Great service and fast delivery!

We were shopping around all day, 11/30/25 for furniture and settled on Ashley furniture!!!! We we very pleased with the sales person "BJ MELANSON" with her knowledge of the product that we were interested in and also the finance personnel (was awesome) we are very happy with our purchase from Ashley furniture!!!!, we would like to share an extra special Mahalo, to "BJ MELANSON" for her kindness and knowledge of the time that we were there..... I bought so many pieces from Ashley's over the years. In the past months, it has been a few. The service is usually really good. The sales woman, BJ at the Salt Lake location was really nice and helpful. I also received assistance from the manager and another salesman. All were really nice, attentive, and really helpful in the process.

Thank you Chandler for answering all our questions and let us take our time with our selections. We love the tv stand so much we’ll be coming back to order another one. We use it more like a liquor cabinet than a tv stand since we have our tv is wall mounted and tv stand it has nice front glass windows. During assembly we added an LED stripe on the inside.

I walked in to Ashleyl Homeworld/Redknot furniture in Malaai St location as soon as they open at 10 on Saturday. I was warmly greeted by SEAN and he showed me to specific furniture that I want to see and check out which is 5 pieces round dining table for a new condo that I just purchased. He offered me a discount if I have to purchase another item which is a modern TV stand that I really like so I bought it too.I was so happy.He is really nice and I felt comfortable talking to him specific ideas I was looking for.I told him I will go back to see and check their couches next time.Thanks SEAN and Ashley for the Goodluck manapua,chinese candy and water bottle complimentary. Awesome experience with your sales person Chandler. Had a bad experience at Homeworld no one gave any consideration to buy anything I was invisible to EVERYONE. No one ask me if I needed any help. Other people walked in and they helped them but not me. So I took pictures and went back to Ashley furniture in Salt Lake and bought my 2 recliners and going back to buy more things that I saw. Great Awesome Experience. Your young man stayed with me on Saturday for 1 1/2 hours and never complained, he even took me around to see if I would like other stuff that I was looking for. And I left and he was still pleasant. So I went back on Sunday and bought furniture and will be back for more stuff Thank You Chandler and Ashley Furniture.

We received excellent service from Jesse Furomoto on numerous (all) occasions as we furnished our new home. He went above and beyond in managing multiple orders for all of our furniture to provide the best deal and saved us time in delivery. We attempted to buy from other sales representatives, but had to resort back to Jesse for his great and timely customer service. Highly recommend him for Ashley’s furniture.

The people were very helpful in helping us get a new bed. My mother is moving in with us so we decided to give her the queen and we upgrade to a king. The prices were reasonable and they had discounts. We ordered the frame which will take a while to get in. The box spring and mattress will come in shortly in time for us to use. We are very happy with the service and how the people helped us.

Although there are three locations for Ashley, this is by far the best. It is beautifully laid out, so the customer can easily see all the different types of furniture available. There is space and light so you can see all colors and styles clearly and visualize it easily in your own home. The staff is courteous, beyond reproach. Jesse, our sales staff rep representative, made it clear to us. He was available, but also made it equally clear that he would leave us alone. Much appreciated. We took our time, well over half an hour, and he did not bother us at all. When we were finally ready with some questions, he made sure that we were completely comfortable that he was not pushing us for sale. We asked him as many questions as we possibly Wanted, and he was knowledgeable and his opinions when we asked. When we were ready to make the sale, he took us over to the front desk where we met Joanne. OMG. She is above reproach; the perfect person to handle accounts, returns, finalize prices, delivery, etc. She was knowledgeable, and able to make us feel she was part of our local culture. She took her time to explain every detail of what we needed to know, and clarified questions when we were confused. She made sure we was comfortable with pricing, financing, delivery, and any delays. She left us making sure that we understood everything and we were as comfortable as possible. All different on this island of Oahu, the Salt Lake branch is definitely the place to come. You will not regret it.

during the first call they said that the only way they could deliver on a Monday is if they bring in furniture into my living room and leave them in the boxes, that is fine. then when came time for the delivery i held open the door and after delivery guy told me he doesn't want to bring them in, i tried getting them in myself. then he rudely told me that i cant touch the furniture until he gets pictures. if you don’t want to work there then don’t, you shouldn't take it out on the customers. the lack of professionalism and respect from the delivery team is uncalled for.

