I recently relocated to the Warner Robins area and needed to furnish my new home, so I stopped by Ashley Furniture. I had my son with me, who is on the spectrum and has difficulty sitting still, so I was a bit worried about how the trip would go. Thankfully, I had the pleasure of working with Teresha and Shuwanna, and they were absolutely incredible! Teresha went above and beyond by pushing a cart around the store and collecting all my items so my son could keep moving without getting upset. Both she and Shuwanna were so sweet and patient with him, making us feel welcome and accommodated the entire time. Their kindness truly stood out, and it made what could’ve been a stressful trip into the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I will definitely be returning and will be asking for Teresha and Shuwanna every time. If you're looking for excellent service, these ladies are the best! Thank you again for making our visit so smooth and enjoyable!

We went into Ashley’s today to look for a new couch set for our living room. Ms. Mary immediately greeted us when we walked in. She was so friendly and had a big smile on her face. We found the couches we wanted and she helped us with the easy process. She wasn’t just our sales associate, she was a gift from God that talked with us about life things that’s was such a blessing. Worst place to get furniture! Bought furniture and it took 3 months to come in, my husband and I had to sleep on the floor till it arrived! If we had known it was going to take this long we would’ve never ordered any furniture from here! The associate who helped us was Shuwanna Tuff. No doubt when we were buying it she helped us out and talked nice etc, after we bought the furniture she was not even responding back to us regarding when our furniture would arrive, just spent about 9k to be left on read and waited 3 months to receive it, got no help from anyone regarding to any of our furniture. They need to do better. They lied and misguided us just to sell their furniture. The associate said the furniture will arrive in 2-4 weeks. Which clearly did not and took 3 months to come in. Our brand new couch got a stain and we have been trying to get service done as we bought the 5 year protection plan, paid about $640 for it, which is also a scam. No one has been helping us out regarding the stain on the couch either and when we reached out told us to file a claim, etc. Also went to the store to see if I can get the cleaning solution which I was told to get it from the store, the associate who helped us won’t even come see us! Didn’t even give us the cleaning solution. Now from the looks of it seems like I will have to wait another 2-3 months until the claim is resolved since it has already been 1 month since I have been trying to have them come service the stain which is pathetic. Overall save your money and buy furniture from somewhere else unless you want to wait 2-3 months and get the worst service/communication possible!

If you would like to purchase any furniture. I suggest going somewhere else. Every single thing that other lower star reviews has wrote is exactly correct. They will get you into you about protection plan & won’t help you after that. Told us 4-5 weeks. Took 3 months to come by. After spending almost close to $9k you get no services form this people or company. It was my 1st time getting it from Ashely but not anymore from now on.

Scam ! Lies about delivery in the store just so they can sell and then furniture never arrives after 3 months . If I’ve known it was gone take this long I would’ve went somewhere else ! Be honest to customers when you’re ordering on the iPad you see that items not in stock !

Was told in the store I will get a call when my furniture will be delivered in about 2 weeks . Called because 2 weeks past and was told waiting on parts . It has now been 2 months and no update or furniture!!! Then they’re charging me for a mattress protector they gave me said it was mandatory couldn’t leave the store without a mattress protector!! Charged me $130 for a mattress protector when they are less on Amazon , Walmart etc ! Wasn’t gone the option to get my own because it came with the bed obviously not !! Why charge me for a Mattress protector if I’m not even sleeping on the bed 😒😒😒😒 because it’s been over 2 months

This Warner Robins store has some truly beautiful and varied selections, making it difficult to decide between them all. But the friendly and knowledgeable staff (I worked with Phillip and Alexandra) is excellent with their advice and suggestions. And they will work with you in getting you the best financing. I highly recommend.

We purchased a sectional couch two months ago, waited for it for weeks only for it to be delivered broken. We ended up with a sleeper couch which we did not want and were not told it was a sleeper, but whatever it is what it is. We have had the couch for two months, while it is a beautiful looking couch, it is the most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever sat on. It has also began deteriorating and sagging after such a short period of time. Very disappointed with the amount we had to pay and the quality we received. Will Not be purchasing with Ashley Furniture again.

