I will NEVER purchase anything from Ashley Furniture again! I recently purchased their large “Lucia” mirror online that could be used as a floor mirror OR hung on the wall. And in the payment portion it offered a no hassel delivery for $100 that included assembly of item and putting it in whatever room you’d like and also getting rid of all the packaging. Today the mirror was delivered and the two men informed me they don’t hang/assemble/ install mirrors. I proceed to show them what it stated online and on my online payment receipt. I find the whole thing to be deliberately misleading and dishonest!!! WHY OFFER THAT SERVICE AT THE PAYMENT PORTION IN ANY MIRROR TRANSACTIONS IF YOU DON’T PROVIDE ANY SERVICE OTHER THAN DELIVERY FOR MIRROR PURCHASES????? So now I had to call customer service and I’m told I have to wait 3 business days to get an “ email update”. Why should customers wait 3 business days for an “email”?? And in the mean time there is NO SPECIFIC MANAGER to actually speak to which gives off a feeling of they don’t give a damn! Just a customer rep reading her script and apologizing as she’s told to do! My refund should’ve been processed today with no hassle or run around! You all made it look like you provide a service that you don’t! And now you’re making it difficult and frustrating to get the refund in hopes that customers would get discouraged and stop the pursue of getting their money back!!! I just purchased a newly construction large 5 bedroom home that I’m decorating and furnishing. And due to this intentional misleading scam on your website, I will NO LONGER do anymore business with Ashley Furniture. There are PLENTY competition out there to spend my money with! And I’m going to leave a review anywhere else I can. Customers need to know how dishonest and sneaky you all are and how you operate and treat your customers!!

I bought a product which was not in the display, I was taking words from the sales man, unfortunately when the product comes it has some factory defect and some minor scratches. When I contacted customer services it was a nightmare. My experience with this company has been a nightmare! It is very unfortunate when one patronizes a large furniture company like Ashley Furniture and you cannot receive any assistance. I purchased a dining room set on July 2, my delivery date was August 9th. Two days prior to my delivery I received a customer service call stating that the table was not in, but the chairs were and my new expected delivery date would be one week out. I proceeded to receive a call From customer service every week stating that the table would not be available and I would not receive a partial delivery. On approximately August 26, I Received a call stating that my furniture was in and I would get the complete set. On August 9 a delivery truck pulls into my driveway in a budget Rental truck, The delivery man informs me that they did not have my table and only the chairs. I was So disappointed that they did not have my table that I failed to inspect the chairs . Unfortunately, the chairs were dirty and the legs were chipped. I immediately called the store requesting replacement of these pieces and they lied saying that I would get them and I never did. I purchased an extended warranty for the table and chairs, which is still on my bill even though I just have the chairs I was also told that my delivery would be free due to all the hassles which was also not true. They are on my bill. I cannot get through to this company. They refuse to contact me concerning my issues. Please Beware when patronizing such a company as Ashley furniture.

The service in the store and the delivery were excellent. However, we encountered a factory error with a missing piece from our headboard, and since then, it has been a frustrating experience. It’s incredibly difficult to reach a live person, let alone an in-store associate. When I finally managed to schedule a technician, there was no communication—no emails, texts, or any information from the store associate. I called the day before to confirm the appointment, only to find out it had been canceled because no photos were provided—something I was never informed about, and no email was sent. Now, we’ve had to reschedule the technician for the soonest available time, which is a week out. Fingers crossed this will finally resolve the issue. For such a large, well-known company, I’m very disappointed with how the process has been handled when an issue arises.

Great rates and discounts! 11/6: When I left this review I didn’t know my furniture and order were going to take this long. It’s been over 2 months and my order still not completely finished. These people will do anything to sell the product but will not take responsibility or accountability for anything. They make you go from corporate to the warehouse to the store and no one can tell you a proper answer. The store also doesn’t know if an item is on back order until after they place the order which in turn you will have to start making payments before you even receive your item(s). My sales guy Nick will not even answer our questions and say it was out of his control of how and when the delivery happens bc they outsource the corporate Ashley and delivery people. So no one is on the same page.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! If I️ could give this company 0 stars I️ would.Ordered our bed set in January and was told to return to the store in 3 different occasions to end up paying I’m out of pocket after being told I️ would not have to. Delivery date was April 27th, about a week before we were set to move in after our wedding on May 11th. Was called 3 times before my April 27th delivery date to confirm the delivery of my bed set only for it be to cancelled the day before it was supposed to arrive. When we returned to the store the get some answers, no one seemed to be able to give them to me only making me wait over 2 weeks for an exact delivery date of the new bed set we picked out. When we spoke to the manager Damian he told us in two occasions that we would get a call from him directly about expediting our shipment given the inconvenience of the cancellation. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. Took us calling the store everyday and going in person a total of 7 times to finally get a delivery date of May 14th. So disappointed with the customer service. Now that we finally got our bed set, of course one of our night stand drawers is not closing, called customer service and was told no one could come out to get it fixed until May 17th. It’s is absolutely unprofessional and disappointing the way we have been treated as customers from beginning to end. No one would reach out to us to help us or give us answers given the inconvenience of our original bed set being out of stock. Biggest mistake was choosing this place to purchase for our home. Better going somewhere that actually cares about their customers and quality of service!

I wanted to share my experience so you can be careful about shopping with this company . I ordered online on the website and they only delivered part of my order and went back and charged my card for an item I didn’t receive. I called this store and the customer service of the employee was TERRIBLE 😞 they refused to help me or even look up my order status and informed me since my purchase was online they couldn’t assist me . That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard I shop online all the time and I’ve never heard of you not being able to check an order status or inquire about a delivery issue with the store 🏬 just cause your purchase was online . I end up having to dispute this with my bank for fraud and it’s been several months and I haven’t heard anything from Ashley regarding my delivery. Their customer service number doesn’t let you speak to a customer service representative and you can’t get help from the store associates . If I were you I would NOT purchase any furniture from this company due to the unprofessionalism and experience I’ve had

They don’t check inventory before selling to you ! We purchased a couch without knowing it was back ordered and we wouldn’t actually be able to get it any time soon - the delivery was delayed 3 times. I kept having to reach out to the store who kept telling me to call back in another week. Some parts of the couch were available but they wouldn’t separate the delivery so that we could have part of what bought. I was told a manager would call me but never received any contact.

Nick Harris was so well educated and informed me of So much information about Tempur-pedic and all the other mattresses they carry. I had a waterbed for 40 years and wanted some thing that would hug my body and mold me into it. I see why they call them advisors and not salesman. Everybody there was very nice and professional.

i am 5 months away from going back and forth about a defective mattress i had a warranty on with ashley for a YEAR! i was told by dakota and key who assured i would have an answer in 48 hours . even called other locations midtown and lithonia to get the issue rectified (sinking mattress not even a year of having it ) and STILL nothing . i have over 3-4 cases if not more and still i have not heard anything from a district manager or anyone that can rectify the issue . i requested my money back or even be upgraded for the serious inconvenience . i will never order anything from them again !

This is not a reflection of the Snellville GA store. Everyone including our salesman Doug was great. It's your dishonest business model. I found something for $300 but found out no product was in store. I couldn't take it with me. They only ship, @$100 charge. So my find was really $400. Just be honest about your pricing.

Earlier this year, I helped my mom shop for a new kitchen table and chairs. We visited the Snellville Ashley Furniture and were greeted by salesperson Shuntay Trott. She was very friendly and informative. She showed us all of the inventory that met our desired specifications and was very honest with her sales approach. When we went back a few weeks later to purchase, Shuntay was very efficient and had us in and out of the store as quickly as possible! It was a great shopping experience from beginning to purchase. Unfortunately, the delivery process was a much different experience!! It was also the reason I deducted a star from my review rating. I do understand that the delivery vendors are third party contractors; however, this is not an excuse to hire less than professional delivery contractors. One of the delivery drivers showed up smelling of marijuana and immediately asked to use our restroom. Both delivery drivers brought in our kitchen chairs in the rain uncovered! This required me to spend the next 20 minutes drying off the wood furniture they had just delivered. if the purchase process of this sales journey matched the delivery process, Ashely Furniture would likely get a higher residual of repeat clients. Yet, due to a severely lackluster delivery experience, I will be less likely to return to Ashley for furniture in the future.
We've made several purchases from this particular store & if you're like me where customer service is important than feel free to ask for Alex B. He will have your best interest & will breakdown the whole entire process to the point where you will trust you've made the best choice.

This was by far the WORST experience of any retailer. I typically shop online with my Ashley Furniture account but felt the need to go to the store to purchase a mattress. After spending $1,900, the delivery date was set for 2 weeks out and the anticipation was building. Delivery day came, the old mattress was gone and the new mattress made its way to the bed. As the delivery guy opened his box cutter to remove the plastic, his facial expression changed and he revealed that he cut a 2-foot-long gash in the mattress. He said not to worry, it will be addressed. I called the store and spoke with Damian, the store manager, who made loads of empty promises from credits to quick delivery dates, none of which have come to pass. I received a call from the warehouse only to be told I would have to wait ANOTHER 2 weeks for a replacement. Once again, I called the store, spoke with Nate who was aware of the issue, and was told I would a call back. I called again and spoke with Ashley who was also aware of the issue and was emailing the warehouse to get answers and I would get a callback, but still nothing. I was promised corporate credits for the inconvenience, I was promised a quick resolution and several callbacks. None have come to pass. So, now a week later, I am still without a mattress, no delivery date as of yet, and no credit. There is no way I will do business with Ashley Furniture as a whole again under ANY circumstance and as soon as I pay off my account, I am closing it. Now I see why the reviews for this store are so low on Yelp, they are only out to protect the commission and not to satisfy their customers. I am being put on the back burner for a situation that was not in my control. Poor customer service, incompetent delivery company, and false promises will destroy a company from the inside.

Horrible. I will never buy anything from Ashley again. I bought a tv stand a month ago, and when a 3rd party came to set it up, they chipped both sides of the tv stand. They sent a tech out to fix the damage and the guy was unable to do it, said he needs another person, so I had to re-schedule. 2nd time, they sent one person again. The guy told me to re-schedule again. 3rd time, one guy came again!!!!! I’m canceling this non-sense, and will ask for a discount.

DO NOT GET YOUR FURNITURE FROM HERE. Alex told us the delivery team would take our old furniture and that was not the case. Ashley Furniture and their delivery team did not deliver the full set at once and I waited nearly one month for the missing piece. It wasn’t until I called to tell them to cancel my order that they magically found a part in stock and delivered/set up our couch.

Total disappointment. Prior to purchasing two bar stools, I asked if evening delivery was an option. I explained I could not take off work and delivery after 5 p.m. was needed. The Sales Associate informed me that Ashley had an evening delivery and we proceeded with the transaction. Two days later I received a delivery time of 8:45 a.m. -12:45 p.m. I called to arrange an evening delivery and they refused. I canceled the order and requested a refund. A week passed no refund on my credit card. I had to contact American Express to dispute the charges since I never received the furniture.