I’d had good experience with them until this time. I went there to get a revised invoice for a bed frame and night stands I ordered. I received the revised version but the price was wrong because this girl at the register mistyped or miscalculated. She acknowledged her mistake but she didn’t say sorry, she didn’t even look at my face. Then I recognized her voice. She answered my call twice on that week and her response was unpleasant and unfriendly. While I was talking to her at the register ( or the front desk whatever they call), she didn’t look at my face at all and she made me feel like I did something bad. That attitude was not something I expected after spending a good amount of money. If she can only give that attitude to customers, she shouldn’t be at the front desk.

Brandon Tagama, was OUTSTANDING. He was NOT a “vulture” harassing us every minute. He allowed us space and yet made himself easily available for questions. His suggestions were insightful and his knowledge was impressive. Brandon, also guided us to Nathan who was helpful, courteous and patient with our questions regarding bed mattress. What a pleasant experience. We are planning to return for furniture for our reading room!!!

04/12/24 4:00-4:30 Friday afternoon, 2 men and 1 woman worker. I was really excited to buy my family a new couch so I went inside and looked for a couch after choosing one of the couches then got everything settled then I went back to my car and went to side of the store to pick up my couch but they called me back in because they needed my signature so I went back in then overheard the workers ( the 2 men and 1 woman ) talking about my culture (being racist) and laughing really hard ( they didn’t see me because they were turned to the back) then heard the woman say to them, “ did you guys talk loud”. I was really mad but didn’t want to show it because I had my 6 year old son with me. So I just did what I did and left the store. I didn’t want the couch anymore after experiencing that. So I wish next time for those workers I don’t want them to do that to any culture/anyone. Thank you ! 😢

Matt Pangelinan was an absolute blast to work with! My wife and I decided to go window shopping at Homeworld Pearlridge to get ideas for furniture as first-time home buyers. From the moment we walked in, Matt made us feel comfortable, nor we didn't feel any pressure to commit to buying anything at the time. Matt was able to help us find all the items we were looking for online and we decided to get an estimate for the furniture that caught our eye. At the end of the day, we didn't buy anything because we wanted to shop around and not regret purchasing anything on an impulse. Matt was super cool throughout the entire process and sent us a friendly text later that evening with a price breakdown for everything we were interested in. After looking at different furniture stores on the island, we realized that nothing quite compared to the various selections and pricing that we found at Homeworld and Ashley. However, we decided to still wait to make sure we were making the right choice. Fast forward a couple weeks later, I texted Matt the day before Thanksgiving that we decided to proceed with the purchase. With Black Friday quickly approaching, Matt recommended to come in sooner rather than later, as the store gets ridiculously busy and inventory tends to go low during the holidays. Thankfully, Matt was working at the Ashley Salt Lake location and was able to assist us just 30 mins prior to closing. We were able to do a quick walkthrough of all the furniture once more and settled on the purchase; Matt even noticed that the price on a bookshelf was lower than originally posted and made sure to apply the appropriate discount. Overall, my wife and I are very satisfied with our experience at Homeworld/Ashley and the customer service of Matt! We felt that we received a personalized experience rather than just another salesperson trying to sell us something. We're excited with our purchase and can't wait to have everything delivered to furnish our new home!

So easy to select from so much great furniture inventory. Jesse was my salesperson who greeted me and helped me purchase a sofa, tv stand, dining room set, and a queen-sized bed. Home delivery was arranged and it was just that easy. The holiday season is here and Ashley are giving customers free Hawaiian ornaments, fabulous! Great shopping experience and Jesse is the professional to see.

I awaited for quite awhile due to having only two salespeople on the floor. After deciding what I wanted, I located salesperson at the register. There was no sales pitch at all. Straight to the cash register and sales rung up. I had to ask how the installation was done and amount of boxes are involved. Super friendly staff with a huge showroom. Entirely separate bed section with a ton of choices and markdowns. Shipping is much quicker than the NEX and they have way more options for living room sets, bedroom sets, dining tables, and outdoor patio furniture. I still have my section sofa from 15 years ago, love this place.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Save yourself the trouble and don't waste your money and time. Absolutely horrible customer service. It's 2 months past the date of delivery and still without our furniture and unable to accommodate requests in a reasonable time. Delivery is scheduled a month out and our second piece of furniture came in before the delivery scheduled date and theyrefused to add our other furniture to that delivery. 7 months pregnant sleeping on the floor when our furniture was supposed to be delivered 2 months ago. Worst experience with a lot of time and money wasted