Hands down - BEST furniture purchasing experience of my 48 year life. We had one purpose in going in, and that was to find a “lift chair-recliner” for my husband who recently had a stroke and is struggling to get in and out of the chair we currently have. We were not stormed when we entered; in fact, we were left alone for quite a while which was surprising and immediately left us comfortable to look around. When we were approached, it was casual and kind, but not over-done. We explained what we needed and our budget constraints, and Stedman, the store manager, went right to work looking up available inventory while we tried every chair out. Stedman was professional and kind - and not slimy like so many furniture sales people. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We left grateful and look forward to the next time we can go make a purchase at Warner Robins Ashley’s. The price was fair. The service outstanding, and quite frankly, while currently living through a very difficult time, the whole experience brought joy. Thank you to Stedman for a stellar experience! We will certainly be back on a brighter day when we can spend more money!

I had furniture delivered on Saturday June 2nd after waiting an extended amount of time for the delivery ( 5+ weeks) which I was told was rare. On the day my items were delivered, only two items were present. It turned out that I had a partial delivery and was not notified. In fact no one was notified, not the delivery people nor my sales person, nor the customer service people at Ashleys Headquarters. The head delivery guy called customer service to let them know and they were surprised to hear this and noted the missing items in the system. Hence I was left with a partial living room set. The second attempt to deliver the remaining items, did not go as well either. The customer service I received from Ashley's as a company was substandard. The delivery people could not accommodate the date that worked for me with the next delivery. Hence I will have an incomplete living room set while company is staying which is very unfortunate and embarrassing. I feel that Ashley's Furniture did nothing to rectify this error which was 100% caused by the company. I did not receive an apology for the inconvenience that has been caused by this error. My husband and I were loyal customers and purchased several items from Ashley's in the past. However this situation has put a bad taste in our mouths and we will think twice before purchasing from the company in the future.

A House without a standing table! I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your company. Unfortunately, I must warn potential buyers to exercise caution when considering doing business with you. My interaction with your company, as well as the associated delivery service provided by FedEx, has been nothing short of a nightmare. The issues and setbacks I faced have not only been frustrating but have also left me and my family emotionally drained. let's say a house without a table. It is disheartening to highlight that the level of service provided by your company and FedEx has significantly fallen below acceptable standards. The mishandling of my package, coupled with the lack of accountability, has been utterly disappointing. Moreover, the constant delays, miscommunication, and false promises only added to my dismay. I firmly believe that your company's actions and negligence have not only affected me financially but have also impacted my emotional well-being. It is evident that your company's practices lack transparency and fail to prioritize customer satisfaction. Despite my repeated requests for a full refund, I was continuously met with excuses and unfulfilled promises. The ordeal of my package being declared lost, only to miraculously reappear damaged and incomplete upon delivery, is unacceptable. The fact that your team failed to provide a satisfactory resolution to compensate for the distress and inconvenience caused is deeply disappointing. I must emphasize that I do not seek store credits or inadequate discounts as a resolution. What I demand is to be fairly compensated for my emotional distress, considering the magnitude of the inconvenience and distress caused by your company's actions. The mere suggestion of a nominal discount offer, with no expedited shipping or compensatory measures, is unacceptable. In conclusion, I regret to inform you that, due to this overwhelmingly negative experience, I have lost all trust and confidence in your company. My perception of your brand has been tarnished, and I have no intention of engaging in any future business dealings with you. I expect a prompt response to this complaint and a resolution that reflects the seriousness of the situation. The lack of timely and satisfactory action on your part will leave me with no choice to leave this review for other buyers. Thank you for your attention to this matter. No mods are needed. showed the worker what dresser i wanted & was told it couldn’t be delivered to me although i live 20 mins away. Realized a week after that the worker ordered the wrong dresser, so i had to call back to reorder. They didn’t offer any compensation for the workers mistake and delay in me receiving my order. got home to put together dresser and 3 screws for the dresser wont screw.

