a message never calls you back. I ordered items in March to be told they would be in and delivered end of April. I even checked my items to make sure they were stock to be told they were to be told now in April they are not and it could be June before I receive my order. Go somewhere where they value you as a customer when your spending thousands on furniture.

Be careful of what you buy here. I purchased a mattress after researching. The price sign says harmony lux mattress. So for the price, I was saving around 700 dollars. So I jump on the deal. It turns out that the name on the price tag is a different bed. Before purchase: check the stitched name on the physical mattress and the online SKU vs. in-store item number. There are older models that they will claim has the same things. The difference in my bed was the springs and foam vs. gel, and carbon. To me, this is a false advertisement. Even if the coils and gels are marketing gimmicks, they shouldn't lie about the mattress name. We had pictures and had the whole family researching one mattress when it was something different. Only good thing is that the mattress is comfortable and still saved a little bit of money. Lost respect for the company for the error and lack of care of the error. Also the sales guy(aaron) is cool, if it wasnt for him I would of returned the mattress.

My xmas present was ordered in October continues on backorder. It have been paid for but won't be delivered till March 6. Multiple changes on delivery date. Who wants to wager if it gets delivered on March 6th. I hope so cause my brother and sister bought it for my xmas present. I will be finished with school before it arrives.

Maybe it was the fact we are HISPANIC that 2 employees literally argued at the fact neither wanted to assist us lol, not to mention we were ready to buy in cash, already purchased before so it was basically just take my payment... they make you feel like s*** , i told the person that was helping us i wanted to ask my husband a quick question before completing the sale and he rudely said “ talk to him and i have to go answer some questions, mind you i totally understand but he repeatedly said it like 3 times while running away, i turn back and he is laying on a couch all smiles with another customer, total different attitude that i was getting from him, and the worst the worst, some customers get special treatment we eerent offered the private sale, or the manager’s 30% off like others were. They definitely have a race preference here 😉

One of the worst customer service and product quality experiences I’ve ever encountered. We bought a bedroom set from Ashley in Newnan, GA. It took nearly 4 months and 3-4 trips to our house, with employees who clearly didn’t care, to finally get a complete set. Multiple times they ordered wrong parts and now 6 months later we find out the bed was never put together correctly and is now literally falling apart. Never, never again will Ashley Furniture get another penny of my money. Stay away from here....

Do not shop at this store or any Ashley furniture. They delivered my furniture to the wrong house the first time and rescheduled it for a month and a half later. They then delivered my furniture to the wrong house a second time and told me they could not do anything about it. I talked with the store manager who apparently have no power to do anything to get my furniture to me. They messed up and don’t want to do anything for me. No compensation no nothing. Do not waste your time, money and energy dealing with them.

September 2019 we purchased outdoor furniture from Ashley. Fast forward to September 2020, we had friends over and while we were relaxing in our Ashley outdoor furniture we all noticed that the furniture was literally falling apart. The faux wicker webbing was brittle and crumbling. I’ve contacted Ashley about the situation and they referred me to the extended warranty company. I followed all the instructions given and waited over a month with no response. I called today and was informed that my claim had been denied siting it was not covered under the warranty. I was then asked to send more detailed pictures. We’ll see what happens next. In short, I would not advise purchasing from Ashley Furniture as the furniture quality is at best extremely poor and they don’t stand behind their products.

I have ordered from Ashley twice. The first time was a bedroom suite that was a gift to my parents for their new home... it was a disaster. The store messed up the price. Then the delivery. I had to go back to the store three times to sort it out prior to them delivering my order. Then it was broken and we had to wait 2.5 weeks for it to be fixed. Then I ordered a kitchen table & chairs for my kitchen .. along with a set of barstools.. I entered my delivery address and they defaulted it to the address on my credit card (I hadn’t updated it yet as I was in the process of moving) and then I fought with them for over two weeks to change the address and they wouldn’t. They then CANCELLED my order and failed to inform me. Which is irritating because I took off the day of supposed delivery .. so I would’ve been waiting on something that was never coming. I then called and returned my barstools because they were shipped to my mothers a week prior and they tried to argue and tell me no, that I couldn’t. I told them they cancelled my order so they had no choice and they “scheduled” a pick up and it’s still sitting on my mother’s porch. A week later. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ASHLEY AGAIN. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ASHLEY AGAIN.

