We ended up coming back two weeks later to talk with her again and of course to change things because let's be honest what woman makes a final decision on day one lol. Just had a wonderful shopping experience at Ashley’s, in Thomasville, with sales associate Tony D. He was very helpful in finding just the right sofa for us. He was delightful to work with & made our experience very enjoyable, highly recommend Tony D & Ashley’s.

Nathan was such great help. I think I came in the store several times looking at the same bedroom set and finally purchased. Nathan was able to show me several options to help me stay within my budget when it came to mattress options, and he was very knowledgeable about all the options. I really appreciate his help.

Would highly recommend not buying a sectional or anything from Ashley. Or at least their GA locations. Purchased a sectional and after it only being in our home for 3 months we noticed in proper nailing of frame which we were told was covered under manufactures warranty, but then was told since we didn’t have it delivered that we would have to pay a service fee to have what is MANUFACTURER WARRANTY fixed. To make this even more frustrating we even purchased a 5 year protective plan from Guardian which is who they use for outside plans that costed in the hundreds of dollars range. When I called Guardian they informed me that it is covered under manufacturer warranty and I can’t use my plan with them. So why would I pay for a protective plan that I can’t use and then what sense does it make for me to pay for something that should be covered by the manufacturer. Sounds like to me they are more worried about making money on top of money. Instead of trying to help customers out. But anyways after a month of going back and forth with the South GA location I contacted corporate and got them involved for them to finally replace the broken chase. When they brought the new chase they left it outside and wouldn’t replace it with the other one. They would only take the old one out. I should have done the same to them and took and put the chase outside since they just want to put my replacement outside. I tried to get a refund for the couch since it is still in new condition but they will not do so. I just want to inform everyone of this so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. There is already enough evil in this world and wrong doing. It’s easier to do the right thing but money seems to blind people.

I visited the Ashley store in Thomasville, GA. Chanta Jones was the Associate who assisted me. She was knowledge and very helpful. Unfortunately the regular sofa I ordered wouldn't fit when delivered - I needed to purchase a sectional that comes apart in sections. I wasn't happy but make a selection that I could only see on line. Chanta kept in touch to let me know the progress of the delivery. It arrived this week and I am very happy with the sofa - better than I expected and now I'm glad the first selection would not fit through the door for delivery.

Boomer Slocumb was very patient and helpful. I’m excited about the purchases I made and it took some creative thinking to put it all together! Would definitely recommend him and the store so far. Will update if there are any issues after I get my furniture! Edited to add that it took 3 tries and many phone calls to the customer service center because nobody answered the phones at the Thomasville store. They delivered the wrong rug twice and then wanted me to come pick up the rug from the store when they finally got the correct one in. I had to contact them again to remind them I had paid to have it delivered to my home. I’m pleased with my purchases but it was a frustrating experience.

My husband and I had somewhat of a time making a selection of comfortable furniture to relax nightly and watch T.V. Nathan O. Our sales rep., took his time in helping us decide what we felt was best and comfortable for both of us. He was very understanding of our special needs cause we are elderly. I love my local Ashley's! The manager, Mr. Odom, was very accommodating when my husband and I were looking to furnish our entire home. On the direct ship items (these items are shipped unassembled directly to the customer) Mr. Odom was able to have the Ashley's delivery staff assemble the furniture pieces in our home! We always choose Ashley's to purchase quality furniture pieces, so we've shopped repeatedly with Ashley's over the past decade. Chanta was great with finding a sofa that matched my style and price range. I have no complaints about her! The only issue I have is that I purchased a warranty and although my couch was delivered broken, I can’t afford to take three hours off work for a couch repair. Really wish they’d do weekend repairs so I could actually use my warranty, especially since the couch was broken upon delivery. I told the repair person associated with Ashley that a repair would be pretty much impossible because of my work schedule and they told me to call them back if I ever found the time (which I told them I won’t). Not sure I’m going to use Ashley again due to the restricted repairhours that aren’t 40-hour work week friendly (I was only given repair options of 8AM-5PM). Seems purchasing the warranty was pointless. Edit: Chanta did a great job fixing the issues with my furniture.

I had a great experience at the Ashley store in Thomasville while shopping for some new living room furniture. The store was clean and everyone was very friendly and nice. Our sales associate Abigail Davis was great to deal with and talk to while looking around the show room. Abigail was very professional and she was not pushy and did not hover over us like so many sale associates do. When we had any questions about and piece of furniture that we looked she was able to answer them and she was able to figure out what was in stock and what was not with out having to run back and forth to ask someone else. We were able to find exactly what we were looking for and Abigail was able to let us know what our options were concerning the furniture we were looking at purchasing. The delivery service was great as well and we were called and asked what day we would like our stuff delivered. The delivery guys were professional and easy going as well and they were able to get everything and setup like we needed it to be without any issues.

Every piece of furniture breaks into pieces. The insurance do not pay for damages. My family members and friends complain about the samething. You literally have to threaten court for them to do anything. Their product is no good, do not go there, your better off getting furniture online.

My experience at Ashley furniture for Labor Day sale was fantastic I found my bedroom suit and was out of there in very little time thanks so much for Chanta Jones and all of her help !!!!

Chanta Jones was an incredible sales associate and made our shopping and furniture purchasing very easy. It was nice to have a warm smile and friendly service from the moment we entered the store until we completed our purchase and exited the store. She even followed up days later to ensure we were still satisfied with our new bedroom suit and to see if there was something else she could help us with. Thank you Chanta! The only reason I can not give 5 stars is because part of our order was left in the distribution warehouse and not sent with the other pieces on the original delivery and setup date. It took 6 days to get the other nightstand that was left behind. Also, one of the delivery men rubbed the headboard against the hall wall removing a very small amount of paint. We had just finished painting the house less than two weeks prior. Overall, very satisfied with the quality of furniture and the superb service provided by Chanta.

My wife and i live in valdosta,we got up this morning and drove to thomasville to shop at Ashley furniture, this was a nice experence, our salesman was Austin, very friendly and nice, something you don't find anymore, very knowledgeable with the furniture that was in the store. There store manager was very nice, and so was the rest of the staff there. we will be going back as soon as the need arise, ty, Junior, Janice. We did buy two reclyner's.

We purchased an entertainment center from Ashley HomeStore and we were helped by Austin. From the moment we walked in the door, Austin was kind, courteous, and made us feel like there was "no pressure". I live in Florida and my granddaughter lives in Georgia. I ordered a sofa for her at Ashley Homestore in Thomasville, Ga. I loved talking with Cheryl and she made the whole experience pleasant and I had confidence in her that she would help me pick something nice without being there.