Spent almost an hour here and nobody helped me. They did help other folks, but not me. I just had some simple questions to get answered and money in my pocket to spend and was already sold on the bed they had. I bought $13,000.00 worth of furniture last December 2022 and ask support for lose sewing area for the one of dining chair on March 2023. it has been only 3 and 1/2 months. But they said that it can not be covered warranty for worn and tears. This is not worn and tears definitely lose sewing area.

Michael got me everything I needed and was great, however after purchasing, customer service from corporate was horrible. Furniture not delivered on promised date, only received half a sofa. When calling corporate, they would always give the same response of “A manager will call back”. No one ever called, and I had to call multiple times to check status of delivery that was missing. I also was told I could return items that were not satisfactory, and it turns out this was not true. Again, more calls and promises, and I’m still waiting. Again, Michael is awesome and helpful. I would have bought more from him if the corporate and delivery wasn’t so terrible. But delivery and corporate are terrible and ruined the entire experience. I wouldn’t buy from them again due to the rude and poor service from corporate

6/1/23- First and foremost, my rating is based solely on the amazing service my mother and I received from Nick. My mom already knew which couch she wanted to look at when we arrived, and Nick swiftly located it for her. He didn't pressure us. He was extremely kind and really gave us our space to mull over our decision. He even provided suggestions when we asked him. We let him know we would take the weekend to think it over. 6/4/23- We returned to the store and requested to speak to Nick as he had been so wonderful the first time, we wanted to ensure we dealt with him for the sale. As consistent as ever, he was his friendly, laid back self and it was a great transaction. My mother is very excited about her new couch, and we're both grateful that Nick made it an enjoyable experience. My only complaint was while we were there, there appeared to be a woman from corporate who was loudly and constantly discussing operations/training with staff. I found it a bit distracting and unprofessional. I can't imagine why the conversations needed to take place on the floor in front of customers. Nevertheless, at the customer service counter.
After a prior not so remarkable experience with the company I decided to give Ashley another try. The team in Snellville truly went above and beyond to make this the most remarkable customer service experience. My salesman Will stuck by my side the whole time and the management team, Lisa, Nate and Dakota, made sure everything went smoothly this time around. I purchased thousands of dollars worth of stuff in February. I also purchased a purple pillow and was told I’d be going home with it that day. After paying and getting my receipt a manager then told me that they were out of that pillow and they would contact me once they had it. I called a few weeks later and they still didn’t have it. Called back and they said if I came to the store they would give me a more expensive purple pillow. On our way there, we called to make sure Juliet was in, since she’s the one we’ve been dealing with and knows our situation. Juliet told us that instead, they would have my pillow delivered to us within the week. That was about 3 weeks ago now. Now the store isn’t answering and we’re out $100 pillow. We purchased in February and it’s now end of may and we still don’t have it. 3 months. I’m highly irritated that we’ve spent SO much money there (not just this purchase but throughout the years) and I can’t even get my pillow. And since we received the receipt that says we took it home, there’s nothing we can do but complain. So- with all that being said: if you purchase something, make sure if you’re supposed to take it home that night, that it is in your hands before you pay and get the receipt.

Waited over 2 month to get it fixed, no response. Asked for return ,they said our company policy doesn’t allow. I have never experienced such slow, unreasonable and frustrating response from any company before. I’m throwing away the stuffs with defects and highly advice to stay away from this company for furniture purchase.

This review is for my friend, Mahmuda Begum. I would give this store, and its customer no service, 0 stars if I had that option. Worst experience ever! Starting with Alex, salesman, who lied about calling within 72 hours for a complete return. He"forgot" to tell me that after it has been delivered, he has nothing more to do with it. Hey, he got his commission. The day it was delivered, a call was received asking if it was delivered and was I satisfied. I told her the furniture was not a good fit in my room. The next day, I called Alex to have it returned, and he told me I would receive a call or an email. I received neither. After almost a week, I called again and was told I would have to call the corporate office. They gave me the number to call and nobody answered. I called the store again and was given the same number, so I googled it. The associates of Ashley had given me the FAX number. While I was at work, my daughter called corporate and told them we wanted to return the furniture, and we needed it done quickly since we have a cat that might scratch it. The person made a note and said a call would be received. No phone call... I know shocking, right? Today I called and was told a technician would have to visit my house due to the furniture being damaged. Even after I told them it wasn't damaged, the person taking notes noted the message incorrectly. My daughter said we have a cat, and she was afraid the longer it stayed in the house it COULD be damaged. Now, the earliest a technician was available was April 25th. I went back to the store today to speak with the manager, and she just repeated exactly what corporate said. Then, she stated I could take pictures of the furniture and email them to corporate. Once they see there is no damage, they could approve the return today and schedule a pick up. When I restated what I heard her say, she backtracked and said with the pictures, the technician will not have to visit, but I can't say how long it will takes corporate to approve a refund and set up a pick up... maybe 2-3 days for them to approve the refund. There was no offer to have Alex apologize for his sales deception or any type of compensation for my time or the upset this has caused. Just, I'm sorry, but once it is delivered, it is out of our hands. Ridiculously unprofessional! DON'T SHOP HERE FOR YOUR FURNITURE!

Lost a customer here. I shouldn't have to take a trip to the store to find out about my purchase. I was tossed back and forward between the store and corporate because no one could tell me about my items to be delivered. I got to the store 2 days before the expected delivery only to find out that things were all wrong. This could've been avoided but I get a sense that they don't care. Canceled the order and they didn't even try to accommodate. Just purchased $4200 worth of furniture prior to this.

I purchased the Ashley Extendable Dining Table, and upon delivery the delivery team noticed that the extension piece was defective. They reached out to an Ashley’s Customer Care representative who attempted to schedule a technician's visit for me to have the piece repaired. I refused that option because new merchandise should be functional upon receipt! This is not a used, antique table or the like! Thus, I requested a new table or a refund (and they could obviously pick up the defective table). I have received NO response from Ashley. The salesperson was wonderful in the store, where I purchased the table, but that's where the good customer service ended. If you have any issues with your furniture, Ashley may not correct the issue. Spending your money with this furniture retailer is risky!!!

My husband and I went to buy a new couch on Black Friday 2022. We picked Ashley Furniture thinking that we would have less issues with a big name company. The sales experience was great and we found a couch we really liked, specifically the Wasson 6 piece reclining couch. The couch was delivered 11/30/2022. When the movers dropped it off, they cut one of the pieces with a box cutter and tried to hide it with a packing sticker. I (9 months pregnant at the time) had to run outside to catch them before they left to let them know one of the pieces was damaged. They took some pictures and said that a representative from Ashley Furniture would call us to get it replaced or fixed. When my husband got home, he found that they didn't even install the pieces properly. Almost two weeks goes by with no call. Turns out, the movers never notified anyone that the damage happened. Eventually, a new piece gets ordered and my husband is told that a "technician" will be coming out the bring us the new piece and assess any other issues we have. (Two of the three recliners haven't worked properly since they were delivered, they pop and get off track when reclining. The third recliner has a broken piece of wood in it). When the new piece is brought, we now have a newborn. I was told they're only movers and they can't look at anything else and we'll have to schedule a technician to come out. We do that and a tech comes out - only to assess. Not to fix anything. He puts in an order for new parts for two of the three recliners and provides a phone number to call to schedule ANOTHER technician to come out once the parts arrive. Another two weeks go by and my husband calls the number. The parts are overseas and wouldn't be delivered until the end of February or beginning of March. Because of that, a customer service representative lets us know that she just ordered us ONE new recliner to replace one of three that is broken. That's great but now we were in the same position we were in weeks ago with needing to get a technician to come out to fix the other ones since movers can't do anything but deliver. The new recliner arrives January 28th and by Tuesday, January 31st, it's popping and getting off track when reclining just like the other ones. At this point, we're done with Ashley Furniture. The process of getting the couch delivered and fixed has taken up the ENTIRETY of my maternity leave and we're constantly having a lot of men we don't know come into our home to essentially not help with any issues. The couch is nice to look at and that's about it. The customer service from Ashley Furniture has been lacking. Every time my husband calls the store to speak with the manager, he's told that the manger is on lunch and he'll get a call back. Go figure he hasn't been called back once. All that being said, it's STILL an on going issue, for almost three months now. TLDR; my husband and I bought a reclining sectional couch that keeps having issues and doesn't function properly. Ashley Furniture customer service lacks greatly and we will never purchase anything from them again. We wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I would never do business with Ashley ever again! I had the worst experience on each item that we bought. From the product to the sales person and even to the store manger and DELIVERY!!!! I have to give them one star because it makes you do it, but I wouldn't even give them that one star. Shoppers beware!!!
I paid for premium delivery. The delivery person informed me that my item was listed as “customer assembly”. They delivered my furniture and did not assemble it. I called customer care and they created a case for my issue. I called the store and spoke to someone who said they would resolve my issue and did not get a call back in the time frame expected. I was eventually told that the warehouse was supposed to assemble the item but did not and the delivery drivers do not assemble any items at all. I am still waiting for someone to call me back with a resolution. I should have refused delivery at the beginning. They do not do customer service well.

Update: So, a couple of days after posting my Google review a received a call from Frankie, one of the managers at this Ashley location. He was extremely apologetic about my experience and was eager to resolve the situation. So, he had scheduled a service tech to take a look at the furniture that I was having an issue with within a couple of weeks. Then a few days later he called me back and again apologizing said he had spoken with his manager, and they were going to replace my furniture. So, a few days later I have received the new set and I am very happy. It is unfortunate that it took writing a review to get my problem resolved but at the end of the day Ashley furniture made me a happy customer again. Thank you, Frankie, for your assistance. Original: I have purchased thousands of dollars of furniture from Ashley Furniture however trying to get anyone to respond to the poor quality of their product is impossible. I have filed claims online, I have gone to the store and still no one can seem to help me. I had taken these pictures after having these in my house for 6 months. I live alone and hardly use my living room and yet the set looks like its 10 years old. I will never give this company another dime of my business.
The selection was very good. However, the salesperson made it seem as though the 5-year protection plan was part of the cost when in reality, it was a separate cost. I didn’t realize it until I got home and looked at the final receipt. This isn’t right and should be told up front that it costs $389.

