I am so disgusted with the way this store/company has handled my bed purchase. I purchased a bed with cash from this store and have not been able to sleep comfortably since August. The bed fell apart from poor construction by the delivery guys, they sent a replacement bed with missing parts, and now every time I call to see if the replacement parts will be sent to my home, the service department is saying they haven’t sent them yet. I have not been able to sleep comfortably for 3, almost 4 months awaiting this company to fulfill and honor their part of this transaction. I recommend everyone skip the good reviews they force people to write in the store, and find a company worthy of your hard earned money.
Shon, was exceptionally helpful in our search for furnishings. To say we appreciated Shon’s low pressure style of salesmanship (while simultaneously being attentive and exhibiting knowledge on the products we inquired upon) is by far an understatement. To summarize, we left with a large purchase and will be asking for Shon specifically upon our return.

About 6 to 7 weeks ago, my husband and my daughter went to ASHLEY to pick out some living room furniture. Shon was very helpful to them and wanted them to find something they really liked. A little while later, I went in with my daughter to see what they had decided on. I met Shon and she was very professional and wanted to help us find what we were looking for. Fast forward to October 15, my husband and I went in together to ASHLEY to make a purchase, but we were met by sales rep named Tabitha. At the time, I could not think of Shon's name so that I could tell Tabitha who I was looking for. So, I dug around in my purse and found Shon's business card; then I told Tabitha her name and her response was, she's not here anymore and she said something to the sort of "greener pastures/or the grass was greener. To me, that meant she found another job elsewhere. Anyway, we went on to make the purchase and also found a dining room table and hutch we liked, so we purchased that as well with Tabitha because we thought Shon was gone. Fast forward to Oct. 24th, my daughter went in to see if she could sign an invoice for my husband because he was at work. LOW AND BEHOLD, who do you think she saw when she walked in? YES, Shon! So when I got home, my husband and I along with our daughter went to ASHLEY to sign the invoice. When we arrived, Shon was there and I told her we made the purchase and then Tabitha walked up and I was LIVID to say the least. Tabitha had lied about Shon leaving ASHLEY just so she could make that sale. First off, I do not like to be lied to especially for financial gain. I feel like she took Shon's clients based on a lie she told me. I called Tabitha out on her lies and she continued to lie and say she did not tell me Shon was no longer with ASHLEY. Before we left, Tabitha asked if we wanted Shon's name to be placed on the sale to get the credit and our response was "YES." This is why my rating is a 2 but Shon gets a 10 rating for keeping her cool through this situation. Ask for Shon for all your ASHLEY needs.

Started off great- found something we loved and purchased it with delivery. Delivery was fine except they proceed to tell me that they didn’t have my lamps- they’re not allowed to deliver them and that I should have been told that at the time of purchase and should have been allowed to take them at that time. Then I found out there were no power cords for any of the 3 power recliners. They can’t tell me when they might can get them. So I have 3 recliners that are stuck in what I can only call a “travel” position. Turns out they had them hooked to battery packs on the floor. Knew they didn’t have the cords but didn’t say anything. At this point I’m returning the entire set. Delivery guy handed me two battery packs and made a big deal out of “don’t tell anyone I gave you these”… fact is I didn’t want battery packs and didn’t ask for them. Not at all happy- oh and just try and call the store directly. You can’t. ETA 10/22/24- I emailed as requested on 10/19/24- zero response, they still haven’t contacted me about picking up the return…nothing from Ashley furniture at all. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for furniture.
Tabitha was very patient and attentive with my husband and I ❤️ she now holds a soft place in my heart . She thoroughly walked us through the store and explained everything to us . This was our first time ever going to Ashleys Furniture and we loved it ! We will be back in a few weeks to purchase our living room set and couldn’t be more excited !

Purchased a whole living room set 2 months ago. I still have not received my couch. They continue to push the date back as it’s been on back order. Not once was I advised about this situation when I was purchasing. I would have picked a different set. When I’ve asked about compensation they only offer me $50 in house gift card. I will never be buying from Ashley again. I spent over $3000 to go over 60 days without a couch!

She has gained two loyal clients who will be back for future purchases again soon💞 Updated review: the front-end sales may be great, but we have the worst experience and luck with delivery. No one followed up on the status or estimated arrival post-purchase, and the purple pillow initially purchased was magically lost in the store. I requested a refund for the lost pillow, but I will follow up to ensure the remainder of my order was not canceled. I wish communication were better on the back end post-purchases.

Chad and Tabitha are wonderful at their jobs, they are truly mattress gurus. My husband and I went in searching for a new mattress and came out with the Rolls Royce of mattresses. They were tremendously helpful and let us try multiple mattresses before making a decision. They are knowledgeable and I would recommend them to anyone. I even left with a new pillow, because a pillow is "a bed for your head." 10/10 would shop there again.
When I entered the store I was met and greeted right away by an awesome sales rep and her name was/is Shon. What was impressive to me was she listened and understood my taste. While i made a small purchase today i will definitely be back for her to help me decorate my Lake House. She is very professional and awesome. I WILL NEVER USE ASHLEY HOME FURNITURE ever in my life again. The entire management staff at the Valdosta Georgia location needs to be fired. They are very unprofessional. I ordered a brand new furniture set and it came to me, torn, dirty, and not in good condition. I told them about it they took it back. A week later they brought me back the exact same furniture with the same dirt marks, and tears! All the managers keep pushing me off I do not want this furniture, and I would never do business with them again !

