This was my first purchase from this store. Great customer service! Sales Associate Hans was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back!
Isabelle gave us a great shopping experience, she was too kind and smiling with us, explained everything in detail about our purchase, and left us her information to track our order with her. I highly recommend her, so if you come to this store, look for her, she will make everything easier and faster for you.
My husband and I had been couch shopping for 2 weeks till finally bit the bullet and drove to Savannah to check out all the stores there, Ashley Furniture was the only store with multiple options, great quality, and kind customer service. The sales manager came over to introduce himself and make sure everything was going well for us, and our design consultant, Stormie was extremely helpful, knowledgeable!! I had purchased a couch that turned out to be too big for the space and within six minutes she texted me back and said she’d get everything worked out first thing in the morning! 10/10 would recommend her to anyone in need of furnishing their space.

The manager Isabelle was very helpful. Although she was helping other customers she welcomed me and took me to the item I was looking for. Other employees spoke to me but didn’t offer to assist me. When she was able to break away from the other customers she helped place my order and get me set up with financing. The lovely lady at the checkout counter was just as nice as Isabelle.