Going on month number 3 of my recliner not being fixed, Ashley furniture won’t stand behind the extended warranty they sold me, i have had 3 technician appointments cancelled on me with, 2 of which have been Ashley’s own technicians, each time I have had to wait a month for the appointment and they cancel on me each time without even decency of a phone call. I have been to the store, the managers say they have emailed corporate and would call me back, not one single time has a manager even attempted to call me back. So once again I’ll probably get a message on here telling me to private message Ashley with the details so I’m gonna make them message here directly to this thread so the public can see how well they resolve this issue

I put in a request for a refund in the store. I received all the paperwork for the refund. I waited 10 business days for my refund and did not get it. I get bounced from phone line to hold music upwards of 45 minutes each time I try to call. Highly unacceptable when people spend thousands of dollars and cannot even get a refund. I was told the request was never put in properly so my refund had to start over. I have called my bank to dispute the transaction along with a BBB complaint.
Worst of the worst. Paid for furniture, didn’t receive it. Spoke personally to store manager who promised it would come following week. Got scheduled confirmations in email and text , they even called me saying they are 10 min away. no one shows up. this happened 4 times!!!! buying from them means may or may not receive products for months and wasting your days waiting for delivery. One of the worst furniture buying experiences of my life.
Bought a couch here in 2019. We've been happy with the couch, but now very angry with the total lack of customer service after the sale. Couch has powered footrests, and one of the motors stopped working. I supplied them with model number and serial number over a month ago, and have been getting the runaround ever since. I have visited the store in person several times, and each time I get a different excuse. I've even written a letter directly to the company, and still have gotten no help. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store.
It was a pleasure coming into Ashley Furniture with what we need and want and less than 15 minutes find and have that satisfied! It was even more of a blessing to meet Sarai who made our Ashley experience such a pleasure and will look for her when we come. I will never purchase furniture from Ashley ever! I purchased an extra large TV stand on 8/7. My sales associate Eric P. from the 2535 Piedmont Road Atlanta location has been no help. It seems that the customer service stops after you have made the purchase. The sales associate said the product was available for delivery on 8/11. I waited all day and finally called the customer service department only to be told that the product was damaged and will be rescheduled for 8/13. On 8/13 I received an automated phone call stating my furniture is on its way. On 8/13 again, my furniture was not delivered. Again I called the customer service department and was told it was backorder and showed a delivery date for 8/18 funny right? Well, 8/18 came and went and no furniture. Again, I called customer service it's now scheduled for 8/27. Well, surprise surprise no delivery. Please keep in mind that every time I call Ashley, I am on the phone for 30-50 minutes listening to absurd voice messaging. I have sent numerous text messages and have called my sale associate Eric P. Text messages on 8/13, 8/18, 8/22 and 8/28. I again called the customer service department and requested to speak with the store Manager at that specific location. My call was cold transferred to a Manager (Cal) in the Marietta location cell phone. Funny! After explaining to Cal what happened he stated that he will follow up and apologized profusely. Only then did I receive a text message from Eric P. stating he was sorry for the delay and that he's been trying to figure out what is going on with my order and that it is showing on the truck but it has been saying that for a week and that it may be a system glitch and that he will contact the warehouse asap to get this resolved. On 8/29 I followed up via text requesting an update, no response, 8/30 another text no response. I finally text him stating that it seems that he is unwilling to help me and that I a requesting a full refund and that I will no longer do business with Ashley. I got a response from him stating that there was nothing he can do. They have reached out to the warehouse and have not heard back from them. I did not respond. As of right now, I have been holding waiting to speak with the store manager for 1 hour and 7 minutes. It’s obvious that they don’t care and I guess I would be more forgiving if I received a follow-up call. Every time I called Ashley Furniture Store it’s valuable time I can never get back. Customer service should be the core of every business. There is absolutely no reason why I have to call and stay on hold for 30+ minutes to get a status update. I think going forward I will take my hard earn money to another furniture company that values its customers.
My family and I went to Ashley’s Furniture Store in Snellville and was greeted by a wonderful salesman name JR, who assisted us by sharing info and answering questions we asked him and we left there after purchasing an awesome living room set.

Not happy with this furniture chain!I contacted Ashley in April about a broken arm on my electric recliner. I've spoken with Ashley numerous times and have been in the store where I purchased this leather sectional 5 times. It is August and 2 incorrect replacement pieces later. Was given also given a case # by customer service for compensation for all the time it's taken concerning this order and was told someone would call me with 24 to 48 hours.... never heard from anyone. Found out compensation was declined after speaking with Ashley to clear up second delivery time, and discovered on that call they were going to deliver another incorrect part for the second time. We are now waiting again to hear from Ashley on when the correct order will be delivered.

Horrible business, quoted me a price for a set(price was also on the sign)told me they had everything in stock, the day before I had to call to find out it won’t be here until 2 weeks. I move in my place tomorrow. Also, they forgot a dresser in my set and wanted me to pay extra when I was quoted the price for the SET. Pls don’t spend your money with them. Regina has no idea what she is doing and customer service is bottom of the barrel. Go anywhere else!
We came in looking for some new bedroom dressers. We left with a new living room set and several new dressers. JR Ragon was so helpful and walked us through everything. We never felt pressured like so many sales people will make you feel. This was truly an enjoyable shopping trip and can't wait until we come back in and shop for additional furniture with JR's help!

HORRIBLE! You're better off buying furniture at a garage sale before giving a dime to this company. They are happy to help you spend your money, but that is the extent of their "service." I have been trying to get a replacement door for a cabinet for over two months. I even said I'd gladly pay for it. The store manager has done nothing more than "send an email" to the shipping department I guess to get status. Then he "will call me back." When I call back days later, because you know he's not going to call me, I'm told he hasn't heard back. That's the extent of service at this garbage company. No willingness to help. No desire to find solutions. The customer service employees offer no help either. No one at this company, from bottom to top, is willing to do anything but take your money in exchange for low quality furniture. I'm sure now there will be a response to this review about calling to discuss the matter for a resolution. I've been doing that for weeks. No one is interested in helping. Any response here to offer resolution is simply to try to save face.
Had a great in store experience which has turned into a terrible delivery experience, scheduled delivery, confirmed my address, waiting for my product on delivery day.... never arrives, call the store and they have moved my delivery date out a week+ with no communication that the date had changed. Save yourself the hassle and order directly from the manufacture, you'll get a better deal anyways edit.... order arrived at the later date... you all sent 1/2 of my bed frame! Kudos to my delivery team for being cool. I will not be ordering furniture with you all again. You all deserve worse than a 1 star on this transaction. edit 2.... second round of my delivery, sent an open box that was missing the hardware necessary to put the bed frame together. Refused to go get me another one that day and set up yet ANOTHER delivery date. Last and final chance or I return my $6000 order, good luck tomorrow

The sale guy included extra cost in our invoice. He argued that he did not need to ask for our agreement to include the extra cost of assembling the sofa. He did not apology until I pressed on it. He seemed to try to make money out of unawared customers. Refund takes a long time and efforts to contact customer services. Like the product but not the sale services.
Alex at the Scenic Highway store was so helpful! He helped me find exactly what I didn't even know I wanted! I could describe my decor and how I wanted my guests to feel at my home, but had not been able to find what I wanted. He helped me so much. He even let me pick up plants and other accents from around the store to stage the furniture I was interested in. Needless to say, he got my business and I cannot wait to get my new furniture home! I found 2 chairs that I thought would be perfect for my living room. After they were delivered, I realized I made a mistake! They just didn't look good in the space. I returned to Ashley and talked with Will and Frankie about my concerns. They were so helpful and wanted to make me happy. I found 2 more chairs, and they were perfect! I appreciate their customer service and will definitely go to these guys again!

William was great. He greeted us at the door and took us directly to the type of relicliners we were looking for. He was very personable and made the whole sales process quite pleasant. I do not like he said we were eligible for a $90 gift card. We never received it, called William and he gave us phone number for the fulfillment center. After emailing the fulfillment center 3x they finally got back to me and said Ashley Corporate never authorized the gift card. I do not like being lied to about the gift card. It should not be up to me to chase it down. Poor customer service. I was impressed with the delivery team. They were supposed to come between 8 am and noon but they texted me at 6:30 and said they were on their way. They arrived at 7:00 and had the recliners assembled and ready by 7:15. Pretty amazing!! I recommend getting the more expensive delivery service, it was well worth it.

A four month wait for our table and this is what we get. New one on back order, another 3 month wait. Not to mention our chairs came without support bars, we are still waiting on those. And..our couch was delivered wrong as well...the sectional was backwards. Over $4000 dollars and we have nothing to show for it. So disappointed.

Very disappointed. We ordered a sofa. Our first delivery appointment got rescheduled. Then that appointment got rescheduled without a notice (no text, call, or email.) The next appointment, if showed up but was broken from the delivery. Call, they say someone can come out in a month to look at it. So we say we just want it returned. They agree. We are on our 2nd appointment to get it picked up and returned. No show. Call again, they say the pick up was cancelled by me. It was not. Wtf. So here we are still waiting for this to be returned. It’s been a whole month process to get it returned. I have reported them to the better business bureau! I mean they flat out lied a few times saying that I didn’t confirm, or I cancelled something when I haven’t. I think they are trying not to refund me so they are making things up at this point. Also, people in store say they cannot help. That’s not okay as well.

Ashley’s Furniture is so rude, disrespectful, and most unprofessional place I’ve ever dealt with. I purchased a mattress last week. On Sunday morning I get a phone call, which woke me up, of a recording wanting me to confirm the delivery. I confirmed and an hour later I get another phone call wanting to confirm the delivery. The mattress was to be delivered on Monday between 10:15am and 2:15pm. I was yet again woken up by a phone call at 9am informing me that the mattress was going to be at my doorstep in 15 minutes. I got up and got dressed, 10:30 cones around and no mattress. I called the distribution center and the rudest person answered the phone and I was already in a bad mood so I hung up and called again. The second call was a bit more helpful, but the young lady told me she would call me back as soon as she spoke to the delivery driver. She immediately called back and informed me they would be at my residence in 25 minutes. Here we are at 11:30am and no mattress. I then decided to cancel the order. I drove to the Ashley’s in Snellville where I purchased the mattress and the manager didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. At 2;35pm I got a phone call from the delivery driver letting me know he would be dropping off the mattress. How do you have your customers waiting and waiting and then you wanna drop off the mattress after the time that you said you would deliver it? Very unprofessional, very rude, and I will never again step foot into an Ashley’s Furniture store. I would never recommend Ashley’s to anyone. I cancelled the order before noon, and the delivery driver was never informed. You guys need a better way if communication with your delivery people. And now I received an email from Ashley’s wanting me to email them to see what they can do to make the situation better. And to be honest there is nothing you guys can do to make this better. I’ve already found the same mattress I was going to purchase from you guys and I found it for less than what you guys are selling it for. As I stated before, I will never purchase anything from Ashley’s Furniture. I feel sorry for the customers you guys have because no one should have been treated this way. But as long as Ashley’s get the customers money, that’s all that matters. Ridiculous.

