They give customers attention, free water and their restrooms are very clean. Janet told us the availability of the selection in store, when they would arrive as some were a show floor model and bundling all our furniture into one delivery to save money on their delivery fee. Sales rep Summer was very patient in showing and explaining the various products (extended warranty, delivery options, hauling away options, as well as various recliners, etc.), even though at the time she didn't know if she would make a sale or not. I was looking for a lift recliner which I ultimately ended up purchasing that day. The prices are on the high side though.

Large selections of furniture. Mix of prices ranging from clearance, low, high end. Something for everyone. However the sales women who greeted me followed me around to every room as if I was going to walk out the door with a couch on my back. It had taken us three days visiting multiple furniture stores to be sure of the set we picked. The delivery was a ways out and the women who was checking us out (same women) made a comment “well if you would have made the purchase when you first came it would have been delivered this next weekend but now it will be this date” she just seemed pushy and upset we took a few days to decide. The employees must get paid commission and it shows

Had a great experience shopping for a couch and coffee table at Ashley Furniture. I recently moved into a larger one bedroom studio and needed some more appropriate furniture to make the place home. Shopping for furniture is something that’s somewhat intimidating for me, but I felt confident and am extremely happy with the process. Shout out to Janet Lozano, the Hone Furnishing Consultant, who helped me from the minute I walked in the door. I had an idea of what I was looking for, but with so many options I wasn’t confident in how to best make some selections. Janet was patient, extremely helpful, and after listening to some of my thoughts, was able to guide me to the best pieces. After deciding on what I wanted, Janet was also very accommodating when it came to delivery. She was able to secure a Sunday deliver time to North Shore for me, something that wasn’t a readily available option. Delivery Team was outstanding as well. The guys were incredibly helpful in getting the couch/coffee table into the studio and assembled quickly. Friendly, zero mess, and great with explaining how things worked (couch includes a pull out queen mattress). Thank you to Janet and the entire Ashley team start to finish. Love the couch and coffee table. Look and feel great in the new home.

My experience at this furniture store was fantastic. I was assisted by a man named Matt Pangelinan and he was beyond friendly, warm, helpful, and understanding. I bought 2 custom fabricated chairs with matching throw pillows from this collection and I cannot wait until it’s finished and gets delivered. I also purchased 2 different tables, (not Jonathan Lewis Collection) with the help from Matt, which have already been delivered and look absolutely stunning in my new home. I’ve already received several compliments from guests about my tables. Matt works with speed and efficiency and charm…and showed tremendous amount of genuine interest in my new home as well as my personal life. I really thought customer service was going to be top notch here. When my family entered the store we were greeted by a female employee who asked us what we were looking for. I told her we were just browsing and she was nice enough to let us know where particular furniture items were located in the store. I went to the beds, knowing that I will be needing one. Spoke with a younger male employee who was extremely kind in answering questions. He said they weren't able to hold it for me if I purchased now while we wait for our home to be completed. I thanked him and went towards the escalators to go upstairs.Now this is when things started to go downhill. After the female employee saw me speaking to her coworker (I figured that he specializes in beds and it was his section), she followed me like a hawk trying to sell me furniture I wasn't even interested in nor did I even like them. She didn't ask what I wanted, what colors I liked, etc. just interested in making her commission. I came upon bar stools that I was thinking of buying later. She was extremely pushy and I felt so pressured to place half down on the stools that she wouldn't be able to hold for me. She also wasn't able to guarantee that they would be available when I needed them but let me know more was on order. Knowing I was still able to get a refund, I went online and was able to order the exact same bar stools for almost half the price.

I have been looking for the perfect sofa since last October. I met Brandon at the Ashley store in Aiea. He was so helpful and kind. I decided on a sofa that I liked. It was the perfect size for my apartment. We made all the arrangements to have it delivered. Unfortunately when the sofa arrived, it would not fit in the elevator. Brandon told me not to worry. We would find a sofa that I liked and would fit in the elevator, too. He gave me a refund and was so gracious about the entire experience This past week, we found the perfect one. It is a 2-piece modular sofa that looks great and there was no issue fitting it on the elevator! I love it even more than the first one!!!Thank you, Brandon, for being my go-to guy for furniture!