My reclining love seat didn't last but a few years. Everything is made with cheap materials, which I had to order replacements of and fix myself. I had even bought the furniture protection plan when I bought the furniture. That was a waste of money as they found every excuse not to cover a claim. Save your money and find better made furniture elsewhere.

The staff are friendly. I was promised my couch would arrive in 1-4 weeks, and now it is going into week 5. Was misrepresented about a credit card from Wells Fargo, which has a crazy rate and seems to only work at Ashley furniture. So far, I'm really displeased with my post purchase experience. I only gave 2 stars because the staff were so nice and friendly.

We bought a bed from Ashley furniture in Warner Robins , GA. We were told it would be in -in two weeks. Nine weeks later they still can’t give us a date and the worse part is, is they have a sucky attitude when I call to check for an update. Then they have the audacity to send us a bill to start paying. They want us to pay for a bed that they can’t give us a tentative date will be here. I personally will never visit their store again. They definitely lost us as customers.

The delivery service is terrible. It took 3 weeks to get my furniture delivery then one piece was missing. This piece was rescheduled two weeks later. I got the call it would be delivered today its 3:30 still no call for that 3 hour window. I called Ashley and they couldn’t fit it on the truck but they didn’t bother to contact me.

It's honestly impressive how bad they can be at delivery. Over 4 months, multiple broken promises and several no shows later...we still got nothing. How do you go about telling us "This will be delivered on this day even if we have to pull extra trucks from Macon to get it done" then we are met with a no call, no show...again. Then we go to call the number given to us for the latest delivery...right to voice-mail. Exactly how many days off work do we need to take in order to receive what we paid for? Honestly not sure what else we can do at this point.

Mary was a treat to deal with when picking out a new living room suite. Revised-So 6 weeks after our purchase we have received only the sofa and ottoman and not the chaise. Received a call today stating that the color we chose is discontinued. We were offered two other colors to choose from which one was the discontinued one we had already chosen. Needless to say a visit to the store is order for tomorrow. So apparently no one at the store actually knows what is discontinued and what is not. It seems that design and development just discontinues entire lines of furniture and doesn’t tell the brick and mortar stores. Needless to say we are getting a full refund and they are picking up the half a sofa this week, nearly two months later.

Do not purchase anything from Ashley! The products are cheap. And the sales people lie about the protection plans. I purchased over $3000 worth of furniture just over a year ago with a 5 year protection plan. My sofa ripped at the seam. Because it wasn’t accidental damage the protection plan won’t cover it. We were told by Mary our sales person that the protection plan covered all accidental damage as well as extended our warranty for 5 years. I’m 2 months out of the standard warranty and stuck with a rip the length of the seam because neither Ashley nor the protection plan will cover it. I will never buy from them again.

My furniture was delivered on time and it was easy to assemble. The delivery team could have been more active on getting the assembly done.

Absolute crooks! I went to buy a sectional and used their own website to price it. When I went it I agree to pay the price on their website based on location. 10 minutes later the price was $2k more, after the manager updated the location price… I’m not stupid and I do Cyber Security. Went to Wayfair and got it for the correct price. Absolutely appalling! Crooks!

