The staff—including Alex, George, Nick, and Tiffany—operated like a family and were very welcoming, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. The showroom was clean and well-organized, pricing was clearly explained, and checkout was smooth. Overall, it was a stress-free, enjoyable experience, and we’d definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for well-made furniture with excellent customer service.

Outstanding service no pressure at all

My husband and I made a purchase of over $12,000 in furniture and tables, and on top of that, we paid in cash. The day the furniture was delivered, the delivery person damaged a part of one of the sofas, but I didn't notice it until after he left because the damage was on the back. When he finished, I went to clean the area, and that's when we realized what had happened. And that wasn't all; one table was incomplete, and another TV stand was broken. Since that day, we've been filing claims with the store to replace the damaged items, since we bought new furniture and that's why we went to that store in the first place. But they refuse to replace the broken pieces. In short, I just want to tell you that this store is not responsible, and you shouldn't buy anything from them.

The Worst Customer Service Experience I’ve Ever Had – Do NOT Buy Here I purchased a sofa from Ashley Store on Scenic Highway in Snellville, Georgia, and what should have been a simple purchase turned into one of the most stressful and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a furniture store. I went on October 30th and personally chose a sofa in a very specific color (the “Stone” shade, a light gray that is almost white). I clearly told the salesperson the exact color I wanted. When my husband went to pick it up, they gave him a sofa in a very dark gray, completely different from what I selected. That’s when the nightmare started. After the purchase, nobody wanted to help me. Before buying, they called me several times; after buying, they stopped answering. The salesperson who gave me his card never replied again. I had to insist over and over until someone finally agreed to send the correct color. They told me it would take two weeks. On November 29th, they were supposed to deliver it. I stayed home all day. No call, no delivery, nothing. I called again, and it was the same story: being transferred from one person to another, no answers, no responsibility. They told me the delivery would be on December 3rd. Once again, I missed work to wait — and again, nobody showed up and nobody called. I called the store, and a woman answered with absolutely no willingness to help. I explained I had already lost two workdays because of them, and she still said she couldn’t do anything. When I told her I wanted to cancel the order and return the incorrect sofa they gave me, she told me it wasn’t possible and then hung up on me. Later I spoke with a young man named Jay, who was the only person who treated me with respect. He checked my account and told me that the previous person had cancelled the order for the correct sofa without my permission. So not only did they fail to fix the issue, they also cancelled the sofa I was waiting for. And on top of all that: I financed the sofa through ACIMA. Angela, the person who helped me with the financing, was very kind at the beginning. But once the problem started, she also stopped helping. And here is the most unfair part: I have already paid more than $400 for a sofa I HAVE NOT EVEN RECEIVED. I’m paying for a product that was never delivered to me in the correct color. To make things worse, everyone I’ve spoken to (except Jay) has been trying to force me to keep a sofa I did NOT choose — a color I never picked, something I went to the store specifically to choose in person. Now, more than a month later, I still have the wrong sofa sitting in my living room, wrapped up, taking up space, and nobody is giving me real answers. No solutions. No accountability. This situation has caused me stress, frustration, financial loss, and a huge amount of wasted time. I don’t want anyone else to go through this. I absolutely do NOT recommend buying from this Ashley Store location. They are disorganized, unprofessional, and once they get the sale, they disappear. If something goes wrong, they leave you on your own, transfer you around, cancel orders without permission, and refuse to fix their mistakes. I hope my experience warns others and prevents them from going through the same horrible situation I am still dealing with.

He explained in great detail our receipt and what we paid for what was included etc. The store displays were well layed out and again the customer service was great. Mr. Churchill is a an asset to the Ashley Furniture Store Snellville. Keep up the fantastic job team.

Beware of Ashley’s Deceptive sell practice! I had a very disappointing experience at Snelvill Ashley . The sales manager, sold me a protection plan without my knowledge. When I realized it the next day, I went back to the store to cancel the plan before my order even arrived. The manager and the sales manager both assured me that the protection plan was canceled and that I would not be charged. Later, only part of my order arrived, and the rest never did. I went back to the store more than eight times trying to resolve the issue. After weeks of confusion, I finally learned that instead of canceling the protection plan, they canceled part of my order — which I never received or got a refund for. This whole experience has been stressful and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend checking every detail of your receipt carefully before signing from this store.

Lovonia is the absolute best. As soon as we walked in the door she had a smile on her face. She asked questions we didnt think of before and made sure we got exactly what we needed for our home... we will definitely be coming back when its time for a new bedroom set.

We made an order on some furniture and we back next day to cancel the order the manager took our paperwork and she said we got canceled and you'll receive a confirmation by email we never got and when we call the main office to ask about the cancellation status and when we getting our money back they said your order is active which I believe the manager at the store lied to us .

