I want to give a great review for the salesperson who helped us, but an EXCELLENT review for the Cuban manager who assisted us during our visit. He truly went above and beyond. He took his time to explain everything and treated us with so much respect, even though I had just gotten out of work and honestly didn’t look like someone who was planning to buy anything. To be honest, I wasn’t even planning to buy but the way he treated us completely changed my mind. He heard us speaking Spanish and immediately made us feel welcome. He offered us water, helped the sales associate with the sale, explained every detail clearly, and made the whole experience comfortable. No pressure at all he encouraged me to sit on the couch and make the right decision for me. I’ve never had such an amazing experience buying furniture before. It was too late for me to rent a truck that night, and he still helped by holding my items until the next morning. When I returned with the truck, the whole staff helped load everything, and they were all super friendly and helpful. Employees like him are the reason companies succeed. The way he treated us is the reason I decided to buy. He was respectful, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Ashley Furniture is very lucky to have him. (I misplaced the paper where he wrote his name, but I hope this review helps him get the recognition he deserves. He truly made our experience exceptional.)

I went to Ashley's to look for a 3 piece coffee table set honestly they really didn't have anything in store so I looked on line and found something so I ask my salesperson if they do military discount she says yes they do so as she rings me up I notice that the military discount was not applied so I asked the salesperson she then says I don't know if we are gonna be able to do the discount because the price is not over a certain point so she said she would ask her manager so I said how do u say u give military discount but then because I'm only spending 313.00 u can't get it ow I'm totally fine if a store says they don't give military discount but don't say u do and then wait till a person is about to pay and say u can't get it because u didn't spend enough of ur money with us terrible I will never shop in there again

Bought a whole living room set (couch, loveseat, recliner, two end tables, rug, and a coffee table two years ago. About a month or so ago we noticed these two areas on the couch. We purchased a warranty when we bought the furniture. When we called to make a claim (which they took almost a month to call us back) we find out this is not covered! Our salesperson assured us if anything happened to our furniture, it would be covered. For the amount of money we spent on this furniture set, I would expected it to last more than 20 months!

Mrs. Mary Griffin was an absolute pleasure to shop with. She took me to exactly what I was looking for within minutes of walking in the door. There was not one question she left unanswered. Unlike many other places visited, there was no extreme push to buy and I was reminded often that I was in complete control of my purchase. Worst place to get furniture! Bought furniture and it took 3 months to come in, my husband and I had to sleep on the floor till it arrived! If we had known it was going to take this long we would’ve never ordered any furniture from here! The associate who helped us was Shuwanna Tuff. No doubt when we were buying it she helped us out and talked nice etc, after we bought the furniture she was not even responding back to us regarding when our furniture would arrive, just spent about 9k to be left on read and waited 3 months to receive it, got no help from anyone regarding to any of our furniture. They need to do better. They lied and misguided us just to sell their furniture. The associate said the furniture will arrive in 2-4 weeks. Which clearly did not and took 3 months to come in. Our brand new couch got a stain and we have been trying to get service done as we bought the 5 year protection plan, paid about $640 for it, which is also a scam. No one has been helping us out regarding the stain on the couch either and when we reached out told us to file a claim, etc. Also went to the store to see if I can get the cleaning solution which I was told to get it from the store, the associate who helped us won’t even come see us! Didn’t even give us the cleaning solution. Now from the looks of it seems like I will have to wait another 2-3 months until the claim is resolved since it has already been 1 month since I have been trying to have them come service the stain which is pathetic. Overall save your money and buy furniture from somewhere else unless you want to wait 2-3 months and get the worst service/communication possible!

If you would like to purchase any furniture. I suggest going somewhere else. Every single thing that other lower star reviews has wrote is exactly correct. They will get you into you about protection plan & won’t help you after that. Told us 4-5 weeks. Took 3 months to come by. After spending almost close to $9k you get no services form this people or company. It was my 1st time getting it from Ashely but not anymore from now on.