I purchased a lovely sectional from this store in April of last year. I opted to have my couch drop shipped to my address to save a bit of money and purchased a five-year warranty through Guardian to ensure that my couch was protected (first and second mistakes). There were shipping delays due to Covid, so I received my couch about three weeks later where it was again, drop shipped and my three sons and I brought the couch in with no issue. About February of this year, I noticed some shifting of the stuffing on the back of the couch and about a month later, I then noticed some separation along the seams, which was again, not bad (third mistake). In April, I call Ashley who then tells me to submit a claim through Guardian to have my couch repaired. I was sent parts that would be used in the repair and a technician was sent out in June. The technician arrived and informed me he was there to treat a stain and not to do any repairs and that he would need to submit a claim on my behalf to get the ball rolling on the repair. It is now August and my couch is still not fixed. One, the warranty through Guardian ONLY covers parts NOT repairs, which my sales associate did not tell me, so that was somewhat of a waste. Two, DO NOT get drop (free) shipping because you aren't covered for any in-home services within the first year. Just pay for them to set it up because the cost for the service technician would initially be covered by the delivery fee in the first year and I, again, was not told that by my sales associate. He was only concerned with a sale and boy, did he get one. I am very upset and feel bamboozled. I will never shop here again!! And to the man who sold me my furniture, I'm sure you feel glad that you found a sucker to take advantage of, but your karma is coming, if it hasn't already, I hope you get the worst of it!!!

When we couldn't locate the sofa type we were wanting in the showroom, Amber Hooks went "over and above" not only working to locate a sofa on-line, but in the price range we were hoping for. This included taking us to sofas in the show room with similar length, height, and seating dimensions, so we would be more comfortable with the selection. Great Job!

Ask if they have any Coupons you might be able to use before you make a purchase. They have restrictions in place after you make a purchase making the coupons not usable. The employees and the Store manager are very nice & helpful.

We shopped at the Warner Robins, GA store and were helped by a lady named Ashley. She was the perfect saleswoman who did not pressure us or get in the way to push us towards another project. She followed us, listened to my wife and myself talk, and had all the payment options with latest discounts and raxes already loaded into her tablet. We did not feel hassled or pressured into buying anything and she helped us find exactly what we needed in our budget.

The only downside is that it takes so long to get what we ordered. We've received half our order, about a month after we ordered, and the other half still isn't here. This should be made clear BEFORE an order is placed in the store. Prices were good; salesperson was great. The delivery team was fantastic.

We came in with a set budget, relocated to Warner Robins with no furniture, Mrs. Mary and her manager were able to get us beds and couches and keep it within our budget, both very sweet and kind, will be back to get the rest of our furniture.

I ordered and paid for a bed in June of 2021. I received all of 2 beds after a 4 month period which I was aware of but then the last pieces had still not arrived well into December. After receiving the last piece, it was THE WRONG PIECE or so I thought, after a visit from the porter we discovered it had the wrong RAILS all together. I asked the store manager ROBERT for solutions, one of which was taking the pieces from a bed of a bigger size on the floor. He told me after inspecting the bed on the floor the pieces wouldn’t fit because it was a king . Upon visit to the store , another store manager looked at the floor bed’s pieces and what do you know SAME SIZE. He never checked! And even if he did it wouldn’t of solved the fact that I had the wrong RAILS anyway. They had no sense of urgency in responding to my complaints or any solutions other than me to WAIT LONGER for new rails to be ordered with NO ESTIMATED ARRIVAL TIME. There was no empathy for my mother not having a bed for almost a whole year and not being able to settle in to my home. I was told to BUY a foundation while I waited on the right RAILS to come 😂 If you value customer service , this isn’t the place to purchase. If you want to wait until kingdom come with no compensation other than to WAIT longer , order here. Also they won’t refund me my money for the bed because it wasn’t returned within 72 hrs even though it wasn’t fully functional upon receipt !!!!

Do not buy from this store/company unless they have all of your pieces in stock! We paid in full for a bedroom set on 07/02/2021. We got the dresser and bed rails on 7/22. The night stands and headboard came in on 10/13/2021.It’s now 01/09/22, 6 months later and we still do not have our footboard to our bed frame. We cannot put our bed together without the footboard. Worst company ever! I was told it would take up to 14 weeks to get all of our pieces when I first put in our order on 7/2/21. It’s been 22 weeks and they do not care and are of no help when you call.

Furniture is postponed for about 6 months and God forbid you want to return something because they’ll charge 25% of the products cost as a “restocking” fee. Worst company experience ever!!!