I had a terrible experience with Ashley's. I purchased a tv stand back in November. Was told it would be delivered to my home in March. March came and went and nothing was received. When I called to ask about my furniture, I was told the date was pushed to April. What upset me was I received no type of phone call or notification from anyone informing me about this. April passed and I still did not receive my tv stand. I finally called last week and I was told I refused the item?? By this point I was furious. I asked to speak to the manager TWICE and NEVER got a phone call. I would love to know who said I refused my tv stand that I've been waiting six months for. In addition, when they told me that I "refused it" they said "you're welcome to come to the store and pick it up."' Why would I pick up an item I paid for to be delivered? Customer service didn't care about my issue, nor anyone in the store. I could tell they were just trying to get rid of me. I have yet to hear from corporate, and i doubt I will. I ended up requesting a refund and I'm just waiting on that. I asked a sales associate if I could be given some type of gift card for this whole ordeal. What was their response? "A manager will get back to you about that" This company is a joke. Never shopping here again and would not recommend anyone else to. Unless you want to go through what I went through.
I was having issues online and came into the store to see if I could get help and I ran into this gentleman. Alex P. immediately pulled out his iPad to begin to help me as the product wasn’t in the store. He went above and beyond to deliver customer service as several glitches were occurring. I ended up purchasing additional items because of the quality of service that he delivered. Here is an update to my review 7mo ago (still waiting on our furniture btw) though we had outstanding service by Regina our sales agent, This sales experience has been the absolute worst. We JUST received HALF of our order a couple weeks ago and the bed rail broke the first day. Nate the manager at the store was very helpful and was able to get us a replacement rail a few days later but again..waiting on the rest of our order that we paid for in full 7mo ago. We've called and spoke with Justin who was less than eager to assist. We've reached out numerous amount of times and got all different dates of delivery expectations. I just hope we get the rest of our delivery this month. Ashley was only willing to compensate us $100...compared to the $3k(+) and time spent on this whole ordeal. I will NEVER use them again and I will be SURE to reach out again make sure someone in Corporate knows too. Very horrible experience

She has been amazing to our entire family throughout our difficult search for furniture! Ask For Chimmy. He was beyond fantastic and answered every question. It was nice to go into a store and not be hounded by sales people. I've given Ashley two opportunities, and both times were extremely disappointing. The people in the store are helpful and polite when it comes to helping you spend your money. After that, don't expect anything. Their distribution department has no respect for your time. Their delivery personnel have no respect for your property. Their customer service department is only there to give a meaningless apology. I have received damaged furniture. My storm door was broken. I stayed home to meet delivery people and the day was changed without even telling me. Don't waste your time or money with this company. The overall quality is lacking anyway. To be fair, I should've learned the first time.
Customwr Servixe is poor from the supervisor down. 2nd time i purchase an item order that is said to be in stock and at the warehouse and then get a call that the delivery is rescheduled for like a month out. Crazy delivery staff is even worse.

First time buying from Ashley furniture. I guess because of Covid, my experience was really bad. Vow never to shop there again. Product came after months with a problems. Called and was on the phone for over 53 minutes. When someone finally answered, she place me on hold for ever. Had to drop the call, stop at the store. Few weeks later, they sent for the product. Weeks later, they delivered a new product that has another problem. Last month I got tired and asked for my refund. They said it will take 15 to 20 days for me to get a check. It’s been 31 days today. Called and schedule a call back time. Then I was told they will resend another check because they are not sure what happen to the first one. So I have to wait for another 10 to 15 days was told. I am done with them and will not in my right mind refer a friend to shop at this store. It’s been a night mare dealing with them.

Where do I begin? My experience was like visiting Santa's wkshop. I was greeted by a very friendly young man named Chad. He asked what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction but never bothered us. He kindly waited for us to call on him. I could go on about the product I bought as to how much I love it but this review is strictly for Chad! Anyone looking for a great shopping experience go see Chad at Ashley Furniture in Snellville!! He makes you feel like your his family and you're all out shopping for him. He's enthusiastic and excited that you're buying yourself something. It had nothing to do about getting a sale. He's in it to spread cheer to all who walk in that door and give you a stress free buying experience. He went beyond the call of duty. Researched the best price, compared products and advised on which would benefit us better. ie..we had a choice of two nightstands. 1 or 3 drawer only $17 comparison. He pointed out the plugs and USB on the 3 drawer which is well worth the extra $$. Bottom line..if I had him as a son, I'd be very proud of him. He's a true gem with a big heart and extraordinary gift of public relations. GO SEE CHAD!!!

Regina is the salesperson to ask for. She let us look around, until a few sofa sets. When we finally found what we wanted Regina was all set to help. We were in and out in less than an hour! Do not buy from this place. This place is a scam that needs to be investigated. Purchased a bedroom set for over $5000 and when the furniture did not arrive on the delivery date , called and they said they will not be able to deliver until January!!!! Ordered on September 1st. Did not notify me at all, sold my existing furniture in anticipation of the delivery date. Litigation coming Ashley! Oh and if you experience anything negative they will do nothing to resolve! Want proof? Go through the reviews a posted right here and you'll see the owner only replies to positive comments and does not even make any attempts to address customers that he's ripped off and have had a bad experience.
I recently bought a sofa and loveseat from Doug at the Snellville store. Doug was fantastic he went above and beyond for me. He worked with me and showed me numerous choices he also made several measurements for me before I made my selection, I also felt like I got a great price. The two delivery gentleman that brought my furniture were very polite and professional. I am very impressed with everyone involved and I’m very satisfied with my purchase. I visited the store over the busy holiday weekend and I had a wonderful experience. Alex helped my mom and I find exactly what we were looking for. His level of patience was amazing! Once we decided on our items we were then introduced to Lisa to check us out. She went above and beyond to make sure that our new furniture would fit based on the dimensions, and she worked with us on the delivery date (still keeping my fingers crossed). Absolutely horrible experience. They messed up a few orders of ours that we ended up having to cancel because of all the mess ups. They can’t even get an address correct and deliver to the wrong address. Waited on a piece of furniture for months and then it got delivered Damaged. Ashley’s movers damaged our brand new home. They still haven’t fixed ANY of our issues. They have scheduled pick up many times for the damaged furniture and never come. So we are missing work days and they keep moving the date. So unprofessional and so disappointing. Don’t waste your time here. They don’t care about the mess ups they make. I never leave reviews but this has been MONTHS of mess ups.
My husband and I were greeted immediately by Regina. She was gracious and offered her help but also space to look around but find her if we needed anything. We located something similar to what we found online and loved that add on BR pieces. Regina was knowledgeable and thorough. It was such a smooth, easy process and the sale was great too! Couldn't have been happier!

I gave only 4 starts because my delivery experience, wasn’t the best. I purchased a mattress and bed when I asked the delivery guys if they would dispose of my old mattress. I was told no because it was soiled they weren’t t allowed to take it. I know this to not be true. When I told the delivery guy that he said he was new and would check with his partner, he left outside and never came back. The mattress had a stain on it but was hardly soiled. I have never had a delivery company refuse to dispose of a mattress. I would expect better of Ashley.

I visited the Snellville location last week to help my sister find furniture for her new apartment. The Store was very nice and the sales associates were very helpful for the most part. There was some concerns around delivery however, after speaking with the manager Edward my sister moved forward with her purchase. I will definitely be returning to this store to purchase furniture for myself.

Back the products you sell. I ordered a sofa with electric recliners. It took forever to get it and it was delivered broken and wasn't assembled properly. Now your company is saying that I damaged it. I guess I assembled it wrong too huh? Oh and the warranty that was advertised doesn't exist! You got over $2,000 of my hard earned money, but you will never get another cent from me or anyone I know ever again.
If I could give a negative review I could! What can I say about Ashley furniture ?? First, the employees are very loud and disrespectful. One guy was yelling across the entire store I could barely think! Also, I was greeting by a woman I believe her name was yasmine and literally never saw her again. She said she was going to help then she went off and assisted every other guest. Not trying to make it a race things, but I was the only one she did not check on. When I needed help, she was busy eating her snacks at her desk. Extremely unprofessional. The manager Edward is unprofessional and should not be working there. He did assist me in finding what I needed but also I felt pressured and rushed to make a decision. I asked him about delivery and he said it will be available next week, then later said it’s on back order. That store is like a shark tank. I will never come back to a store like that. I’d rather shop online than deal with this hot mess of an establishment. Ashley furniture is an absolute joke. Do not shop there unless you want your money taken.
Worse furniture experience ever!!! The associate ( Alex) at this store gave us false information just to make a sale. I told him my son needed to stay under a certain amount with monthly payments and he lied. I complained to manager and nothing was done, not even a phone call. I was told by another assistant to bring payments down bring $1000 to store and put on furniture. WOW! My furniture was supposed to be delivered to me by 4:35pm. Even After 7pm there was no update phone call. I had to call customer service 4times in order to keep up with delivery time. Why didn’t they reach out? I will never purchase furniture from them ever again!!!!!!!! The customer care center is also unprofessional and could careless.
Ok so i have shopped at Ashley s in a few states and i have come to expect a certain level of attention. I did not get that at the snellville GA location. Owe stood there looking for someone to help us, lucky a sales person came back from break or something and immediately helped us, he was different then every other employee there, he showed care and friendliness, im going to go back to get his name and post it but he gets 5 stars!

Let me start with the good- the store was well displayed and looked full and everything merchandised nicely. The bad was the service. The sales rep I had was running around the store trying to serve everyone and rushed my order to the point nothing was explained about returns/delivery and then said the protection plan would be free as if there was a special going on but yet I was still charged. In addition I wasn’t given the special July pricing at all. If you didn’t ask, then oh well. That’s literally what was said to me. (This is the one that’s advertising up to 40% all over the tv). I called the store and someone there said they could honor the online price. The ugly - they couldn’t honor the price. This was only because they thought the item had not been delivered, but it had been delivered.So then all of sudden the situation was oh no, the sale is final. It had only been four days since purchase and two days since delivery. The sales rep that originally helped me tried to explain but in doing so was loud and unprofessional. It was like he was talking to me with so much attitude. Very sad behavior and what was worse he was so loud you’d think a manager would have approached. I had to be the one to speak calmly and ask for clarification of the transaction. In conclusion, this store needs additional professional sales employees and Customer service friendly with problem solving abilities without getting upset with the customer. Also, Management was no where to be found and that’s an issue in itself.
I love this store. I just moved here from Maryland and had several empty rooms in my home. The salesman (young guy) is superb. Each time that I go in I look for him. Very polite young man. The guys at the front desk are also very Courteous and very helpful. Especially Nate.

I love Ashley Furniture, mostly solid built stuff. My wife and I visited this store to look at bedroom sets. Immediately greeted by a sales associate who kept in contact with us. We found a set we liked, but it wasn't in stock and the earliest was July 18 for delivery. Our visit was on June 4.

