We were looking at purchasing a new bed but was unsure of what we really wanted. I called before making the trip to make sure they had the ones we wanted to see. I spoke with Joseph on the phone so I wanted to make sure he was the one that would assist us. Joseph was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the moment we walked in he took time to make sure we saw every available option. He wasn’t pushy at all, and was extremely personable What I liked the most about the experience was that he was knowledgeable about the different mattresses that we were looking at! Joseph was upfront with all costs and thoroughly explained and answered any questions we had! After 2 hours (which Joseph never left us), We ended up buying the bed along with a bed frame. Definitely will be asking for Joseph on our next purchase. 11/10 recommend working with him!

I recently came to Ashley in search of some new furniture for my new house and stumbled upon the Emilia sectional. After thinking on it, I came back in hopes they would be willing to price match from another seller. Want to spend thousands of dollars on furniture then have it delivered late, damaged, and absolutely no help with customer service then come on down to Ashley Furniture in Savannah, Ga. We’ve had an issue 3 times with 3 different deliveries now. Delivery team damaged our dresser, left it standing up right in the middle of our bedroom, said it would be weeks before someone could come out to fix it. Will NEVER shop here again!!!

First time and last time customer. The experience has been a headache. Communication is terrible. Billing is horrible. Not a fan of being told I will get a call back and then I have to call because I never received a call. Still waiting to get credited for the cost of assembly that I didn’t need. I had them just leave everything in the cardboard and plastic because I was still working on the room. Everything except for the delivery was a runaround. That’s the only thing that went smooth. Love the couch, but the headache wasn’t worth it.

Ordered a brand new sofa from the Savannah, Georgia store with the motorized recliners, was delivered Wednesday. First time we sat on the couch- IT BROKE! No replacement offered and we have the full warranty. First I have to call customer care, then I have to schedule a tech to come out, then we might get an acceptable resolution- I highly doubt it!

We had an amazing experience at Ashley. We were helped by the GM Isabelle Stokes. She was extremely patient and offered suggestions based on my style. She stayed past her shift time because she was in the middle of helping us! We had previously visited another Ashley store, but ultimately chose this Ashley store because of the service we received. We visited other furniture stores, but were impressed by the quality of Ashley furniture. I would highly recommend shopping here!

We purchased a desk, a bed, and a nightstand from Ashley Store in early August and paid $179.9 for delivery. The items were delivered on August 26, but when they arrived, the desk and nightstand were already damaged, and even worse, the delivery team caused serious wall damage — a deep gouge that exposed the drywall while moving the desk. This is not a small scratch; it clearly requires professional repair. Our house was purchased in July, and it’s a home we deeply value and take great care of. Seeing such damage happen during a simple furniture delivery was truly heartbreaking. We contacted customer service immediately, but it has now been over a month, and the only refund we actually received is the $179.9 delivery fee. There has been no compensation for the wall damage, and the damaged furniture has not been exchanged. The store did mention an exchange, but when we clearly requested the replacement to be scheduled on weekday afternoons after 3 PM, their response was always uncertain — “we’re not sure” — and nothing was ever arranged. They did offer $250 as compensation for the wall damage, but we did not accept it, because $250 is far from enough to cover the real cost of repairing a deep drywall gouge, let alone the emotional stress and frustration of seeing our new home damaged like this. It felt like they were trying to minimize something that mattered deeply to us. So far, we have not received any compensation at all. (The attached photos show everything clearly — the deep gouge on the wall caused by the delivery team, and the scratches and dents on the furniture when it was first delivered. These damages were present before we even used the furniture.) This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially from a well-known company like Ashley. We are extremely disappointed and frustrated with their lack of responsibility and respect for their customers.

I spent 4 hours traveling to different furniture stores in Savannah, my first stop was Ashley’s and it should have been my only one. I had a very specific chair I was looking for and they had it. Isabella Storey was very patient, didn’t “hover” like I experienced at other stores and made the process easy!

The furniture takes forever to get to the distribution center then another two weeks to get it delivered after charging an outrageous delivery fee.

My wife and I purchased a sofa on 8/31 and our salesman Joseph said it was expected to be in on 9/19. We told him that was great as we need it delivered by 9/24 due to surgery on 9/25. He said it wouldn't be a problem. On 9/10 I received an email stating that they expected the sofa to arrive at the distribution center during the fourth week of September. Today (9/22) I called the Customer (No)care Center and was told it won't be shipped until the end of next week (9/29 - 10/3). I was transferred to the store and then to our salesman Joseph. He was apologetic but I explained that we already got rid of our other sofa based on the information that we were given and the installation area needed to be cleared. Now we're stuck with no sofa and a company that couldn't care less about honoring their commitment. Needless to say I wished we had patronized Lay-Z-Boy, Room to Go or any other furniture store.

