So far, this has been a terrible waste of $1,200. June the 6th, I orders a set of living room furniture and now over 3 months later, I'm still getting emails about the delivery date changing. So instead of the 28th (3m22d from the order) now it's going to be Oct. 27th (4m21d). I mean wth?
I do not have enough time or patients to write all that wrong with this place. Took over a year (I understand completely Biden’s supply chain problem) and dozens of visits to get a living room set that was on their showroom floor. After waiting a year a few pieces came in. Months later (and after the holidays when I would have love to have it) I received the rest of the furniture but I had to take what was on the showroom floor after waiting over a year I get what was already there all along. The manager said he would give me a break on it if I wanted to take what was on the floor (It is a little suspicious that we went back in the store and the complete set was displayed). They can’t get my furniture but they can get it if they need it for their showroom.🤔 He LIED he did not give us a penny. The delivery guy cut the recliner but they will NOT fix it. We had bought the insurance thank goodness cause we now have to file a claim and get the cut fixed on the recliner. I can assure you it will be the last $7000 we spend with Ashley Furniture in Waycross, GA. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ASHLEY FURNITURE, WAYCROSS, GA. They talk out of both sides of their mouths.
we purchased our dining set 6 months ago and were aware of a delay of about 3-5 months. we were ok with that because we're thinking it'll be here by mother's day and everybody can finally sit together. well it's august! 6 months later and no table, chairs, nothing! we paid the delivery fee and for furniture protection. we've been told it's in the warehouse, it'll be here on the 11th! well that day is gone! we've been more than tolerable. we've called and spoke with the salesperson several times but the manager is always out and never calls back. at this point we would like our almost $1600 back! i mean did we have to wait for the trees to grow?