Horrible experience here! I ordered an ottoman with a sectional. It took over a year to get my ottoman.I had my sectional couch in a few weeks upon ordering... waited a WHOLE YEAR for my ottoman.I kept calling every couple months for a follow up.And they were clueless. Told me in July it will come.. then it was September I called and asking if it was coming because it has passed july and I had no call. Then they said December. When december came I called again. And then the date changed to March. No one called me and I had to call them. Finally got my ottoman A YEAR LATER after I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES. What they did for me? Nothing. They kept telling me they would call me and update me.... Did they? NOPE.I called. I called and asked and followed up.Did they discount me? Nope.What's really sad is, BEFORE purchasing.... They would CALL US often to follow up if we found a couch or if we were ready to make the purchase.The moment they get your money and you make that purchase I'm pretty sure whoever helped you gets commission that's why. THEY STOP CALLING. They don't care about you as a client nor will they follow up and see how your doing.They just really want your money and want their commission here and it shows! We need new furniture and I really don't want to come back here because of this horrible experience. Taking MY MONEY (since that's all they care about here) some where else that actually cares about helping us find the right piece of furniture instead of RUSHING US INTO BUYING SOMETHING CALLING CONSTANTLY BECAUSE THEY NEVER GET A PAYMENT YET AND SOON AS WE PAY NEVER UPDATED US OR CHECKED IN. This company needs to work of costumer service for sure !

Waited over 3 months for our furniture and when it arrived one of the pieces for our bed frame came broken then they tried to charge us for it. We had to wait another couple of months so they could ship another piece. People are better off going someplace else. They are way overpriced for the quality.

This location is definitely the definition of customer service. If you need new furnitures please come by and see Janet Lozano. She is a true salesperson Eve though they work on commission she truly listens and is so knowledgeable of what customers want and need. She was very patient and really showed us options for why we were looking for. Highly recommend and Janet definitely needs a recognition and raise for her outstanding customer service.

Terrible customer service. The most uncomfortable shopping experience I have ever had. There was a blonde woman with glasses and shoulder length hair that kept staring at us in each showroom that we entered. She did not greet us when we walked into Ashley Furniture and was silent when I said "hello." She followed us from room to room from afar and notified other associates to watch us. I attempted to speak to her but she did not respond. We were not greeted by anyone until we had been in the store for around 30 minutes. After being followed by this woman I was too uncomfortable to continue shopping. We're a military family and we were so excited after just moving to the island and in need of furniture ASAP. I will never venture into one of these stores again. Major disappointment.

At first when my mother and I walked in, we walked around looking at displays, it seemed like no sales person was around until we were getting ready to leave and Ms. Summer walked right up to us and asked us if we needed any assistance , I was glad that she did because we were really needing to purchase a new living room suite, she was very helpful which we were appreciative of, the only thing I was disappointed with was how late we were getting our shipment of furniture 🤔🤨😒

Great place to shop! This review was overdue for a few months. Back in May, my wife and I bought our Living Room, Dining Room, and Bedroom sets for our new place (yes, all at the same time). Our Home Furnishing Consultant Brandon was very patient and professional, assisting us while we decided which furnishings we wanted. He offered suggestions based on our preferences and waited patiently until we decided. The delivery was quick and efficient, the movers were very careful and accommodating to where we chose to place each piece.At the last minute 3 days before everything was to be delivered, we changed our mind about our bed and chose a king bed and platform instead of the queen platform and using our existing mattress. Again, we went to see Brandon who was so accommodating and was able to change the order. We also bought a new king mattress from Bedding Specialist Justin who was very knowledgeable and also provided excellent customer service.We absolutely love our new furniture and couldn&'t be happier! Ashley Furniture helped us to create a place that we always look forward to coming home to!

Definitely the nicest furniture you&'ll find around here - so many other stores offer only dated, low quality pieces, so Ashley is quite refreshing!We enjoyed being able to shop both Red Knot and Ashley at the same time and finance pieces from both on the same account. Very convenient.Ended up purchasing a dining table and chairs, a bed frame, dresser, and couch. Shopped three different Ashley stores on Oahu and scoped out the pieces we liked over a couple of months - the Aiea store has everything in one place.Discount available for military.