Jamar was an incredible salesperson, with excellent customer service. He was courteous, positive, patient with me and my indecisiveness, was a great listener to what we wanted and went above and beyond for us to get a great deal. Him and his manager ensured that we will be back to buy again soon. Im really happy that we went to this store and got the best salesperson possible! His manager really awesome, too!

I had the best experience buying furniture with Quan and Ms. Angie. They were both so awesome. I felt like it was important to them that I left out of the store with what I needed AND wanted. They were attentive and patient through my indecisiveness and the guidance was much appreciated. I felt blessed after the discount. They made sure I stayed within my budget, which was very important, since I was shopping for my four kids. They understood my situation and that I was most interested in getting furniture that would last. I will definitely be back. You guys were AWESOME!!

We’ve gone to Ashley for many things and the selection and quality is always good. This visit, we met with the manager and got all our needs met and not only were satisfied with our purchase, made a new friend as well.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience picking out our master bedroom set with Robert Serrano. He was courteous and patient with us as we took our time making our decision. He answered all of our questions intelligently. He gave us time and space to talk without hovering. We didn't feel pressured or rushed at all. He had thourogh knowledge of not only the furniture, but the delivery, protection plan and ideas for future. We will definitely be back and we will definitely be asking for him!

Ashley furniture store in Newnan Georgia has the greatest sales person I have ever met his name was Robert Serrano He was very knowledgeable courteous and went out of his way to Help us stay Within our budget I would recommend him to anyone who wanted someone to really listen and go out of their way to make you feel like you are an important customer and you could rely on his honesty. I want to thank you Robert Serrano for being professionally knowledgeable, honest,and most of all caring.

The Newnan location was an excellent place. I actually found the piece i was looking for at another location, but returned to Newnan to make the purchase because their customer service was impeccable! Thank you guys!

If you want furniture from Ashley, do not buy in this store. They do not honor the corporately advertised 3-day exchange policy. You buy it you’re stuck with it! Disgraceful and bad business. I’d suggest looking in person and then buying through the corporate website to have the return/exchange flexibility. Or not buy from Ashley at all.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE. They do not honor the Ashley advertised 3-day reselection policy. I went to the store the day after delivery to notify them that the furniture did not work in my room. They said they had to "open a case" to get approval to exchange, but then was told "no" a few days later. Either don't buy from Ashley at all, or purchase through the corporate website where the return/exchange policy will apparently be honored. Their poor business decisions make no sense and they could care less about a happy or returning customer.

They lose a star only because they have a no return policy. People here are very nice and customer service solved our very frustrating issue. They have nice items in the store and workers but on a national level their customer service when you call is horrible. The delivery guys are nice and found damage on our wood stool for our bar and offered to let Ashley Furniture know but he did not do that as promised. Calling to get someone out to look it and possibly fix it was a long frustrating experience. Once someone came and couldn't fix it he was supposed to let them know to replace it. Once again, it was not done. So back to customer service. Once we finally got a new stool part sent it us, it was the wrong one twice. The only way to get anything done is to go to the store customer service. Although the manger fixed the issue. I will not shop there again unless it for something small like a rug, or art work--- something like that.

When you walk in the store, there is no one to greet you and see if you need help! So you have to walk around the store and see if you see anyone that acknowledges you to help you, i had to ask for help bc i got ignored. Btw the showroom is beautiful but nothing in stock for you to take home.

The staff is great! But if you have to call customer service, it's all downhill. You can never get through to talk to anyone. You have to go online and chat. The first time I went online to chat it didn't take that long but the next time there is a long wait. I had a Bar and stool to be delivered and I had to change the delivery date but I waited on the phone for about a hour and never got through so I had to drive over to the Ashley furniture store to change my delivery date. Once the Bar and stools were delivered one of the stools were damaged. The delivery guy took a picture of the stool & said I would be contacted about getting it repaired or replaced but after 2 weeks of not being contacted I tried to contact customer service on the phone with no success so I was to get help online. A tech was sent out to look at the stool and said he put in an order to get the top replaced. I received the replacement top in a week but it's the wrong size & color so now once again I have to try to contact them. Which I have not been able to yet. They have nice furniture and the staff is nice but I will never purchase any furniture from them again.