Due to my overall experience with Ashley's Snellville store, I’m compelled to lower my rating. On September 1, 2025, I placed a large order that included full bedroom and living room furniture sets. As of today, September 19, I still have not received my bedroom furniture. I’ve been unable to sleep or enjoy the comfort of my new mattress because of repeated errors in the sales order and a noticeable lack of support from the in-store sales team. Additionally, Ashley’s White Glove delivery service has been extremely disappointing. When my living room and bedroom furniture were delivered, bedroom furniture arrived damaged and living room furniture assembled incorrectly. Overall, my interactions with this store and Ashley’s customer service have been frustrating and far from satisfactory. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issues, the experience has been anything but pleasant.

I have been enjoying my Omaha sectional. It turned out very nice in my space. And let me not forget about my adjustable base, life save. Indiyah and Alexandrea was so helpful and pleasant.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Delivery and Broken Promises ----------------------------------------------------- After buying an expensive bed from Ashley Furniture, our delivery was delayed multiple times—causing serious inconvenience, especially since my pregnant wife and I had already gotten rid of our old bed based on their original promise. They eventually rescheduled (still late) and promised to refund delivery and assembly fees for the trouble—but never followed through. Poor follow-up and broken promises.

Lovonia made this whole process so easy and stress free! She’s amazing, definitely found the perfect couch 💗

Buyer beware! I wouldn't recommend this establishment. I discovered later that the sales person lied to me. The product they sold me isn't up to par. The service techs seem clueless. This has been an awful experience. I will never shop here again and will never recommend .

I purchased furniture at the Snellville location on 6/27/2025. They gave me a delivery and set up date for 7/9/2025. So I asked could I receive it any sooner, they said that was the earliest. I accept the date. I called the Customer Service office, to see if I could pick up the furniture. Because the date was so far away. CS said that they would have to send in a request for the change and notify me by email within 72 hrs. After 3 calls to CS and Nate the sales manager I received an earlier date of 7/4. The delivery came and the guys were sitting up the bed and discovered there wasn’t any pre drill holes to attach the rails to the headboard and footboard. So now I am left without something to sleep on until they reorder it and have it shipped and then scheduled someone to install it. Be aware that this is not a place to spend your dollars and customers service is no help at all. This was my first and last time spending my dollars at Ashley’s! Very dissatisfied and still waiting for my furniture!

I can’t say enough positive things about ny recent experience at Ashley furniture and specifically our sales rep, Michael! I was purchasing furniture for my sister-in-law’s new senior living apt. We were immediately greeted by Michael, but not in an attacking sales approach that makes you uncomfortable. He asked what we were in the market for and then encouraged us to first walk around and get some ideas. Then he would check back with us. He did check back with us and encouraged us to lay on the beds and sit on the couches. He was very patient and gave great advice without pressuring us. Once we picked the couch and bed he showed us coffee tables and bed frames that matched our furniture and our space restrictions. He even moved a coffee table from the opposite end of the store so we could see it next to the couch we were interested in. He then worked with us on price and helped us maximize our discounts. It was a great experience and we were happy with our purchases!. Thank you Michael for making it a pleasurable experience!

Great customer service from both Regina and Katherine. About 1 week ago, I ordered a dresser from Ms. Regina that I had to build myself. She was very friendly, informative and provided great customer service. The dresser was delivered, but smaller than described online. I came back to the store today and asked for the manager. When I informed Ms. Catherine what had happened she and Regina both immediately rectified the situation, not only by allowing me to return the item, but found a better dresser replacement as well as issuing a discount of15% due to the inconvenience. "You get what you pay for". Mediocre Service when you purchase Mediocre product. 01/28/25 - Ashley Furniture delivered my furniture damaging our wood floors. Their process is I hire someone, sign their lien waiver for payment relinquishing them of repair results. Instead of them hiring someone for repair. I have tried to communicate with warranty & their specialty claims since January. And have been denied multiple times for them to speak with me. In-store service people were great!!! Shipping scheduling not so much.