We bought a new couch and recliner back in May of this year. We got them in July was told 6-8 weeks deliver. It was about 6 weeks when we got them. In August the recliner broke. We called set up an appointment to have it serviced. That appointment was made for October. They have canceled that appointment and rescheduled for the end of November. We are not happy at all. We are getting very discouraged and frustrated at this point. We would not recommend this store to anyone.

Everything was super easy from start to finish. Our sales guy was so nice and worked with us and our indecisiveness!! LOL They even did a price Match which was super helpful. We were told 4-12 weeks on delivery. We received messages throughout that time saying that they hadn’t forgotten about us, and that our furniture was still being processed. Then, to our surprise, we actually got our order early!!! Probably the easiest process of buying furniture we’ve ever had.

Ashleys is a HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!! The staff is nice but the company itself is terrible!!! Purchased over 3,000 worth of furniture and still have no furniture after 3 months and what was delivered to me was broken and incorrect which had to be returned!! Only thing that has been offered due to my delays was a $50 discount code to use on my next purchase lol as if I would buy anything else!!!! Stop blaming COVID this company has been slow!!! This company deserves a 0!

If I could give a 0 star review I would. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Been waiting on our furniture since we ordered on April 4th 2021, and now saying we may see it in October if we are lucky! Every call or follow up has yet to be returned. I am now waiting on a delivery to be scheduled to pick up the middle piece of our couch and ottoman that we have had just sitting in the middle of our living room for 2 months now waiting on the other 2 corner peices. Was told I would have to wait until those pieces make it back to the warehouse to even begin processing our refund, which would then take about 3 weeks to get to me in the form of a check sent in the mail. The salesmen will tell you it should take about 4 weeks to get your furniture to make the sale, knowing it could be up to 6 months. After ordering, also found out a friend has been waiting 6 months for their order as well. Terrible way to do business, and even worst customer service. Don't know how this place is in business!

The in-store customer service (Watson location) was great. I was told that my order would take 4 to 12 weeks. I received a partial order in 17 days, which is my sleeper sofa. I am comfy while I wait on everything else! Also, I am happy with my choice. I love the color and the quality.

My cousin ordered her bed set May it came all scratched up and messed up she call and sent it back and they still haven’t gave her a new one it’s been 1 month and a half later…… poor service it needs to be better and needs improving services I will not shop here (respectfully)

Helpful but over price

They have nice furniture, but I still haven't received 2 wood dinning chairs I ordered early December... it's the end of March now. At first I thought it was a Covid shipping delay, now it's getting ridiculous.

HORRIBLE service!!! WARNER ROBINS GA. Bought a couch 2 years ago. We were sold the floor model at full price and they tried to hide it from us. Your delivery men ratted you out!!! Not to mention we came in a few days later and it really was gone! Incredibly dishonest. We let it slide. Took advantage of a sale for card members and bought bedroom furniture in the January. Finally had it delivered 2 weeks ago...they forgot some parts to our bed. Was told it take 24/48 HOURSE to process something so simple! Scheduling delivery is a nightmare and they are far from flexible with your schedule. When they finally delivered the rest of our bed they discovered there was hardware missing. ANOTHER 24/48 hours to “process” it. This is the 21st century and it takes DAYS to “process”?! I have half built furniture in my room and my infant, toddler and myself have already injured themselves on the sharp corners. I have no room to store it anywhere else. This is a real safety hazard in my home and this company sure is taking their sweet slow time to fix this. With the amount of money we have given you, there should be much better service!!! Absolutely ridiculous. I will NEVER return. Trust me, shop somewhere else and save yourself allllllllllll of the trouble and headaches this company will give you!

Although the sales people are nice don't wait your time. They state the delivery times are in the receipt but why are they not advertised on the floor with the prices. Complete false advertisement when everything is not in stock. You will be waiting weeks for your items. Then at deliver after waiting forever your merchandise is damaged. I've had better experiences, but this has been the worst. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad if I really didn't need it but no will not be shopping at this Ashley or any other Ashley in the future. I suggest finding what you like get the product info and do further research!