Scam ! Lies about delivery in the store just so they can sell and then furniture never arrives after 3 months . If I’ve known it was gone take this long I would’ve went somewhere else ! Be honest to customers when you’re ordering on the iPad you see that items not in stock !

Was told in the store I will get a call when my furniture will be delivered in about 2 weeks . Called because 2 weeks past and was told waiting on parts . It has now been 2 months and no update or furniture!!! Then they’re charging me for a mattress protector they gave me said it was mandatory couldn’t leave the store without a mattress protector!! Charged me $130 for a mattress protector when they are less on Amazon , Walmart etc ! Wasn’t gone the option to get my own because it came with the bed obviously not !! Why charge me for a Mattress protector if I’m not even sleeping on the bed 😒😒😒😒 because it’s been over 2 months

This Warner Robins store has some truly beautiful and varied selections, making it difficult to decide between them all. But the friendly and knowledgeable staff (I worked with Phillip and Alexandra) is excellent with their advice and suggestions. And they will work with you in getting you the best financing. I highly recommend.

We purchased a sectional couch two months ago, waited for it for weeks only for it to be delivered broken. We ended up with a sleeper couch which we did not want and were not told it was a sleeper, but whatever it is what it is. We have had the couch for two months, while it is a beautiful looking couch, it is the most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever sat on. It has also began deteriorating and sagging after such a short period of time. Very disappointed with the amount we had to pay and the quality we received. Will Not be purchasing with Ashley Furniture again.

Hands down - BEST furniture purchasing experience of my 48 year life. We had one purpose in going in, and that was to find a “lift chair-recliner” for my husband who recently had a stroke and is struggling to get in and out of the chair we currently have. We were not stormed when we entered; in fact, we were left alone for quite a while which was surprising and immediately left us comfortable to look around. When we were approached, it was casual and kind, but not over-done. We explained what we needed and our budget constraints, and Stedman, the store manager, went right to work looking up available inventory while we tried every chair out. Stedman was professional and kind - and not slimy like so many furniture sales people. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We left grateful and look forward to the next time we can go make a purchase at Warner Robins Ashley’s. The price was fair. The service outstanding, and quite frankly, while currently living through a very difficult time, the whole experience brought joy. Thank you to Stedman for a stellar experience! We will certainly be back on a brighter day when we can spend more money!

I had furniture delivered on Saturday June 2nd after waiting an extended amount of time for the delivery ( 5+ weeks) which I was told was rare. On the day my items were delivered, only two items were present. It turned out that I had a partial delivery and was not notified. In fact no one was notified, not the delivery people nor my sales person, nor the customer service people at Ashleys Headquarters. The head delivery guy called customer service to let them know and they were surprised to hear this and noted the missing items in the system. Hence I was left with a partial living room set. The second attempt to deliver the remaining items, did not go as well either. The customer service I received from Ashley's as a company was substandard. The delivery people could not accommodate the date that worked for me with the next delivery. Hence I will have an incomplete living room set while company is staying which is very unfortunate and embarrassing. I feel that Ashley's Furniture did nothing to rectify this error which was 100% caused by the company. I did not receive an apology for the inconvenience that has been caused by this error. My husband and I were loyal customers and purchased several items from Ashley's in the past. However this situation has put a bad taste in our mouths and we will think twice before purchasing from the company in the future.