I will NEVER purchase anything from Ashley Furniture again! I recently purchased their large “Lucia” mirror online that could be used as a floor mirror OR hung on the wall. And in the payment portion it offered a no hassel delivery for $100 that included assembly of item and putting it in whatever room you’d like and also getting rid of all the packaging. Today the mirror was delivered and the two men informed me they don’t hang/assemble/ install mirrors. I proceed to show them what it stated online and on my online payment receipt. I find the whole thing to be deliberately misleading and dishonest!!! WHY OFFER THAT SERVICE AT THE PAYMENT PORTION IN ANY MIRROR TRANSACTIONS IF YOU DON’T PROVIDE ANY SERVICE OTHER THAN DELIVERY FOR MIRROR PURCHASES????? So now I had to call customer service and I’m told I have to wait 3 business days to get an “ email update”. Why should customers wait 3 business days for an “email”?? And in the mean time there is NO SPECIFIC MANAGER to actually speak to which gives off a feeling of they don’t give a damn! Just a customer rep reading her script and apologizing as she’s told to do! My refund should’ve been processed today with no hassle or run around! You all made it look like you provide a service that you don’t! And now you’re making it difficult and frustrating to get the refund in hopes that customers would get discouraged and stop the pursue of getting their money back!!! I just purchased a newly construction large 5 bedroom home that I’m decorating and furnishing. And due to this intentional misleading scam on your website, I will NO LONGER do anymore business with Ashley Furniture. There are PLENTY competition out there to spend my money with! And I’m going to leave a review anywhere else I can. Customers need to know how dishonest and sneaky you all are and how you operate and treat your customers!!

My experience with this company has been a nightmare! It is very unfortunate when one patronizes a large furniture company like Ashley Furniture and you cannot receive any assistance. I purchased a dining room set on July 2, my delivery date was August 9th. Two days prior to my delivery I received a customer service call stating that the table was not in, but the chairs were and my new expected delivery date would be one week out. I proceeded to receive a call From customer service every week stating that the table would not be available and I would not receive a partial delivery. On approximately August 26, I Received a call stating that my furniture was in and I would get the complete set. On August 9 a delivery truck pulls into my driveway in a budget Rental truck, The delivery man informs me that they did not have my table and only the chairs. I was So disappointed that they did not have my table that I failed to inspect the chairs . Unfortunately, the chairs were dirty and the legs were chipped. I immediately called the store requesting replacement of these pieces and they lied saying that I would get them and I never did. I purchased an extended warranty for the table and chairs, which is still on my bill even though I just have the chairs I was also told that my delivery would be free due to all the hassles which was also not true. They are on my bill. I cannot get through to this company. They refuse to contact me concerning my issues. Please Beware when patronizing such a company as Ashley furniture.

It’s incredibly difficult to reach a live person, let alone an in-store associate. When I finally managed to schedule a technician, there was no communication—no emails, texts, or any information from the store associate. I called the day before to confirm the appointment, only to find out it had been canceled because no photos were provided—something I was never informed about, and no email was sent. Now, we’ve had to reschedule the technician for the soonest available time, which is a week out. Fingers crossed this will finally resolve the issue. For such a large, well-known company, I’m very disappointed with how the process has been handled when an issue arises.

These people will do anything to sell the product but will not take responsibility or accountability for anything. They make you go from corporate to the warehouse to the store and no one can tell you a proper answer. The store also doesn’t know if an item is on back order until after they place the order which in turn you will have to start making payments before you even receive your item(s). My sales guy Nick will not even answer our questions and say it was out of his control of how and when the delivery happens bc they outsource the corporate Ashley and delivery people. So no one is on the same page.

If I️ could give this company 0 stars I️ would.Ordered our bed set in January and was told to return to the store in 3 different occasions to end up paying I’m out of pocket after being told I️ would not have to. Delivery date was April 27th, about a week before we were set to move in after our wedding on May 11th. Was called 3 times before my April 27th delivery date to confirm the delivery of my bed set only for it be to cancelled the day before it was supposed to arrive. When we returned to the store the get some answers, no one seemed to be able to give them to me only making me wait over 2 weeks for an exact delivery date of the new bed set we picked out. When we spoke to the manager Damian he told us in two occasions that we would get a call from him directly about expediting our shipment given the inconvenience of the cancellation. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. Took us calling the store everyday and going in person a total of 7 times to finally get a delivery date of May 14th. So disappointed with the customer service. Now that we finally got our bed set, of course one of our night stand drawers is not closing, called customer service and was told no one could come out to get it fixed until May 17th. It’s is absolutely unprofessional and disappointing the way we have been treated as customers from beginning to end. No one would reach out to us to help us or give us answers given the inconvenience of our original bed set being out of stock. Biggest mistake was choosing this place to purchase for our home. Better going somewhere that actually cares about their customers and quality of service!