I went into this local store and was given the run around about ordering a mattress. On-line the same mattress was $1100 dollars cheaper. They told me that they couldn’t price match. I went to the Macon store and they were able to fix the whole situation in minutes. My salesman failed to even ask anyone to help us during this situation. He basically told me there was nothing he could do. I will never visit this store again!!!

I went into the store this past Friday and was not greeted as three associates were chatting in the front of the store. There were only two customers in the store and they were being assisted by employees. I came in with the intent to purchase a couch for a bonus room and really liked the Warnerton Power Reclining Sofa but no one approached me to help. As I was leaving, no goodbyes or come again. I had already had a horrible experience with the store in Macon with lies and delays and selling scuffed up furniture, so I decided to try Warner Robins. I have now written both these off as potential buying places. Also, if you use the special financing you get sucked into having to purchase the 5 year protection plan, which once said furniture is paid off, then you are able to get 500.00 in furniture. My son did this and it is now almost 2 years later and he is yet to be able to get anyone to help him resolve this matter so he can come and purchase his $500.00 worth of furniture. This is false advertising and truly should be looked into the the Better Business Bureau.

We came into the Ashely store in Warner Robins, GA on 6/15/20 and purchased just over $3,000 worth of living room furniture since we were moving and would have none (couches, end tables and cocktail table) We were told we would have all of our items delivered on 7/30/20. Shortly before this date, I received an automated text telling me that one of our couches would not be delivered until 8/27/20. There is no excuse for this. First off, I should have received a call from Mary, our sales rep, and not a automated text. I spoke with the store manager. He was apathetic, useless and couldn't care less. I requested the corporate number when I finally talked to Mary. I called the number, which in actuality isn't really a corporate number at all. It was then that I learned that our missing couch (as all other items were delivered 7/30/20 - with damage to the cocktail table) would not be delivered until 9/8/20. This is absolutely absurd. There is no excuse that we should have to wait 3 months to get an order. Besides refunding the $100 delivery charge, nothing has been done for us, and all we hear is whining and excuses. This is no way to treat a customer!!! Service Excellence not in existence here. We were first time customers and last time customers as well.

0/10 horrible experience ordered a bed frame over a month ago less than a week before it was supposed to be here they pushed it back over another month, they did absolutely nothing for me to reimburse the fact that I’ve waited so long for something I payed for cash. I’m telling all friends and family to never shop here again.

I ordered a chaise at the end of June, was suppose to be delivered July 1, had to call, the item is back ordered, so Ashley Furniture rescheduled for end of July, just called we need to schedule you for a delivery day, I had two already, they claimed to have called me but I had no messages from them, new schedule date 8 August...after that I’m requesting refund. Never again...

Had a great experience with Jontavius as our salesman, he was very professional and friendly and went above and beyond when we were in a time crunch for furniture. Delivery was on time and pick up was pretty easy on my part, just wish they would of had people who typically load furniture into the car. Seemed like one guys first time.

Ordered furniture from Ashley's of Warner Robin's, Ga. I went through a 2 week delay for delivery. I ordered a mattress, bed, dresser, end tables, and coffee table were damaged. The staff there gave me the run around about dealing with the issue. My furniture was delivered on December 31, 2019. Today is December 28, 2019 and issue still isn't resolved. I constantly had to go down to the store to get technicians to call me to set up a date to fix the items. The parts were not delivered. That set my repairs back. I wouldn't recommend Ashley's Furniture in Warner Robins to anyone. Take my advice and stay away from this store. If I didn't have to give them 1 star they wouldn't have got that.

Run away as fast as you can! Consider this your warning! The only good thing about our experience was our salesperson, Lisa. Horrible, horrible, horrible!

I purchased a sectional sofa from Ashley,big mistake.. It has been 3 months,still not right!! Yesterday when they delivered the furniture,it looks like someone used it for a year😡😡 I don't think I will purchase anything from them again!!!