My interaction with your company, as well as the associated delivery service provided by FedEx, has been nothing short of a nightmare. The issues and setbacks I faced have not only been frustrating but have also left me and my family emotionally drained. let's say a house without a table. It is disheartening to highlight that the level of service provided by your company and FedEx has significantly fallen below acceptable standards. The mishandling of my package, coupled with the lack of accountability, has been utterly disappointing. Moreover, the constant delays, miscommunication, and false promises only added to my dismay. I firmly believe that your company's actions and negligence have not only affected me financially but have also impacted my emotional well-being. It is evident that your company's practices lack transparency and fail to prioritize customer satisfaction. Despite my repeated requests for a full refund, I was continuously met with excuses and unfulfilled promises. The ordeal of my package being declared lost, only to miraculously reappear damaged and incomplete upon delivery, is unacceptable. The fact that your team failed to provide a satisfactory resolution to compensate for the distress and inconvenience caused is deeply disappointing. I must emphasize that I do not seek store credits or inadequate discounts as a resolution. What I demand is to be fairly compensated for my emotional distress, considering the magnitude of the inconvenience and distress caused by your company's actions. The mere suggestion of a nominal discount offer, with no expedited shipping or compensatory measures, is unacceptable. In conclusion, I regret to inform you that, due to this overwhelmingly negative experience, I have lost all trust and confidence in your company. My perception of your brand has been tarnished, and I have no intention of engaging in any future business dealings with you. I expect a prompt response to this complaint and a resolution that reflects the seriousness of the situation. showed the worker what dresser i wanted & was told it couldn’t be delivered to me although i live 20 mins away. Realized a week after that the worker ordered the wrong dresser, so i had to call back to reorder. They didn’t offer any compensation for the workers mistake and delay in me receiving my order. got home to put together dresser and 3 screws for the dresser wont screw.

My reclining love seat didn't last but a few years. Everything is made with cheap materials, which I had to order replacements of and fix myself. I had even bought the furniture protection plan when I bought the furniture. That was a waste of money as they found every excuse not to cover a claim. Save your money and find better made furniture elsewhere.

The staff are friendly. I was promised my couch would arrive in 1-4 weeks, and now it is going into week 5. Was misrepresented about a credit card from Wells Fargo, which has a crazy rate and seems to only work at Ashley furniture. So far, I'm really displeased with my post purchase experience. I only gave 2 stars because the staff were so nice and friendly.

We bought a bed from Ashley furniture in Warner Robins , GA. We were told it would be in -in two weeks. Nine weeks later they still can’t give us a date and the worse part is, is they have a sucky attitude when I call to check for an update. Then they have the audacity to send us a bill to start paying. They want us to pay for a bed that they can’t give us a tentative date will be here. I personally will never visit their store again. They definitely lost us as customers.

The delivery service is terrible. It took 3 weeks to get my furniture delivery then one piece was missing. This piece was rescheduled two weeks later. I got the call it would be delivered today its 3:30 still no call for that 3 hour window. I called Ashley and they couldn’t fit it on the truck but they didn’t bother to contact me.

It's honestly impressive how bad they can be at delivery. Over 4 months, multiple broken promises and several no shows later...we still got nothing. How do you go about telling us "This will be delivered on this day even if we have to pull extra trucks from Macon to get it done" then we are met with a no call, no show...again. Then we go to call the number given to us for the latest delivery...right to voice-mail. Exactly how many days off work do we need to take in order to receive what we paid for? Honestly not sure what else we can do at this point.

Do not buy Furniture From this store. They do not standby the products they sell. If you have an issue you are on your own as I've been dealing with issues for over a year now. The fourth different service technician just left my house shaking his head! Also, the store manager does not honor his word. Totally Frustrated!!

Mary was a treat to deal with when picking out a new living room suite. Revised-So 6 weeks after our purchase we have received only the sofa and ottoman and not the chaise. Received a call today stating that the color we chose is discontinued. We were offered two other colors to choose from which one was the discontinued one we had already chosen. Needless to say a visit to the store is order for tomorrow. So apparently no one at the store actually knows what is discontinued and what is not. It seems that design and development just discontinues entire lines of furniture and doesn’t tell the brick and mortar stores. Needless to say we are getting a full refund and they are picking up the half a sofa this week, nearly two months later.

