Went to store looking for chairs. Summer greeted us and explained store and selections. She then gave us space to look and sample. Never did she pester us but was always nearby to answer questions. Home World Ashley is the BOMB! Went looking for a recliner chair for mom, since she is so small it was a difficult ask. But it was our first stop. Turned out we only needed one. AJay was so kind, patient and knowledgeable he took so much time with us. Even took us up to the second floor on the freight elevator (Mom uses a walker) to see the the rest of their inventory. We ended up purchasing a very nice recliner and the 5 year extended warranty. By Christmas? Maybe not, (shipping)but AJay already gave us the gift of not having to go anywhere else to get what we needed. Please give AJay an extra bonus he's a great asset!

Furniture is needed for a recently purchased townhouse - Matt studied our floor plan and always used his measuring tape to make sure the furniture would fit the room. He gave us time and space to walk around-we liked that. Matt demonstrated that he’s a professional in his field. He’s courteous, patient and easy to talk with. We’ll be sure to recommend him to our family and friends when they are thinking of buying new furniture.

I recently started moving into an apartment and needed to furnish the place, but this was my first time ever buying furniture. To be honest, I didn't expect much when I got here, but shout out to the manager Matt Pangelinan! He was super helpful in finding us the right choice for specific needs (pullout sofa bed, lift top coffee table) and matching styles, and he got us some great deals on the clearance section in the back. Matt was professional, friendly, and made shopping for furniture easy and quick while meeting all our needs. Definitely recommend!

From the moment we walked in, Summer made us feel completely at ease. It was my first time buying there, so I was a little nervous. However, Summer was incredibly calm and approachable, never pushy, and her tone and facial expressions were so relaxed that it made the whole process stress-free. We were looking for a bedroom dresser, so she showed us a few options before letting us explore the store on our own. After we mentioned we were specifically looking for a white dresser, she guided us around the store, the clearance section and even used her iPad to find additional white dressers that weren’t on display. Thanks to her efforts, we ended up finding the perfect dresser. We also asked Summer if she could put the dresser on hold until the following weekend, and she was happy to accommodate and she was able to lock-in that sale price for us. Keeping her word, she followed up with us when the weekend came around, checking in to see if we were ready to make the purchase. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and Summer's helpful, low-pressure approach really made all the difference. Highly recommend shopping with her!

They give customers attention, free water and their restrooms are very clean. Janet told us the availability of the selection in store, when they would arrive as some were a show floor model and bundling all our furniture into one delivery to save money on their delivery fee. Sales rep Summer was very patient in showing and explaining the various products (extended warranty, delivery options, hauling away options, as well as various recliners, etc.), even though at the time she didn't know if she would make a sale or not. I was looking for a lift recliner which I ultimately ended up purchasing that day. The prices are on the high side though.

However the sales women who greeted me followed me around to every room as if I was going to walk out the door with a couch on my back. It had taken us three days visiting multiple furniture stores to be sure of the set we picked. The delivery was a ways out and the women who was checking us out (same women) made a comment “well if you would have made the purchase when you first came it would have been delivered this next weekend but now it will be this date” she just seemed pushy and upset we took a few days to decide. Janet L was very professional in showing us several dining tables. She was not pushy or wanting to upsell. We decided on a beautiful table. Come to find out Janet also sold us a dresser couple months ago. This time we kept her card for future purchases.

Waited over 3 months for our furniture and when it arrived one of the pieces for our bed frame came broken then they tried to charge us for it. We had to wait another couple of months so they could ship another piece. People are better off going someplace else. They are way overpriced for the quality.

Didn’t expect much but has such a great experience with Luisa! She was amazing! Once she found out it was for a rental and our price range she showed us so much without any pressure. She was very informative and gave very helpful advice to consider. It would have been a painful experience without her guidance. I’m already thinking of other items she can help us with. Derek was great. Pointed out some good options for a sectional sofa and was very patient while we were deciding and making our choice. Would definitely go see him again for any future furniture.

At first when my mother and I walked in, we walked around looking at displays, it seemed like no sales person was around until we were getting ready to leave and Ms. Summer walked right up to us and asked us if we needed any assistance , I was glad that she did because we were really needing to purchase a new living room suite, she was very helpful which we were appreciative of, the only thing I was disappointed with was how late we were getting our shipment of furniture 🤔🤨😒

I wanted to write about Denise in Customer Service. She has been outstanding and has gone above and beyond what I ever expected. Her customer service was probably the best communication I have ever had with an issue outside of the sale. Any company would be lucky to have her. She is extremely pleasant and understanding. A customer could not ask for more from someone trying to assist them after the sale. She made the issue at hand easy to resolve. I usually deal with Jovy who is top-notch and very professional. Jovy wasn’t around yesterday so Brandon stepped in. What a super guy! Even knowing that the order would be written up to credit Jovy, he cared enough about me as if he was the one who would be credited. I had just met Brandon but he treated me like I was his best friend & customer. I could not be more satisfied.