I had a wonderful experience at Ashley store on Norman Drive in Valdosta. First, it's a lovely store. Very nice selection of home furnishings but not crowded. You can walk around the items and look at them from various angles. Second, Tiffany was a pleasure to work with. So knowledgeable, really knows her stuff. She was very patient with me and let me take my time. Tiffany was awsome and she took care of me all the way thru the delivery process which went very smoothly. So Mom and I went into Ashley Furniture store this evening. We walked in and no one acknowledged us. I saw two employees sitting behind a desk I'm not sure what they were doing but I did see them look up, still no one spoke. We walked around until we found what we were looking for then an employee finally came over, yes I had a little attitude. He assisted very well, he also got the interior decorator to help us as well received excellent service. (my spirit said let them know). So after we finished shopping and before I spent any money I told the employee how we were treated when we walked in and I did not appreciate that at all. He told me to speak with the manager and I did, I told him how I felt and that was poor customer service and to look at my total purchase, a sale they could have lost. I told him in the future do better!! Guess what? I got a very nice discount on my purchase. I appreciate the discount but the point is.. I walked in there with money to spend. ACKNOWLEDGE me with my BROWN SELF and MY GREEN MONEY 💵 ‼️

Had a great experience at Ashley Furniture last night. Did get to the store until 20 minutes before closing, but Crista allowed us to stay beyond closing and try out a variety of recliners and loveseats until we finally settled on the one we wanted. Crista was very patient with us, asking what we liked and didn’t like about each one and was able to guide us to the one we eventually purchased. No high pressure tactics to buy extended warranties or additional pieces, she offered and left the decisions to us. Will return to them for future furniture purchases.

I am not very satisfied with my experience with this store. I was promised that I would have my bedroom furniture by today when I ordered it. Finally got a text saying click link to schedule delivery. First available delivery is Saturday. That won’t work because I will have a house full for a birthday party. The lady said I will schedule you for Saturday. I told Her my items need to be here by 8;00 am Saturday morning 8/24/23. They really need to find a way to deliver my items Thursday or Friday. I will be reaching out to corporate office. 😡😡
A large new store with a good selection of mainstream styles. Some of the furniture, though it looks good, is pretty low quality that was built to meet a low price point. There is a lot of pressboard and MDF in some of the styles here. Sales team was helpful and low pressure.

You can literally give him a breif description and he will show you exactly what you are looking for. The store is so awesome, very clean and organized. Then there's Olivia, she's so patient, kind, understanding, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend this store, you won't be disappointed.

Sales associates and Managers are very helpful. Olivia gave me so many suggestions and helped me with the design that best suited my house and personality. It is hard when you don't know exactly what you want, but when a sales person takes time to find out your taste in furniture, and takes the time to walk the whole store, not rushing you and pushing you it is a wonderful experience. A beautiful well kept store also with very clean restrooms also.

Me and my fiancé couldn’t peacefully shop without a sales associate coming up to us every couple of minutes. After stating that we didn’t need any help and that we were simply just looking, the sales associate continued to ask questions and repeated her whole speech again. We stated again that we didn’t need help. She then started to follow us around the store. She goes away for a second, just to come back with an iPad asking more questions. We told her again we were just looking and respectfully wanted to do so alone. 5 minutes later she comes back up to us asking the exact same questions. She simply would not take no as an answer. We felt so overwhelmed and uncomfortable we ended up leaving. Let your customers shop in peace. If they need guidance or have a question, they will let you know. Stop pressuring and harassing your customers over commission.

Ms. Anna and Mr. Chad at the new ASHLEY'S FURNITURE store in Valdosta were both AMAZING to work with today. Do not order online you will never get your order. When they tell you it’s back ordered 8-10 weeks it’s more like 18-20 weeks. Customer service reads a script and knows nothing else. The supervisors answers calls transferred to their personal cell phone so their care is I’m not in the office and your question is still your question that never gets answered. Where is my product. Order from Amazon have it here in 8 day’s versus 18-20 weeks. Never Never Never order from here. The secret is they will eventually go out of business and sell the furniture under another name for bankruptcy purposes so if a Ashley is near you it will definitely go out of business. I couldn’t give it a negative STAR

We met Anna, our salesperson, as soon as we entered the store in mid-January. She had a great smile and gave us her undivided attention the two hours we looked around. We left with some good ideas, called her a couple of weeks later, and our new bedroom furniture arrived this week. True story, the minute I entered the store Ms Tayanna approach me with this big smile and assisted me to the end, but I told her I will be back in few days.