Sigh...Please do not shop here for your own good. Problem #1- The sales associate associate assured me that she was matching the online price only to find out she charged me $500 more. Problem #2- My bed was missing a part upon delivery, and instead of taking the bed back, the technician said the part would be delivered in 2 days and he would be back to complete it. That was 2 weeks ago, and now the part is back ordered for another 4 weeks. Problem #3- I requested to either exchange or return the bed since the parts are not available and the store’s response to me is that said “they don’t have a return policy” there’s nothing they can do about it and “it’s a waiting game”. So now, after spending almost $3000 in total at this store, I’m sleeping on a mattress on the floor and no one cares. Customer service is non existent and it’s really sad. I feel completely used.
Ashley only gets 4 stars and that's for their delivery service only! I purchased a desk in January, unfortunately, due to bad quality, the desk was damaged. After months of countless conversations with customer services, technicians visiting our home, we were finally cleared for a replaced desk. Let me remind you, I purchased a desk on Jan. 3rd, I did not receive a replaced desk until today, May 13th. Ashley's delivery driver Terrell went out of his way to resolve my issues with this exchange. Terrell gets all the credit for not only going out of the way to resolve this issue but assisted Ashley with following policies with not returning damaged furniture to customers home which he was once instructed to do, but to deliver a new desk to my home in his personal vehicle on his day off. Hats off to Terrell!I hope the Atlanta distribution center and dispatch will be more attentive to the things going out the door to prevent customers from becoming frustrated with receiving the wrong merchandise and to keep delivery drivers sane.Thanks Terrell, the best delivery driver in the Atlanta area.

I had the exact same experience with Ashley's CHEAP furniture. I ordered 11 pieces (full bedroom set for son, bed for guest bedroom, sectional, ottoman, console table) and each piece was DAMAGED (I'm not joking). This was not my first time ordering their furniture so I was completely surprised. To begin there was a massive delay for 3 months and then they piecemealed the delivery by changing the dates and times often. It was so confusing. At the time of delivery I informed the delivery men about the DAMAGES and they did not care (it was not anything new to them). They were so oblivious while setting up DAMAGED furniture, truly unbelievable! I took pictures and recorded it trying to go from room to room. I then called the telephone they gave me and got the run around again. I had to make arrangements from someone to come and assess the brand, new DAMAGED furniture that they delivered (SERIOUSLY). Instead he wanted to treat and buff the damages. They did not want to replace it. For example my son's baseboard to the bed is so CHEAP and wobbly. Although my intention was to purchase pieces to last but I know this cheap JUNK will not! And I have to be prepared to payoff this CHEAP furniture that they sold. Additionally, to add INSULT TO INJURY I saw the exact, same furniture (sectional, console table, guest bedroom) at GEORGIA FURNITURE MART "GFM" for a lower price. If you must shop for furniture with a limited budget then do yourself a favor and go to GFM . . . ashley is so NOT WORTH it. You may come out better going to Walmart at least you know what you are paying for!

I had a terrible experience at the Mall of Georgia Ashley's. So much so that I received gift cards for the mistakes. I decided to use the gift cards at the Snellville store making it very clear I don't want a product that I have to assemble. They delivered I product that was assembly required. This is my third and last time with Ashleys Furniture. I had no problems with Rooms to Go. I'd rather pay more money for peace of mind.
About a year ago , I moved into my first place . I ordered all of my furniture from this location . I trusted them and I was very pleased . Recently , I came back in to get a new couch cushion . Lisa was so helpful, kind , and personable. They really know how to make you feel at home . Thank you guys !

Worst customer service ever!! The delivery service is a debacle! I will never shop this store again. The Store Manager Lisa Garcia is clueless on how to deliver quality customer service. She made a bad situation worst. She didn’t even identify herself as the Store Manager until I asked. The cost of delivery should have been free based on the misinformation the salesperson provided yet she did absolutely nothing to remedy the problem. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

I purchase a tv stand on Feb.5, 2021 for my media room remodel. I paid an additional $90.00 to have the furniture deliver and set up. The delivery arrived and left me with a tv stand without the shelves. door knobs and legs attached and there was no hardware for the parts to be attached. I was told by the delivery person that they had the same problem with an earlier delivery that day. The team members at the warehouse were not assembling the furniture properly. The delivery person made a call to the “supervisor “ and was told that the manager would bring the hardware to my home and complete the assembly. When the promised correction never happened and I called the store multiple times...Lisa repeatedly told me that no one ever said that a manager was going to bring the parts and complete the assembly. Lisa was extremely rude and insinuating. I asked what my options were? I told her that at this point that I either wanted the complete furniture item that I purchased or I wanted a refund! Lisa promptly told me that Ashley’s didn’t offer refunds. If I have a problem, I need to contact customer service. Customer service was a complete run around. As of today, March 21, 2021, I have a $700. Piece of garbage sitting in my media room with no attempt from Ashley Furniture to make things right. DO NOT spend your fats earned money with this company!!! They do not appreciate their customers nor employ professional staff.

I will give one star if I can. My bed was missing a part so the delivery team and my fiancée sent photos to the call center to ship the correct one to my home. We called them again and again for THREE MONTHS and was given LIES that the replacement part will be shipped in 7-10 days. Well, 3 months later, they sent us TWO MORE WRONG PARTS??????? And they won’t issue a refund!! The absolutely worst!!!! Never shop Ashley’s again!!!
Very Rude! I went inside Ashley’s with my 3 year old son and sat by a bed for 20 minutes without any acknowledgement. I wasn’t there to finance I had cash and was going to purchase it out straight . When a white man and another white woman customer walked in after me they were acknowledge within seconds. Since they don’t want my business I will go to another company . Most of the customer reps were my own people it’s sad really .

Worked with Douglas who gave me a great deal on a Reclining Sofa/Loveseat combo. Delivery was extremely fast considering how backlogged a lot of furniture stores are at the moment. I visited a few furniture stores the morning of my purchase, and this place was the best hands down.
Terrible. I came into the store on a Thursday and made a purchase and selected the delivery option. My item was supposed to be delivered the following Monday and I was assured that I would receive a phone call or text message when they we’re heading to me. They gladly took my payment and I felt good leaving. Monday came and passed, no call or text message. Tuesday I called (after 20 minutes on hold) and spoke with someone in the store and was told they would deliver it on Wednesday (2 days after I was supposed to receive it), again with a call or text when they were on their way. Wednesday comes and goes and again NOTHING!!! It has now been 8 days without my item, nobody has called or reached out to me at all. So they just got my money but I haven’t received what I ordered. When I call the store I’m on hold 20-30 minutes before someone comes to the phone.

Sorry customer service. We purchased a bed before Christmas. It was delivered with the wrong side rails. The bed was redelivered the next with no hardware for the delivery crew to assemble it. We received the hardware in the mail the week after Christmas. Nate and Shelby at the Snellville store have given us two appointments for a service person to come and finish what we have paid for but no one has showed up. We are now told it will be February 9th before we can expect service. We paid almost $900.00 in cash for a bed that is laying in pieces in the bedroom totally unusable. Since October 2020 we have bought almost $10,000.00 in furniture from Ashley. We will buy no more!! They have had to repair a dining chair, bench and we have a new king size bed that is waiting to have a broken brace replaced. The quality of there furniture is junk and the customer service and warranty is even junkier. There will be no more Ashley products in our home!!! Robert Pendergraft and Connie Berglund, Duluth Ga.

PURCHASE A BED SET IN OCTOBER TO DELIVERD ON DEC 16 ... AND IT GOT CHANGED TO 12/23 THEN 12/27 ... TODAY IS THE 12/28 NO CALL ... NO EMAIL .. NOTHING SO I CALLED AND NOW THEY ARE SAYING FEB 6 .. Purchased a love seat at the Snellville, GA store on 11/11/2020. Delivery date was rescheduled 3 times. Needless to say, product arrived on 12/17/2020. The love seat is poorly designed. I called customer service and was given the run around. One representative even told me she couldn't find my purchase in their system. I went back to the store and complained and asked about returning. I was told once you sign for the furniture you can no longer return. I will no longer do business with this establishment.

Update on Ashley Furniture: I got a call Weds evening that a tech would be out yesterday morning. Which is the only thing I’d heard since I slammed them a couple of weeks ago, no email, no call, nothing. I asked him what he was here for and he read me my email word for word. So again I had to drag out all the broken stuff so he could take pictures this time. He went outside for 5 minutes and came back in with the corporate number and said I had to call and speak with them. I did and after an hour on the phone with 2 different departments they finally came back and said we should get a full new footboard and someone will come out Sunday to exchange the broken foundation. So we shall see what happens next........ Since Ashley Furniture doesn’t want to fix things covered by warranty. I have no other choice but to make sure it won’t happen to anyone else who’s willing to listen. We bought both my kids last December a twin bed and new foundations. Within a few months my daughters foundation was broken, but COVID hit and I didn’t want a tech sent to my home so we fixed it ourselves. Now my sons is also broken now and my daughters foot board is beyond repair broken. I’ve been back and forth with Ashley Furniture for 3 months now, I’ve had a tech sent to my home twice. The first time they ordered the wrong part, the second time when he came back out to verify the wrong part was ordered I was told by some department he calls that I have to call another 1-800 number and they have to order it, which was the main Ashley Furniture number so I sat on hold again for 30 minutes while they ordered another one. Which I still haven’t received from 2 months ago. I’ve called and emailed and nobody will respond to me. On to my sons foundation, I dragged it out of his room both times the tech came out and it was on the paperwork that it was the other issue and he never even looked at it. I called Ashley again and was told they would have to send a tech out for a 3rd time about the foundation. I refused because why wasn’t it taken care of the two times they had already came out and was told they weren’t sure because it was the other complaint that was documented and with COVID I’m not really wanting random people in my home right now. So now here we are with 2 broken beds that we opened a Ashley credit card for and still paying off. PLEASE SHARE this so others don’t get duped like we did.
Came in and purchased a furniture set on 11/18/20. I was assured that everything was in stock and would be delivered on 12/01/20. Did not receive notification that item would not be delivered due to an item not being in stock. New delivery date pushed to 12/28/20, so I came back in for a refund. I purchased a new bed for my son and it was delivered with a damaged footboard on 11/18/2020. I had no other choice but accept the damaged one because i did not want my son sleeping on the floor. I was informed a tech would come out on 11/25/2020 to repair. I didn't pay for a new bed to be repaired. They would not want their brand new bed repaired. I am still fighting with these people. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE.

The people in the store are extremely rude. I visited this location twice. Each time no one greeted me or my family and no one asked me or my husband if we needed any help. All the employees were either sitting down or walking around the store not assisting any customers. I decided to leave and go to the Buford location where everyone was very welcoming and purchased furniture from that location. Unbelievable! I can’t believe this is the customer service I receive close to my hometown. So much for shopping locally.
Electrical switch on our recliner stopped working. Original date for repair set up for months away. They did not show. Additional date set up - another month away - got a cancel notice that the repair tech had quit. Reschedule for a third time for another month away. Three-one-half-months waiting for a switch to be repaired. Customer service is terrible. I will NEVER buy furniture from Ashley again.