No pressure, very informative about the furniture, delivery date and process, whom to donate our old furniture to, a smooth no-headache financing paperwork process. Has the best pricing for new furniture I've seen so far on the island.

Went in Mural (I'm sure I'm spelling his name wrong, greeter us. Helped us through everything we wanted even with our rambunctious tired cranky 1.5 year old and our two older ones. He was very nice to us. Mattress guy was pretty awesome, even our delivery men were pretty AWESOME. The store even followed up with us to see ho we liked everything, how delivery was and everything. We have not one negative thing to say.

Sales rep was cool about making a sale on the spot, definitely the place to go if you want variety and a there and done deal

The following is a review based on the organization as a whole versus an individual store. I purchased a 5 piece dining set from the Ward location and they directed me to the Aiea store to pick up the order. When I arrived at the Aiea store I was told I actually had to go to the Salt Lake location. That was a little annoying but relatively close so it wasn't a huge deal however once I got to the Salt Lake location I was told I couldn't pick it up because the warehouse is closed on Mondays. I called the manager at Ward who said I could pick up the floor model back at Ward which was not what I wanted and despite making that abundantly clear he kept pressing the issue. After a little haggling I was able to get them to deliver the item fully assembled at no charge. I find it pretty unbelievable that both the floor sales person and the manager didn't know where I needed to pick the item up and "forgot that the warehouse was closed." I can't deny that prices here are relatively inexpensive and if you have the patience to bear with the terrible customer service then this is the place for you. For people who actually have things to do throughout the day I would avoid Ashley at all costs. For me the headache is definitely not worth it. The one star is for the free delivery and assembly after the colossal mishandling.

This place has it all. They have a mix amd match starter set that blows out any other store. Summer was great from the beginning. She greated us with a smile and helped us every step of the way. My only complaint would be about the coffee table and end table set. None of the screw holes lined up. I called and they said they'd get me a mew one and assemble it for free. Very stand up people. 👍

Came here to visit and shop with Richard Chun ( my local guy) but found out it was his day off ( well deserved). Still, Sales Associate " Ashley " was AWESOME!!! Local Girl got it goin on. We were able to purchase a Sleeper Sofa for our son and everything was " Maikai". This Furniture Showroom in Aiea is emasculate and has everything you need to beautify your home. Mahalo

Tried to see if we could get a better discount on a server furniture (which was dinged up) but, it seemed to be more of a power struggle than helping out the customer. That's okay, we went somewhere else and got away better deal and product! Too bad for Ashley because we were thinking of buying a king size bed from you guys but, going to take care of someone else instead!

Got a beautiful Sofa at a decent price, but they also have great customer service! We ordered a bed frame but the wrong size was entered into the computer and we didn't discover the issue until 2 months later when we set up the bed frame for our guests. Even at this late date they delivered the correct one the next day and all we paid for was the difference in the price of the frame. They could've gone "by the book" but they took care of us. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Allen was very friendly and allowed me ample time to browse and make my choice without pressure.

Salesman were not well versed in basic questions about their products. Too many times my salesperson had to walk away to get answers.

Let me start off saying that this store has some of the worst customer service I have ever received. Walking in we were met with a sales rep that goes by Michael Lo I believe. He greated us and asked what we were looking for, we responded with "we are looking for the clearance section" so we headed off in that direction. Getting there not one word was spoken we looked through everything and found one that we liked and we were checking it out and fell in love with the recliner we had found. It wasn't until after we asked to buy it that Michael answered with "oh yeah that's already sold, don't you see that red tag right there? " !?!? Like what type of salesman let's a customer sell himself with a sold item!? I don't know how your organization works and what a red slip means. I should of been informed of the sold item as you watched us sell ourselves on it. After that we never spoke but he creeped around watching us from a distance everywhere we went in the store. The worst service I got shopping in a furniture store. Even after we found the store manager and explained what happened he was no help. He just sat there with no expression and zero idea on how to help the situation he didn't even say "sorry". I am very disappointed in this store and will not be returning.
