Sales rep Summer was very patient in showing and explaining the various products (extended warranty, delivery options, hauling away options, as well as various recliners, etc.), even though at the time she didn't know if she would make a sale or not. I was looking for a lift recliner which I ultimately ended up purchasing that day. The prices are on the high side though.

Janet was so helpful with us as soon as we walked in, she let us meander around the store which is just what I wanted to do and at no point did I feel pressured into a purchase. She always made sure to check in with us even while having to navigate and assist other customers in the store. When we finally settled on a set we liked, she was there to help us through selection of pieces and even financing and was honest about when we could expect our new furniture to arrive. She was so patient through all the questions we had for her. I appreciate Janets great customer service and would absolutely visit again for future furniture and home good needs!
