I absolutely LOVE the custom care we received at this location! I would do business with them ANY DAY! Sam was AMAZING! He knew his job very well and it was a pleasure working with him!! His Supervisor Don was also the Greatest! They were very outgoing in the way they handled my inquiries. Great Job Guys!!! You ROCK!!! I’ve been to other furniture stores and they were just out to make a sale but did not care to meet the customers needs!! Sam and Don were quite the opposite, they gave us what we were looking for and more! See you all again soon.

Great customer service from the moment we stepped into the store. Everyone was super friendly. Sam was our salesman, and was awesome. Not too pushy. John did a great job answering any additional questions, as well as giving our sweet little girl a juice! Two days later we were ready to make a decision. Sam, John and Sarah were all great and the closing process was easy peasy! Highly recommend! Ashley’s is a big name brand, but the service received felt even bigger!

My wife and I went into the store just browsing for a new recliner. We were approached by a gentleman named Sam at the Tifton location. He was super nice and answered all of our questions. He was never a pushy salesman and I really liked that about him. We did not buy anything that day, but we were so pleased at the recliners he showed us and took the time to find what we needed. I just wanted to say that Sam was a great help for my parents who came in looking for a new couch and recliner (for my dad). Sam helped them find exactly what they were looking for and the left more than excited for their new furniture! Can’t recommend him and this store enough!

If you’re ever gonna buy new furniture and you’re in the area, absolutely please go see Mr. Sam he was absolute helpful with me and my family. My wife wasn’t really sure what she wanted, but he helped us pick out a great set.

A month ago we walked in and Dee our amazing sales lady who helped us pick out a beautiful sectional that we are very happy with! Dee was very helpful and professional and friendly! They treated us like family. We will definitely shop here again.

I walked in to this location hoping they would have a jewelry armoire. Maybe someone ordered it from their website and didn't like it and returned it to the store or maybe they would have a few on site because after all I think you would classify this as furniture, but I digress. As I walk in I'm greeted no problems their, but I haven't walked twenty feet in the store and my path was impeded asking me what am I looking for. I actually wanted to look around before I started answering questions since it was my first time in the store but I indulge the sales associate and told her what I actually came in for. I've forgotten the exact words she said but basically it was said they didn't sale those. Wishful thinking on my part knowing the store did have them on their website. It seemed as if she was ready to dismiss me since she felt like she wasn't going to get a sale. I don't know how that particular place of business works with its sales associates but I was also looking for a bedroom suite, but I was dismissed after the jewelry armoire. I'm not saying this is a bad place to spend your money, your experience may be better than what I had, but next time just ask is there anything else I can help you find instead giving out bad information and walking away.