I was sold a living room set months ago with a promised delivery date, then I get a call A DAY BEFORE!! that the new delivery dates would be until late November, that's months on top of months to wait. All they offered for the big inconvenience was to pick something out of their store that would take even more time to be delivered or get something worth hundreds of dollars more to get something right away. I decided to get my deposit and payments back that I had already made but they kept a $49 and change fee for "processing" even though they sold me something they did not have, promised a delivery date they failed to meet, and still charged me for thus "processing" fee. This is ridiculous!! Stop taking advantage of people.

Very disappointing experience. Still ongoing. Waited 11 weeks for some furniture delivery as a gift for my daughter. Finally got delivered 8/23. Hardware for bookshelf was missing. Opened a case to have the hardware mailed out. Then noticed damage to one of the shelves. Been trying to open another case. Can't get anyone to answer the customer care line nor has messaging worked to get any help. Went to the store today and demanded a delivery fee refund. Manager ok'd it but because office manager isn't available can't process it for a number of days. This has been the worst customer service. I will never shop here again.

I ordered furniture in July and was given delivery date on 8/19/20. No one called, text or emailed to confirm delivery date and time. I had to reach out to them and was informed someone tried to contact me which clearly did not happened. I didn’t receive a call, text, email or message regarding delivery now my order is on back order until sometime in September couldn’t pinpoint an exact date or time. Part of order coming in one day another part another. How do you send part of the order it’s a sectional I can see if I ordered tables. This is so frustrating. Ashley Homestore you have to do better. Had customer service deliver had been on point I could have given you 5 stars but since I’m having a problem receiving my order I’m giving you 2 stars. Get it together!!!

Had a great time in store with Stephanie who helped us pick out the couch we wanted. The issue came with Ashley Corporate/Delivery. First, we bought our couch at the end of May in store and the soonest delivery would be June 17th. Then they rescheduled to July 27th. Mind you, this whole time we have been trying to get in contact with Customer Service and they'd either hang up on you and you'd wait so long on the line you'd be forced to go to voicemail in which they'd never call you back. Then as July 27th approached, I called to find out what time delivery would be because I did not receive a call/text as promised just to find out it had been pushed AGAIN to August 9th. The customer service representatives are rude an unhelpful. To top that all off, every time I called they could never find my order because it was entered in as the wrong name....but none of the representatives changed it. So on top of waiting to get a hold of someone, I would have to wait an extensive amount of time for them to find my order because it was under the wrong name. Never received the order number in store so I did not have it available. I will never order from Ashley Furniture again. Not worth it.
Never again! Im first time homebuyer and purchased my first bedroom set about a year ago. Paid for installation and did not do a professional job! The canopy bed beams on top are about to fall. I called to see what they can do, and no help they dont care that it can fall and knock out my son. Their response is its passed a year. I told them that I have pictures from the day it was installed and progressively got worse. They cant do anything! according to them. Its very upsetting especially when you're still making payments. They are not professional installers. Wish I could upload the pictures so you can see the danger and unprofessional installation.
I placed an order on July 17th, I was given a delivery date of July 30th, July 29th I received a call from a Sophia Lewis and was told they had to reschedule for August 1st. Mind you im taking days of work off to accommodate their rescheduling responsibilities. On July 31st Sophia Lewis called me back ( very unpleasant and unprofessional) and said we have to reschedule for the 5th. I explained the 5th was not a good day i have surgery that day. I asked to speak to a supervisor she advised me very rudely she was the supervisor. I then asked for a manager she hung up in my face. I decided enough was enough since I have had to reschedule my work schedule twice behind THEIR delay. I called corporate and spoke to a representative that was no better with her attitude. I mentioned numerous times how this woman Sophia lewis hung up in my face. The lady at corporate began to justify the situation telling me its normal for all of this to take place and that Sophia didn't hang up in my face, sometimes their system hangs up the phone. However, sopjia still scheduled my delivery for August 5th the day of my surgery. I asked for her manager and I've written this whole story and I'm still on hold waiting for a manager to address, accommodate, compensate or resolve my situation. I paid cash money for a bed and mattress to accommodate my special needs sons back since his back surgery and this is the customer service I received. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE AGAIN. No one deserves to spend their hard earned money especially during a pandemic to be treated with such horrible service and or customer service. Livid still on hold insulted customer ....

Not the best experience at all. I’ve had issues with my furniture and the manager there will not give me the correct information for my warranty. He won’t even allow me to speak with the store manager nor give me her name. Not sure why he is a manager. I’ve been trying since 2019 and it June of 2020 and nothing. I keep getting different information from the warranty company. I get a new one every time after I submit my information for the replacement request. For some reason the manager can’t figure out how to look up my information. It’s crazy.
The staff at this location needs serious customer service training. They are very unprofessional and not aware that the customer supports their income. While I was in their showroom it was difficult to get a salesperson to assist. I saw a salesman in the mirror picking his face. I had to ask someone to assist me. While I was completing my sales transaction, another salesman interrupted our conversation to tell my salesman that a customer looks like an R&B artist. The salesman didn&'t inform me that I needed a box spring for this so called platform bed. The bed and nightstand went on sale and they would only give me a store credit instead of my refund for which I paid cash. DO NOT SHOP THE SNELLVILLE LOCATION. UNPROFESSIONAL ON SO MANY LEVELS.
My boyfriend and I promised to leave a review and forgot. I hope they get to see this one day but the wonderful four amazing women that were working on this February evening made the experience so pleasant. We came in in search of a couch. The knowledge of room decoration helped my boyfriend and I come to common ground on what we were looking for. She explained to us based off of the item and colors we enjoy most, what our category of home style was. She helped us figure out how to merge the two. The visit included many smiles, laughs, positivity and helpfulness. Whether you find what you need or not, the staff I can vouch for. Thank for the experience. I have never dealt with such a poorly run company as Ashley HomeStore. I ordered a large lounge chair online, received some confirmation texts about my delivery date to which I replied and had a confirmed delivery. I take off work that day and not only did no one call to say there was a delay or a problem, but the chair never appeared PERIOD. I now have a chair that I have paid for that is no where in sight, have spent hours and hours on hold with their customer service who basically just transfer you until your call is dropped, hours attempting to use their online platform for messaging with customer service to no avail, have tweeted, FB messaged, anything I can think of and THERE IS NO RETURN CALLS, RESPONSES, ANYTHING!!! I wish I would&'ve seen all of the absolutely horrible reviews of this company before I bought one of their furniture pieces. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!
Kenneth was my sales agent and he was so helpful. We went home to rethink and measure room. Called back and my daughter requested pictures and he sent with no problem. Now we're just waiting for set to be delivered.

So disappointed in Ashley Furniture. Firstly, there was a giant sign at the front door of the store advertising Next Day Delivery. After finding the furniture that we wanted to purchase we were informed that Next Day Delivery was practically impossible. Our sales associate even said that she wished they could take the sign down because it felt like false advertising. We decided to move forward with the sectional and sleeper sofa even with the wait. Our sectional was supposed to be delivered yesterday between 3 and 7pm. I have the confirmation texts to prove that they were the ones to offer both the date and the time frame. That's a four hour window that I had to be at home waiting for a call that they would be arriving soon to drop my furniture off. I never got the call, and by 5:00 I decided to call the store to make sure something hadn't gone wrong. When I spoke to the person at the store I was told that they had a hold up but that my sectional would still be arriving that day. So I waited...still no call. I called the store again at 6:50pm. The store closes at 7 so I didn't want to go the rest of the evening not knowing if my sectional was coming or not. The person on the phone was very impatient and told me that as far as she knew the furniture was still going to be delivered. All this time I was waiting around my house for the furniture that I've already paid for with no communication from the company. By 9:00pm we finally gave up. When I called the customer service department first thing this morning they told me that something had gone wrong with the truck and that they weren't able to complete the delivery. I asked why I hadn't gotten a call to let me know this...surely when the truck broke down I should have been informed that at the very least my delivery window hours were no longer possible. The "customer service" representative gave some half-hearted excuse. She also informed me that they were going to need to reschedule with me, and asked if they could call me back in an hour. I told her that because they had failed to call me when the issue was happening that I didn't have much faith that they'd call me back in an hour. I asked to stay on the line while she figured out the details. She assured me that I would be called back in an hour so we hung up. After waiting for her call 10 minutes past the hour I called back in. We were told by another person that they would need to reschedule our order and that someone would be calling us in 24-72 hours. We told her at that point that we would be cancelling our order because of how Ashley handled this entire situation. We have been on hold for the store's main line for an hour. I tried to message with them using the website and was told the only way to do this is through the store. Well the store will not pick up my call. Yesterday I was on hold for maybe 5 minutes when I called in and now that I'd like to cancel my order it's an hour. An hour split between two calls because they hung up on my first one after 30 minutes and I had to call back. I will be getting my full refund and taking it to another furniture store that understands customer service. Ashley is certainly NOT number 1. Feel free to research them on the BBB website. Or just Google "My Furniture Didn't Arrive". They're the top 3 results. Buyer Beware. EDIT-Destiny at the front desk is the only saving grace for this company. We finally went into the store and after telling her our story the first thing she said was "wow. I am so sorry! That's not good business." She then set us up with Chucks delivery, an outside delivery service, and we had our couch the next day. If we hadnt gone into the store and spoken with her we would have cancelled our order. She made this right. Thank you, girl! You deserve a raise for being the only person on the team to try to make this right.

I&'m a first-time furniture buyer from Ashley&'s home store. I must say I will never shop here or any other Ashley Home store again. I purchased a living room set from this company with &"cash&". The furniture was delivered and about 4 days later I notice the back of the chair was leaning on one side. I said to myself that&'s not good. It was the holidays so I had to wait another day to call the store. I was advised to call customer service. This is where the problem began. They told me they had to try and fix the mechanism before they could replace the couch(WTH). I told her I should be getting a new couch being that it had not even been 30 days let alone 2 weeks. They sent a tech out and he tells me, the couch was a factory defect and had nothing to do with me. A pole was bent in the inside. Therefore I feel like if it&'s nothing I did then they need to replace my couch. I was given the run around up until last week. The tech came out and replaced the part which was damn near the whole frame.. Once the tech finishes the job of fixing the &"mechanism&" the back of the couch is not lining up. Well that sucks for the fix! I have been asking for an even exchange and when I tried to escalate the problem, I was told by a supervisor that she is the only person I can talk to .. WOW.. I never spoke to anyone other than a customer service rep or a supervisor in their office. I called on another occasion and talk with a young lady that said she would send an email to the complaints department and someone would get back to me in 24-72 hours. That never happened. I&'m saying all this to say that I should have received a new couch for customer satisfaction which they say they aim to do. All I keep getting in response is to let them fix the couch. I paid cash for a new couch, Dang it I want a new couch, not one that would need repairs within days of being at my house and I wasn&'t the cause of it. the tech took pictures and never sent them in. (SIGH) I sent in pictures and now I wait. This has really been an unpleasant experience. FYI:The techs that come out are not Ashley&'s Furniture employees they are contracted. They never give you a report on what their findings are but want you to sign. Most companies give a copy to the customer&'s email or a written document saying what is wrong with the product or what service they provided.

this is the first and last time I bought anything from Ashley. Ashley has the worst custumer service I talked to, I bought my room back in 2019 and just got it in February 7, I waited almost 2 months for delivery, they called or delayed delivery 6 or 7 times. Now I have bought some of them and never again and would recommend to everyone not to take it because they will have a lot of problems, Even my friends have had the same experience with Ashley when shipping and buying furniture.I have nothing to thank
This is the =1 worst store in Atlanta. Jeffery the store manager is the worst manager of all. He likes to bring in the sales but after that there is no customer service at all. I bought a bedroom set and had it delivered December 20th. When they came out to deliver the furniture, it was missing the hardware to put the legs on the night stands. The installer called it in to the warehouse and said that it would take a few days to get the parts even though I explained that it was a surprise for my wife. I also called Jerffery at the store and explained the same and he said there was nothing he could do. Like I say, worthless. Six weeks later and I still do not have them. I told both the corporate office and Jeffery the store manager that they could take the parts from the display or from another set, they told me that they could not do that. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER. One more week and if I don’t have the parts, the furniture will go back. They don’t even deserve one star.