I ordered online on the website and they only delivered part of my order and went back and charged my card for an item I didn’t receive. I called this store and the customer service of the employee was TERRIBLE 😞 they refused to help me or even look up my order status and informed me since my purchase was online they couldn’t assist me . That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard I shop online all the time and I’ve never heard of you not being able to check an order status or inquire about a delivery issue with the store 🏬 just cause your purchase was online . I end up having to dispute this with my bank for fraud and it’s been several months and I haven’t heard anything from Ashley regarding my delivery. Their customer service number doesn’t let you speak to a customer service representative and you can’t get help from the store associates . i am 5 months away from going back and forth about a defective mattress i had a warranty on with ashley for a YEAR! i was told by dakota and key who assured i would have an answer in 48 hours . even called other locations midtown and lithonia to get the issue rectified (sinking mattress not even a year of having it ) and STILL nothing . i have over 3-4 cases if not more and still i have not heard anything from a district manager or anyone that can rectify the issue . i requested my money back or even be upgraded for the serious inconvenience . i will never order anything from them again !

This is not a reflection of the Snellville GA store. Everyone including our salesman Doug was great. It's your dishonest business model. I found something for $300 but found out no product was in store. I couldn't take it with me. They only ship, @$100 charge. So my find was really $400. Just be honest about your pricing.

Earlier this year, I helped my mom shop for a new kitchen table and chairs. We visited the Snellville Ashley Furniture and were greeted by salesperson Shuntay Trott. She was very friendly and informative. She showed us all of the inventory that met our desired specifications and was very honest with her sales approach. When we went back a few weeks later to purchase, Shuntay was very efficient and had us in and out of the store as quickly as possible! It was a great shopping experience from beginning to purchase. Unfortunately, the delivery process was a much different experience!! It was also the reason I deducted a star from my review rating. I do understand that the delivery vendors are third party contractors; however, this is not an excuse to hire less than professional delivery contractors. One of the delivery drivers showed up smelling of marijuana and immediately asked to use our restroom. Both delivery drivers brought in our kitchen chairs in the rain uncovered! This required me to spend the next 20 minutes drying off the wood furniture they had just delivered. if the purchase process of this sales journey matched the delivery process, Ashely Furniture would likely get a higher residual of repeat clients. Yet, due to a severely lackluster delivery experience, I will be less likely to return to Ashley for furniture in the future.

We've made several purchases from this particular store & if you're like me where customer service is important than feel free to ask for Alex B. He will have your best interest & will breakdown the whole entire process to the point where you will trust you've made the best choice.

This was by far the WORST experience of any retailer. I typically shop online with my Ashley Furniture account but felt the need to go to the store to purchase a mattress. After spending $1,900, the delivery date was set for 2 weeks out and the anticipation was building. Delivery day came, the old mattress was gone and the new mattress made its way to the bed. As the delivery guy opened his box cutter to remove the plastic, his facial expression changed and he revealed that he cut a 2-foot-long gash in the mattress. He said not to worry, it will be addressed. I called the store and spoke with Damian, the store manager, who made loads of empty promises from credits to quick delivery dates, none of which have come to pass. I received a call from the warehouse only to be told I would have to wait ANOTHER 2 weeks for a replacement. Once again, I called the store, spoke with Nate who was aware of the issue, and was told I would a call back. I called again and spoke with Ashley who was also aware of the issue and was emailing the warehouse to get answers and I would get a callback, but still nothing. I was promised corporate credits for the inconvenience, I was promised a quick resolution and several callbacks. None have come to pass. So, now a week later, I am still without a mattress, no delivery date as of yet, and no credit. There is no way I will do business with Ashley Furniture as a whole again under ANY circumstance and as soon as I pay off my account, I am closing it. Now I see why the reviews for this store are so low on Yelp, they are only out to protect the commission and not to satisfy their customers. I am being put on the back burner for a situation that was not in my control. Poor customer service, incompetent delivery company, and false promises will destroy a company from the inside.

Horrible. I will never buy anything from Ashley again. I bought a tv stand a month ago, and when a 3rd party came to set it up, they chipped both sides of the tv stand. They sent a tech out to fix the damage and the guy was unable to do it, said he needs another person, so I had to re-schedule. 2nd time, they sent one person again. The guy told me to re-schedule again. 3rd time, one guy came again!!!!! I’m canceling this non-sense, and will ask for a discount.

DO NOT GET YOUR FURNITURE FROM HERE. Alex told us the delivery team would take our old furniture and that was not the case. Ashley Furniture and their delivery team did not deliver the full set at once and I waited nearly one month for the missing piece. It wasn’t until I called to tell them to cancel my order that they magically found a part in stock and delivered/set up our couch.

Douglas was very helpful in picking out the right chair for us ! He was patient and engaging with all our questions! ☆☆☆☆☆

We canceled and went elsewhere. Unprofessional not being transparent with us. Thank you Nick for helping us select and purchase our sleeper sofa! Explained everything and answered all our questions.