We didn't end up buying our furniture there because we were looking for something very specific but the staff were great.

The entire experience I’ve had had with Ashely Homestore has been an absolute headache. The initial Sales associate was great in assisting with my purchase. Fast forward to the actual delivery.... I have damaged walls due to delivery, and have manufacturing issues with my bed frame. Customer service is a complete joke. I’ve spent about 2 hours the past 4 days trying to get in touch with someone. I’ve had to schedule a technician to come out on 3 separate occasions because they never scheduled a technician, and told them what the issue was. The Ashley store app doesn’t assist with in store purchases as well. A week later the technician came out and stated I needed a new head board (which I told customer service initially), and now I’m waiting in limbo. They haven’t gotten back about the damage in my home, I still am unsure about when I will receive my head board, and my financing is all messed up as well. This is my first review I’ve ever written on anything EVER. Hopefully someone from Ashely Furniture will actually give me a call so we can get these problems addressed. I spent a lot of money and was planning to purchase more items for my new home. This is a joke.

If I could give it a negative rating I would. April - Ordered $4,000 worth of furniture with a early June delivery date for our new home. Beginning of June - got a phone call saying they didn’t have everything in still. July- they tried delivering it to our old address. They said they have to reschedule even though it was their fault. 2 weeks later they called and said they would be at our home in 30 minutes with our furniture. They never showed, after 3 hours of hold times they said they didn’t have all our furniture in still. Crazy right!!! End of July about a week later, almost the same thing happened. A day before our 5th new delivery date they said they still didn’t have our furniture in. New delivery date moved to August. Yup August, after we order. On hold again trying to get our money back. Go somewhere else!!!!!

Initially the sales associate had great customer service. We order a bed, sectional and ottoman on may 23, we were given a delivery date of JUNE 30 for all of our items but ok we understand the delay due to covid19. Fast forward to june 29th I receive a call from Ashley confirming my delivery for the next day, then I receive a call 2 minutes later from the warehouse stating that my bed and ottoman is not in stock and will not be delivered until mid JULY! Needless to say we were not happy with that service so I went in to receive a refund for the bed and ottoman. I will not order from Ashley in the future. Not the first time we've had this type of service from Ashley

We ordered a bedroom set for our new house Mar. 8, 2020, the items were delivered in May as agreed upon. The bed in the guest bedroom did not come with all it's parts. The master bedroom set came with the bed manufactured improperly so it could not be assembled. We contacted Ashley and were told we had to have a tech. verify our problems which took 2 weeks to schedule. He came out and verified our problems, we waited a couple of days to contact customer service to see what was going to be done to fix our problem (as the tech told us to do) only to find out a report was not filed. The rep told us we could do this all ourselves right then with him, so why did we have to wait 2 weeks for a Ashley rep to come out for nothing. We slowly received the parts for the 2nd bed and have it assembled. Our main bed is still sitting on the floor taking up space. I asked for a simple 10% discount for the inconvenience that Ashley has put us thru with this long wait and they said no. We have been told an exchange is scheduled for this Friday but I have my doubts. Needless to say, DO NOT SHOP ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!!

My sales associate was the absolute best, he made sure i was taken care of and helped with any questions asked. If you’re ever in the Newnan area, please ask for Robert Serrano. His customer service is immaculate!

If I could leave a 0 I would. Absolutely the WORST customer service I have EVER dealt with. We ordered furniture and understood due to Covid it would be a little delayed. Once we received the order part of the sectional was backordered. A dining room chair came broken. The leg was completely split off. The barstools we sat in and showed the salesperson that we wanted were not what was delivered. We went to the store to explain that the barstools were wrong, upon looking at the easel that the barstools are on it seems the salesperson wrote it wrong. I understand, we are all human. The store refers you to customer service who does not answer the phone. Who does not ever call you back. Who does not answer emails! The split chair issue was resolved at store level-but we have to have a technician come out and look at the chair to see that it is split and can't be repaired. (That took two weeks to happen) I called the store again today about the barstools and she put it in notes and said customer service will reach out to us but that there is a no return policy, so it may or may not get resolved. Why can we not return something that is WRONG? I will never ever recommend Ashley Furniture to someone. It has been a horrible experience since it was delivered. The customer service is by far the WORST!