Trust these review! The furniture is nice, but the shipping portion is HORRIBLE! Don't expect your furniture for months, and expect to receive missing pieces (example: Bed set with NO headboard). Never will I shop here again, and if I do not receive all pieces before the end of the month- I will cancel the order!!

I am absolutely disgusted by this company. We were basically lied to about a delivery date estimate in order to make a sale. We were originally told the end of the month and then when we told them that wouldn’t work for us they moved it up a week in order to get us to purchase just to later call us and tell us there has been a delay and now we will be getting our couch at the end of the month like they originally quoted us, funny how that worked out. This will be our last time giving any business to this store and we will be sure to let anyone know to stay farrrrrrr away from them when making a furniture purchase. They did not offer to do anything to make it right and it just shows how terrible this business is in regards to customer service. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere unless you can sit on your living room floor for a month at 8 months pregnant like I am.

The store looks small from the outside but they have a great selection and big touch screen kiosk to review their inventory. Ask for Donna, she was a great help to us and took her time to show us options that fit what we were looking for. Great place to buy furniture.

Horrible. Was told at the time of purchase that our items were "In Stock" and delivery date was set a month from the day of purchase because the "only run a truck there once a month". So we agree. Then... less than a week from delivery I get a call saying, "There is a delay from the manufacturer" on the main item we purchased and that delivery would be further delayed until the next month. I said "but you told us at the time of purchase that the item was in stock", to which they replied "We're sorry". Their definition of "in stock" is a crock of SH@%.

Very pricey, oversized furniture. Would not be able to use such large furniture pieces.

After being told not to go into the store I tried them out. June 28 I go in and purchase a chair. Original date to be at the store was August 1st. When I hesitated the salesman said he would get it expedited. July 22 was the new expected date. Fast forward to July 17 I get a text saying the new date is now August 14. I went to get a refund and then they offered the floor model even though I asked if I could just get that one originally. I’ll never do business with them again.

I was then told the new one would not get here for another two months. After a ton of complaining we finally got the one on their floor. I have finally told them if it does not come on the 10th, I do not want it. We will never purchase from this store again. They need to get their crap together. They didnt have much if a selection of bed frames,the one i wanted was discontinued the ones they had were just ordinary,nothing fancy,most were upholstered ,your oil from your hair will make it peal

WOW! This place is ridiculous! My wife went to look for a new sofa and saw no interest for 36 months for a $1699 sofa, so she decided to get the sofa. After setting everything up she told me it was 52 payments of $61 which equals $3,172 for a $1,699 sofa?? How is this no interest for 36 months? She goes in to get everything fixed and it wasn't wrong, this is how they set it up. They told her payments would be $60 a month but instead was set up for $60 a week?? How is that 36 months, its actually 14 months! SO you set my wife up to pay $3200 for a $1600 sofa in 14 months ??? My mind is shook. This place is scamming people! Be aware do your math, be smarter than they are!!! On top of all this my wife paid $120 for taxes, after cancelling 10 minutes later they tell her $45 is non refundable??? While the entire day they told my wife the systems are down, so they didn't even put it in the systems yet. We have been looking at a lot of furniture lately and planned to purchase a lot from you guys, but after this incident Ashley's furniture is no longer an option.

When the specific couch I loved was not in Stock and I wasn't willing to wait...she even helped me find and redesign a different sectional to get exactly what I wanted! Now just waiting on delivery!