Horrible customer service. Purchased at this store . was accused off having a mattress , which was thought to be left at my home , during the delivery. Also was told at the time of purchase delivery was free. ( lied ) was told would receive a gift card .( never happened ) not even a courtesy anything. And the furniture is cheap . have buckling issues. Won't even call this company . just want to be done with Ashley. Don't Shop here. Go to the worst Rooms 2 Go. You might get better service. A honest word. And maybe a promised Gift Card.
Sales folks in this store need some proper training, they don't know details about the product they are selling. I went to buy Love seat for my house on Dec 8th and Paul was my sales agent. Due to the size of my house doors I confirmed with Paul couple of times that loveseat will come disassembled and he confidently confirmed that. There delivery folks came on Dec 24th to deliver loveseat and it was in one piece and I have no option to return it. I called Paul immediately and he told me that he don't know anything about it and he is not aware. I was like Seriously man!!! They wasted my time and I have to ask my guests to sit on floor on Christmas eve. Never going back to this store again and will not recommend it to anyone.
Good customer service and i was able to order 2 sofa sets online with the help of an associate here at the store. Price came out to be cheaper than roomstogo outlet. Plus it has a warranty compare to outlet.
This by far was the worst experience I’ve ever had walking into a retail store, and especially one with such a well recognized name, the manager Lisa was so rude and unprofessional, and seem to be very irritated. Even the old guy sitting at I guess the greeters table was unpleasant and rushing me along so he could get back to doing nothing, there wasn’t even one guest in the store smh! The overall experience was so bad that I forgot why I was even there and left quickly. I don’t recommend this location and I will probably never have anything to do with Ashley’s ever again.

Great service and furniture. The sales people almost annoyed me at first they were hovering over us, which I cant stand. I started to leave because of it and finally they started bothering someone else. We visited the store looking for a dining room table and chairs. On our 3rd or 4th visit we finally decided to buy a 7 piece dining room table set and two end tables for our living room. We bought everything on Saturday and expect to have it delivered by the following Saturday. I will update to let everyone know how it goes.
I walked in with my 4 year old son looking to furnish 2 bedrooms, a den, and a dining room. I walked around the entire store twice, I stood by representatives having conversations unrelated to work but still no one came to help me. I stood there waiting but no assistance. As im standing, now searching another Ashley's, I see a couple walking out the door. The gentlemen stated to the lady he was with, if I can't get any help we'll leave. I interrupted to make sure I didn't hear him incorrectly. He stated they have been trying to get help and no one offered or asked then anything. He said he guess they don't want his money. I guess they don't want mines either.
I called the actual store on the phone to inquire about their price match and customer service specifically told me that if the store is online; they actually had to have a physical store and must have the item in stock. So I go to the store with the matching store info that meets their price match criteria. When the manager was called over to verify everything, of course he sees that the price is much lower online than what they are asking. He then pulls up some Ashley furniture info that says the matching retailer has to be one thats on their list ( something their customer service failed to mention). Remind you that some of the stores on that list don't even have the product or the price is almost near what they are asking. He did not even attempt to come near the online matching price. I nicely said thanks and left! I will never give my business to this store again. I will order the product online at the cheaper price.

The in-store experience was absolutely wonderful, however, when the furniture arrived, I was not impressed with the appearance of the dresser and the shelf. It seems to hold dust and doesn't come out of the crevices easily. Even after treatment, it still looks the same. I didn't expect this from Ashley.
I've been into the store 3 time each time to purchase a specific product with the actual item already picked out just needed to go to the store to get it ordered and paid for. The first 2 time the experience was nice both time 2 different gentlemen helped us. They were both great got out orders completed and sent us on our way. The last time we went we got a lady with braids/dreads, she was absolutely terrible, once again we came in to put in an order we didnt need additional assistance we were a sure buy! She took us to the computer and then saw a different couple walk in and told us to hold on and left us to try and go make a sale, how do I know? We could see her we were actually watching her! The product we had bought we had previously purchased online but had had issues and had our money refunded, and were told we could get the same price in store because it was an ashley error as we had gotten a discount on the item due to a promotion. When she did come back which took her quite a while and then started that it's okay we were waiting because her computer had to power up( computers do not take 15 mintues to power up)she didnt let us talk simply dismissed what I said shook her head placed the order and left us. Better head to the Buford store better service.

Upon walking in the store, I was greeted by Ms. DONNA. She helped me pick out a dinning room set /buffet. Her mannerisms was exceptional. Her customer service skills were outstanding. She guided me throughout the process and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend her services! I walked out Purchasing both items and hope to return for more furniture once I pay with 90 days.

Awesome experience. Juliet was the best salesperson we’ve met in a long time. She not only helped us with the items we were purchasing but spent extra time answering questions we had about other pieces that might pull our room together. Prices were good, merchandise was good quality for the price.
Horrible delivery service. No sense of time. They gave me delivery window between 1:00 to 5:00 pm and they showed up at 8:15 pm. 4 hours window and then 3 hr late!! Ordered a new sofa and sectional. They delivered one old sofa and a sectional with scratches on it. I declined the sofa but they did not refund my protection plan cost for sofa. They were saying they have protection plan cost based on the total price, no matter how many things you bought. However the sales person said that the protection is the percentage of a product you bought when we ordered it.
Had these people bring wrong sectional 3 Times corporate said they told these dummies how to put it in computer so after 3rd time they are getting it back i will never use this location again manager is a lowlife that doesn't return calls and hides like the lowlife i guess he is .

We just bought a home in Loganville, GA and needed new furniture for the entire house. We decided to go with Ashley Furniture in Snellville for all of the bedroom furniture. The goal was to get everything delivered by Thursday the 27th since I had guests coming in the following Saturday. I specifically selected furniture that could be delivered by then. Unfortunately, out of the four bedrooms I wanted to furnish none of the rooms were furnished completely. Here&'s all that went wrong - the headboard was cracked for the bed in bedroom 3, the dresser was damaged for bedroom 2, the dressers and nightstands for the master bedroom were missing handles and I was told foundations were only needed for bedroom two when they were needed for all four rooms. Ugh..... I&'ve been to Ashley furniture several times since this incident and after almost begging we received box springs on Saturday the 29th which completed two of our rooms for guests that were arriving that same day. I was told I would get the replacement headboard, dresser and night stand handles and dresser that day as well but did not. All but the dresser handles arrived on July 3rd and my guests left on July 5. Ugh again... it&'s now a week and a half and I&'m still waiting for dresser and nightstand handles that I&'ve now been told will arrive via UPS but no tracking number is available. WTF? I don&'t even think they&'ve been ordered but I&'m giving them until Wednesday before I head up there again. I will never ever use them again and hate that I can&'t return everything I bought. Please think twice about using them if you&'re purchasing a somewhat large amount of furniture that&'s needed by a certain date. They absolutely suck!

Ashley furniture is a pathetic, unfriendly store of all. l had the worst experience with them for the first time buying furniture with them. The sales people lie to your face never explain any return policy to you. You cannot return, exchange or do anything with furniture. Their stuff most of the time are faulty. Some workers and managers are very rude, the receptionist hang the phone on me. Please anyone out there be careful to buy anything in this store make sure when you get it, it fits your purpose. Take your money somewhere like rooms to go where you can change or return even after 30 days! Very disappointed!
The sales people at Ashley are the reason that NO ONE TRUSTS SALESMEN!!! Purchased a sofa and love seat from them in the middle of May and setup delivery for June 8th. We got our delivery window (8:00am-12:00) a couple of days before the set delivery date. A day after that we got a call saying that the loveseat was currently on backorder. The person that we talked to said that the salesman should have informed us of this. Of course he did not because it risked the sale. So that his lie number one. Fast forward to June 8 and we get another confirmation that our delivery window was between 8 AM and 12 noon and that we were stop number one. It is now 2:44 PM and still no delivery. Called the store and at first the lady we talked to would not give us the manager's name, her name, or allow us to talk to the manager. We had to threaten do you come up there and cause a scene if she didn't allow us to talk to the manager. After sitting on hold for nearly an hour the manager came on the line and told us that it was the fault of the delivery company they use. Keep in mind Ashley home furniture brags about how they only use their own delivery trucks and delivery people NOT outside delivery companies so someone is lying. That's lie 2. I call the helpdesk and after being on hold for over an hour they finally come on the line and tell me that the delivery has been delayed because of an accident and the truck is in traffic. They state that the delivery should be there by 2:13pm. . . keep in mind it was 2:30 PM when I was on the phone with their customer service line. I told the customer service agent that the timeframe of delivery didn't fit and she proceeded to start laughing. In a nutshell Ashley home store in Snellville Georgia is the worst furniture store I have ever dealt with by far!!
the sales staff at this store will lie to you in your face to get a sale. if you buy something from them and its discovered to be flawed three days later you are shit out of luck. you cannot return or exchange anything from ashley furniture. they are rude and nasty and almost laugh in your face when you ask to return or exchange anything. dont believe anything those slimey ass sales people tell you!!!!never buying anything else from these crooks!!!!

