The Worst Customer Service Experience I’ve Ever Had – Do NOT Buy Here I purchased a sofa from Ashley Store on Scenic Highway in Snellville, Georgia, and what should have been a simple purchase turned into one of the most stressful and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a furniture store. I went on October 30th and personally chose a sofa in a very specific color (the “Stone” shade, a light gray that is almost white). I clearly told the salesperson the exact color I wanted. When my husband went to pick it up, they gave him a sofa in a very dark gray, completely different from what I selected. That’s when the nightmare started. After the purchase, nobody wanted to help me. Before buying, they called me several times; after buying, they stopped answering. The salesperson who gave me his card never replied again. I had to insist over and over until someone finally agreed to send the correct color. They told me it would take two weeks. On November 29th, they were supposed to deliver it. I stayed home all day. No call, no delivery, nothing. I called again, and it was the same story: being transferred from one person to another, no answers, no responsibility. They told me the delivery would be on December 3rd. Once again, I missed work to wait — and again, nobody showed up and nobody called. I called the store, and a woman answered with absolutely no willingness to help. I explained I had already lost two workdays because of them, and she still said she couldn’t do anything. When I told her I wanted to cancel the order and return the incorrect sofa they gave me, she told me it wasn’t possible and then hung up on me. Later I spoke with a young man named Jay, who was the only person who treated me with respect. He checked my account and told me that the previous person had cancelled the order for the correct sofa without my permission. So not only did they fail to fix the issue, they also cancelled the sofa I was waiting for. And on top of all that: I financed the sofa through ACIMA. Angela, the person who helped me with the financing, was very kind at the beginning. But once the problem started, she also stopped helping. And here is the most unfair part: I have already paid more than $400 for a sofa I HAVE NOT EVEN RECEIVED. I’m paying for a product that was never delivered to me in the correct color. To make things worse, everyone I’ve spoken to (except Jay) has been trying to force me to keep a sofa I did NOT choose — a color I never picked, something I went to the store specifically to choose in person. Now, more than a month later, I still have the wrong sofa sitting in my living room, wrapped up, taking up space, and nobody is giving me real answers. No solutions. No accountability. This situation has caused me stress, frustration, financial loss, and a huge amount of wasted time. I don’t want anyone else to go through this. I absolutely do NOT recommend buying from this Ashley Store location. They are disorganized, unprofessional, and once they get the sale, they disappear. If something goes wrong, they leave you on your own, transfer you around, cancel orders without permission, and refuse to fix their mistakes. I hope my experience warns others and prevents them from going through the same horrible situation I am still dealing with.

Mr. Winston Churchill was an exceptional customer service representative and assisted us greatly with what we were looking for and the price point within our budget. He explained in great detail our receipt and what we paid for what was included etc. The store displays were well layed out and again the customer service was great. Mr. Churchill is a an asset to the Ashley Furniture Store Snellville. Keep up the fantastic job team.

Beware of Ashley’s Deceptive sell practice! I had a very disappointing experience at Snelvill Ashley . The sales manager, sold me a protection plan without my knowledge. When I realized it the next day, I went back to the store to cancel the plan before my order even arrived. The manager and the sales manager both assured me that the protection plan was canceled and that I would not be charged. Later, only part of my order arrived, and the rest never did. I went back to the store more than eight times trying to resolve the issue. After weeks of confusion, I finally learned that instead of canceling the protection plan, they canceled part of my order — which I never received or got a refund for. This whole experience has been stressful and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend checking every detail of your receipt carefully before signing from this store.

Lovonia is the absolute best. As soon as we walked in the door she had a smile on her face. She asked questions we didnt think of before and made sure we got exactly what we needed for our home... we will definitely be coming back when its time for a new bedroom set.