The worst experience ever. I ordered my furniture mid November. I was told it would be delivered in 2 weeks if it was in stock, but if not 5-6 weeks but I would get a call. Two weeks passed no call. I call and get no answer. Then get a text message that furniture would be delivered the week before Christmas. I was supposed to host Christmas at my house. I call to confirm delivery and was told it would be after Christmas. I had to cancel Christmas at my house as I didn't have furniture. The bed was delivered the day after Christmas but didnt receive the living room furniture until mid January. So I had to take off not 1 day but 2 days for furniture delivery. No one called to inform me of anything about me not getting all my furniture when I was supposed to get it. Mind you the salesperson who worked with me said she would call if there were issues with the furniture and I never received a call. This was the my first time buying furniture from a furniture store and it was the worst experience ever. I was told by several people not to use them and to go somewhere else and I should have listened. I will not be ordering from or recommending them to anyone. I cant really enjoy my furniture because all I think about is the headache I went through to get it. The delivery guys were really nice.

Worst experience EVER, If you need furniture now don't go to Ashley. Pay-in-full and wait 2 months for your furniture. Worst Customer Service ever. They use a 3rd party to make deliveries and the 3rd party only delivers in the Kathleen area on Wednesdays, you have no say on the delivery time. No one calls you to set up they delivery just an automated voice with the day/time and says click 1 to confirm. You cannot change the time so if you don't want to wait another week you better change your plans to sit and wait for them to show up. I will never buy from this store again....

Absolutely horrible! I ordered $1300 worth of items and I was told they would be delivered and setup on 1 day. 3 days before the scheduled delivery, they called and told me they would not have any of my furniture ready for another month. I got the run around for 2 days about but finally received my refund. I would never recommend them to someone! Carly is a very nice person but I would never order from them again

I must be a glutton for punishment to purchase from Ashley again... 1 year ago I purchased a bed for my son; was told it was in the warehouse in Macon. I drove to Macon to pick it up received everything except the bed rails, then week later I received 1 bed rail in the mail, everytime I called I was told to call the warehouse in Macon.. I told the clerk, when I purchased this I GAVE you my money not the damned warehouse in Macon...you do you job and YOU call them. I finally received 2 bed rails at the store in Warner Robins almost 2 weeks later... Fast forward present day.. I ordered a chaise lounge couch the beginning of February. It is now March and the furniture is STILL not here... keeping my fingers crossed it SUPPOSED to delivered next Friday...THERE WILL NOT BE A 3RD TIME...

Just bought our sofa from here last week. It was a decent price. But like any furniture stores the sales ladies were waiting at the front door like vultures. We told them we just wanted to browse around to see if we liked anything, they were friendly to say ok, but it was like 3 mins after they were back asking us more questions. This went on for like 40 mins, every few mins she was back. I wanted to just say like back off if i have a question ill come find you. I don't like feeling like i am commission instead of a valued customer. So we got the sofa we wanted but now we are still waiting for it to be delivered. Hopefully it gets here this weekend.

The experience we had at Ashley Home Store in Warner Robins GA was exceptional. The sales associate, Carly Ollier, went above and beyond what is normally expected. We dealt with her on several occasions in trying to find the right sectional sofa. She would call us at home with various ideas and suggestions. We need more sales associates like Carly everywhere we shop. We did finally purchase our sofa from Ashley Home Store, thanks to Carly.

My husband and I have made several purchases from Ashley's. Carly Ollier was the sales associate that took care of us on that first visit. Carly was very personable and seemed to care about our needs. We have made several more purchases since then and we only deal with Carly because she makes us feel important to her. Donna made our shopping experience very easy and pleasant. She was very knowledgable and helpful with want we were looking for, a pleasure to work with.

We bought furniture 6 weeks ago. Delivery was scheduled for today. Me and my husband took the day off. We removed all the old furniture. We bought living room furniture, mattresses for my son and a mattress for us. When the truck arrived they realized my mattress was missing. We were cool about it, things happen. They said a manager would call to let us know what happens next. It's been 7 hours and no call yet. Couple hours ago I called the store so they could have someone call me. Still no call. I have no bed to sleep in tonight. My old mattress is outside!! People make mistakes, but not calling us and letting us know what the plan is, is intentional bad customer service!!

Carly is amazing she was so kind and so helpful! She was great with my young son who was restless and uninterested in couch shopping. We are more than happy with our furniture and will send all of our friends and family straight to Carly!