Customer service with this company is the worst. We ordered a new bedroom set which was delivered on March 30th, after the furniture was set up and the guys ran out of the house we found a number of issues; 1. scratch on the brand new mirror, door doesn't shut right on the hutch, drawer rail screws pulled out so the drawer can't be used, and the bed's foot board had the wrong bracket on one side so the bed had to be taken apart to ensure that it would not break as it was not going to support the box springs and mattress. Called immediately when these issues were identified and was told that they would have to order the parts to repair them. When I received the parts I was to call and schedule a tech to come back out - are you kidding? This is brand new stuff and I have to wait for someone to come out and fix it? Fast forward to today, where I was to have an appointment with a tech to fix the drawer. We were called at 8:30 a. m. and told that the tech had an emergency and would not be making it. I called back to see if anyone else could do the repair as I had taken the day off from work. Still waiting for a phone call back. Now on hold yet again. . . going on 23 minutes. I would not buy any furniture from this company ever again. Buyer beware and be ready to have to have your furniture repaired after delivery.
Customer service was horrible. I just purchased a home so I was looking to purchase 3 rooms of furniture. My best friend and I stopped by after the gym so we were dressed down. She had her hair back in a ponytail and and I had a hat on. We walked the entire store and no one offer to assist us. There were about 7 sales associates doing absolutely nothing. About 35Min after being in the store we decided to leave. As we were walking out an associate named Steve greeted us. He had just finished a sale as he hurried over to ask if he could help us with anything. We told him how long we had been in there and no one asked if we needed help. He apologized. Steve was very knowledgeable about the furniture and was able to gain my business. If it wasn't for him I would never stop foot in an Ashley HomeStore again!
I absolutely love my couches from Ashley. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a sales person but didn&'t feel pressure to buy anything right away. He let me look around and I found a sofa that I loved within a few minutes. After I picked out my furniture everything was very convenient, I was able to check out while sitting on the furniture I was purchasing since they use iPads for everything. I just got the couches and the delivery guys weren&'t only early but they got everything in super fast. I would definitely purchase from this store again.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received from Ashley Homestore at 2029 Scenic Hwy N, Snellville Georgia 30078. I purchased a Marsilona Dining Room table there on May 10th 2019. My table was delivered on May 14th 2019, my mistake was selecting the free threshold delivery, once my table was delivered we quickly inspected it but did not turn it over while the delivery service people were at our home. Once they left and we took the table out of the package to assemble it, imagine our surprise to find our table was broken. I called the store where I purchased the table at and they informed me that they would not be able to assist me because their system was down and i would have to call the 1-800 number. I called the 1-800 number and provided the sales rep with photographic evidence of the damage, she assured me I would get a replacement but that since my delivery status was still pending in the system that i would be getting a call the next day with a timeframe as to when I can receive my replacement. No one called me the next day. I called on May 16th and again today May 17th and have received the same answer, “it is pending manager approval”. I called the store where I purchased the table from and they said that since their system is down and since I have already called the 1-800 number that there is nothing they can do for me. This is absolutely ludicrous and unacceptable that I have had to wait longer than 72 hours for someone to give me confirmation of my replacement table when it took less than 20 minutes for me to purchase the table and get a delivery date in the store. What more, that the people at the store would INTENTIONALLY make me call customer service so they would no longer have to be responsible for the table.
Good furniture at a fair price. Too bad we were completely ignored by the sales staff even though we were in the place for over 30 minutes.
Even though I own a couple of Ashley furniture items, never went to the actual store to purchase it. So Ithis was my first time going to an Ashley's HomeStore. I went two different times his week looking for a bedroom set. I was so pleased with every single person I run in to. My sales people were Juliet & Mr. Douglas. They were both so professional and fast. I also was greeted with a smile with two people, really upset I didn't ask their names but they both had braids and one was pregnant. They easily fixed something I actually made a mistake on with no question asked. I'm just really happy with their service. When you spend money somewhere, this is how you should be treated. I will definitely comeback. Thank you.
Great service and clean store
Very unpleasant with delivery and assemble. No hardware .missing parts. I'm still waiting for a response after 3 weeks of waiting and calling store and 1800 line . No body cares. Only your money. After that. No more Ashley for me. I regret the day a buy from them.
There has been no results in getting all my furniture after 1 month and over $7000 . 2 cut ottomans, missing handle and decro, and still no wall sconces(they just delivered the coffee table falling apart and another cut ottoman). They told my wife the scones would be here Feb 25th (still not here) now we have 2 cut ottomans stacked up in the living room, a missing handle and decor on entertainment center and no scones. Added 1 hour after post : Now after being promised an ottoman by 4pm today its out of stock another week delay. They didnt come. Go figure. They finally delivered the wall sconces to our garage door with out notification. After another 2 week delay and we final have a full entertainment unit but our 4th ripped leather ottoman. So after losing days of work still no resolution. I WILL NEVER BUY THIS SHITTY FURNITURE AGAIN BEFORE BUYING ANY ASHLEY FURNITURE PRODUCTS PLEASE TAKE THIS TO HEART I AM A REAL CONSUMER THAT HAS BEEN TOTALLY SCREWED BY ASHLEY FURNITURE THIS IS REALLY HOW BAD OUR EXPERIENCE WAS AND STILL IS! So they just came back with #5 and #6 Ottoman that are also damaged Now they only solution is keep the 2 damaged ottomans for half price.....Really
I wish zero stars was a choice. I am now 5 weeks, 5 deliveries, and 2 store visits from my purchase date and all I have is an unfinished living room. We are on our 4th damaged ottoman and 2nd media cabinet. Do not buy from Ashley. As soon as they got our money, it has been a nightmare since. Now, while I am waiting in the parking lot for the store to open, my husband went to BIG LOTS next door. THEY ARE SELLING ASHLEY FURNITURE THERE. For half price. This nightmare just keeps getting better. What a joke.
after 3 days off work, waiting 2months and over $7,000 our living room is still not completed. this is due to bad quailty in the shipped/delivered furniture to this point. this has been a nightmare please see my goggle reveiw for full details. before buying any of this shitty furniture feel free to call me and i will personal give you 10 reasons to go some where else. i dont care where at this point wal-mart or even dollar general would be better. my personal cell number is (770)601-8870 this is really how bad it&'s been.

This furniture is not what they claim to be. They will hurry up and deliver you the furniture but you have a problem or need to replace anything it takes forever. The technicians will mess up your install and you are responsible so do not let them put your furniture together. My daughter has been sleeping on a mat on the floor for almost 2 months because Ashley furniture keeps saying her bed is on back order and they will not let me return the bed. The bed can not even be put together without the missing parts that was damaged by the technicians. I would not advice this store because you will be stuck when the furniture after the quick next day delivery. Dont let it fool you
So disappointed, bought a bed and the poles bent after a month. Called the store, then reginal. Must of spoken to 10 different people. After 6 months got it replaced after numerous times of having the technicians come out only to find out the wrong parts were shipped. Finally they sent a replacement but not after their carelessness of putting the bed together scraped and damaged my floor. Till this day (a year later) and multiple calls no one has ever returned our calls for the floors. Btw don't bother with the insurance, it's a scam!!!

No one at the warranty line picks up. Do not buy Ashely furniture if you value your time. 2nd review:: I&'m updating my review based on quality of furniture and lack of assistance from the store I bought from (this store) and the lack of service I&'m getting from the warranty! .... it&'s been 6 months since I bought my furniture, I bought 2 full living room sets, a twin mattress and a storage bench. First I&'ll state, when I received my initial order one couch arrived with a hole in the arm, I called this store and it was immediately handled. Unfortunately after this incident that was the last of the help I received from the store. When I started having issues with other furniture pieces I called to ask if I could return them and was told I couldn&'t and they took a message for Mrs Cathy to call me back.... I never got a call back. One piece was a coffee table in my sitting room (a room we rarely use) the leg became very loose. After examining I found it had been previously broken and poorly attempted to be fixed (not by me). I called the warranty company and they came out and fixed it. Another piece that I&'m having issues with is a storage bench for my bedroom. The upholstered button tufting keeps tearing at the seams. I&'m on my 2nd warranty claim to fix it now. They sent the new top and then send someone to attach it... but seriously, this is my 3rd lid .... why is it ripping?!? What can be done?!? I want my money back instead of the headache of making a claim and being told... we show you made a claim a couple months ago... and me saying, yup!! It happened again. We aren&'t big people. And really... only my kids (ages 3 & 5) sit on the bench.... I don&'t understand how it keeps ripping. Also, the warranty phone number.... incredibly long holding times! I&'ve made numerous calls to them (and it&'s a 2 step process bc you have to request service and they send you the part and then you have to call back and confirm you receive the part and then request the warranty repair person to be scheduled.) My husband and I loved the professionalism and service we received while at Ashley. Our salesperson Regina was AMAZING to work with. She never pressured or pushed just exceptional service! Will definitely be going back to this store
Regina was extremely knowledgable, helpful and attentive. I met her on a previous visit but wasn't able to purchase at that time. However, when I was ready to make a commitment to purchase new furniture, I knew Regina was who I wanted to work with. Sales manager Sean was awesome as well. Ordered coffee table and end tables before Thanksgiving. I asked for delivery for December 15th. The tables came with no screws so they had to take them back and set up delivery for the following Thursday. I took off of work and called the store about 1:30 and told me delivery is set for the following Thursday even though I got the confirmation call that Tuesday for delivery. I called the store in Snellville back a few minutes later to speak with a manager Briana said they were on lunch and said she will have a manager call me me back today to see how they can accommodate me with their mess up. That was at 1:45 and the store closes at 9. No one ever called back!!!! Horrible customer service and will take my next purchases for my bedroom elsewhere. We did not get our tables until Dec. 28th and they were going to give a credit on our bill and still are trying to get that taken care. This is now Feb.

I had purchased from here before and it was a great experience. The last time I tried to purchase from here the sales person was so confused to helping me. The online prices were cheaper than what they quoted me. I asked if they price matched and they said yes until I told them the difference then they wouldn't match it. I decided not to give my business because honestly they did nothing to earn it. Online shipping was also a lot cheaper then what they wanted to charge me in store for the exact same merchandise. Check out the furniture on Dogwood Rd, way nicer people and good quality furniture. They also offer their own financing.
-star I was excited to get my son his first big bed for his birthday,and i spent a lot of money the staff member was following me around almost rushing me sitting down whenever he could. Then i was told it would be delivered in a few days that there was one on hand. well over a week im still waiting they have not kept me updated ive called customer service twice was told 2 different dates and now that it s not even bed made yet. Also it was under a different name and a purchase that i didn't even make was on there. Ive never had such bad customer service before . When people come in to spend a lot of money they expect to have good service.Now my son will not get his big present and that is not ok with me!!!
Have been looking on line and wanted to see some things in person. Cathy helped us with questions. Only thing that is hard is there are so many things online and they can't have that many in store.b

My wife and I had a great experience at Ashley furniture. We went shopping on New Years for our new home. Our Sales Associate Otis McDuffie was the best. He was very patient he worked with mg wife and I to get us the best deal. Also the sales manager was very helpful. My wife and went in to only decorate our living room but we were able to decorate our downstairs and our Master bed room. Please make sure you go by the Snellville location and see Ottis and his Sales Manager. I believe her name is Trina. Excellent customer service my wife and I will be doing business with Ashley for all of our furniture needs.
