Chanta Jones helped me with buying furniture and she has great customer service skills, I am very satisfied with my visit.
The manager at ashley furniture is probably best. However the store itself completely poor quality. The night stand I got had a screw bit broken off in the leg. I let them know of the conditions of the couch and such and said it would be delt with in 3 months. Even though I let them know I needed to move out within the next month. So what they tell me. Can't repair it since it been moved even though it was still in the same spot the movers placed it. So during the move didn't notice a screw in the leg of the night stand and carefully placed it on top of a thick blanket and a peice of cardboard on top of the new coffee table I got from them. Was in the middle of placing it in the storage building and what do you know. The screw that a failure of inspector misses damage the coffee table. Ashley furniture will never have my business again along with alot of others I know that likes the furniture there. But get this because of their poor quality after I paid off the furniture within 15 days I been told I intentionally damaged my own furniture. Tell me something why would someone in their right mind pay off roughly $10k worth of furniture to intentionally damage it. Lousy company. Oh not to mention don't bother with the care service for damage because it's a waste of $200 or so extra payment.
We walked in looking for a couch after searching multiple stores with no luck. Boomer was all smiles ready to help. He was very easy to talk to and before we knew it, we were purchasing our new couch thanks to his help and guidance. We had a very pleasant experience thanks to him.
Boomer is awesome! Highly recommend this store. The made a good deal for us- sofa, mattress.

She was very helpful and patient throughout each meeting with us. We are extremely fortunate to have been able to work with her, and will again in the near future. Went in today to purchase a couch and was pleasantly greeted by Nathan. I can say that this was one of the easiest, pain free furniture shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Nathan made the process so smooth. It was refreshing to find someone that simply did not want to sell you a couch but that genuinely wanted to help you. Whether you’re in the area or not, this location and Nathan are worth driving to.
Great sales team Boomer and his manager were very polite and helpful. Would highly recommend. Came to look went home owners. Fantastic prices.