We bought our couch from this location so it was only right to buy our dining table from here. Our salesman was Brandon. He was very helpful and showed just about 10 different tables until we found the perfect one. He was really patient with us and that&'s what I liked. I didn&'t want to be rushed or pressured into buying anything. We opt out to the delivery and assemble, because it would cost us $150 on top of spending $1500. They should allow free delivery when spending over $1200. Anyways, we had a minor issue when assembling they table on our own. So we went down to talk to Brandon himself and he was more than understanding. I informed him that the I issue needed to be resolved ASAP and it was. We enjoyed working with this location and we already had two great experiences. We will definitely be back for our home decor needs. Thank you

Salesman Brandon T. was nice, friendly and honest about the type of leather my loveseat was made from. So I bought my loveseat from him.One salesman, at that same store, said he could tell real leather from bonded leather just by the feel and it was due to his familiarity with leather firniture. According to leather furniture reviews, genuine leather and real leather have very similar textures that consumers would need to check the underside of the leather cover to determine whether the leather is bonded or genuine leather. Therefore, consumers must rely on the honesty of the furniture maker, furniture business, and salesperson because, today, furniture is sown well that it is almost impossible to check the underside of the leather unless you take the furniture apart.

Has the best pricing for new furniture I've seen so far on the island.

Went in Mural (I'm sure I'm spelling his name wrong, greeter us. Helped us through everything we wanted even with our rambunctious tired cranky 1.5 year old and our two older ones. He was very nice to us. Mattress guy was pretty awesome, even our delivery men were pretty AWESOME. The store even followed up with us to see ho we liked everything, how delivery was and everything. We have not one negative thing to say.

Came in looking to furnish our entire apartment and Brandon helped us out with everything. From the kitchen to the bedroom he helped us pick out the perfect furniture and kept us within our budget.

Why do your sales people stalk us? We were planning on buying a full bedroom set until I notice your salesman watching us so I figured i&'d test it out. We had already found what we wanted on the bottom floor so we went upstairs and poof right on our ass there he was. We walked around a little then headed downstairs and walked about 10feet away from the escalator and and next thing we know your salesman was standing on the top of the escalator staring at us not moving then we decided to fuck with him and walk 5 more feet away then he would start going down the escalator then we walk closer and he&'d hurry back up the escalator. Lmfao we&'re customers not 5 year olds.

The following is a review based on the organization as a whole versus an individual store. I purchased a 5 piece dining set from the Ward location and they directed me to the Aiea store to pick up the order. When I arrived at the Aiea store I was told I actually had to go to the Salt Lake location. That was a little annoying but relatively close so it wasn't a huge deal however once I got to the Salt Lake location I was told I couldn't pick it up because the warehouse is closed on Mondays. I called the manager at Ward who said I could pick up the floor model back at Ward which was not what I wanted and despite making that abundantly clear he kept pressing the issue. After a little haggling I was able to get them to deliver the item fully assembled at no charge. I find it pretty unbelievable that both the floor sales person and the manager didn't know where I needed to pick the item up and "forgot that the warehouse was closed." I can't deny that prices here are relatively inexpensive and if you have the patience to bear with the terrible customer service then this is the place for you. For people who actually have things to do throughout the day I would avoid Ashley at all costs. For me the headache is definitely not worth it. The one star is for the free delivery and assembly after the colossal mishandling.

We had a awful experience at the Kapolei store and decided to try the Aiea one. We are so thankful we did! Brandon Tagama was amazing to work with and very helpful! We will definitely be back for our next purchase! Thank you Brandon for turning our bad experience into a great one!

My Home Furnishings Consultant, Louisa Barba, was very friendly and patient with me. Before i walked into the store, i was stressing big time.Just moved into my own studio, with a beach chair as my &"sofa&". LolAfter about 3 hours?? I left satisfied and relieved. Found a pretty Loveseat with matching pillows, single side chair to match, and a long multi media type tv stand/ cabinet for my flat screen tv!I dont mind paying them $125 to transport. Im single, no immediate family here. Thank you Louisa for your honesty, and customer focused service!!Aloha, VK. 7/4/19...my 4th of July gift to myself!

