"You get what you pay for". Mediocre Service when you purchase Mediocre product. 01/28/25 - Ashley Furniture delivered my furniture damaging our wood floors. Their process is I hire someone, sign their lien waiver for payment relinquishing them of repair results. Instead of them hiring someone for repair. I have tried to communicate with warranty & their specialty claims since January. And have been denied multiple times for them to speak with me. In-store service people were great!!! Shipping scheduling not so much.

We had a wonderful experience at Ashley HomeStore in Snellville thanks to Chaya! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable as we picked out a new couch and table for our home. Chaya really took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us through all the options without ever making us feel rushed. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. We’re so happy with our purchase and truly appreciate Chaya’s excellent service. I purchased a warranty for my furniture, costing $400.00, and it has been nearly a year since I first reported issues with it. The furniture, a recliner sectional with outlet ports, has been a constant source of frustration. Initially, only one of the chairs was malfunctioning, but when the technician finally came to address it, he installed the part incorrectly, rendering the chair unusable. I reached out about this issue, but I have yet to receive any response. Currently, none of the recliners function, and the outlet ports are also inoperative. When I called for an update, I was told the replacement parts had been sent, but I never received them. On 03/31/2025, I was informed that the parts were mistakenly sent to another address, and the company is attempting to blame me for this error. Furthermore, they refuse to issue a credit to Ashley Furniture, preventing me from selecting a functional replacement, while my existing furniture is completely useless. I am demanding a full refund for my recliner furniture, which does not recline as advertised. Additionally, I must report that the outlet ports electrocuted my daughter when she tried to charge her phone, yet the company's lack of concern is alarming. I spoke with Iris, who stated there was nothing she could do to assist me. Given the ongoing issues and inadequate service I have experienced with this company, I expect immediate action to rectify this situation.
