Boomer Slocumb was very patient and helpful. I’m excited about the purchases I made and it took some creative thinking to put it all together! Would definitely recommend him and the store so far. Will update if there are any issues after I get my furniture! Edited to add that it took 3 tries and many phone calls to the customer service center because nobody answered the phones at the Thomasville store. They delivered the wrong rug twice and then wanted me to come pick up the rug from the store when they finally got the correct one in. I had to contact them again to remind them I had paid to have it delivered to my home. I’m pleased with my purchases but it was a frustrating experience.

My husband and I had somewhat of a time making a selection of comfortable furniture to relax nightly and watch T.V. Nathan O. Our sales rep., took his time in helping us decide what we felt was best and comfortable for both of us. He was very understanding of our special needs cause we are elderly. I love my local Ashley's! The manager, Mr. Odom, was very accommodating when my husband and I were looking to furnish our entire home. On the direct ship items (these items are shipped unassembled directly to the customer) Mr. Odom was able to have the Ashley's delivery staff assemble the furniture pieces in our home! We always choose Ashley's to purchase quality furniture pieces, so we've shopped repeatedly with Ashley's over the past decade. Hands down, the Thomasville, GA location has provided the best customer service thus far!

Chanta was great with finding a sofa that matched my style and price range. I have no complaints about her! The only issue I have is that I purchased a warranty and although my couch was delivered broken, I can’t afford to take three hours off work for a couch repair. Really wish they’d do weekend repairs so I could actually use my warranty, especially since the couch was broken upon delivery. I told the repair person associated with Ashley that a repair would be pretty much impossible because of my work schedule and they told me to call them back if I ever found the time (which I told them I won’t). Not sure I’m going to use Ashley again due to the restricted repairhours that aren’t 40-hour work week friendly (I was only given repair options of 8AM-5PM). Seems purchasing the warranty was pointless. Edit: Chanta did a great job fixing the issues with my furniture.

I had a great experience at the Ashley store in Thomasville while shopping for some new living room furniture. The store was clean and everyone was very friendly and nice. Our sales associate Abigail Davis was great to deal with and talk to while looking around the show room. Abigail was very professional and she was not pushy and did not hover over us like so many sale associates do. When we had any questions about and piece of furniture that we looked she was able to answer them and she was able to figure out what was in stock and what was not with out having to run back and forth to ask someone else. We were able to find exactly what we were looking for and Abigail was able to let us know what our options were concerning the furniture we were looking at purchasing. The delivery service was great as well and we were called and asked what day we would like our stuff delivered. The delivery guys were professional and easy going as well and they were able to get everything and setup like we needed it to be without any issues.

Every piece of furniture breaks into pieces. The insurance do not pay for damages. My family members and friends complain about the samething. You literally have to threaten court for them to do anything. Their product is no good, do not go there, your better off getting furniture online.

We purchased a tempurpedic mattress and bed frame from the Thomasville Ga facility. We had planned to visit 5 mattress stores prior to making our decision however, we ended our shopping at Ashley . The salesperson , Chanta Jones was extremely knowledgeable about the products and how to meet our specific needs. We will shop this store again .

Anthony Odom at the Thomasville Ga. store was very helpful and knowledgeable about every product that my mom and I were shopping for!!! The store was very neat and well organized. It made me wanna purchase one of everything in the store. We purchased a electric reclining love seat, recliner and a postur pedic bed frame and mattress and cant wait until they are delivered to our residence. Christmas came early for us no doubt about it. We love getting our furniture here. We’ve only lived in Thomasville for almost 4 years and we’ve shopped here a few times and ever since we’ve came here, we’ve always had Chanta as our Sales Consultant. She’s been awesome. She’s helped us get good deals and even better, she’s helped us get great deals! Based on whatever we say we’re looking for, she helps us find that and then she helps us get great deals on what it is we’re buying. Ashley Furniture is awesome, but she’s even better. We love having her help us find whatever we need. She always is taking great care of us. We never leave disappointed.

I loved my experience at Ashley Furniture in Thomasville. I was able to shop in peace without being hassled as I was in other furniture stores. The music over the system in the store was upbeat and modern which I really enjoyed. I was a first time furniture buyer at the time and Chanta Jones was very helpful in helping me pick the best furniture for my needs and within my budget! Such a wonderful overall experience! I will be returning for future furniture purchases!

Chanta was excellent, made our experience of buying a new mattress easy! She was helpful when needed, but most importantly let us discuss with each other privately. She didn’t hover while we were testing the mattresses, letting us find our comfort.