I purchased a lovely sectional from this store in April of last year. I opted to have my couch drop shipped to my address to save a bit of money and purchased a five-year warranty through Guardian to ensure that my couch was protected (first and second mistakes). There were shipping delays due to Covid, so I received my couch about three weeks later where it was again, drop shipped and my three sons and I brought the couch in with no issue. About February of this year, I noticed some shifting of the stuffing on the back of the couch and about a month later, I then noticed some separation along the seams, which was again, not bad (third mistake). In April, I call Ashley who then tells me to submit a claim through Guardian to have my couch repaired. I was sent parts that would be used in the repair and a technician was sent out in June. The technician arrived and informed me he was there to treat a stain and not to do any repairs and that he would need to submit a claim on my behalf to get the ball rolling on the repair. It is now August and my couch is still not fixed. One, the warranty through Guardian ONLY covers parts NOT repairs, which my sales associate did not tell me, so that was somewhat of a waste. Two, DO NOT get drop (free) shipping because you aren't covered for any in-home services within the first year. Just pay for them to set it up because the cost for the service technician would initially be covered by the delivery fee in the first year and I, again, was not told that by my sales associate. I am very upset and feel bamboozled. I will never shop here again!! And to the man who sold me my furniture, I'm sure you feel glad that you found a sucker to take advantage of, but your karma is coming, if it hasn't already, I hope you get the worst of it!!!

Ask if they have any Coupons you might be able to use before you make a purchase. They have restrictions in place after you make a purchase making the coupons not usable. The employees and the Store manager are very nice & helpful.

We shopped at the Warner Robins, GA store and were helped by a lady named Ashley. She was the perfect saleswoman who did not pressure us or get in the way to push us towards another project. She followed us, listened to my wife and myself talk, and had all the payment options with latest discounts and raxes already loaded into her tablet. We did not feel hassled or pressured into buying anything and she helped us find exactly what we needed in our budget.

The only downside is that it takes so long to get what we ordered. We've received half our order, about a month after we ordered, and the other half still isn't here. This should be made clear BEFORE an order is placed in the store. Prices were good; salesperson was great. The delivery team was fantastic.

Prices are really high compared what they use to be.

We came in with a set budget, relocated to Warner Robins with no furniture, Mrs. Mary and her manager were able to get us beds and couches and keep it within our budget, both very sweet and kind, will be back to get the rest of our furniture.

I ordered and paid for a bed in June of 2021. I received all of 2 beds after a 4 month period which I was aware of but then the last pieces had still not arrived well into December. After receiving the last piece, it was THE WRONG PIECE or so I thought, after a visit from the porter we discovered it had the wrong RAILS all together. I asked the store manager ROBERT for solutions, one of which was taking the pieces from a bed of a bigger size on the floor. He told me after inspecting the bed on the floor the pieces wouldn’t fit because it was a king . Upon visit to the store , another store manager looked at the floor bed’s pieces and what do you know SAME SIZE. He never checked! And even if he did it wouldn’t of solved the fact that I had the wrong RAILS anyway. They had no sense of urgency in responding to my complaints or any solutions other than me to WAIT LONGER for new rails to be ordered with NO ESTIMATED ARRIVAL TIME. There was no empathy for my mother not having a bed for almost a whole year and not being able to settle in to my home. I was told to BUY a foundation while I waited on the right RAILS to come 😂 If you value customer service , this isn’t the place to purchase. If you want to wait until kingdom come with no compensation other than to WAIT longer , order here. Also they won’t refund me my money for the bed because it wasn’t returned within 72 hrs even though it wasn’t fully functional upon receipt !!!!

Do not buy from this store/company unless they have all of your pieces in stock! We paid in full for a bedroom set on 07/02/2021. We got the dresser and bed rails on 7/22. The night stands and headboard came in on 10/13/2021.It’s now 01/09/22, 6 months later and we still do not have our footboard to our bed frame. We cannot put our bed together without the footboard. Worst company ever! I was told it would take up to 14 weeks to get all of our pieces when I first put in our order on 7/2/21. It’s been 22 weeks and they do not care and are of no help when you call.