The most unorganized store I have ever dealt with. We moved to the island and ordered our bedroom suite in January of 2021. We received it 4 months later due to Covid which I understood. The entire bed frame and drawers that went under the bed broke in 2 days so they took away the broken frame and said it would be 2-3 months until a new one could be installed at our home. I was patient and waited. It is June 2022 and I have YET to receive the drawers that go with the new and unbroken bed. When I called to follow up they said it was never ordered again and it would cost me $800 extra because the drawers were never ordered after the original ones broke. Makes no sense how they could charge me for something I originally ordered and received the first time. Will never buy from Ashleys again.

She didn’t even try to push me to buy more or even tried so show me another option..maybe I did that to myself lol possibly because she made it sound so good. I knew what I wanted, she took me straight to it, and just like that I got what I wanted! Ok so I just called the store back to add on another piece to my sectional that I added yesterday. Spoke with Kirsty of course things went smoothly and quick over the phone. Salesperson didn't shadow me. Shopped at my leisure. As a result, I bought $4K of furniture.

Very frustrating experience. We spent about an hour deciding on which outdoor set to get. We compromised and bought the more expensive set because it had a rocker I wanted. Our salesman listened to our entire conversation and knew exactly what we wanted. We were told it was special order, so we waited over 3 months to get it in Hawaii. It was delivered today and we were given an end table instead of the rocker I wanted. Partly my fault because I signed the receipt when I paid, but it is pretty tough to figure out what you buy with their codes, and I just trusted our salesman. They did give me the option to do an exchange and pay the difference (which is why I gave them 2 stars), but not interested in the hassle so we will keep what we have and move on.

I love the furniture at Ashley HomeStore! I purchase all my furniture from Kirsty Stoddard of the Honolulu (Salt Lake) store. She is super friendly and helpful, very thorough in explaining the product and any ongoing sales, and she will always do her best to accommodate your needs. I highly recommend Kirsty if you’re shopping at the Salt Lake store!

Since I knew what I wanted already I wasn’t a very hard sell, but on the other hand neither was the sales person. Store was crowded, so all of the employees were busy. My transaction which usually takes about 20 minutes was rushed down to 10 minutes.

Kirsty has helped us a couple of times now and she is a pleasure to work with. She is not pushy in her approach, very helpful and thorough with our decision process and ultimately our purchases. She is an asset to this location! Will definitely return to her again.

Very impressed with this furniture showroom they have everything from beds and Frames on up two couches loveseats nightstands and tables mirrors Euros dressers you name it the only thing I dislike about locations like this is that you select the furniture you like pay for it and usually wait about two weeks for it to deliver kind of a bummer but not a deal-breaker parking is ample the staff is extremely knowledgeable helpful and friendly no high pressure sales pitches so I will be returning again and again as my needs seem to change often and I know that I will find the help I'm looking for at the Ashley home furniture store

If you go, ask for Mercy. She was wonderful and patient. We had specific requirements and she helped us find multiple options to meet our demands. She went above and beyond. There was one sectional couch set that was back ordered with a wait list. She called people that hadn't put a down payment on it to see if they still wanted it. Someone was flexible and we were going to choose that set, but as we were waiting for that, we found a full room set that we really liked. I felt so bad for changing my mind, but she was totally helpful and understood the change. Highly recommend her and this store!

Love this store! Almost all of my furniture is from here and most of it was sold to me by. *Homney* I'm sorry I have no idea how to spell his name. But he is by far my favorite person to work with there. Such a sweet man and always helps me find exactly what I'm looking for. He also never pushes furniture on you trying to make a sale. All items are always delivered on time with no issues. The store itself is set up very nice, and they have the best cookies :) the only furniture store I will shop at on island!

We received excellent customer service from eight when we stepped into the store and greeted by Derek till we completed our purchase. Everyone was great and checked on us to make sure we were okay. I'm definitely going back.