Today I had a super nice experience at Ashley Furniture in Abercorn, GA. The salesperson was super friendly and patient, he helped me a lot. If you go to Ashley Furniture in Abercorn, ask for Rob.

Well, my sales lady, was great. But I would never step foot in there again. Saturday I came to check some furniture before brining my wife. I touched a bookshelf to make sure its study, and to my surprise 10-15 pounds granite book holder lunched on my foot. It should be on a bookshelf the way it was designed, surely not facing the outside, since it can only fall forward. I was shook, but unharmed. I brought the pieces to the desk, and they took the second holder away, saying it was too dangerous. Came back next day with wife. Already choose dining room set and a desk, and I did spot same exact holders, placed same way. This time, my 3 year old is running around. I brought them to the desk again, explaining why, and went back to sales lady to continue. They pulled her away, and wanted to throw me out for that. She said I’m spending money, so they “gave me another chance!” In my eyes, the entire thing was over once I moved the danger away, and I moved on. But apparently my voice was excited when I explained this could kill a kid and break a foot. I decided to leave and take my business somewhere else. You don’t get to treat me like crap and take my money.

My husband and I worked with Rob across two different visits while trying to find a new mattress. He was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He helped us find what we were looking for, and so far we are pleased with what we have chosen. He stood out because he was able to speak to all options and was well informed about the industry.

The salesperson was great to take your order but after that it's not a great experience. No refunds, no credits if they don't have items in stock which if you go to Ashley's during a sale most things are out of stock. You have restocking fee's if furniture has to go back. Even if something is not in stock you are still charged restocking fee and still cant get a refund. Delivery set up non existence after waiting 3 months for my furniture I HAD A TO CALL TO HAVE A SCHEDULE DELIVERY. Once they have your money or you sign paperwork the help seems to be non existence or they are busy. After 3 months of waiting for my furniture you would think I would received a follow up call, but nothing at all. I've had better service at other furniture stores!!!!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service we have received following our recent purchase from Ashley's Furniture. At the time of purchase, we made it clear to our sales representative that we required our furniture to arrive before Christmas. We were assured this would not be a problem and that the delivery would be on time. Unfortunately, the furniture did not arrive as promised. When we contacted your team to inquire about the delay, we were informed that the order had not yet reached the warehouse and would be delayed by another week. Upon following up again, we were told the delivery would not occur until after Christmas. This outcome was both frustrating and deeply disappointing, especially given our initial expectations and the assurance we received. Had we been informed of the correct delivery timeline or told that the item was on backorder, we would have chosen an alternative option to meet our needs. The lack of transparency and inaccurate information provided has greatly impacted our trust in your service. I kindly ask that you review this matter and let us know how this situation can be addressed to ensure better service in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I ordered furniture on October 8th 2024 paying all money up front and still have not received my furniture as of December 3rd. If I could give this store a negative rating, I would. This experience with buying furniture has been the absolute worst with the Savannah location. I bought furniture in early October, and it still won't be delivered in until November 20th. I was promised it was going to be delivered in 4 weeks. I paid in full (no financing), called the store multiple times, and spoke with the sales employee several times to find out what the delay was. I was told my furniture was going to be expedited and it wasn't. The assistant store manager was not aware of anything until today and tells me they cannot get my furniture delivered before the 20th even though all items are in stock. She asks me if I want a refund, and I explain I would like one but also would like my furniture delivered soon than the 20th. She was willing to just refund my money and not deal with trying to help get my furniture delivered sooner after waiting so long. I asked to speak with corporate manager, and she told me that I could call them after rudely talking over me until I had to tell her to stop. Terrible customer service! Do not buy furniture from this location or any Ashley Furniture location. They do not value customers and just want to take their money. After they have your money, they don't care how long it takes for your furniture to get to you.

I stopped by Ashley to look for bedroom furniture for a small guest room and Trevon Watson was so wonderful to work with! It’s hard to find furniture for a full sized bed but Ashley had the best selection compared to other stores I looked at. Trevon helped me pick out a furniture arrangement that worked best for my needs and the prices were reasonable too. His customer service was top notch and he was so accommodating. Ask for Trevon when you go to Ashley!

I had a great experience furniture shopping (a thing most dread) at Ashley, and that is all due to the great service from Jay. He made the process incredibly easy and was instrumental in helping me choose everything I needed to fill out an entire apartment. What could have taken a whole day on my own only took an hour or two because of his help and expertise. I would definitely recommend coming to this store and seeking his help.