Super friendly service and lots of great room ideas!

We stopped in when they were hosting a promotional event in-store. There was plenty of parking and the workers were pretty friendly overall. We ended up purchasing a dining table, four chairs and a lift-top coffee table. Some of their prices are a little high, but they do offer furniture in a variety of price ranges. It seems that a lot of the items in their showroom are not available in their warehouse. All of our items had to be shipped in. We were told that our furniture would arrive the following month (April), but we didn&'t receive any follow-up from our sales representative. We called the store twice to check on the status of our order and were finally told that our furniture would be here in May. When we arrived at the store to pay for the remainder of our order, it seemed that their warehouse had a power outage so we weren&'t able to pick up our order on that day. Overall, this place is just okay. It&'s a really big store, and they have a decent selection. I just would have appreciated better follow-up on our order...especially since our order was delayed.

We recently moved into our first new home and were very excited to get new furniture. We walked in and was greeted by Damien. We told him what we were looking for as far as type of furniture, color, style, etc. and he showed us different options. We immediately fell in love with a bedroom set he recommended and he was also able to help us find a living room set that would fit our needs. We had a specific situation where we visited a few months back and thought we were going to close on a home, but the process ended up getting prolonged. Damien helped us the 2nd time around and was able to help us out by storing our items until we closed on the house. Our furniture has already been delivered and we couldn&'t be more happier with everything. Damien never pressures you into anything and is super easy to work with. We can&'t wait to go back when we decide to get a dining room set.

Worst experience ever! After waiting 30 mins to get Vivian to help us (even tho we already knew what we wanted) we waited another hour for them to tell us that an item on the floor was discontinued. Complete waste of a Sunday afternoon but we found what we wanted from their website. It's no wonder people would rather shop online than to deal with incompetent idiots.

Its probably the best furniture store we have in hawaii.but it is still expensive like everything else in Hawaii way over priced....

Sherry was our host, she was very patient with us. She was knowledgeable in our selections and preferences. Great job Sherry and Cortez.

Last night we got a great deal on a adjustable bed and queen size mattress. Under $800.00 with delivery and set up great sale. Ashley in the American Mattress section was great took us thru all the way the bed works. Best thing there was no pressure or salesperson running you down trying to push higher price item. Thanks Ashley for the great services.

okay okay okay. i went here 1 time & got stalked by a sales man. kind of annoying, so we left in a hurry. came back another day & met Damien. he remembered seeing us the 1st time we came so we explained to him why we left. he was very nice & patient with us as we were purchasing a whole new bedroom set for ourselves & wanted to see their sofas for my dad. we didn&'t end up getting a sofa that day...but we did return about a month later & who did we get?? Damien !! he remembered my name & found us on the most amazing couch he showed us the first time. he sat with us for a little bit to catch up. he showed us other options of sofas & we inquired about a mattress for my dad. ended up buying my dad a couch.the delivery process is a breeze !! just pay the delivery & assembly fee. totally worth it !! they text & call you when they&'re basically on their way. the guys that come are very polite & mindful. today we had my dads couch delivered an hour earlier than the times given, but that&'s okay ! it worked out better for us.

Ajay was awesome and helped us find the right dresser for the right price. He made the paperwork and delivery scheduling very easy.

This place has it all. They have a mix amd match starter set that blows out any other store. Summer was great from the beginning. She greated us with a smile and helped us every step of the way. My only complaint would be about the coffee table and end table set. None of the screw holes lined up. I called and they said they'd get me a mew one and assemble it for free. Very stand up people. 👍

would have definitely considered purchasing from this location if the saleswoman wasn't hovering and following us all around the store! although, great selection and beautiful furniture. we took our business to the kapolei location

Came here to visit and shop with Richard Chun ( my local guy) but found out it was his day off ( well deserved). Still, Sales Associate " Ashley " was AWESOME!!! Local Girl got it goin on. We were able to purchase a Sleeper Sofa for our son and everything was " Maikai". This Furniture Showroom in Aiea is emasculate and has everything you need to beautify your home. Mahalo