Came into the store looking to buy a few rooms worth of furniture and I'm looking to buy the matching chair to my Ashley set I have at home, and in the at least 20 mins that we were in the store, not a single person asked if we needed help/assistance/see If we had already been helped. Even the employee who heard us complain that no one asked us if we needed anything. We came in fully ready to spend money for our new home, and not a single person offered us assistance. They offered others, but not us.

This is my third purchase of a living room set that I had made @ this store location through out the years. I always made sure that I had to get the extended warranty. So with this last purchase of mines;( me assuming ) that I had gotten the 5 year extended warranty. So When it was mentioned to me if wanted to get warranty on my purchase, I said of course. But not knowing they added only the Super Fabric & Microfiber warranty for $229.99. Me thinking I had purchase the complete warranty package and mine you now I paid in full for my set of furniture's like over $2400.00 dollars that day 09/23/2018. My situation began like 2 weeks ago when I noticed that my ottoman was looking uneven, it was not flush all around. So I gave Ashley Homestore a call spoke to a staff member in customer service letting them know about my situation. So @ the meantime while speaking to the person who was helping me then I noticed on my purchase order I only had that specific warranty but not the full warranty. Man I was upset, I couldn't believe it because I actually thought that when I lefted the store I had purchased the full warranty for my furniture. So I mention to the sweet lady who was helping me, which she was Great, about my warranty situation she told me to hold on so she can speak to her Manager and see what she can do. Unfortunately for me and my Beautiful sectional and ottoman which was over $2,400 hundred dollars Paid in Full, she or her Manager couldn't do anything for me because it had pasted the 30 day mark. Its really upsetting that the Store Manager couldn't find some kind of solution for my situation, especially when I'm a regular customer who bought 3 living room sets from this store!!.. Very Upsetting

The sales lady was very kind and was knowledgeable on obtaining credit. She walked me throughout the store to help me to find what I wanted. The quality of the item I purchased is superb. I have searched for months to find the item and when I finally found it, I purchased a much nicer one.

He was exceptional salesman when it came to assisting with the right sofa, explaining every detail and never left me until I was fully satisfied. Pickup took more time than expected

If I could give them less than one star I would. My daughter bedroom set was suppose to be delivered on a Thursday didn’t actually get it until Saturday afternoon. Every time I called about it they just put me off on someone else. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

Haili was very nice and patient. The office staff is also super nice and offer freshly baked cookies, coffee, and water. Didn’t give 5 stars because other employees look grouchy and bored while they waited and kind of loom around the sales floor.

No pressure, knowledgeable, informative, professional and courteous. We were looking for a TV stand. We were greeted at the door, walked directly to the area, shown the items and allowed to browse leisurely until a decision was reached.

As I entered Ashley Home Store, I was immediately greeted by Sam. At that point I felt so welcomed. Although Sam offered his assistance, he allowed me to walk alone through the store. I was able to view everything with no pressure. I truly appreciated this because it gave me a chance to really look at what was in the store before making a purchase. Ashley Home Store has a good variety of merchandise at a reasonable price range. When I finally had questions, Sam was readily available to assist me. At the time of purchase, he kept informed through the whole process. I definitely will return to Ashley Home Store for future furniture purchases. I definitely will ask for Sam. I will also highly recommend Ashley Home Store and Sam to my family and friends.

The people there are a little pushy, and the deals here are not that great. Was looking for a bed and after seeing what they had to offer, decided to go to the NEX furniture center instead. If you do not have a military I'D, it may be your best option, but even still, I would shop around before settling here.

Only ok when on sale

Nice people and good location. We we torn between two living room sets and we were not rushed or pushed to the greater price. Finally made our decision, based on one set didn’t have the color we wanted when we asked. Process was fast and easy. 👍

I went to the Aiea store and purchased an entire living rm and dining rm set. My salesman was Alan. He was nice and attentive, he even helped to send me pictures when I couldn't make it to the store. What was unacceptable was the length of time it took for all of my furniture to come, it wasn't explained to me before I purchased. I was told my furniture wasn't in the warehouse at the moment, but it should be in by the time I had my delivery scheduled (which was about 2 weeks later). It took about 6 weeks and I had to call several times before a manager finally pulled some stings. Disappointingly, my reclining couch and chair is way less padded than the store model is. Every time I recline I can feel the wood, the quality is not good. For this reason I will not purchase from Ashley's again- instead I will go somewhere else.
