04/12/24 4:00-4:30 Friday afternoon, 2 men and 1 woman worker. I was really excited to buy my family a new couch so I went inside and looked for a couch after choosing one of the couches then got everything settled then I went back to my car and went to side of the store to pick up my couch but they called me back in because they needed my signature so I went back in then overheard the workers ( the 2 men and 1 woman ) talking about my culture (being racist) and laughing really hard ( they didn’t see me because they were turned to the back) then heard the woman say to them, “ did you guys talk loud”. I was really mad but didn’t want to show it because I had my 6 year old son with me. So I just did what I did and left the store. I didn’t want the couch anymore after experiencing that. So I wish next time for those workers I don’t want them to do that to any culture/anyone. Thank you ! 😢

We had a great experience, and we are very happy with our new chair. Our sales girl, Lussami Rose Saengsouri was very helpful and courteous.
A-jay helped us find a bed frame and was super helpful! Very friendly and knowledgeable about the store as well as some good local eateries :)