Really disappointed in the service provided post in-store purchase. Furniture arrived broken upon shipment. Have not been able to receive call-backs and a total lack of communication and urgency on their part. They were very quick to inform me they do NO RETURNS for ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. Keep that in mind. My $600 live edge wood table arrived with a crack down the center and they informed me from the pictures it was just a paint issue and they may fill it. I would have not spent $600 on a damaged table with a fill in the center. The only plus has been the in-person sales rep we worked with worked hard to get us the furniture at a timely manner. Save your money and buy from a local furniture store. I wish I had not had to learn this mistake

We had a great experience today shopping for a couch. Our beagle chewed up our old couch, so I didn’t want to spend a ton on a new one. Stormie informed us of their great pet protection so we were a little more comfortable finding a couch we actually loved instead of just something we could deal with. She was absolutely amazing and patient the entire time. Not only with my husband and my indecisiveness, but my three kids energy. My toddler immediately took to her and she was So patient and kind to him. By the time we left it was like they were best friend. She was extremely informative on Every couch we wanted to look at, had 0 issues with us revisiting multiple couches Multiple times. Truly immaculate service. 10/10 would recommend. Superior to our last couch buying experience (which was rooms to go and was awful).

When we first came in, we had an amazing experience. Our most recent experience was absolutely terrible. This has nothing to do with the man that helped us, Mr. Rob. He was a delight. My problem was with the female general manager and one of the male store associates. We were encountered with problems and they were absolutely not helpful. They were rude and very distasteful. Instead of helping Mr. Rob figure out the problem they sat back and didn’t offer any help to us. Ashley’s is a good store and they have good furniture but whoever manages that store needs training in hospitality. I will never come back to Ashley’s after this experience and do not ever wish to come back. Go to the other Ashely’s in Savannah or go to Rooms to Go. We had a much better experience there.

Update Dec. 2026-Isabelle is just as fabulous as always! We ordered an end piece to finish our sectional and she has it here on time, less than a week, and right before Thanksgiving! Absolutely cherish this woman! Isabelle S. was fabulous! From start to finish, she made this process extremely simple. It was a very fast process. We came in and she listened to what we were interested in and we settled on a very lovely sectional. She worked with us on what would be best for our family and home layout. Drawers broken, paint scratched & chipped, handles broken off, etc. So now having to wait AGAIN to have new set delivered. 6 months after ordering & still dont have the nice furniture I thought I paid for! I ordered a dresser during memorial day sale on september 5th. They said it should be shipped to me in 2-3 weeks. I never heard from them again and my dresser never arrived. Went into the store 2 more times in person to politely inquire about my order, each time the people working there just told me it hasnt arrived to their store for some reason and to wait for longer. They couldnt give me a tracking number because it wasnt evem shipped. No explaination on what the problem was. Finally I went in on October 16 to ask for a refund. The guy apologized and said he will process my refund and to expect a call from their coporate office to comfirm. It is now October 19 and I never got the call or recieved the refund. Absolutely terrible customer service from Ashley so Im opening a charge dispute through my bank. Will never consider wasting money & time with Ashley ever again.

I'm back to say this....I WILL NEVER EVER EVER BUY FROM ASHLEY'S AGAIN!!! THE MOST INCOMPETENT PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. First they brought us the wrong bed. Then we did an exchange, second time they came without parts of the new bed. So I've had the wrong bed and a partial bed sitting in my bedroom for over a month!!!! They were supposed to deliver our bed today and guess what....they can't now it'll be Thursday. Do yourself a favor and spare yourself a headache. Jonathan made a good sale, but everything after has been a damn nightmare.

Still playing the Jack the price up sales game. I thought after 4-5 years they would practice a little more honesty. Prices are jacked up for sales and during these sales they offer “huge discounts.” Do not buy here. Take my challenge and pay attention to prices during regular days. Make a note or even take a picture of the furniture skew and price. Then go back during a holiday sale and look for the same piece or set and you’ll see exactly what I am talking about. Disgusting and I hate it because they have really nice stuff. Just hate the dishonesty.

I enjoyed my experience with Ashley. Our sales associate Stormie Funk was awesome. She even came in early to assist us with our purchasing (we came in the second day to purchase). The only reason why I am not giving a 5 star experience is because there were some issues with the furniture (not resolved just yet so I am anxious to see how customer care is going to handle the issues). I am also slightly irritated with a gentleman named William at the store. That same day we came back to relook at the furniture and Stormie had left for the day and it almost felt like William who nicely greeted us at the door was trying to steal her commission. He also said this promotion ($150 off or whatever it was) was going to end tonight. Well the next day we came back to purchase, and I asked Stormie about it and she said no it did not expire. So I didn't appreciate being lied to by him. Anyway, overall great stuff, it only took a week to deliver and not 3-4 weeks like were quoted. Delivery guys were nice and respectful. A few hiccups with the furniture but I'm hoping customer care will do right by us.

I am from out of town and having purchased a new home in Pooler, I was looking for a bedroom suit. The day I stopped into Ashley's, recognizing the name, I was warmly greeted by Salesperson Mr. Jack Sparrow. He did the stats and I informed him that I would think about it. A week later, I approached the store and requested Mr. Sparrow who readily recognized me with the same courtesy as before and we completed the purchase.
